News on Youtube May 3 2018

Hey everybody and welcome back to another Tip Thursday with me

Conor Clyne, the Language Tsar, and yes you are on the right video. It doesn't

look like Warsaw, Poland because I'm actually in Tenerife but this is the

video hundred dollars what it can get you in Warsaw, Poland.

The reason I'm shooting this intro in a different location is because there are

gonna be some big changes to this channel, including the name. I've been playing

around with a few different names and don't be surprised ... it's gonna be the same

channel with me Conor so one thing I wanted to know is what you think about

this 100 dollar series. Do you think the money being should be higher like $500

$1,000? I'm thinking of changing that as well as I travel around Europe. Keep

your comments coming. Write them below! I"m gonna be talking a lot about not just

about languages also about travelling in the region and how you can have a more

locally epic travel experience and also about dating because I get a lot of

questions about dating. Let's get into today's video which is $100 Warsaw, Poland.

So let's start with accommodation here in Warsaw. Now if you want a nice

apartment in the city center it's gonna set you back about 60 to 80 US dollars.

Now you can of course get a lot cheaper if you go outside of the city

center so there it's probably gonna be costing like 40 or 50 US dollars. I used

the Airbnb to find my apartment. It's kind of my default when I'm traveling

and I don't know the city and maybe an agent for apartments in the city where

I'm traveling to. So that's the kind of price range you should budget for an

apartment in Warsaw. So next up is food: a two course meal in a decent restaurant

with drinks in the center of Warsaw seems to be costing between 17 and say 23 US

dollars so we're doing like 15 yeah approximately 18 or 20 euros depending

on where you go and what you eat. Of course that fluctuates if you want to eat

you know fast food is coming a lot cheaper if you want to go to fine dining

if it's gonna be much more expensive but that's to give you a general ballpark

figure and they are the kind of places I've been eating in so I can talk from

personal experience that's the kind of budget that you should expect for food

here in restaurants in Warsaw. So next up are drinks if you want to go for a

cocktail after a long day of sightseeing here in Warsaw or maybe you just been

hanging out with friends or working from a cafe like a lot of you digital nomads

tend to do, it's gonna cost you around 20 zloty which is five dollars 80 cents

US pretty much or a little bit under five euros for a cocktail here in the

center of Warsaw and if you want to go for a local beer that's gonna be about

half that so ten zloty so yeah that's gonna be a little bit more or less three

US dollars and if you're a coffee addict like I am then as you've seen from

my Instagram stories I'm always having a few flat whites somewhere in a nice cafe

when I'm working that is gonna cost you a little bit more than a local beer it's

like about 12 zloty as I can see as the price and that's like about 2 euros 80

or yeah just a little bit over at 3 US dollars that you should budget for.

In terms of transport I've been going around the city actually by Uber and

that costs you know more or less between 10 and 20 zlotys so yeah anything

from maybe three to five or six US dollars is kind of the normal price

range for a trip here. I didn't take any official taxis I just use Uber because

it's my default go to when I'm traveling and it's just a lot more convenient and

I don't need to download extra apps. So if you actually use taxi apps here in

Warsaw or you know a better option and please write below in the comments

section and help everyone else out who might be coming here to Warsaw. Now if

you feel like going to something cultural like maybe the National Museum

here in Warsaw. That's also gonna cost you twenty zloty so that's gonna be a

little bit under six US dollars a little bit under five euros for entrance to

that. So let's tot all that up and see what you can get for your 100 bucks

around 80 euros. You're gonna be able to stay in an apartment outside of the city

centre, go for two meals in restaurants and then you can throw in maybe two

flat whites, two coffees and maybe a cocktail, two beers,

your uber to the National Museum and you should be more or less at a hundred

bucks. If you've been here and you find the price range I've given to be too

high, too low, you know better ways to save money then definitely let everybody

know in the comments section below the video. We're building a great community

here of people who are interested in traveling to the more eastern part of

Europe in general so definitely help everybody out and share your experiences

and also let me know if you find the prices here in Warsaw expensive or cheap

compared to what you were expecting maybe where you live or where you're

normally travel to do you think that Warsaw is good value for money or you

think it's a little bit more on the expensive side. That's it for another Tip

Thursday. Big thumbs up of course if you liked the video. Whack the notification

bell beside the subscribe button because you're already a subscriber of

course because you watched this video and if you're not then please go subscribe and

I've been working on a new course which is going to be how to survive a trip to

Eastern Europe and that's actually based on your feedback on my Instagram, Twitter

and Facebook poll that I recently had out so. You gave me a lot of great

feedback there .... a lot of really valuable comments and that seems to be

something that a lot of you, my viewers, are interested in getting more help with.

