Can a game work if it's borrowing a ton of ideas from an older game that you have

the best childhood memories of?

Parkitect answers that question with a resounding yes!

Adopting a ton of mechanics from RollerCoaster Tycoon, Parkitect, really brings me back.

I remember playing RollerCoaster Tycoon for an entire weekend while my parents were out

of town.

Probably solidifying my love for computers and my ability to sit in front of one for

an inhuman amount of time.

Anyway, Parkitect feels comfortable.

Part of that is the fact that so many of the mechanics are ripped right from that game

I hate I have to keep bringing up.

It's so much like playing RollerCoaster Tycoon you might forget that it's not.

But, even though Parkitect is building on a long established franchise there are some

improvements.

The most obvious one you've probably already noticed, the graphics.

Parkitect has a nice clean modern look.

The rides animations are crisp!

The menus follow on that same look which make them very pleasant to use.

You quickly become acclimated to searching for items and it's great the menu slides

out of the way when you're trying to place an object.

Parkitect even has this great eyedropper tool to select items quickly so you can place them,

making it so you don't even have to think about what trashcan you were placing in the

park the entire time.

Of course the old standards are here for you to change the ride's color and music.

There's also some really slick views that help you build the coasters.

You can see g-forces, airtime, velocity, and scenario rating.

Even though the UI is quite good building underground can be a bit of a pain in the

ass.

It's the one area where the UI offers no help.

You can move the platform you're building up and down easily but it's so difficult

to determine where it is.

It's especially difficult to line up underground pathways and Parkitect has a building UI that

it wants you to use over using the mouse but it isn't any better.

Giving the player the ability to move through each layer would have been a lot easier.

The system for building your coaster is the traditional style though where you place it

piece by piece.

Which will feel at home for old timers but newcomers will have a small learning curve.

Expect to ruin a couple and get frustrated with trying to line up that last piece of

your monorail so it can enter the station at the same height.

But, there are plenty of pre built coasters if you would rather not bother.

There's good diversity between cheap, expensive, simple, and complex.

Really the entire blueprint system is a dream.

Select a prefab item and plop it down!

It also nicely separates the game between maintaining a park and building coasters.

Depending on your mood you could jump into a game create a coaster and save it for later.

Right now the prefabs in the game are a bit limited but Parkitect comes with Steam Workshop

support and there's already a wealth of items there.

To me this is the biggest seller because there's only so many coasters I'll be able to build.

I really was getting frustrated trying to get a monorail around my park.

I'm not the type of player to go super deep getting my hands dirty building a full coaster

with a hundred different colors or with a theme.

However, the ones in the steam workshop are great!

You can tell the creators put a ton of effort into them and they look amazing in game.

The simulation of people works as you would expect.

People will use benches right next to the food stalls to eat.

They will walk down pathways where nothing is, even if they're carrying a map so you

do need put up signs that block their path.

Employees need their own paths to get around to keep the magic alive.

Hide them behind walls or for an added expense, go underground!

Side note, I have high praise for Parkitect's system for raising and lowering the terrain

level.

This is amazing work!

How it will automatically place pathways and coasters underground is incredible.

But now I really need an undo because this is messy.

Moving on, Parkitect does have a campaign mode of twenty six levels.

It's fairly straightforward with different layouts where you need to build a theme park

and get the required amount of visitors.

As you complete the levels the game makes them available in sandbox mode.

It's all fairly clear-cut and will provide a nice introduction for new players.

Pros will probably speed through them though.

The campaign can feel a little drawn out though.

Each level will take a lot longer than you expect.

That's because even at the fastest time setting the game feels slow.

When you end up using all your funds building a coaster you'll be forced to wait around

as your money rolls in.

This goes against the expectation of a sim game where at maximum speed the game should

whip by so fast that any positive or negative outcome is amplified.

The possibility of being punished for going at maximum speed is what keeps you on your

toes.

The question is, did I make all the right moves to allow me to speed the game up.

There's no reason to make the player wait if they've nailed it.

This issue is magnified if you're only using prefab coasters since you could design a coaster

while you wait for your guests to give you their money.

This has the side effect of of disrupting your attention.

Normally sim games are so absorbing that you lose track of time.

However, in Parkitect, you can feel the time slowly drag on as you wait for money.

Don't expect to feel that "one more turn" feeling because during those lulls you'll

feel fine quitting and coming back later.

It's a big departure from what I expected.

It was even more obvious after I played with unlimited cash and definitely did lose track

of time.

Overall Parkitect is good and I like it.

The early access period was kind to it.

I expect it to expand more as time goes on.

If you're wondering where the hell the coaster cam is well, there isn't one.

But, there is already a mod for it which makes me hopeful.

There's enough people invested and creating for this game.

I expect fans of the genre will be happy.

Gungrave VR PS4 Review | 2 Hours Later | Backlog Battle - Duration: 5:22.

What's up everyone?

Alex here!

I had fond memories playing the original Gungrave on the PS2.

Created by TRIGUN creator Yasuhiro Nightow, the game spawned a 26 episode anime, as well

as a sequel called Gungrave: Overdose.

More than a decade later, Gungrave reemerges with Gungrave VR, a follow-up to the original

PS2 games.

Many fans, including myself, have been looking forward to this game, but how does it actually

play in VR?

Let's lock and load those Cerberus pistols and find out, as we review Gungrave VR, Hours Later!

Gungrave VR's gameplay is mostly lifted from the original PS2 games but with a few

different twists.

You'll be moving your headset around to aim a reticle in the middle of the screen

and pressing the R2 button to fire Grave's Cerberus pistols.

Grave's pistols never run out of ammo, but they do overheat, which you can cool off by

pressing the L1 button.

You'll also be able to slowly rotate the camera using the Right Analog stick, but this

does so in an abrupt camera shift motion, which is prevalent in most VR titles.

Grave can also dodge roll, slow down time, use his coffin as a melee weapon, and deliver powerful attacks,

much like the game's predecessors.

New to Gungrave VR are stages that feature arcade style shooter sections, where Grave

stays stationary in the middle of a platform, as he attacks multiple enemies.

If this new gameplay addition just made you do a double-take, it's because Gungrave

VR seems to want to exist in a world where its PS2 games are still a standard for quality

while trying to offer an immersive VR experience.

