Are Long Albums A Positive Thing? | The Booth Review by DJBooth - Duration: 3:08.

- Migos' recent album Culture II has been called

"bloated", "a data dump", "too long"

and "way too long".

Do you agree or disagree?

I'm Brendan Varan with DJ Booth

and this is The Booth Review.

(hip hop music)

Migos' highly anticipated Culture II album

dropped earlier this year

and much of the fan and critical response

was in regards to the album's length.

24 tracks and nearly two hours worth of music.

Now, long projects are nothing new to Migos

or hip hop in general.

But after the acclaim the group received

for their 13 track predecessor,

many fans were disappointed by what seemed to

be a ploy to game the system.

Now, in the current stream-driven music industry,

more songs equals more streams.

More streams equals more sales equivalence,

which works out to higher first week sales

and eventually, more shiny gold and platinum plaques.

It's great that the current ecosystem

has given artists the chance to release their art

however they choose.

Whether it be to release one song a week

for an entire year,

whether they release their album

through a series of EP's,

or whether they choose just release one long-ass album.

As Rolling Stone recently pointed out,

the length of the top five most streamed albums

on Spotify has risen by almost 10 minutes

over the last five years.

One look at recent albums by Drake,

Migos and Quality Control,

Future and Chris Brown make this painfully clear.

And it needs to stop!

For two reasons.

First, we just don't have enough time.

The same way that streaming makes it possible

to release such long albums

makes it nearly impossible to listen to all of them

at the same time.

In an attention economy,

the longer an album means the less time

we have to actually listen to it.

Second, the quality usually suffers.

You wonder why Culture 2 didn't receive

the same amount of acclaim as Culture?

Think it has anything to do with the fact

that it was twice as long without really

breaking any new ground?

And similarly, did we really need an hour and a half

of Drake's Views?

As the great GZA once rapped

("As High As Wu-Tang Get" by Wu-Tang Clan)

Instead of trying to milk audiences for

every last stream,

artists need to work on cutting filler

and making sure to focus on only their strongest material.

That means more attention is paid to the best songs,

fans can spend more time listening to

those best songs and greater odds that

those best songs become big hits.

Add 10 more songs that aren't as good

to the mix and not only is the

overall quality going to suffer,

but there's less likelihood that

the people that do hear those songs

feel compelled to return.

Do you want a stronger project,

or do you want to maximize streams?

It's up to every artist to decide,

but just realize that if your focus is

on as many streams as possible,

many fans might decide not to come back.

Are hip hop albums getting too damn long?

Let us know what you think in the comments.

My name is Brendan Varan

and this is The Booth Review.

SENSATIONNEL JAMAICAN BOUNCE CROCHET BRAIDS REVIEW| LIA LAVON - Duration: 14:09.

He Youtube Family. It's your girl Lia back again with another video. And today's video as

you can see from the title is another crochet hair review video. And today's

hair is a much long awaited anticipated hair. You guys have been begging me to

review this hair and today it is finally up

Sensationnel Jamaican Bounce hair. Now if you're not familiar with how my crochet

hair reviews work. I come on here with my first day of thoughts of a crochet hair.

So showing you guys how it looks one day and right after install. What my braid

pattern was? How long it took and all that? Then I come on here with my one

week thoughts of a crochet hair. Letting you guys see how it looks one week in

what my maintenance was with it in that week and how I think it fared in that

first week. And then I come on here with my final thoughts of a crochet hair.

Letting you guys know how long it lasted. Letting you guys know whether it was

high maintenance, low maintenance, water friendly, not water friendly, would you

wear it on vacation or do I recommend you wear it for vacation. Is it active

wear friendly and all that. So I try to give you a full picture of the crochet

hair. Now this video is a little different because I actually installed

this in a braidless style. So I have the video of me installing this braidless up

above. So you can click that video to actually see my installation process on

this hair. So you guys can have the full picture of how I got this that you're

seeing right now. Now without further ado let's just head on into my first day

thoughts of the sensationnel Jamaican bounce hair. So now for my first day

thoughts on this sensationnel Jamaican bounce hair. Now I just got done

installing it. My install video just 10 minutes ago just took the needle out my

hair got done and raveling it and this is how it looks. So no time in between. I

just wanted to show you guys exactly how it looks right after installing this

hair. Now I highly suggest you guys watch my actual install video because you guys

can have a full picture of how I got to this point. How I got to my first day and

my first minute thoughts of this hair but this video is just my thoughts on it.

Now if you saw my install all I do is have a braidless install. And I braidlessly

installed it so that I can have a left side part. So all I can do is part it

on this left side but with braidless installs there are versatile braidless

installs and I'm trying to work my way up to that level but right now I'm kind of

stagnant I can only do one side. Now it took me about two hours to install this

hair but that's also including the fact that I record things. I take pictures in

between. I do all that. So if you're not doing any of it I think it's a good hour

30 install. Especially with the braidless method I use. You can be very fast

with this install. Now I use four packs of this hair and this is the sensationnel

jamaican bounce in the color t1b 27. Now only pack it does say it is 26 inches

and I'm skeptical about that because this ain't no 26 inches. Now even if you

stretch it oh it ain't 26 inches. It's bout 12 inches. Maybe they mean like if

you do this but that's not how crochet hair is calculated. It's not from end to

end it's always typically from the middle down is how the numbers calculated.

But they say it's 26 inches on me you guys can tell it's about eight

inches of hair. So this is how the hair looks fresh after install might have

cut a little stragglers but like I said you can see how it looks unmanipulated

in my install video now like I said I use four packs of this hair this is the

fifth pack I did buy five packs to me on the safe side and I bought this hair

from wig types I had never bought from with types before this is my first time

buying from there and the only reason I bought from them is because they were

the only site that had t1b 27 I was like why does all the other sites have it

sold out wig types what I like about it it shows you on the side how many

quantities and this is it sponsored by wig types because I have some gripes

about their shipping but they show you on the side how many packs of each hair

you have so you don't have to you know try to put nine in your car and they're

like oh we only got eight we down in the inventory we down on the inventory it

tells you how much they have specifically in inventory but I did not

like the shipping I'm used to like five dollars or less or free shipping a lot

of things I order especially from sans beauty with wig tight it was 11 or 12

dollars just for the shipping alone and I just bought this hair so I was like

and I didn't get fast shipping I got regular brown because I knew I wasn't

installing this hair anytime soon I was there like three months ago and I'm

finally installing it so cons pros and cons I like the wig types because they

let you know and they have like a some hairs but that ship it was like

Xiao Yan oh I would have bought this on somebody Sam's you too if they actually

have it now if you saw my install video again I'm gonna reference it because it

shows you everything I went through with this hair I unraveled the hair and I

used oil that's the first time I ever used oil I listened to one of my

subscribers thank you guys so much I always look for you guys for answers

because you guys are always so reliable to me you guys said to recut down on

frizz when you're unraveling your hair to put oil on your hands first and then

unravel the hair and I definitely would say it cut down on friends one

unraveling this here a lot so if you're seeing it right now this is it and it's

not frizzy at all so that's a big thumbs up I can't wait to see if it's gonna

hold up and not be as frizzy you guys know with these cackle on here I

sometimes come on here and like if the hair is so frizzy it's crazy frizzy why

all the frizz and I'm gonna see if this hair holds up everybody tells me

Jamaican bounce is gonna be everything when you try it it's gonna be everything

and I'm taking you guys word for because I'm hoping and expecting it to be

everything for maintenance all I'm gonna do tonight is just put my scarf on it

everybody says this hair is supposed to be low maintenance you're not gonna have

to do a lot with it and I'm hoping then I got a puller I know moose and gonna

pull out no products and everything about this hair is gonna be very

low-maintenance so I'm hoping and expecting for that but without further

ado let me not ramble on I think that's all my first day thoughts first day

overall I love it can't wait to see how many weeks of where do I get out of it

can't wait to see I don't think I'm gonna get you know six weeks away

because this is a brainless install bright listen do not last as long as

that's I actually bragged it the hair down but I want to see my experience

with this hair so stay tuned and see my first week thought of this sensational

jamaican bounce hair so now your girl is back for my one week thoughts on the

sensational jamaican bounce hair and this is how it is looking one week in to

see the curls pop and see them coming through

I'd have to say let me start this video off one weekend I really am enjoying

everything about this hair from the color to the consistency of it to the

way the curls fall I know typically you guys follow my channel you guys know I

am NOT a fan usually of this Nicoll on curly spirally type curl they

just never suit me well I always feel like I'm Shirley Temple or if in any any

of these people I always typically have that feeling not today I definitely say

I don't know it's something about the vibe of this here that's really giving

me something unique now let me go into maintenance with this hair as soon as

soon as I got done filming my first date thought I went to sue like I was in food

line and the cashier was ringing me up and she was like to make amounts and I

was like huh scuse me pardon me she's like you're making outs in your hair

that's Jamaican Mountain so I was like how did you know she's like I just know

I make Jamaican mouth wigs all the time let me give you a little bit of advice I

was like I will accept set it by she said whenever this hair starts frizzing

use mousse so I said in my first day thoughts if you saw that video I said I

don't think I'm gonna need mousse with this hair I don't think I'm gonna need

that I think it's gonna be so super low-maintenance I was like okay girl I'm

gonna need music then she said you're gonna need a pineapple the hair at night

I was like oh man I thought I could just throw a scarf on you tell me everything

I needed to hear at this point though so scarf bonnet and pineapple has to be the

trick with this hair and now I'm gonna get up in camera so you can see the

level of friends with this hair it's not bad at all not bad at all and she was a

hundred percent right this mousse comes in handy whenever you feel like it's

getting frizzy or even if it's not even if you just want to run it and be

preventative mousse will work you do not have to use a lot of body I get a lot of

