Simple Dress Design using Aari Double Chain Stitch and Zig Zag Stitch - Duration: 5:07.

Today let's learn how to design your own outfit using only 2 types of aari stitches

For this you need ...

Tailoring Marker

Measurement Tape

Marker pen

Wooden scale

Crochet needle

Silk thread

and a piece of cloth

First I will create an 1 inch margin for stitching purpose

Then I will mark another line with an width of 2.5 inches

Then I will make diagonal lines using measurement tape

Further I will make cross design

Now I will start stitching

First I will make double chain stitch following the outer ring line

I had already described in one of my earlier videos how to do double chain stitich

I will also do double chain stitch on the inner ring (neck line)

Now I will make stitches on the inner crossed lines

For this I will first make chain stitch with big hops

Then on top of that, I will do zig zag stitch

I have already explained how to make zig zag stitch in one of my earlier videos

I have just used these 2 stitches to design this whole outfit and it looks simple and attractive

If you are interested in learning how to stitch this whole outfit after making the design ...

...please post your comments

As you can see

In the border, we have done double chain stitch

Then, in between, we have made another double chain stitch

Then, we did zig zag stitch to cover the area in between

If you think, this video has helped you in any way...

How To Focus On One Project At A Time? - Duration: 7:04.

Hey, what's up?

John Sonmez here from simpleprogrammer.com.

I'm going to answer a question today about how can I feel comfortable with my goals.

This question comes from James and he says, "I have several goals I set for myself for

software dev elopement, but I am constantly second-guessing them.

I think, 'What if this is not the right goal' and 'Maybe I should be working towards achieving

something else?'

Are these thoughts normal, and how can I feel comfortable with my goals?

An example of this is for me thinking I should have the goal of learning a lower level programming

language instead of working on and finishing my current web development project."

There's a couple of things that are going on here James.

One of them it's called Shiny Syndrome and we're all susceptible to it, some of us more

so than others.

It's where we're like, "Oh, hey, there's something shinier over there.

This thing that I was working on, it's not so shiny anymore."

As human beings we're attracted to novelty, that means new things.

I'm attracted to novelty.

You're attracted to novelty.

That's why we don't eat the same pizza every single fucking day.

It's better to get some new stuff.

Sometimes that gets us in trouble, it really does, it gets us in trouble in a lot of ways.

You know what I'm talking about.

What can you do to combat this?

You can realize that—a couple of things.

One, being that if you really want to achieve something great it takes consistency and commitment.

That even though like—there's this period and I think a lot of skills, a lot of life

goes this way where it's like when you start doing some activity and it's new, you're excited

and you're motivated and you're happy and it's good and it's great and then you hit

this, what I call the wall.

I did this video on burnout.

Check out that video.

I talk about the wall and the other side of it.

Essentially what happens is you start to get bored and you're like, "Ah, I don't want to

do this anymore.

There's something shinier over there."

I thought I wanted to play guitar, but what I really want to do is I want to play the

drums."

You keep on switching so you never get good at anything so you never get past the wall.

On the other side of the wall is where all the rewards lie.

The reason why it is because most people don't make it up the wall.

I always talk about this, when you're running a marathon there's a ton of people at the

starting line.

You can't even move.

It's just so crowded.

When you get to mile 20 you're like, "Where the hell did everyone go?

What happened?"

It's because some people are sitting down on the street and they're like eating a banana,

and some people are walking, some people just gave up.

What I'm saying is that most people don't stick it through and can keep on going for

the distance, but there's a certain amount of rewards that exist for you if you're able

to do that because there's so little competition at the top.

You see what I'm saying?

If you keep on practicing, and you keep on playing that guitar, what ends up happening

is when you get over that wall you start to get proficiency and you start to get mastery

and then you start to get rewards again.

You still have this up and down where you feel like you don't want to do this anymore,

but you start to have a lot more fulfillment, not just happiness, not just excitement about

something being a novelty, but fulfillment in what you're doing when you stick with things

for long enough.

That's the first thing I'll say about this.

The second thing I'll say about the goals thing is this, picking the goal.

This is a good question, what if this is not the right goal for me?

What if I should be doing something else?

Pick something and go with it.

