as you can see by the title and description is me doing a review for

studio linked chord guru also Trophies by Brian Michael Cox now trophies is a

VST it's a it's kind of like if you're familiar with Nexus it's like a Rompler

but it does way way way more right it's a different beast altogether so I'm a

touch on trophies with in this video the main reason why I'm doing this video

today this is chord guru and what poor guru is is somewhat like insta chord or

scalars it's a utility like you know like how insta chord is a utility you

route it to a VST and it plays out the chords for you now a subscriber by the

name of crams fury posted a question to me about a week ago I thought that the

insta chords video and I showed how to do the routing cuz a lot of people was

asking questions about the routing situation and they was having difficulty

so I got a lot of traction from that video alone thank you guys to all you

guys who stop by and check that out but prams Barry asked or said if you

play he basically made a statement says that's piece have to make sure that your

input says whatever MIDI VST are trying to control in stock or scaler cthulhu

etc but what's the science behind studio linked for goon it doesn't give you an

option to add that as an input on a VST a you

now I didn't know what was this time I never came across it and I heard about

trophies and studio link I knew what's through studio link work like the

developers the company but for me poor dude I had no idea of it so thank

you cranberry for giving me the task to do my research as I told you I was going

to do and this is what I did so I'm gonna flip over into studio one 3 and I

can show you guys what's going on all right catch I wanna flip all right so

we're over here in studio one 3 I currently have one instance of pork cool

open that's all you really need and I have about 1 2 3 4 5 6 instances of

choking now Jovi's is crazy because I don't know if i'ma do it in this video

I'd do another video of it but uh basically this is this is pork guru and

I'll tell you what it's not before I tell you what it is so it's not nothing

like it's the court as far as routing is concerned

you cannot route it to play another VST instrument like I showed in the previous

video of insta chord you can route insta chord or scalar to play Nexus or on the

sphere from your MIDI controller or if you if you draw in your MIDI notes it'll

play that said VST well guru on the other hand does not do that but what it

does it gives you a layout for MIDI notes and chord progressions and in here

you can change the key of the scale you can change the app from natural

minor to sharp to flat how you play it it has modes of major and minor you know

normal preset 7th jazzy sus sustain and six the tritone augmented so you know

that's the the technical jargon if you will what it basically is cranberry and

to anyone else out there who are confused with what this is because it

doesn't give off any sound outside of you know it plays you what the chord

sounds like so if I if I put put it on this piano right here for instance and I

preview

so it allows you to hear what the chords was satellite before you are you drag

the MIDI out so this is basically it sets you up like you have idea a

starting point now one thing that I've noticed with making these adjustments

inside of chord guru is that if you if you change these blocks up here right if

you have g9 highlighted and you hit a flat minor it changes it to a flat minor

right

and if you change the beginning to say B flat seven and you press play for

preview it doesn't change the sound like I'm remember what it sound like before

and what it's gonna sound like now is gonna be the same thing

right it's not much of a difference so I don't know if I'm doing something wrong

because it was there's no instructions there's not an instruction manual that

comes with this plug-in so I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong the BPM is

locked to the BPM of of your host dog your host VAW and in this instance mines

is 141 99.99 and it calculated it to 142 and you can't make any adjustments to

the BPM here's a volume knob so if I press preview

so you're able to adjust the volume also you four instruments so you can hear

what the court of satellite over four instruments so this is the piano this is

a violin

then there's a heart and then there's like a keyboard you know for like pads

and stuff so then there's also this randomizer this dice you could random

you know you can set it to random and then drag and drop so that's what I did

I basically set it to random then I drag the MIDI over into trophies but I'm

gonna take this off because I don't need it so I started with with this instance

of trophies

now dragged and dropped it originally this it was reversed so this was

actually in front of this

so that's how I was originally without what I did that so

I switched it around and then I came up with that sound and then I just started

stacking it that is basically what cord guru is I would give you guys some some

some heat because I'm not to do a full breakdown their resume for trophies but

I want to keep this video as short as possible so to crams fury salute to you

and they sent through core guru for me to do a review on and if it wasn't for

you I wouldn't even thought to contact them and and and be able to do this

review so I don't want to draw this out for too long but I'll give you a little

[Nova Epsilon - Strataim] Review | Airsoft FR - EN subs - Duration: 8:01.

Hi everyone and welcome to this presentation of the Nova Epsilon grenade from Strataim

This grenade is delivered in the same box always as convenient for transport and storage, as previous generations

At the level of information, we can read that the grenade is 100% French made

That the model in my possession is the Nova Epsilon and that it is an impact type grenade

We also find the serial number of the grenade

And finally, some features on it and a message about security

Inside, you'll first find the Nova Epsilon grenade

A quick user guide for the grenade

The complete manual in French of the generation 2 Nova 48 grenade but the general operation is practically the same as we will see later

A safety pin made of metal

A red spare seal

And finally, in a plastic bag, a set consisting of a metal ring and a carabiner, and 30cm of small cord

The grenade is mainly composed of CNC aluminum

On the base of the grenade, a sticker is present with the serial number of the grenade

2 sets of red seal are present to cushion the shocks and a third black one is there in addition, to maintain the bbs in the single bbs ejection hole