The first person arcade sections don't feel right in a game where the third person gameplay

should be the star.

Gone are your options to move around and dodge in these sections.

Instead, you're forced to shoot down everything and anything on screen.

Unfortunately, this doesn't mean that Gungrave VR's third person sections are any better.

Much of the design of the third-person encounters in Gungrave VR are often dictated by what

would work if the game were a full fledged non-VR game rather than designing it around

the medium.

For example, it's very common for enemies to try and rush towards Grave from a variety

of different directions, forcing you to try and move him backward, only to get trapped

on an invisible wall or get wedged in between enemies.

This poses a huge number of problems from a motion sickness standpoint, as you're

forced to make abrupt head movements to aim your target reticle, or to even see what's

behind you.

The camera rotation using the Right Analog Stick is also unbearably slow, and for a fast

paced action game, this design is at an odds with the kind of game this is.

It also doesn't help that the target reticle tends to disappear from time to time, or that

your enemies are enveloped in smoke-like special effects that can cover much of the screen.

In a game where balancing what and when to shoot and when to cool off your pistols, it's

criminal to have to guess if you're actually hitting someone or not.

Probably one of the most egregious design decisions that exacerbate the problem for

motion sickness is the placement of the game's health and beat gauges.

Instead of integrating these elements into the reticle somehow, these UI elements sit

slightly above the floor, forcing players to take their eyes away from the action or

even move their headset so that they could quickly take a peek at their current situation.

Again, rapid head movements in VR are not good!

Despite my grievances when it comes to the gameplay, there are often times that I marvel

at the attention put onto Grave's character model.

There's a few enemies here and there whose designs I've also liked, only to be quickly

pulled back by the quality of the rest of the game.

The story is very minimal - the beginning of the game just shows text, with no artwork,

and merely serves as an excuse as to why you're doing all of this.

You can finish Gungrave VR in a couple of hours, and you can probably spend a little

bit more time to rank better.

I would've vastly preferred it if the whole game was playable in third person throughout,

as the arcade style gameplay interspersed in-between is just not what I want to play

when I think of Gungrave.

Gungrave VR is a game of could've, would've, should'ves.

It could've been a great experience, and it would've been, had the developers minded

what it actually means to make a VR experience.

They should've taken some time to make sure that all of its elements are firing on all

cylinders too, as Gungrave VR could've delivered an unforgettable experience that would've

helped usher in more third person action games into the medium.

Instead, Gungrave VR feels like it was made with the most minimal of efforts, and this

saddens me as a longtime fan of the series.

Acupressure Therapy Sandals 🍀BYRIVER Foot Massage (Plantar Fasciitis Relief) Review ⭐ - Duration: 5:01.

Hey guys welcome back to the channel! I have got some foot massage reflexology

sandals to show you today. These are from BYRIVER and they come in various sizes

and colors right now I have the large alright so you might notice that these

sandals are not as fashionable as you might think

but that's because they're not designed to be fashionable they are designed to

provide foot therapy they can particularly help with plantar fascitis

which is a common foot problem that can be very painful for a lot of people and

wearing these can give you some relief now I don't have that condition but I do

get sore feet a lot from walking certain exercise you know just everyday things

so these would be a great addition to your health and beauty products if you

are prone to any sort of foot pain here's a closer look at each sandal

itself these little point acupuncture points right here go up and down when

you put pressure so if you put your foot in don't get it go down just giving you

a better look now these straps up here are adjustable

so depending on your foot size foot width how thick the socks are you have

on you know that's up to you now these can be a little bit

uncomfortable when you first put them on if you're not used to this particular

type of shoe I put these on for about 10 minutes before this video and I will say

I didn't have any pain but I kind of felt a lot better for some reason maybe

just some extra pressure I was used to but they do certainly work these are not

designed to be worn at all times they recommend start starting with about 15

minutes a day and you can wear them with or without socks it's more comfortable

to start with socks in my purse piñon especially if you're not used to

them as I did mention earlier they do come in other colors I do have this

color right here as you can see the little acupuncture points are a little

bit different but you still get the same experience all right so I'm going to

show you what these look like on my feet and I'm wearing the large ones it's just

in case you were wondering and they do come in small and medium as well all

right so these are the large ones as they just mentioned and if you want a

reference I'm about a 11 and a half to 12 in women's 10 and a half and men's I

can certainly feel the acupressure points beneath my feet and I also see

why you should wear them starting 15 minutes a day I don't think I could wear

this a whole day and I'm glad they recommend not to I am sure whatever

however you put long you decide to put these on before you are going to get

relief I just taking it off like already a lot better also I don't know if I did

show you this or not but um the top is adjustable right here so depending on

your foot size you can change that well yeah overall like they're comfortable

but you know comfortable in a sort of healing way definitely not going to want

to wear this the entire day good foot therapy definitely something you should

consider purchasing if you are in that area of pain where you are walking all

day right maybe you're a runner you are on your feet a lot maybe fast-food or

any type of blue-collar job this would be great for when you come home

decompress yeah it does come with an extra set of

little acupressure points just in case you break one or something happens there

is an extra for you to change out if you need to

that's a good thing to have as well alright so that is a look at the foot

massage reflexology sandals by BYRIVER please check the description

section below for any information and please like this video and subscribe to

our Channel thanks for watching

Making Butterbeer | Harry Potter Receipe Review - Duration: 5:35.

Hey guys, it's Carly from All The Pretty Books, and today I'm going to be making butterbeer.

I found a recipe online.

I'll make it.

I'll try it, and I'll tell you how it is.

I love the idea of butterbeer around the Holiday Season.

I think it's probably because I reread the Harry Potter books during the Holidays when

I was off from school and had the time to do so. and butterbeer always sounded so good.

I will say that even though the recipe is really nice and simple, it's not going to

be similar to what you find at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, mainly as far as the

cream goes.

The cream at the Harry Potter park is not dairy based.

Shocking if you didn't know that but, it's not.

Jo wanted more people to be able to drink it so she wanted a foam that wouldn't have

a cream base for those who are lactose intolerant.

But this one is a cream base.

So the recipe calls for 2 liters of cream soda I'm the only one drinking this, so.

. . my favorite brand of cream soda is IBC.

It's not as sweet as some of the others can get.

