hi everyone first we're gonna check my ketones man my phone just never loves to
focus okay I think it is and small which is right here man no it's not trace and
it's not small it's like a 10 I wish it with focus so you could tell you can't
really see it good you can see it more over here you see it's not traced but
it's not small so I think it's like a level 10 and I'm very good with that on
the kind of day I had yesterday which was a lot of food a lot of food all day
long so here we go with the video today
fasting weight loss and today is December 30th of my weight loss journey
I started at two seventy three point two ninety four days ago yesterday I did a
refeed thing the previous three days I did not eat these two days I didn't know
food or water this thing I did zero calorie beverages in this day I ate all
day long it is day 28 of my 30-day challenge which was supposed to be
extreme which I will say it has had periods of extreme time and periods of
time that shows I'm not trying to do my best
ok so my channel was started for accountability for weight loss because I
could not be in a group the way I wanted to and I got upset and I started the
channel and that's the best thing I could have
done because this is way better than what I could have done in the group I
think as far as accountability and it's turned into something I love doing like
I love having people that support me and comment and watch it every day some
people start their mornings with me like that is so good it feels so good okay
let's see I wrote notes okay let's see I believe I'm positive support and every
diet works almost every diet every mainstream diet works just almost
everything works as long as you work it and I believe people should not talk
about other people's plans or give them discouragement
I think they should give them encouragement um so I watch every
morning I started my day watching a motivational video and today I learned
about Barbara Corcoran she is from the shark tank
and she started her I didn't learn this day this is just based on what I
remember she started her real estate company with like a thousand dollars and
now she's worth over 80 million um and she did this in New York which I love in
New York and one of her tips was not one of her tips one of the things she said
helped her mica become successful is overwork everyone so in her circle she
if someone worked two hours a day she worked four hours a day so overworked
everyone so I was thinking you should try to outwork me when you watch what I
ate today um it's not a good example however for me personally it's about
portion control I'm trying to not do this but I'm not trying hard enough
obviously but I'm still getting results and I'm still continuing to go go
forward um yeah so I just want you to take what I'm doing as a basis of where
you could start but try to do even better and outwork yourself like I was
me and motivated me today because I only have two days left 20
minds 829 and day 30 I only have two days left for my 30-day challenge um but
I am gonna do let's see so today is the 30th oh my god I just have two more
entries so I was thinking I don't know I'm just gonna do the zero calorie
beverages today I think I'm gonna do a lot of I think I'm gonna do a lot of
exercise I was thinking about doing dry fasting two days but I'd rather drink
and exercise so today is drinking exercise tomorrow is dry fasting with 30
minutes exercise because I don't want to harm my body do not harm your body
quickly weight loss is not worth that okay um another thing I want to
recommend is for anyone having constipation
before I started any kind of dry fasting snake diet fasting any kind of fasting
at all um oh I also need to talk about after fasting what should I eat and this
video is gonna show you what you should and should not eat okay but back to your
constipation um before I did any kind of fasting I did it
JJ Smith 10-day smoothie cleanse where you just have smoothies every day for
ten days they're supposed to have more like Greek like spinach and kale and a
lot of green stuff so it should look green yeah I recommend that I do not
like smoothies before I did that but smoothies will be a part of my
lifestyle probably start in January first or after like I would like a
smoothie I would like all of us in the household to have a smoothie today okay
in her group a lot of people well she should just this magnet oh seven man I
gotta make sure my camera is so bad maggle seven it is the ultimate
oxygenating digestive system ninety vegetable capsules
this is excellent it says suggest the use as a dietary supplement see oh I got
an Amazon affiliate link I'm gonna see if I can figure out how to put a link in
this description because I bought it off Amazon I believe I'm gonna try to do
that you guys know I have like money goes to I just thought that's funny cuz
I just thought I could do that and that's not why I did this I did this
because I have them and Danny Boy fasted for four days four and a half to four
two half days and he didn't have a bowel movement so if you have any suggestions
for him please or anybody that has this problem please post it in the comments
but I'm gonna say my suggestions this is my number one suggestion because it
doesn't make your stomach hurt at all and okay let me continue reading as a
dire tale a dietary supplement take up to five capsules at bedtime with eight
to twelve ounces of water on an empty stomach for seven to ten days or until
desired cleanse has been attained decreased dose for maintenance daily
dosage will vary depending on individual an intended purpose results may vary and
okay ingredients elemental magnesium 1035 milligrams elemental potassium oh
we take potassium 99 milligrams other ingredients certified organic rice flour
citric acid and vegetable capsules mango 7 is a gentle and fast effect acting
oxygen cleanse that works overnight for most people this unique combination
gently softens unwanted buildup in the digestive tract while providing
beneficial oxygen to the digestive system it's for people experiencing slow
and sluggish digestion struggling with common digestive irregularities
preparing for a lifestyle change or special event this product is not
intended to be used as a magnesium supplement ok I have not used this even
once I just need to say I've not used this once in the 94 days
I don't need it and I did use it on the 10 day cleanse I have there's 90 in here
I probably have like 60 in here but I love it because it doesn't hurt your
stomach at all okay so Danny Boy
who ever has digestive problems get that you might even want to try the JJ Smith
tend a green smoothie cleanse it's gonna clean you all the way up and it's
healthy and you're getting a lot of nutrients maybe do that instead of doing
this and then come back to this do what works for you okay and do not quit
that's the number one important thing I'm gonna check the focus on this cuz
yesterday's little video was horrible
okay I think the focus is good okay one of Barbara's other main points is be
yourself she said usually the weirdest or
quirkiest person in the group or team is the one that's most liked because
