Simple Dress Design using Aari Double Chain Stitch and Zig Zag Stitch - Duration: 5:07.
Today let's learn how to design your own outfit using only 2 types of aari stitches
For this you need ...
Tailoring Marker
Measurement Tape
Marker pen
Wooden scale
Crochet needle
Silk thread
and a piece of cloth
First I will create an 1 inch margin for stitching purpose
Then I will mark another line with an width of 2.5 inches
Then I will make diagonal lines using measurement tape
Further I will make cross design
Now I will start stitching
First I will make double chain stitch following the outer ring line
I had already described in one of my earlier videos how to do double chain stitich
I will also do double chain stitch on the inner ring (neck line)
Now I will make stitches on the inner crossed lines
For this I will first make chain stitch with big hops
Then on top of that, I will do zig zag stitch
I have already explained how to make zig zag stitch in one of my earlier videos
I have just used these 2 stitches to design this whole outfit and it looks simple and attractive

What's up everybody? Welcome back. My name is Cody and todays episode is gonna
be for beginner photographers and specifically five simple tips that you
can use to start taking better pictures today and we're starting right now.
Now before we get started I just wanted to take a second to remind you that if

Tip number one! Use what you have, learn your equipment, and bring it with you.
If for some reason this is the absolute first photography tutorial that you have
ever watched in the history of ever then I'm going to repeat the same thing that
basically here everywhere else and that is use what you have
utilize your resources. It doesn't matter if you have a mirrorless camera or an
entry-level DSLR or a smartphone. And in order to really use it you have to be
able to know its basic functions. You have to learn the different settings. You
have to be able to use it in manual mode. And you have to be able to know what
your camera is capable of in order for you to reach, you know, your full
potential as an artist. As a photographer. It makes no sense to take pictures on
..from a tool that you're not familiar with. So get familiar with what you have
and and start taking pictures. And the only way you can take pictures, is if you
bring it with you. You don't have to take pictures of every single place that you
go to but you should have your camera with you just in case there's something
beautiful and you have to capture it. Don't leave your equipment at home your
camera is a very expensive tool but it's also an expensive toy. You can't have fun
with it if it's sitting at home on your shelf. So.. Tip number two! Lighting is key
I would argue that lighting is the absolute most important aspect of
photography. If I cut out my lights..

But, turn them back on, I'm visible. You can see what I want to show you. Lighting helps you know when to take
a picture and maybe when to come back and take the picture at a later time.
Now I'm not saying that your image can't be dark but there has to be an emphasis
on lighting so that your subject is visible.
..or perhaps you try the opposite effect. Either way, you have to understand
lighting. You have to understand when is the best time to take a picture. When is
the best time not to take a picture. You have to understand things like Golden Hour.
And get familiar with that. Or know when it's okay to shoot midday. There is a
time in a place for every type of photography but you have to know when
you have to think about lighting it constantly. Tip number three is
understanding framing and Composition. While you should have a general knowledge
of things like symmetry, the rule of thirds, and leading lines. The role of any
rule of framing or composition is to lead the viewers eye into the photograph.
Here are some examples of how you can put an emphasis on framing or
composition to start taking better pictures.
Number 4!
Experimenting with different perspectives and angles. Some of the best shots are taken from an
angle or perspective that you never would have thought to capture that image.
When you look at something your entire life, you know, typically you see it from
here out. And that's it! That's how you see the entire world, your entire life.
Taking that camera and putting it to the left to the right down. You, yourself
crouching down looking up. You, yourself, up high looking down. These are all
different ways to see the same object. Part B of tip number four, in my opinion,
would be to get closer. If you're not taking good images, chances are you're
just not close enough. To me, the best type of zoom is these bad boys right
down here.. my legs. And just to get up close with any image find a unique angle
that hasn't been explored before and to me that's where I find, you know, my best
pictures come out. And to finish it off.. Tip Number 5. REPEAT.REPEAT. REPEAT.
I cannot tell you how important it is to just do this over and over and over
again. the only way that anybody gets better at anything is by practice. The
only way you're gonna get better at taking pictures, is not by watching
tutorials on YouTube, it is by getting out there, with whatever camera you have,
and start taking pictures today. Hopefully, I taught you at least one
thing or at least reminded you of something. Remember the only way that
you're gonna get better bla bla bla bla bla
do it over etc etc etc. Most importantly have
fun. Of course, this could be a job. This could be a career. But it also normally
starts out as a hobby. Remember why you started taking pictures in the first
place. It's fun to capture images that will last with you for a lifetime. So
make sure you have a lot of fun when you're doing out there doing it. Thank you so much for