questions I can't find a lot of body it does not matter this is just something

I've gotten used to when I find a product I like I use it up if you find a

product you like you use it up and all I do is detangle and put moves through it

it doesn't take long at all just because it's here it's a lot shorter and I don't

have that many packs so it's not that much hair to kind of separate detangle

and I have done that maybe two times and aware of this hair so I did it last

night because I knew I was gonna get up and film and I wanted everything look

pop in on camera and then I did it maybe Monday so a few days ago I don't

do it religiously so today Saturday I did it Monday Friday and this is how the

hair looks but now in terms of kind a Polly a lot of people ask me what

pineapple is I have to show you in almost every video so pineapple is when

you pull all the hair to the front so your hair old

supposed to look like a pineapple and you put a scrunchie around

it I just use this kind of bigger scrunchie and I use that to my hair it's

supposed to look kinda like a pilot you know what a pineapple looks like so

everything is in the front and then you just grab your scarf always need a big

bonnet you guys ask me where I get this upon it from it does not have to be this

bonnet but I got it from Target and I'll leave the link down below but you can

just run it to your target I've seen that several and buy this on it and then

you put them on and on and this is how I've been going to sleep it's very

simple very low-maintenance when I wake up in the morning one of the quickness

wake up in the morning Styles that I've had and I take this off all I gotta do

is really do like that figure out where I want the curls to fall I put you know

edge control my edges lay them things down and then I go and then I have this

style it's so simple so easy can't get any simpler than that you guys know I'm

all about low maintenance this hair has been very low maintenance so overall

first week thoughts I like it like the consistency think it's very low

maintenance frizz has not been to any extreme level and if it is kind of your

show it seeing a little bit of frizz it's also because I have a color you

guys know colors kind of tend to friends more than darker hair that's my first

week thoughts I'm hoping like I said I'm not gonna get that much wear out of it

because it's brainless but I think then I'm gonna get you know some pretty good

wear out of it so stay tuned to see my final thoughts of this hair al so now

your girl is back and it has been two and a half weeks with this hair and I

know you guys are like two and a half weeks you couldn't have got any further

use out of that hair I definitely cut out if you guys follow me on instagram

at lille about 89 you guys know on Monday I start my new job I switch not

careers I switch the job so I gave my two weeks in and now on Monday I start

my newest job and I'm super excited but I need a curl or you know your first day

at work you want to go in you want to lay and all that not this hair doesn't

slay but I need something that's a little bit more needy Livan if you

follow my channel what curl do you associate with me that I'll trade

bohemian curl the main concept Beach curl the presto curl by free trust but

those more so fit my face those are the hairs I feel comfortable in and if I'm

going to walk in on my first day of work and take my first day at work picture

what kind of hair am I gonna have in a spirally curl hair so I'm about to

install the main concept sassy girl because I've been dying to try that hair

and because I think it's just gonna give me a look that I'm gonna love not that

I'm not loving this look but I don't want to go in with a two and a half week

braid lift style that is kind of raising it up a little bit I want to go in with

something fresh something new something more me on my first day so I think I

could have worn it in this braid list style for another week just because with

braids looks like I just mentioned it loosens up a lot so it's a lot of

movement a lot of wiggle room on it so your hair isn't braided down up under

here you're gonna get a lot more looseness than you would if you're here

was actually braid it the hair itself how long I think you would be able to

wear it if you actually did a normal braid method I think it could be about 4

to 5 weeks so we're out of this here before you would just be like ok time to

take it out it's a little bit too frizzy for me now my overall thoughts on this

hair I'd say is it activewear friendly is it water friendly that's the question

I always get activewear I definitely give it a big thumbs up kudos for it

especially it being worn short but water friendly a lot of you guys want to know

is that water friendly I got the same question in my free transferring laQuan

corolla video and my answer is the exact same I don't personally in my opinion

think I would wear this hair on vacation to the beach on a cruise or anything

like that I think you can get it wet with any of the hairs that I tried you

can physically dip your head in water and get it wet you had that capacity but

when you come out of that water I think this hair it's gonna look good

for the first you know hour to then it's gonna start to air dry and all that and

it's gonna get a lot more frizzy now this is the level frizz just on land

this is I haven't wetness here I haven't washed this here at all but I have

washed my prestressed when you got one curl hair and then once I air let it air

dry it got a lot frizzy and it's a lot of maintenance that goes into what I

think you can wear this hair to the beach if you want to but there are hairs

out there if you guys watched my video on the hair set I feel our Beach

approved those hairs are gonna be a lot lower maintenance after the fact they're

gonna still look good after you get them wet this here is just gonna look a lot

frizzier after you get it wet and that's just my

opinion on it but if you have tried this hair and you've worn it on vacation

you've worn it to the beach you've gotten all kinds of wet

and chlorine and now that is hair and washed it and it held up amazingly well

let me know down below I need to pass this information on to my audience I

think this is way better than the free tres ringlets Juan curl haircuts in my

opinion just in terms of how it is with frizz and dealing with it so if I were

to choose a curl that I preferred more it definitely would be sensational

Jamaica mounts over free trucks ringlets Wong curl so if you enjoyed this video

make sure you give it a big thumbs up if you guys want to see in the other hairs

ThemeMaker Review | How to build a WordPress Theme? - Duration: 8:54.

ThemeMaker Review - ThemeMaker Bonus

I'm gonna give you a run through a ThemeMaker I'm gonna start with the basics

for beginners I'm gonna lead you right the way through to some more of the

advanced features that he advanced Jesus now I'm not just interested in giving

you a chill I want to be with you every single step of the way so let's start

with the members area and of course this user theme maker why would I bother

using anything else why would I bother buying WordPress things and just make me

old from scratch so let's login and here we are on the dashboard but this is

where you're gonna find everything you need to know when it comes to theme

maker but for now I'm gonna head on over to the trailing page now like I said I'm

not just interested in giving you the tool I've got tailor-made training for

every skill level so no matter where you are whether you're completely new to

WordPress or whether you're an advanced user that wants to make custom themes

from a PSD without code I have tailor-made training to do just that

I even have a handy optional skill test that I'll tell you the best place to

jump in and start creating your themes with ThemeMaker okay so let's start with

some pre-made themes with theme maker you're gonna get 11 pre-made themes and

these install with one-click so let's import the magazine theme click import

let that run and now we open our website

we have a full-blown magazine website theme all loaded ready for us to jump in

and start editing and of course we don't make it you can always uninstall and

install another one now the first powerful feature inside FEMA kit is the

options panel this is where we set up the defaults for our WordPress theme to

use so we can set the main colors that our websites gonna be using the font the

buttons the layout our logos so that when we start creating our theme we

haven't got to be messing about with certain fonts finding colors we can just

jump in and start creating the next feature we have is the

template creator and there is nothing else on the market that has this this

allows you to create the templates for all your pages to use your posts to use

your search page your category all from directly inside this section and for

more advanced users you can even create your own post loops now for beginners we

have a wizard for you to use to create your theme and all we need to do is

click page wizard the wizard load up and now we can design our theme visually I

get the structure of the page exactly how we want it instead of messing about

with a pre-made theme where you delete and bits that you don't like we can plan

our page exactly the way we want it so I can open the categories I can select

headers I can drop this header on with an opt-in form bar next I can go I want

some content and I can go right I like this one so I want that section there I

can open this up I can say I want a blog I can go right I'm on this blog and I

want it below there done and of course we can preview in real time on mobile

tablet and desktop once we structured the pace how we want we can add our

footer

I'll our themes ready to go I'm ready to customize now all of these colors are

automatically using the ones that we've already set up inside the theme options

panel once we have the page structured exactly how we want it we click generate

page and then we can go in and customize the content now for intermediate users

we have a framework and this basically creates your pages and your templates so

that all you have to do is jump in and start customizing and I show you how to

take the framework and turn it into this but I was ever writing a line of code

for Advanced Jesus I want to show you how to take this PSD and turn it into

this fully functioning web press website from scratch so once you've created our

templates we can then go in and start adding our content and to do that we

have to theme make a builder so if I click Edit on the home page this is

where we can then go in and completely customize our site so I want to change

the headline I can just open that tape in my new headline and I can see it in

real time and then from there we can go in and we can style it so we can change

the color make it a custom font increase the size I'm more now the theme acre

Builder features tons of elements that you can just drag and drop inside your

page want to display content inside a device let's open up one of our smart

elements and inside this we can put YouTube videos we can have the slider we

can put images and then we just pick what device you want to use iPad MacBook

we can adjust the size or go to style

and we can see live as we read in elements I'm not a powerful feature

inside theme maker is the fact that we can use presets so I can use the Select

mode I can highlight something that I've made and I think I like I'm going to

reuse I can click save to preset give it a name

save and now I can reuse this preset anywhere on my page plus I can use

preset from the preset library so if I go preset slow preset you can see icons

are getting ADIZ in I can also drag in the one I've just made my preset and of

course the pages and post you can also use the wizard to structure them pages

as well let's move on to the next powerful feature and eyes elements so

instead of just being stuck with the pre selection of inside theme maker you can

make your own custom elements from a combination of any of these and then use

them anywhere on your site so let's say I want to make a latest post element

like this on any page or post and just go insert elements custom elements blog

elements now here's where the real power comes in let's say I want to make an

opt-in form with an image and I wanted to show on every single post I can make

it custom elements in here place it inside my template and then if I ever

need to go in and make a change I can just change this element and it'll

update on the entire website now we're still only scratching the surface on

what FEMA can do I didn't want this video to drag on but

like I said inside the members area it doesn't matter what skill level you're

at whether you're brand new or what do you know advanced I want to walk you

through step by step and show you how to make it a complete theme without ever

writing a line of code all by drag-and-drop so that you can create a

completely custom sites like this this

this and this I'm for Advanced Jesus you can even customize the post loops which

is what we're press users to pull in the search results so head on over and check

out the ThemeMaker because there is nothing on the market that comes even close to

the power and flexibility of theme maker stop wasting money on buying themes

don't worry about having to pay a coder to make changes on your website and

instead of building sites for your clients using the same theme that every

other electrician plumber and lawyer on the planet is using start building

custom sites because you can charge five to ten times more for a bespoke design

anybody can create a custom theme with theme maker

Thank you for watching oru ThemeMaker review. don`t forget to get your ThemeMaker bonus package

Jeep Wrangler Rough Country 4" Lift Kit - Shocks (1997-2002 TJ) Review & Install - Duration: 42:57.