they're real be real be you don't let people tell you what to do take their
advice incorporate it if you want to be nice about it and just be who you want
to be and do what works for you oh my gosh please and there's not one way to
any goal there's not one way to weight loss okay um let's see okay after
fasting what should I eat what you should eat is something very light a
vegetable a very high water content vegetable or a bone broth does something
really really light then you wait a little bit this is my personal opinion
okay then you wait a little bit and then you can add in a little something else
maybe a piece of chicken if you're doing this make diet that's it have that one
little meal and keep going if you're doing um what I do I guess this is what
I do because that's what I did the last two times me I am NOT gonna do just one
meal anymore yeah I'm done with that um it just does not work for me and I just
don't want to I'm what I'm to do it's not best but it's what I'm
choosing to do okay so yesterday I ate all day I showed you guys in the video I
started my day with the celery so good I found out salary two people told me in
my comments yesterday how good celery is for your blood pressure and that I need
to write that down celery research because I need to know
more and I thought I know everything about what to eat for lowering my blood
pressure at the end of this video you're gonna see what my blood pressure was at
the gym yesterday and I'm happy okay I'm very happy but I did take one lisinopril
pill I'm supposed to take a multiple theme something and the super lisinopril
I didn't know what to do so 20 minutes before the gym I did the one lisinopril
I think it's 20 milligrams I'm working to get off of that if I take one a day
for like a week and my pressure is looking normal
I'm going to the doctor I'm gonna say can we get off this other one the other
one is way more expensive like double what the vasila Serna pro course so I'm
hoping I can only take the cheap one okay
yeah so what I had to do the only thing I'm gonna show you in the video in this
video which is gonna which it means this video is gonna save me 3 hours to upload
but that's okay I have time um the only thing you won't see in the pictures is I
had a small side order at Panda Express AB orange chicken the little tiny it's
not a print it's like a baby point I don't even know maybe have to fight I
gave two pieces to my kids so I ate the whole other piece of the plant then I
had eight piece chicken nuggets from chick-fil-a I gave them each one of
those they had their own food I bought some other stuff they came to the Jimmy
I didn't buy food from my other two kids because I was at work I said whoever
wants to come to the gym get ready and be ready when I get there only two
wanted to go I'm not the other two could have fined soup or something or sooner
or something from the cabinet I don't care my 19 year old had
I saw him had two pieces of whole-grain bread and spinach on it I'm like that's
what you even he said yes I said fine or whatever so I didn't buy them anything
um but the two little ones came to the gym with me for over an hour
um and that's all you didn't see I also had some in the pictures you're gonna
see the yogurt blue cheese 35 calories oh my gosh that's amazing but it don't
taste as amazing as a regular one so I have to sell it I put the 35 calorie on
the other half I put the normal blue cheese which is probably 140 calories I
have a lot of calories yesterday I stayed away from makino cheesecake which
is my favorite but I have it I have some available to make I don't know when
that's gonna happen but you guys know what I do with that so that's why I
didn't get it but when I took when I ate yesterday I just felt like I wanted to
eat more and more and more I don't know it was all protein I probably had 75
carbs if I had to make my best guess I probably have 75 carbs I did an hour of
exercise I did walking and elliptical and that's what I did yesterday and I
did a hit 10-minute Adrienne Bryant hit you must do so much is exercise at least
three or four times a week Adrienne Bryant I don't care if it's a
10-minute workout or 20 whatever just do it um and that's it so here's my blood
pressure and the elliptical what it said I did and that's it um after fasting
make good choices you won't regain so I'm not proud of this rig that's gaint
um this fast I'm not good with what I ate after fasting this time because I
ate too much but I'm very happy with all my choices
except for the Panda Express I should have not got it and Wendy's I just got a
salad so I got two salads two chickens from chick-fil-a and the Panda Express
small singing yeah so today's weight which is so bad it's so bad I'm not
proud of this I promise all night but I'm not beating myself up because I'm
gonna keep going I have no doubt imma keep going and I games okay alright so
today yesterday I was to 13.2 I gained four point two pounds and I am -
seventeen point four I'm water fasting today a lot of the salt and a lot of the
food will come like out today and I'm going out with the bang in 2018 dry
fasting and whatever you do the last day of the year make it big because you'll
remember that day and it will set the tone for January 1st 2019 however you're
not gonna see me extreme anymore but you gotta see me consistent steady and
making pretty good choices and that sugar day is coming up for me soon I'm
excited I want something to look forward to it and I'm gonna do that so please
comment like and I will see you tomorrow
you
okay we are gonna try this again and I waited mmm I didn't really wait
again I took my blood pressure like 20 minutes
ago that just one pill I don't even think it kicks in that quick
I just want to document what my blood pressure does
1:31 over 85 is bad why aren't you playing basketball Aaron
okay jacket on
I'm gonna wait two minutes okay I waited two minutes let's see if it's better
okay and now that's what I like to see let's just say that's it but I did take
the medicine 20-30 minutes ago I don't know if it's that I just took one pill
and this wasn't take two different pills I want to keep monitoring this every day
God
you

Filmora PRO Review | Move Over Filmora 9! - Duration: 3:58.
Unlimited Power!!
*coughing*.... Geez!
That hurts my throat doing that.
I did all of these effects with Filmora PRO.
Want to learn more? Let's go
Hit the subscribe button and click the notification bell to be part of the conversation.
Filmora Pro is a
completely different beast than the Filmora versions we've seen so far.
This is where Filmora starts to pull out the big guns
The first thing you'll notice is that it doesn't have the traditional
Three boxes that were used to
This one has five
Let's bring in a piece of footage
but before we add that to our timeline
We can view it and adjust it
to find the exact part we want to work with
instead of the entire clip
Filmora Pro gives us our own separate trimmer window
just to handle this
I'll set the beginning and end points of the piece
that I want to use from this footage
and then I can drop just that section
into the timeline to continue.
