The beer from franziskaner brewery I've already had their blood orange
Wheat Beer which was pretty nice now I've got the original if you're not familiar with this brewery. They've been around from the 1400s and
they specialize just in wheat beers, so
my experience so far is they really know what they're doing and hopefully this one just continues for that tradition
I've already talked about this labeling because it's pretty much the same as
Their blood orange one which I reviewed and it's got that cool v
It's just traditional. It's like really you just look at this and know okay. This is a German beer and
Nice cap, cap collectors alcohol-free written on there big alcohol-free here. You know what you're drinking
You know you're getting the right thing. You know you're getting an alcohol free wheat beer.
So first smells off this are pretty refined
It's not a real punch in your face, but I get some slight slight citrus notes
And I'm also getting a real wheaty smell
this is
Shaping up to be pretty nice.
I think this speaks for itself, this is a really good-looking beer you can see some like very
mild carbonization coming up there and
Nice hazy probably dark
dark, honey
Apricot or something between there and has a really nice milky head on top
This is looking very nice oh

Got that nice. You know obviously like wheat flavor
Touch of cloves and then a hint of citrus, but this is all very refined this is
You know Maissels Weiss. This is like that but much more refined much more sort of like a delicate beer
I really think these guys know what they're doing because I have two beers from them already and
Both have been like spot-on taste wise not not too much
But enough to sort of satisfy you when you're drinking, this is pretty cool
super smooth taste, the beer itself is probably on the lighter side and

Huge head on there. Just gives you that
Silky smooth feeling not oily just silky
This is my type of Beer. This is a beer you can drink on its own
It's got enough flavor to sort of stand off on its own
But it's not so like complex that I wouldn't have it with food. I would have this with food
I would have it probably with something a lot of cuisines most of the European cuisine and have it with
But I also like combining these wheat beers with Mexican lots of people think that's a bit strange
But I think Mexican goes really well with these wheat beers

What is Vero A Vero App Overview - Duration: 6:35.
so what is Vero? every other single person in other social media platforms
seems to be screaming the same question what is vero in this video I'll take you
to the vero app and I'll explain to you what vero is and I'll show you around
how the vero app looks like hey everyone this is Bob from trueonlineriches and
this is Bob's Den. let's get into what vero is all right now Vero is a new
social media platform / app that has that seem to have emerged from nowhere
but they have been working hard under the radar since the Year 2015 the
creation of Vera is initiated by three people whose names I cannot pronounce so
I have printed the names out here so I cannot pronounce it correctly but I'll
just read out for you anyways the first name is Ayman Hariri
the second one is motaz Nabulsi and the third one is Scott Birnbaum so
those are the three guys who founded Vero all right now Vero is just another
social media platform you say and so what's the big deal you may ask that's
true but let's get into it so what Vera
claims to provide is a service or a social media platform or an app which
has no advertisements at all and no algorithms of any kind so that means no
advertisers and you're not being promoted your posts are not being
promoted to you no favor advertisers at looking at their money and how they're
gonna spend their money at so this means a social media platform with no
advertisements at all the OG Facebookers might know how it feels like back in the
days the vero app media explosion started all of a sudden really really
quick out of nowhere I think it is because all the
influencers from other social media platforms like Facebook or Instagram and
YouTube these people started talking about it and people caught on to it and
it just caught on like wildfire and now that everyone is trying to get into vero
it is literally crashing down their serve servers I just joined couple of
hours ago and I just couldn't get into you know do some posts or like just even
to look around it's started popping out the same error message which I will just
put it somewhere here I forgot what the error message was but it's it's somehow
said likely it is temporarily unavailable all right so I've been
talking too much I'll take you to the Vero app and show you around so here is
the Vero app I joined Vero a couple hours ago like I said and therefore I
don't have any followers at all so if you decide to join Vero, come
find me search my name Bob babu I'll just put it on the screen here for you
anyways this Viral app looks super sleek crisp and clean to me the blurry
background as you can see this blurry background effect kind of gives
it a distinguishable pop like no other social media apps unlike the other
social media platforms which uses algorithms and like to boost posts and
such you're very feed would be taken up by shares and posts from you and your
followers only and that too in a chronological order so the posts are not
held back from you or not hidden for me or in any way at least for now they
claim alright on the top right hand side is the navigation icons where you can
search for people configure your profile your collections which I'll talk about
in a second notifications and messages now your friends or connections as they
call in Vero are grouped into close friends friends and acquaintances you
can see these icons here which represent such anyways when you share something
you can decide who sees your particular posts and shares if you just want your
close friend to see certain posts you can select that way or if you want to
show all of your friends and you know it doesn't matter who sees you can select
all three together so that's a little different from other social media
platforms alright so like I said here's a different aspect of vero which is the
collections as you can see here you have photos and videos links music movies
book and places under the collections so this would all be the links or shares
you have posted under which it will kind of collect in automatically the cool
part is that when you tap on one of these let's say links it would then open
up all the links shared by you and your collect connections also you're able to
search whatever if there is something related
to your search word that has been shared that would show up in here it doesn't
matter if you upload it or your friends uploaded it so all will be aggregated in
here in this section and you would not have to go out of the app that's the
other aspect they're claiming to have so there's a quick snapshot on the vero app
here so how does Vero make their money if they don't have any advertisements
running on your feeds so here is the catch where o is actually a
subscription-based service it is only free for the first 1 million people so
if you decide to join Vera and you somehow got in that means you are 1 in
that million after that 1 million signups you have to pay a subscription
fee they have not mentioned how much yet there would be a fee to continue for
those people after that 1 million subscriptions Vero also makes it
possible for users to buy books musics movies etc from within the Vera app with
a Buy Now button from posts and shares from other people so that you never have
to leave the app to purchase it that's what they say like so that would be
another way they would be making money so these merchants who have all these
products like movies and books and music or whatever they have so when someone
buys through them through vero I mean when a transaction takes place a
percentage of that amount would go to vero from the merchants so you don't pay
anything I mean the users don't pay anything but vero make money out of the
merchants as well without advertisements alright so there is my quick overview of