There's a link in the description below there just have to type in your email

and then click confirm on the confirmation email that you're gonna

receive in your inbox and then you will have access to that free course so I'll

see you in the next video. It's 'pa-pa' from Warsaw which 'bye-bye' in Polish and I

look forward to seeing you and your smiling face pretty soon!

How Joseph Stalin tried to kill John Wayne - Duration: 3:38.

- Dude, Stalin ordered the KGB to kill John Wayne.

A head of state wanted to murder an actor.

That happened.

Let's start at the beginning.

It might seem weird, but, dictators love movies.

I mean, who doesn't, right?

Gadaffi had an entire TV channel

just to play his favorite movie.

His one favorite movie.

Kim Jong Il kidnapped his favorite actors

and actresses to star in North Korea's movies.

That's messed up.

Also, props.

Some have even go so far as to make their own films.

Benito Mussolini pitched to Columbia Pictures

and Saddam Hussein made a 30 million dollar war epic.

It wasn't good.

But, Joseph Stalin was the Soviet Union's ultimate sensor.

In the 1940s and 50s, global communism

was still very much a growing threat

and one Stalin wanted to continue

to spread around the world under Soviet leadership.

He saw how much power and influence films

and the stars in them held over large audiences.

He saw in Nazi German propaganda

during the Second World War

and he used it effectively to further

his own personality cult.

So, when he saw John Wayne's power,

as an anti-communist on the rise,

he ordered the actor killed.

Then he sent hit squads out to do the deed.

Yeah, squads, multiple.

To him, the Duke was a threat

to the spread of communism around the world

and especially in America.

Now declassified CIA documents reveal the KGB

had a special team created exclusively for assassinations.

The KGB's 13th Department was called

the Directorate of Special Tasks.

It used executive actions, or liquid affairs,

to eliminate threats to the Soviet state.

Tasks, actions, affairs, whatever you want to call it,

the KGB loved to off people, still does.

According to the book John Wayne, The Man Behind the Myth

by Michael Munn, Soviet filmmaker Sergei Gerasimov

discovered the KGB plot and told Wayne about it in 1949.

The FBI knew Wayne was a target, too,

and they were able to foil the first assassination attempt.

Two Russian hit men posing as FBI agents

attempted to visit Wayne at his office in Hollywood

but actual agents were on location

and intercepted the would-be killers.

What the Duke and his Hollywood friends did

to the next hit squad is actually pretty (beep) awesome.

Obviously, not one to let a thing

like a measly communist assassin get him down,

Wayne and his script writer, Jimmy Grant,

allegedly abducted the hit men,

took them to the beach, and staged a mock execution.

Let's see you do that Aaron Sorkin.

No one really knows exactly what happened after that.

But, Wayne's friends said the Soviet agents

began to work for the FBI from that day on.

In his book, Mr. Munn said that in 1955,

another group of communists based in Burbank, California,

plotted to kill Wayne.

But a group of stunt men, loyal to the Duke,

raided the commies' premises and, quote,

"Ran them out of town," unquote.

They dead, probably.

The book also alleges communist agents

tried to take the actor out on the set

of 1953s Hondo in Mexico.

Now, Stalin died in 1953.

His successor Nikita Khrushchev,

met privately with John Wayne in 1958

and informed him that the kill order had been rescinded.

Wayne told his friends, Khrushchev called Stalin's

last years his mad years and apologized

for the dictator's behavior.

But there was still at least one more attempt

on Wayne's life at the hands of the communists.

In Vietnam 1966, a captured sniper claimed

that Chinese revolutionary Mao Zedong

hired him to take Wayne out while he was visiting US Troops.

But, no one could get their hands on the Duke.

The entire time Wayne new their was a price on his head,

he refused the FBI's order of federal protection.

He didn't even tell his family.

He just moved into a house with a big wall around it.

Wayne never spoke of the incidents publicly

and he died of cancer in 1979.

God rest his soul.

KANYE WEST: RACIST (Wait...what?) - Duration: 6:17.

So.

Hip-hop artist and pop-culture

superstar Kanye West

committed the ultimate sin,

not just a little while ago.

You see, murder and rape,

that kind of peccadillo,

can be forgiven in Hollywood.

But Kanye West,

well he's crossed the line.

He has openly praised Donald Trump.

And the left is acting as if the world

is coming to an end.

They're reacting as if

the world is coming to an end

because the world IS coming to an end.

Their world, anyway.

Kanye West won his left wing street cred

when he made an off-the-cuff remark

during a live television appearance

for Hurricane Katrina relief back in 2005.

"George Bush doesn't care about black people."

Look, like him or loathe him -

and there's no real middle ground

when it comes to Kanye -

he is arguably the most powerful

and influential voice in music in the world.

Young blacks love Kanye's music,

and young whites and Hispanics

and Asians, all around the planet

try their best to dress and talk

and sing like Kanye West

because Kanye has moral credibility.