Now that clip will appear in the project viewer window
and Filmora Pro allows me to do several things
Instead of detaching the audio
like we've done in other Filmora versions
We can just unlink the video and audio tracks
and work on them independently
For now, I'll just work on the video portion
I'll need to find the spot where I want the Lightning to start shooting out of my hand
and stop the cursor right there
I can switch to the cutting tool
It looks like a little razor blade
and then slice the footage
right where I want it
Next, I'll find the spot where I want the Lightning to stop shooting out of my hand
And add another slice
Now whatever I do to this section
will start and stop right at those split points
Let's click on the new segment
and in the upper left dialog box you'll notice an effects bar.
I'll click on it and get a list of effects that I can add to this clip
I'll choose "Particles & Simulation"
and "Lightning & Electricity"
This will add one lightning bolt to my section of footage
With a plus sign on either end of it
So that I can click and drag it
Wherever I want the electricity to shoot from
And where I want it to go
I'll put one end on one of my fingers and the other end I'll drag
off the screen
in the direction that I want the lightning bolt to shoot.
In the effects drop-down,
I have the ability to control the speed of this lightning bolt
The number of "Trunks" or how many separate bolts shoot out from that one finger
There's a Wave scale of how wide the
bolt jumps around
A Twitch scale for how many little wiggles each bolt of lightning will have
And there is a Blend drop-down which will allow me to tell Filmora PRO
How I want this electricity effect
to blend in with the footage of me
waving my hand around like an idiot
I can go back to the effects menu
and add multiple effects onto this clip
That way I can put more lightning bolts
and have them all shooting out of separate fingers.
This will make it look a bit more like
the Star Wars Sith Lord that I'm clearly trying to imitate.
Another cool effect I can add is under "Lights and Flares"
Let's choose the Glow effect
That'll make it feel like the electricity is actually lighting up
My face and the room as it shoots out of my hand
Once I get all of that where I want it to be
I can go back down and click on the Audio track
and actually add audio effects onto that track as well.
In this case, I'll choose a little echo
to make it sound like I'm more dangerous than
just a guy in an old hoodie.
Now I'm using the trial version of Filmora PRO
so it's going to put the watermark over my final product on export
But you the idea here
Power!!
You can pay for a license and then there'll be no watermarks whatsoever
Filmora, if you're listening... hook a brother up!
So there you have it! Filmora PRO.
I'll leave links in the description
So you can go download it and check it out
Peace!
*crackling sound*

TVXQ! City Lights Reaction and Review - Duration: 3:23.
Today I will talk about TVXQ's 夜話 (City Lights)
'夜話(야화, Ya-hwa)' means a night story
But there can be another meaning
Let's have a guess
There is a word "Ya-ha-da" in Korean
This means erotic or sexual
In Korea, we use 'Ya' from 'Ya-ha-da' to make new sexual-related words
For example, 'Ya-dong(erotic movie)', 'Ya-seol(erotic novel)'
From that point of view, 'Ya-hwa' the title of the song may make us think of the meaning of a erotic story
The lyrics confirm that it is true
The lyrics say, "The spread glimmer city lights on a dark night"
"You come in through my half-closed eyes"
This reminds us of a very dreamlike condition
Then what happened in this condition?
"You got inside me and you spread out"
The two are now in intense love
This is a very sexual situation
The song forms a very erotic image with these words
What's unique is that he compares you to the city lights
Why?
It is due to the spread character of the two objects
At night, the distant city lights spread and look blurred
Like that, it means that you come to me, spread and permeate and make me dizzy like a dream
This is a very good expression
"You got inside me and you spread out like a flash"
"I drink you just one more sip"
These expressions are very provocative
The meaning of 'you' may not be a person, but a strong liquor or even more addictive substance
But even if this interpretation is wrong, it's a metaphorical expression that you are such a lethal and addictive and attractive
The most important thing is how to express this dreamlike situation musically.
A good song is a good combination of theme and form, and so is this song
The falsetto singing style of a voice mixed with the breath of Yunho expresses the unrealistic and dreamlike image well
In addition, the doubling background chorus strengthens it
The song uses a lot of space-related effectors like Delay and Reverb to create a very rich sense of space
This song has a very provocative and unique theme
And to express it well, Yunho's singing ability as well as professional music devices played a big role

Slain Back from Hell - Late Review - Duration: 6:15.
Hello and welcome, I am O Jogador Intemporal and this is a late review for Slain Back From Hell.
Slain Back From Hell, an Action/Platform game where you play as Bathoryn, after you are
awaken from a deep slumber to again rid the world of evil.
It's such a simple game, you can attack, jump, block and use magic.
Your attacks are a simple 3 string combo and a charge attack, your magic is a single shot
and can be charged, when you block you still take damage, you can parry, and you have an
ultimate attack that uses all your mana.
That's it.
This isn't an easy game, it's actually very challenging, at points I got stuck and
still kept going.
The checkpoints and difficulty never made me fell cheated, every time that
I died I knew it was my fault, and I saw how to improve the next time.
The checkpoints being plenty helped a lot, even when you fail at the last part of any
fight, it's really fast to get back to the same point and try again, that feeling of
"one more try, I can do it", again and again until you finally learn the patterns
and move on.
You are somewhat free to choose what stage to go to, and after you clear them all you
unlock the last stage for the final boss fight.
A quick tip, throughout the stages you can find pieces from an amulet, and if you find
them all you will gain its power for the final boss fight.
It helps A LOT, and they are all easy to find except for one which I had to ask a friend,
and proceeded to feel dumb afterwards for not trying it sooner.
