Hey, what's up?

John Sonmez here from simpleprogrammer.com.

Tired of pushy recruiters sending you LinkedIn requests for jobs you have no interest in?

If so, you should check out Hired.com.

Hired.com flips job searching on its head by having top employers like Facebook come

Just go to Hired.com/simpleprogrammer.

that link.

I got a question from John.

It says, "Help John.

I'm the biggest loser."

Oh man!

Shawn says, "Hi John, I'm 25 years old and I'm a loser."

I think there's maybe a Losers Anonymous here.

"In 2017, I've been fired from a job within less than a month, applied for a top business

school programs and got rejected from all of them after months of studying, currently

unemployed, hired some people to build my app and got scammed, have enough friends to

count on one hand, and most recently, developed feelings for a girl, but she's only interested

in hooking up."

Obviously not with him, apparently, otherwise he wouldn't have a problem here.

"I want to learn coding and attend a coding bootcamp, but it's hard to get the motivation."

Man, Shawn, I got to look at this again.

What's happened to you?

You got fired from a job, you applied for these business school programs after studying

and you got rejected from all of them, you're unemployed, you got scammed, you don't have

friends, this girl that you like she wants to roll around and hook up with all the guys

from the club.

What can you do?

Are you loser?

Are you a loser, Shawn?

No, Shawn, you're not a loser.

What you are is experienced.

This is good.

This is a good year for you.

I know that right now this year fuckin' hurts.

I know you're like, "Man, 2017, shitty.

Do not want to repeat this."

Here's a good thing.

You won't have to repeat this because you're taking your lumps now.

You're 25?

Good!

Take your lumps now because it's better now.

It's better to get experience early and to face this and the fact that you're emailing

me and you're still here and you're still considering a coding bootcamp even though

you're saying it's hard to find motivation tells me that you've got at least some amount

of grit and you're developing more of it.

You can look at this—everything in life we can look at as 2 ways.

We can look at it and we can say, "Oh God, why do you have your thumb on me and why are

you pushing me down and crushing me?

Why do you hate me so much, God?

All this bad stuff or fortune or fate, you're such a cruel bitch, why do you treat me this

way?"

That's one way we could look at life.

Or we can say, "Man, what doesn't kill us makes us stronger.

Bring it on, suckers!

Bring it on!

I'm in the training grounds right now.

My whole life is a training ground where I get stronger everyday, every kind of crap

that comes down my path is an opportunity for me to learn, is an opportunity for me

to grow, it's a new challenge and I get stronger.

I get to the point where I can take on more challenges."

You could view everything in life through those 2 lenses and it's up to you to decide.

You could take this experience in 2017 that you've had, you could take this loss of a

job, the girl that you developed feelings for that wants to go play the field and the

business schools you got rejected from and the people that scammed you from your app

and you could say, "Man, I just must be a loser.

I just must suck."

And learn nothing from it and just think that fate is a bitch and fate is treating you badly.

God's got his thumb on you, pushing you down and crushing you.

Or you can say, "There's a lot of learning here."

You could examine each one of these things and say, "What can I learn from this situation?

Losing that job, why did I lose that job?

What can I do to improve?

I figured out what's not working, so now I could figure out what is working."

You could say, "Hey, there's some area for improvement there, obviously.

I got rejected from these business schools.

Why?

What's going on there?"

You could say, "Okay, a really good one, I paid a bunch of people to build an app for

me and I got scammed."

Really examine that.

What happened there?

Were you trying to be greedy?

Were you trying to quickly build this app and make some money and you thought, "I could

just hire someone to build this asp for me."

Did you vet them out? did you do your due diligence?

Did you make mistakes there that you can learn from?

With this girl, are you too much of a nice guy?

Check out my video on being a nice guy or the man—actually, check out the play list

on being a better man and attracting women so that you can develop some of those skills.

You can realize that there's a problem here.

There's a reason why this chick wants to play the field and is not interested in you and

you can work on that.

There's all these opportunities that you have discovered in 2017 to work on yourself, to

develop your character, to increase your ability and to make 2018 better and 2019 better.

It's good sometimes when life kicks you in the nuts.

This is going to be a turning point in your life, one way or the other.