On the top we find the gas filling valve

And on the side, the insertion hole of the safety pin

Setting up this Nova Epsilon grenade is very simple, it is necessary at first to arm the detonator by pushing it completely down with the finger or more easily using the safety pin

Make sure that it is pushed to the end for a perfect usage

The safety pin is then inserted into its housing

For a next step, do not to push it completely because it may interfere when loading greande with gas

Using a BB loader, fill with bbs the grenade directly into the ejection hole

Then fill the greande with gas

And do not forget to push back the safety pin completely

And now, the grenade is ready

To use the grenade, simply remove the safety pin, which will release the detonator that will go up, indicating that the grenade is armed

It can not be pushed back until the grenade is triggered

You can then throw the grenade to get out the game your opponents

As an option, Strataim offers a grenade quick arming tool pack

It is a cylinder which will be fixed on the ring of the pin and which will be used to push more easily the detonator in armed position

The Nova 48 Generation 2 and Nova Epsilon grenades share exactly the same type of detonator

So you can, if necessary, exchange these, in fact, only the outer envelope and therefore the dispersion mechanism, will be different

The detonator is also mainly made of CNC aluminum and can be dismantled very simply

Still optional, a winter kit exists for Nova grenades

It is strongly recommended for use of Nova grenades for a temperature below 7°C

This is a new seal that will simply need to be installed in the detonator after delicately removing the original one but installed, at a different location

For the maintenance, Strataim advises to use lubricated gas, otherwise it will be necessary to spray every 30 throwings some silicone oil at the level of the gaz filling valve

During triggering test, I was pleasantly surprised by the output power of the bbs

They go very far but can come out a little too fast and do not benefit of the rotation of the grenade for a increased dispersion in all directions

Despite this, the grenade offers a very correct dispersion whatever the grammage of the used bbs

I also tested the triggering on the grenade base and one the head, no worries, it is triggered each time

A throw with the safety pin in place also confirms that the grenade does not trigger if inadvertently, the grenade falls on the ground

The visual verification of the grenade after the tests shows that a lot of impacts are visible but that does not prevent its good functioning afterwards.

Finally, this Nova Epsilon grenade from Strataim is rather successful at my taste

Its mode of operation is very simple as well as its maintenance

The dispersion is correct and the grenade is solid, it should last you for a long time

The accessories options proposed by Strataim are also interesting and the versatility of its detonator that can be reused with other grenades shells is a very good feature

I hope this concept will continue to evolve for even more varied gaming experiences

NOT ONLY IS THE MOVIE SCARY, ITS SURPRISINGLY FULL OF HEART AND EMOTION, NOW THIS RAISES THE STAKES TO LEVELS

MUCH HIGHER THAN WE'RE USED TO IN YOUR TYPICAL HORROR FILM.

AND SINCE SO MUCH OF THIS FILM IS SET IN PURE SILENCE EVERY CREAK AND CRACKLE IN THE MOVIE

MATTERS.

SO I WOULD REALLY SUGGEST THAT YOU GO SEE THIS DURING NON-PEAK HOURS OR A MATINEE,

NOW I SAY THAT BECAUSE EVEN THE SLIGHTEST WHISPER OR RUSTLE OF CANDY WRAPPER IS GOING TO DRIVE

YOU CRAZY.

I WAS TOTALLY SURPRISED BY A QUIET PLACE, ITS EASILY THE BEST SUSPENSEFUL HORROR FILM THAT I'VE SEEN IN A REALLY LONG TIME.

BUT FULL CREDIT GOES TO KRASINSKI WHO NOT ONLY DIRECTED ONE HELL OF A GREAT MOVIE, HE

ALSO DELIVERED A WHOLE-HEARTED PERFORMANCE IN A MOVIE THAT IS SURE TO PLEASE JUST ABOUT

EVERY MOVIEGOER.

It's been almost 17 years since Lara Croft first appeared in a feature film

and five years since its video game reboot reconstructed the origins of the

popular video game heroine. It's time to find out whether this new film reboot

has created a better craft in my film review of the action-packed film, "Tomb Raider".

"Tomb Raider" is an action film reboot based on the 2013 video game of

the same name, developed by Crystal Dynamics and Square Enix, and starring

Academy award-winning actress Alicia vikander as a younger version of Lara

Croft, a fiercely independent adventurer who sets out to find her father that

vanished for seven years on an island that holds the key to unleashing a world-

threatening virus. Vikander is a force to be reckoned with in her determination

and versatility, as her performance gives her everything to showcase her great

physicality and Lara's character development, with dynamic adversity and

fun. But the narrative identity around Lara, who in this film has no previous

expertise or desire in archaeology, until she discovers a hideout riddled with

research from her father, Richard Croft - played by actor Dominic West, creates a

reduced carbon copy of the heroine that the film tried so hard to completely

craft something new, in both image and clothing. Focusing this character-driven

plot on the relationship of father and daughter, were Richard's research and

Lara's past memories, showcase his mission to stop an evil organization

called Trinity, led by Walton Goggins as the bland one-dimensional rival

archaeologist Matthias Vogel, further defines an underdeveloped Lara limited

by the family relationship in the film's first act before going on her perilous

journey. Even worse, the relationships Lara makes on the way, including Daniel

Wu as ship captain Lu Ren, and Kristin Scott Thomas as Ana Miller, an associate

of one of the Croft's family companies, resort to either a flirt or an eventual

villain arc that doesn't go anywhere by the film's end, including the minor roles