This Rough Country 4-inch lift kit with shocks is for those of you that have a 1997 to 2002

TJ, that are looking for a 4-inch lift kit that will allow you to run a set of 33-inch

tires on your TJ.

If you are planning on running a larger 35-inch tire, you're probably going to wanna step

up to a 6-inch lift that will give you plenty of room for articulation and for those big

tires.

And if you wanna step down to a 31-inch tire, you can probably get away with a 2.5-inch

lift kit, who again, 4-inch lift kits on a TJ are really ideal for a 33-inch tire.

The reason that this is a '97 to 2002 lift kit and not the full range of the TJ is because

of these transfer case drop brackets here.

It did change a little bit from 2002 to 2003.

So make sure you get the proper lift kit for your year Jeep.

Now, Rough Country makes a good lift kit.

A fairly complete lift kit, but a lift kit that is a little bit less expensive than some

of the others out there, and that makes this a very good starter kit.

This is a way that you can get those 33s on your jeep, drive down the road, drive off-road,

and then slowly add things, modify things, and change things, and upgrade things as you

find necessary for your Jeep to work exactly how you want it to.

So for a 4-inch lift kit, that includes lower control arm shock springs and all of the brackets

that you need to get installed.

This is going to be less expensive than some of the other options out there.

So starting with the construction of this lift kit, it's going to include all of the

parts you see here and some that it couldn't even fit on the table.

Starting here, you have your springs, and this is what's going to provide those four

inches of lift.

So, from Rough Country, you're going to get both front and rear springs, no spacers, all

of the lift is going to come from your springs.

Down here, of course, you have a new longer set of shocks that will accommodate that new,

taller ride height.

These are going to be the N3 shocks from Rough Country.

And as you can see by the banding on here, these are going to be a nitrogen charged shocks.

So when you're looking at shocks, really, you have two different camps, hydraulic and

nitrogen.

The nitrogen charge in a shock like this is there to eliminate any cavitation or foaming

that can happen inside of the shock fluid, which can eventually cause some shock fade.

In general, a Nitro shock will ride a little bit stiffer than a hydraulic shock, but really,

the ride quality is going to come down to the valving, and if there is one area that

you can upgrade this lift kit, get a little bit more of a comfortable ride that is going

to be in the shocks.

Again, these are gonna be the proper length for your new ride height, so they're absolutely

going to work for you right out of the box.

But if you find that the ride is a little bit harsh, you can always swap those out for

a different set of shocks.

Over here, you have four lower control arms.

This is going to be for both the front and the rear of your Jeep.

So as you lift your Jeep, you actually are going to roll the pinion and upfront role

the caster as well.

So by having a longer set of lower control arms, you're able to correct that geometry

a little bit that's going to eliminate a little bit of the flighty feel from the caster and

also to help out your pinion angles, which will eliminate any sort of driveline vibration.

Another way that this lift kit eliminates any of those driveline vibes is by including

a transfer case drop bracket.

And we talked a little bit about that just a second ago.

So when you hit the 4-inch lift mark on a TJ that is not a Rubicon, you are going to

have to do something with that transfer case, either lowering it down or shortening it in

order to run a longer drive shaft.

Now, this is going to be the cheaper and easier way to go about eliminating any of those driveline

vibrations.

Now, you are adding lift and then adding something that is lowering down the belly of the jeep,

so if you do a lot of off-roading, especially on the rocks, you may want to upgrade this

down the line as well, going with that slip yoke eliminator, and CB drive shaft, but keeping

with the theme of this lift kit, they're able to keep costs down a little bit by going with

this and you can always upgrade it down the line if you choose to.

You're going to get a new longer set of both front and rear sway bar and links, again,

longer for that new, taller ride height.

Here, you have a rear track bar bracket that's going to help get your track bar angles back

in line a little bit and help your role center out just a little bit as well.

Again, the kit doesn't include any adjustable track bars, but that is something you could

add down the line.

And the final bracket that I have on the table here is this one, and that's going to go ahead

and relocate some of your transfer case linkage.

So if you had this drop bracket in place, but you don't have this linkage bracket in

place, you're not going to be able to shift very smoothly from two-wheel drive into four-wheel

drive and back again, so that's why that one is included.

So as you can see, you do get a lot of components here, especially for the price of this lift

kit.

It's gonna get you're rolling down the road and a lot of options to upgrade this kit down

the line.

And now, I'll have a member of our install team to show you how to get this installed

on your TJ.

First things first, we're gonna raise the vehicle up.

We're gonna begin by removing the wheels and tires.

The stock Lug nuts are gonna be a 19-millimeter.

First step of the disassembly, we're gonna remove the front sway bar links.

You're gonna need a T55 Torx Bit and an 18-millimeter socket or wrench.

Now, that we have the bottom undone, we're gonna remove these.

We're gonna save this hardware for reuse later on.

Next, we're gonna rotate this bar down.

Use a 15-millimeter socket to remove this nut.

Once you have that out, we're gonna take a hammer.

We're gonna smack the side of the sway bar, crack this free.

Same thing with the other side, use a 15-millimeter.

Remove the nut.

Take a hammer, smack it until it comes out.

Next step, we're gonna support the axle with jack stands.

Now that we have the axle supported, we're gonna remove the track bar bolt using a 15-millimeter

socket.

Next step, we're gonna remove the shocks.

You're gonna need a half inch wrench and a half inch socket.

We're gonna do the same thing for the other side, half-inch wrench up top, half-inch socket

down the bottom.

Pull those out.

We're gonna save the hardware for later.

Now, we're gonna remove our pull jacks, lowering the axle down and then we're gonna work on

getting the top of the shocks off.

This will also free up the spring so we can remove them.

It's also a good idea at this point in time to remove your axle vent tube.

You can just pry that off, and that'll give us a little more room when we're lowering

the axle down.

Next up, with the axle lowered, we're gonna remove the factory springs.

The next step, we're going to switch out the factory lower control arms for the new Rough

Country control arms.

You're gonna mark where the stock cam location is, and then we'll proceed taking that out.

We'll begin by marking where the stock cam location is.

That way when we put the new control arms in, we have a good starting point.

You're gonna need a 21-millimeter socket and a wrench.

I'm gonna crack these loose.

The other side.

Now, we're gonna place our Jack stands underneath the axle.

So now that we have the axle supported, we're gonna go ahead and remove the lower control

arms completely.

We're gonna do one side at a time, that way our axle doesn't roll away from us.

If the bolt doesn't wanna come out, you can place the nut back on it, so you don't mess

up the threads, smack it out with a hammer.

So now that we have this stock control arm out, we're gonna replace it with the Rough

Country control arm.

We're gonna insert the top, use the factory bolt, secure it with the nut, now we'll go

ahead and replace our cam bolt down here.

We're using the factory hardware, you're gonna go ahead and secure that one.

We're gonna align our cam marks up, and then we're gonna do the same thing to the other

side.

Same thing, back the control arm up.

We use this factory hardware, we'll get that secured.

We're gonna use our cam bolt for the front.

Now that both sides are loose, we can roll the axle forward since these are a little

longer than stock, and that way we can get our cam bolts back in.

We're gonna place our washer and our nut, and now we wanna tighten this up.

We'll just keep those snug for now because we still wanna lower it down and get our springs

in.

So now, we're ready to install the springs and shocks.

We're gonna remove the jack stands and then we're gonna lower the vehicle down.

So we're gonna remove this bolt holding this brake line here to give us a little extra

slack.

And you're gonna need a T 40 Torx bit for that.

So now, we're ready to install the spring.

We're gonna go ahead, get this up and over the bump stop, and get it situated.

Once we have it where we want it, we'll use our pry bar to get the spring in there.

So this spring does have a seat down in here, and you wanna make sure that the bottom lines

up and bottoms out with that, just like that.

You're gonna do the same thing for the other side.

I'm gonna get the spring in there, get it lined up with our pry bar.

I want to get this spring in there.

And you wanna spin it so that it seats.

So now, we're gonna put our jack stands back underneath.

So now, we're ready to install the shocks.

We wanna place a washer in the bushing, we're gonna go up through the hole and doing the

bushing, and then a washer, and then the supplied nut.

And that's a 14-millimeter nut, so we're gonna tighten that up, and then we'll get the bottom

in.

For the bottom, we're gonna re-use our stock hardware.

Same thing with the opposite side.

We're gonna do a washer, bushing, another bushing, a washer, and then the supplied nut.

Tighten it up with a 14-millimeter.

We're gonna use that half inch wrench and a half inch socket again.

So now we're ready to install the new sway bar link brackets.

Using the provided hardware, we're gonna put the washer on the bolt, insert that through

the bracket, screw the net on, and then we'll tighten that up snug.

Same thing for the other side.

Bolt, washer, up through the bracket, and then install the nut.

These are also slotted, so you have some side to side movement.

We'll adjust that later on once we get the links in.

For now, we're just gonna get those snug, assemble the links, and install those.

So now, we're ready to assemble the sway bar links.

We need to press these sleeves into here.

So we're gonna do that with a vice.

