IOT SENSORS FOR GLOBAL MARKET
Many people ask what the Internet of Things is all about.
We explain it by comparing the classic Internet, as we know it - emails, facebooks, big data and visualisation
to the human head.
What the human head does not know about the outside world, which is the human body,
is that the head has no senses.
And the Internet of Things represents the senses of the human head - the internet as we know it.
What we are trying to do is to connect the physical world and the world of classic Internet much closer.
There are two things you need for this interconnection
First, you need the nerve fibers which will transfer the information from the sensors.
From your hearing, vision, temperature sensors.
The nerve fibers actually represent the network which we have built in the past 4 years.
It is based on a technology called Sigfox, a worldwide network operating in 52 countries at the moment.
So we built the nerve fibers.
But what turned out is that the nerve fibers need hardware, the sensors,
to be able to transfer the information.
We needed the hardware to really be affordable, with great radio performance, in a nice design.
And since the Sigfox network has already been built in the Czech Republic, in Slovakia and in other countries,
I have decided to build this kind of hardware company manufacturing IoT sensors.
At the moment, we have around 200 customers around the world.
We sold about 10,000 devices.
Our customers range from Mexico, South Africa, the Middle East to Australia, Japan.
We make simple devices.
The beauty is in the simplicity.
This device looks like a small box. And what we have inside is a lot of sensors that can send data,
for example about whether the trash can is overturned.
When we put this thing on a garbage chute in a house,
where you have this big pit and there are individual doors and the doors do not close.
So we fix the devices on the doors and we know exactly when the doors were closed or were not closed.
A tremendous case is tracking of large mining tires. This tire costs tens of thousands of dollars.
So if you put the tracking sensor directly into the tire at the beginning of its production,
you know exactly when it arrives to the mine where you need to use the tire.
This is a mega case.
What is unique about our devices is that they are able to send 30,000 messages
without any gateway directly to the Internet during the battery lifetime. Which is around 10 to 15 years.
With Simple Hardware, we have come a long way in the past year.
And there are three areas we want to focus on and invest in them together with you.
The first is to build business, logistics and support processes,
so that we can support customers in the large volumes we have planned.
The second large area is the financing of current assets.
We produce in large series and we need to ensure both the purchase of material
and the financing of production and in-stock products
so that we are able to provide the devices according to the customers' needs.
The third area is the product development itself, where we think we are at the top
and we definitely want to keep it this way.
We would like to catch the wave which we expect to be called for example IoT 2.0.
The so-called wave of embedded devices.
Where our devices will become part of standardly produced goods like Ikea sofa.
When we will not be making our own casings, we will not be making end devices as they are now,
but we will be delivering logic and our devices will become part of the products themselves.
We believe that we can define and design the best, most reliable IoT devices,
that we know how to produce them and how to sell them on the global market.
And that together we can make the world better.

lid. Put the jar in the fridge and leave it for another 3 days to ferment.
From the fermented liquid, 100 milliliters of juice are consumed twice
a day for 3 days. This beetroot and ginger juice helps to
cleanse the body toxins, improve digestion and immunity, and cubes of

I recently did a video entitled, "What Type Of Anxiety Do You Have & How To Fix It"?...
I got a lot of great feedback and comments.
However, a common question I received was, "how do I know if I have really have anxiety?"
Which is an excellent question and I probably should have started with this video first…
To first see IF you have some form of anxiety or not.
And to get a rough idea, I'll be asking you 5 simple, "yes or no" questions, that
you can do in a minute, which can help give you more insight on whether you may be dealing
with some form of anxiety at the moment.
Quick Stats About Anxiety
Some important stats about anxiety…
Statistically speaking, over 75% of the population has felt some form of anxiety.
Globally, 1 in 13 people suffer from anxiety on a regular basis.
In the US, anxiety disorders are the most common form mental illness, affecting over
40 million adults over the age of 18.
That's about 20% of the population.
Anxiety disorders also affect over 25% of teenagers (children between 13 and 18 years
old).
Women have almost double the risk of developing an anxiety disorder.
Anxiety and depression are also closely related.
A high percentage of people with anxiety, also suffer from bouts of depression.
And I mention these statistics because if you're dealing with some form of anxiety,
please don't feel badly.
You're not alone.
Please don't feel ashamed or hopeless.
I want you to know that there are various solutions that can help.
There are natural ways to give you quick relief.
So, you don't have to take harmful, addictive medications.
Different Forms Of Anxiety Disorders
And there are many different forms of anxiety or "anxiety disorders", such as