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers - S02E37 - Episode Review - Duration: 5:00.
Welcome to Ranger Reviews, a webseries where we look at episodes of the tv show, Power
Rangers and then discuss it!
Today, we're exploring the ninety seventh episode of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers as
well as the thirty seventh episode of Season 2, titled "Forever Friends".
At the Youth Center, Kimberly is practicing gymnastics while Aisha watches like a pervert.
Kim mentions how the competition is going to be really tough, and Aisha's old friend
Shawna shows up, and she's a massive bitch to Kimberly, insinuating that she stole Aisha.
Zedd sees this, and he decides to use this to his advantage.
Shawna asks if she has a broken finger since she doesn't ever call.
Kim volunteers to go away, but Aisha wants Shawna and Kim to become friends.
In shop class, Tommy, Billy, Rocky, and Adam are struggling to put anything together, but
Bulk and Skull are creating jet packs.
Why?
They want to go jetting to catch up with the Power Rangers!
That one thing I definitely thought was wiped from canon!
They go to the park, and they fail miserably before jumping into a random pile of hay in
the middle of the park.
Aisha, Kim, and Shawna are eating together, and Aisha doesn't remember they met in the
1st grade, and Shawna is bitter AF over this.
Goldar appears, and Shawna says "that's the monster I saw on the news!" which is
a nice touch.
Aisha freaks out, trying to call the others, but to no avail, so she runs to shop class,
getting them.
Zedd is mad that they're not mad at Aisha for sucking at saving Kim, and he turns a
random saw into the new monster, Jaws of Destruction.
Kim and Shawna are in that one cave in Angel Grove, in a protected forcefield, and Shawna
wonders why Kim is being so nice to her.
They talk about how both of their parents are divorced, and they talk about how when
someone leaves, it feels like you've lost them forever.
This is some deep shit for Power Rangers.
In the Command Center, Aisha blames herself for Kim and Shawna getting kidnapped, and
Zordon basically tells her to suck it up.
Then, they find out about the Jaws of Destruction, and Tommy says he's going to go get Kim
and Shawna while the others handle the monster.
It's morphin' time!
Also, time to see jetting again!
They do so right over Bulk and Skull who again have a fit with their home made jet packs.
Red, Black, Blue, and Yellow appear in front of the Jaws of Destruction, and he sics putties
on them, turning into a decent putty fight that we saw most of 3 episodes ago in "Lights,
Camera, Action".
The amount of care this show lacked at times is astounding.
Tommy appears outside the cave, fighting the putties blocking the entrance, taking them
all out insanely quickly.
He runs in, finding Kim and Shawna, using Saba to release Shawna quickly, but Kim is
still trapped.
Tommy says "Alpha, teleport Shawna out of here", and Alpha says "right, Tommy".
DUDE, ALPHA, YOU CAN'T JUST USE HIS NAME LIKE THAT.
Luckily, Shawna doesn't even pretend to notice.
Zedd sends Goldar down to take care of Tommy, and Kim morphs after Shawna is gone.
They run out of the cave to find Goldar, and Kim leaves to help the others while Tommy
decides to show off against Goldar.
Why even bother?
They might as well just both leave at this point.
Back with the others, Kim comes flying in, saving Aisha from getting attacked by putties,
and she tells her what happened with Shawna.
The putties get decimated, and Zedd decides this is the perfect opportunity to make his
monster grow giant because god forbid we have any hand-to-hand combat against monsters this
season.
The Rangers call out their Thunderzords, forming the Thunder Megazord.
They fight the monster during a random sunset, and they almost immediately kill him with
the Thunder Saber.
Take that, stakes.
But we still have five minutes left of this episode?
Oh yeah, Tommy and Goldar fight to a stalemate, and Goldar leaves.
What a waste of my time.
In the Youth Center, Bulk and Skull show up all roughed up from their jet packs, and Billy
makes fun of them for being stupid.
Aisha walks in to see Kim getting ready to compete, and in a really, really nice touch,
Kim is wearing Tommy's old green jacket!
Aw, that's cute.
Kim and Shawna are about to compete, but Kim is up first in a performance that really shows
off that Amy Jo Johnson is an absolutely incredible gymnast.
She gets a great score of 9.8, and now Shawna is up, and we learn her last name is Hilton.
Turns out, her actress is also an awesome gymnast, too!
Where was this girl when we were replacing Trini?
She also gets a 9.8, leading to her and Kim getting a tie, and Aisha just grabs the trophy,
giving it to the two of them.
Damn girl, calm down.
The end.
This episode has peaks and valleys, so I guess it's a solid medium for me.
I love the little touches like Aisha's friend from her old high school showing up and being
mean to Kim, them bonding over divorce, and even Kim wearing Tommy's old jacket.
The stuff that struggles is honestly the Japanese footage parts because they're really not
sure how to work them into the stories better, or even what to use.
It's a shame they couldn't have just switched Ranger suits at this point so that this choppy
action didn't have to happen, but I completely understand why they did.
Will next time be better at marrying the two?