Now here's an electoral college map

of what the next presidential election

would look like if it was held today

and only Millennials voted.

And here's a map of what it

would look like if only non-whites voted.

So since it's obvious to everyone

of intelligence and social consciousness

that the only people that support

Donald Trump are aging white racists,

the reason the left is melting

down over this is because they are

having a hell of a time trying to figure

out how to turn this guy,

into this guy.

It's not going well at all.

Chance the Rapper, another hip-hop artist

who is also a closeted

old white male racist apparently,

stepped on a 500 Megaton

thermonuclear rake

when he inadvertently said

"Black people don't have to be Democrats."

Oh yes they do.

Oh yes they do!

You see, if Democrats don't get

at least 85% of the black vote,

they never win national office again.

Let me just say that one more time.

If black people decide

that they don't have to be Democrats,

then the Democratic Party

simply ceases to exist.

That's why enormous pressure

was put on Chance the Rapper

to recount his thought crime,

which he did.

Even more pressure was put on Kanye

to take back his pro-Trump tweets which

- and I can't believe I'm saying this -

to his everlasting credit,

is something Kanye has

steadfastly refused to do.

And that includes by the way,

a death threat from a fellow

musical hip-hop artist.

Kanye says he likes the way

that Candace Owen thinks.

I do too.

By the way, below there's a link to three

one minute "60 Second Smackdown" videos

I did with Candace for TPUSA.

But it's even worse than that!

Because careful sleuthing has revealed

that Kanye West is listen-

Are you sitting down?

Kanye West listens to

Jordan Peterson.

And as I write this, I discover

that he has quoted the smartest

man on planet earth:

Thomas Sowell.

Kanye West quoted Thomas Sowell.

Sorry about that.

Kanye West has 28 million

Twitter followers.

28 million people

just heard from Thomas Sowell.

And of that 28 million, I'm guessing

that the number who've never heard

of Thomas Sowell before,

is somewhere around,

28 million.

Now that means that Kanye

has to renounce his

conservative thought crimes.

He just has to!

And for the biggest reason of all,

which is simply this.

Kanye West has given people

permission to like Donald Trump.

This influential, as cool as they get,

pop icon listens to Jordan Peterson

and Candace Owens

and Thomas Sowell?!

And that gives anyone

who's ever heard of Kanye West,

permission to listen to them too.

Kanye's many many things

but a square is not one of them.

So, here's where the left

has a bit of a problem on their hands.

You see, liberal Democrats have been

running these cities

for those many years.

Remember that mass shooting

in Las Vegas a while back?

59 people killed?

That was one LESS person

than one month

that same month

in Chicago.

One month!

Every month.

Same numbers, more or less,

for these other cities as well.

So the only way to make people

who actually live in these inner cities

take numbers like this-

And when I say take it,

I mean you know, take it, eat it, live with it.

Is to lie to them.

Lie.

To.

Them.

And the LIE

is that the people with the

courage to talk about this,

because we would like to have

something done about it,

have to be racists because

there's only one thing

One thing!

That could make black America

put up with so many of

their kids being killed on the streets

in front of their eyes,

every single day

for three generations now.

And that one thing

is the lie that somehow

-and please tell me how-

Republicans would be worse.

Anyway that's the plan.

So now this guy

likes this guy

and that makes this guy

an anti black racist.

And so is this guy.

As well as this racist.

And this racist.

Racist.

Both racist.

Racist.

Scientific racist.

Racist.

And guess what?

Racist.

And racist.

Did you ever play that game

that children like to play

when you say a word

so fast, so many times,

that it suddenly loses all of its meaning?

Trump Has No Idea How Screwed He Really Is - Duration: 4:03.

Donald Trump doesn't seem to understand how the law works, and furthermore, he doesn't

really understand how much trouble he might actually be in, as a result of the ongoing

investigations.

Now, for the last few days, Donald Trump seems to have gone into overdrive a bit, tweeting

about the fact that this investigation is a witch hunt, that there was no collusion,

and those questions that his administration apparently leaked are proof of that, and that

it couldn't have obstructed justice if there's no crime.

Well, see, here's the thing Donald.

None of what you've said about any of this is actually true.

Here's the first tweet that set Donald Trump off this week on his tangent about these investigations.

He said, "So disgraceful that the questions concerning the Russian witch hunt were 'leaked'

— he put in quotation marks — to the media.

No questions on collusion.

Oh, I see.

You have a made-up phony crime, collusion, that never existed, and an investigation began

with illegally leaked classified information.

Nice."

There's nothing in that sentence or that phrase, paragraph, whatever you want to call his mindless

drivel there.

There's nothing in it that's actually true.

There are questions that were leaked about collusion.

There's plenty of them.

They ask about his involvement with people who have pleaded guilty to crimes already.

There's questions about his contacts.

There's all kinds of questions about collusion.

My guess is Donald Trump maybe didn't even read them.