that Derek Jacobi and Nick Frost play for added and

unnecessary star power. What Norwegian director Roar Uthaug gets right in this

popular adaptation is mirroring the methods of how the action sequences and

fight scenes break down, courtesy of Crystal Dynamics' previously successful

concepts. Lara's first traumatizing kill, the nature and life on the island

Yamatai proving to be its own antagonist for her death-defying acts, and the tomb

of the goddess Himiko in its final act that oozes with survival instincts, quick

puzzle-solving, and limited timing for ally and enemy to cooperate with each

other, are all parts that made this version the most thrilling, in both

challenges and overcoming them. That being said, this "Tomb Raider" reboot fails

to narratively measure up in its cast ensemble and motivations, singular plot

to find Lara's father, and the lackluster iteration in backstory and

origin story of its fully-realized adventurer, but with Alicia Vikander's

acting chops and adapting the visual tropes to a live aesthetic,

viewers will be on their toes. I give "Tomb Raider" 6 out of 10 stars.

One more thing: I'll be performing in a musical called, "Gypsy", by Stephen Sondheim

at Missouri Street Theater in Fairfield, CA, where it's exact address is

1035 Texas Street. The story, set in the 1920s and 30s,

follows Mama Rose raising her two daughters, Louise and June, to be stars

Majyk Equipe Color Elite Cross Country Boot Review - Duration: 1:07.

CORA: Hi, I'm Cora and I work in I.T, and today I'll be

reviewing the Majyk Equipe Color Elite Cross Country Boot.

There are many features that I love about this boot,

but the one that stands out to me the most is the soft,

breathable interior that does not retain water.

As an event rider, this is super important to me.

I no longer have to worry about heavy, waterlogged boots

that could potentially shift or slip

while galloping cross-country. What differentiates these

cross-country boots from others is a special combination

of materials that provides extensive coverage of the cannon

bone while also protecting the back of the legs

from overreaching or striking obstacles while jumping.

These boots would be perfect for event riders and trainers,

for cross-country schooling and competition.

To clean these boots, I just brush them off,

then hose them and hang dry. I have a Canadian Sport Horse

and he wears the size medium on both the front and hind legs.

I feel these boots do run a little bit on the big side so

I would consider sizing down if possible. I'm Cora,

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers - S02E48 - Episode Review - Duration: 5:52.

Welcome to Ranger Reviews, a webseries where we look at episodes of the tv show, Power

Rangers and then discuss it!

Today, we're exploring the hundred and eighth episode of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers as

well as the forty eighth episode of Season 2, titled "Storybook Rangers Part 1".

We begin this episode at Angel Grove High where there's a Book Fair happening.

Adam, Aisha, and Billy are getting nerdy boners over the types of books that they have.

Rocky shows up out of nowhere, and Aisha mentions how they never had a book fair at her old

school.

Were you homeschooled?

Kim and Tommy are also there, and Kim talks about how much she loves fairy tales.

She's always wanted to get rescued by a prince on a white horse, and Tommy says "what

about a white tiger?" in the smoothest delivery JDF will ever do.

Then, Kim sees a book called Grumble the Magic Elf that her dad used to read to her when

she was little, and she gets so stoked on it.

Tommy buys it for her, and Kim gives him a peck on the check.

Rita sees this, and she says she's going to make Kim become a part of a fairytale.

Goldar tries to tell her that she should consult Zedd, but she tells him to go the hell away.

Back at the book fair, Rocky, Tommy, and Kim are talking when Ms. Applebee wants by talking

about how the library is benefiting from the books being sold.

They leave going to the Youth Center to find the others.

Bulk and Skull are looking for a book for Skull's mom, and they find a cook book.

Then, Bulk finds a book about monster making, and he decides that they need to create their

own monster, so that they can get the Power Rangers to come to them.

Meanwhile, Rita sees Tommy, Kim, and Rocky walking through the park, so she zaps the

Grumble book, which shoots through the air, and lands in the garbage.

Then, Kim, Rocky, and Tommy walk over to it, and they're sucked in.

Honestly, the set isn't terrible for being in a storybook either.

They try their communicators, but it's not working.

Rocky suggests they just morph, but then Grumble the Magic Elf appears out of nowhere, and

Kim introduces everyone to him.

She explains that an evil magician put a spell on Grumble, and he has to deliver toys to

the orphanage to be freed of the spell.

They decide to follow him since they have no other options.

At the Youth Center, Adam, Billy, and Aisha are hanging out, and I like that Adam is reading

a poetry book.

He's the best.

Anyways, Zedd sees that Rita has done something, so he decides to meddle with the plan by making

sure that the story never ends by not letting the toys get delivered, so he sends down putties

to take the book, but before they appear, some two extras just take the book out of

the trash can and leave.

They walk away, and the putties just zoom into the book themselves.

They start messing with the toys, but they're literally not doing anything.

Zedd is pissed that they're taking so long, and he decides to give them a jolt to remind

them of their task.

Then, the putties rolls out of hiding.