Not sure if I would beat the game without the amulet.
Of course, it is possible, just requires skill.
The gameplay is solid, very responsive, you can easily control Bathoryn to do whatever
you want, at any time.
Attacks that leave you open are very well telegraphed, but the extra damage you cause
makes it worth it.
What I mean is that the game not only makes you use all the few attack and defense options
available, but also makes you feel happy with any option you choose for your preferred playstyle,
there's an amazing balance between everything.
At points I tried cheesing my way, I love to find weird ways to do stuff in games.
Like this part where I killed the beast by standing on the crate… but then I had to
drop down somehow to kill the skeleton.
Luckily my HP was enough and I didn't die, but more enemies spawned.
With some patience I killed the flying guys, and proceeded to push them all to the left,
killed another beast, and slowly managed to "This is SPARTA!" the skeletons into the
eternal pit, that was so much fun!
A smile on my face all the time.
Not long after you start the game, you'll get an Ice Axe and also a Flaming Sword.
While I dislike having to use specific weapons for specific enemies, you only have to do
this a few times here and there, so little that it actually made the game better, rarely
throwing in a specific enemy that forces you to change your approach slightly for a moment.
Other than that, you may freely use only 1 of the 3 weapons at all times that better
suits you.
The graphics are amazing, really throws you back to the old castlevania style with some
nice effects.
Magic, elements and hits have a great contrast with the background, definitely feels good
watching the action.
The soundtrack is what turns all that into something unique and memorable, not only the
stage sounds but also that satisfying tune after defeating a boss.
My total playtime clocked at 6 hours, and you can buy it for so cheap, if you like the
art style, heavy metal or action/platform games, just buy it and have fun.
The developers have another game to be released in 2019 called Valfaris with a limited demo
available, I'll be sure to check it out.
That's it for now, thanks for watching, hope you enjoyed, and if you did you know
what to do.
Hopefully I'll see you again.

Black Mirror: Bandersnatch Review (2018 Netflix Interactive Movie) - Duration: 1:35.
I'm an idiot that reviews movies and today I'll be reviewing Bandersnatch.
It stars. A young videogame maker, named Stefan.
And a programming prodigy named Colin. He's woke.
Colin adds a really interesting fold to the
story since he sort of seems to know what's going on, and wants to help us out.
The writing is good, it's mostly serious but has some humor.
I also really enjoy how meta the movie gets but I don't want to spoil anything so I'll
leave it at that.
The fine film has different endings, one of which is a joke ending, and one of the endings
involving Colin is bizarre and just fantastic The score is really good too.
Overall, it makes me excited for season 5 but I do have some gripes with Bandersnatch.
Even though Colin is entertaining and I sympathize with Stefan the rest of the characters are
pretty forgettable.
I also wish it had been longer and had more totally different endings like 9/9/9 or Virtue's Last Reward
Like maybe if you made Stefan do something bad you have to make a new Netflix account
cause he no longer trusts you.
Another cool thing would be if Stefan liked or disliked you based off your Netflix viewing history
I realize this is pie in the sky bullshit but a girl can dream.
unfortunately, now I have to complain about the thing I hate most in this world.
An Idiot That Reviews Movies.
In my second playthrough I thought about the song in the opening that goes
And it made me think maybe I could save Stefan by not picking a choice and I was smart
and I had saved the day I HAD CRACKED THE CODE but that's not even
If I had to rate this I'd give it 78 pig encounters out of 100

Evil Dead Trap (1988) - Movie Review - Duration: 6:17.
Hello Youtube.
I am Torstein from Cinema Terror and today I got the chance to rewatch a Japanese 1988
horror film that I haven't seen in about 15 or 20 years.
This film is a strange oddity for sure and the title of it is Evil Dead Trap.
In Evil Dead Trap we meet the talk show host Nami, played by Miyuki Ono.
She has a late night show which plays home videos, usually of the shocking kind, sent
in from her viewers.
One night she receives a VHS tape which seems to contain real snuff footage of a girl being
tortured and murdered who looks exactly like Nami, so to figure out if the tape is real
or not, Nami and her crew tries to track down the creator of it and that leads them to an
abandoned building where they find out that the tape was only made as bait...
Evil Dead Trap is quite the unique film.
It's a Japanese horror film heavily influenced by Italian horror in both storytelling, visual
style and music.
First off, the story is very confusing, at least to me.
It's hard to get a grasp of what is really going on for a long time in this film and
I am sure this will put many off the movie.
If you are able to stay with it, then Evil Dead Trap does have interesting elements to
offer.
The film is surprisingly violent.
There is an eye scene that rivals the best from Lucio Fulci's masterpieces and that's
one part of the body I can't watch get damaged without getting quesy.
The snuff footage that are displayed at the start of the film is also rough to watch.
There is also rape in the film, which is treated by being filmed as a way to just add nudity,
in typical exploitation fashion.
That being said, there isn't violence often during the film and the most shocking stuff
comes in the first part of it.
After the first act, it becomes more or less a film with several people running around
from a killer in a warehouse.
Nami's friends are only there to be slaughtered off and add little else to the story, while
Nami and a strange guy she meets there spends quite some time together and you will understand
why in the end, unless you get where the story is going earlier on.
They should have cut the film down about ten or fifteen minutes from its 102 minute long
running time as there are periods of time where little of importance is going on, which
again is a reason why I believe many will slap the boring tag onto this film.
I've also seen others dislike the turn it takes at the very end, and I can see why as
there was a more traditional, classy way to end the film on available, but I kind of like
how they went with the added wtf bonkers factor.
It's like something straight out of a Takashi Miike movie and that's all I'll say about
that.
