News on Youtube Dec 18 2018

Hello~ Today I want to make a new video, different from what I made before!

Many people asked me: how Korean people think about Iran!?

How much they have information about Iran!!?

I saw some Korean people who know about Iran, However many Korean who doesn't know about Iran at all !

I have to mention that in Korea, Media and news don't cover Iranian news that much

So, today I want to see how much they know about Iran

here is Yonsei University campus, in Seoul

unfortunately , now it is the final exam period time and it is hard to find someone to ask my questions

also Korean are shy to talk in front of camera

this is my first experience for this type of video, hope the result will be good enough

I hope in future I can make more video and interview with different type of people whether Korean, foreigner or Iranian

please Like video and subscribe my channel for more videos

Lets watch the interview

Question: Please tell us your major and which countries have you visited?

Do you know the name of country marked in the map?

Have you ever heard the word "Persia" ? What do you know about it?

Do you know that Persia is the old name of Iran?

Can you guess which language Iranian speak?

How much do you know about Iranian people!? Specially women outfit?

if you get a chance to go to Iran! with free ticket! will you take that chance?

Let me show you some photos from Iranian women and places to visit

How Much Bit in the Collet - CNC For Beginners - Duration: 9:09.

Hey y'all.

I'm in between projects here at Chaos Central...

...and I decided I had a couple of minutes, and I could make a quick video...

...kind of a "Tips & Tricks" video.

I know that my lighting is bad, my audio is bad...

Please forgive the pitter-patter of rain on the roof of the shed.

But it's winter time here in Oregon, and that's just a fact of life.

I'll do the best I can.

A question I keep seeing come up over and over again...

...in some of the beginners Facebook groups...

...and in some of the other Facebook groups I'm a member of...

...has to do with how much of...

...a bit's shank should go into the collet of the spindle or router.

For some this may be simple, for others this may be a bit more complex...

So I figured I'd take a couple of minutes...

...we'll zoom in real close, and I'll show you what I'm talking about.

So I have a selection of bits here...

...and I'm going to walk you through some of these.

Here is a standard 1/4 inch downcut spiral bit...

...in my 1/4 inch collet.

Again, I can tell it's a downcut spiral...

...because the cutting edge is on the bottom of the spiral.

But if you look here...

...at how much of the shank I have in the collet...

You can see that the cutting edge is about 1/8 of an inch...

...away from going into the collet itself.

If I spin it around this way, we can see...

...how much of the shank is buried inside that collet.

That's going to give me firm mounting.

Again, we want to get as much of that shank into the collet as possible...

...without the cutting edge slipping up into the collet itself.

On these smaller bits...

...like what's in my 1/8 inch collet...

...that's not always possible.

Some of these bits have this plastic collar...

...while others don't.

If we look closer...

...if this will focus, that is...

...we can see that the cutting edge...

...is inside that little collar.

That's fine.

This collar is pressed on at the factory...

...and what we want to do is bury...

...all of the shank behind the collar into the collet.

If I flip it up, we can see that the shank doesn't go all the way up into the collet.

There's a bit of a recess.

But there's enough of the shank buried in the collet...

...to where it's really going to grip that shank.

Personally, I'd prefer a bit more shank in the collet...

...but I've been using these for a couple of years now...

...and I've never had one slip on me...

...or break, or anything like that.

Some folks will tell you that these collars...

...are pressed a specific distance from the tip of the bit...

...so that you don't have to reset Z zero after a bit change.

I disagree with that statement.

The only real evidence I have to support my disagreement is, if you look at this pack of bits...

...you can see that the amount of bit exposed past this collar varies.

They're not standardized at all.

So, just my opinion...

...I don't care if it's got a collar or not, I'm resetting my Z zero after I do a bit change.

It's just not worth messing around and hoping it's right.

So, that's a straight shank or spiral bit.

When you get into something like this v-bit, or this large straight mortising bit...

...which I use to surface my spoilboard...

...the situation is a little different.