It's a good idea to spray the inside with WD-40 or some sort of lubricant because it

will make the sleeves slide in a little better.

And we're gonna put it in our vice.

I'm going to just wiggle it back and forth, make sure it doesn't get caught.

You should do the same thing with the other side.

And then the same thing, we're gonna press it through, wiggle it, make sure it doesn't

get stuck.

All right.

Now we're ready to install the sway bar link.

We want the band to face towards the frame.

Using the larger bolts, we're gonna place a washer on there and then install in that.

You wanna make sure that you face the bolt this way so that it doesn't contact the frame.

We're gonna use factory hardware for the bottom so I'll re-install that, our washer, and then

the nut.

Now that we got that in, we'll go and do the other side, and then we'll tighten everything

up.

Same thing, offsite goes towards the frame, place a washer on the bolt.

We're gonna install our nut.

Place a 19 on this side, an 18 on this side.

We'll go ahead and tighten this up.

For the bottom, we're gonna use a T55 Torx and an 18-millimeter wrench.

And now, we're twist these tight and we're gonna tighten this one up.

And that's gonna to be a 14-millimeter on the top and bottom.

The next step of this installation, we're gonna get ready to install the track bar.

For the factory track bar, we have to drill a new hole.

So we're gonna measure over three-quarters of an inch from the center of this hole, and

then we're gonna make our mark, and then we'll draw a new hole there.

So using a 7/16 drillbit, we're gonna drill a new hole.

Last but not least, we're gonna re-install the deafen tube.

Make sure that you have extra slack.

And then once we get the vehicle on the ground, we'll get the track bar in.

Now that we've completed the front install, we're ready to disassemble the rear.

We're gonna begin by placing jack stands underneath the axle.

Compress the springs a little bit, and then we're gonna remove the track bar.

Begin by removing this bolt from the track bar.

You're gonna need a 15 for this side, and then an 18 for the other.

Next up, we're gonna remove the shocks.

We're gonna need a 15 and an 18.

We're gonna do the same thing for the other side.

We're gonna retain this factory hardware for reuse.

Now that we have the shocks disconnected, we're gonna lower the axle, pull the springs

out, take care of some other loose ends.

Pull these springs out.

We're gonna remove the axle vent tube, and we'll re-route that to give us a little more

length.

Now, we're gonna remove the factory sway bar links.

You're gonna need an 18-millimeter for the top.

And for the bottom, you're gonna need an 18 and a 15 for the inside.

Same thing for the other side, an 18 and 15 for the bottom.

So the next step, we're gonna remove the bolt out of the track bar from the axle.

You're gonna need a T55 Torx.

We're gonna save this bolt as we're gonna re-use it later on.

Now we're gonna pull the factory track bar out, set that aside, and then we're gonna

take this plastic cover off.

Next step, using a 13-millimeter socket and a long extension, we're gonna remove the two

bolts out of the top of the shock.

Next, we're gonna remove the OE control arms and replace them with the new Rough Country

ones.

We'll use a 21-millimeter on both sides.

And we're gonna install our new control arm.

We're using the factory hardware.

Now, that we're able to roll the axle, we can install the new control arms and align

those bad boys up.

Same thing for the other side, I'm gonna start with the top.

Insert our OEM bolt, and then we're gonna twist our axle.

We'll reinstall the lower control arm.

And now that we have them all in, we're just gonna tighten them up, just to get them snug.

Next step, we're gonna install the new Rough Country track bar relocation bracket into

the axle.

Using the supplied hardware, we're gonna insert a sleeve, use the provided bolt and the nut

to give us on the backside.

Once we have that on, we're gonna take a 5/16 drill bit, we're gonna enlarge this hole down

here, and then we're gonna do the same for the top hole.

Next, using the supplied hardware, we're gonna insert a bolt with a washer on it, and we'll

place our lock washer.

This is where I use a magnet.

We're gonna use a half inch wrench on the inside and a half inch socket on the outside.

I'm gonna go ahead and tighten that up.

Same thing, we're, gonna tighten this up using a half inch.

And since you can't really get a wrench in there, I like to just stick a screwdriver

in there, pry against the nut.

It holds it in place for the most part.

Next step, we're gonna install the springs and shocks.

We're gonna place this spring up into its seat.

Same thing for the other side, we're gonna go ahead and install it over the top bump

stop.

Use our pry bar.

Go ahead, kick in partially, lift up a little bit more, slide it over the spring seat.

So now, we're ready to install the top of the shocks.

You're gonna need a 13-millimeter socket on a long extension.

I like to get the outer bolt started, then we can put our shock up and slide it on, and

then we'll get the other one in and tighten those up.

Just makes it a little easier because the outer one is in a tight spot.

Same thing goes for the other side.

Get that outside bolt started.

Now, before we raise the axle up, we're gonna install this bolt in the track bar.

That way, we can get an impact socket on there.

So we need to fish that up through, and we're gonna use the factory bolt that we removed.

Wiggle that bad boy into place.

We'll install our tab knot, and then we'll tighten that up.

We're gonna need a T55 Torx.

So now, that we've got our track bar bolt in, we're ready to raise the axle up.

That's gonna be our next step.

Then we'll get the bottom of these shocks in.

We wanna make sure that the Jeep doesn't come up off the lift, and we're compressing the

springs.

Now, we're ready to install the lower section of the shock.

We're gonna reuse the factory hardware for this.

We may have to spread these tabs somewhat to get the shocks and the new bushings to

fit in there.

We're gonna use a 15-millimeter on this side and an 18 on the other side.

Same thing with the other side, set our shock in.

We're gonna use our factory hardware.

And we're gonna tighten it up using our 18 and our 15.

Now that we have our shocks installed, we can remove our Jack stands.

So next thing, to add a little more length to this differential two breather, we're gonna

pull that back out through here.

I'm gonna go ahead and reattach that on there.

And then we'll add a zip tie here to keep it up and out of the way.

Let me go ahead and tie it to a zip tie around all these lines here, and trim that, and cut

that excess off.

In this step, we're gonna assemble the rear sway bar links.

Rough Country provides you with links, however their sleeves that need pressed in.

So we're gonna take our WD-40, add a little lubrication, and we'll insert those, and we're

gonna press them in with a vice.

So we're gonna press them in, wiggle them until they're fully seated.

Do the same thing with the other side.

Press them in, make sure they don't get stuck, same thing with the other link.

So now we're ready to install the rear sway bar links.

Rough Country provides new hardware for the top.

We're gonna use the factory tab nut, but we're not gonna use the bolt.

We're gonna use a new bolt with a washer on.

We're gonna go ahead and install that.

We'll get the rear installed.

We're gonna place a washer on our bolt.

Install the bolts through here, through the sway bar, another washer, and then a nut.

So you want a washer on each side of the bushing.

We're gonna do the same thing for the other side.

Bolt, washer, and we're gonna use the factory tab knot.

Same thing for the bottom.

A bolt, a washer.

We're gonna place another washer on the inside through the sway bar, and then we'll install

the nut.

We're gonna tighten everything using a 17-millimeter.

We're gonna use 17 for the bottom, and we'll do the same thing for the other side.

So now we're gonna go around and tighten the control arms.

You're gonna need a 21 socket and a 21 wrench.

Now, we're ready to install the transfer case dropped kit provided by Rough Country.

First step, we're gonna access the driver's side of the vehicle.

We're gonna pull the carpet up so that we can access the four bolts that hold the bracket.

Next, we're gonna use a 10-millimeter and remove these four bolts.

So now that we've removed the four bolts from the interior, we're gonna go ahead and pull

this bracket off.

So then just pull down on it, slide it off of the pin, and now we're going to attach

a drop bracket to this.

So first off, we're gonna use a 10-millimeter to remove these.

We're gonna pull all that out, set that aside for now.

And we're gonna take our drop bracket.

We're gonna re-use the factory bolts.

Then we're gonna take that, insert that in there, add that plate back on there, and then

we're gonna use the new hardware to re-install that.

And the new hardware is an 11-millimeter.

So we're gonna use an 11-millimeter wrench, socket.

So now we're ready to install the spacers for the transfer case drop.

We're gonna support it with the Jack stand where I remove one side, loosen the other

side, we'll stick a spacer in this side, and then we'll get started on the other side.

We're gonna need a 3/4 inch socket to remove these bolts.

So now we're gonna lower this down and see if the drop's enough that we can get that

spacer in there.

So now that we have the drop spacers, we're gonna go ahead and plug the ends.

Now, Rough Country gives you longer bolts.

They're the same size, 3/4-inch.

So we're gonna go ahead and install our spacer, insert our bolts.

We're gonna use our 3/4 inch.

I'll go ahead and tighten this up.

Tighten this back up.

So now we're gonna do the same thing with the other side.

We're gonna support the transfer case skid plate with a Jack, and then we'll pull these

three bolts out.

We're gonna get those ends in.

So now we're gonna lower this down.

We'll install our spacer.

Now that we have these in, we're gonna go ahead, use a 3/4, and we'll tighten these

up, and then we'll finish tightening on the other side, and we'll be all good to go.

When doing the transfer case dropped along with the drop bracket, we're gonna need to

adjust the four-wheel drive linkage.

Now the four-wheel drive linkage, you're gonna need to loosen this 13-millimeter here, and

you're going to slide this rod forward.

That's gonna drop the handle back down.

And then once we get that properly adjusted, we're gonna run it through all the gears and

make sure that everything's okay.

So we have that adjusted.

We're gonna go ahead and tighten this back up and then we'll reinstall the transfer piece

bracket assembly.

So now we're ready to install the bracket.

We're gonna go ahead, and you wanna slide that bottom section on, make sure you get

the pin in.

And then once we have it in place, we'll go inside, may take two people, and we'll get

those 10-millimeter bolts back in.