It's not all that easy to judge the actors of the film as most of them get very little
to do.
I did like Miyuki Ono as Nami and appreciated the effort by Aya Katsuragi as Masako though.
Some of the supporting cast actually came from the adult film industry as this film
was produced by Japan Home Video, a company that was there from the beginning of VHS distribution
in Japan.
They had an adult movie label called Alice Japan, where they took some actors that they
wanted to promote from.
Japan Home Video would also go on to give us other notable horror films such as Tetsuo:
The Iron Man and Junk amongst others.
The director they chose for Evil Dead Trap was Toshiharu Ikeda.
He had worked on several exploitation films throughout the 80's, including Angel Guts:
Red Porno and Sex Hunter before getting his first chance at a full on horror film with
Evil Dead Trap.
He is able to show that he is a competent director on this, giving the film plenty of
style and clever camerawork.
From what I've read, he supposedly wasn't a big horror fan, but it seems like he has
done his home work as there are plenty of EuroHorror style being applied to this film.
Sadly, this film did not open up the doors to give him more consistent horror work though,
as he kept on working mostly within the exploitation genre in the years to come.
I have seen a newer film from him however, the 2001 horror film Ikisudama, also known
as Shadow of the Wraith.
But I don't remember all that much about it.
Ikeda sadly passed away at an age of 59 years old in 2010.
I also gotta give praise to Tomohiko Kira who did the music for this film.
It's heavily influenced by stuff like Goblin and it surprised me to see that this was the
first movie he made music for, and that he would only score for four other movies after
this, three of them also directed by Ikeda.
He also worked on the music for the Nintendo 64 game Bomberman 64: The Second Attack.
So that's quite a transition.
Evil Dead Trap is a film that I would recommend to fans of the more brutal side of Japanese
horror cinema.
It has some shocking moments, a constant feel of strangeness and excellent music scores.
If you go along with it and look past the fact that it will leave you confused at times,
then you have yourself a weird, sinister little treat of a film to enjoy.
It's too bad that it drags so much at parts though.
Evil Dead Trap gets the respectable score of 3 out of 5.
Have you seen Evil Dead Trap?
And how about its two sequels?
I remember quite liking the second film the first time I saw it and I am considering giving
it a rewatch and a review.
If Japanese horror films from this time period is your thing, then make sure you check out
my review for the 1989 film Sweet Home.
I hope you enjoyed this review of Evil Dead Trap, subscribe, like and all of that stuff
and I hope to see you back again for more horror movie reviews here on Cinema Terror.
Thank you.

Poseidon Salinity Pen Plus REVIEW - Duration: 6:06.
Hello everyone and welcome to Aqua Splendor my name is Nicolas Marion and if you
enjoy aquarium videos consider to subscribe when new technology come to
our industry I'm always looking for something that are quick and easy to use
Poseidon Flow Technologies a new company arrived with their Salinity Pen Plus
the goal of the Poseidon Pen is to measure the salinity in PPT the salinity
gravity and temperature in Celcius and Fahrenheit so let's do the unboxing and
check out what's inside so first we have the manual you can pause the video to
read if you need so we also have some sort of hook or something to hang the
Salinity Pen Plus+ and then we got what is the most important to my eyes a
calibration fluid which is set at 30 PPT salinity and if you ever spill it on a
table or you're running out for some reason you can always buy a new
one I think it's like five dollars and finally we get the Poseidon
Salinity Pen Plus it's still in wrap inside the bag which i'm going
to unwrap it
now something to pay closely attention is the tip of the prob is made out of
platinum metal so what it means is the electrode is very susceptible to
corrosion so make sure that you clean correctly the tip of the pen plus at the
back you can see there is a water resistance seal so you have two battery
there the CR 1632 battery they can hold 80 hours continuous uses so let's just
say that it can hold for a very long time I have no clue how long he can last
maybe two years who knows we'll see with times it took me a while to notice
it but there is a plastic protection on top of the unit you can just rip it off
and so don't be like your grandma that but that hold are there plastic
protection forever and then after you have three button you have the power
you have the Mode to make to change between PPT salinity temperature and you
can hold the mode for three seconds to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit
the last one is the calibration mode which I will show in the next clip
all right so now the calibration step is one of the most important step to make
sure that your measurement tool is calibrated correctly so the calibration
fluid is set at 30 PPT the calibration step only take 10 second I think so the
first thing to do is just to Power on the Salinity Pen Plus, like that,
and just make sure to set the Mode to PPT after this just put your pen into
the calibration fluid and hold the calibration button for 10 seconds or at
least until you see the CAL meaning calibration is done and Voilà
that is pretty much it is that easy and that's the reason why I like to use that pen
all right so now it's time to see if I was a good boy so let's test my
aquarium to see what are the value so the first thing you just remove the cap
power On the button and what I'm doing right now is just I'm shaking the
Pen make sure there is no air bubble stuck into the probe tip so I'm gonna
switch the mode and there you go so 33 PPT is exactly pretty much
what I wanted so I'm happy with that and Salinity Gravity is 1.025
exactly what I wanted so my stuff is good
I'm a good boy so that now the last thing you need to do is make sure that
you rinse your pen into a fresh water
and that's it so now I'm just going to clean correctly the pen to make sure is
completely dry and you're done so I got this Poseidon Salinity Pen Plus+ since a month
and I'm extremely pleased with that it's so easy to use so
important to check your parameter of salinity and temperature and that Pen
just helped me to make sure that I'm always on the good level and the price
is fair I think it's 110 dollars u.s. and about the calibration
the manufacturer is telling that you should calibrate if we use but honestly
I haven't calibrate mine for at least two or three weeks and I didn't notice
any difference after so it's fair to say that you can use the unit without
calibrating for a little weeks and days but it's always a good thing to
calibrate your unit another thing I want to mention is the pen press is not
waterproof is water-resistant so make sure you don't wrap into your aquarium
and the last thing I want to mention is it
was designed in Canada assemble in North Korea... in South camera and
that's it so thank you for watching if you find this video useful for you
Like and if you have any question comment below I will do my best to
answer so yeah thank you very much and I'll see you the next video.

