Closed Caption by YouTube Hey my friend this is OLA coming to you live from myEmpirePRO studios on this edition

we're gonna be talking about how much should I spend on internet marketing

stay tuned

hey what's going on this is all coming to you live for my publisher in this

edition I review ideal internet and digital marketing spend how much is

should you be spending this topic is really more about resource money

management more than anything else just so you know it's mobile resource

management more than anything else and our resources are fundamentally time

money and I'd like to had a third one usually and that's your skills your

skills level okay because even if you're hiring people to do stuff for you

it's oh you're always in a better place when you have some skills you know some

skills as opposed to say no I don't need to know then you get robbed right so so

yeah we're gonna be talking about resource management but with respect to

how much should you be spending on internet marketing and of course in

response to a question from one of our viewers so the question goes hey hola

after six months of running from fear and deliberation with my marketing team

oh right market team I've decided to dive into internet and the YouTube

marketing congratulations to you it's not leaked okay trust me internet

marketing is still very much in its in factory face okay I mean only you only

started in 1995 so it's very very young and the the whole thing called internet

social media is still trying to figure itself out okay so it's early okay so

congratulations to you I've chosen to start with Facebook they roll out to

YouTube later and I'm also committing to content marketing but I also want to

have a budget that leads me to my question that leads me to my question

well here's what I'm gonna say with regards to starting with Facebook or

YouTube Facebook first then YouTube I want to suggest you start with YouTube

okay I'm honest just that you start pushing content on

YouTube and and I suggest that you do it on a on a regular a periodical basis

consistent okay the key to key things okay when it comes to content marketing

it's good content good content and inconsistency okay and everything else

especially on YouTube everything else tend to fall in place if you have good

content and consistency now good content is content that people want okay

and the best way I like to do that is to reverse engineer it okay cuz that's data

on keyword planner tools on auto suggestion like any time you start

typing something into YouTube's search box or Google search box you know it

starts suggesting what people are searching for right and with regards to

your industry or profession you know what people will be searching for you

can start from that and you can press ENTER and then also at the bottom of it

to suggest additional related keywords that people already searching for and

you want to create content around those topic okay you create good content the

answer people's questions you provide solution any form of information to

people's problems help people solve problems right and then and then you

publish that on the internet okay on YouTube specifically I prefer I prefer

the method of starting with you to my start pushing content on a regular

consistent and periodical basis I like daily as you can see I do daily

at this point right now it varies depending on where I am in the business

but right now at this point I'm doing five days a week of content creation and

publishing and do that on this channel right now I like daily and at the very

minimum you want to do at least once a week you can do once a month but just

understand that the more spaced out it is the higher the risk of losing

consistency okay consistency is it's the second in mouth you know the second

biggest factor in getting the audience to start paying attention and start

ranking your videos as suggested videos as a search result on YouTube and we

start doing that you build a brand so when people find your information on the

Facebook ads and they decide to Google your name as

we'll okay and they decide to Google if there are reviews out there about your

brand and your business they can find your videos and then that builds trust

okay because people do business with you if they know like and trust you okay so

you have trust equity in the marketplace you can control that by how much content

you publish into the marketplace okay now I noticed there was one store in

this local area that I noticed the other day has only two reviews on YouTube and

those reviews were pretty bad and this is supposed to be in business in the

local area people do live reviews but my my thing is I'm gonna leave I'm gonna

publish much more content that people leave review that's the key thing okay

we want to be publishing content at the speed that's higher then people are

leaving reviews because people have bad taste in their mouth for whatever reason

that may not even be your fault maybe you have an associate in the office in

the store and they were nasty something happened something beyond the control

and the attitudes we fired a long long long time ago but you still have this

bad review on your own your thing on the internet the only way to drown that out

is when you publish content that actually helped people give people tips

with regards to what you do with regard to your product in your services give

people tips that can help help them improve on getting more result with your

product your services or something related to that and you become what that

means that you become the expert in the marketplace not because you call

yourself an expert like a clown but because you're actually an expert that's

helping them because when you also teach and you share this kind of you publish

so when you teach this is saying that when you teach you learn twice okay new

ideas come up new ways of building your business comes up and you just become

better not on top of the fact that you have all this content that's going viral

all over the place but you become better at what you do then an average person

because an average person is not gonna publish content does that make sense so

I'm gonna suggest to you that you lead with to youtube and then have at least

ten videos out there before you start throwing ads all over the place so when

people do your name or Google your brand they can find some videos that will help