You're either going to do what you said like you emailed me in the subject line and become

a loser.

That's one choice.

Or this is going to be the stuff that forges your future that makes you the champion and

makes you succeed in the future because you've learned from this experience, because you

don't want to go through that shit again because you're willing to do what it takes to avoid

all of those things and you're willing to recognize those things.

Don't let this—don't tie your identity up in mistakes that you've made.

You've got to make mistakes in life.

You got to fail.

You got to experience some of these things.

It's just that the people that are real losers—I'll tell you who's losers.

The people who are real losers are not the people that shitty stuff happens to them and

they make mistakes or they make a lot of mistakes.

Usually the people who are winners are the people who make a lot of mistakes.

The people who are real losers are the people who make the same mistake over and over and

over again because they deny that it's a mistake, because they deny that they did anything wrong

and they're not willing to change or improve and they constantly think about how God is

putting their thumb on them, crushing them, or fate is just so bad or they have the victim

mentality.

Check out my video on victim mentality, don't have the victim mentality.

Those are the real losers in life because they're never going to do anything.

They're never going to accomplish anything.

The winners are the people who have a 2017 like your 2017 Shawn and they use that to

make them stronger.

That's who's the winners.

You can still be a winner.

I think you are a winner because I feel like you emailed me because of that reason.

There you go.

That's just my perception on it.

Feel free to disagree.

Leave a comment below and tell Shawn he's as loser.

No, I'm just kidding.

Don't do that.

Now it's too late.

Now you guys are going to do that.

That's all right.

It's all right.

It will make him tougher.

Magnesium chloride offers a series of benefits for our bodies.

Made up of chloride and magnesium, this mineral directs the calcium that accumulates in different

parts of our bodies to our bones.

This means that the excess of calcium that might build up in our muscles is redirected

to the right place by the magnesium chloride, allowing our muscles to relax.

Therefore, magnesium chloride is commonly used during the treatment of bone diseases,

such as arthritis and osteoporosis.

Magnesium mainly concentrates on the kidneys, brain, heart, and liver.

So have an idea about how versatile this mineral is, here are some sicknesses caused by the

lack of magnesium chloride:

- Hypertension; - Cardiovascular diseases;

- Fatigue; - Problems in the digestive system;

- Bone problems; - Stiffening of muscles and cartilage.

Recently, some studies have pointed out that the regular consumption of magnesium chloride

lessens the risk of rectal cancer.

Additionally, regularly consuming magnesium chloride helps prevent and treat prostate

problems.

It also reinvigorates our glands, promoting balance between the sodium and potassium present

in our bodies.

This mineral balance is important to improve several of our body's activities such as

digestion and mental activity.

Another benefit of the balance created by magnesium chloride is that it normalizes nerve

transmission in the brain, which makes it a powerful tranquilizing substance.

The recipe we are going to look at today helps us understand how to control our anxiety by

using magnesium chloride to improve the mineral balance in our body.

This recipe uses simple, easy to find ingredients, and it's also easy to make and consume.

However, you should always pay attention to the instructions and consumption recommendations,

since magnesium chloride in excess could have side effects, particularly for the digestive

system, due to its laxative effect.

How to control anxiety using magnesium chloride:

Ingredients

- 1 cup of water (200 milliliters) - Juice from half a lemon

- 1 tbsp of magnesium chloride (10 grams) - 1 tsp of honey (7, 5 grams)

- Ice (optional)

Instructions

Mix the ingredients in the cup of water until the magnesium chloride completely dissolves.

If you prefer, add ice, or make the recipe with ice water.

It's important to consume this homemade recipe 4 times a week for a period of 2 months.

After this 2 month period you should stop taking it, and, if you wish to continue the

treatment, you can do so after 30 days.

Take advantage of the benefits of magnesium chloride and see how it helps you control

your anxiety.