Grumble very briefly halfheartedly tries to take back the toys before the putties leave

with them, and he blames the Rangers for him still being grumpy now.

Meanwhile, at Skull's house, Bulk is demanding the 9-volt batteries for something, and then

when they realize they don't have any, Skull is left to keep following directions while

Bulk goes to the store.

At the Youth Center, Aisha says that Tommy is always late, but the others aren't, so

they're going to go to the book fair to see if they're there.

That's funny, Aisha.

Act tough while your leader is gone, huh?

In the storybook, the three rangers lament how they have to get out of the book, and

they decide to go chase after Grumble.

Meanwhile, the book is being delivered by those two extras to Ms. Applebee.

Then, Aisha, Billy, and Adam ask her if she's seen the others, but she tells them how they

left a while ago.

Billy tries to get in contact with them, and Adam does too, to no avail.

They decide this is serious, so they teleport out to the Command Center.

Meanwhile, Skull has lost the book, and there's a searching montage, and in a nice little

bit, there's a box of 9-volt batteries there, so…

Bulk never had to leave in the first place.

Then, Skull finds the wrong book, following the instructions for the cook book.

At the Command Center, Billy, Adam, and Aisha have just fill Zordon in, and Zordon says

that they're probably trapped somewhere.

Billy pushes some buttons on a console for fun.

In the book, the teens are in a snowy environment, and Kim says they're in a part of the book

where there's a snow monster who hates uninvited guests.

Billy finds them, and on the viewing globe, they try to figure out where the hell they

are.

Zordon says that they're in the middle of the storybook, but he can't pinpoint exactly

where the book is.

The teens try to morph, but nothing happens, and according to Rocky, they can't morph

because their morphers are frozen?

Well, okay.

Bulk comes back into the lab, and Skull reveals that he used the wrong book, but he lies about

using it, so Bulk is bringing to life a monster.

Zedd and Rita are watching this, sipping on dry ice, and they decide they should just

turn Bulk and Skull's monster real to wreak havoc.

The three teens in the storybook are hiding from the yeti monster, and Alpha laments that

this will never be a bestseller.

Billy says they can't morph because of their frozen morphers, which is dumb because wouldn't

they also be frozen?

Then, the monster attempts to get them, falling down, and in the snowstorm, an avalanche occurs.

There's some plot holes with this one just like any other episode of Power Rangers, but

honestly, it's not bad by any means.

I like that we're finally seeing Bulk and Skull matter at all to the overall purpose

of the show, but I have to admit it's strange when Rita and Zedd call them "Bulk and Skull"

because it's weird that they even know who they are.

Other than that, it's an original concept for this show to trap them in a storybook,

and the visual effects they utilize are really well done to communicate that to the audience.

One last fact: Grumble the Magic Elf is just a repurposed Mr. Ticklesneezer while the yeti

monster (who doesn't seem to have a real name) is a repurposed Primator.

They're not the only repurposed suits we'll see this two parter either, but until then,

may the power protect you!

Samsung Galaxy S9+ Review (Exynos) - Duration: 7:23.

I've had the Galaxy S9+ for about a week now and if you're curious to know what my

first impressions were, you can check the unboxing video cuz I'm going straight into

the review.

Hi!

Wale here from Geek.NG. and this is my review of Samsung Galaxy S9+

Starting with the design, it's no longer news that this phone looks very similar to

the Galaxy S8 except for the slightly reduced bezels around the top and bottom.

You probably won't notice it anyway.

And the S9+ is slightly heavier than the S8+, but again, the difference is so little you

probably won't know.

But one this is clear, it feels different and I think the grip is better.

The biggest change physically is the position of the fingerprint sensor which everyone,

everyone appreciates.

Thankfully, there's no notch and for those who can't cope with just wireless audio,

Samsung keeps the 3.5mm audio port for you.

You've got to stand up for something even if it means standing alone.

Well done, Samsung.

As far as the design goes, it's still the same beautiful design from last year.

It's still water and dust-resistant with IP68 rating…

I really like it, but it's still a fingerprint magnet, it's still fragile, you still need

a good case.

Coming to the display, we know no one does it better than Samsung.

Vibrant colors, deep blacks, great viewing angles…Its even brighter than the display

on the galaxy S8+, but personally, I think the saturation is just way too much for me.

That's the truth… but Samsung puts total control in your hands.

I had to go to the display settings and switch from Adaptive display to Basic.

The display now looks perfect to me… but then, some people may be okay with the adaptive

display.

But not me.

You still have the same infinity display, adjustable display resolution even though

FHD+ is the sweet spot, blue light filter and everything else.

Audio on the on the Galaxy S9+ is a lot better.

Now you have surround sound with Dolby Atmos technology.

Now you have stereo speakers tuned by AKG, one at the bottom, the other integrated with

the earpiece.

Manufacturers are starting to use this approach a lot… over these couple of months I've

seen this same implementation on the iPhone X, Xiaomi Mi Max 2 and now the Galaxy S9+.

It's sure louder than the last year's Galaxy S8+ and I think the quality is better.

Unlike Google, unlike Apple, unlike HTC, unlike Essential, unlike Huawei, Samsung is keeping

the 3.5mm audio port alive.