The second part he talks about, this investigation began with the leaking of classified information

... That's actually the first time I've ever heard that talking point used.

I've never heard that up to this point.

That is not at all what happened here.

Trump is just trying to get his followers all drummed up thinking that the whole thing

is fake.

Then, he went on a little bit later in the week.

He tweeted, "It would seem very hard to obstruct justice for a crime that never happened.

Witch hunt!"

Yeah, that's not how obstruction of justice works either.

Even if you didn't commit a crime and nobody committed a crime, if there is an ongoing

investigation, which is defined as justice, and you attempt to obstruct it, even if you

had done nothing wrong, you still just committed a crime by obstructing justice.

Any impediment into an investigation by law enforcement officers is obstruction of justice,

whether or not you had previously committed a crime.

That's how that works.

Furthermore, there is a crime, because the investigation, once again, has had people

pleading guilty, so we do know that crimes were committed.

That's what I don't understand about all this, how people can say that this is a fake investigation.

People don't plead guilty in fake investigations.

People don't constantly go out there and claim that this is a witch hunt, if they haven't

done anything wrong.

Donald Trump should be welcoming the investigation as an opportunity to clear his name, but he's

not, so either Donald Trump is just painfully ignorant about how the law works here in the

United States, which is entirely possible and plausible, or he, honest to God, doesn't

understand how much trouble he is facing as a result of these investigations.

Best guess at this point is that it's some kind of combination of the two.

Donald Trump doesn't have good enough lawyers to explain to him how the law works, so he

may honestly believe that he is not the target of any kind of collusion investigation or

that you can't obstruct justice if you didn't previously commit a crime.

I think we're going to find out, as this thing goes on, that that if you didn't previously

commit a crime thing won't even apply to Donald Trump.

How Fat Are You? The String Test - Duration: 2:22.

Where we carry excess weight is crucial in deciding how damaging it is and those

most at risk have too much fat in a specific part of their body.

Apparently there's a very simple test you can do with a piece of string to

tell if you need to be worried. I wonder whether I should be worried. Hoping I'll

do better on this test, I'll be shown how it works by a nutritional consultant

Dr. Margaret Ashworth. Margaret, you asked me to bring some string

which I have done. I feel like I was in an Enid Blyton novel, got some marbles as well.

What do we do? Okay I'm going to ask you to step on the string.

No problem.

Margaret uses the string to measure from my heel to the top of my head.

That's your height.

I'm going to cut it there. Now I'm gonna fold the string in half.

To be healthy my waist size should be less than half my height so the folded string

should be able to go around my middle.

And now we see it meets. It just meets

but there's not much overlap there, Chris, is there?

If any. If any, to be fair.

But it does meet. It does meet.

So this piece of string, what does it tell us?

We know that your waist to height ratio increases when you have more dangerous

internal fat. But is this not what BMI tells us? BMI doesn't measure fat

distribution. Best way of explaining is that think of a, you know, a great hunky

rugby player? Like me?

Yeah, yeah, yeah, they might the same BMI as say, you know, one

of these chubby dart players but the rugby player would have much more muscle.

than fat, whereas the typical dart players could have more fat than muscle.

Okay and it's important where the fat is?

Yes, what we now know is it's the internal fat

that's wrapped all around the body organs. It's a physical presence. It wraps

around the heart, the liver, the pancreas and that raises the risk factors for

diabetes, heart disease and blood pressure.

So I'm on the cusp? You are.

Absolutely. Of having safe levels of fat? That's right. Yes. But it's not where you want to be. You

want to be under half? Just a bit under would be nice.

🔥 How Much MONEY Do You NEED To Start AMAZON FBA?! 🔥 - Duration: 16:14.

