first thing we do is designing a catch up with designer team

so after we decide what features we're going to do

first thing we do is designing a catch up, because we want to see how it is implemented in the feature

for me I have my own philosophy

relation between product manager and product engineer is like chef and waitress

so engineer is the chef

and product manager is the waitress

Product Manager is the one who ask the customer what they want and tell it to the chef

that's my philosophy for this team

so if there's an error in our product

customer will be angry at us

that's my opinion

the most memorable moment was when we wanted to re-create GO-JEK apps

the first phase of version 2.0

at that time, there's still few numbers of engineers

for me, personally, we didn't have much experience to go to through this thing

there were lots of delayed process and we were facing other problems, too

at that time, we were really excited

Shawniece Jackson Reveals Pregnancy, Relationship Fate - Duration: 2:46.

Shawniece Jackson is having herself a week.

On Tuesday afternoon, the Married at First Sight cast member revealed to People Magazine

that she's pregnant with her first child, confirming this exciting news just hours before

the Season 6 finale of the series on which she starred.

And Jackson admitted that she and husband Jephte Pierre weren't exactly planning on

the child.

But that doesn't mean she isn't psyched about the impending kid's arrival.

"When I found out I was pregnant, I was absolutely shocked," Jackson told People , adding:

"I was in the emergency room because I felt awful and had no idea what was wrong. They

came back and told me all my symptoms were from pregnancy and that I was pregnant.

"I was totally shocked."

Again, though, shocked and pumped.

Continued Jackson, making us laugh:

"I've always felt like that's my purpose in life - to recreate some little Shawnieces

in life. I think it's the greatest gift a woman can have. Life is a beautiful thing!"

So that's the latest on what's happening inside of Jackson's womb.

But what about inside of her relationship?

On the Married at First Sight finale, she and Pierre had to decide whether they wanted

to remain hitched or not.

Suspense was very much in the air, especially after Jackson said she was more nervous on

this decision day than she was on her wedding day.

Jephte started the important conversation off.

"I think you're a great person and have a big heart and I think we were meant for each

other so I'd like to stay married," he told his wife.

This made Jackson break down in tears. 

In a good way, however.

"I want to stay married because I believe in us," she replied, explaining her feeling

even further as follows:

"We both challenge each other. We both make each other stronger and together, we'll be

unstoppable."

Even the experts cried at these kinds words were exchanged.

They were then followed by Pierre's prescient message, uttered before learning that his

wife is expecting:

"I think this is the best decision I've ever made. If I would have children with you right

now, I know I'd be able to trust you in building that future."

And built it they both will!

Congratulations to the happy couple on their blessed news!

The Truth About Danica Patrick And Aaron Rodgers' Relationship - Duration: 4:12.

Danica Patrick is the most famous female driver in the history of both NASCAR and IndyCar

racing.

Aaron Rodgers is a Super Bowl winning superstar NFL quarterback for the Green Bay Packers.

So the news that the two of them have come together to form the ultimate power couple

sent shockwaves through the sports world.

How did it happen?

Here's a look at the truth about Danica Patrick and Aaron Rodgers' relationship.

Chance encounter

Though the worlds of NASCAR and professional football don't often intersect, as two of

the biggest celebrities in the sports world, it was almost inevitable that Patrick and

Rodgers would eventually meet.

But it wasn't exactly love at first sight when the two first met at the ESPY's, ESPN's

annual awards show, in 2012.

That's because Patrick was actually happily married at the time.

It wouldn't be until much later - and after many turns in life's winding road - before

Patrick and Rodgers would reconnect romantically.

Life in the fast lane

Patrick married Paul Hospenthal, a personal trainer and physical therapist some 17 years

her senior, back in 2005.

The couple met in Hospenthal's physical therapy office where Patrick sought treatment for

a hip injury, and according to People, the couple enjoyed spending time with their miniature

schnauzer Billy.

That came to a surprising end just four months after the 2012 ESPY's, with Patrick releasing

a statement on her Facebook page that read in part,

"I am sad to inform my fans that after 7 years, Paul and I have decided to amicably end our

marriage.

This isn't easy for either of us, but mutually it has come to this.

[…] He has been an important person and friend in my life and that's how we will remain

moving forward."

Three weeks after her divorce was finalized in 2013, Patrick revealed that she had a new

boyfriend.

But it wasn't Aaron Rodgers - it was fellow NASCAR driver Richard Stenhouse, Jr.

Competing against your significant other would seem to have its challenges, but Patrick insisted

it wouldn't be a problem.

"I always say I'll race people how they race me until they do something to make me change

my mind.

I don't anticipate that changing at all, or us having any issues on the track."

After nearly five years of dating, though, the couple officially called it quits at the

end of 2017.

Calling an audible

Though Rodgers has mostly kept his personal life private, his relationship with actress

Olivia Munn proved to be a major exception to the rule, as Munn spoke publicly about

their romance on numerous occasions.

"When I met him, I um, I said, 'So what do you do?' and he's like, 'Oh I play football.'

And I go 'Cool, what college?'

And he's like, 'Oh no, I play professional.'"

"Now, are you and Aaron Rodgers engaged?"

"No, we are not engaged at all."

"What is he waiting for?