videos up to 1080p full HD there are the models of the 3/32 gb and the 4/64 gb the processor
is the snapdragon 625 and the battery is 4100 mAh when I got it it had android 6.0 and received
an update for android 7.0 now I will continue with the operating system.
Xiaomi has a custom android skin which is called MIUI and it has a lot of amazing features
like the effect when swiping between pages in the homescreen also it has themes a lot
of themes from different users who upload their themes and also from the same the company
also MIUI has a lot of updates(not android updates) miui updates if you have the stable
MIUI version you will get updates every 3 months because stable version is meant for
stability an speed but if you are like me and want a lot of updates and a lot of features
and you dont care about minor lags you can also install the developer version of MIUI
which is updated every friday (xiaomi calls it orange friday) but the two past weeks was
the chinese new year and there werent any updates now i will talk about performance.
the performance is great for the price I bought it at 150 euros in black friday online and
the performance is great.
Although the performance is not as googd as the redmi note 3 pro performance, I dont say
its slow but its not as fast but xiaomi putting slower processor achieved in making the battery
life even better now I will open a heavy game (asphalt 8) as you can see the game crashed
but thats not because of the phone its because developers make worse apps on android and
better on ios lets go and play it has some minor lags like all the phones but its not
a slow phone its great it has great performance 9 now as you can see it plays smoothly something
thats a bit dissapointing in MIUI is the ram managment it has 1.4gb free from 3gb ram but
i didnt wactch any effect by the ram managment but i know that this problem will be fixed
with miui updates now lets check the speaker,the volume level of the speaker is just like the
samsung galaxy s7 not very bad and not very loud I will paly no copyright sound because
I dont want to get any copyright strike.
The speaker is just good now I will show an antutu benchmark.
the antutu score with the new antutu app update is 77159 now I wont run again the benchmark
because it will take a lot of time to load Now I will talk about MIUI which is the software
that xiaomi focuses a lot and it has a lot
of features like the security app from where you can optimize your device check for viruses
it has battery saver here it shows the temperature of the battery and also the capacity of the
battery and the time left from here you can anallyze the battery status and optimize the
battery here its shows the apps that consume a lot of energy also you can improve the speed
lock apps it has a gaming mode which improves the performance when playing intensive games
and a lot of other features here is the tools folde the clock app I forgot the timer for
more than one thousand hours and mail app but I use the gmail app voice recorder fm
radio that works without earphones but if use it without earphones the signal is not
very good downloads compass an comments so if you encounter
any problems in miui you can report them or suggest a new feature an app that controls
devies but it is supported only on xiomi phones with an ir blasterqr code scanner calculator
screen recorder (my gameplays are recorded with this screen recorder) but to get the
screen recorder you have to be on miui 9 stable or miui developer 8 and above calendar weather
app with animations for example now its snowing and it shows snow and if you tilt the device
also the animation moves also a music app which is feature rich file explorer the google
folder the mi browser and also miui has a lot of features this is the app vault and
you can have up to 8 app shortcuts here you can note something and you can also edit this
is the snap it which is the leovo camera, I use it because from that app I can record
4k video the mi camera app has a lot of features like panorama timer sound manual mode beauty
mode night sjot scene and tilt shift now in video you can record time lapse and slow motion
also for time lapse you can set the speed up to 1800x times faster now in settings in
wifi there is something very useful for example when you are connected in a wifi you can tap
on it and the phone will generate a qr code to scan it and connect now if you connect
in my wifi network theres no proble it is slow anyway you can also add a mi account
to syncronize ypur data with mi cloud you can make dual apps like if you
have two facebook accounts it also
has a setting to update system apps rarely it has
app updates only miui forum sometimes some other useful features lie if a person disturbes

