A full-blown trade war between the United States and China is looking more and more

likely as the U.S. gears up to unveil its final list of Chinese goods that will be subject

to increased tariffs.

And Beijing is retaliating by levying tariffs on almost 130 U.S. goods, mostly food imports.

Kim Hyo-sun reports.

The U.S. is set to announce a final list of Chinese goods that will be subject to additional

tariffs by Friday,... a move expected to intensify trade tensions between the world's two economic

superpowers.

This comes as President Trump signed the China tariff proclamation last month,... as part

of punishment against Beijing over its intellectual property rights violations.

The list, covering 60 billion dollars worth of annual imports, is expected to target over

one hundred products, including home appliances.

China, for its part, has threatened to retaliate with its own trade sanctions.

Beijing's finance ministry said in a statement Sunday that it's increasing the tariff rates

on 128 kinds of U.S. products, including pork and fruits,... and the new rates came into

effect on Monday.

It's imposing 25 percent tariffs on eight kinds of U.S. imports including pork,... and

a 15 percent tariff on 120 other goods including fruits.

The tariffs mirror Washington's 25 percent charge on imported steel and 15 percent hike

on aluminum announced in March.

Such tariffs are seen to target America's so-called "farm belt voters" who helped to

elect Trump,... as U.S. farmers who export wine, fruit and pork will be hurt the most

by Beijing's move.

He BLEW UP A MOSQUE!

Investigators with the Bellevue Police Department have made an arrest in their investigation

into a suspicious fire that damaged a vacant Bellevue mosque on Wednesday, March 21.

The Islamic Center of Eastside, located at 14700 Main St., had previously been damaged

by arson on Jan. 14, 2017 and was vacant at the time of this latest fire.

The Islamic Center of Eastside, which was vacant after a 2017 fire, was further damaged

by a suspicious fire last Wednesday.

As investigators began their inquiry into the fire, they reviewed traffic camera footage

in the area of the fire.

A camera at the intersection of 148th Avenue and Main Street had captured video of five

individuals running from the mosque approximately four minutes before the fire started.

After viewing this new video, and after additional follow up investigation, detectives were able

to identify the individuals in the footage with assistance from Bellevue Police school

resource officers who recognized the individuals.The suspects were located this past Tuesday with

assistance from the Bellevue Police Department's Special Enforcement Team, and brought to the

Bellevue Police Department for questioning.

After interviewing all of the individuals, the primary suspect, an 18-year-old Bellevue

resident, was identified by investigators as the person believed to have started the

fire.

The suspect was booked into the King County Jail for investigation of first degree arson.

There was no indication that the fire was a hate crime or bias-related.

The successful outcome of this investigation was the result of cooperation and coordination

between the Bellevue Police Department; Bellevue Fire Department; Federal Bureau of Investigation;

the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives; Bellevue School District; Bellevue

Transportation Department; Washington Department of Corrections, and members of the Islamic

Center of Eastside.

President Donald Trump and Melania have arrived back in Washington DC, after celebrating Easter

at his Mar-a-Lago estate with the family, including Don Jr and his estranged wife Vanessa.

The First Couple waved as they stepped off Air Force One with their son Barron on Sunday

evening.

Trump's daughter Tiffany was also on board the plane, as well as Don Jr., his estranged

wife Vanessa and their five children.

The President's daughter-in-law filed for divorce from Don Jr. last month after 12 years

of marriage amid allegations he had an affair with actress Aubrey O'Day in 2011.

Don Jr. and Vanessa appeared to put aside their differences for the Easter getaway with

their children, and were spotted leaving the airport in the same car with their children.

Their arrival back in Washington comes just hours after the President, and First Lady

were spotted holding hands as they arrived a church service to celebrate Easter.

After a week of shattering claims from playmates and pornstars claiming to have once had affairs

with the president, the united show was eagerly anticipated.

Melania was dressed elegantly in a red and white patterned Azzedine Alaïa dress which

she paired with some strappy white stilettos, and her signature sunglasses.

The couple was joined by President Trump's 24-year-old daughter Tiffany who dressed in

Easter pink.

Tiffany, who is studying law at Georgetown in Washington DC, matched her dress with a

shocking pink Gucci handbag.

She too wore sunglasses and high heels as she teetered into Bethesda-by-the-Sea church

in Palm Beach.

None of the other Trump family members were seen at the service though many are staying

at Mar-a-Lago.

Neither of the presidents' adult sons were present nor was his teenager Barron.

His oldest daughter Ivanka, who converted to Judaism before her marriage to Jared Kushner,

was not expected to attend.

Trump started the day by tweeting 'Happy Easter' to his tens of millions of followers.

By the time he had reached the church, however, his mind had turned to Mexico and its 'flowing'

migrant population.

Before entering the church, he stopped to give some brief remarks on the matter.

Tiffany and Melania stood by his side as he gave the remarks.

Earlier in the morning, Trump tweeted similar comments.

I just thought that Jill McCabe herself had a story to tell that was at least as compelling

as Andrew McCabe's story.

The notion that she had this defense just bottled up inside her, that it wasn't appropriate

when her husband was at the FBI to speak out.

It's really one of the most intense experiences to finally hear the voice of this person who

has only been vilified and kind of caricatured for 17 months now.

If you listen to her talk about what it's like for her with patients in the emergency room,

you honestly, you really just fall in love with her.

You just get this sense of somebody who is really fiercely committed to her profession,

and really fiercely committed to her patients.

The whole reason that she ran for public office was that she wanted to see Medicaid expanded.

"She's a doctor."

"Who is a pediatric emergency room physician at Inova Loudon Hospital."

When she would go door-knocking with the kids, Andrew not only wouldn't knock on doors with them

soliciting votes, wouldn't even drive them to the door-knocking.

He never came to any of her fundraisers.

Some of you may have seen a photo of the McCabes in which all of them are wearing

McCabe campaign t-shirts.

They were at a swim meet, and they wanted to get a family photo to send to her parents.

So her husband puts on, I think for a very brief period of time, this McCabe t-shirt.

It ends up on Facebook.

It becomes a cause celebre and part of the set of accusations that

of course Andrew McCabe is a partisan hack.

So, it would've been a pretty convoluted plot to get money to her during the campaign

in anticipation that in the future he would end up working on the Clinton email investigation.

That's a little crazy, is what she says, and that makes some sense to me.
