Today we're gonna talk about Washington Pears.
Right now we're at the peak of the season.
We have your Bartlett Pears.
Which will transition over the next few weeks to Anjou.
The overall pear crop is down about 30% this year.
But right now there are good supplies of all sizes.
We have your Bosc Pear out of Sage Organics.
Very nice, full golden russeted pear.
And then we have your Asian pears.
This is the Hosui variety.
This is a fully russeted variety out of the Busy Bee label.
And this eats like an apple, but tastes like a pear.
So make sure to get these pears on your shelves.
And look for new Anjou and Concord Pears coming soon.
