today we are going to make mutton adraki. this is a very easy and quick recipe and tasty too. so let us see what all ingredients are required to make this

ingredients in description box

i have boiled the mutton with 1/2 tsp each of salt and turmeric. i boiled until 3 whistles and the mutton shd not be overcooked

since the name of the recipe is mutton adraki- we are going to make a paste of onion and ginger. this is going to be base for our gravy

im going to give seasoning to the mutton with these spices

heat oil in a heavy bottom pan. i have used only 2 tbsp... u can add more. once the oil is hot we are going to add the whole spices

once the spices are roasted wewill add the grinded paste of onion and ginger and roast on low to medium flame until the raw smell from the masala goes away and oil oozes at the top

now add curd and cook again till the oil oozes on top

now the masala is well roasted

next we are going to add tomatoes, ginger juilines n green chillies cut n also the mutton and its stock and salt

cook for about 20 mins on low flame until the tomatoes are mashed up in curry and the mutton is fully cooked

the mutton curry is ready to be served.

do a taste test and garnish with coriander leaves and ginger juilines

serve with naan, parathas.

Do This Simple Breathing Exercises to Improve Sleep and Reduce Stress

Breathing exercises and techniques sound a little funny at first.

After all, don't we all know how to breathe?

Using specific breathing techniques and breath control, means that you're being mindful

about the way you breathe in and out.

By purposefully changing the way we breathe, we can change the way we feel and how our

bodies react to what's going on around us.

Breathing exercises has also a lot of benefits such as Improve COPD, Lower Blood Pressure,

Reduce Anxiety, Improve Sleep and Lower Stress, etc.

In today's video I'm going to share with you, 5 Simple Breathing Exercises to Improve

Sleep and Reduce Stress.

Exercise Number 1.

Pursed lip breathing

This one is super simple and easy to do, but extremely effective.

The general idea is to breathe out for double the amount of breaths you inhale.

Pursed lip breathing helps release air that's trapped in the lungs,

and decreases the amount of breaths you take, while extending exhalation.

With relaxed shoulders, take a normal breath for about 2 counts.

Then pucker your lips up and exhale for 4 counts.

Do this for a few rounds.

Exercise Number 2.

Diaphragmatic breathing

You can do this one either sitting up or lying down;

I find it's nice to do while in bed to help wind down.

With your shoulders back,

keep one hand on your chest and the other on your belly.

As you breathe in deeply for about 2 seconds, your belly should stick out a bit.

Feel the air expanding your stomach and then breathe out slowly through the lips.

Exercise Number 3.

Yoga breathing

To practice this one, start on the right side.

Place your right thumb over your right nostril as you breathe in through the left nostril.

Then take your right ring finger and place it over your left nostril as you exhale from

the right one.

Leaving your ring finger where it is over the left nostril, inhale from the left, then

switch to the right side,

putting your thumb over the right nostril and exhaling through the left.

Exercise Number 4.

This deceptively simple breathing technique is lauded as one of the best ones to help

you fall asleep.

In theory, it's easy.

You exhale through your mouth and then close it and inhale through your nose for 4 counts.

You hold the breath in for 7 counts, then release it in 8 counts, and repeat at least

three times.

Exercise Number 5.

Breath counting

Sitting comfortably with your eyes closed, take a few deep breaths,

and then settle into a pattern of normal breathing.

When you exhale, count one, the next time, count two.

Do this until you have exhaled, and counted to five, then start the pattern over.

Don't count past five, and if you find you've lost count, start again at one.

You'll be surprised at how much concentration it will take to keep yourself on count.

By doing breathing exercises help us more effectively inhale and exhale, using our diaphragm.

By changing the way we breathe, we can better control our emotions and helps us to improve

sleep and reduce stress.

Hi everyone and wellcome to "Les plaisirs sucrés d'Antoine"

I hope you're doing well

today in this new tutorial I propose

a very simple dark chocolate glaze recipe

you can use it to cover your desserts to have a very nice style

I pull on my tutorial firiend and I how you how to make it !