Vogmask Review | Are They Worth It? - Duration: 5:05.
Hey guys welcome back to my channel, I hope you're doing awesome
I am going to be talking about Vogmask today, and if you don't know what that is it is a mask that you wear
On your face, and I have a couple different ones a couple different sizes
And if you don't know what a Vogmask is it is just a mask you wear
And it helps protect your lungs from any airborne illnesses or pollutions, and I wear Vogmasks
Relatively often I do have a compromised immune system with my celiac disease and all the other chronic illnesses
I do have and I like to wear one just as a preventative measure I
Chose a Vogmask and I reached out to them
And they happily send me some Vogmasks to try so they sent me a little bit of everything
I got a dual valve organic Vogmask I got a regular Vogmask and I got some mediums
And I also got some in large just because I thought I was like a medium
And I kind of still do
But then I wanted to see how like a large like
compared and so I will show you guys what they look like on so you can kind of see I
am like a bigger taller person and a medium fits me fine a
Large also fits me so I might have a small face. I don't know but
Vogmask is just this mask and it has the
Valves right here intake and out take and then that little things so to put it on you
just put it on your face and put it around your ears and
This is a medium, and you can kind of see it pulling on my ears just a little bit
This is a medium, and it does come them under my chin, and it covers my nose pretty good
There's a piece right here that you can tighten the seal right there
I can wear a medium for like a small amount of time before it starts really irritating my ears
But I don't have a problem with the mediums. They fit my face. Just fine what you can
Do is just pull on these things and stretch them and that seemed to help because when I first got them
I was like okay
a medium is definitely not my size, but I do feel like medium really does have a tight bond with my face
This is a large Vogmask and it is a lot bigger on my face
So you just put it on
And I do feel like it's big. There's some spots like right here in the chin area it does seal
But like not as tight as I would like it to be it is more comfortable for me like to wear like out and about
Like I would wear a large more often. Just because if I was going to like Costco
I wear a large just because I can wear this one
It's more comfortable for long use like I'm just running into the grocery store real fast for a couple things
I'll put on a medium if I'm just running a small errand into the library
I'll wear a medium, and I only think I wear a medium for small
Short amount of time it's just because the ear thing I do wear the large like I said in longer
Spurts but I do believe Vogmask is worth it
They are certified and almost everything like I do wear these out, and I do get looks and stuff and people always ask me
Why am I wearing this and
Besides the fact that I have a compromised immune system
I could wear it for dust I would wear it around allergies if the
Pollution is really bad in the air. If there's a fire smoke any of that stuff
I know there was a lot of fires going on this past summer and all that I would definitely wear one then because I don't
Want any of that pollution in my lungs and making me even more sick Vogmasks come in three different sizes
I don't have a small to show but I come in small and that's like relatively for children
They have mediums like I said
look like this on me and
Then they have larges
Which look like this on me
So not too much of a difference. I'll put the medium inside of the large one and you can kind of see the size difference
So this is the medium, this is the large right here?
You can kind of see that there's more space right here, and as well. There's like a little bit on
The bottom and then of course the ear loop, and if you're thinking about getting a Vogmask or comparing it to all the other
Masks I haven't tried any other masks. This is the first mask I've worn and I don't have a problem with it
I actually really enjoy wearing Vogmasks. I think everyone is different everyone is gonna have their own opinion on things
I bet there's some people that have tried every mask and only go to a certain mask and I but there's only people that try
Vogmask and wont try another one
But I do recommend

come off the stocks to join the battle in Update 0.7.2!
You'll have a chance to test them in a new campaign,
an exciting operation,
and the second season of Clan Battles.
Some of you have already managed to obtain new French battleships.
Now, the entire branch is available
and you can research all the ships in it one after another.
You'll start your journey to the branch's top
with classic dreadnoughts from the beginning of the 20th century:
Turenne, Courbet,
and Bretagne.
Normandie—another generation and new armament.
Only three turrets,
but each housing four guns with a caliber of 340 millimeters.
Lyon has the same turrets, but four of them!
Sixteen guns at Tier VII— it's a record!
Richelieu stands out compared to other ships in the branch.
Only two turrets with four guns each
and both of them are on the bow.
On the other hand, their caliber is 380 millimeters
and she is equipped with Engine Boost,
like the following ships in the branch.
Another record holder— Alsace at Tier IX.
Twelve guns in her broadside!
It's a dangerous and difficult adversary.
The flagship of the branch—République—

The new campaign The Gold of France
will give you a chance to earn unique camouflages
for Dunkerque, Richelieu, and Gascogne,
as well as special French patches.
In Update 0.7.2,
many players who assembled the Isoroku Yamamoto collection
will have the ability to change the palette
of both standard and permanent camouflages.
The new unique color scheme for the "Japanese"
combines blue, grey, and black.
A great reason to complete the collection!
We continue to improve game maps.
The Atlantic received a range of small fixes,
and two small islands providing cover were added to Warrior's Path.
Northern Lights underwent more serious changes.
In the Supremacy mode,
the extreme key areas were moved to the eastern part of the map
and given to the teams from the very beginning,

only if a ship has no more than 75% of its combat capability points.
The number of disappointing situations
when your undamaged ship sinks as a result of a magazine explosion
after the very first hit
will significantly reduce.
Now for visual effects.
Following your numerous requests,
the water splashes caused by shell explosions will now settle quicker.
As a result, it became easier
to aim at ships that are under heavy fire.
Last, but not least,
take note of the new foam and the ship's wake.
Thanks to new textures and improved mechanics of their interaction,
the level of detail for these effects
became significantly higher.
Water in World of Warships is now even more beautiful,
so don't forget to contemplate the sea between engagements.