You're gonna want someone underneath holding the bracket up for you.

Now that we're almost finished with our install, the last step is to install the track bars.

The best way to do this, we're gonna put the wheels back on the vehicle, and have the weight

of the vehicle on the ground to help us get the last bolt in.

We're gonna use a 19-millimeter to tighten up the lug nut.

Now we're gonna lower the vehicle to the ground.

So now that we have the Jeep lowered, looks like the track bar lines up with the hole.

I'm gonna insert that bolt back through there, nut back on, and then we'll tighten it up

using a 15 socket and an 18-millimeter wrench.

Brace yourselves because this may take a while.

So the best way to install this front track bar bolt and to get this to line up is to

have someone turn the steering wheel.

All right.

So now that we have that together, we'll go ahead and tighten that up and that finishes

up.

So this kit's gonna run you just shy of $600 in that, it's going to be pretty inexpensive

for all of the components that you're getting here.

As I mentioned, Rough Country is known for doing that, putting together a complete lift

kit that's also less expensive than some of the other options out there, and this is definitely

going to get you rolling down the road, but if you choose to upgrade it down the line,

it gives you a lot of opportunity to do that as well.

So for a starter lift kit, I think this one is very fairly priced.

So if you are looking for an inexpensive starter lift kit to get you rolling on a set of 33-inch

tires, I definitely recommend taking a look at this kit from Rough Country and you can

find it right here at extremeterrain.com.

Jeep Wrangler Rugged Ridge Dual A-Pillar Light Mounting Brackets (2007-2018 JK) Review & Install - Duration: 5:12.

If you're looking for an affordable bolt-on A-pillar mount for some smaller off-road auxiliary

lights, and you don't wanna cut or drill into your Jeep, these Rugged Ridge dual light mounting

brackets are gonna be a good option for you and your '07 to '17 JK.

This dual-mount will allow you to mount two single post lights on each mount, giving you

four lights in total, as well as the flexibility of how the lights are set up.

You're able to mount different beams, like spot or flood, you can adjust the position

of the lights, and you can even mount different colors.

These are gonna mount directly to the A-pillar with the existing bolts, making these a very

easy one out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter, and I'll tell you more about the install

in just a moment.

This might be a small mod, but this was definitely constructed with ruggedness and functionality

in mind.

Like I briefly hit on earlier, these mounts are able to specifically hold four single-post

small-body lights.

You'll be able to mount a variety of different lights in terms of size, shape, and brand,

but I would recommend you stick with a smaller LED light pod because that's what these mounts

are designed to accept.

I recommend taking a look at our Raxiom or Rugged Ridge 3-inch square pod LED lights,

which are just like the ones featured in the product page.

What I really like about this light mount is that you can choose different beam patterns

and adjust the light wherever you want the beam.

Floodlights are usually better to direct towards the sides and spot beams towards the front

so this gives you that flexibility to do so.

Some other options are constructed differently, where you're not able to adjust the lights

side-to-side, and only up and down, and this was well thought out, to allow that.

The mounts are made of heavy-duty steel with a black, textured, powder-coat finish that's

gonna resist any rust or corrosion, and provide a rugged look overall that will match, really,

any mod that you have on your Jeep.

The backs of these mounts have a rubber gasket to help prevent any contact between this steel

and the body of your Jeep, so that your paint is protected.

This has a perfect fit around the A-pillar curve and it reuses the bolts that are there

from the factory.

Speaking of that, I would like to note that this dual-mount is not compatible with the

50-inch LED light bar mounts, because the side wraps around the A-pillar, and it would

not fit properly with that curve.

If you are looking to mount a 50-inch LED light bar, I would recommend to check out

some of our other compatible options, like the dual-mounts offered by Off Camber by MBRP

that are compact.

These are one of the most affordable, adjustable, dual-light mounts on the site at this time,

costing right around $75.

This is not the least expensive dual A-pillar mount on the site overall, but compared to

those lower-priced options, they're not gonna have the full adjustability like these will,

and they won't allow you to rotate the light left or right.

Like I mentioned before, these are not compatible with most 50-inch LED light bar mounting options,

but we do have some more expensive mounts that will provide the compatibility and work

in conjunction with those mounts.

As always, with Rugged Ridge products, these mounts come with a five-year limited warranty,

giving you a peace of mind on the trails.

I personally think that, with all of the options that these mounts present, that they're definitely

worth the price.

This is gonna be a very simple one out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter, and

will take you about 30 minutes to install just the mounts.

You're only gonna need a T40 torque bit, and a ratchet, or an impact wrench to make things

a little bit quicker.

The first step is to remove the two upper and front of the T40 torque bolts.

Next, we're going to install the A-pillar bracket using the previously removed T40 torque

bolts.

It's best to start these all in by hand first, to avoid cross-threading.

I'm currently tightening T40 torque bolts.

Repeat the same for the opposite side.

You have now successfully have completed the install of the Rugged Ridge dual A-pillar

light mount bracket.

So, if you're looking for an affordable and flexible dual off-road light mounting option,

these Rugged Ridge brackets are gonna be a good pick.

This is Meredith with XT, and for everything Wrangler, keep it right here at extremeterrain.com.

Elite Echelon 2018 review - Duration: 7:04.

Hi my name is Zulfadhli Ruslan from Excella Archery Proshop.

Today I will do a review on the new bows from Elite.

Echelon 39 and Echelon 37.

2018 Elite has released their new line up of target bows

the Echelon 39 and the Echelon 37

On my right is the Echelon 39

It mass weight is 4.7 pound

The ATA is 39 inches long

the Brace Height for the bow is 7 Inches

and the Let Off that Elite offers

starts from 75% till 90%

The speed of the bow can reach up to 346 FPS

And to my left is the Echelon 37

the FPS is much faster compared to the Echelon 39

and the brace height is slightly shorter, 6.75 inches

the difference between this two bows is the limbs.

the both share the same size of riser.

Elite has also implemented a few new technology into this bow

Such as split limbs

Adjustable cable slides

And what is the most interesting part is

you have 2 options for the draw stop.

A limb stop and cable stop

Elite has also maintained with the riser cage technology

to help reduce vibration and to strengthen the bow

Elite has Offered 8 different colors for the Echelon 2018

The draw length for the Echelon 37 starts from

26.5 - 31 inches

where as the for the Echelon 39 starts from

27.5 - 32 Inches

Now i will do a hands on review on the bow.

So now i will be Shooting the Echelon 39

I will be only shooting the 39 because

There is not much difference between the 39 and 37

so i will be shooting the Scott Advantage release

So the feeling of the bow

is quite similar to the Victory 39

However the Grip feels totally different compared to the Victory

So to whoever that shoots the victory 39

Needs sometime to get use to it.

Because the grip on the echelon feels bigger

the surface on the is flatter.

So currently I am using the cable stop

Im not using the limb stop

Its because I want to feel the push and pull

from the strings and the let off from the bow

I will shoot one more time

The bow is actually quite heavy

i cant bring my old stabilizer setup from before

The Back wall on the bow actually feels really solid

The valley on the bow feels really nice too

The vibration on the bow is also very little

The riser cage from Elite really helps reduce the vibration tremendously

The Echelon riser is much bigger in thickness.

which helps minimize the vibration on the bow after the shot.

I will shoot one last arrow

to try and explain further about this bow.

The bow's draw cycle actually feels really smooth

similar to the elite victory

The back wall and valley feels really solid and nice,

which Elite bows are well known for.

They also make really right let off for their bows.

Like right now im shooting with the 90% let off draw stop.

It feel super solid and light i can actually talk even at full draw.

That is all for this bow.

Overall Elite has brought something really new.

For anyone that is interested in the bow is

you can head on over to Excella to test the bow out before you purchase it.

As i said earlier the grip feels really different compared to the victory

If you are changing from the Victory to Echelon,

you will need sometime to get use to it

It also took me sometime to get use to it.

I TRIED DRAWING PRO ART WITH A $70 DRAWING TABLET - Gaomon M106k Pen Tablet Unboxing + Review - Duration: 10:12.

Alright, let's go.

Yes, that was my epic unboxing montage.

And if I do any more product reviews, you can probably expect to see more of those.

So, yes or no, is this tablet worth the money?

Yes.

Because, as of the time of me releasing this video, it is only $70 on Amazon, and there

are links to that in the description.

So, when I was younger, I had to wait to get my first tablet for quite a while.

There was a pretty lengthy period of time where I would just draw on paper, scan it

and then color it with a mouse, in GIMP.

At the Library.

But nowadays that just does not have to happen.

If you have a computer, you can do digital art.

If you have a computer, there is no excuse.

You don't need Photoshop, you don't need a Wacom Cintiq, you apparently don't even

need a Wacom at all, if that's something that you can't afford.

Two hundred dollars is hard.

But seventy dollars is less hard.

Ask someone to get it for you, and pay them back with free art.

No I'm just kidding, do not do that.

But really, ask for it for Christmas, or save up and get it yourself.

If digital art is something that you have been waiting to get into, and you have a desktop

computer or a laptop, stop waiting.

Download Medibang Paint for free and get your hands on a Gaomon M106K, and you can become

a digital artist for cheaper than some digital artists commision prices.

Now, is this tablet any good?

Yes.

Is it great?

Yes.

Mostly.

I've actually stuck with the same drawing tablet before for quite a while now, I've

been using the Wacom Intuos 4M.

And as you saw, it looks just about the same as the Gaomon M106k that they sent me.

So of course I've had no real issues with the Wacom, but how did the Gaomon shape up?

Well, let me tell you.

So I am drawing this pirate knight character concept as suggested by some friends over

on art amino.

Speaking of which, if you have art amino, search for my name, I am there.

Link in description as well.