Ok, I'm now ready to show you how to do it

you'll juste need those ingredients

10 g of gelatin

100 g of water

170 of sugar

75 g of cocoa powder

90 g whole single cream

I hydrate first the gelatin in a glass of cold water

I cut it in smaller pieces

for 5 min

when the gelatin is hydrated

I mix together the cocoa powder with water

to avoid lumps

when it all combined

I pour it in the pot

I add the cream and mix again

when it's almost combined, I add the sugar

bring it to the boil and let it boil for 1 min

after boiling for 1 min, I add the dried out gelatin and the glaze will almost be done

I dry it out between my fingers

once it is all combined I pour it in a container which will make the pouring of the glaze easy

with a spout

I pour it over a sieve to avoid lumps

once the glaze is made, let it rest at least one day

and the day after when you want to glaze your entremet

just heat it with the microwave or over a bain-marie

until it reaches 37°C

when it reaches the temperature

take out your frozen entremet from the freezer

and glaze it

Contrary to popular belief, investing in the stock market isn't hard and it is

actually really simple to make quite a bit of money over the long term if you

follow six, very easy to understand steps. Now here are the rules that you need to

follow if you want to do well with investing:First, contribute early and

often. The longer you have money in the market the more time it has to compound

on itself, which ends up growing exponentially over time. Which is

fantastic. Second, you want to build a diverse portfolio that matches your risk

tolerance, so you don't want all your eggs in one basket. You've heard this a

million times before. And make sure it matches your risk

tolerance, so that you can handle the ups and downs that will come. Third, rebalance

this portfolio when necessary. It's gonna get out of whack and when it does, you

1 Simple Trick to Make Veggies Taste Great - Duration: 5:13.

- Hey guys, Robby here from Cross Fit South Bend,

with a special Halloween edition of Wellness Wednesday.

We are here with the three little piggies.

You can see that Remi

is not too happy about being in his pig costume.

We've got the big bad wolf on camera.

So, today we're going to be talking about

how to cook your vegetables.

One of the biggest things I see during nutrition coaching

is people aren't familiar with how to cook vegetables

or they're not familiar with the way to cook them to

make them taste good.

So I'm going to show you a method that I use for the

overwhelming majority of of my vegetables.

I would say more than 75% of the vegetables I cook

this is the way I cook them.

I laid out here a few vegetables

that you could do this with.

You can do this with green beans,

you can do this with butternut squash,

you can do this with jicama.

And if you don't know what that is

I'm gonna explain in just a second.

But, we do it all the time with any type of white potato.

You can do this with a diced sweet potato.

You can do this with broccoli, cauliflower,

Brussels sprouts, cabbage.

In fact, the cruciferous vegetables, the broccoli,

cauliflower, Brussels sprouts,

cabbage tend to really benefit from roasting at high heat

with some salt and some oil.

So, just for tonight just to take an example just to

maybe show you something that you haven't done before.

We're gonna talk about jicama and jicama sticks.

If you've never heard of jicama,

technically it's a legume but it's a non-problematic

legume if you follow the paleo diet.

It's kind of like a south american potato of sorts.

It's very fibrous and Wholefoods sells these jicama sticks.

It's really not that hard to make these if you pick up a

jicama at a store but pre-bought they work pretty well too.

All you would do with anything that you want to cook is

take your green beans, your butternut squash, your jicama

or your cauliflower or what have you,

put it on the sheet pan.

Lay it out.

There wasn't too much in here so I can put more on if I

had an extra carton or something like that.

And then you can put any type of oil on so you know,

the vast majority of the time I'm just using some olive oil.

You can eyeball it, you can measure it out.

It really doesn't matter just kind of depends on your goals.

If you're following more of the macros template then you're

obviously gonna want to measure it out.

But usually a couple glugs will get you somewhere in the

range of one to three tablespoons.

And then you're gonna toss it up.

Make sure you get that oil coated all the way through.

The vast majority of the time all I use is just salt

because I think oil salt plus heat really does the job

with most of these vegetables but you can put any seasonings

on you want.

If you have chili powder, pepper, what have you.

I'm just gonna dry off my hands here real quick.

