Ruiner is the story of a guy who gets his brain hacked.

He's then sent on a mission to assassinate a man called The Boss.

However, just before completing the mission, his mind is set free by a mysterious female

hacker.

Together, they then go on a quest to get revenge and to save our hero's brother, who's been

captured by the same people who took over his mind.

Now I could say that the highlight of this game is the combat.

However, in reality I'd have to say have to say that it's the world that this game creates.

It may not be original.

In fact, this whole sci-fi, cyperpunk Asian city setting's been done in games and films

for quite awhile now.

But it's a setting that does a great job of setting the right tone.

So dark, gritty violent world, dark, gritty, violent gameplay.

There's no natural light here, just red, with a gang called The Creeps running the local

underground car park and a corrupt business that seem to control the law.

But as tough as this world may appear, you fit right in into it as a quiet bad ass, wearing

a leather jacket, riding a bike and taking absolutely no bullshit.

Soon you gather an odd team of friends, who help you out as you explore the city of Rengkok-

a place where you never know what, or who, you're going to bump into next.

The city acts as the game's hub that you visit in between missions.

And sure, there may not be a lot to do here, but there is a lot of cool stuff to look at,

from the graffitied walls, to the back alley gym.

And all of these different, unique, violent, over the top characters set the perfect tone

for the carnage that awaits...

So the combat's a mix of brutal twin stick shooting, plus some close quarters melee fighting.

It's fast paced, with a focus on dashing at just the right time.

Because not only can you move quick, but you can also lose your health pretty quick too.

In fact it's kind of unforgiving because only a couple of mistakes and you are brown bread.

Thankfully, to help you out, you do have an assortment of different abilities which you

unlock and upgrade as you level up.

These are things like grenades, the ability to slow down time, the ability to hack a rival

enemy to join your side, shields.

And all of these different skills can be added and removed from the skill tree freely, without

you having to make any commitment so you're free to play about with them and have a go

at all the different powers, at any given time.

And of course, there's the guns.

These also add some variety to fights, with a whole range of different types from flamethrowers,

to lasers, to rockets, to miniguns, to ice beams, to electric guns...

However each gun does only come with one clip, so it's about killing an enemy, and then picking

up their gun to use against their friends- and this pick up and drop mentality means

that you should never get too attached to something, because it will soon run out of

juice.

Then, you'll be looking for your next instrument of death to play around with.

Oh, and one more thing- the respawn times are super quick, so it's all about picking

yourself back up and getting straight back into the fight.

OK- so it's safe to say that the game is not perfect.

While it is pretty good, it does have some flaws that I think I should mention.

First off, while I think all of the different characters LOOK great, it's a shame that their

dialogue is in text form only, so they can't SOUND great too.

Because I can imagine that a couple of the over the top performances, to go along with

the personalities, would really have fitted in nicely with the world.

I'd also say that by the end of the game a lot of it starts to feel quite repetitive.

Don't get me wrong, there are a lot unique moments- especially the boss fights.

But for the main, bog standard fights, a lot of the variety is left down to you, the player.

So, it's up to you to mix things up by switching around your skills and maybe playing around

with some different guns.

A lot of the enemies, kind of play out the same.

There's either the melee ones or the shooting ones- sure there are the suicide bombers,

the zombie like ones and a few other different types, but the majority of them do feel kind

of similar.

Oh and one more thing, while it is a nice idea, having you hold down the up directional

button to make your guy do press ups- it's not a great idea to make it a trophy for doing

it 1003 times.That's just annoying.

Anyway those are my thoughts on Ruiner.

I've got to say, it's definitely a good game, especially the music, and especially if you're

up for a challenge.

Even the normal difficulty provides plenty of tough moments.

But, with practice and perhaps a switch around of tactics, there's always a way to win.

Inmates Review - PC Steam Version - Duration: 4:42.

Greetings this is Vlodril and welcome to the review for Inmates.