Uh, for me, cream soda can get really sweet.

So what you're going to do is you're going to pour it into a cup.

I have this wonderful copper mug that I found at Wal-Mart.

It's insulated so it keeps drinks really nice and cold.

So next we're going to add butter extract, which you can find in the extract, like baking

section of your supermarkets.

It'll be with the vanilla, the almond things like that.

It calls for a quarter teaspoon for 2 liters, so I'm just going to put just a smidge.

The recipe also calls for caramel extract but I couldn't find any other than on Amazon.com

and I just didn't feel like ordering it through there, but if you do want to make it completely

accurately to the recipe, you can get caramel extract on Amazon.

I'll put the link down below.

And stir it around.

You can kind of smell the butter.

I don't know how it should taste yet so I don't know if I would add more or less.

But so far, so good.

So now we're going to make the cream part of the butterbeer.

The recipe calls for 1 Cup of heavy whipping cream, which you can find at your local supermarkets

in the dairy section.

It calls for 1 Cup for 2 liters of cream soda.

However, I am going to make the 1 Cup of heavy cream even though I am the only person using

this or drinking this recipe because I'm going to be using it another thing that I'm going

to make later on.

So. you're going to pour your Cup.

We're going to add 1/2 Cup butterscotch topping for the 1 Cup of heavy cream.

I'm going to give it a little bit of a taste.

Really, really good.

The recipe calls for a quarter Cup of powdered sugar.

Look at all the cream!

I'm so excited to try this!

Really good!

It's not too sweet.

Oh man!

The cream is really good.

As you can see it sticks to my face.

I'm going to have to go wash my face in a minute, but I'm just not going to do that

while I'm still drinking this wonderful butterbeer.

Um, I highly recommend the recipe as long as you're not lactose intolerant of course.

It's really not as sweet as I thought it would be, granted, I added less powdered sugar than

the recipe called for.

Um, the butterscotch topping doesn't make it as sweet as I thought it would be.

I don't know how it would be with the caramel extract mixed in, but really I don't feel

like anything is really lacking here.

I really enjoy it.

I'm going to put the recipe down below.

If you try it, please put in the comments what you think about it.

I would love to hear.

And of course, if you have any questions about collecting Harry Potter books, you're welcome

to find me Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or you can send me an email through my website.

Don't forget I have a wonderful giveaway going for 10 Mystery Minis from Fantastic Beasts!

And you can see those are in my previous video; I'll have that at the end of this video.

And with that, I'm going to say Thanks for Watching, Happy Collecting, and Happy Butterbeer

Drinking!

Top Creed Fragrances Tabarome Millesime Review - Duration: 5:26.

This time I'm ranting about the latest addition to my fragrance collection from

one of my favourite fragrance houses. 'Never, in the field of fine fragrance have I ever

smelled anything like this!'It is of course, the Creed Tabarome

Millesime! For all the latest Frag Rant content like and subscribe and click that

notification bell! Don't forget to drop me a note in the comments and tell me if

Tabarome, but for now, let's get on with the review! There are two Creed

Tabarome fragrances. The first was created in 1875 by the third-generation

Henry Creed and is part of the Creed private collection

Now, tastes in fragrance were very different in the 19th century and the

Tabarome Prive, as it's known, is described as a robust chypre. There was a

imited re-release of this fragrance in 2010 and the entry on Fragrantica

describes the Prive as smelling of 'England's House of Lords'. So far, I've not

been fortunate enough to get my nose on the Tabarome Prive although I have

isited the House of Lords of the United Kingdom on a couple of occasions. And do you

know what the House of Lords smells like? Well, I'll tell you at the end of the

video! This review is on the Tabarome Millesime launched in 2000 by Olivier

Creed. For those interested in batch numbers, the bottle I'm reviewing has

been bought retail, for obvious reasons, and is a 2018 batch. The retail price for

a 100 ml bottle is around £215 in the UK, I have seen it advertised for

£199 on discounter websites but they had no stock. Now the word 'Millesime'

features on many Creed fragrances and is borrowed from the wine industry meaning

that the contents of the bottle was created using the very best, the cream of

the crop, from a particular year's harvest. Just like good wine, a Creed

fragrance is bottled and then matures in the bottle over time. The name Tabarome

pays homage to the tobacco notes you would expect from a fragrance that Creed

tell us is 'Inspired by the British heritage of fine brandy and cigars'. Creed

never made any direct reference to Winston Churchill in their promotional

materials, but the inference to the very much bygone age of the British statesman is

still there and is carried through to the fragrance itself. Given the nod and wink

to Churchill, heritage and tobacco, you would think that Tabarome would have a

deep, sonorous, dark, tobacco note. You might think that, but you'd be wrong!

It is a masculine fragrance for a man who's 'suited and booted'. Very much at

home in the boardroom or gentleman's club or as I enjoy wearing Tabarome,

paired with my Barbour tweed cap and wax jacket, when I'm out walking the

'hounds' through the countryside. Although a fragrance best suited to the autumn and

winter, Tabarome has that fresh twist that Creed put into all of their

fragrances. It opens with a sharp but light citrus from bergamot, lemon and

Mandarin. Mandarin is the dominant note, slightly sweet, almost jammy,

but sour like a breakfast marmalade. This is an intricate fragrance. As it begins

to dry down the mandarin becomes muted and the fresh, green tobacco begins to

swell from the base. It smells of the interior of the humidor at my favourite

tobacconist by Clifford's Tower in York. This is a bright, crisp, tobacco, with

that hint of a spicy tingle you get from a fresh, quality cigar. Something like a

Montecristo No2. The spice of the tobacco is further enhanced with ginger,

before the fragrance begins to elegantly soften with sandalwood, musk, leather and

and ambergris. But the show is not over just yet. There's a hint of tea in there

too. Step outside into the cooler air and up pops the mandarin again, to

to remind you it never really left the first time around and Tabarome will

then cycle through it's notes again, this time warmer and smoother. Silage, for the

first couple of hours, I would say is moderate on my skin before it becomes a

more personal, intimate scent. Longevity...I get between 7 and 8

hours. sometimes longer in cooler temperatures. A word of warning!