K&F Concept Camera Bag Review - Duration: 2:42.
Hello tech lovers, if like me you're into photography or videography you've
probably ended up with your camera and there may be some lenses maybe a slider
and if you want to take this lot out and about that could be quite tricky.
I was recently asked to take some photos, both at work and it's a class I
attend, with my camera I realized I didn't have an easy way to transport
things. Fortunately the digital gods were
listening and I was contacted and asked to review a camera bag. This is the K&F
Concept bag this is designed specifically for your camera kit and
we're gonna take a quick look at it today on it's a really nice design
there's actually two main zippers the front zipper opens out into what you
would consider to be a normal backpack where you can put a laptop so that's
very handy if you're shooting on location and want to review the photos
that you've taken or the video you've taken you can take your laptop with you
all in one bag. Around the back is where it all happens, it has a second
compartment, which when opened out is really nice and deep and can take all
your camera kits so you can have a camera you can have your lenses you can
have any sliders you can fit an awful lot in here and actually it's quite
comfortable to wear when you've got it on just on the other side you have
little zip compartments they're useful for things like taking your batteries around.
Around the side if you need it is a little section that opens out and
allows you to pop a tripod in at the side so you can have everything, your
camera and your tripod, all on the same bag. If there's one thing extra I would
have liked to have seen on this it's that the back pocket section, the two zips
there, the two zippers there, I would have liked them to be able to close shut
either lock short or or just do something so that they're never ever
gonna open out and have your very expensive camera gear spewing out everywhere.
It doesn't feel like that's gonna happen
but, you know, this is an expensive kit, you want it to be nice and protected. I
really like bag I think it looks really smart it was very comfortable to wear
you can fit an awful lot in and when you're not using it you can just
slide it out the way and keep all your kit in a single place and just dip in
when you change lenses or grab your slider. If you want to learn more about
the bag and check out the current price I put links in the description below.
If you are into photography I've been using the Edelkrone Slider Pro and Motion Box
and click here and you can see a demonstration of that if you haven't
already click Subscribe join my tech tribe and I'll see you on the next video

The Other Boy by M.G. Hennessy | LGBTQ+ Book Review #1 - Duration: 10:43.
Hello, hi, my name is Valen and I'm doing this on the spot
So I thought like you know, why don't I- What the fuck is this? Oh
I forgot I had this, okay. I-I will read that off in a second. So I thought I should do um
like a little
LGBTQ book review cause why-why not like... it's it's kind of hard to find books for
Like that stuff and
I found them quite a few, so, you know
why not? Like... don't judge me here
So this book is "The Other Boy"
Um... I'll just show you.
Read that.
I Don't know it's-it's not show up that well. Um, it's by MG Hennessy* I think... Hold on.
Yeah, MG Hennesy*... this is the first um
rrans book? I don't... I
don't know if this is... yeah. This is the first like LGBTQ book I've ever read too...
so I
got this when I was like in fifth grade, but I didn't read it until
Last year when I actually figured out Iwas trans... and that's when it was like actually like oh
crap, even though it doesn't like really go that in depth with like
how
Shane the main character, who's trans, feels
It just it was kind of like
it's still like... you know... did something to my brain and I was like
*weird noise* Um
Yeah, I don't know how to... okay so basically to
Do a
Sum of-of the thought oh my god. This is so awkward... And I don't know why. I'm literally just making this awkward
because this is actually is like better than most things I record cause like
uh, you can go watch my video on like
Trans experiences... link it up one of those. I can't remember. I'm not good at like
that
Okay, um and
Yeah, but it
Like that was awkward, unless I was *incoherent mubling*. Bear with me
I'll probably like edit some of this out. So um
Basically to sum up the plot... Shane is basically
I'm gonna say he's a sixth grader. Hold on... He's either a sixth grader or a fifth grader... He's a kid... and
Like for the longest time he knew he was trans like
You know, one of those stories where it's like "ah man, I've always known I'm a boy"
Kind of thing
Yeah, this is
Um
And then eventually puberty rolls around, and he was already on blockers. I
Think... yeah, he was on blockers. So he didn't start which I wish everybody had that opportunity but I didn't um
and
Now at this point
Everybody is going through puberty
all the dudes all the ladies and he's like man, I
look
Fricken feminine. I don't like this
so
he goes in and he's like
"Ay get me some
testosterone"
Well, he had to go to his dad's cause they need both parents to like... yeah...
like sign off on the form
for testosterone so he went to his dad's to talk about it and the dad's like
"No
Are ya sure?
Even though you've known this your whole life and you're you and you understand yourself
I don't think so, you know... I miss girl come on" and um... let's see
So then he's like really depressed cuz he like skipped out on his baseball thing...
his baseball tournament
So he was like, "wow, you're rude, I don't like you"
Which like is understandable, um and then eventually
He convinces his dad
Okay, so I ended up looking it up. He does convince his dad
um, af-
after that
He ends up getting outed by
Some jerk... I can't remember who it was
Because I haven't read this in a while
The book is like very PG. I don't think there's any
cursey words. At least I don't remember any, maybe there's like one or two. I don't know um
Why the hell is there a highlight? Oh, oh
Yeah cause I gave
this book to somebody
And I-I either I highlighted it or they highlighted it... um
Either one, it doesn't matter
Cause I've had my mom read this book and I had my grandma read this book, cause my grandma asked to - and my mom
She was not the best starting out. So I was just like "here's the goddamn book, read it"
Cause it does explain like..