I love them. So that inspired me in part, as well, to do a little quick review of this
Milkadamia. Let me read you the nutrition information before I... before I
pour some. Serving size is eight ounces. Four servings in this container. Total
fat: 5 grams, total carbs: 1, dietary fiber: 1. So zero net carbs. And 1 gram of protein.
Ingredients: macadamia milk (which is filtered water and macadamias), calcium
phosphate, pea protein, natural flavors, locust bean gum, sea salt, sunflower
lecithin, gellan...gellin? Gellan gum, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D12, vitamin
B12, contains macadamias. NOT for use as an infant formula, people. Don't do it.
All right, let's get into it. Sooo...got me a nice cup of ice here. Let's
just fill this puppy up a little bit. We'll go about half way. That's probably
a serving. There it is. Nice and smooth. I'll just put the cap back on, here. There you
go. Nice and smooth in there. Let's try it out. I do like that. It definitely tastes
like macadamia nuts. I can also taste the vanilla. It's very smooth. Very... like,
subtle. It's a subtle flavor. Compared to other nut milks, this is this is about as
sweet and smooth as you would expect with something like an almond milk, or an
almond coconut milk, or an almond cashew milk. Those are the three big ones that I
usually drink. This is right in that same sort of sweetness and smoothness area.
But it's macadamia nuts that are coming through, instead of like, cashews or
almonds. I'm a really a big fan... I'm a big fan of macadamia nuts in general, though I do
have to take it easy with them. I have a real...I have a tendency to go overboard
with them, because they're so delicious, and fatty, and easy. Gotta watch it with
those macadamias. But they're my favorit nut, bar none. And this is a nice little
subtle macadamia milk. Oh. So good. So...so let me know, if you guys have had this,
what you think. I know that it's... I don't know if I have ever seen this anywhere
but in that KetoKrate, so I don't know how many of you have had it. If you HAVE

Day 6: Flight Review AirAsia to Phuket/Driving with Hertz to Patong - Duration: 11:43.
Hey, YouTube! It's Peter from Los Gatos. It's day six of our 2018 trip and
today, we're flying out of Don Mueang International Airport to Phuket Island.
Our phone said the ride from Silom should take about an hour... but we gave
our Uber driver two anyway - which ultimately burned through both because
of heavy traffic on the Tollway.
We're flying AirAsia Thailand again because we had a great experience
with them last year on our trip to Krabi.
This year's fares were just as good.
AirAsia's easy check-in and bag-drop system is pretty efficient!
Within 10 minutes of arriving, our checked bags were through and we were off to security.
Don Mueang has been around for a long time and is currently undergoing modernization.
It offers the same usual places like 7-11 and other fast-food chains
but, if you make a right after security and go down to the very end,
there is a place you can get yourself some made-to-order food and beer while
you wait. It's not the best, it's better than fast food.
After lunch we headed to our gate which seemed like a half-mile away.
AirAsia is a budget airline that offers short flights out of Don Mueang.
There are definitely mixed feelings about them, but from my experience
AirAsia Thailand is pretty good. We were assigned one of their new A320neo's.
Because our flight will take less than an hour, there are actually no amenities
and no IFE on board. If you want something to eat or drink - even water you'll have to
bring it with you from the terminal or buy it on-board.
For an extra cost, you can pay for assigned seats. There are even "hot seats" with red tops that give you
priority boarding and de-planing.
[ We're on an A320-200neo, which is really exciting. They don't allow you to use electronic
devices during take-off. But if you are careful enough...
...it might work out! ]

We'll be staying in Phuket for almost a week! After a lot of research, we decided
to stay at an Airbnb in Patong. Patong is the liveliest of the beaches in all of
Phuket and is filled with bars and clubs. It's also central enough to everything so that
we could easily escape. We opted for a prepaid car rental instead of being
reliant on the cabs, scooters, or other transfer services. We were a little nervous
though, because Phuket has an insane driving fatality rate. We were in the air
for about 40 minutes. About halfway through, the flight attendants came
through with food and beverages for purchase. It wasn't really long after
until we began our initial descent into Phuket.

After deplaning we were bused to baggage claim in the terminal.
Phuket International is also undergoing renovations...
...although didn't seem to get to where we were just yet. After our bags came we
headed to get our car at Hertz. We prepaid for everything, including insurance,
online so check-in was a breeze. They just need to photograph our passport,
our international driver's license, and take a hefty credit card deposit from us.
You know, even though I Drive pretty well in New York City traffic and we drove in
Krabi last year, I still pretty nervous.
The drive from Phuket International to our Airbnb should have taken about an hour...
...but, it was full of issues.
Our first mistake was deciding to use Waze instead of Google Maps.
As we would find out throughout the trip, neither were well mapped. Google was a little bit more ahead.
Waze caused us to take roads that didn't connect and also caused us to
miss some pretty crucial turn because, it didn't tell us which lanes to be in.
[ Oh, my god, again?!" ]
Second, the roads were full of new reckless kamikazes scooters.
Third, seeing the route on a map does not prepare you for the constant lane
shifts, sharp turns, or the crazy changes in elevation. Our rental car had
difficulty handling the steep hills and mountains.
Finally, even with a navigation aid, Phuket was full of these sudden turn-only lanes.
Unless he knew one was coming in advance, you'll probably end up in the wrong
lane trying to merge onto vicious, incoming traffic.
It was definitely a stressful first drive in Phuket, but now we're just a
turn away from our Airbnb.

Our Airbnb was located at the end of one of the main strips.
It was just far enough to give us some well-needed tranquility before walking
the Jungceylon Mall for dinner.
Patong is not known for having the best or the cheapest food.
We ended up picking the Wine Connection which is a chain throughout Thailand because we
needed some wine and the bottles here with priced decently.
it was a little ironic though that we were having a cheeseburger in Thailand's
beach paradise. The food and wine were pretty good but we're probably not going
do this again during this trip.
After dinner we decided to take a scenic route
back to our Airbnb. We walk down the famous Bangla Road toward
the Patong Beach sign, just see to it. Bangla was like a busier, raunchier
version of Khaosan Road. At one point the ping-pong shows to the right of us and to the left of us.
Patong Beach itself looked...tired.
The loud music from Bangla could be heard throughout, the vibe of the people there was a little strange,
and the beach itself was pretty dirty.

what this place to actually like during the day!