what's up guys it's your boy Matty! Matt from Macro Lean and in this video I want
to talk about the "simple approach to fat loss, the simple approach to weight loss"
If you want to lose body fat, if you want to get lean, wanna get toned, you
wanna shape up, you wanna firm up, this is what you need to do because
there's so much contradicting information out there. Especially with
the internet, the interwebs, you can Google stuff can go Google
bashing if you want! That sounds a bit weird. You can go on YouTube,
Facebook or Instagram. and everyone's giving you a different
approach to losing body fat, losing weight. You have the supplement companies
touting their quick fixes and their magic pills and potions. You have Instagram
models saying go ketogenic, you have people talking about calories,
people talking about all types of approaches. Of workouts - of exercises to
do and it's overwhelming and no wonder that even people that work in the
fitness industry, the health and fitness professionals are mind-boggled sometimes.
And they flip-flop from side to side. My advice to you is if you need to lose
body fat, you need to lose weight, you want to get leaner you need to cut out
all that noise that's distracting you! You try and do this approach and then
this approach, and this approach or even worse mixing all those together you're
going to be spinning your wheels! you're going to be getting nowhere!
So what really matters in changing your body shape, in changing your composition
and changing your body fat percentage is going to be addressing your energy
balance. Calories in calories in versus calories out. So if you need 2,000
calories to maintain your current composition and now you're consuming
1700 calories you are now in a calorie deficit.
300 calorie deficit! If you're consistent with that you will see changes. Now once
you've got your calorie deficit number you want to have that divided into a
certain amount of protein fats and carbs your macronutrients. And you want to be
consistent with that number. You also want to be going to the gym three to
four times a week and doing full body resistance based workouts.
Lifting weights, kettle-bells, barbells whatever but put your muscles through
resistance. That's gonna shape, tone and going to help you maintain lean muscle
mass, and that calorie deficit with the correct amount macronutrients it's going
to help you strip body fat. That's what you should be
focusing on. Calorie deficit, macronutrients and full body resistance
workouts. Forget about supplements, forget about
fad diets, forget about apple cider vinegar or whatever... These are all ways
to distract you and there's so much noise going in the brain, in your
prefrontal cortex that it becomes overloaded with what to do and suddenly you end up doing
nothing. Inertia and apathy kicks in so cut out all the noise and focus on what
matters, what matters in fat loss or weight loss is calories,
macronutrients and full body workouts.

Hello friends welcome to Nalini Ki Rasoi
Today I am going to make dessert for Christmas
The name of the recipe is Walnut Pudding

Let's get started and see the ingredients
500 ml whole cream milk
5 eggs
70 grams of sugar
1/2 bowl of walnuts
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
And water
To start with boil the milk
Put little water in a pan
So that the milk does not get burnt
Boil the milk till its quantity reduces to half
Let the milk cool down
Next start the caramelization process
Put sugar and water in a pan
Cook on a medium flame until it is brown and caramelized
Once caramelized put in a mould and spread it
Next take eggs and sugar in a bowl and mix well
And whisk until sugar is dissolved
Add boiled milk and vanilla essence
Sieve the mixture so that the strands of egg whites are removed
Add walnuts and pour the batter in the mould
Next keep the mould it in a stemar
And steam it for 30 to 40 minutes on medium flame
Pudding is ready to serve