Let's see if the camera will focus in on this...

If you look at where the shank...

...meets the orange cutter head...

...you'll see that there's a bit of a radius.

It's not a straight shank that ends flat against the underside of the cutter.

There are no 90° angles there.

They do that because a 90° angle there...

...could open up the possibility of stress fractures forming at that 90° angle.

And you don't want this cutter head breaking free of the shank...

...at somewhere between 10,000 and 20,000 RPM.

That would get real exciting, really fast.

So there's a bit of a radius here...

...is what I'm trying to say.

If you look at this big bit...

...it's very exaggerated, but you can certainly see that radius.

What we want to do...

...when we're using a bit like this...

[...come on out of there...]

...we want to bury as much of the shaft in the collet as we can get...

...but then back it out...

...about 1/8 inch...

...or 3 mm for those of you who insist on using the metric system...

...back it out of there so that the radius is not up here in the collet.

If the collet is tightened down on the radius instead of the shank...

...the jaws of the collet are grabbing the radius.

After running for just a few seconds...

...the bit is going to slip, because that radius is not enough of a surface to grip.

So on a bit where you have a...

...solid shank meeting a cutter head...

...slip the bit all the way in, then back it out...

...about 1/8 inch (3 mm.) Something in that range.

This becomes just slightly more complex if you use a touch plate...

...to set your Z zero...

...and, like me, you don't have a router or spindle that's grounded...

...and you have to use an alligator clip...

...to ground the bit, for use with the touch plate.

What I do is put that alligator clip on the bit shank...

...so it's nice and secure...

...put the bit in the collet, then slip it into the router...

...like so...

...then tighten the collet into the router.

Then I know that I have a good, solid connection with the alligator clip...

...and I know that there's enough of the bit shank buried in the collet.

Again, don't slip the bit all the way into the collet

That's a big mistake.

The collet just can't get a grip on the shank of the bit.

So remember to back it out about 1/8 inch, then you can tighten it up.

So that's basically it.

Without overstating it or being too repetitious...

...the thing to remember is to bury as much of the bit's shank into the collet as you can...

...without either snugging up on that radius...

...or putting a cutting edge up into the collet itself.

If you got anything out of this video...

...I do hope you'll give me a thumbs up.

If you have any questions or comments...

...feel free to leave them down in the comment section.

If you've sent me a message and I haven't responded to you at all...

...please resend it. I've had several replies bounce back because the email address was not valid.

How Much Should Hytale Cost? - Duration: 14:29.

hey guys I'm back for another video and today I'm gonna be talking about the

potential monetization of high tell so before I even get started this game has

a ton of hype around it many minecraft youtubers are claiming

that this is where trends are going to be going for them a lot of people aren't

really happy with the current state of Minecraft anymore and they're excited to

see how great of a game it's turning out that high detail looks like it's going

to be so if you take a look on their website you're going to notice that the

hypixel team stated that they are not currently sure what their monetization

policy is going to be regarding the game and at first I didn't think much of it

and I was like yeah I'll easily drop 20 bucks in this game and be happy with it

but now I've given it some thought and I think it's actually crucial that

hypixel gets this right with hightail so I'm going to state right off the bat I

think it would be in the best interest of hightail to make the game

free-to-play of course there's always gonna be some way to make money which is

what I'm getting to later I'm pretty sure that none of us are expecting the

game to be triple-a prices like 60 bucks like Call of Duty style if that happens

it's pretty obvious that the game is going to only be accessible to people

that either have money or have very generous family members that would be

willing to you know get them a game like that and I think the game would still

succeed if it was $60 but I feel like there'd be a lot of people that just

simply don't get it because they don't want to invest that much in something

they might not like there's gonna be a lot of kids that just can't get it in

general a lot of parents aren't going to be willing to pay that much for a game I