Your life will be better if you pick—when you pick a goal, I did this blogpost a while

ago on being a finisher.

You could check this out.

that kind of gives you the mindset.

It changed my life.

Become a finisher.

When I set out to do something, I do it.

I don't care—I don't care if I don't feel like doing it anymore.

I don't care if there's a better goal to achieve.

Very rarely, very rarely do I jump tracks, because when you jump tracks you start over.

Building 90% of a bridge is worthless.

It doesn't get you across the river.

If you're going to build a bridge 90% don't even fucking build a bridge.

Just don't do it.

Don't do it.

It's a waste of time.

If you're going to build a bridge, build it 100%.

Go 100% and build the bridge.

That's how you do it.

When you pick a goal it's not so important what the goal is.

I'm not saying that there are goals that take you—that can take you the wrong direction

in life, of course there are, but just complete it and then move on to the next goal.

See, the thing is, if you're always completing your goals and you make them small enough,

then what happens is that if you did pick a wrong goal, big deal, you're moving on and

you're doing the next one, but you've got at least a notch in your belt, whereas if

you're just building a bunch of 90% bridges, I call it the closet of broken dreams.

I have one, you have one.

In my closet of broken dreams, I've got a taekwondo belt, a yellow belt in there, I've

got a soccer cleats in there from when I thought I was going to play soccer, I've got a guitar,

I've got a bunch of crap in there that—all these things that I thought was going to do.

I never followed through.

If I would have followed through and completed the goals, I would have at least had something

to show for it, but I have this closet of broken dreams.

Don't make your life be a closet of broken dreams.

So many people, they achieve nothing in their life because they never complete it.

They never become a finisher.

My advice to you is just pick something and go with it and you're going to grow and you're

going to be rewarded.

You can always pick something else.

You can always pick another goal.

Just make your goals short enough that you can achieve them and then move on and pick

another goal.

Sometimes when people make goals that are too grand and too big and it's like 5 years

out, it's no good.

I'm not saying not to have a direction, but then you really got to question yourself.

If you're on a 5-year journey that's a bit of a different thing, but pick smaller goals.

Advance in small increments so you can change directions, so you can be agile.

That's a good question James.

I think this is definitely something important to consider.

But like I said, the biggest thing is just finish.

You've got to see it through to completion.

I've gone through a lot of crap.

Love the grind.

You've got to love the grind.

I'm grinding out—sometimes I don't feel like making YouTube videos, but I've been

doing YouTube videos now 2-day, 3-day for 2-1/2 years.

It's crazy!

But I'm going to keep on doing it because that's where the reward—and I'm starting

to see the rewards of it as the channel is growing.

There's 120,000 subscribers as of today.

That's crazy, right?

But it wouldn't have happened if I would have said, "Oh well, maybe I should start doing

Snapchat.

It wouldn't happen.

You stick it out.

You grind it out and that's where the rewards are.

You complete a goal, you move on to the next one.

Who cares if it was the wrong goal?

It doesn't matter as long as you're continually completing goals, you're going to have 100

notches on your belt versus someone who's like, "Well, I've got to pick the right goal"

and they never even complete one.

There you go.

All right.

NEO Cryptocurrency Review - Simple Things You Must Know About NEO 2018 - Duration: 6:00.

welcome back to crypto land everybody my name is Matthew Timothy and today we're

gonna talk about neo this is not gonna be a neo price prediction because like I

said in previous videos we cannot really predict the price we can do you know

speculations and thoughts and stuff like that

but what I want to do with this video today like I said in other videos I

think it is important for us to start collecting some Ultimates right now

because I think they're gonna take you a long way in 2018-19 in moving forwards

so the prices are down right now I'm really happy to see that it's Black

Friday in crypto land meaning you can buy a lot of these alt coins at a

discount if you're trading already you probably trade with big point bears so

it's not gonna make much of a difference for you but I want to give a quick

breakdown on the Neo project and not want to I don't want to go too deep into

it if you want more information and more in-depth information leave it in the

comments below and I will do a follow-up video on that as well but I just want to