And typically, what I'll do is I'll put this in the oven

anywhere from 350 to 400-450 depending on the vegetable.

If you've got a hardier vegetable

and you want it to be more done,

put it in at 400-450.

If you've got something like leeks

which I'll sometimes roast,

or onions then probably 350.

So, all you do is pop that in the oven.

And then basically a half an hour later,

it's ready to go.

It's ready for you.

One of the nice things that I really like about roasting

in addition to making the food taste fantastic is that

you can go do something else while the food is cooking

so you don't have to be sitting behind a stove while

something is sauteing.

Now, I just happen to have here some roasted cruciferous

that I cooked earlier in the week.

So these are Brussels sprouts and cauliflower

that I had cooked earlier in the week.

And this is kind of the done ness you want them to.

Now obviously it's gonna depend on

who you're cooking them for.

Some people like them more done.

Some people like them less done.

As my wife knows I tend to like things more done and I would

like them probably even more done than this.

But this is probably a good balance for most people where

it's not too overdone charred but it's done enough that

you're getting those really good flavors.

Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli.

For most people those taste eh,

not so great when they're steamed or boiled.

But they taste really really good when they are roasted at

high heat and if you take some ghee or some butter and

some salt with these cruciferous and roast them up,

you're gonna get a really delicious meal.

Alright guys, hopefully now you've got a good sense

of how to cook a lot of these different vegetables.

You can do this with green beans, butternut squash, jicama,

white potato, sweet potato, broccoli,

cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, cabbage.

I do it with leeks sometimes.

You can do it with onions.

You can do it with all sorts of different things.

Arma 3 | Eden Editor - How to create simple weapon pickup and kill/destroy task - Duration: 13:38.

First, place a player unit

Next, you want to place a 'Create Task' module

Give the task an ID (The ID used to refer to the task), and a title. The title will be the name that appears in game.

After that, select the owner as All playable units, or the player's side. Or you can choose to sync the task with the player or their group leader. Make the task state assigned.

You may also select an icon to display in game. You can also type a description.

Trying to get rid of the player's rifle.

Now, a set task state. Set the state to succeeded(The check mark). This will be synced to a trigger, that will activate this or, succeed the task, when the trigger's condition is satisfied. Also sync it to the create task.

We will now place the first trigger, that will put a delay on the time until the task is assigned. Using 'true' to automatically fire the trigger.

We placed a new trigger, that will succeed the task.

It needs to be synced to the set task state

We will now place a table along with our MX 6.5mm

We will place the task over the rifle, so the destination for the task is on the rifle.

Now we use the config-viewer under tools to find the code name for our rifle.

arifle_MX_F. To get to this specific screen. Click the Weapons tab in the bottom left corner.

You may also any item's script name can be found by placing your cursor over it. Just remove the prefix before the first underscore such as Weapon

Now, I will demonstrate the second way. Which does not use scripting.

Instead, the condition is set to 'this'. And the activation box is set to OPFOR Not Present.

The trigger will check to see if any OPFOR are in the trigger area which in code is reffered to as thisList, something I'll talk talk about in another video. If not, the trigger will fire.

A simple night time parking mistake could land motorists in Britain with a hefty fine.   When a driver parks at night time they must face the same way as the direction of traffic.

  According to the Highway Code, this only applies to cars that are not in a marked bay.

  Failure to oblige by these fuels could land motorists with a fine of £1,000, which can increase to £2,500 for passenger vehicles over eight seats and goods vehicles.

The reason drivers are required to park facing in the direction of traffic at nighttime is due to safety.

Drivers parked in the wrong direction would be harder to spot on a dimly lit road while cars parked the correct way would be visible due to the rear reflectors.

It is however completely legal for motorists to park the opposite way during the day.

Rule 248 of the Highway Code states you MUST NOT park on a road at night facing against the direction of the traffic flow unless in a recognised parking space.

Laura Newton, road transport solicitor at Rothera Sharp, said to The Sun: This type of parking becomes particularly dangerous in unlit areas, where the rear reflectors are necessary to alert passing cars.