There is a huge difference already between her in episode 1 and her now
in her character and her appeariance

ANNIHILATION Movie Review – Natalie Portman – Tessa Thompson – Alex Garland – #Netflix #Annihilation - Duration: 6:09.

Annihilation is a movie that's out in theaters now and will go to Netflix soon after.
Should you see it in the theater or wait and watch it at home?
To me this movie has the feel of a TV show episode, more than of a feature film.
I think that it would have made a great episode of Fringe.
Some kind of a weird anomaly is discovered that cannot be explained by regular observations,
so a team of scientists go inside to figure it out.
A few weird things happen to them inside and then they get to the source of the issue.
For this to work as a feature film, it would need some more meat, in my opinion.
As it is, the plot is stretched over a two hour runtime, causing the pacing to be very
uneven.
The end result is an incoherent mess.
The movie slowly plods along, and then suddenly a scene rushes by at breakneck speed.
Then we plod along for a while until blamo!
Another scene rushes by.
What's maddening is that the scenes that are rushed are the ones that could make this
film interesting.
Let me elaborate a bit.
There's a bit of a slow setup before the characters go into "the shimmer," that's
what they call the anomaly, and then they are inside.
Immediately the plot jumps a few days ahead.
It is evident as to why it does so, as the film tries to play with the concept of time,
but this is just one of the times when the change of pace is so jarring, that it takes
you out of the movie.
Similarly, later on we slowly plod until we rush through what could have been an awesome
character development and horror scene, but it is over before you know it.
This movie tries to be a thought-provoking intellectual piece like Arrival or Blade Runner
2049, but due to poor pacing and a thin storyline it misses the mark by a lot.
It feels like a pseudo-intellectual attempt at depth and allegory.
It attempts to make us think of concepts such as the human tendency for self-destruction,
be it through bad relationships or habits like drug use and smoking.
It uses the shimmer and what's inside of it as a not-so-subtle metaphor for cancer.
This all could have worked, if the plot was a bit beefier or the pacing more even.
An additional thing that the movie lacks is tension.
Arrival, Blade Runner, even Interstellar, had plenty of that throughout.
I didn't like Interstellar, but I admit that it kept my attention.
Not Annihilation.
The narrative is not linear, so it jumps between the main character being interrogated after
coming out from the shimmer and the actual events within.
Kind of like in Atomic Blonde.
Except that in Atomic Blonde this wasn't distracting, but just added to the tale.
Here this style of storytelling was not put to good use.
We are told in the very beginning which characters survive and which don't.
So whenever the survivors are placed in peril, it feels hollow.
I'm deliberately being vague, so as to not spoil this film for you, in case you do decide
to watch it.
In spite of all the things I have just bitched about, the movie could have been salvageable,
if it had a satisfying ending.
Instead, the scenes when the main character reaches the source of the shimmer are anti-climactic
at best and thoroughly cliché at worst.
It made me think of the movie Signs, where an idiotic twist screws up everything.
There isn't much of a twist here, just a letdown.
Kind of like in Interstellar where the climax is diffused with a bunch of metaphysical nonsense.
Even before seeing this film, the shots of the shimmer from the trailer made me think
of the book "The Great North Road" by Peter Hamilton.
In spite of having a very unsatisfying ending, that book is still a favorite of mine.
In it, there's stuff called Zanth, that arrives from outer space and envelops everything
in a gel-like substance.
Plants, people, buildings, all get preserved like dead moths in a crystal.
When they showed the shimmer in a trailer, I realized that that was how I always pictured
Zanth in my mind.
I highly recommend the book.
It's a much better investment of time than Annihilation the movie.
So, what DID I like about this film?
Mainly, the acting.
The main characters are played by Natalie Portman, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Tessa Thompson,
and Gina Rodriguez.
They're all excellent and get their chance to shine.
However, because of the poor pacing, these chances are fleeting.
For example, Gina Rodriguez gets an awesome scene towards the second half of the film,
but it goes by too fast, so we only get a fleeting glimpse of her great job of portraying
a character who is affected by what's going on in the shimmer.
Tessa Thompson also gets a beautiful scene a bit later, but again, it's glossed over
too quickly.
Instead of dedicating some runtime to these scenes, we plod along, looking at scenery.
Additionally, I really liked the cinematography.
This film is gorgeous!
The filmmakers make great use of colors and effects to really make the interior of the
shimmer seem like magic.
That's where the plodding pace is actually a good thing, because you get to look at pretty
scenery for a while.
No amount of great acting or pretty visuals can save a movie if the story is lacking.
As I said before, there isn't enough meat on the bones of this tale and the lame ending
just seals it.
I still recommend that you see this film, but do it when it's on Netflix because you
can pause and get a snack when you're bored half-way through.