Inmates is a psychological horror game made by Davit Andreasyan (a sole developer) and

published by Iceberg Interactive which provided me with a key for this review.

You play as Jonathan Bradley who wakes up in a nightmarish environment, trapped in a

semi familiar prison and with a splitting headache.

You goal?

Find out where you are and what is going on.

But first things first.

The game offers a pretty poor option screen.

The only graphic options you have is low mid and high.

You can also enable or disable motion blur and vsync.

That's all.

You can pick up your mouse sensitivity, brightness and language and that's the whole option menu.

Worse there are no actual sound levels for you to pick so if you want to modulate the

sound at all you must do it out of game which frankly is ridiculous.

Another bad thing about the option screen?

You can't actually get to it once you get into the game.

Only from the main menu (i guess since there aren't any settings to pick the developer

didn't feel the need to provide players with such an option).

Gameplay wise the controls are very simple.

You can play with mouse and keyboard or a controller and there are basically only 3

buttons to use apart from movement.

Left click is interact with an object.

Right click is move out of puzzles and f is light a match.

Matches are the main form of lighting dark areas but the game has plenty of light so

they are seldom used.

Thankfully for when you do need to use them, the game provides you with an abundance of

them so you don't need to fear that you will run out of them.

Inmates offers no manual saving system but the checkpoint system is not bad and the linearity

of the game makes it so it's not really an issue.

Walking around is slow and the game disables the sprint option after the very first area

so you will walk everywhere.

Slowly.

The path is mostly linear as you explore this prison environment and the game relies on

puzzles to impede your progress instead of the normal monster such games usually employ.

Another thing to note here is that the game will often lock you in place while the character

is having a monologue or even prevent you from leaving an open area unless you solve

a specific puzzle (the game actually turns you around in one instance instead of letting

you backtrack out of an open door).

Moving around as i said is done at a slow walking pace and the game slows down even

further at some sections (to try to amplify the horror effect and to artificially pad

the length of the game i guess).

The puzzles themselves i did not mind.

They start fairly simple and remain simplistic as the game progresses so there is nothing

egregious about them.

Lacking a monsters is not a bad thing in and of itself but that means that Inmates leans

heavily to jumpscares for the horror factor, both audio and visual ones, and without any

audio options they become annoying since they are frequently used.

Moving through the prison you will find various notes to examine with often cryptic quotes

and you will go through a journal the character obtains (but only when he feels like it's

time for you to read a new page, you have no control over it).

That is your main way to understand what is happening to you apart from some discussions

through a radio with a stranger and the endgame exposition.

There is no great mystery though since it becomes apparent from early on what the storyline

of the game is about.

The game lacks a sense of suspense and urgency too which is a must have for games of this

genre.

Inmates was made by a sole developer and it shows.

The game is as indie as it comes.

Apart from the lack of options, graphics wise the game has some pretty poor textures everywhere

also.

The voice acting is actually one of the better made parts of the game.

I found the performances convincing and of a higher quality than the rest of the game.

The time it took to complete was also very short (3 hours) but i can excuse that on the

price it is offered (which is 10 euro's or dollars).

In conclusion the game offers a short and predictable horror story with limited gameplay

and basic puzzles.

It does offer that for cheap so it's up to you to decide if it's worth the price of admission

and your time.

Cuphead - Review - Duration: 5:01.

Cuphead.

The game, that looks like an old cartoon from 30s and has a simple story to go with it.

But, it's not just how looks like, but it also

FEELS like you are playing old cartoon.

All that smooth and expressive animations,

Anthropomorphic flowers, potatoes, dices,

And, of course, cups.

Sometimes, that old cartoons look like

Artists were on [evading YT filters]

Always looks like it.

Soundtrack and sound effects...

I just can't describe how amazing they are.

Just listen.

Actually, list of musicians is almost as long

As the rest of the credits.

That is what's on surface.

What's inside?

Inside, we've got extreeeeemely intensive shooting action game,

Inspired by Contra, Megaman and other Run'n'Gun games of that era.