can tell you for a fact back when I wanted to buy minecraft I asked my

mother since of course at the time I was only like 12 13 years old and at first

she didn't even trust the website enough to send 20 bucks which at the time that

cost that much I believe that the best course of action is that hightail should

be free to play so you can get it from their website I guess download their

launcher and be able to play the game straight away and make an account and

have a good time playing the game without paying any money

as far as monetization is concerned then I think the best course of action after

that would be similar to what discord does almost everyone watching this video

probably has noticed how discord basically came out of nowhere and

completely killed off Skype and teamspeak in 1,000 it is an amazing

service and it has changed my life personally in

the past year and a half because it's connected me with tons and tons and tons

of people that I would have never talked to before it made a lot of communities

spring up out of nowhere including the hypixel community discord which is very

young but what I think is intriguing about discord is that the program is

free it's free to use there's no obligation to pay money whatsoever but

there is a exclusive club and that's called discord nitro it's a subscription

service I believe and what it allows you to do is change your profile picture to

something animated and it ups the size of files that you can distribute and

there's probably a few other things mixed in there that I'm not really sure

about but the point I'm trying to make is that what high tale could do is be

free to play maybe even have some microtransactions for the aesthetics but

I think the best way for them to make money would be with a an exclusive nitro

or in this case probably pro club kind of like MVP plus plus on hypixel the

server and minecraft I think that would be the best bet

what would hightail exclusive members get um I'm not sure yet you know I

haven't gotten a chance to play the game maybe it would give them access to

developer tools maybe it would maybe there could be a developer package

although I don't think that's something that would be a good idea to monetize

considering the amount of people the percentage of people playing the game

that would be then you know a lot of modifying it animating and scripting

their own characters would be a very small minority so I think the best bet

would be to something to do with cosmetics or maybe emotes in addition to

like hightail pro members or exclusive members I think it would also make a lot

of sense that community servers once popped up that they will have their own

stores where you can buy things like ranks or you know any sort of in server

transaction again like high pixel I think it'd be a good idea to get to

endorse it officially and then to take a profit from a percentage of the profit

so say hightail were to have its own servers right where they make a hundred

percent of the profit because they're the ones running it but then some other

person decides they're gonna start up a big server Network and they know the ins

and outs of how you know people work and they know what game modes would be

really fun and how to get a lot of people online and playing and then they

offer in-store transactions and stuff I think it'd be really neat if the game

had official support for these kind of custom shops but they would get some

percentage of anything that's bought on these community service so maybe twenty

percent maybe thirty percent it depends thirty percent would be pretty safe I

would think cuz that's like basically what YouTube does with super chat

donation and who knows it could be whatever but I

think it might be a good idea to go with the sort of policy that you're losing

money to begin with but in order to do that you are then you're making your

money back elsewhere so there's gonna be a lot of people a lot of young kids that

play the game and they'll never be able to play anything serious to the game

because their parents won't even let them have access to a card or credit

card but they will still increase hype for the game and then you would have the

people that have a lot of money and would spend a lot on whether it be

cosmetics or server packages that are not even officially made by hypixel

I think it would be extremely beneficial if they let that sort of thing happen

because then they would pay a lot of money towards these servers and then

hightail we get a percentage or hypixel you know percentage of course

everybody's been referencing fortnight I'm not going to go into detail on it

because you've probably heard it a hundred other places before but it's

obvious that one of the reasons why for tonight is as popular as it is is

because it's free anybody can just install the game and get playing and I

think that is something that led to its success and that being said even with

even for people that have money it is still a barrier to have a game cost

money for example I was hanging out with my friend Sebastian yesterday and

recently the epic games launcher announced that subnautica was going to

be free for a certain time if you were to install the epic games launcher and

the game you would keep it free and I was hanging out of his place and I told

him about it and he immediately decided to install it because why not it's a

free game and then he proceeded to spend the next like four or five hours playing

the game that he didn't pay for but it got him playing

and had that never happened I don't think he would have put in the time

investment to actually play subnautica of course that being said subnautica

doesn't have any micro transactions but I actually think that their goal with

that is to promote this below zero a DLC so there's probably gonna be a lot of

players from the Epic Games launcher that have the game free and they've

played it and they love it and then Sub Zero comes out or below zero comes out

and then a whole bunch of them buy below zero I think that's their plan

personally but I think this is something that high pales shouldn't the high tails