Tabarome is a more mature scent and for all it's fresh quirkiness still has a

vintage vibe. As much as I love this fragrance it is not a fragrance to

blind buy. As you should do with all fragrances 'try it before you buy it' but

please, do try it! For me, it has become an essential part of my winter fragrance

rotation. So what did the House of Lords smell like? Leather, old books,

beeswax and the faint smell of urine used to fix the dye in the Harris

weed worn by the countryfied coffin dodgers, that frequent the palace.

Looks like I've run out of time again, thanks to everyone for subscribing

and commenting and I'll see you again very soon. Bye!

Review of the Bosski 800 AL ATV Wagon - Duration: 3:46.

One of the things that really surprised me on

this trip and I had no idea what to expect and even bill bill told me I was crazy at first is

I got an ATV wagon on the back it's from bosky and it's the single axle aluminum it weighs like

216 pounds and you can haul 800 pounds in it so I really didn't know what to expect because it's a fully enclosed

wagon and

bill told me in the beginning initially you know don't even bother bringing that wagon there's

no, way, you're gonna be able to go on these trails that

we have to go on to get back into our hunting spots and

Then kind of the more we talked about it and more we kicked around bill was like well you know what I'm kind of curious

now so just bring it and we'll see what happens I took that ATV wagon on

Every single trip and every trail that we went on here in Colorado and I'm talking some of them were just wide enough to get

the Machine through

Yeah you definitely need a 50 inch machine we were coming through some of those trails it reminded me of being on the Paiute trail

and their 50 inch trails

I'm telling you what the logs were cut almost exactly 50 inches so you could fit through them

It's tight but I am impressed there was an ATV wagon it's an 800 al that thing fit through everything

Did a good job we're gonna take the stuff out of the back or

maverick trail tomorrow and put it in

The wagons so that way it doesn't get so dusty and you know

kind of stays out of the elements a little bit so we're gonna do that tomorrow we're gonna switch out up and then we just

Locked the wagon to the to the maverick trail so nobody steals it

These trails were super tight I'll tell you what this thing tracks so good behind us there's

no

scratches on the side I mean we were going through stuff that was barely 50 inches

and Bill follow us the other day and he was impressed he was so impressed he's getting worn this is a

boss ski ATV wagon this is the 800 al

super light weight aluminum and it's a single axle and

I'm telling you what man this thing is doing a good job I have a double axle but it's way too

big to bring here for this so

You know you got to get the right tool for the job so this is definitely the right tool for the job here, it's

It's paid off we put our backpacks we got a target in here we got all kind of stuff in here

and if we get an elk it's really an earnest-money then

I'll tell you what this thing can go anywhere anywhere this trail can go that wagon can go super easy and quiet

Just glad you're up

You

2014-2015 Silverado RedRock 4x4 Tubular Off-Road Front Bumper Review & Install - Duration: 28:54.

Hey, guys.

Adam here with americantrucks.com and today we're taking a closer look at and installing

the RedRock 4x4 tubular off-road bumper available for the '14 and '15 Silverado 1500.

You should be checking this particular bumper out if you're looking for an affordable yet

off-road capable solution to front end armor.

This particular bumper here is textured black powder coated to give you that stealthy appearance,

but more importantly, the functionality is extremely important here for the price point

it is at.

This one, in particular, retains your factory tow hooks so you do have that front end recovery.

You have that LED flood light or long-range light included in the kit.

They're easily bolted up to this 20-inch open slot, which, in my opinion, looks very, very

sleek.

And the bumper itself is made from a heavy-duty steel plate and tubular steel materials combined

to give you that nice, durable finish while also cutting a lot of weight.

Now, I've dealt with a lot of off-road bumpers similar to this one, bigger than this one,

more expensive than this one, and cheaper than this one and I have to say this one,

in particular, is the lightest one I have felt personally.

A lot of times, these do require a helping hand to get installed because they are so

heavy.

This one, in particular, I tackled myself because it was so easy to maneuver and so

easy to hold up while also working that ratchet.

I'll show you guys all of that process in just a little bit.

That tubular steel here, although it is lightweight, can take the beating for on and off-road obstacles

and you can clearly see you're getting a lot of ground clearance with this bumper.

Not only ground clearance, but the corners are up a lot higher so you do have a higher

approach angle, something to keep in mind for you avid off-roaders.

You do get a skid plate at the bottom there and a very nice, aerodynamic design throughout

with these pre-drilled holes going through.

It's got some nice welds and a very nice build.

Fitment here, definitely top tier.

Although it is not priced as a premium bumper, I would say it actually fits a lot better

than some of the more premium bumpers I have had to deal with personally in the past.

This one, in particular, hugs the body lines really well.

There's no ugly bumper gap and really just fit very nicely.

In addition to that, those long-range flood lights are absolutely killer when turned on.

As you guys see it, is extremely bright, so I would use extreme caution when using this

on the road.

It can be very blinding and dangerous, but for off-road use or worksite use, this can

come in handy because it lights up a really, really long range, it has a very widespread

and a very tall spread.

So, very useful off-road lighting, I will say.

The auxiliary lighting in the kit, very top notch.

This all comes in under the $600 mark.

This is about 550 bucks.

This, very worthwhile if this is what you're in the market for.

If you're searching in the category, if you like a skinny design, something that isn't

very bulky and bulgy, which a lot of them in the category are, this is a good way to

go.

Install, two out of three wrenches on our difficulty meter.

The reason I'm giving it two out of three wrenches instead of one out of three is just

simply because anytime you're doing body panels and heavy-duty work like this, you wanna be

careful that you're not scratching or dinging up your paint.

It can take some mechanical expertise just to maneuver this properly, but at the end

of the day, you can tackle it by yourself in the driveway at home.

Have about two hours on deck from start to finish.

You can get it done.

It just is a little bit time-consuming.

Also to keep in mind with that difficulty rating, no splicing for the wiring, no cutting

for the bumper, no drilling, no modifications whatsoever.

This is a direct bolt-on through and through.

So, guys, without further ado, I wanna show you how it gets done.

I'll take you through step by step, so let's get to it.

Tools used in this install include an impact gun, 3/8 ratchet, quarter-inch ratchet, a

variety of extensions, 7-millimeter, 10, 13, 15, 16, 18, and 19-millimeter deep sockets,

13-millimeter wrench, 16-millimeter wrench, 18-millimeter wrench, Phillips head screwdriver,

and a panel removal tool or a flathead screwdriver as a replacement.