give like the basic stuff for you to start making a decision whether neo is

the right one for you neo starting 2014 on the name of an shares a couple years

later down the road they rebranded and now it's called neo some some even refer

to it as the Chinese ethereum and here's why it is a distributed smart economy

network and it includes delegated by Sentai and fault tolerance algorithm neo

X neo contracts neo FS and neo Q what that means again if you're interested in

that leave in the comments and I will make a follow-up video on that but

basically what differentiates it with aetherium is that it supports many

additional code bases whereas aetherium only uses its purple its own programming

language called solidity which you know it's harder for developers to first

master it and then started using a platform

and on me oh they can just use their own program programming language and go from

there so with that being said you know aetherium obviously has a lot of scaling

issues and neo doesn't have that yet I'm seeing here another cool thing about neo

is this the gasps because if you hold neo you get sort of like a dividend idea

gas is the fuel that fuels the neo blockchain and basically if you hold neo

on your by Nance wallet you can sign up for that in in the description there's a

link if you hold neo in your bi'ness wallet you get a monthly amount of gas

and gas basically moves with a neo price so as neo goes up gas also kind of goes

up as well so looking at the market gap of neo you see here now it's $45 last

week it went to its all-time high at $70 and the market cap right now for mio is

almost three billion dollars if it's competing with aetherium you know just

like our Don oh and some of the other points he theorem is fifty five and a

half billion dollars so there's a lot of room for growth for neo especially you

know when the when the Chinese Chinese government gets around neo and wants to

integrate it into you know the whole infrastructure in China China is a huge

market guys so I want to talk to you about some of the strengths of an

opportunities of neo neo is has a sister company on chain that is

already the made man in terms of financial services industry it is also

currently working with Chinese and Japanese government along with large

corporations in including Alibaba neo is considered more of an open source public

cloud model which will be separated from on chain but can also interconnect with

terms in terms of cross j functionality as we will see more of

with neo X the white paper you can find here at neo dot org definitely recommend

reading into that not gonna go into this in this video the Neo website like I

said neo org you can check that out here you can get a neo client to hold your

neo on their site you can also hold neo and by neo on by Nantz I did a video

about how to buy cryptocurrency on Finance yesterday so check that out as

well they have a Twitter account that they're really active on really

recommend following them on Twitter as well and so yeah that that was basically

what I wanted to share really short really simple if you want more

information about neo again comment below and I will do a follow up video on

neo if you're new here to this channel subscribe and I will see you guys on the

next video and until then stop settling let's are living the coin life

Microphone Jacks, Simple Adapters or Connectors TS, TRS to TRRS for Smartphones or Cameras Review - Duration: 4:40.

Hi, I'm back with video #7 in my six video series, about microphones! I

guess this is going to be bonus #1 because I think I might have a bonus

#2, as well. In my previous six videos, I've been talking about different

kinds of microphones, but as I was doing this, I realized if you're starting out,

sometimes different kinds of plugs or adapters, that take your microphone into

your camera, your computer, your smartphone - it can be a bit confusing

when you first start out. I aim to un-confuse you today. My name is Sue

Ferreira from Wisdom To Wealth Mastery, where I help you take all the wisdom you

got up here and take it out to the world using video, so you can help many, many

more people with your wisdom. Let's get back to the different kinds of

microphone plugs or adapters you may come across. There's three basic

types - the first one is this one, which you'll be pretty

familiar with. It's the one that looks like the one that plugs in your

headphone jack. It's a 3.5 millimetre jack.

It works for cameras, for smart phones and with adapters, you can make it work

with different kinds of plug ins, There's a little complication to it, so I'll come

back to that in a minute. Secondly, there is the USB connector on the

USB microphone and I'm going to deal with them in my second bonus video, my

video #8 in my series of 6 videos. Thirdlym there's the more professional

XLR plug and I'm not going to deal with that today 'cos I'm interested in

getting you started and an XLR setup usually requires a little bit more

sophistication. Curtis judd who has some great reviews, if you want

voltages and more information and I'm going to put the link to one of Curtis Judd's

videos in the description below. For the rest of this video, I'm just going to

talk about these 3.5 mm jacks. Of course, to make

life confusing, there are three different kinds that look pretty similar, until you

start looking at them more carefully. There is the TS, the TRS and

the TRRS microphone jack - sounds very scientific doesn't it? But it's not!