So anyway I had sketched it before the Gaomon tablet arrived, and I decided that I would

color it with the new tablet.

As you saw from my unboxing, everything was clean, neat, and well-packaged.

The Gaomon box was very nice, and undamaged as well.

My very first impression was that the tablet was very light, much lighter than the Wacom

Intuos, which is of comparable size.

So I was a bit surprised in that regard.

However the Intuos is pretty old so, maybe they just come lighter nowadays.

I couldn't tell ya.

I almost didn't see the wires for the new tablet, they were in a small compartment of

the side of the box.

The whole thing is packed very efficiently.

So I plugged it into my computer and immediately made a mistake.

The software drivers for the wacom were still installed on my PC.

And I did not realize that you have to uninstall the old drivers before installing the new

ones.

And so I just installed the new ones, right over top of the old ones, and then I thought

the new tablet was defective because it wasn't working right.

But no, it was human error, specifically mine.

As much as I love being a digital artist, computers are just heck.

Windows 10 specifically is very heck, but hey, I am grateful to God that I do in fact

have a computer and means of creating my artwork.

I mean I would still do it if I was still stuck with pencils and printer paper like

when I was four.

But, the moral of the story is if you get your hands on a new tablet, make sure you

uninstall all tablet drivers before plugging in and installing drivers for that new tablet.

And if that is obvious information to you, than just remember, I am an old man and easily

confused.

So once I got the drivers squared away, I starting messing around with the tablet settings,

and everything I needed was there.

It has pressure sensitivity, over 2,000 levels from what it says, and that seems accurate.

It was very responsive in the tablet settings application, but one thing that you'll want

to fix in settings before you start, is to turn off "Windows ink".

Windows Ink is unnecessary, and if you have it on while you are trying to draw, it'll

think that your brush strokes are mouse scrolls.

So I just turned that off and it worked like a charm.

So once I finally got the tablet up and running I started drawing right away.

The main things I wanted to test for were lag, accuracy, and the shortcut buttons.

So as far as lag, there was none.

The canvas I was working on was about 3,000 by 4,500 pixels, and it did not lag one bit.

The accuracy seemed spot-on.

I've spent hundreds and hundreds of hours drawing with the Wacom Intuos, and it didn't

feel different at all to me to draw with the Gaomon M106K.

So in that respect I was fine as well.

The other thing was the shortcut buttons.

So as you saw during my epic unboxing montage, in addition to the twelve hotkeys on the side,

it has sixteen of what are called "soft-keys".

And these are basically even more hotkeys that you can hit with the pen.

So all in all it has twenty-eight shortcut buttons, and that's really neat.

I didn't really like the soft-keys, because hitting them with the pen was kind of tricky

for me.

Plus I don't really need more than twelve shortcuts, at that point I would just use

the keyboard.

But I'm sure it's a nice feature if you're into that sorta thing, and the twelve physical

buttons were spot on.

I mapped them to different things, like flipping the canvas, switching to the zoom cool, saving

my document, et cetera.

The reason I chose this artpiece specifically was that I'm coloring it in a way that's

using the full capabilities of the new tablet.

So for the flat colors, I used the lasso tool.

And the lasso tool of course does not require pen pressure, so I was purely testing the

accuracy and responsiveness, and again, zero lag.

As you can see, the lines are very clean and I had no trouble making them.

For the next stage of the artwork I used the hard round brush with pressure size and opacity.

And again, the pressure felt it did like with my old tablet.

After a certain point I wasn't even thinking about the fact that this was a different tablet.

So the quality was on par with Wacom in that respect.

In conclusion, the pros of the tablet are as follows.

No lag, much accuracy, works just like a Wacom intuos, very very low price.

The cons are, the drivers can be a bit tricky to set up, the tablet doesn't have wide-spread

support with Adobe, and the pen has to be charged.

However, I used the pen for over eight hours straight without charging it so I don't

think that'll really be a con.

I was very surprised and happy with this tablet and I recommend it to anybody who does not

already have a drawing tablet.

I don't even think I'm going to switch back to my Wacom tablet immediately, because

I actually like the shortcuts on the Gaomon quite a bit more.

In short, the tablet is recommended.

I created this illustration with it, spent about six hours total and had no more trouble

than I would with a Wacom.

Good job, Gaomon, ya made a good thing.

Anyway, leave a like, tell me what you think and subscribe if you haven't already.

Thank you for watching and a big thank you to my seven thousand six hundred and three

subscribers.

Okay bye.

That beginning part with the knife I had to reshoot like six times, and each time I was

scared as heck that I would accidentally cut myself.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Plus unboxing and Review -2018-'s Budget Android Champion - Duration: 8:03.

xiaomi redmi 5 plus unboxing and review s budget android champion version of

this phone is 4 gigabyte of ram with 64 gigabytes of storage space.

Also, this is a global version.

This time, a silicone case is including in the box.

Xiaomi firm is a massive deal in its homeland thanks to its range of well-made smartphones which deliver a polished user experience at a low cost.

Times are perhaps changing for the company, however; its Mi Mix and Mi Mix 2 phones are premium

propositions and it has been eyeing up a move into western markets for quite some time.

Even so, it hasn't forgotten its budget roots, and with that in mind we're taking a look at the Redmi 5,

Xiaomi's attempt to bring 16:9 screens to the masses.

Xiaomi used to reserve its "phablet" style budget phones for the Redmi Note range,

but this year it has dropped the "Note" moniker and has simply created two versions of the same basic handset - the Redmi 5 and the Redmi 5 Plus.

The former has a 720p screen and weaker chipset, but is cheaper and smaller.

The Plus version – which is what we're reviewing here – has the same basic design but a better screen and internal tech.

In terms of overall dimensions the Redmi 5 Plus is around the same size as the OnePlus 5T,

and has a pleasant rounded design which makes it comfortable to hold.

Most of the bodywork is metal, but there are plastic sections at both ends which allow the antenna to function.

In terms of design language it shares a lot with previous Xiaomi phones, and that's no bad thing.

The power button and volume rocker are on the right-hand edge, while the dual Nano SIM tray – which doubles as a MicroSD slot – is on the left.

The bottom has a single speaker and a Micro USB port (but this phone does not have USB Type-C here) and the top has a 3.5mm headphone jack and IR blaster,

the latter being a common feature on Xiaomi's phones.

On the back, there's a 12 megapixel camera,LED flash and fingerprint scanner;

the scanner rests just under your finger when you're holding the phone and is both fast and accurate.

Much was made of the Redmi 5 range's move to a 16:9 aspect ratio screen when it was first announced, and it certainly doesn't disappoint.

There are still small bezels at the top and bottom of the display,

but they're drastically reduced when compared to what budget buyers have been used to over the past few years.

The 5.99-inch IPS screen may lack the punch of an OLED panel but for 180 euro, it's hard to complain.

It's a 1080p display so everything looks sharp, and colours are generally bold and lively. Even blacks are quite deep,

which makes a nice change from the pale and pasty IPS screens we've seen on other budget blowers.

Otherwise this is an excellent panel.

While the Redmi 5 Plus is rocking Android Nougat, it has Xiaomi's custom UI skin sitting on top of it.

MIUI 9 has evolved over the years from a shameless iOS knock-off to one of the most slick and customisable interfaces in the Android space.

It's fast, smooth and comes with a host of exclusive features, as well as its own unique look.

since this is a global version It comes with installed Google applications so it's gone installed Chinese applications.

Aided by 4GB of RAM, it works alongside the already slick MIUI 9 to provide a smooth experience.

this phone will provide real pleasure to fans of gameplay, Everything works perfectly fine.

The Redmi 5 Plus has a 4000mAh battery which means it will last you well over a day of typical use;

a few times during our review period we were able to get through most of the following day on a single charge, too.

Without USB Type-C there's sadly no super-fast charging, but it doesn't take as long as you might expect to go from empty to full.

The Redmi 5 Plus' single 12-megapixel rear-facing snapper has a f/2.2 aperture and comes with phase detection autofocus,

but there's no optical image stabilisation. Image quality is incredible for a phone in this price bracket,

with images boasting striking detail and good colour replication.

The most surprising thing of all is that Xiaomi has included 4K video capture, and again, the quality is above average.

The front-facing selfie cam is 5 megapixel and does a perfectly acceptable job.

also the phone owns on the front LED flash for selfie picture.

Xiaomi once again proves it is the undisputed master of the low-cost Android handset.

What we have here is a large-screen phone with a powerful Snapdragon processor,

excellent camera, super-fast fingerprint scanner, superb UI and expandable storage.

No secondary camera means no fancy portrait modes and the lack of an NFC chip means it can't be used for mobile payments,

but these are small prices to pay for what represents a complete and utter bargain in the smartphone sector.