Now the first step of the uninstall is to grab your panel removal tool or a flathead

screwdriver does the trick if you don't have one of these handy.

Remove all of the plastic rivets or the push pin clips holding on that factory radiator

shroud on top to give you access to your upper grille bolts.

There's 12 of them all around the edges.

Grab that tool, pry up, and remove them.

Once you get this last one off, you can pop the entire radiator shroud out in one piece.

Next step are the four 10-millimeter bolts at the top of our grille.

Now, those, we're given access to by removing the radiator shroud.

That's why we had to pop that off.

So, grab your 10-mil socket and remove all four of these.

So, the next step here is to crawl underneath the front end.

There's two 10-millimeter bolts holding on the bottom of your upper grille as well as

two more clips that are snapping it into place.

We're gonna pop off those 10-millimeter bolts and then we'll be able to pull our grille

off.

Next up, we have to remove our trim panel underneath our headlights.

Grab a 7-millimeter socket and remove the one bolt in your wheel well.

Repeat the other side With those bolts out of place, the next step here is to pull off

that lower trim panel to gain access to a couple of bolts underneath of that lower grille.

So, with that, pull them off from the side, work your way all the way around, pop that

right off, set it aside.

The next couple of bolts you'll wanna remove are right where the grille meets that headlight

underneath of that grille portion.

Grab your 10-mil socket and your extension.

And you're gonna get this off.

Same thing on the other side.

All right.

Now, we can get our upper grille out of place.

Next up, there are two bolts, one on each side underneath of your bumper on a crossbar.

Grab a 13-millimeter socket and remove those bolts.

All right.

Now, we can do the same thing on the other side.

There are four bolts holding the front of the bumper in place.

Grab an 18 socket and get these off.

So, once you have everything disconnected from your stock bumper, it's time to pull

it off.

Next, we have to remove our tow hooks.

Before we get that far, we're gonna take off that faceplate.

There are three bolts on the front of it.

Grab your 15-millimeter socket and pop these off.

Same thing on the other side, and then we'll tackle removing our tow hooks.

All right.

Next up is your tow hooks.

Grab an 18 socket and remove the solo bolt on the one side.

The secondary bolt has a nut on the opposite end, so grab an 18 wrench, hold onto that.

Set this aside to be reinstalled later.

So, we finally got our factory bumper off of our 2014 Silverado LTZ and you see it underneath

of our RedRock tubular bumper.

That is a big thing I wanna talk about here, guys.

There is not only a night and day difference between the two, but there also is a night

and day difference between the option here and a lot of the other ones in the category.

This is made from a mixture of heavy-duty steel plate and heavy-duty tubular steel,

which gives it a very lightweight design.

Lightweight is not something you can typically use to describe a lot of these aftermarket

off-road capable bumpers.

While this is off-road capable, it can take a beating on the trail and on-road facing

a number of different types of obstacles, but it's also going to keep the weight down.

A lot of these aftermarket bumpers are extremely heavy and it's not gonna be the case here,

thanks to that tubular steel.

Now, this tubular steel throughout has been mandrel bent.

It's got very smooth bends to it.

It hugs the width of the body of your Silverado, it looks like it belongs there, and it has

really good fitment.

It also has a steel plate on the bottom, a skid plate rather, that has holes cut out

for a little bit more of an aerodynamic feel to it while also protecting some of that underbody.

The big thing here that you're getting not only is protection but also ground clearance.

As you can see, compared to your factory bumper that hangs really low with that bottom chin

splitter or the bottom spoiler there, this one does not.

It actually goes in the complete opposite direction, angling upward to make sure that

it gives you better approach angles.

If you are taking your truck off-road or using it to its fullest potential, if you come across

a log or a rock in the road and you're looking to go over it, you don't have to worry about

scraping, especially on a factory suspension.

If your truck isn't lifted, you are more susceptible to coming in contact with those road obstacles.

Giving you that higher approach angle here with the RedRock bumper, you can go over it

easily without scraping up that bumper.

Finally, I do wanna point out that this is a textured powder coated finish.

It gives it that nice stealthy look at the front end, but it also protects you from corrosion

and rust resistance while also giving it a scratch and dent resistance.

Finally, you could also put in a light bar, which is included in the kit here.

It is optional in some cases.

You can pick this up with a mesh grille insert.

Ours here will have that light bar which I'll show you guys toward the end of the installation.

We'll assemble that all together on a table and then work on the wiring a little bit later

on.

Also has a nice aerodynamic finish to it, which I talked about in the skid plate, but

you can see that all across the bumper with open slots here, giving you a nice airflow

to the engine bay and also keeping less wind resistance on your Silverado.

So, with all the lighting opportunity at the front end, your tow hooks are gonna be retained

and have extension brackets going forward.

So, that's really useful to keep recovery points at your front end and altogether, this

is a really, really good option for the guys looking for that high approach angle, really

good ground clearance, good protection, lightweight front end, recovery points, lighting, so on

and so forth.

So, without further ado, I do wanna get this on the truck.

We still have a little bit of assembling to do, especially with our tow hooks and the

extension brackets.

So, let's just get to it.

All right.

Now, that we have our bumper on our table here, it's time to assemble our brackets to

the back of the bumper.

Now, they are driver and passenger side-specific so make sure you have them in the right spot.

You also wanna grab the 16-millimeter bolts, nuts, flat washers, and lock washers.

We're gonna use those to install these brackets on the inside of our bumper.

Now, you're gonna start on your driver's side, pick up that bracket, and line up the three

open holes here.

The inside of the bracket's pre-welded to the back of the bumper.

Use the hardware I just mentioned to tighten those down.

You wanna have a flat washer on one side, a flat and lock on the opposite along with

the nut.

Now, of course, when you're tightening these down, you wanna make sure the bracket is completely

straight.

Grab your 16-millimeter socket and wrench and tighten these down.

Repeat for the opposite side.

All right.

Now, we can move on to our light bar.

Now, to assemble our light bar, it is pretty simple.

If you have the grille insert and not the light bar, you can also assemble that at this

point, but because we have the light bar, we're gonna go ahead and slide this right

into position and lay that face down.