The Simple Quiz
Okay, so let's get started with the simple quiz.
It's 5, "yes or no" questions.
I'll ask the questions and just remember or make a note on how many times you said
"yes".
So let's begin...
Do you avoid certain people or situations, especially public places or unfamiliar people?
Do you consider yourself a "worrier"?
Do you worry daily or often, especially about things that you have no control over?
Especially about past events or your future?
Do you often feel like you're "stressed out" or "on edge"?
Are you short tempered and less tolerant?
Does your heart race or have heart palpitations?
Do you become tired or fatigued quickly.
Physically or mentally or both?
Do your muscles feel tight or tense?
Do you have problems concentrating and focusing?
The Answer 0 Yeses
If you never said yes, then you probably have no anxiety.
1-2 Yeses If you said "yes", 1 or 2 times, then
you may simply be dealing with extra stress at the moment.
Maybe something has recently happened that has caused to worry more than usual.
This is fine and it's normal.
I've realized that about every 3-4 months, something blows up in my life that causes
me some extra stress and worry.
But, it's always temporary.
Stress is a part of life.
However, it's HOW you deal with it and the MEANING you give to a "challenging" situation,
that dictates the outcome and how you feel.
Your goal should be to focus 90% of your energy on the solution and the 10% on the problem,
simply so you LEARN and grow from it, so it doesn't happen in the future.
3+ Yeses However, if you said "yes", 3 or more
times, then you may be suffering from some sort of social anxiety disorder.
You may also be feeling kinda "blah" or maybe even depressed at times.
If this is you, then that's fine too.
It does NOT mean that you are always going to have anxiety and this is just and how the
rest of your life is going to be.
Please do NOT "label" yourself as an "anxious" person or some other disempowering label.
There are many reasons for having anxiety.
The bottom line will always be some sort of chemical or hormonal imbalance.
However, the CAUSE of the imbalances is what's important.
Is it your environment, your diet,
lack of exercise, nutrient deficiencies
Change in your hormones due to aging Lack of cummunication
Stress which causes an increase in stress hormones and hormonal imbalances
Drugs … which can be prescription, or street drugs or even over-the-counter stuff?
Or, maybe it's just what you're focusing on.
Many times, anxiety stems from fear.
Some people have said that FEAR stands for False
Evidence Appearing
Real
Many times, what we fear in our minds, is not real.
However, whatever the mind truly believes, it will believe it to be REAL.
So, changing your focus from worry and fear, to gratitude and appreciation will cause positive
changes in your hormones and brain chemicals, causing happiness and confidence.
Of course, this isn't easy at first.
You need to UNDO negative habits, which focuses more on the problem, than the solution.
And just like a muscle, it needs practice to get stronger and better.
Anyway, the point is that there's hope and you're not alone!

hey guys Omarr here with the iPad pro and an Apple pencil and today I'm just
going to show you the basics of how to use a pencil obviously when it's all
paired up check out my previous videos in this playlist and I'll show you how
to obviously and pair it up and any troubleshooting that and you may come
across before forget subscribe and also hit the bell icon to be notified of any
new videos that I post so just talking you through the notes and application
itself you can this button here allows you to add people so essentially if
you're working on something they can you can share they can add and annotate and
things like that so obviously this is the best thing when you want to scrap a
note you can go and share it here so that's also an option and obviously
that's a new new page there on the bottom if you select this icon here
you'll see that you'll be able to get your tools so obviously you've got like
some different types of writing tools so you've got like a pen type tool here you
can you can turn this down too to change the how opaque the beat includes so you
can have a really dark and really lighter things like that you can have it
obviously it's it's you know depending on how hard you touch the pencil to the
screen the thicker the actual lines will be but you also have an option here of
changing how how the pen will interact like that so you can do highlights as
well so you can change the colors onto that and the actual sort of tip parts on
the screen will change to that color so for example you could have a green pad
but then you'd know that you've got a blue highlight right there which is
which is good as well obviously pen and the same thing you can change it so it's
very soft or you can change it so it's very hard and things like that so then
this is the eraser so you have an option here of tapping the side like so and you
can switch back as you can see from the button
and switch back from the pan to the eraser now I've set this in the setting
so for example if I go into the settings go down into a pencil and you can
basically set it here where you can switch between the current tool and the
eraser the current tool and the last used and you can show the color palette
and obviously you have enough option and that is incredibly useful whenever
you're sort of made a mistake it can go back and it doesn't sort of erase a
little bit so for example this stroke here if I was to erase this it would
erase all of it like that but it's still useful so when if you were sort of
sketching you'd make little sketches like this little strokes even like this
and then if you was to your race you could just you race a little bit so that
would be the technique that you'd use now this is just the sort of tool that
you can grab I love the stuff you can move it around it's quite intuitive like
that obviously these are the colors you can't change these colors so if I was to
hold down this black here I can't change it for anything else so these are the
quick sort of colors that you have and you stuck with them you don't you can't
just change them you can go into the color wheel and change for example you
know two different different shades or whatever color and then that stays there
and then you can use another one for you know the this particular highlights and
another one so you can sort of save colors like that but you can't actually
change these which is a shame cuz that would have been quite useful and
essentially once you're done you can you can then go back into your notes save
them and essentially just share them or whatever you want to do that the one
interesting thing is that if you've got kids you can now sort of download free
sort of coloring so with with the new feature of marking so Markov is
essentially when you download a picture of any sort you can annotate it now when
you do that for example I've downloaded this sort of phrase coloring page for my
nephew and stuff and what you can do is you can select it and
then select the pen here and then use this and you know you can give it to
your kids like a color that can do whatever they want to do you can if you
hit the plus sign here you can add text to it you can type and stuff you can add
a signature magnify so you can magnify grab with the pen grab with your finger
it doesn't work with the pencil but you can magnify with your finger and you
know bring a certain area closer so you can I guess color you know things like
that and then it just gives you more flexibility with coloring and saving
you've got can annotate add arrows there speech bubbles all that good stuff and
then obviously you can when you hit done it saves in the notes and you can you
can share the note to whoever by email or you know airdrop or whatever so that
was just a quick look and really a basics of what you can do with the Apple
pencil on the iPad pro this year's 2008 e95 Pro thanks for watching guys do have