Malika did a really good job getting really in-depth

I gotta say, that was probably one of the things
that stood out the most to me inside of this book,

It's not just show up, take a couple of snaps,
and good luck with that.
You know, she really breaks it down and thinks about
all the things that you're not thinking about,
because you're not a professional brand photographer.
It is absolutely brilliant, and I would say a must-have
for anybody who is running a business
where they need brand photography,
but aren't quite sure, first of all,
what brand photography is, second of all,
how to actually create and get good photos for your brand,
and what that actually encompasses, you know?
It's so much deeper than, hey, just,
let's put some lipstick on you,
we'll throw you in a fancy dress,
and stand you up against this wall.
Malika's approach, and she breaks down her actual process
that she works through with her clients,
is, you know, really in-depth.
The process is very comprehensive.
It's not just on the surface, it's deep,
and it is the next level.
And I guess that's the difference between having
good brand photos, and just regular, I guess,
photography, is she takes the time and effort
to work with her clients and really figure out
what their passions are, what's important to them,
you know, kind of where they're going in their business,
what are the things that make them unique
and stand out and different.
Because that's what's really gonna set you apart
from your competition when you have a business
that you're running and the only thing that people
get to see are your photos, or are your videos, you know?
Really creating that thing that differentiates you.
And it takes a really talented photographer
to be able to capture that.
One of the other things that I really, really
liked about this book was there's so many checklists,
and so many different areas where she literally
breaks things down, step-by-step.
And if you're anything like me,
you love a good step-by-step.
I love a good checklist, a good step-by-step.
I like to see everything kind of laid out.
I don't want to have to connect all the dots myself,
and she did a brilliant job laying everything out
inside of this book.

Point Break tells the story of FBI agent Johnny
Utah going undercover to stop a gang of masked surfing bank robbers and don't worry
That is as close to an episode of scooby-doo as this movie gets. Keanu Reeves plays FBI agent, Johnny
Utah who was also a former quarterback at Ohio State now
that's not to be confused with Shane Falco the barnacle scrubber/former quarterback for Ohio State from The Replacements
Or Digital courier Johnny Mnemonic who... well they never come out and say it
But the dude definitely played some D1 ball. You're a real blue flame special aren't you son?
Young dumb and full of cum I guess we just must have ourselves an asshole shortage. Huh
Oh! If this was a movie about me and my boss said that to me on my first day of worked the following scene would be
Me straight up sobbing in the men's room for about a half an hour
Utah has partnered with veteran FBI agent Angelo Pappas in order to try to apprehend the Ex-Presidents
Gary Busey actually robbed seven banks in order to prepare for this role
When he was reminded to the fact that he himself wasn't actually playing a bank robber Busey
Just howled and started wrestling two dogs who were fighting over an entire ham nearby
Cut! Gary, we've been over this the script doesn't call if you to be blindfolded. Well you've had blinders on for your whole life
With the horrors I've seen I need to be blindfolded so they don't escape into this world
Okay
In and out in 90 seconds
No one ever gets shot when they run they dump the vehicle and they vanish like a virgin on prom night
Gary the line is they vanish like a girl's virginity on prom night your version sounds way more sinister. I know what I'm about Jack
Listen here, you snot nosed little shit! I was taking shrapnel in Khe Sanh
While you were crapping in your hands and rubbing it on your face
This was actually just an outburst by Gary Busey when he was asked why he brought his pet boa constrictor onto the set
Pappas has a theory that the ex-presidents are surfers because he noticed that one of them had a tan line
They found a residue that is a common component of sex wax and every crime scene is littered with coconut shells, grass skirts and ukuleles
Sorry everything I know about surf culture. I learned from 1950s surfing movies
That was delightful, I think we're gonna have some fun
Utah gets the call to go undercover as a surfer in order to infiltrate the ex-presidents. Undercover work is a long and grueling process
undercover agents spend years living under an assumed name away from their family and friends all in the name of gathering leads and earning trust
The job takes a heavy emotional toll as the agents slowly begins to identify with oh
Actually the second person he meets on his first day undercover just so happens to be in the ex-presidents inner circle
Well that was lucky. I still like to imagine that for the whole afternoon
Utah's friends were lamenting how he's getting in too deep. Utah's contact with the ex-presidents is Tyler
She teaches Johnny to surf because all the other surfers make fun of him because surfers are complete dicks who were apparently born with the
Ability to stand on a board as water makes them move
I'm sorry some skateboard punks laughed at me because a goose chased me through the park the other day
And I'm just taking out on the whole board culture
That's Bodhi they call the Bodhisattva. He's a modern savage
He's a real searcher. What does that mean you ask? It's like that thing of when you're looking for your keys
But replace keys with the meaning of life and replace the rest of it with a better example. He's basically just a dirty hippie
That's probably never done an honest day's work in his life, spend a week in a coal mine Bodhi and you'll be searching all right
Searching for the unemployment office because you couldn't hack it in a coal mine. I'm sorry about that
I didn't even know I was that passionate about coal mining
Point Break then takes a page from the movie Top Gun in order to show the bond that these surfers have by having them play
Football on the beach at night in sweats and jeans. It's not as weird as playing sand volleyball in sweats
But it still seems off somehow
Bodhi passes to guy in jeans guy, guy in jeans laterals to the guy wearing a freakin leather vest
and guy wearing a freaking leather vest scores a touchdown
He believes the 50-year storm is coming next year
50-year storm?What's that?
A winter storm comes out of Antarctica tearing up the Pacific and it sends a huge swell north?
2,000 miles
And when it hits Bells Beach?
It'll turn into the biggest surf this planet has ever seen and I will be there. Okay. Thanks for the metermolo- meterolol-