What is up freedom fighters! It is Jess here and I am finally back guys it has

Been a minute and I missed you I actually moved to San Diego I am finally

Settled I'm gonna be bringing you guys a ton of new tutorials on how to make

Money online but today's video is gonna be just a little bit different we're

Gonna be talking about exactly how much you actually need to start a profitable

Scalable business selling on Amazon FBA so if you've ever considered starting a

Private label make sure you stay tuned because I'm gonna be going into exactly

How you can calculate all of your Amazon fees before you actually have your

Product so that you know that your profit margin is going to be extremely

Profitable so don't even think about going

What is up freedom fighters we're to be talking about exactly how much it costs

To start a profitable business on Amazon FBA I know there's a lot of gurus out

There that say that you can start with as little as five hundred to a thousand

Dollars but that's not really realistic in this video we're gonna be breaking

Down exactly how much it costs to start a profitable scalable business on Amazon

FBA so the first thing that we're gonna talk about is product research so in

order to actually find profitable products to sell on Amazon you're gonna

have to get a product research software so that you can find products that are

low competition and then have a really high profit margin this offer that I

recommend using is called viral launch and I was actually able to meet the

founder of viral launch Casey back in Mexico Ninja con a couple of months ago

and he is incredibly smart the software's only $29 a month and then you

can also add on the market intelligence Chrome extension for an additional 20

dollars and this obviously is it a tutorial on how to do Amazon product

research but if you guys do want to see a tutorial on how exactly to use the

viral launch product research software then just leave me a comment down below

that says Amazon FBA product research and if I get 50 of them I will make it

for you guys so once you found the product that you want to source you want

to find a couple of different manufacturers and China to actually

order samples from so you can compare the quality and also the cost you want

to make sure that you're ordering a completely done product you want to

check the packaging you want to check the logo design you want to check the

barcode you want to make sure that the product that you're ordering in bulk is

perfect and then it's high quality so definitely order a couple of samples and

once you actually do place your order you can actually get that sample fee

refunded from the manufacturer so that's just a little thing to make sure that

you ask for because 99% of them will actually give you that full cost if not

a portion of the sample feedback to you when you place a larger order so the

next thing we're going to talk about is barcodes

so you're gonna need to get a UPC code which stands for universal product

and that's how you're gonna actually list your product up on the Amazon

website now there are some rumors going on that Amazon's gonna be switching over

completely to gs1 bar codes but as of right now April of 2018 you can still

use UPC codes which are a much cheaper options and again I get mine from

nationwide barcodes and I'll put the link for that down in the description

below now that you have your products you've got your UPC code you're going to

want to get a logo designed and you might also want to invest in a packaging

design depending on what type of product you're selling I usually go on to fiber

or upwork to get my designs made and they're extremely cheap you can get a

logo made for cheapest $5 and package design usually ranges anywhere from 10

to $250 depending on the service that you use but I found some really amazing

artists and graphic designers on fiber and they're extremely cheap if you do go

into fiber make sure you're searching by best selling so that you know the

designer that you're using has worked with a lot of other people and that

they've actually done good work and they have good reviews so now that we've gone

