It's going to ask you a question

Make sure you answer the question because there's some boxes and when you answer the question

It will show up another box that will have you put either the affiliate ID in there or whatever. It's telling you to do

So don't just sit there going. Oh, I don't know where to go. Just

Read follow what it's saying to do if there's a like a little radio button that you got to click on it and say yes

I've done that or no, I didn't do that yet. Click it because then it will open up another box

So you can continue on okay, that's that's the first income stream easy one up

When you come into easy one up all of these things have different levels

so I recommend it just

Set up at the base levels to get yourself up and running everything is active so that you can begin to send traffic

But you can set yourself up at whatever level you believe you can handle whatever you believe

Because you're going to earn at that level that you're set up and a lot of people like to join easy one up

So if I have if I had any recommendation to tell you I would I would

Probably tell you to go ahead and get set up at vertex elite at least

When you're when you're first starting out so that you don't miss out on that five hundred dollar Commission

Okay, there's some other level there's a couple other higher levels up

But at least so that you're earning that bigger Commission and today that's not yeah. It's not too awful

But it is for some but depending on where you're at

Okay, so take a look at that winter when you're going through the steps and set up an activating

WASHDAY : MA ROUTINE SIMPLE & MINIMALISTE 🧖🏾‍♀️ - Duration: 7:05.

Hi guys ! I hope you're fine

Today I wanted to introduce you my minimalist hair routine

My "lazy" hair routine.You know what I mean (lol)

I do it when I don't have enough time to take care of my hair all day long

Here, my hair are really dry

First step : start on wet hair

I use my Activilong shampoo.The "Acticurl hydra" one

I can add some essential oil too (here it is tea tree oil)

I have seborrheic dermatitis because of stress, so tea tree oil helps me with it

It's good for my scalp, and also boosts my hair growth

I only use my fingers, and NOT my nails, because it's kind of aggressive for my scalp

Another clue : my shampoo is on my roots, not on my lenght.

This technic is less "agressive" for your lenght, and your hair will be less dry after your shampoo ( even if it's a soft one)

Shampoo's done, let's rinse them out

Next step :My hair mask

Still in Activilong, but in the "Actiforce" line this time.

I want my hair really soaked with the mask, so I am pretty generous when I apply it

I try to apply it all over my head : the front, the back, and mainly in the middle.

I keep it around 30 mins

Here I am, 30 mins after

As you can see, my hair seem feeded, moisturize and smooth !

It also defines my curls...I really LOVE this hair mask

The detangling will be easier right now

I start with my fingers, then I use my Denman brush from Amazon

But you can also do your detangling only with your fingers, it's up to you guys

If you use a brush, don't forget : from the end to the root. Always.

Nothing important

I already translated this part, don't worry lol

Let's rinse it out again

This is the result : my hair are defined, moisturized, thanks to this mask

ANYWAY

I use a microfiber towel, because I don't have any big cotton shirt at home

It costs around 6 or 7 euros

My hair are already detangled, so this part will be really quick

I use my "yellow" shea moisture conditioner to moisturize them

And my shea chantilly to seal

And I start braiding ! That's it, LOL

And I do this for all my hair

Oh and yep, as you can see I don't use my Denman, because my hair are already detangled, so it would be useless

When the braiding part is done, I wrap my hair with scarf

I bought this scarf around 2 euros (really cheap)

Then...Sleep time !

This is the next morning.My hair are moisturized, soft and defined

SALAD: HOW TO PREPARE A SIMPLE LOW CALORIE ANTI-INFLAMMATORY SALAD THAT WILL HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT - Duration: 6:01.

Welcome to MrsLindasCorner ...today I'm actually gonna make a salad I've actually started cooking that

chicken breast already I had about two pieces of chicken breast and I put them

on this grill because it takes away, they've been soaking in teriyaki sauce

and I kind of rinsed it off because it's the kind that came in the package from

the store, already with the teriyaki on there but, I I know that that lets it

make some meat tenderizing the meat. So, I just kind of rinsed most of it off and

and as I tasted it tastes really tender. So, I've already turned it off and so now

I'm gonna put the chicken aside and then make my other ingredients.. my I'll be

adding cilantro I'll be putting some cucumbers and tomatoes one of having

tomatoes but cucumber you slicing up the cucumber a little garlic a little ginger

and I'm gonna squeeze a little lemon juice over it for it because I don't

really want any salad dressing a dash of cayenne pepper and I've got some lettuce

in the refrigerator of one so I'm gonna blend all of these and make my salad so

that you guys can see it

and one of the other things that I actually came across I forgot I had a

little dandelion in my refrigerator. So, I'm also going to be adding that to my

salad as well and maybe a little onion

So, I've cut up all the veggies most all of them and I'll be adding the chicken

I'm gonna squeeze just a little lemon over the chicken before I put it in here

I also squeeze a little lime over it and then I'm gonna squeeze some over the

salad I just want to make sure that uh you know when I use some of this later

it'll all be marinated in that lemon which cuts the fat... So, I'm just gonna um

she was a little protein and put on there I got the cucumbers and you know

like - I'm gonna clip up a little carrot in here - because I like to add all the

colors in a rainbow I don't really have any red so I'm just gonna use the I'm

just gonna use carrots yeah so I'm gonna take one carrot and slice it up in there

and one of the things that I like to do with my carrots when I cut them I kind

of cut them on a slant just to kind of make it interesting yeah I like to do

that because that kind of makes them kind of cute it makes the salad a little

dressing it up a little bit making it interesting so you have added carrots

and now I'm gonna add the garlic and a little bit of the ginger okay and I've

cut up the garlic on there and for those of you who might think this is a little

too much garlic I love I love garlic quite a bit and so it's actually

antibacterial and so it fights inflammation as well

and since I'm going through sinus issues I sprinkle a little cayenne pepper on

there it's really good for me so I always like to use it and yeah squeeze a

little bit of lemon on there all over the whole salad that way I don't have to

worry about adding any I don't have to worry about adding any salad dressing

cuz I'm trying to lose weight not to gain any and so this just gives me what

I need okay and then I'm gonna take these seeds out

I haven't really found a way I mean I know some people when they squeeze the

lemon over their food they take the lemons they might hold their they'll