Detailed Review Of Castle | Detailed Review Of Halseys Songs #1 - Duration: 11:00.

they've got this Kingdom locked up

And there's an old man sitting on the throne that's saying I should probably keep my pretty mouth shut Straight for the castle

so I wrote that song pretty early on you know in the writing

process and I was making badlands my first album and it's funny how I use it

was such a prediction it was like a prophecy when I wrote that song I was 18

or 19 years old and the worst authority that I had in my life was like my mom my

dad and my geometry teacher so naturally I was filled with all this teen angst

and I was like yeah like screw you geometry teacher if my geometry teacher

is watching this also I just picked a subject I don't have any beef with you

I'm sorry oh I actually really liked my geometry teacher I should have picked a

different subject um now I'm thinking about the teachers I don't like that I

want to call out right now all right before this goes down a negative path

I'm gonna I'm gonna finish I was saying so you know as I started making music

and as I started showing up places I realized how much how much the music

industry likes to placate meaning you know I would show up places and say I'm

gonna write this album myself or I'm gonna produce this song myself or I'm

gonna direct this video myself and everyone want to go yeah yeah yeah of

course yeah yeah yeah and then I would show up and they'd be like okay we know

you want to director yourself well we got a director just in case we know you

said you wanted to write it yourself but we got you a writer just in case we know

you said he wanted to sing live but we prepared you a lip-sync track just in

case and it had me sitting there going so you just you just want to support the

narrative that I'm doing everything myself you don't want to actually let me

try you don't want to actually let me give it a shot

you don't have that kind of faith in me and so I decided from the beginning that

any person who was going to placate me instead of actually giving me the chance

to prove my self was someone that I did not want to

work with and that's what castle is about there's an old man sitting on a

throne they're saying I should probably keep my pretty mouth shut I'm so happy

that I wrote that song because you know in moments of in moments of weakness or

moments of vulnerability when I was thinking well god these people are

professionals and they don't seem like they think that I can do it myself maybe

I should just listen to them I would think back to that song and I

would think you're the girl that wrote Castle you're a badass what's wrong with

you go do it so you know if it's your first time hearing that song today I

hope you go home and you take a listen and if you're familiar with the song I

hope that it's meant something to you and I hope that you know it had the the

impact that I that I intended in the message that you should never ever ever

let anybody keep you from your throne that is what that song is about

donkeys caramelizes

you

you

they've got this Kingdom larger and there's an old man sitting on a

groaner say I should probably keep my pretty mouth shut

three for the castle

My New Motorcycle Racing Boots | RYO Raptor III Unboxing & Review | Spartan ProGear Co. - Duration: 10:40.

Full unboxing and review of RYO Raptor III Racing Boots from Spartan Pro Gear Co. RYO is a Taiwan based motorcycle safety gear manufacturer who designs and develops high quality products. The Raptor 3.0 is their latest offering and I wanted to upgrade to full racing boots for weekend rides and maybe some touring as well. Do LIKE, COMMENT & SHARE this video with your friends who would like something similar.

unboxing by a boy phantom right and today I'm going to show you my new

riding boots by this company called on our pronounce it Rio Rio Rio they start

of Taiwan company has been in operation for more than a decade and it's imported

and sold in India by Spartan ProGear which is very well known for also

importing empty helmets as you can see this is the box I received very keen

branding here you can see the size sorry for the noise here you can see the

sizes so this is a size 45 euro which is round 10 UK size what's on this beside

the gram handle again the size chart color is black the black is the only one

which is available in India right now and then here you have the imported by

Spartan progear in India really happy with

service as well and here is the size chart so if you're not sure what is the

one that will fit you this will help you out now guys one pro tip and please we

will like if you enjoy that pro tip before you buy any racing boots shoes

you should know that you need to go one size up then from your regular Footwear

like I wear a size 9 in my regular shoes and my sneakers so the thing is if you

order online and if you order the same size it will be either a very snug fit

or very tight so always go one size up that's why this is a size 45 I would

have ordered a size 44 but then I would have not being very comfortable with it

and if foot is also wider I suggest you go into the store personally and check

it out without further ado let's open this box it came very nicely packed from

Spartan and are you ready very clean packaging nothing much there you go this

is it guys check this out I hope I can focus all right feels very good very

good quality made very sturdy the branding again here on the side here as

well and a little bit of it here as well now as you can see the price the sticker

price is

8750 Indian rupees the the model name is Raptor 3 so it's the full size boot I

did not want to go for the ankle one because just knowing the benefits of

for having a full-size having full protection that's what I read for so

let's take both them out and both of them out and throw the Box away all

right you go so this is it guys check this out now let me just run it through

features

so let me just running through the specs guys I will take one of them in my hand

and the upper layer is made out of lorica or microfiber leather which is

basically man-made leather there should be water resistant but obviously is not

waterproof so for splashes at all it should be okay again I wanted something

which is breathable as well knowing the Indian weather conditions that I ride in

and the lining is comfort mesh it's very very soft in here and breathable as well

stitching it's all double stitched so one of the highest quality stitching

that I've seen on motorcycle boots really well made the sole is anti slip

and oil resistant as well as patrol resistant so it should give you good

decent grip the closure is if you would be interested in this is all velcro so

once you pull it it exposes the zip so YKK zipper so all you have to do is put

your foot in there opens up wide like this put your foot in there and you pull

the zipper up and then the zipper itself attaches with its own velcro to the side

and then based on your comfort you can basically use it now it's got our metal

insole so in terms of crashes it will not let your foot bend and break now

it's got TP protection for the shin where is it nice big logo there for the

ankle as well and shin so should be alright this is a stretchable material

right here so to give you a little bit of comfort for moving around moving

around your foot and it's also got this TPU protector right here soft rubber now

these are available in sizes the thing from 39 to 46 but please check the

website as I said follow the pro tip and now I will wear them and show it to you

obviously I'm wearing my track pants guy so this is just for the video but I will

give you an idea how they look once you add it and oh yes before I forget this

is a metal slider which is replaceable

so for all you people who like to get their knee down and drag the foot this

is very handy also looks a very premium very well made so that's it guys if you

enjoyed this video please do it that like button and share and if you're

interested in this product I'll leave the link down in the description so you

can contact Spartan ProGear thank you for watching

ride safe

1997-2018 F150 BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 Tire 29" to 35" Diameters Review - Duration: 7:10.

So the BFG KO2 should appeal to all truck owners out there thanks to its wide variety

of sizing, in addition to its legendary reputation in the off-roading community.

This thing is available in sizes ranging from 29 to 35-inches in diameter, fitting wheels

ranging from 16 to 20-inches in diameter.

Obviously, your pricing will vary on depending on the size of your tire, and once mounted

and balanced will get a simple one out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter from

me for the installation.

So for those who don't know, BFG practically invented the first radial off-road or all-terrain

tire over 40 years ago.

And ever since, have been dominating the market thanks to tires like the original KO and now

the KO2, which we have here, helping the company rack up dozens and dozens of wins at Baja

and other off-roading venues.

Now as you might imagine, the BFG T/A Trans Am, a nod to their heritage, KO Key Off-Road

2 is the next generation or brother of the original KO tire, which alone, was a rockstar

in the category.

BFG actually claims that the KO2 is their toughest tire yet.

And obviously, that's very important not only for off-roading, but also for stuff like worksite

use, where you're dodging obstacles like jagged concrete, rebar, and things like that.

So to make this tire tougher overall, BFG just basically fortified some of the big weak

spots, more specifically the sidewalls and shoulder area, which is where over 80% of

all-terrain tire failures occur.

To do so, they beefed up that shoulder area using what is called their CoreGuard technology,

making this thing 15 to 20% stronger than the original KO tire, helping to prevent punctures

and things like that.

Now to make this thing so tough, BFG took some of the key ingredients out of their all-out

race tire, their KR2, and put it towards the new KO2 here.

This does include thicker sidewall rubber, thicker shoulder area, which we've already

talked about a little bit, and just better deflection overall, making this thing a little

bit more durable both on and off-road.

BFG actually changed up the tread compound here with the KO2 as well, giving it a longer

lifespan in conjunction or relation to the original KO2 tire, in addition to helping

to keep this thing a little bit more quiet while on the road.

Now they actually claim this will last double the life of the original KO tire when used

primarily in gravel, and about 15% longer lifespan with the KO2 compared to the original

KO when used primarily on the road, which I'm sure most owners will be doing.

Now sticking with that tread compound and that quiet road noise that BFG was touting

a little bit earlier, typically, yes, this is an all-terrain tire.

They are gonna be a little less aggressive or a little less noisy on the road when compared

to those mud tires, per se.

However, I think there's always some kind of expected noise when dealing with a tire

with an aggressive tread design like this.

However, my experience driving a new Raptor with the KO2 was the complete opposite.

These things are very quiet while on the road.

And that was my experience, of course, and it's certainly worth sharing with you guys.

Now before I completely run away from the tread here, I do wanna point out that the

KO2 does incorporate that inner locking tread design, much like the original KO did, simply

because it provided better tread block stability, and it just worked so damn well on the original

tire.

So BFG didn't really tweak that too much.

They did freshen up the design a little bit, and the data there basically claims about

10% better traction in mud with the KO2, but about 19% better traction in snow compared

to the predecessor of the KO2.

And yes, these numbers are impressive, of course.

And I'm sure this tire is no slouch in the mud as I kinda witnessed with our Raptor review.

You have to keep in mind though, however here guys, that this is not a dedicated mud tire.

And therefore, don't expect it to perform as one in that real deep stuff.

That being said, it does incorporate some stuff that you do tend to see on those mud-specific

tires, mainly these raised areas here in the shoulder portion, helping to kind of eject

any compacted mud while the tire is spinning.

And again, going back to our tread, there are a few large areas within the tread blocks

themselves, which will help clear debris, rocks, things like that.

That being said, again, it doesn't have near the amount of space between the blocks that

you typically see with those mud tires, which are gonna be a little bit better at clearing

themselves when the tire is spinning.

But I do wanna go back quickly here and just kinda revisit the shoulder area because in

my opinion, it is one of the most changed areas from the KO to KO2.

And it is one of the areas that I think BFG is most proud of.

We already talk about this thing being beefed up in the shoulder area from a protection

standpoint, but it's also gonna be very important from a traction standpoint as well, both off-road

and in mud, sand, snow, things like that, especially when you air these things down.

BFG actually calls this their serrated shoulder design, which is kinda like a knife when you

think about it.

Right?

Because it's gonna cut through some of that bad stuff, help get you a little bit better

traction, but also provide some steering stability in rough conditions, including snow.

And speaking of snow, if you look closely, you will see that little mountain and snowflake

design.

That just simply means these tires met the requirements for snow testing and performance.

And it is a nice thing to point out.

A friendly reminder here gang, this is about the KO2 in general.