over all the little stuff let's talk about actually ordering products now

you're probably wondering how many units should you order your first shipment on

Amazon and then also how much are they actually going to cost and this price is

gonna vary obviously based off of the product that you decide to stores

because if you order something small it might cost you know 50 Cent's whereas if

you source you know weighted blankets you might be

paying $50 per unit now for this tutorial we're gonna stick with three

dollars per unit and I always recommend that you order at least 500 units and

this is gonna be including your package design your logo on the actual white

glossy box and then also your barcode UPC code sticker that says Made in China

on the actual package if you're sourcing from China and that's really really

important guys you definitely want to make sure that you have that now the

reason that we order at least 500 units is because you don't ever want to run

out and when you first launch your product you're gonna have to do

giveaways and so you want to track figure out how many units your

competitor is selling per day and then you need to multiply that number by

ninety and the reason we do ninety is because you want to make sure that your

product is never in the Amazon FBA warehouse for longer than 180 days

because that's when you actually get charged long term storage fees which is

really gonna kill your profit margin do you want to make sure that you have

enough units to where you don't sell out but you also want to make sure that you

know once you are getting low you have enough time to restock and so I would

say at least 500 units but the best way to do it is to track your competitors

numbers that average and then multiply that by 90 and that is a really really

good place to start because you can assume that someone that's selling a

very similar product to what you're selling is going to be about the number

of units that you're also gonna be selling per day now before you release

that 70% final payment to your manufacturer you want to make sure that

you have a third party come in and give you a quality check report on your

products to make sure that everything is up to your standards that the logo

design looks beautiful the packaging looks great and that none of your units

are broken or if you have you know a specific thing that you know could go

wrong with your product you want to make sure you you pay someone to actually

come in and check to make sure that the units are perfect before your units are

actually shipped across seas so getting an inspection is super important they're

usually about a hundred dollars depending on the company that you use

now that your units are ready to go you're ready to ship everything over to

the United States you're trying to figure out you know how much is it

actually gonna cost to get a bunch of products over to the United States and

into the Amazon FBA warehouse well I can't give you an exact cost because

again this is going to depend on the product that you order it's going to

depend on the size the weight and the amount of units that you actually buy

but for this tutorial we're gonna say about six hundred and five dollars and

it also is gonna depend on whether or not you want to do sea or air so there's

a couple of different options for shipping you could do by sea which

generally gonna be a lot cheaper but it takes about two to three months or you

can ship by air which is much faster it's a little bit more expensive but it

usually only takes about three to ten days so if you're about to run out of

stock and you know that you're going to be able to sell those units and it's

gonna hold your spot in your rank on page one then it might be worth it in

the long run but that is completely up to you what you decide again shipping by

sea is gonna be much cheaper but it takes a lot longer

she can buy air more expensive but it's going to arrive in the warehouse you're

gonna be able to keep selling units much quicker so you kind of have to do the

math for yourself on that one the next thing we're going to talk about is your

product photography and this is so so so important guys I know that there are a

lot of gurus on YouTube that say that you can you know cheap out you can do

your own pictures but you do not want to do this because one image could make or

break your listing on Amazon because when people actually go on to a listing

they're looking at the images and that is usually what's going to sell your

products so you definitely don't want to be cheap here the service I recommend

using is actually a viral launch which is also the software company that I do

my product research with the basic photography package is 597 but it really

is worth every penny you don't want to cheap out on photography because your

images are what could really make or break your listing now not gonna go to

in-depth on viral launch but I do want to show you guys some of the things that

they offer because they really do it all so if you come up to solutions you'll

see everything that they have they have product discovery and market

intelligence which are the two product research software's that I spoke about

earlier they also have a keyword research tool as well as the product

photography which I was just speaking about and I'll just click on this you

guys can see some of the examples because they really do a beautiful job

and you know like it says here your images really are everything when it

comes to conversions and actually making sales and you'll see some of the

examples I mean they just do incredible lifestyle shots the images are really

high resolution and you know just extremely well so if you're looking for

someone to do your product photography I would definitely recommend viral launch

they do an incredible job with basically all things Amazon and if you guys are

interested in checking them out I'll leave the links

down in the description below that you can go directly to their site and see a

little bit more of what they have to offer the last thing we're gonna talk

about is your seller central theme which is $39.99 and that's charged by Amazon

to actually sell on the platform which brings our cost to just under three

thousand dollars to start a profitable scalable business on Amazon FBA but if

you really are serious about starting an amazon FBA business you might want to

look into investing into a course because that really is the best way to

see success if you've never ship products over from China it can be

really confusing and if you don't have trusted freight forwarders that are

giving you the right prices and you don't even know what the right prices

are then you know you could end up spending a lot more money and so in my

opinion you know my course paid for itself whether you decide to go with the

course that I took or if you decide to go with someone else just find someone

that has already been successful and learned from them because it's so much

easier to pay to actually learn how to do things correctly then to try to

figure it out on your own and fail miserably and lose a lot of money so

it's definitely something to take into consideration if you really are serious

about Amazon FBA as a business now the last thing that we're gonna talk about

are some of the Amazon fees that are charged once your products are actually

in the facility and this is not something that you need to worry about

right now but I do think that it's really important to know that there are

these fees beforehand so that you can figure out exactly how much your profit

margin is gonna be before you do decide to source a product so the first one is

the referral fees which is gonna be about 8 to 15% of your sale price of

your product that's on Amazon and that's gonna be based off of the category that

you're actually selling in you're also gonna be charged at fee fees and storage

fees and those are going to be determined by the weight and the

dimensions of your products and the way we figure out the average of these fees

is by using the FBI calculator which I will

show you guys exactly how to use right now let me just pull the screen over

right here so if you go on to Google and you just search FBA calculator you'll

see this top one here is seller central dot Amazon slash profitability

calculator and this is what we're going to use to figure out our profit margin

