ate lots of dal makhani and gulab jamun
now time to eat something healthy
so today i came with spinach recipe for you
not just 1 but 3
that is quick, simple and easy to make
and yes! healthy too after all it's spinach

heat a pan
add a little rice bran oil
2 bay leaves
finely chopped garlic(6-7)
5-6 black pepper
a quick saute
add roughly chopped spinach
1 chopped tomato
1 green chili (optional)
mix it well
add 3 cup of water
salt to taste
mix it
cook it for 2 mins on high flame with lid on
now turn off gas
take out bay leaves
now transfer it to a blending jar
blend it well
heat a pan again
pour blended spinach
add 1 cup hot skimmed milk
mix it well
cook it for 1 min on high flame with lid on
turn off gas now
serve it hot
spinach soup done
heat a pan
add a little mustard oil
add 1 tea spoon panch foran(5 whole spices blend)
finely chopped ginger-garlic
light saute
add 2 diced potatoes
fry it well
add roughly chopped spinach
mix well
1 chopped tomato
1 sliced green chili
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
mix well
cook it till potato become soft with lid on
potato is well cooked
add salt to taste
dry all water by stirring
turn off gas now
simple potato-spinach done
in a large bowl
roughly chopped spinach
add 4-5 table spoon gram flour
2 table spoon corn flour, for crispiness
2-3 finely chopped green chili
1 tea spoon ginger-garlic paste
salt to taste
1/4 tea spoon turmeric powder
add a little water amd mix well
make batter like this
keep it aside
now heat cooking oil
in which we will deep fry bhajiya
when oil become hot
pour little spinach-gram flour batter in hot oil with spoon or hand
turn flame to medium
fry it well until it become crisp
take it out on a tissue papper
repeat the process
so friends! tasty, crispy spinach bhajiya done

Lesson 67 Learn English - The Brontës - Present Perfect Vs Past Simple - Duration: 5:05.
Session 67. The Brontës.
The Brontës were a nineteenth-century literary family associated with the village of Haworth
in the West Riding of Yorkshire, England. Their fame in literary circles came from Charlotte, Emily and Anne.
Their poems and novels were initially published under the male pseudonyms Currer, Ellis, and Acton Bell,
as it was for female writers to receive consideration in the past as writing was considered a man's business,
and not an appropriate occupation for ladies.
Born to a modest family, their parents, Patrick Brontë, an anglican priest and Maria Brontë (née Branwell)
weren't able to give their six children (Maria, Elizabeth, Charlotte, Patrick. a.k.a Branwell, Emily and Anne)
the level of education reserved for the upper class. However, their father,
an author and graduate saw to it that his children had the best education available to them.
In 1824, the four eldest girls (excluding Anne) entered Cowan Bridge School, a school mainly
for the daughters of middle class clergy. The following year, two of the sisters, Maria and Elizabeth
died of tuberculosis in the aftermath of a typhoid outbreak at the school. This unfortunate event along
with the death of their mother in 1821 of uterine cancer brought the remaining children closer together,
a closeness that had existed between the younger children since their early childhood.
After the death of their mother, their aunt, Elizabeth Branwell, took it upon herself to raise the children
and would educate them in, arithmetic, the alphabet, sewing, embroidery and cross-stitching
and supplied them with books and subscriptions.
The children became interested in writing from an early age, their imagination sparked by a gift
of twelve wooden soldiers given to Branwell by his father.
The children would name the soldiers and tell stories of their deeds.
Though, it wasn't until the end of 1827 that these stories were written down.
From there, kingdoms and empires were created and their imagination flourished as
they were exposed to further teachings, readings and discussions.
It was to be 20 years later that the sisters would find their works published and praised.
Charlotte with Jane Eyre, Emily's only novel Wuthering Heights and Anne's Agnes Grey.
Using their male pseudonyms Currer, Ellis, and Acton Bell, it was suspected that all three novels
were the work of one author and so Charlotte and Anne travelled to London to identify themselves,
much to the surprise of the publishers. All the books attracted critical acclaim, on occasion harsh
about Wuthering Heights, although praised for its originality and its narrative style,
it was scorned by some for its outrageous violence and immorality.
Some critics perceiving it as the work of a man with a depraved mind.
Agnes Grey received neutral criticism whilst Jane Eyre became, what we would call today, a best seller.
It was Anne's second novel, The Tenant of Wildfell Hall, a year later that would display her true ambition as a writer.
Though criticism was mixed, the novel outsold Wuthering Heights. Dealing with issues of alcoholism,
violence and lecherousness visited upon the protagonist Helen Graham by her husband, and her willingness
to break conventions in order to protect herself and her child, it is considered to be one of the first
sustained feminist novels.
Unfortunately Anne died a year later of Tuberculosis, the same illness that had taken
her sisters and her brother and would take Charlotte in 1855.
Though not before Charlotte finished 3 more novels, Shirley (1849), Villette (1853) and The Professor (1857).
There is no doubt that the Brontë sisters had an influence on the world of literature, though
how much is subjective. Whatever your opinion, their presence cannot be ignored, from cinema to dance,
from naming asteroids to song titles and lyrics.
The Brontë sisters have been and will continue to be with us for a long time.