should learn from I think a free game just to get people in the door is a

great idea and there should be this exclusive group that pays money for some

benefits I'm not sure what those benefits are all right so in conclusion

I think the game should be free-to-play because that gets the maximum people in

the door playing the game and then to monetize the game they should have an

exclusive subscription-based club similar to disc or nitro with some very

minutely useful benefits whether it be development tools whether it be having

an animated name or profile picture or maybe extra cosmetics i don't know i

additionally think that they should officially endorse stores on fan-made

servers so that they can market their own stuff and then hightail would get a

percentage off of those purchases on the third-party servers and then finally I

think it'd be a challenge to implement cosmetics considering there will be mods

that pop up very shortly after the game's release that will allow people to

see whatever skin they like through a mod so I mean sure they can do that they

can have a store with cosmetics and it'd probably be pretty successful maybe even

creating key-based maybe it'd be battle pass or Rocket pass style where like as

you progress in level you get more stuff but if you pay money you

even more stuff as you level up it's all great ideas but if there's gonna be a

mod that adds that sort of thing client-side where you can just apply

whatever skin you like right away that might diminish that kind of profit but I

think that would be enough for the developers that they have maybe even

multiple tiers of subscription you know what I mean it could be like a twitch

subscription where for five bucks a month you are a Tier one exclusive

member for ten bucks a month you get extra benefits but that's how I think

the monetization should work I think that would give the developers of the

game the most success but keep it free-to-play because we need as many

players on this game as possible of course there is the cheater problem if

somebody you know somehow manages to cheat and then gets banned they can make

a new account and join again but I think one of the reasons why high tail even

exists is because since they're the ones developing the game they will have full

access to the game's engine they'll have full access to tools that can be used to

prevent hacking or even modding in competitive environments so I think the

cheater problem it would be different but I'm not necessarily saying it will

be worse there will be more accounts being made

in order to hack probably but at the same time it'll be a lot easier to

detect these sort of hacks before they cause any damage to the competitive

communities that will inevitably pop up during this game so yeah those are my

thoughts for hightail I think it could be a really successful game and having

no pay wall to enter will get people like my friend Sebastian playing even

like even if he shows zero interest in the game he will still get it because

it's free at least he would give it a shot he gave fortnight a shot and that's

like not at all the type of game he likes to play so the point I'm trying to

make is that people that maybe even like that kind of game but don't want to

install because they're afraid it's gonna be bad

those type of people will still get the game and play it an increase hype even

if they never end up playing it would still benefit the game and then who

knows maybe they've been playing for three four years and then they finally

drop a rank on some server and you get 30% for example me I never spent any

money on Minecraft after I bought it until about 2016 when I got my alt

account VIP so that I can leave my guild and then make the alt the leader of the

guild so that I my main account 30 virus could be in some other guild in bed

worse like things like that it might take a while but in the long term I

think the game would greatly benefit from computer play I'll leave a like

down below if you guys enjoyed this video I really hope that somebody on the

hypixel dev team sees this because I think this would be the ideal way to go

about doing things there could be more ways to monetize the game I would advise

against doing any pain a win type stuff I would not recommend any sort of you

know clash of clans gems type of deal nothing like that I think it should be

100% equal in not only a competitive environment but even in the

single-player environment I think make game mechanics-wise everything should be

an even playing field because nothing makes me more demotivated as a player to

see somebody drop a hundred bucks on like gems or something and then get

their base to be like at the point where mine would be six months from now

something like that it kind of turns you off from the game I would imagine so

anyway that's it so I hope you guys enjoyed and I'll see you guys later

you

Video Surveillance Systems - How Much Do They Cost - Duration: 4:47.