Airsoft Entrepot TV - How to repair a leak on a GBB gas magazine

Hello YouTube ! Today we'll talk about leaks on GBB magazines

Everybody had this type of problem at least once

We'll see how to handle this problem in this video

Note : there is a difference between a leaking magazine and some gas leak during the loading of gas

If the injection valve doesn't have an O-ring, some gas will probably leak when you load it

You get an actual leak if you can hear it from the magazine for more than 10 secondes and it doesn't stop

In order to understand why the magazine can leak, we'll see how a magazine looks like

Magazine body

Magazine lips, gas route, percussion valve, bbs feeder and its spring

Magazine floor plate, injection valve, magazine plate screw

In general, leaks come from the percussion valve, the injection valve and less oftenly from the magazine plate screw

Leaks come from a lack of maintenance or from not enough tighten screws

If the percussion valve isn't tight enough, the gas leaks from all around the valve

The percussion valve is supposed to correctly bounce each time you push it

If it's blocked, unscrew it with an adapted tool, or with a large flat screwdriver

The O-rings need to be in a good shape ; clean any dirt which could disturb the action

You can use a degreasing spray in order to clean the valve (immediately dry it after)

Then, use some silicone spray in order to lubricate the O-rings

Now, you can put the valve back inside

On the injection valve, leaks can also come from a lack or maintenance, or if the valve isn't screwed enough

The idea is the same : unscrew, check the O-rings shape, clean, lubricate, screw back

In general, you can also unscrew the valve itself ; check the spring shape and the O-ring

Finally, under some magazine, you have this type of screw which locks the gas tank : check that it's tight enough

CO2 magazines are slightly different

You have the magazine body, the lips, gas route, percussion valve, bbs feeder and its spring, and the C02 cartridge screw

Here, you have the perforation valve (which opens the C02 cartridge)

If the leak comes from this part, the repairing process is the same

If the leak continues, you'll have to check the internal valve

It has to be in a good shape

If it's not, you'll need to change it

On a C02 magazine, it's a crucial part ; if it's not in a good shape it will continue to leak no matter what

That's why you should never store a magazine with a C02 cartridge installed in the magazine, in order to avoid the deformation of the valve

You can use a flat screwdriver to install and remove it

Don't hesitate to regularly maintain your magazines (even if it's brand new) : they will last longer

The maintenance can be made after each day of gaming, or before a long storage

If you're going to store the magazine, don't hesitate to put just a little gas inside, so the O-ring will stay in the right position

With C02 magazine, remove the cartridge and store the magazine without one

Leaks on magazines are very common, and generally easy enough to repair

With the right tools and method, you can repair most of them in a few minutes

5 Simple Exercises for a Perfect Buttocks, Thighs, and Legs

As you may already know, the most difficult body part for toning is the lower half.

Often, it's a struggle to fit into your jeans, no matter how hard you try.

But, if stop eating unhealthy foods and live a more physically active life and regular

workout, you will tone your thighs and buttocks in a short amount of time.

Also, it's crucial to know how to define the muscles in the glutes and thighs so that

when you start losing weight, the legs become smooth and toned.

THE EXERCISES

These several exercises which we've prepared for you will strengthen your body, burn surplus

fat, and tone the muscles.

You should begin with one set of each exercise.

Once you get comfy, you should increase to two sets and so on.

Let's take a look at the exercises now:

Thigh exercises

Side lunge

Stand with the legs shoulder-width apart and step to the right.

Lower the weight over the bent leg and slowly go upright and then put the foot back to the

starting position.

Do 10 repetitions.

Butt lift with medicine ball

Lie on the back, the knees need to be bent, and the feet on the floor.

Then, squeeze a medicine ball between the knees and raise the buttock to make a straight

line from the knees all the way to the shoulders.

Make sure the neck is relaxed.

Hold the position for 30 seconds and then go to the primary position.

Inner thigh leg lift Lie on the side and bend the top leg over

the bottom one and put the knee on the ground in front of you.

Raise the straight leg few inches and then lower it back, but make sure it doesn't

touch the ground.

Do 10 repetitions on one side and 10 on the other.

Buttocks exercises

Since toned thighs mean nothing without well-shaped buttocks, you should take a look at these

exercises which will tone your buttocks in no time!

Glute bridges

This exercise doesn't target the glutes only, but the lower back and hamstrings as

well.

Lie flat on the back with the knees bent and the arms at the sides of the body.

Slowly, squeeze the glutes and lift the hips to the ceiling.