You've gotta stand up for something, even if it means standing alone.

When it come to software, opinions can be very divided.

While some people prefer Android in it's purest form, it's way too crude and unrefined

for some people.

In my opinion, Samsung Experience 9.0 is beautiful, functional, loaded with features and yeah,

it's got some pretty useless gimmicks too that shouldn't even be there.

The new Samsung keyboard is awesome though.

It's got almost everything you look for in third-party keyboards.

Bixby is still here and Samsung's effort to push this thing down our throats is not

working.

The annoying accidental Bixby launch isn't going away.

And yeah, it's disabled already.But overall, I really like user interface.

Performance is quite excellent.

6Gbs of RAM and an improved processor gotta count for something.

This phone is quite unlike any Android phone I've ever used in terms of performance…

My favorite mobile game these days is World War Heroes and it's quite enjoyable on this

phone.

RAM management is quite good and multitasking is fluid.

I tried benchmarking this phone on Antutu and it scored the the highest number of points

I've ever ever seen on a smartphone.

You may heard a lot of people saying battery life on this phone sucks.

That is may be true, the battery life is not that great.

I only get up to 6 hours screen on time with moderate use.

On most days, it's just around 4 or 5 hours.

Always on display is kept turned off though the battery usage is negligible, resolution

always at FHD+, brightness is always minimal, the phone is always on WiFi… the battery

barely manages to get me through the day.

A great battery life is definitely not one of the advantages this phone has.

And yes, it's even worse if you're on 4G.

If you're a heavy user, you really need to walk around with your charger.

When it comes to security, as always, Samsung gives you lots of options.

You've got several ways to unlock your phone.

You still have the standard fingerprint unlock and registering your fingerprint is a lot

easier on this phone.

You only need to slowly swipe your finger down the sensor and I see a lot of manufacturers

copying this soon cuz it makes it so much easier for the user.

The Iris scanner is there and you still have face unlock.

And of course, you can use Intelligent Scan that combines both iris and face unlock.

It's.a good thing there are so many options.

Now everybody knows AR Emoji is Samsung's response to Apple's Animoji.

In a sort of way, its fun to use.

I mean, you get those personalized stickers an all… but you know it's it's really

bad when you're trying to make an AR Emoji video and it's all glitchy.

Just like Animoji on the iPhone X, it's not a feature I see myself using that much.

And that brings us to the camera.

Yes, it's till the standard kind of photos you would expect from Samsung; very bright,

crystal clear, well defined contrast…

And the camera setup is definitely a step-up from last year's Galaxy S8.

Two cameras at the back: one has a wide-angle lens with variable aperture that switches

between f/2.4 and f/1.5, and the other is a telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom.

Just like other phones with similar setup, you have have a Live focus mode that you know,

give you that depth of field effect people seem to love these days.

Even though you have just a single camera at the front, you can as well take portrait

selfies with using selfie focus mode.

But then, you may end up having your hair or ears looking blurry.

The rear camera automatically switches to f/1.5 in low-light and that makes a big difference.

Shots taken in low light really do look stunning as more light comes in through the sensor.

There's a Pro mode which I really like to use…

This mode even lets you choose the aperture depending on your need….for instance, you

may decide to shoot at a wide aperture and very fast shutter speed.

Shooting super slow-mo videos vat 960fps is strangely satisfying.

It's one of the best things I love about this phone.

Even if you don't have much faith in DXOMark rating, the camera on the Galaxy S9+ still

performs great and it's definitely one of the best on any smartphone right now.

Now the question is: is this really a phone I would recommend?

And is it worth an upgrade?

My opinion right is quite different from what it was when I inboxed this phone.

If you have the Galaxy S8+, maybe you should keep your money wait till next year.

The difference isn't compelling enough except you really think the you can't live without

the improved camera.

But then, if you're upgrading so you could take portrait photos with the dual camera,

you can still do the same thing on the S8+ (unofficially) using a modified version of

Google Camera, the same one on the Pixel 2.

If you're coming from an older phone like the Galaxy S7 or a totally different brand,

the difference is pretty huge.

It's definitely worth the money.

And I would definitely recommend it.

Except for the battery life which is not that great, this phone is close to perfect.

That's my review of the galaxy S9+.

want to get back at this I know for me in business I am regularly reading I

have to be I have to consuming content whether that's blogs podcasts books but

I'm a huge fan of books guys I think it's a medium that is just one of those

timeless things right and I I just I love that in every book it has that that

tactile you're reading it you're feeling it so nothing against digital nothing

against audiobooks they have their time they have their purpose but I'm a fan of

hands-on books now not being said guys here's the current reading pile in no

specific order but what I wanted to get down to today was a review that it has

long been waiting become a key person of influence stick around I'm gonna give

you a breakdown of my thoughts on this book what the author has to say and

whether or not I think it's actually worth your time to read so let's go

alright guys first up the book is written by Daniel Priestley okay and

this guy is an entrepreneur I'll give him that he's an entrepreneur

out of Australia started up a successful business sold it went into influential

speaking keynote speaking break guy seems to achieve quite a bit now what I

get the feeling is he's not necessarily an author and well he's got author in

his title I am almost a hundred prints 100 percent

certain that this was a ghost written book now I've got nothing against ghost

ghost written books I know plenty shout out to Gary Vee I know plenty of

ghost written books out there that are phenomenal absol

phenomenal but this one here it just doesn't seem to me to have the amount of

content that you would expect out of a guy that was able to start with a

suitcase and a credit card build his own business

find wealth build success this did not feel anywhere along the way like a book

that does justice to that walk to that knowledge and why am I saying that okay

as you go through the book it's a simple premise okay it's a three point

breakdown this is why I think you need to be a key person of influence here's

what you need to do in order to become a key person of influence now go and do it