I'm just gonna tuck that wire into the inside of these sloshes just to keep it out of the

way for now.

These L brackets are gonna hold the light bar to the light bar brackets on the back

of the bumper.

We also have two different sized bolts.

The smaller ones are gonna go straight to the sides where the pre-drilled holes are

on the light bar.

The longer ones are gonna get the nut on the other side, going to the bracket.

Now, for that, what we're gonna do is start with these smaller ones.

Make sure you have the washers attached to it as well.

Put your light bar bracket into place, slide this through the open slot.

We're gonna tighten it down by hand.

And we don't wanna get it too tight just yet.

Just leave it a little bit loose.

Same thing over here.

Next up, we're gonna take our other bolt along with the washer, slide it through the bottom

end.

Washer on the outside, cap it off with the nut.

All right.

Grab your socket and wrench, tighten them down.

The next step here is to assemble our tow hooks onto the extension brackets.

Now, we're gonna be using the factory hardware.

If your factory bolts are not long enough to make it through the entire extension bracket,

you'll wanna pick up bolts that are slightly longer that will still match the thread pattern

you need.

So, what we're going to do here is we have those replaced, we're gonna slide our tow

hooks onto the bottom here, but you also wanna put your shims into place, that way the tow

hooks aren't rattling back and forth.

So, we'll need one shim on that side.

Of course, one shim on the other, then we're gonna start by putting our long bolt through

the outside, matching it up, going all the way through.

We're gonna tighten down the nut on the opposite end by hand, and we'll use our 18 socket in

just a second.

The other one is gonna go into the welded nut on the inside of that plate.

Now, because those shims are double-sided, it'll work with that double-nut bolt.

Get that lined up, tighten that down by hand.

We're gonna do the same thing over here.

Grab your 18 socket and wrench to tighten these down.

Now, these double-nut bolt plates are gonna hold these extension brackets to the truck.

So, our next step here is to start installing these on our Silverado.

All right.

So, next up, we're gonna put on our passenger side tow hook.

Now, the bracket is gonna attach to the factory locations but we're gonna be using our double-bolt

plates included in the kit.

Now, they give you these plastic spacers.

Now, what these are going to do, you're going to install these on the stud after you put

it through not only the factory location but also the new bracket.

That'll hold the stud in place while you assemble everything else.

That way, it doesn't keep falling onto the inside.

So, it makes it a little more convenient.

So, for here, what we're gonna do, pop this over top, our double-bolt plate is gonna go

on the outside, and we're gonna install that plastic spacer shield that'll keep it in place.

That way that bolt plate doesn't fall in.

And we're gonna do the same thing on the inside.

From here, we can install a flat washer, a lock washer, and our nut.

And the same thing for the other side.

Now, we're gonna do the same thing on the other side.

Now, the next step is to put our bumper in place.

We're gonna go ahead and drop this right over the tow hook extension brackets where it will

bolt up to where our factory faceplates were right above those tow hooks.

Now, the cool thing about the location it's in now is it actually will hold itself up

pretty well.

When you can get the factory bolts that held the faceplates on, those will actually hold

this bumper together.

So, I'm gonna grab those bolts, come back here, thread them down by hand, and then tighten

them all down with our socket.

With our bumper in place, we're gonna use that factory hardware I mentioned to tighten

this down.

All right.

Once you have it lined up exactly where you want it to be, grab your ratchet and your

socket to tighten them down.

Now, the next step here is to work on our wiring for our light bar.

Now, of course, if you did not pick the option up with the light bar, you can skip this step,

but since we do have one on our RedRock bumper, we're gonna start here at the battery.

Now, these two are gonna go to the battery terminals.

Of course, black being negative, red being positive.

You know the drill.

We're gonna grab our 10-millimeter socket, quarter-inch ratchet, and an extension.

We're gonna pop off the bolt holding on that terminal to the battery.

Then we're gonna take the bolt and slip it through this O-ring and then bolt it down.

All right.

Now, we can do the same thing to the positive terminal.

Our next step is to take our relay and bolt this down.

Now, you can put this really anywhere inside the engine bay that it can reach.

I find it pretty convenient that there's a screw right here on the factory air box.

If you have an aftermarket cold air intake, it will be a different story, but for the

factory air box, we can bolt it down right there then we can split the wiring off.

All right.

So, now that we have our relay bolted down, you'll see that this wire splits off.

This one going to the front of the vehicle is actually for the back of our harness on

our light bar.

So, that's gonna plug into there.

This wire here, however, is gonna be our controller.

This button is gonna turn that light bar on and off.

Now, what we're gonna do is, since this does split off, I'm gonna split off and have that

controller line across the back of the firewall.

Now, you have a harness coming from your battery going all the way across.

That is actually what we're gonna zip tie that to.

We're gonna follow that across to the driver's side.

And then there's a plug that leads under the dashboard.

That's where you can pull this up from inside of the cabin, and then there's 3M tape on

the back of this that you can peel off and stick wherever you'd like.

Now, today for the video, we're not actually going to be feeding this into the driver's

side simply because there are so many different ways you can do it.

The saying is there's a lot of different ways to skin the cat.

You can pick however you choose to get this into the dashboard.

Maybe you don't even want it there.

You could wire this in differently, but just for the sake of argument, we're gonna wire

this across the firewall leading over to the driver's side, and then we're gonna leave

that there for now.

From there, you can wire it into the cabin.

Then once we have that taken care of, we're gonna head back to this wire.

We're gonna feed it all the way down and behind our grille, behind our bumper, and plug it

into the back of that light bar.

You wanna start by feeding that controller underneath of this bar here.

We can just put a bunch of that wiring inside of the engine bay here.

We're gonna feed this across, back underneath and start following that harness.

Now, there are zip ties included in the kit to make this a little bit easier.

I'm gonna start with the first zip tie back here.

This gives us a good starting location for that harness.

All right.

Now, we can go back and snip off the edges a little bit later on, but for now, we're

just gonna keep feeding this across, zip tying it every couple of feet.

By the time we get to the other side of the engine bay, we'll be good.

From here, there's a plug down where a harness goes into the driver's side underneath the

dashboard.

You can pull that plug off and feed this wire through.

You can poke a hole in it to make your life easier and just feed the wire in.