and so the first thing we see is find your product on amazon.com so in order

to calculate our profit margin of the product we want to source before we

actually source that product we can find a similar product that's selling on

Amazon and actually pull the Aysen number and so to find the asa number all

you would do is you just go on to Amazon and you would find a product that is

just like the one that you're wanting to sell and so for this example we'll use

this garlic chopper and you would just come down to the bottom and you'll see

here that the ASA number is right here so we would just copy this code and it's

also up at the top and the URL you look to see where I'm highlighting right here

you can find it there as well and you would just come back to the FBA

calculator and paste in the ASA number and you'll see that it pulled that exact

same garlic chopper so the next thing that we would want to do is come down

here to where it says Amazon Fulfillment and we're gonna fill in a couple of

these things so the first one it's asking about is the item price so what

are we going to sell this item for and so we can see here that this product is

selling for $15.99 so we would price ours very similar maybe a little bit

more maybe a little bit less depending on your strategy but we'll just use

$15.99 here and then how much is it gonna cost you to ship that item to

Amazon and that's obviously gonna vary by weight but we'll just say 50 cents

per item for this tutorial and then what is the cost of the product so maybe

you're sourcing this product for a dollar fifty per unit and so we'll put

that in there as well and then you come down to calculate and it's gonna give us

all of the fees so we're gonna see a couple of different things here now

if you had a merchant account and you are going to be fulfilling the items

yourself you would be focusing on the your fulfillment section and those

numbers would show up on the left side of the graph but for this tutorial we're

going to be focusing on Amazon FBA meaning that Amazon is going to be the

one that is fulfilling the order and so all of those numbers are going to show

up on the right side of the graph so the first one you see is revenue and the

revenue is going to be the actual cost that we're selling the product for so

we're gonna be selling the garlic chopper for $15.99 and so the revenue

shows up as $15.99 now the next column is the costs so this is gonna be the

fulfillment cost by Amazon selling on Amazon fees and then the cost of the

goods which is nine dollars and 18 cents and then the seller proceeds are the

revenue minus selling on Amazon fee minus the fulfillment fee and that's

before the cost of your product and before actually shipping your product so

the main two we want to focus on our revenue and cost and so if you subtract

the revenue minus the cost you're gonna get your net profit which is how much

you're actually going to make per item selling that specific product on Amazon

and you'll see here that it comes to six dollars and 81 cents which brings us to

a net margin of about 42 point five nine percent which is great I usually

recommend that you stick between that forty to fifty percent mark to really be

profitable on Amazon so that is that guy's it is as simple as that that's how

you use the FBA calculator we went over a ton of different stuff today

we talked about all of the costs that it takes to make a profitable scalable

business selling on Amazon FBA we went over fees and so I hope you found this

video extremely helpful and if you did make sure you leave me a comment down

below let me know you liked the video say hey say what's up anything you guys

want to talk about just leave it below and I'll make sure that I get back to

What is Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI)? | Home Buyer Tips - Duration: 1:36.

Hi, everyone! Melanie Cameron here with The Cameron Team, Coldwell Banker Sea Coast

Advantage in Wilmington, North Carolina. Today, our topic is PMI, private mortgage

insurance, and what is it. PMI is an insurance that lenders require

buyers to have, typically, if they're putting less than 20% down. If you are

putting less than 20% down, it's considered a little more risky for the

lender, so they require you to pay for insurance for them to protect their

interest in the event that you were to default on the loan. The amount is really

based upon the loan amount. It depends on how much you're borrowing so that number

can vary, and you typically have PMI on your monthly payment until you have 20%

equity on the property. Either you pay it down to where you have 20% equity or

where the property appreciates and you can refinance to have 20% equity, and

then you can refine and get that mortgage insurance off. That's kind of

the stats on our PMI. If you have any questions or comments, or would like us

to get you in touch with a lender to talk a little bit more about that and

what your options are, we are happy to help. You can reach us at 910-202-2546

or check us out at TheCameronTeam.net. Remember to like/share/comment

on Facebook and YouTube to get in on our monthly drawings. Have a great

day, everyone!

HR Management and Program Analyst | What I do and how much I make | Part 1 | Khan Academy - Duration: 4:21.

My name's Alexis Avery,

I'm a management and program analyst

at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

And I'm 26 years old

and I make $77,000 a year.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention

is a public health agency.

I work in the workforce development

and planning activities,

so I have the opportunity to talk to students,

talk to veterans

and to be able to better staff them within positions at CDC.

I love my job and I love the flexibility of it.

I know there are a lot of people

that they're very comfortable

in a setting of whether it's like IT

or even HR where they can go to a nine to five

and work at a desk and they're totally fine

with working at a desk

or there are others that are always outside of the office,

whether they're traveling all the time

or they're going to career fairs,

so for me I'm that person that literally likes

to be right in the middle.

And I get to do that with my job.

Going to career fairs are a large part of my job.

I get to go all over the country

and I definitely get to really hone in

on the schools and universities within Atlanta.

I was actually a student when I started working

for the CDC and so, I have the opportunity

to talk to students and let them know hey,

I was in your shoes.

And this is what I did in order to maneuver

through that process.

I let them know what CDC had to offer.

I also let them know these are the typical jobs

that CDC has.

CDC is a mega house and I let them know

that you basically can work here

no matter what your background is

and that's what I love about it,

so yes, we are a public health agency

but at the same time

we have a lot of different disciplines.

I also have the opportunity

to teach students how to find and apply

to government jobs

which is definitely interesting

because of the USA Jobs portal

that they have to apply through.

I also have the opportunity

to manage a leadership development program

that's internal to HR

for high potential leaders.

We also have a survey called the Employee Viewpoint Survey

and we analyze data for the survey

that comes back.

The data that comes back from the survey

we also have the opportunity

to do focus groups,

to talk to employees

to really get a better feel and sense

of what they love about the agency,

what things, different challenges,

what they would like to kind of make amends to

and we try really, really hard

to work with their leadership

and move those initiatives forward,

so that's pretty much

what my day to day looks like within CDC.

Working at the CDC they really put emphasis

on work-life balance

and that is much appreciated.

I have the opportunity to work from home two a days a week

and I will say that that really took

into play when I was able to get my master's degree

and so, I was able to work from home,

my supervisor was super flexible

with me being able to of course work five days a week

and then have that flexibility

on Thursdays and Fridays for classes.

I would say the skills that are needed

to really do my job well, 100% customer service.