and here's why I think you should do it and I did it in this yeah yeah you guys

have heard these in a lot of entrepreneurial books now what sets

entrepreneurial books apart for me is this one is your personal story

captivating is captivating yes I'll give points to Daniel Priestley for that I

loved his personal story I loved that he started from scratch built himself up

moved on to greater things I think that's a fantastic story so if it was

just his personal biography I might suggest it for a read okay that's in

there however for most of these entrepreneurial books I want the next

part not just a success story but the the meet the here's the thing that I

discovered here's what's amazing I want that to have great premise and purpose

and I also want it to be a timeless style of knowledge okay now this book

was written in 2010 I believe okay and the reality is the book feels like

it's using a lot of buzzwords from the time it doesn't feel like it's timeless

I mean there are books that were written we've got Napoleon Hills Think and Grow

Rich here right this is written way back way way way back like we're talking the

advice harkens back to I think it's some 30s 30s or 40s like just crazy book that

lasts and lasts and lasts because the knowledge in it is so solid become a key

person of influence lacks that knowledge in a serious way what you get are

Genrich 2010 sound bytes of wisdom from the book and what do I mean by that so

I'm gonna give you the Cliff's Notes but really guys you're gonna get this out of

a single chapter in the book and esra isn't for you okay so what this is

recommending is finding each be specific speak to the niche continue doing so

growl community that's it okay now each of those things in and of themselves is

not a bad thing I I don't have a problem with that with

the exception of possibly niche because it's just saying target in each it's not

necessarily saying you know pursue a passion pursue a love it's saying find a

niche where you see opportunity and go after but not that's either here they're

people people do that all the time or they just go after something that they

see money in and they're not genuinely passionate about so if that's for you

fine if not so be it but with this book guys I find that the core of it that

concept of find something go after it work hard find other people who like

what you're doing keep going and repeat I don't find that very actionable and I

don't find it very realistic okay there's lots of people out there that

try just that it's that story of the American Dream essentially retold right

find something that seems profitable go after it work hard you'll get it and

that sounds very similar on the reason why I had Gary be so closest it sounds

similar the two things sound very very similar the only difference between the

two is this one advocates for do what you're passionate about and screw of

anybody says it's not profitable keep going for it drive forward be passionate

love what you do and crush it okay this one here says seek out something that's

problem because you think it'll be profitable and eventually if you just

keep out it'll get there now the big difference between the two of those of

course is passion me as an entrepreneur if you're not passionate about what

you're doing stop doing just stop as an entrepreneur especially okay

nine-to-five you don't get a choice being an entrepreneur that's up to you

it's a decision you make and in as much as being an entrepreneur is a decision

for you to make it also is a decision of how you go about doing that so become a

key person of influences find something that is amnesia okay find something that

you can speak to in a niche I can tell you if you've been working a

nine-to-five job for 40 years and you know systems management really really

well but you hate every moment that you spend at that dust doing systems

management this book recommends that you go and speak on systems management

because it's what you know this book says screw

noise head up find something you love and then speak on that pretty key

difference there right so afterwards the application now go do it that's just

general motivational stuff in the book so how do I feel overall about the read

well I feel like it's not bad advice but it's not great advice okay so if I'm

looking for something of this nature the reality is this book here's what you go

grab okay so down below you're gonna find the links you're gonna find become

a key person of influence that'll be down below if you want to

read it so again Daniel Priestley story is amazing I love his story if he had

done more fleshing out a story I know a little while back we did a review on

Anthony lolis book and it was an amazing story because all throughout he taught

his lesson through his life story it was a beautifully written book this bad boy

here is lacking in that of like here's my life here's what I think you should

do go do it motivational rah rah right um

this guy here though this has this has stuff that is a lot more applicable it's

timeless at last and it resonates so if you guys haven't read this one yet

I assume most of you have but thinking we're rich by napoleon hill i highly

recommend this one it's of a similar vein the two of them are start from

nothing get a vision pursue it and here's how but this one here is gonna

last you a lot longer and serve you a lot stronger than this bad boy here

ultimately I'll leave it up to you guys now this is gonna be a weekly thing I

settle on this if I'm reading a book a week why not review a book a week okay

so what I want to do is I've got some books on the go this one I'm actually

reading with my wife sleep smarter so look forward to a review on that of

course you guys saw that crushing it by Gary Vee that's upcoming I'll include

those in the links down below as well if you guys want to read along that way you