Grab it from underneath of your driver's side dashboard.

Again, we're not gonna do that for the purposes of this video, but that is a very easy way

to get it into your cabin.

From there, we're gonna head over to the grille, plug it in so I can show you guys how it works.

But we're gonna leave this harness out here for now.

All right.

Next step is the other end of that harness.

We're gonna start by feeding it through the backside of that cold air intake or our factory

air box, going in these little slots just to get it a little bit more tucked and neat-looking

so there isn't just big wires jumbled under the engine bay.

We're gonna pull that through.

You can see that starts to tuck in pretty nicely around the factory air box.

Once you had that wire tucked nicely feeding all the way to the back of your harness on

the light, you can plug it in with that plug and play connection.

So, no splicing required and because there are fins on the back of that light bar, you

can tuck some of that excess in.

There was a lot of zip ties included in the kit, so any excess slack you have on the wiring

can get zip tied back out of the way so it's not hanging in plain sight.

Make it look nice and neat.

All right.

Next up, we're gonna put our grille back into place.

Now, the reason you don't wanna do that trim piece next is because you still need access

to the bolts underneath it.

So, we're gonna put our grille back in, snapping it into location up top first.

Make sure it seats.

Now, we can go back in and use the four bolts on the bottom to get those bolted back in.

Bolt it up at the top, finish it off with the trim and the radiator shroud, and we'll

be done.

All right.

Now, we can do our four up top, straight across.

All right.

Next up is our trim piece.

Pop that right over top.

Snap that into place on each end.

You wanna make sure that the lips are going right over top of the lip under the headlight.

Now, grab your 7-millimeter bolts that we originally removed in the beginning of the

video from inside of those wheel wells, and we're gonna tighten those back down.

Last step of the whole process here is our radiator shroud.

Take all of your plastic rivets, pop them back into place.

Well, that's gonna wrap up my review and install of the RedRock 4x4 tubular off-road front

bumper available for the '14 and '15 Silverado 1500.

Before we get going, just a couple of things I wanna mention here.

As you see, we got this bolt up to our Silverado without any modifications.

However, if you didn't really like the look of your wheel well liners hanging below the

bumper, you can, of course, just trim those a lot shorter just to make sure it clears

and you don't see them from the front.

My personal opinion, doesn't bother me whatsoever, but if it bothers you, it's something you

can do or you can just completely remove them.

It's completely up to you.

With all that said, if you wanna pick up the RedRock 4x4 tubular off-road bumper, you can

do so right here at americantrucks.com.

1994-2004 Mustang OPR Black Cloth Sun Visors Review & Install - Duration: 4:12.

Hey, guys.

Today we're gonna be taking a look at and installing the OPR Black Cloth Sun Visors

for all '94 to '04 Mustangs.

So these are a direct fit replacement for those '94 to '04 Mustangs.

That means they're gonna be a great replacement option for any broken, damaged, worn, or sun-faded

sun visors.

They're also a great styling upgrade too.

Maybe you guys have a different color interior and you're looking to switch over to black.

They do pair really nicely with a brand new headliner.

They're sold as a set of two.

They're made of lightweight pressboard and black cloth.

They cost about $85.

I'm gonna call the install a one out of three wrenches in the difficulty meter.

It should take you about 15 minutes to get these installed, and of course, we'll show

you how to do it.

For this install, we used a Phillips head screwdriver.

So to start our install, we're going to use a Phillips head screwdriver, and what we're

going to do is just remove these two screws that are in the mount over on the left-hand

side of the sun visor.

We are gonna save this hardware.

And if you can't get a good angle on the inside one, you can rotate your sun visor.

All right.

From here, we'll just pull the sun visor down.

All right.

Now we'll just remove the rod that's in here since we're gonna transfer that over to our

new sun visor.

So mine's been out before, so it is going to come out a little bit easier than yours

might, but at the end of the day, this is what you're looking to remove.

All right, so now we're going to put this into our new sun visor.

So if you take a peek here, there are some clips on the inside of this that we'll need

to be sliding this through.

So, we'll go ahead and get it started.

All right so, eventually it'll work its way in and then we can go ahead and reinstall

it.

So we'll just reuse our factory hardware.

We'll tighten it all down, and then clip our sun visor back in place and go ahead and do

the other side.

All right, so we're gonna do the same thing on the other side.

We'll take our Phillips head screwdriver, remove the two screws here.

As I was saying, this is as basic as it gets.

All right, so then we'll remove this.

So once again, we need to remove this and install it on our new sun visor.

And these can be very difficult.

So what happens is, they'll move to a certain point and then you need to rotate it so that

you can get it past the next clip.

So if you find that you're having a hard time, just make sure that you keep trying to rotate

it and then it should pop out.

So these have been out before so it's a little bit easier for me.

You guys might have a little bit of a harder time, but just keep that in mind.

You want to rotate them and pull out at the same time.

And just like on the other side, we'll go ahead and work this into our new sun visor.

So I'm using the same technique here.

I'm rotating this as I'm installing it.

All right, and now that it's fully installed, I can go ahead and get this back up into place.

And that'll finish this side.

All right guys, that's going to wrap up this review and install.

Keep in mind that you can always check these out more online, right here at americanmuscle.com.

Review of the Department of Justice's Implementation of the Death in Custody Reporting Act of 2013 - Duration: 2:07.

Hello, I'm Michael Horowitz, Inspector General for the U.S. Department of Justice.

Today our office released a report on the Department of Justice's implementation of

the Death in Custody Reporting Act of 2013, which Congress enacted following several high-profile

police shootings.

The law requires states and federal law enforcement agencies to report to the Attorney General

the death of any person in their custody.

We found that the Department has not yet implemented a program to collect death in custody data

from states.

The Act required that data collection begin in fiscal year 2016, but the Department does

not expect to begin collection until fiscal year 2020.

We also found that the current plan for collecting state data will not use all available tools

to ensure the accuracy of the data, and will be duplicative of two other Department of

Justice data collection efforts.

By contrast, we found that the Department has implemented a program to collect death

in custody data from federal law enforcement agencies.

However, we found that the Department does not have a full accounting of all federal

law enforcement agencies.

Without this, it cannot determine whether all federal agencies required to submit death

in custody data have done so.

