Hello my friends and welcome to another Tuesday of tutorial!

I am Leonardo Pereznieto and today we will experiment, a simple

technique for a 3D effect… with a jumping fish.

First we draw the fish as normally, flat.

The body with the fins, the tail, the eye, the gills from where

they breath, and I switch lead in my Tutto3 mechanical pencil

for a harder one for the rest of the sketch.

The water ripples here…

and now let´s draw the piece of paper.

I was going to do this by hand, but there is a great invention to make

lines straight, so let´s use it!

[Laughter]

Basically, I will draw a surface, which will be the piece of paper,

in perspective.

Like so.

Good.

So, we will be looking at the fish straight on, but the paper will

be in perspective.

This should make the fish pop out.

And additionally by the end we will cut the paper, so it will

seem like the fish is jumping out of it.

And let´s draw the scales.

We will first outline them and then, we will shade.

By the way, I´m not sure if you like listening to podcasts

there is so much good information in some of them, that I have become

a bit addicted [laughter]

often I listen to one of them while I am drawing,

to learn something new. And I just found a new one

which immediately became my favorite…

because it is all about the future of art, and the intersection

between art and technology.

It´s very interesting!

So we drew the fish, and now inside of the surface

that we outlined in perspective, let´s draw the water.

Some ripples… here

and I will draw some waves on this other side

some little waves

like so.

Good!

I like it how it is looking already.

I smudge with a chamois

and then draw some droplets.

I smudged because I want all that surface to have a tone

and not to be totally white, so that the whites of the fish

will stand out.

All the water should be on gray tones, while the fish

should be much more contrasting.

Ok, we are nearly there. I just darken a little bit more,

and now I will cut the paper with scissors.

Right on the line that we made.

like this.

And I will speed out the shot because I think this is not

very fun to watch [laughter].

Once I put it down, we will be looking at it

straight from above,

but it may look like we are looking at it from the side,

because of the shape of the paper.

Let´s try it on a blue background

and see how it looks.

Ok good!

And I will just lift the corner of the paper.

It´s ready!

How to Draw A Snowman | Simple Drawing Lesson for Kids | Step By Step - Duration: 9:20.

Hey, everyone Welcome to Super Simple Draw

Make sure you have something to draw with and some paper

And don't forget that you can pause the video if you need more time

Let's draw a snowman

Let's start with a circle for the snowman's head

Then draw some small circles for his mouth

Add some dots for his eyes

And a triangle for his carrot nose

Let's draw some lines on his nose

Then, let's draw a slightly bigger circle beneath the head

And an even bigger circle beneath that

Let's draw a line for his arm and three smaller lines for his fingers

Then, let's draw the other arm

Hello, Mr. Snowman

Now, let's draw a rectangle under his head for his scarf

And then two other rectangles for the bottom of the scarf

Let's draw some short lines on his scarf

Erase the line at the top of the middle circle

And the line at the top of the bottom circle

Let's add some buttons to his belly

Now, let's draw a long line

And a big U shape on top of that With a zig zag on top

This is going to be his broom

Next, let's add a line on top of his head and a rectangle on top of that

That's a nice hat

Let's color our snowman white

And color his hat and mouth black

With some green as well

Color his carrot nose orange

And his scarf red

And let's color his broom yellow

That's a good looking snowman

Let's draw our snowman doing something fun

First, draw another circle

Add two dots for the eyes

And a triangle for his nose

Draw smaller circles for his mouth

Erase this line here

And draw some lines for his carrot nose

Next, let's draw two circles for his body

Let's draw two lines underneath him with curves at the end for his skis

And then, draw another one

Let's erase some of these lines

Draw a curved line for his arm

And three curved lines for his fingers

Then, draw his other hand

Let's make some rectangles for his scarf

And erase this curved line here

Now let's give him some ski poles

Let's draw a rectangle in one hand

Add a long line coming off that

And a circle on the end

Now, draw another pole in the other hand

Hmm..what's missing?

I know, he needs his hat

Draw a line on top of his head

And a rectangle on top of that

Let's color our snowman white again

And let's color his hat black with a red band this time

Color his mouth black

Make his carrot nose orange

And let's make his poles and skis blue

And his scarf green

Mr. Snowman sure loves skiing!

Look at him go
