oh hey what's going on CPA strength here for another video
anyways I'm just gonna make up I make a protein shake this morning that's part
of my daily routine this is kind of for if you possibly for this like for like
the one or two people well I got some comments yesterday but for the one or
two people who started exercising a couple of weeks ago and I said don't
don't put out don't start don't wait and still congratulations for the Co people
who have been exercising just started a couple weeks ago just started you know
and who have kept up with it now by this time right if you've been doing a
push-up so you did 30 push-ups the first day and then 40 then 50 now you're and
you've gotten sore you've got none sore now you're like up to like 100 pushups a
day you're loving it you're like hmm is there anything more you like I'm not
shredded AF yet what's going on alright it's gonna take a little while
so I can just tell you from my experience what I did to like
I remember I started just doing some push-ups and then a couple couple weeks
after doing push-ups you know I was like how do I get my muscles bigger like I
want bigger muscles I want to do more push-ups so I thought well hey maybe
maybe I should look into nutrition or like what I'm eating you know cuz I
don't that'll make a difference so I started then I started going on
YouTube that's where I started my love of
YouTube talk to him probably about I guess 2012-2013 somewhere in there about
you know four four and a half years ago five years ago and then I found protein
and then I started just trying to get enough protein in and seeing how many
grams of protein things had I was you know wasn't tracking macros at all so
the thing that I started with the thing hey I did after after I started doing
push-ups couple times who lead you know my exercise is going now I wanted to pay
attention just the something on my diet so I started with the protein shake
because I figured I wanted to get bigger muscles I need more protein so let me
just start thinking about protein and this is just what I do this is my
protein shake recipe this is my go-to I'll probably say you know like a real a
real food would be better like this is considered a supplement protein a
protein powder now look look at this I'm a baller shot caller 20-inch blaze
already Impala car huh get laid tonight swish the ball tight get sprayed what I
hit the highway making money the Flyway got to be a better way better way
been away all umballa shot-caller 20 in blades only Apollo look little Troy
sitting down south boy Oh Brown mm but anyways this was uh that I've been on
this cheap protein for four and a half years and then I saw an Amazon this
isn't much more money so I got this some bottling one big ball ooh
anyways get any protein get the cheapest protein okay don't don't start out there
thinking you need a bunch of stuff these are those are like the cheap proteins
like sixteen dollars on Amazon get you some of that okay here's a here's a pro
tip I always make mine out with water you can use melt or whatever but
everything's adding calories this is I'm gonna use two scoops it's gonna be about
400 calories I don't even know what this is it's give me about 40 50 grams of
protein
a good general rule for protein is a gram per pound of bodyweight you
probably don't need that much that would be on the upper scale like I'm 200 and
today I'm like 265 pounds okay two cups of two cups of water so I don't like
throw I'm 265 pounds you know lean muscle mass I probably have 220 so I
would say you know to 200 to 265 grams then you don't ever need more I don't
think then you then you weigh so so that's just a good base like I weight
265 pounds I'm going to try to get 265 grams of protein today you ain't a
hundred and eighty pounds you try to get 180 grams of protein in along with doing
some push-ups so so basically I've done nothing groundbreaking I've added two
cups of water into my my old blender by 1970s blender but I find the new
blenders they always break on me so look two scoops two scoops kellogg's
raisin bran two scoops yeah anyways I've been having so much fun with this
YouTube I'm just living so blessed I mean I can't believe this is my life
alright so I like to mix that up first you're like first there's something else
yes a great day Oh real niggas know like Big Boi feet right
mm you know I'm team by the stones in the nigga chain see the can do the dump
with a chain so now we're gonna get it this is the secret ingredient frozen
bananas I love frozen bananas I love bananas I think very good fruit they
don't have too much sugar in it's a nice car giving you some energy I know we're
not worried about car worried about the protein so don't even worry about it's
just a nice fruit it's a fruit and vegetable what I do is I I know if I'll
do about two bananas one and a half they're frozen so I just crumble them up
and they're seeing me struggle I'm always in the Strad live on the struggle
bus I'm actually the driver of the struggle bus if you didn't know yeah so
look there's a frozen banana in there right see I just keep on breaking it up
into little chunks now pro tip is you freeze the bananas you take you take the
shell what do you call that the what's on the outside of the banana the rind
the shell I'm losing my mind I can tell you any hip-hop album or group but I
can't tell you what it's on the outside of a banana peel but you peel the I
don't know you peel the banana and then because if you freeze it with it with it
on there unpeeled it'll be hell to take it off once it's frozen so anyways let
me let me let me see you see the gang dopes selling off you gotta be smooth
nonchalant check batting for the street attitude don't front what you really
can't afford to lose we ship starts leaking every trouble for
you keep a backup plan you owe us to ride and never give a fuck about a
customer's life man I'm done with the game on the past but time how to hustle
by your mom get your money okay mom let me teach you a song playing the song
sorry that was some blending action I've gotten like the $30 blenders and they
just I thought I should get a nutribullet if nutribullet wants to
sponsor me for anybody wants to sponsor me so I'm trying to blow up on a clock I
don't know nobody no I'm just kidding so look look what I have a nice thick
shake full of protein mmm it's like a milkshake it's delicious
that was my neighbor slamming the door I've been filming for like a day over
here I think they're already like done with me yes I'm representing my dolphins
Jersey since the offensive coordinator just got in trouble for doing something
I mean really you've never made a mistake in your life now me now many
ways this is a you know this is delicious so look at you now your
exercise and you're doing push-ups just keep doing some more push-ups you
know one meal one meal a day you know you're hitting your protein get some Pro
get some protein powder or you know what's good eggs are really good for
protein meets good for protein fish is good for protein to protein powder is
good for protein what else is good for protein beans I guess have protein are
good for protein like look legumes
anyways you have your you have your exercise now and now you're starting to
think about your protein how to build your muscles and I'll come back I'll
come back in a little bit and I'll tell you the next thing that I did along my
fitness journey because I think that's the most I never sign ever set out to
really be an inspiration or a motivator I just wanted to tell my story I guess
and it so turns out that it's a motivating and inspiring story to a lot
of people and so instead of trying to be inspiring to motivate now I'm just gonna
tell my story and if that can motivate and inspire along the way then that's an
awesome that's awesome because it makes me feel so good
when someone says you've helped me you've helped me with accounting you've
you know you're my fitness guy you know you've helped me get off the couch
something clicked you know you've helped me and to hear that I've helped someone
makes me feel so amazing that I can't wait to do it again like you know I'm
such an addict you know I mean you guys know I'm an addict and it's like I
finally just chained I feel like I'm smiling like I'm really happy right now
thinking about it because for so long I was addicted to
drugs or streets you know bad shit you know nothing some that never gave
anything back to me and I don't know why I was addicted to because I never hear
anything back to me but now I get positivity back to me and that
I've helped somebody and it makes me feel so good it's like a dopamine kind
of release it's like it's like I'm a selfish addict and it just feels so good
I'm like aw I need help more people hold