The collection of complete and accurate data is important and necessary to effectively

analyze, understand, and ultimately reduce deaths in custody among law enforcement and

correctional agencies across the country.

Our report makes 4 recommendations to improve the Department's implementation of this

data collection effort.

To read the report, please visit our website, oig.justice.gov, or go to oversight.gov.

Thank you for joining us.

Titleist TS2 + TS3 Drivers : The Fitters Guide + Review #Titleist #customfitdriver - Duration: 7:31.

This is the custom fitters review of the Titleist TS2 and TS3 drivers with all the

different settings movable weights and hosels this is a complex driver and a

fitting dream to be honest but it can be a bit of a golfers nightmare

but don't worry myself and Dave have broken it down we've got which head

suits what type of golfer we've also got great insights into the hosel and we've

simplified it so you can get the best from this driver there's one thing that

we both agree on though when you put this down behind the ball it's one

beautiful looking driver. So what we've seen from our fittings here it's fair to

say this driver has been a better player product they've - it's gravitated towards

the lower handicapper the slightly better ball striker if that makes sense

this isn't really a high handicap golf improver type product this is a more of

a performance style product but with the two different heads it kind of covers

off the two different styles of driver and the TS2 head which has the fixed

weight at the back and it's kind of more of the forgiving product if that's the

right word so higher MOI and a slightly wider footprint and it's designed I

guess for the driver off the tee or the guy off the tee who is a fairly decent

ball striker but it might be the weakest part of his game and I've been applying

this to players who want a little bit more forgiveness from the club and then

I've been just adjust in the hosel to suit the type of player and then

obviously it's got a kind of a shaft specific built around the speed story

and the TS3 head the other head where have you been placing that one

so unlike TS2 with a fixed weight you have an adjustable back weight so it

tends to be it's obviously a slightly smaller footprint slightly lower launch

than the TS2 so you've got those two characteristics

but it tends to be the player with a specific miss so with the draw setting

of the fade setting you can make something anti-left or anti-right so

it tends to be the guy with a specific miss who's looking to maybe change that

flight or help themselves out again it did like in both drivers it tends to be

just about hitting fairways consistently. Got Ya, the TS2 head then from a shafts

I've been using a sort of have a couple of higher weights but I've been using up

more lighter weight so the there's four really good solid stock

shaft options from Titleist this year for this driver and I've been using that

Tensei the lightweight 55 gram and then there is also a KuroKage in 50 gram tends

to be better with the sort of more higher MOI they're more forgiving

product because you're trying to get more speed out of it a little bit more

height a little bit more flight on it whereas you go to two shafts either you

have an even flow white and you also have a smoke project X hazardous again

they tend to work better than the smaller heads the standard length

profile has gone up by half an inch so you tend in TS3 bring the lengths back to your

in traditional Titleist standard length heavier weight better balanced

bit more neutral because this driver is more about as much as there's a speed

story you have enough speed story in the head so you still looking for the same

control out of the shaft in terms of speed but in terms of speed

that it is quicker than last year's 917 no doubt about that absolutely

done a really good job with it and when you're changing the shaft also the

the weights in the back of the TS2 and there is heavier and lighter ones

available so you can customize the weight and the hosel settings and what

have you been using the most of in terms of the hosel settings so it's

incredibly complicated you have its letters and numbers there's no real

specific plus and minus and open and closed so we have always maybe not had a problem with this you but its the only system I can never remember can trust me if we're

having a problem with this I'd suspect that you guys probably are too so I think

what we'll do is I'll I'm gonna we have a reconfigured setting graph that we

kind of use internally here I think I'm going to share that with you I'll put in a

description below you can take a look at it and it could make it a little bit

easier for you to understand but the popular settings here I guess are gonna

be more open open sets well you have open lower loft and then you have closed

higher loft because Titleist drivers naturally sit open anyway so you only

really have open and closed and then you have two positives

a standard one negative loft setting or think of this driver from a settings

perspective in pick your loft pick your weight and then the rest of the stuff is

just more getting the visual right for the client and obviously tying it into the whole TrackMan

numbers getting this thing dialed in right based on Loft and the way that

the hosel is set up and the weights then as well as I said on TS2 - it's a

fixed weight which can be changed but it's purely from a fitting slash

building perspective but in TS 3 there's a moveable weight this chamber at the

back of the driver opens up and then you can slide weights in and out explain

quickly how you would give the quick fit guide to that so previously in last

year's model you've got to physical separate weights one was the draw fade

weight with one weighted heavy at one end and one way at the other and one neutral weight

So it's a little bit more clever this year you use a little bit of a

magnet so you can have the draw biased or the fade biased or the neutral setting

out of one physical torpedo so literally a case of the maximum weight

in there in the heel makes a draw maximum weight the toe makes it fade

and then the neutral set which is the cap on both ends gives you the even setting, perfect

it's fair to say the R&D team a Titleist have done a phenomenal job with this

they've sat down and have really configured the head the shape and the face the way

that driver sounds everything has been well designed let's take a closer look

at the tech now even though there are two heads from the new TS Titleist range

both are 460cc's the TS3 is the slightly smaller footprint one with the deeper

face narrower body and the TS 2 then is the wider bodied slightly narrower face

but wider and bigger footprint the reason being is the weighting system on

the TS3 is positioned in order to get the maximum from that head and then

the TS2 has that fixed weight but brings in this higher MOI or slightly more

forgiving story the speed chassis is where Titleist are putting all their

energy into this year what they've done basically is they've stripped weight out

of both the crown the sole and even the face and this is to tie in with this

whole higher launching lower spinning model that the drivers of today are

following and the face is actually so thin they can't even put lines in it

they've got a laser etched them on there this driver is definitely faster than

previous models we've tested we've seen that and but the speed story

is also combined with a much higher launching lower spinning product which

is where the distances are definitely coming from and remember the

hosel as well at 16 different settings on this so be very careful when you're

trying to align this we've put a little helpful guide below left-handers out

there remember it's reversed so its back ways and also if you are looking at

shafts for this driver and you are that better player if you're accessing more

performance shafts or grips there are up charges for those so be careful of the

cost will mount up and I hope you've enjoyed that video we've got some other

videos about drivers on the channel so make sure that you subscribe and I'll

catch you at the next video.