It does do a good job at like...
Kind of like dysphoria... cause like when he got
denied testosterone, I would say that was
Pretty realistic in the way that he was upset because it's like oh man
Everybody's going through puberty, and I'm not, and I look like a child
You know, cause like that's what I'm going through right now, cause everybody's
Finally hitting puberty and it's really disturbing and depressing and
Yeah... oh
God.. okay
Um
And the Outing thing like I've had people
Like out me... like my mom did to my dad
like kind of... but not really like she tried to drop all these hints that were fairly obvious and
My dad never got them or he did and he just like didn't care. Either way. I don't- I don't know
But yeah, that's...
That's like the gist of the book... this one is like one of my favorites um...
Probably biased cause um again, this is the first like
LGBTQ book I've ever read, and I've read several times because I love it so much
Because it's a narrative of a younger
trans person
trans dude, and um
You know
Yeah, it just
Hit me in the feels... like several times and it's really bad I've read this way too many times
There are also like really nice little comics in here, too
cause um
Shane likes to have comics. So I'll just show you uh
I'll show you the first one. Wait. Okay, it's on like chapter 2
Like... like this.
So, yeah
Stuff like that makes it good uh
So I would definitely recommend this one... I-I-It's some good stuff... I-I feel so
Awkward
and yeah as okay this
Is my old name so I'll say Valen cause that's the new one I use
Cause I used another one before this. It's out there. I don't care. I just don't like it. Um
So this is from my grandma
She said thanks for letting me read the book. It helps me to understand although I still might mess up and call you a
She and my birth name
...Something that I can't read his cursive so it's... it helped people understand
So if you want to give that to your fam, maybe it's a good idea. I don't
know
So yeah, that is um "The Other Boy" by MG Hennessy*... it's a good book. You should read it
that's my conclusion basically and
I'll probably be doing another one of these cause I have... How many have I read over there? ...One, two... three... four
Five, six... don't mind me while I'm counting
Six... Six that I've read it, I'm gonna have one two
Three
Three more to read? ...Oh four cause I have one right- that's what you're stacked on... is books cause I'm a nerd
and like yeah, so I have- I have queer books or
LGBTQ books, if you're not comfortable with that word, um
To read and you know people need this information, so why not?
Anyways, if you enjoy it, I guess tune in for another one, I don't know how to do outros

Our Wyoming Life 2018 Ranch Review - Duration: 16:02.
hi I'm Mike 2018 is all but in the books only a few hours of it left and as we
head into the next year today we get a chance to look back at the highs and the
lows the numbers and what the future holds for our Wyoming life
and bulb police and the award for the most viewed video on our wining life in
2018 goes to with three hundred and ninety thousand views most of them
gained within the first two weeks of being released before it was stopped
dead in its tracks 1.5 million minutes almost three years of total watch time
the most viewed video for 2018 for our wining life was putting the Bulls in
with the cows the original uncensored version wasn't that a kick in the gut
you know when I watched that video kind of start to climb up in the in the
rankings and all that good stuff I was ecstatic the the first week 170,000
people saw it by the next week it was a three hundred and twenty thousand and I
kind of got to thinking that it was going to be the video that might put us
on the map might give us some really good exposure
to agriculture and then hit ball came tumbling down after being reported as an
appropriate of sexual content it was shut down and laid to rest still barely
moving under the rule of hear no evil speak no evil see no evil that was a
tough one to come back from but we did and once again we filled up an entire
year from the ranch bringing you along for every last bit of it that we can now
we go to only a few minutes with you a week but we always try to bring you the
best of what we have sometimes it's not rainbows and unicorns but it's all real
and it's meant to bring us all a little bit closer to something that does matter
and that's our relationship with agriculture where our food comes from
and the families behind it with 2018 and it's the last throes of
life I look back at this year and what made it special the good in the bat
stick around because we're not only going to look back at some of the
highlights this year we're gonna look at the numbers behind YouTube and what the
future holds a life that we never would have dreamt for ourselves a life that
when it really comes down to it is all thanks to one person and his name was
Gilbert Otto Kelvin and he was my father-in-law this year we really got
the chance to dig into the history of the ranch and all that started with a
video back in April on the anniversary of the death of the man that got us here
in the first place my father-in-law Gilbert later in the year we decided to
go farther down the rabbit hole and bring more from the early history
showcasing not only how we got here but how those long before us settled the
land
these kind of videos are a little different from the norm but we really
wanted to show people why the ranch was so important to us one of the comments
we get occasionally is why don't you sell it all and move away retire and
live on a beach somewhere well it would be easier but then not only do we lose
our connection to the land that means so much to us we lose all the history
behind it and our hope is that someday our kids will be right here working the
same land that I and many before me have a sweat heart over and that they can
appreciate it as well but it's not only us that appreciate it it's you
throughout the year of telling our stories the YouTube channel has it grown
by leaps and bounds On January 1st of this year we had 8500 subs today we're
over 65,000 on average we gained 4700 new subscribers to our community each
month in fact each month we gain more new subscribers than we gathered our
entire first 10 months of making videos that just blows me away
but it also proves to me that people do care as they should about where our food
comes from and the families behind it but subscribers are only half of the
equation when it comes to YouTube and what matters even more is views we'll
take a look at those in a minute but first let's look in at some of our
in-person visitors to the channel this year
okay ranching can be a very solitary activity in fact most of the time you're
off by yourself whether you're checking fence or feeding cows but it's nice to
bring in new blood and new faces clear back in January we had our very first
guest on the couch during a live stream Blake from another Wyoming youtube
channel called guy in Wyoming but it didn't stop there