We're not talking about just one specific size in this video, which happens to be a

34, by 12 1/2, by 18, by the way.

Instead, we're just kinda giving you a better idea of what to expect when checking out the

KO2 for your truck.

Again, we have these things ranging from the stock trucks out there, all the way down to

the guys running bigger lifts with a 35-inch tire and essentially, everything in between.

Now the size of the tire will affect the price.

That shouldn't be anything new.

Those bigger tires will cost you a little bit more.

But again, check out the different sizes on the site and get a better idea of what you're

looking at.

One little footnote before we do get into the install here, gang, and that is TPMS sensors.

Now, if you're gonna put a KO2 on your factory wheel, you can totally reuse your factory

TPMS sensors without issue.

On the other hand, if you're gonna take off those factory wheels and tires, sell them,

or just leave them in the garage, then you probably will need a new set of TPMS sensors

for an aftermarket wheel, along with the KO2.

You can grab them here on the site on the product page from a drop-down menu.

And if you don't, just expect to see that annoying light on the dash until you do get

them installed.

Now speaking of that installation here, this one will be a little bit different because

most of you guys probably won't be doing the physical install.

Instead, that will be your local tire shop.

So, once these things are mounted and balanced onto your wheels, then at that point, you're

simply getting the truck in the air, grabbing your impact gun, swapping these things out,

and that's it.

So, one out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter from me.

And maybe a half hour to an hour depending on how fast you work.

Wrapping things up here, guys, if you're looking to go with a new and improved version of BFG's

legendary KO tire, you'll wanna check out the KO2 right here at americantrucks.com.

Jeep Wrangler Rugged Ridge Center Console Cover - Black (2007-2010 JK) Review & Install - Duration: 3:10.

This Rugged Ridge Center Console Cover is for the 2007 to 2010 JK owner looking for

a small modification to spice up their interior with something unique rather than the plain

factory.

This will also provide some good protection to the top of your center console, keeping

it looking brand new over time.

Or if you're looking to cover up some existing wear and tear on your center console, this

will do just the job.

This is timeless to install at one out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter.

And I'll show you more about the install in just a minute.

This center console might not look too comfortable to lean on because of the unique tire tread

design, but it's made from a polyurethane foam, making it actually enjoyable to rest

your arm on while you're driving in the Jeep.

Since the foam on the cover is thick and very heavy duty, this is gonna do a very good job

of protecting the top of your center console from any scratches or any stains.

Because of the polyurethane material, it will hold up and last a long time.

What I like about this cover, aside from other options that we have, is that this isn't cloth

so it's not gonna stain.

And you can wipe it down while you're cleaning your interior instead of taking it off and

throwing it in the wash.

It installs in seconds with automotive 3M tape.

So you can trust that it's not gonna budge when you do lean on it.

This cover also comes in a tan color for the 2007 to 2010 JK models, giving you an option

as well.

And there's also an option for the '11 to '17 models so make sure you get the right

one for your JK.

As far as price goes, this is about average for a center console cover, coming in at right

around $40.

There are more expensive options that are all cushion and are made for comfort.

And then there are the less expensive options that are just the bare minimum cloth.

With this standing right in the middle, I honestly think it's the best of both worlds

with comfort and protection, while still adding a little touch of style, unlike the other

options offer.

At right around $40, I definitely think this is worth the price if these benefits are what

you're looking for.

Like I mentioned, this goes on in seconds so the install is getting a very easy one

out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter.

First step, you wanna make sure that you clean the armrest pad and make sure there is not

any dirt or oil on the surface.

After you've cleaned the armrest thoroughly, we're gonna go ahead and peel the backing

tape off of it.

Now once you've peeled all the backing tape off, we're gonna go ahead and adhere it to

the center console.

Press firmly down on it and make sure that all sides adhere.

Congratulations, you've now successfully installed your Rugged Ridge Center Console Cover.

Spyderco Military Knife Review. 52100 steel, carbon fiber, and PM2 comparison - Duration: 9:06.

While technically I already had enough Spydercos to be called a "problem" Instagrammer

skookumdanger, who totally doesn't have a problem either, didn't think so and donated

to the channel a Sprint run Spyderco Military in carbon fiber and 52100 steel.

So in honor of finally getting to check out the big military naturally I decided

a nice flowery shirt would be appropriate.

And while we all ponder what financial sense owning 12 spydercos or did you pay a lot for

that flowery blouse, let's look at the dimensions like overall length and weight.

Can you believe it was on sale?

Blade size and cutting edge- I can't find my Delica right now so that makes it 11.

Handle size and grip area.

12 is a problem, 11 isn't- and that's just spydercos.

Spine thickness and handle thickness.

It's probably laying in the yard somewhere rusting.

And how about tallness.

However owning just 1 Chris Reeve is all it takes to be declined a bank loan.

This man makes poor financial decisions.

The Spyderco Military is a terrible choice if you'd like a meaningful conversation

with an actual person but a very good choice in a knife because it's a fairly lightweight

4 inch blade.

The mainline Military uses an s30v steel and has a handle made from G10.

However there have been many variations in steel and handle material through the years

because that's how knife makers sell you the same shit over and over again.

You think a normal person is going to buy a $180 pocket knife?

This particular version uses a steel called 52100, which is basically a high carbon steel

that's most often used in aircraft bearings- until of course they realized how much they

could sell it for to knife makers.

The drop point satin finish flat ground blade is thin and sharp, and because it uses a blade

with a lower amount of chromium and a high carbon content, the blade will patina and

stain with only a little use- and will rust if you don't dry it after use.

52100 is fairly easy to sharpen, although you might have to sharpen more often than

the S30v.

And as you can see mine has started to stain- which is fine.

Next to the Para Military 2 here, you'll see the blade shapes are similar but proportionally

the Military is a much bigger knife.

The deployment is nice and quick- not quite as fluid as the Para Military 2, but fairly

close.

Middle finger or thumb deployment both work well, thumb deployment for me is harder on

smaller handled spydercos, but since the handle on here is nice and large- easy peazy.

RIP Bob.

The lockup is handled by the liner lock with finely textured jimping.

It's easy to disengage but a bit of a muddy feel when compared to the compression lock

on the para military 2.

Detent is strong with this one, however I can get it to deploy if I fling and pop it

at the right time downward.

Pop.

… … Pop.

Despite the military being a 4 incher, it's weight is just a hair over 4 ounces.

This is due to a few things like not being made by Medford, but also a partial stainless

steel liner has a lot to do with it.

The partial liner is nested and it's in there just enough to offer a frame for the

standoffs and lock to screw into.

The rest of this handle is made out of something called a peel ply carbon fiber.

Which is just like regular carbon fiber except the external surface is textured through a

super boring manufacturing process- and feels very very similar to a standard G10.

I did a real scientific experiment with my eyes closed and couldn't tell the difference

between the Militarys carbon fiber and the Para Military 2's G10.

And according to the internet, the G10 and carbon fiber version weigh the same.

Although my Military is about 4.09 ounces instead of the whole lot cooler if you did

4.20 ounces.

The handle is very comfortable and larger than the Para Military 2.

The grips are sort of similar although the curves are gentler on the Military.

No hot spots or problem areas are found… however the clip is up front on the right

side- and not reposition-able.

Tip down blade forward in the right pocket is the only possibility for the knife… it's

not quite deployment ready coming out of the pocket.

However it's still an easy one handed opening even out of the pocket, as the hole allows

an easy repositioning of the knife.

A little over 3/4 of an inch sticks out letting everyone know you're a knife bro.

The clip is nice and springy, has the right amount of give and grip for my preferences.

The paint does wear on the pocket clip though- not that a pocket wear on a clip bothers me-

it may bother you though which I'm not concerned about.

Comparisons.

First the Military.

I really like it a lot.

It is a large knife and may not be super work friendly without attracting attention to how

tactical you are after work hours.

However a 4 inch blade is just about right for most camp food prep, and the blade is

nice and pointy for piercing.

It's an easy knife to bend my 4 ounce or less rule for because it's so light, and

fidget friendly.

The Para military 2, has a more reposition able pocket clip, and a faster deployment….

So the knife edges it out in fidgitablity (an important consideration in functionality)

and a more positionable pocket clip.

The Para is a little nicer and less flashy in an office setting- or lightly tactical.

Let's look at the Benchmade Crooked River, unless you got a problem with that.

This is also a very nice knife, however I find the military a bit easier to hold because

the handle is gripper and lighter, the added weight of the crooked river for my tastes

makes it more likely to slip.

Now the Endura 4.

This one is in cutting edge between the smaller para military 2 and the larger paramilitary.

Slower deployment too, but it's still a cheaper useful blade.

Once more, the Benchmade Fact.

There cutting edge on the military is only a hair longer and the Fact is lighter- however

the Military is a more comfortable hold, but has a larger pocket footprint than the Fact.

All the knives here are some of my favorites.

You can collect them all like I did- only maybe just buy one.

Because one knife is really all you need.

They all have large blades, and fairly light weight… well the Crooked River is the heaviest

by a bit out of the 5 knives.

If you want a stainless blade that requires you to be less diligent about blade care go

with one of the stainless versions of the Military.

This one stains about as easily as my grandpas Case sodbuster.

You can see over the few weeks I've carried the military it has picked up

a halfassed patina.

The Military is a very fine addition to a collection, or let's say you only wanted

to buy one knife and it need to kind of have a large blade, and this was the one knife

you needed and you weren't gonna buy 30 more.

Just one real nice knife because that's a normal thing to do… well it really balances

being light weight, having a long blade, and being a very comfortable knife to use.

In fact out of the larger knives in the comparison, it is probably the most well rounded for my

tastes.

I prefer the Para Military 2 more because of the nicer lock and clip.

However the Military is probably my second favorite here.