Introduction and simple structure (Antonella Moretto) - Duration: 4:22.
In this lecture we are going to see the main archetypes of macrostructure,
called organizational structures.
Organizational structure is the overall configuration used by companies to arrange its activities
and is generally represented through the organizational chart.
The main organizational choices are not indipendent
but on the contrary strongly interdependent each other.
In fact, decisions about span of control, grouping criteria and coordination mechanisms
are interconneted to determine some standard organizational structures.
On the basis of the combination of these choices,
we could identify five main ideal organizational structures,
three focused ones (respectively simple, functional, and divisional)
and two hybrid ones (hybrid and matrix).
Each of those organizational structures has different pros and cons
and is selected on the basis of the company strategy as well as environment:
the implementation in reality of the organizational structure
implies an adaptation to the real context in which the company operates.
As the name suggests, the simple organization is the simplest way to arrange macrostructure.
This archetype is not strongly structured, with just few organizational units,
related to the main activities performed by the company.
This structure is typical of small companies such as new born ones, for example start-ups.
Imagine a new app company, where the owners are respectively
responsible for the technical development of of the app
and for the commercial and marketing activities.
In this environment all the teammates are responsible for everything,
without a clear distinction of the roles and the definition of clear responsibilities.
In the simple organizational chart, just a small number of units is present,
whereas key units are missing because not totally covered,
such as Human Resource Management or Administration and Control.
As a matter of fact, people are organized around
the competences of the key people of the organization,
such as the founders or the owners, without a clear grouping criterion.
Decisions are mainly taken by the founder or the owner
and the overall level of formalization is pretty low.
No strict procedures, no formal description of jobs and responsibility,
no clear identification of the main activities is in place:
try to image a co-working environment,
where people of different companies work closely each other,
with just an identification of the final purpose.
Grouping criteria are informal as well:
people are grouped on the basis of the main competences of key coordinators,
and not the opposite as it is supposed to be.
Thereby, if one of the founders has some marketing knowledge,
people oriented to marketing activities are grouped around this person.
Considering coordination mechanisms,
the most likely to be adopted are definitively mutual adjustment and competence standardization.
For the former, mutual adjustment is necessary to coordinate different people
towards the final objective, given the low level of formalization typical of these organizations.
Examples of mutual adjustment solutions might be the owner meetings or the teamwork;
in some organizations, also a breakfast meeting to arrange the main activities of the day is used.
For the latter, competence standardization is used
to assure that all the people are aligned in terms of what is required to have.
For example, in an architectural firm
both an interior architecture and a structural architecture might be necessary.
In general competence standardization pertains to hard competences but also soft competences.
When could work a structure like this?
Actually the simple organization is the typical solution of several companies.
As already mentioned, most of the start-ups are organized in that way,
as well as entrepreneurship companies.
Finally, most of professional companies are organized in that ways,
such as consultancy companies or architectural firms.