Hello, my name is Sam Winer from Winstar Video Security. One of the most frequent

questions I get asked is how much does it cost. I'll answer that question and

more coming right up!

There are two types of video surveillance technologies. One of them,

which is the older type, is referred to as an "analog system"; the other type is an

IP-based high-definition, 1080p system - that's what we're going to be

concentrating on today.

There are primarily two components to every

digital video system: the first component is the network video recorder, commonly

referred to as an NVR; the second component of course, are the cameras.

Now cameras and NVR's can either be standard, 1080p high-definition, or they can be the

ultra high-definition, sometimes referred to as 4K.

Different options for the NVR

include how many cameras can simultaneously be attached to the video

recorder, as well as how large of a storage device is in the video recorder.

That equates to how many days of storage of video you'll have available to review,

playback and search for. Camera options include resolution - typically 3-megapixel

and 4-megapixel (which is high-definition), are the most cost-effective alternatives.

In addition to that, ultra high-definition or 8-megapixel

or higher cameras can be attached to these network video recorders as well. Those, of course,

will cost a little bit more money.

In addition, other camera options include

infrared emitters, that allows you to view and record video in total darkness.

Additionally, there is something called power-over-ethernet functionality and

most of these cameras have that. That means the camera receives its power

through the same category 5 cable that sends the video back to the network

video recorder.

OK, so now you're asking Sam, what is the cost of a

video surveillance system?

Let's get to it right now.

The simplest way to convey the

cost of a videos surveillance system is to look at the

average per-camera cost,

which includes the NVR. Now, for a four-channel

commercial grade system, similar to what we've been discussing today, you can

expect to pay between $250 to

$325 per camera, installed. That includes all equipment,

it would include the category 5 cabling,

installation, configuration and so forth.

That's a good estimate to use.

Now what about if you need something with more

than four cameras? Well, the cost of an eight channel (or eight camera system)

will be between $325 - $400 per camera.

Now, if you have a large facility and you have a lot of details and a lot of

little cubby holes to cover, you may need a higher capacity system - let's say a 16

channel (16-camera) system. Now if you need something of that size, you would expect

to pay somewhere between $350 and $450 per camera,

installed. So based on

those estimates per camera averages that I provided to you, you can see that a

four camera system should be priced somewhere in the neighborhood from

$1,100 - $1,400, installed. An 8-camera

system should range anywhere from $2,600

to $3,200, all-inclusive, for an 8-camera system.

And if you need the

larger, 16-camera network video recorder with 16 cameras attached to it, expect to

invest somewhere between $5,600 - $7,200,

all-inclusive.

Again, the range and price varies based

on the resolution

of the cameras and based on the storage

and other incidentals that we discussed earlier.

I hope this information helps and I look forward to seeing you next

time with another tip from WinStar!

you

How much "bad" stress can you carry? - Stress & Work-Life Balance vynsight #1 - Duration: 1:29.

One of the things people often talk about at work is "How do I manage stress?

stress when boss said something, or my coworker said something. How do I manage work-life balance?

One of the first things that we all need to understand is, work is a

privilege, not a right. As we move towards a future where robotization

and automation are going to take a lot of legacy jobs, we'll start to appreciate

the importance of this privilege. Having said this it's important to manage stress -

- of course. There's this famous story about a professor who asked the

class to carry a glass of water like that. Does that weigh much?

No, it doesn't, but if I keep carrying that glass of water for hours on end

it'll start to weigh a ton. So the question is not just stress, but how much stress,

how long you carry it, and what kind of stress - because there's good stress,

and there's bad stress.

A certain amount of stress is good because it raises your heart rate,

it raises your adrenaline level, speeds up ability to react, but when you carry

that for far too long, the stress becomes toxic and bad, and that's what you need

to learn how to manage.

Soda water can also help. Add rehydration sachets to replace lost minerals and salt

Christmas booze cracked: How many calories will you down in festive alcohol? - Duration: 7:20.

With work parties, catching up with friends and extra time at home with extended families, many of us find ourselves drinking more over Christmas.