you build your trust equity in their eyes

okay because again people do business with people they know like a trust all

right so it goes

that leads me to my question so I didn't want answer the question yet how much

should I be spending on Antenna market with respect to my desired revenue

Thanks I look forward to your answer good so I already answered half of it

okay if you're publishing content your dollars will go a lot further your

marketing dollars will go a lot further and creating results for you then if

you're not publishing content and that should make sense to you because think

about it okay people you have three people saying your product and your

buying and you know two of them are buying as compared to you need ten

people before you find one buyer that right there it can be a result of you

having trust in the marketplace okay so you expose your business your

presentation you're still presentation to ten people one person buys all you

has posed it to every three out of every three two people buy okay that means

that that's ten people you would have had at least six buyers does that make

sense it's just better your marketing dollars goes a lot further your return

on investment is you know the difference is just clear that's as a direct result

of of publishing content and having really fundamentally haven't trust

equity that's healthy in the marketplace and when I say marketplace today that's

the Internet okay so you want to be publishing on a

rather so it goes back to what I said earlier you want to start publishing on

a regular basis on the Internet okay what are you publishing find out the

pain the questions and the problems of your ideal customers they have if they

don't have those three things you're in the wrong business okay there must be

some kind of pain some problems okay some questions that people have and what

you want to do is you want to provide the answers you want provide pleasure

information about pleasure information about solution you want to provide

answers okay and you want do that on a regular basis and I prefer daily if you

don't have the time maybe your business is booming already weekly it's okay but

publish something and your name will start when people google your name

you're on name your brand your personal branding

your brand name your product name these are the videos that pop up and then it

pops up what you provided more value think about it most you can get to a

point that most of your customers would be food I have seen videos upon videos

on videos and they all of sudden decide like you know what this guy knows what I

was talking about this lady knows what she's talking about I'm gonna do

business with her and then you decide to buy

that's not magical it's because you've helped them so many times with the stuff

you create once and it continues to work for you that's the beauty about

publishing online you do it once it continues to work for you consist to put

money in your pocket okay so this is an activity a marketing activity in your

business that you cannot afford to Ma to not be taken advantage of and that would

determine and predict how much you should be spending on internet marketing

really in reality you should have a percentage that you should be spending

on internet marketing personally I think a hundred percent of your marketing

budget should be going to what's internal marketing okay so that's your

answer right there but when I say that that's with respect to hopefully you're

also going after organic traffic that means people that Google information

people that are watching related videos and it just pounds on the bounce on your

video or they've seen your ad and you decide to Google your name and they see

you stalk him and giving more information away completely for free it

just increases your trust equity in the marketplace and if you do it on a

regular basis it's a sign that you show up every day and loyalty comes from

showing up every day consistency it's also it leads directly back to I can

trust him I can trust her I can trust this brand because you show up every day

that that's fundamentally trust right there okay that makes sense so if you

Astralis Dupreeh "this game was a really great example of how much confidence means in CS" - Duration: 5:48.

I haven't really had the time to look at Dust 2 yet.

I've only watched like a stream or someone posting pictures on Twitter or on Reddit showing

bugs and stuff, that's in the beta version of course.

But apart from that no I haven't really had the time to experience myself.

But from what I can see it's pretty much the same layout as the old version it's just like

a new texture update I guess.

And obviously maybe there's a small trick in there you can learn but overall I'm looking

forward to playing Dust 2 again.

The map I would probably like to see out is Cobblestone and first of all the reason for

that is that we don't play as a team and I guess everyone knows that by now so if we

could actually get rid of that map and maybe play Dust 2 and get good at it that will definitely

strengthen our map pool.

But I really like that.

It's hard to say because I also don't enjoy watching Cobble.

a lot of people wants to get Nuke out of the way.

I think Nuke is the most, like the least played map there is, but I actually like Nuke.

I think you maybe need a little tweak here and there to be more competitive and more

balanced in some way.

But overall I just I would prefer to say cobblestone or Cache going out.

I don't follow Dota 2 that much, so I don't really know any details on they work and their

system in DotA 2, but overall I've heard from the from the teams that I know is going to

play in a minor, especially also Heroic which I talk a lot to, they are very stressed about

it.

They actually had to leave whenever they lost because they had to go home to prepare and

actually go home and play some kind of qualifier.

So I think... and I was I've also heard that some teams were forced to play like maybe

three days after the announcement and they had to get themselves together and all that

stuff.

I think it's a little bit rushed.

And I think they maybe announced a little bit too late but also for like private stuff

wise.

I mean since the major is going to be in I suppose it's late January.

Oh I think so.

You want to be able to, let's say I'm going to book a vacation throughout Christmas and

let's say that I didn't know when that the tournament was maybe if I would have known

like six months prior then there would be a lot easier to plan my schedule.

Now I have to go home early from my vacation which I already planned because it was announced

too late which is a little annoying so I think there's more things that can be updated both

for team but also for people maybe going for a private version of it.

I think there's a lot of new things coming up and what I really like is a 24/7 practice

area whether you want to practice as a team or you just want to go play deathmatch.

And if you can have that on the venue that's you that's close to or even better at the

hotel.

We've experienced a couple of times now that the organizers have the event at the actual

hotel you stay at which is really great for you.

You can just take the elevator and then you will be able to go practice.

And I think that's really great.

Obviously they've stepped up the game in terms of catering which I think is really important.

But also in general just I mean everyone is different.

I like the fact that you can customize, I know ESL is running with tables you can customize

the height and so on.

And that's really important as a player because everyone sits differently someone wants to

sit high some Wants to the low.