Hope this information doesn't lead to your downfall in some way. Want the ultimate you gotta be willing to pay the ultimate price
It's not tragic to die doing what you love. This movie constantly reminds me that I would not fit in with Bodhi's gang at all
Point Break teaches you to live life to the fullest and to always be willing to die doing what you love
That's noble and all but no thank you
Just yesterday. I Googled how much does it cost to cryogenically freeze your head, so yeah
I think I'll go out kicking and screaming, and it will not be dignified at all
Thank you very much. So they stake out a bank that they believe will be the ex-presidents next target
But while Pappas is reading the comics and Utah's getting one meatball sandwich
Utah give me two! Correction two meatball sandwiches the bank totally gets robbed
Utah runs after them on foot and he jumps over fences
Crashes through glass doors has a dog thrown at him
gets an innocent bystanders head crushed by a garbage truck and after all of that, Utah faces his greatest foe ever
A slight drop
So Utah can't go any further you know because of the slight drop so he pulls his gun on Bodhi and
Completely misses
I mean he doesn't even come close to hitting him. How the hell did Utah make it into the FBI with aim like that
The bad guy isn't above you dummy
Utah tracks them to the airport
and they have a pre 9/11 style shootout where Pappas gets shot in the back
Gary Busey insisted that he actually be shot because he knew he could and I'm quoting here
Transcend the bounds of this earthly plane and damn it if he didn't bounce right back
So they then take Utah hostage in the plane with them, and we are treated to one of the most badass
albeit slightly implausible scenes in movie history
reckless and irresponsible
Utah you crazy son of a bitch
Special Agent Utah. I knew I could count on you
I knew you wouldn't miss the 50-year storm Bodhi
Look at it, it's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity man.
Just let me go out there. Let me get one wave before you take me one wave
Vaya con dios. The movie has a pretty nice ending Johnny
Utah catches his man and Bodhi gets to surf this once-in-a-lifetime break
And who knows maybe the time that Bodhi spends in prison he can reflect on everything and when he gets out
Maybe he can be reformed and maybe he and-oh no, he's dead
He's surely dead, Oh, No
So all that time all that money all those resources to catch him and now he's dead
Pappas was shot the back trying to apprehend him and
Yep, he's dead and all right. That's the end of it Point Break everyone

SOG Aegis Tanto Assisted Open Pocket Knife Review - Bench Top Review - Duration: 6:09.

Obviously I flew in and
being my first time to fly commercially did not want to mess with trying to bring my everyday carry and
Also, didn't really want to mess with
even carrying a knife I did not check a bag. I just had some carry-on
So G webs said hey
I've got plenty of knives and at least I can
Loan you a knife once you get out here to shot show so anyway made that trip
and G loaned me a
little automatic folder a little SOG automatic folder, and I got away from Vegas without giving it back to him and
Contacted him and he said hey
Why don't we do this just do a little review or something with a knife through some kind of little video?
And then let's send it on to somebody else with gun channels and let them do a little project with it so we kind of
have a
Traveling pocket knife so to speak and so that's what I'm going to do today
I've got my little bench top over ahead rig back and working the way it's supposed to be
So what we're gonna. Do is we're gonna take this little SOG
Aegis right here, and now you see it is a
assisted open and
We're going to do a little bit of a benchtop review on it so stick around
Let's do it
Here we are on the bench, so let's take a look at this SOG
Aegis
Pocket knife here the first thing. We'll take a look at is the features. I mean obviously it is a it's a folder
Has a pocket clip and with the design it doesn't look like
You can
Switch sides or anything with the pocket clip so
That's pretty much fixed. That's going to be the blade facing down the so
that's pretty common
this little button here is gonna be a lock
So if you lock that you can't open it
And it is an assisted open so that means when you start opening it a spring will take over
And go the rest of the way, as you'll see here. We have the tanto style tip and
partial serrations on the blade there. in order to fold this back up the
Locking mechanism. It's right here, the blade lock
Then we'll pull that back
And then we're able to fold it up like so
Now let's take a look at a few of the specifications we're going to start with the
Weight here, so we'll turn the scale on
And it is currently sit to ounces here, so we'll do it in the ounces
So put that on there
looking about
3.4. Ounces, so roughly three and a half ounces as let's say
Pretty close. It's not a heavy knife
And next we'll take a look at the some of the lengths here
we have our little
Ruler here
About four and
3/4 inches there, and then we'll open the blade and take a look at that
And that looks to be about three and a half inches on the blade
Now my final thoughts on this knife
Are not that great honestly
And it really has nothing to do with the function
The fact is a knife and for most is used for opening boxes and cutting rope and things like that
It's gonna get the job done, right
so we look at certain features that we like or we don't like I'm not a fan of a serrated blade
Also, i don't like the thickness on this blade especially down here. I don't mind the tanto design on the tip
But I'd like to see it a little more streamlined
Tanto design the other thing I don't like about it is I don't like the way the locking mechanism is here. It's awkward
I'm not used to it. I'm used to one being down here
or on my
My boker which I carry every day
it's an automatic and has a button right here so having to come back here and pull this back
It's just awkward. I could probably get used to that but it's a design that i just don't care for