That is a huge part of being a management

and program analyst

because not only are you talking

to external stakeholders, people outside

of the CDC but you're also talking to people

inside of the CDC, so whether that's your supervisor,

your coworkers or other people within HR

or within CDC as a whole,

customer service is a huge part,

so also analytical skills,

being able to be a team player, team oriented

because just because you feel a certain way

about how something should go

doesn't mean that everyone else

is going to feel the same way,

so being able to do that

and also it's also important

to be able to communicate very well

whether it's written communication,

or oral communication

because presentations come into play.

Sometimes not everyone has time for you

to stop by the office really quick

and get your point across.

You may have to say it through email

or you may have to write a report.

It's very important for you to be able

to know your audience

and to say it in the most appropriate way

and to know that you can't always attach your feelings

to what you're trying to accomplish

but it's important that you can communicate

your thoughts logically

and be able to convey that to whoever your audience is.

How Much Sugar Are You Really Eating Every Day - Duration: 5:50.

How much sugar are you really eating every day a teaspoon of the stuff might make your medicine go down

that exceeding your recommended daily sugar intake could lead to obesity tooth problems heart disease and not so healthy eating habits

and for those reasons the world health organization WHL has just announced that it is cutting its recommended sugar intake for

adults in hath from the original 10% of total daily calories 25 percent

for a normal weight adult that's about 25 g

or 6 teaspoons per day

of course that's total sugar

and the American heart association

of home has said that people need to make a distinction between naturally occurring and

added sugars when it comes to daily sugar intake

the average American consumes around 22.2 teaspoons of added sugar every day and both

the WHL NT I call a note that we should really be eating a fraction of that amount

the a ha says that adult women should get 5 teaspoons

20 g of sugar per day adult men 9 teaspoons

36 g

and children 3 tsp. 12 g

to put that in perspective

a can of soda a loan can have as many as 40 g

or about 10 teaspoons of sugar

the Ogata I'd Lines published in a 2009 issue of the journal circulation

make the point that added sugars

such as high fructose corn syrup or ordinary table sugar added to sodas breads and other processed foods are likely responsible for the

increase in calorie consumption and the subsequent rise in obesity of the past few decades

naturally occurring sugars in fruits vegetables low fat dairy and whole grains don't need to be avoided

they make up part of a healthy diet

says Rachel Kay Johnson P HT

miles per hour road associate provost and professor of nutrition at the University of Vermont in Burlington and one of the experts

who came up with the ihop guidelines of course knowing how much sugar you should

be eating is completely different from calculating what you're actually eating

the food and drug administration doesn't require that nutrition labels list the amount of

naturally occurring sugars separate from the amounts of added sugars

making daily intakes of added sugar difficult to estimate notes Johnson

so their guidelines are for total sugar intake since it's difficult to parse out what's been added

that the caution that you should avoid added sugars first and worry less about sugars found in fruits and other whole foods we're not saying

that you should eliminate sugar from your diet or that you can't have sugar sweetened foods

she sat but when you can't stay within your recommended sugar intake you need to make up for it with extra exercise

over the past 30 years

according to the Ohara we've consumed an average of 150 to 300 more calories per day

50% of which come from beverages while our physical activity levels remain unchanged

the other than waste your sugar intake dawn sodas and other empty calories use it in a way that enhances the flavor and palatability of

already nutritional foods like flavored yogurt or flavored milk Johnson adds

the best way to cut added sugars out of your diet is to limit processed foods as much as possible

and satisfy your sweet tooth with fruit and while it's important to avoid added sugars in processed foods

you should also limit the amount of sugar you add at the table

whether it's table sugar

4 g of sugar per teaspoon

maple syrup 4 g per teaspoon or honey

5.6 g per teaspoon

make a practice of this and you won't need to spend so much time steering at food labels and

counting sugar Grams that since that's not always possible

we compiled a list of a few common processed food items and their average levels of total and added sugars

based on the U.S. Dept of agriculture's nutrient database plain bagel

5.05 g of sugar 4.8 of which are added whole wheat bread one slice of 5.57 g of sugar five of which are added regular sodas 8.97 g of sugar

all of it added fruit punch

a leaven 0.29 g of sugar

4.4 of which are added bowl of cornflakes 6.11 g of sugar all of it added fruit flavored yogurt 19 g of sugar

a leaven 0.4 of which are added Italian salad dressing

8.85 g of sugar

6.9 of which are added fruit cocktail

canned in light syrup 13.93 g of sugar

6.4 of which are added smooth peanut butter

9.22 g of sugar

3.1 of which are added granola bars

21.8 g of sugar

20.4 of which are added low sodium spaghetti sauce

a leaven 0.57 g of sugar 6.5 of which are added

That was what the prior law was.

Now under the new law effective December 15th,

for any new mortgages, the limitation has been reduced to $750,000.

In other words, interest on a mortgage will only be deductible

on any new mortgage up to $750,000.