So overall organize are stepping up but Eleague is by far the tournament I have right now

the thing is the best one.

Oh I mean I think I have a handwriting that allows me to do all kinds of sketching stuff.

I'm not really good drawing but I'm really good like both of my signatures.

I try to make it a little bit more cool-ish.

I just have a nice handwriting on judging myself.

I've done some legal stuff before with some friends.

We were allowed to paint on a wall and that's what I basically have done and I've just been

sketching on paper.

But overall I just you know I just like to write random stuff and put weird letters together

and make them look cool so yeah.

I think the reason why I keep losing hotel key cards is because I put too much faith

in my teammate always having a key.

I think that's where it came down to and I don't know it's just whenever I leave the

room I'm just like well my roommate probably has one.

And then whenever I stay on my own I have my own hotel room I literally have to go ask

for your room card like seven times.

It's kind of awkward but maybe I should...

I think it's also because I don't really bring my wallet outside of the hotel because I usually

just you know I only bring if I know I'm have to buying something so I never bring to events

or anything.

So maybe that's also why I don't keep it there I don't keep it in my pocket.

I don't I wouldn't say we tilted at any point.

We got frustrated at some point but there was more like individually people got frustrated

cause they either didn't hit their shots so they made bad decisions or whatever.

I think this game was a really really great example of how much confidence means in CS.

We knew we were going to start of Mirage against Cloud 9 which they've been playing very well.

So overall losing Mirage would be fine since we knew that they were not that great on Overpass

but we had a great Overpass.

And I don't know like you know throughout the game like most of the game Cloud 9 was

just really confident in every duel they took or every decision they made.

Where as we lacked a lot of confidence but that definitely show on Inferno.

On Inferno we just played on another level like as a team but also individually.

And whenever people just do like triple kills and double kills and all that stuff, whenever

they execute you just win CS.

That's how it is.

You know if you trade evenly then that's where a team play comes in.

But individually if you just hit your shots and also it can be so easy to win CS.

And that's also why I think FaZe is such a great team right now because whenever you

execute against FaZe they usually get like two or three kills and then that gets basically

up to three three or four guys just to eliminate the last 2 guys.

So overall I just think that Cloud9 came in a little over confident and we did lack some

confidence at the beginning because they started winning.

We lost some really stupid rounds on Mirage as well.

So it just took some time to grind that confidence back but after the Overpass come back I'd

say that we know we just decided 'let's play without fear.'

Let's just go in and get every duel.

Who cares if we get shot.

Just, you know, take a duel.

Be confident and that's what we did.

How Much Would Legendary Footballers Cost In Today's Market - Duration: 5:10.

How Much Would Legendary Footballers Cost In Today's Market

Back in the summer everyone had their tipping point in the transfer window, the games gone because player X cost £y million.

Before inflation and the blowing up of prices players obviously went for much less but how much would they have gone for?.

You may be aware, probably because Ive mentioned it in over a million articles, but Neymar went to PSG for £198 million in the summer.

That fee made what was already an expensive transfer window go astronomical.

The Neymar deal meant that the largest fee ever paid for a player jumped from €100 million to over €200 million and sent everyone into a frenzy of spending.

No transfer at the moment is likely to get near that but the spending isnt going to end any time soon.

Of course when life was black and white footballers only cost a load of balls and some training cones but what if the past came to the future?.

The lads at giffgaff worked out how much a player would be worth now based on their statistics from yesteryear and compared with similar players of today.

So Pele gets compared to Neymar for example:.

Pele- £351 million.

Got to be honest this one seems like a stretch but the Brazilian striker is one of the best players of all time.

The fact hed scored 515 times by the age of 25 makes him worth more than Neymar.

The fact all his goals were in Brazil probably means this wouldnt quite be the case,.

Johan Cruyff - £242 million.

For the purposes of this exercise the Dutch master has been compared to Arsenals Alexandre Lacazette, yeah that seems harsh on the Gunner.

His goals by age of 26 and two Ballon dOrs make him worth so much which is fair but why Lacazette?.

Oliver Khan- £13 million.

Right so there maybe a huge flaw in giffgaffs calculations here, no offence guys the work is great but.Khan is being compared to Jordan Pickford and because he has less clean sheets than the Englishman at the same age hes worth so much less, not buying it.

But Khan at that price is a snip.

George Best- £157 million.

Another one where we feel sorry for the modern player.

Best is compared to Gylfi Sigurdsson.

One is one of the greatest players ever to have graced the earth, the other is Icelands best ever player and the man whose transfer fee annoyed people than anyone elses.

Paolo Maldini- £111 million.

Based on his beautiful looks alone this seems fair.

Hes compared to Kyle Walker but in fairness to the former Spurs man Maldini would be worth this no matter what the comparison.

Diego Maradona- £94 million.

In the Ronaldo or Messi of a bygone era debate the fact that Maradona comes in at such a lesser price to Peles will be cause for lots of argument.

Romelu Lukaku if anyone cares.

So it seems the players of back in the day were all better at their age and worth more than the modern equivalents.