Here you can see the TS, which means it has a Tip and a Sleeve. The TRS

it's even more scientific - now, we have a Tip, a Ring and a Sleeve and of course,

you can guess it is a TRRS, because it has a Tip, a Ring, a Ring and a Sleeve, so

"T 'stands for tip, "R" stands for ring and "S' stands for sleeve. Why does it matter

to you and what is the difference between these three 3.5 millimetre

microphone Jacks? What's the difference between these? Well, the TS, the Tip Sleeve,

only records on one channel. You get the audio, but if you're listening to it

afterwards on headphones, it'll probably only come out of one of the speakers or

one of your headphone earbuds. When you move up to the TRS, you are going to get

audio out of both channels, which we prefer. I mean we prefer being able to

hear in both ears and have it coming out of both speakers. This TRRS is the

one, that you're going to find you use most commonly and it is the one most

commonly used today in smartphones. There are many different ways of adapting

different external microphone jacks, so that it will work in a device you

want to use. I'm only going to talk about one kind of adapter I think you'll

need, if you're working with a smartphone or a regular camera and that is how to

adapt a TS or TRS 3.5 millimetre jack to make it in work somewhere, such as an

iPhone that needs a TRRS. If you plug a TRS, the one with the two black

bands into your smartphone, it is not going to work. If you want to have a TS

or a TRS microphone working in a TRRS plug, it's so simple.

All you need is this adapter, which takes either a TS or a TRS into a TRRS. You

plug your TS or TRS into here and now this will work in either your smartphone

or your camera, if it requires a TRRS. If you liked this video, please click the

"like" button below, leave a comment and share this video with someone else, who

may need the information. Subscribe to my youtube

channel, so you get early notification of my next video in the series, which will

be about USB microphones. See you in video #8 of my 6 video series and for now

goodbye!

Simple Fat Loss - Duration: 2:52.

what's up guys it's your boy Matty! Matt from Macro Lean and in this video I want

to talk about the "simple approach to fat loss, the simple approach to weight loss"

If you want to lose body fat, if you want to get lean, wanna get toned, you

wanna shape up, you wanna firm up, this is what you need to do because

there's so much contradicting information out there. Especially with

the internet, the interwebs, you can Google stuff can go Google

bashing if you want! That sounds a bit weird. You can go on YouTube,

Facebook or Instagram. and everyone's giving you a different

approach to losing body fat, losing weight. You have the supplement companies

touting their quick fixes and their magic pills and potions. You have Instagram

models saying go ketogenic, you have people talking about calories,

people talking about all types of approaches. Of workouts - of exercises to

do and it's overwhelming and no wonder that even people that work in the

fitness industry, the health and fitness professionals are mind-boggled sometimes.

And they flip-flop from side to side. My advice to you is if you need to lose

body fat, you need to lose weight, you want to get leaner you need to cut out

all that noise that's distracting you! You try and do this approach and then

this approach, and this approach or even worse mixing all those together you're

going to be spinning your wheels! you're going to be getting nowhere!

So what really matters in changing your body shape, in changing your composition

and changing your body fat percentage is going to be addressing your energy

balance. Calories in calories in versus calories out. So if you need 2,000

calories to maintain your current composition and now you're consuming

1700 calories you are now in a calorie deficit.

300 calorie deficit! If you're consistent with that you will see changes. Now once

you've got your calorie deficit number you want to have that divided into a

certain amount of protein fats and carbs your macronutrients. And you want to be

consistent with that number. You also want to be going to the gym three to

four times a week and doing full body resistance based workouts.

Lifting weights, kettle-bells, barbells whatever but put your muscles through

resistance. That's gonna shape, tone and going to help you maintain lean muscle

mass, and that calorie deficit with the correct amount macronutrients it's going

to help you strip body fat. That's what you should be

focusing on. Calorie deficit, macronutrients and full body resistance

workouts. Forget about supplements, forget about

fad diets, forget about apple cider vinegar or whatever... These are all ways

to distract you and there's so much noise going in the brain, in your

prefrontal cortex that it becomes overloaded with what to do and suddenly you end up doing

nothing. Inertia and apathy kicks in so cut out all the noise and focus on what

matters, what matters in fat loss or weight loss is calories,

macronutrients and full body workouts.