Aaron invited her friend and the county horticulturist Hannah out to help prune
apple trees taking sections about a foot apart and the idea is that you're
wanting these branches to grow out and so that you have layers and we have
friends stop by from North Carolina and as they learned if you stop by get put
to work our friends Dave and Tammy are here visiting and luckily for us they
find it fun to help us with our work we put them to work hooking up water and
Lane irrigation hunters came in to visit during another live stream Bob is here
hunting this week you guys got your opening day we've got here on on Sunday
well yeah you got here on Sunday but you started you started fucking day when it
comes you know we have a lot of questions a lot of people asked about a
little buddy if you have a question for Bob feel free to throw it up there
because I'm sure he'd be happy to answer any question that you have
and even the owner of our local feed store couldn't escape the camera Jessica
van and I am the current owner of Govans permanent supply in Gillette Wyoming
normally known as ours beep as she let us go in and take a look around and get
to know her store 1877 I started working here in 2005 over 13 years came to work
part-time here I just went from being part time to by the time did you see
yourself as owning the place back in 2005 are you coming in like probably not
right away if somebody it's willing to join us
we're more than willing to put them on camera and for us it's a godsend because
I know all of you get tired of looking at me pretty quick but someone is still
watching and a1 staggering statistic that's worth looking at is the number of
views on our winding life and how they add up fast
this year we received 6.7 million views leading to 43 million minutes of watch
time 43 million minutes equates to about seven hundred and thirty thousand hours
over 30 thousand days or 83 years of total watch time on our wining life in
2018 that's a long time to be watching and even longer to be staring at this
mug lucky for you there's a much prettier face that you can be staring at
and that's my wife Erin over this year she's really come into her own on the
channel I think the episodes for me that are the
most fun are the ones that seem so off-the-wall doing the lip-sync
challenge was a huge step outside of our comfort zone seen all this lip-synch
challenge stuff that's been going around on the Internet
No what do you got look our local camel County Sheriff's Department did a
lipstick challenge to Shania Twain
that's the way
yeah for some reason watching Mike blow up his summer hat was oddly satisfying
mostly because that thing stinks and I'm always happy to see it go at the end of
the summer
but my favorite episode this summer this year was cow tipping snipe hunting and
the elusive Jackalope it was really fun to go out and try and film Mike tip
Bambi over she's always such a nuisance and she's
such a loving friendly cow that it was such a challenge to try and get her to
stay in frame and for Mike to be able to try and tip her over and she obviously
had no interest in being tipped the odd and the bizarre and also the curious
every state has their oddities in Texas it's a chupacabra which might be a
coyote with mange in New Jersey it's the Jersey Devil a creature with
bat wings goats legs at the head of a horse which seems like a great thing to
a mahaki team after this year also saw the project list come into full swing
each and every Tuesday we have the chance to do something around the ranch
together and cows need water and this morning we have a very serious problem
with a hydrant that supplies water to them and we have to get it fixed
some successfully and some not so much but no matter what we do we definitely
learn along the way Ned wrap is a petroleum-based product
and apparently the net wrap that we didn't get into the incinerator last
night when the girls were loading it was a bit too close to the incinerator and
got too hot bursting into flames flooding it burned for a while as long
as there's somebody here to watch it and once the net wrap is gone we can douse
the ashes with a hose I guess with over fifty six thousand new subscribers
coming into the fold this year we can expect to see some go to and this year
we lost 8,000 subscribers through one race or another but as things go it's
sometimes just part of ranch life hi I'm Mike and this is part two of saying
goodbye to the pigs it's time for them to go and it's not going to be easy in
many different ways today is bubble the Bulls last day here on the ranch and
today is the one paycheck the year that the ranch gets its sale
day and even though friends come and go there's still plenty of work to be done
as air and I tackle the ranch and usually it's just the two of us this
board here on the ground is our spacer board the garage door that needs to go
in here needs to be nine feet so the board will make sure there's nine feet
in between these two inside posts today is actually our 10-year wedding
anniversary and I can't think of a better wedding gift than a completed
high tunnel 99% complete hi I was feeding I made it I did it no nothing
broke I didn't run into anything and they're eating so from good food now
here's a very important question is the cake the best part
do we even like carrot cake or do we just all love cream cheese frosting so
much that it makes the carrot cake tolerable to good work his mom has left
him he's alone and cold and sick cows just like most animals can sense
sickness in their offspring when they know it's something that this
life-threatening sometimes they'll just leave their cows to die but we can't let
that happen it has truly been our honor to have you
along for the ride this year even if this is your very first video with us
and if it is please consider hitting that subscribe button and continuing
with us into a whole new year what's it got in store well we have some idea
calving is coming up soon so where farmers markets hang tractor maintenance
fencing doctor and cows eating and a whole lot more in fact this year we
invite you on to the ranch itself on August 24th we're hosting the very first
ranch roundup and you have a chance to come and hang out with us for the day
and with each other we're gonna have food from right here on the ranch games
tours special guests and a whole lot more including a live stream in front of
a live studio audience or you can come and sit on the couch
with us speaking of our next live stream as we kick off the new year is gonna be
January 3rd that's Thursday at 7 p.m. so come and
join us in our brand-new livestream studio and chat with us in real time ask
your questions or voice your complaints either way we love having a chance to
get to know you so that's it
2018 is all but done another years in the books and I'm happy that we got to
share it with you here is to another great year not for us but for you I'll
see you next year and until then have a great week and thanks for joining us in
our Wyoming life