Imagine a straight line from the knees to the shoulders.

The head and neck need to be relaxed.

After 3 seconds or so, lower the hips gradually.

Donkey kick

This exercise will strengthen the glutes, but the core as well.

Begin on the hands and knees and with the hands below the shoulders.

The knees need to be below the hips.

Then, stretch the right leg behind you until it's aligned with the spine.

Imagine a straight line from head to toe.

Next, gradually lower the leg back down and repeat the same movement on the other side.

How to Make a Simple Dal & Use a Pressure Cooker! - Duration: 5:23.

Hi, welcome to my video! This week I'm sharing a recipe for a simple dal. This

is part of the "Recipes for Bachelors" playlist which is really just a

collection of recipes that hopefully take some guesswork out of making

everyday dishes, and this video will also teach you how to use your pressure

cooker which can be a little intimidating. I was certainly afraid

of my pressure cooker for a long time but now, I can't live without it. You're

going to need some yellow split peas, these are channa dal, but if you don't

have that you can certainly use toor dal.

What you have to do before you do anything else is sift through your dal

and pick out any stones. I don't know why there are stones in dal - I've always

found this very puzzling - but there are always one or two and you'll know when

you see them. Pick those out and throw them away, you do not want to bite down

on that while you're eating. Next soak your dal for at least thirty minutes.

You could even do this the night before. You don't have to do it, but it does help

in the cooking process. While the dal is soaking, chop up some tomato. I have about

3/4 of a tomato here but you know, 1 medium tomato or even a large tomato

should be just fine and it doesn't have to be attractive, the

way you chop this won't make any difference in the end. We're not going to

be using any onions or garlic in this recipe but we are going to be using some

asafoetida, and if you've never smelt this before then you are in for a treat.

And by not using any onion or garlic this recipe is also safe for Jains! Next

you're gonna grate some ginger - a one-inch piece should be enough and for

our spices we're going to be using whole cumin seeds, red chili powder,

and finally some turmeric powder. You'll also need salt to taste as well as some

water. This dal cooks really nicely with a ratio of 1 to 3.5. And

finally some oil. Now we get to use our pressure

cookers. Confront your pressure cooker with confidence. Put some oil in it and

turn on the heat. Then add some cumin seeds to the oil and wait for them to

crackle. When you hear that sound that's how you'll know that the oil is hot

enough. Add the remainder of the cumin seeds as well as the asafoetida.

Next comes the ginger and be sure to push it around so that it doesn't burn

or get stuck at the bottom of the cooker. Then you can add the remaining spices

and allow them to roast in the oil until they're aromatic.

Once the spices have cooked a little bit and they no longer smell raw, add the

tomato and as usual be sure to give that a bit of a stir and turn down the heat

if necessary so that they don't burn. Next add some salt, and you can always

adjust this later on if you need to. Then add the soaked and strained dal. Give

everything a stir so that the ingredients are properly combined and

this is what it should look like. Yours might look a little different - that's

okay. Next add the water and remember you are

using three and a half times as much water as you've used dal, so if you use

1 cup of dal use 3.5 cups of water.

Now you're going to close the pressure cooker, so turn up the heat on high, as

high as it'll go, and shut the lid. Don't give it a second thought.

Now it might take a little while for this to happen but eventually your

cooker is going to start hissing. Don't look at this as a sign of aggression

it just means that the cooker is going to whistle and for this recipe you need

three whistles. If you'd like to keep some distance between yourself and your

cooker that's just fine, and once you hear that third whistle turn down the

heat as low as it can go and leave your dal on simmer for ten minutes. Then turn

off the heat and wait for all of the steam to escape the pressure cooker.

Sometimes I'm a little impatient and so I rush the process but once all the

steam has escaped, open up your pressure cooker and give

your dal a stir, and here's what it should look like - not too thick, not too

thin, nice chunky pieces of tomato. I like to do a taste test and if I need to

adjust the salt then I will but, if all is well, I pour it out and I dig in. If

you want to take this one step further you can spoon in a little bit of ghee, or

clarified butter. You can even garnish this with some

freshly chopped coriander, but that's it! I hope you try it and I hope you nail it

and as usual thank you so much for watching, buh bye!