can get an opinion on the books as I'm coming up to review them the other one

that I am reading currently is the culture code by Daniel Coyle

now guys these are all books that are gonna go some of them I'm reading just

personally some of them I'm reading whenever I'm at work some of them I'm

reading obviously with my wife but each of them has applications both in

personal and professional life and I I just love consuming the content that's

in these even a Babri guys I a bit of a sucker that way with a bad

movie like a bad b-movie I like to watch it all the way through and try to drag

something out of it at the very least if I'm gonna take the time I want to drag

something from it so that's what this one was for me it wasn't a super great

read I don't highly recommend it in its place

but recommend thinking Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill and up-and-coming we've

got all those other great books if you guys have an opinion or a opinion on

obviously there's a bunch back there already there's bunches in the other

i'll turn it around once more so you can see it nicely

I use this monitor myself for about 2-3 years

these rubber handles are great while loading and uloading

you can grab it many different ways

there is also a handle on side with this cutout for hand

it has a additional angled side so it can be used as a vedge monitor

a quality neutrik connector

a really professional stuff

so it's very practical

for setting the right level ratio of both inputs

if you're doing a gig and you want to go with mic straight to box, just set the level

there is the clip border which you should not cross

master level set as you want, as you're used to

let's see where we can get by pressing the knob

there are many different modes

music mode

live

speech

or club

by pressing again you get into location mode, so where and how it's used, on a pole, as a monitor etc.

Subwoofer switch on/off

Treble and Bass

if you don't like the led in the front you can just disconect it

display brightness, contrast, reset etc.

so two inputs

for those of you who don't know, these are universal inputs, for jack and XLR at the same time

next we have Aux In for small events without mixing console

you can play some background stuff from your phone

next there is a Output

that would be all for now, turn it off

i'll show you some recommended equipment

so except cables you can use a cover

water resistant

good thing for protecting it from scratches

it's good to have such thing because

if you play in some punk club, it doesn't matter if it's dirty and has stains all over it

but the when you got a wedding job, it won't look very nice

how it looks when laid on the ground as a vedge

if you gonna use it as a vedge monitor, try to adjust the treble and bass

because you'll get better sound on stage during performance

as a PA i would use it in a smaller spaces

let's up to 150 people

if you want to increase power a bit, i recommend using a subwoofer

these are very popular models

if you se these on some event, give a compliment to the engineer

and also vice versa, if i'm doing some sound engineering,

bands are very happy of the performance

EARMOR M32 REVIEW Gen1 issues & Gen2 improvements [ENG SUBS] - Duration: 11:07.

Hi guys once again another review

today we are going to have a look

at a headset from Opsmen

the Earmor M32

So let's see what is special about the earmor

it's a product that's...

having a lot of good reputation

in the airsoft community

in portugal and in other countries

also in real steel shooting

we are receiving a product that supposedly

is for real steel at an affordable price

around 90 euros

more or less

and the ptt is 20 euros

so an interesting price for the quality

we wanted to talk about the earmor

because some people liked it others didn´t

and the reason maybe because of the different generations

in my case i have the gen 2

he has the gen 1

and we will talk about that in just a moment

the headest is nice for airsoft

not only looks cool

that's always important

looking good

it amplifies sounds

and the noise reduction

that may come in handy near thunder B

or other type of pyrotechnics

for those who play with that

it cut's off noise that are higher than 82 dba

we first bought the version with the headband

and then we bought the rail clips

because opsmen started to make it as an aftermarket part

we noticed that the headband

was a bit tight on the head

i don´t know if you felt that?

and when we moved to the clips

the whole set up got much more comfortable

and we didin't lost the ear seal

the seal is not as good as the heaband but it's nice

another important thing....

regarding the earmor

are the quality of the cushions

and we had other headsets from other brands

are really comfortable

the clips have lot's of adjustment

you can lower them or use them higher

you can adjust them as you need it

during games they are very comfortable

because the clips don´t put a lot of pressure

you can try and adjust the headband

to put it better

the earmor has other good features

the mic can be switched

to the left side or the right

that's nice for you lefties out there

the shell format

it's different

from other headsets

it's more low profile

so your cheeckweld will be better

when handling your weapon

it's more low profile than the sordins

or the comtacs

so some people prefer this shape of the shell

the mic's that catch the surrounding sounds

are also low profile

in other headsets they are on the lower front of the headset

these ones are on the sides

and that may help with the sorrounding sounds

the amplification of lower sounds

is very good

comparing with other brands

another good feature that some people may

not notice very much

the connection between the clips and the headset

it's a closed attachment

in other clips the atachment has....

an openning

they may by accident cut loose from the headset

it's a rare situation but it happens

these ones are closed and that's a good thing

another thing about the earmor

the batteries are only necessary to amplify lower sounds

and to cut higher noises

if by any reason you run out of batteries

the headset will still be able

to communicate using the radio

you lose the amplification but comms are still a go

here we have the buttons to adjust the volume

it has 3 levels of adjustment

for those who want hear higher or lower

depending on your hearing sensability

the buttons are large

so that you can manipulate the headset better

even when wearing gloves

turning it on and off is simple

some headsets you need to leave the finger on the button

this one you just need one press

don´t know if you heard it but it's on

and then another press and it's off

so a another nice detail

it's compatible with military PTT's

it has the nexus jack

there were some problems with Gen 1

He has the Gen1 i have the gen 2

we wanted to this video also to explain

some differences

so that you can do your purchase correctly

Gen 1 had some problems with the boom mic

they would cease to work

or they only worked on one side and not on the other

and the sound amplification and reduction would only work on one side

or it didn't work at all

the battery consumption on the gen 1 was excessive

they say it last's 350 hours

but on gen 1 the batteries

only lasted 1 or 2 games

but the choice off your batteries is important

it's a very critical aspect

these headset run on AAA batteries

on each side

so rechargeable batteries forget it

and batteries from budget stores also

most of the times those batteries have the trades

from good brands

but they are counterfeit

so don't buy them

it may cost more buying good quality batteries

but that's the only way that the headset will work properly

so one of the ways to know wich gen is.