It looks like, they've got most inspiration from Contra: Hard Corps.

Because most part of time, we're fighting with bosses,

Game says there is simple and regular difficulties.

Actually, there is "very hard" and

"AAHHR, THIS IS FREAKING INSANE" difficulties.

Yes, this game is THAT hard.

At some point, this game became too hard for me

And I passed honor to complete this game

Because this game will put your reaction to the hard test

But game is fair: levels are not too long,

You can memorize patterns of bosses and eventually,

You can get extra hp, dash invulnerability,

Hidden features, that make player feel like a boss.

For example, hitboxes of enemies and projectiles

Are actually smaller, than their sprites,

And bigger for platforms.

Post-hit invulnerability lasts longer, if there is too much stuff going on screen.

And my favorite, "coyote time" named after Wile E. Coyote from Looney Tunes.

When player walks off a platform and jumps too late,

Jump actually WORKS.

Sadly, there is one flaw in this game.

There is no online coop.

Like, seriously?

No online coop in 2017?

I think I know why.

This game is about perfect precision.

And even smallest delay can ruin experience badly.

If you tried to run NES games with online coop in emulator,

You know exactly what I'm talking about.

Or maybe, they're just too lazy to do it.

What else can I say about Cuphead?

This is very strong contender to be game of the year.

You just must play this game.

This game has huge variety.

In fact, every stage is completely different.

It has good replayablity.

Because, even if you managed to beat boss once,

It will be hard to beat him again anyway.

As I heard, this game has multiple endings,

So, you have a good reason

To beat this game again.

Hey everyone!

Welcome to Make2.

The Sims Mobile has changed a lot since we last talked to you about it.

In this video, we're going to give you our latest thoughts on this upcoming addition

to the Sims franchise.

Thanks as always to EA, who recently invited us to Sims Camp at their headquarters and

gave us early access to a whole new version of the game.

The Sims Mobile is still not released in all countries yet and we can't say when exactly

it will happen.

But we know the developers are still making changes based on feedback and every version

we've seen has been different.

The game we're showing in this video is the same version available in some territories

right now, but the final worldwide version may work a little differently.

So we're going to talk about what's changed since our previous videos about The Sims Mobile

-- so if you missed those, check out the links in the video description, then pop back here.

OK -- changes.

The good news is the developers clearly listened to the people who've been playing the early

releases.

They've made lots of positive changes which all add up to a more solid game, that feels

more like The Sims, and should make the game more fun.

At the same time, the core of the game's mechanics are still the same.

The graphics still look great, Create-A-Sim is awesome, but in our view, there are still

two things about the game where we'd like to see some changes: Build Mode and the variety

of gameplay.

OK, before we get into any negatives, let's talk about the changes we like.

One of our biggest issues with the first version we reviewed on the channel was the rapid and

certain death of your sims after about two weeks.

This has been completely redone, in a good way.

You can now keep your sims around as long as you like.

You don't ever need to "retire" anyone.

It's completely optional.

In fact, it's totally locked and can't be done at all until you hit level 18 or so.

This is a really great change and one we think many people will be happy about.

That being said, "retiring" a sim is still a key part of the game.

It's the only way to level up the next generation.

Want to get your sims earning more faster?

Want to unlock certain career levels?

You need one sim to die and pass on their skills to the next.

We haven't been able to play that stuff yet, but we will after the worldwide release.

I can definitely see me retiring sims often, but being able to choose when to do so and

to whom at least puts the players in control of this.

Another area that has seen big improvements is how the game helps players get into its

rhythm.

Like other free-to-play games, it now gives you a list of daily goals.

These are a great way to earn bonuses of in-game currency, stay focused on a good mix of tasks,

and get more familiar with the different parts of the game: from parties, to work shifts,

to socializing.

So what are we still hoping for?

Well, in our last video we spoke about Sims games giving us three different playing experiences:

creating households of sims and controlling their lives; having our sims interact with

other sims; and building cool buildings for these sims to live and work in.