A few painful hangovers aren't the only price we pay for this: Brits consume a colossal 21,000 extra calories during December, according to a survey from genetics company 23andMe.

Much of this extra intake is down to traditional treats such as mince pies and chocolate selection boxes, but we also drink more over the festive season, with beer, wine and prosecco topping the list.

It's easy to forget that what we drink can be calorific too (especially after we've had a few!).

While Christmas is a time for making merry, not calorie counting, being aware of what's in our much-loved seasonal drinks can help prevent us from overdoing it.

So, in case you were wondering, here is what's in many of our favourite Christmas drinks:

Spirits

Baileys : A 50ml measure of Baileys contains about 163.5 calories, and nearly 8g of fat. It's 17% ABV (alcohol by volume), for those keeping track of their alcohol intake, too.

Brandy : If you leave a 50ml measure of brandy out for Santa on Christmas Eve, he'll be taking on about 103.5 calories. At around 40% ABV, he'll also be unsafe to drive the sleigh after a few stops.

Sherry : Sherry has about 58 calories per 50ml serving, and they can range from 15 - 22% ABV, so it's worth checking the label if you're keeping an eye on your alcohol intake.

Gin : It's not a classic Christmas drink, but as it's popular all year round, why not at Christmas too? A large 50ml measure of gin (37.5% ABV) has around 103.5 calories.

Whiskey : A 50ml glass of Scotch has about 111 calories, and comes at a minimum of 40% ABV.

A small glass of red or rose wine (120ml) contains about 83 calories, while white sits at about 77 calories. Most wine is around 12-15% ABV.

Mulled wine : We all have our own mulled wine recipe, but according to Weight Loss Resources , a small glass of mulled wine (120ml) could contain about 227 calories.

Beware assuming it'll keep you sober because it's hot: it's estimated that about 85% of alcohol survives the heating process, so a wine with 13% ABV would reduce to about 11%.

Champagne : Christmas only comes once a year, so what better time to treat yourself to a quality tipple like champagne.

A 120ml glass of contains about 89 calories and is usually around 12% ABV, the same as two pigs in blankets.

Prosecco: Prosecco is considered a lower calorie option when it comes to drinking - a 120ml glass usually contains a little over 80 calories.

'Skinny prosecco' products are now available too, for those who are extra health conscious, which claims to have around 67 calories per glass.

Prosecco is also slightly lower in alcohol than other wines, at around 11-12% ABV.

Bucks Fizz: Lots of us like to start our Christmas with a bucks fizz - while the alcohol content is reduced, the calorie count is fairly similar to a full glass of prosecco.

Beer

A pint of 4% lager can contain about 180 calories, while a pint of ale or stout at 5% at contain as much as 250 calories.

Seasonal specials

Eggnog : Arguably more of a dessert than a drink, the eggs, sugar and condensed milk in egg nogg mean you can expect to be consuming about 170 calories in a 120ml serving.

While recipes vary, it's a similar alcohol level to a Baileys, with some recipes containing about 14% ABV.

Snowball : You consume about 117 calories with a 120ml snowball. However, diluting a 14-20% Advocaat with lemonade for the drink will keep alcohol consumption fairly low.

Christmas is a the only time of year you will drink eggnog

Many of us get worried about piling on the pounds this time of year: the survey results show that nearly a third of Brits are on a regular diet during the year, but most of us (73%) break this habit during December.

Alice Mackintosh, nutritionist and author of The Happy Kitchen , said: "There's nothing wrong with enjoying a bit more of what you fancy during Christmas-time, but we should be cautious about the impacts of going overboard, not just for our waistlines but also for our overall well-being."

However, over-indulging and then crash dieting are thought to be an ineffective way of staying healthy.

With January often considered to be the worst time to start dieting, trying to enjoy your Christmas in moderation could be a better answer.

And of course it's important to remember that if you are worried that your drinking is unhealthy, you can visit drinkaware.co.uk to get more information, or chat to a professional.