He must think he's pretty special if he's gonna do better than this!"

All the media attention took its toll on their relationship, as fans found Munn to be an

easy scapegoat every time Rodgers struggled on the field.

Finally, after nearly three years of dating, the pair broke up in 2017.

Rodgers told ESPN the media spotlight was a factor.

"When you are living out a relationship in the public eye, it's definitely… it's difficult.

It has some extra constraints, because you have other opinions about your relationship,

how it affects your work and, you know, just some inappropriate connections."

Together at last!

In January, 2018, just one month after ending her relationship with Stenhouse, TMZ posted

a photo of Patrick dining al fresco with Rodgers, along with a few other people, at Mission

Mexican restaurant in Scottsdale, Arizona.

She didn't drag it out, quickly confirming to the Associated Press that she and Rodgers

are indeed dating.

There's just one major problem: Patrick is a lifelong fan of the Packers' biggest rival,

the Chicago Bears!

Though she was born in Wisconsin, she grew up in Illinois.

But she told the Associated Press it wouldn't be a problem.

"I told him a long time ago I'd always root for him as a player.

Now I am probably going to cheer for the whole team.

[…] Take out the word 'probably.'

Now I'm going to cheer for the whole team."

What could be next for Patrick and Rodgers?

After the competition of the 2018 Indy 500, Patrick plans to retire at 35 years old to

focus on her wine and clothing brands, ESPN Women reported.

"Retirement looks bright.

I think many people retire and don't know what they're going to do next and have to

figure it out, but I know what I'm going to do."

Rodgers, meanwhile, has claimed he's "on the back nine" of his career.

So could the two be planning to settle down?

For her part, Patrick told E! news,

"I do [want to start a family], I don't know if it's in my future but it'd be something

I think I'd really like to have."

respond, that we can do what He requires of us, that He can use us, it is only if

we make ourselves available to Him and are tuned in to Him, dedicated to Him to

serve Him, that we will be useful for His kingdom. Many believers are busy with

their own; religion they walk their own road, they are busy with their own

studies of the Bible, the are busy with their own projects for God. They believe in

Jesus, and they want to serve Him according to their insight, and according to

what other people tell them, what to do, but they don't have a relationship with

Jesus. Many are distracted from following Jesus

and they start running after other people. Jesus warned that He will say to

many believers in that day that they die, when they stand before Him, He will say to

them:"Go away I never knew you, you workers of wickedness."

We can only be pleasing to Jesus if our relationship with Him is right, if

He is pleased with us. We have to stay close to Him. Work on

your relationship with Jesus Christ. There is nothing more important than

that. Do not allow anybody or anything to distract you and take you away from

Jesus. If you need wisdom, if you need guidance,

pray. Talk to Jesus. Ask Him. Wait on Him. He is faithful and true. He loves you and

He cares for you. He will never leave you. He will guide you and He will teach you,

but you have to trust Him and stay with Him. Do not leave Jesus. Nothing can pluck

you out of His hand, but if you decide to stray,

if you go away from Jesus, you are in danger of hellfire, because Jesus will

not hold you back. Work on your own relationship with Jesus and make sure

that He is pleased with you and you're with him until the very end, to have

eternal life. May Jesus bless you.

pop like a soap bubble and there unimportance would be revealed if

somebody told you you have a serious illness and you had me concerned with

all that suddenly it has no significance whatsoever the heavy problems that you

had been carrying around dissolved at once this is why for some people a

serious illness is the Great Awakening out of total immersion in object

consciousness there is no guarantee that the illness will awaken you because it

could add a further heavy object to your mind at the concept of me being

seriously ill which would add a further heavy thought form to identify ways to

your mind that is possible to but potentially an illness has the ability

to awaken you and to reveal to you that which is at best relatively important

and the truth is anything in this world a form of things

is relatively important and the your career your possessions your

relationships what you have achieved or not achieved what you know or you don't

know things that people derive their self sense of self from all relatively

important yes it's relatively important whether I

live in the street sleep on park benches or I have a nice home yes it makes a

difference in the realm of relativity

but you can be awake on the park bench as you can be a bike in a nice home and

some people are wakened precisely there after losing things things to identify

with so only there's only one thing that matters absolutely in one's life then

the rest of your life is recognized as relative it's not that you ignore it but

you recognize that the importance is only relative and the one thing that

matters and Jesus used those words - there's only one thing that matters he

said to me Martha in the story of Mary and Martha two women or two sisters he's

visiting and one is extremely busy to get this done in that I regard to get

the meal ready look who is here he's visiting us he's come and help me get

the meal this needs to be done peel the potatoes do this and Mary wasn't doing

in she was just sitting there looking at Jesus

and Martha says why don't you tell her to help me and Jesus wasn't really

concerned whether the when the food would be on the table or whether it

would be on the table he said Marius there's only one thing

they can't tolerate that statement and they do whatever they can to reinterpret

that they didn't really mean that

another simple way of putting it is you forget that the only thing that really

matters is your state of consciousness nothing else if that's if that's not

right nothing out there is going to be right and you're not going to be of much

help to anybody to see what is primary that is not selfish far beyond it it's

the opposite of selfish to recognize that and then what is so important to

have the power to make me unhappy