Like we said in that earlier video, The Sims Mobile aims to deliver on all of these things,

but in our opinion building was the weakest part of the game.

This is still our opinion in the latest version.

Yep.

Upgrading your house or place of work still feels like it's too limited and too dependent

on your sims leveling up to unlock things that you need -- and want.

There also didn't seem to be much change in how building mode looks in the latest version

we saw, but we still have hope for improvements in the final version.

Our other main issue with the game is about how the playing experience can feel really

repetitive.

The basic mechanics of gameplay are still focused on events, which are one of the main

ways to earn currency and XP.

There are also mini-quests to unlock abilities and activities, but those are more like lists

of things to do and buy, and they're not really based on storytelling.

OK, so you've got these events.

And these events are made up of actions.

Most actions your sims do use up one or more little blip of energy.

This is simpler than the earlier version we played, and in definitely a good way.

Once your sim's energy runs down you can refresh it immediately using household objects like

a bed or a shower, or cupcakes, or you can wait through a period of real time.

It takes something like 45 minutes for a sim's energy to fully recharge.

So you have to think a little strategically about what actions to take to complete your

event or reach your goal as efficiently as possible.

The developers have introduced an extra dimension to events now.

As you work through an event your sim gets more and more confident.

The more confident they get, the more likely they'll be to pull off a risky action that

gains them loads of extra event points (and has cool cut scenes too).

This adds a little more complexity to your strategic gameplay.

It's pretty cool, but we hope it'll get refined a bit further.

We felt like it was hard to make much use of it more than once per event, because sometimes

the risky action just doesn't succeed, or the sim loses confidence or energy before

they can try again.

Or the sim's confidence builds up enough that you want to try a risky action, but you've

already finished the event and that confidence level does not get passed on to another event.

However, confidence and risk taking are good ways to spice up gameplay and they do make

it feel less repetitive as your barista wipes down endless tables or your chef serves up

never-ending appetizers.

We just wish it went a little further.

Yeah, as spices go, I would put this as more like a dash of oregano rather than a healthy

dollop of hot sauce.

But there are other new herbs and spices in The Sims Mobile mix to help enhance the flavors

from the earlier versions, and I'm gonna stop with all of this cooking analogy now.

Your sims and NPCs have little thought bubbles to give us glimpses into what's going on in

their little heads.

It feels a little raw and random, but it's more like the PC Sims 4 game at least.

And you can give your sims traits that give them bonuses at different things -- like being

faster at gaining XPs or being better at careers.

And this is something else you can strategise about.

Another good thing: it's now clearer what rewards you will get from different events.

The game guides also you through what is going to get unlocked as you level up in a really

clear way.

And the in-game tutorial now feels more light touch -- coming in at different points over

your first few days of gameplay in a helpful way rather than a long process at the start.

So there's lots to like with the new version of The Sims Mobile.

We think a lot of you non-builders are gonna really love the game -- it's gorgeous, super

accessible, has fun actions and things to do.

But like we said earlier, we still think building and decorating are not that fun.

We also think the game still lacks the weirdness, the soul, the randomness that we love about

The Sims.

The game is easy to play but like we said, it still feels like we're seeing the same

kinds of actions and animations over and over and over.

Yeah, we'd just love to see the sims occasionally doing something on their own, like going to

sit down instead of just standing and staring into space until we make them do something.

But this is a free mobile game of course, and they can't have as much complexity as

the more powerful PC games.

Still, we're looking forward to sinking our teeth into the final version as soon as it's

available worldwide.

Because i've been buying clothes via online recently

Actually i didn't plan to make this video

And i thought why not to make this video as many are interested to

I also love fashion other than fashion

But i'm not that expert in fashion

I understand more about makeup than fashion

And anyway, i have a lot of new clothes now

I'm gonna show you and share to you about my experience of online shopping

So i just received the first package

About an hour ago

This is from Pomelo

I bought it from Pomelo

It's my first time

The first clothe that i bought is a top

And this is it, in mustard yellow color

I'm gonna try it first

So this is the first top

Luckily, the size is just right for me, which is in xs size

It's not bad

I actually don't really like a top with no sleeve

Because i think that my arms are big

Actually, they're not big but my arms are short

So the fat is all at here

So it looks big while my body is small

But I think this is nice and easy to match with the bottom, so i bought it

The quality is good and it's about Rp. 100,000s

The quality is really good, not like a cheap clothe

A really good quality

The sewing is neat too

So what do you think of this?

I personally like this

I just read this on the Pomelo's tag

If the clothes that we buy from them are not suit for us, or the size isn't right for us

We can change, we can return

But don't take this out

So it's pretty good

And this is the 2nd clothe that i bought

This one looks so girly, feminine, like a calm girl

Looks like, i don't like it

Because it doesn't really fit on me

The sleeves are too long for me

As you can see

But there are rubbers here so i can pull them up

But it just doesn't really fit on my body

And i think these areas are too big for me

Like the arms are too big

Not so good on me

I still have another one, the last piece from Pomelo

I saw the model wearing this and looked not bad

I like clothes that are in bright color like this

Because it makes me look fairer

But the cut is a bit lower on this area

But overall, i like the cutting

Actually, i don't like most of the clothes from Berrybenka

Because.. i don't really like them

But i was curious so i bought

The quality is good but not as good as Pomelo's

This is the 2nd clothe from Berrybenka

It turns out not so bad when wearing it

The size is quite fit on my body

But it's pretty big on the lower part

The cut is pretty long too

I quite love this outfit

It's actually pretty old school

Like a bit vintage, in 1980s or 1990s

But i like it

I like clothes that are in vintage styles

It looks cute

So this clothe is about Rp. 110,000

So cheap right?

So that's all from Berrybenka

My suggestion to shop at Bereybenka is have a look on the sizes

So what you pay is what you get

Yes they're cheaper but the quality..

Is just okay, not so bad yet not so good

The last one is i bought from

Quite fit on my body

The length is just right for me

Not too long yet not too short

But this is quite open, not everyone will like it

Because it gave me kind of impression

Like, I'm very confused seeing a thin model wearing clothes

Like their bodies are very flat and thin

And i can't imagine it as my body is different

My body is quite plump, the fats are everywhere

So i randomly chose some of them

But when i received the package

It turned out that i was impressed by the quality as it's very good

And when i tried it, it turned out to be good on me and i like it

This dress is very cute

I look like a cinderella who is going to sweep

This is what it looks like, a bit babydoll and oversize

So it's still fit on you, whether you're slim or chubby

So what do you think? Cute or not?

I like it though as it's very comfy

And the next one is a top from ATS too

Oh.. my hanger is very ugly

But i still had no idea what bottom to match with, so i wear this first

The last one from ATS label is a blazer

And the color is like yellowish to brown

I will just wear this

This quality is really good too

So if you're looking for blazers, i highly recommend this one

As usual, my hands are short

So the sleeves are always oversize

I have to fold it

I really love the blazer

Because it's a bit oversize

As you can see, it's pretty big

But i don't mind as it's quite trendy with the oversize blazer now

So i'm okay with that, i love it

Highly recommend this piece as this is suitable for works

Or other formal event, this is really good

And the color is unique too

Especially, it's fall session now

Even though there's no fall season in Indonesia

Yeah, it's just right on my body

So the style is more to cute, not like this blazer

The online shop has more cute or Kpop styles of clothes

The first one is a knitted sweater dress

The fabric is quite thick, so you'll feel hot when wearing this

I love this dress as it fits on my body

And i'm planning to go Korea in November, i think i can wear this

I don't know, i might feel cold in there

It'll look cool when you're wearing stocking and boots with this dress

I just realised that i have many of new clothes now

I tried the clothes until my hair is straight again, not curly anymore