the gen 1 on the battery compartiment has a quick attach system

just turn it and push it in

and you're good to go

on the gen 2 the compartiment has a cap screw system

because we noticed that

a BB impact on the headset

would be enough to dislodge

the battery from it's connections

and the headset would turn off

maybe that's why OPSMEN pu the screw cap system

so that the batteries would stay in place

but still you have to screw it in tightly to make sure

that the battery stays put

it seems like the GEN 1 had some bad rep

some stores stopped having earmor

because there were to many headsets returned

to go to warranty or being replaced by new ones

but then gen 2 came out

and it seems all the problems were fixed

at least i didn't had any issues

only with the microphone

yes the make has a little issue

like he said i have gen he has gen 2

but there's another person on our team that has gen 3

and we aren't having any critical issues

so besides those production problems with gen 1

that's always an issue with first gen products for many brands

but usually they fixe them for the next production series

so that's why we're here explaining to you the differences

so that you can buy the headset without being afraid

of them not working

because the earmor is an excelent product

but one problem that is has

despite opsmen saying is waterproof

our experience with the product showed us that

it doesn't handle water very well

we were at a game that rained a lot

and during the night the headset

we not working properly

because when we tried to communicate

the other person receiving the communication

could hear the radio channel open

but the sound was very low

that's a bad thing

communication is essential to the team

and we couldn't do it

the good thing is that

the next morning was working

because the hummidity evaporates

we assume that the issue was water on the mic

so we really wanted to refer this issue

so that you can be aware of this

another thing that we wanna talk about are the clips

they are fixed

they are not as the comtacs that

come out and rotate

and if you buy the replica ones

they can pop out by accident

that's not the case with earmor

so there is always ear seal

so that's the last thing we want to refer

so this video was to show you the issues with gen 1

the improvements of gen 2

all issues we fixed and know there is gen 3

so it's a great product buy it

but only the gen 2 and above that

1999-2000 Mustang V6 BBK 65mm Throttle Body Review & Install - Duration: 7:41.

So we're here with our BBK 65-millimeter throttle body, which fits your 1999 and 2000 V6 Mustang.

Now, there are really two reasons why you should be picking this throttle body up.

Number one is if your current throttle body is shot and you're feeling really bad throttle

response.

It can definitely get restrictive over the years.

And number two is if you have a bolt-on, naturally-aspirated build and you've upgraded all those other

components, and this is the last step in the process.

I'm talking about if you've done headers, a cold air intake, an intake manifold, your

stock throttle body becomes a bottleneck.

Now, BBK says that this will free up air flow.

It'll add 10 extra horsepower to your build.

You might not notice it, but you will definitely feel some better throttle response.

I'll get into the features of this throttle body later.

But first, we're gonna pull our stock one out of the vehicle.

I'm actually gonna show you the entire install itself.

Now, that install is one out of three wrenches on our difficulty meter.

It should take you about 30 minutes with just a couple of sockets and wrenches, so let's

go ahead and get started.

So we've got our V6 pulled in the garage.

First things first, we're gonna pop the hood and get started.

For these first steps, you're gonna need a flathead screwdriver and you're gonna need

a 10-millimeter socket.

What we're gonna do, we're gonna disconnect our factory air intake tube from our throttle

body.

We're gonna disconnect all of the throttle control cables, as well as the throttle position

sensor.

And then, last, we're gonna disconnect our crankcase ventilation hose.

Now that we've disconnected everything from our throttle body, it's time to remove the

throttle body from the vehicle itself.

For that, you're gonna need a 10-millimeter socket.

We'll be pulling 2 10-millimeter bolts and 2 10-millimeter nuts.

All right.

Now, we have our original throttle body out of our vehicle here.

We're gonna have to do some work here on the table before we install our new one.

We're gonna have to move our throttle position sensor over to our new one, and they actually

provide us with new hardware.

Now, before we do that, I wanted to point out some differences between these two guys

here.

First things first, yes, the new one is a little bit bigger.

The factory throttle body, you might have been looking around online, you might have

been trying to find an answer to this, it's 63 millimeters.

This is 65 millimeters.

It's a tiny bit bigger, but it's not enough to throw a lean code.

It's not enough that you need a tune.

So that's nice.

You get a little bit of a better inflow without needing a tune.

Now, besides that, this thing's made out of machined 356-grade aluminum.

It has double-sealed bearings, it also has O-ring throttle shafts, and it has die stamped

linkages.

That's gonna make the entire throttle body function a lot smoother.

You're gonna get better inflow.

You're gonna get better throttle response.

Overall, it's actually gonna make the car feel a lot better.

Now, this is the only option currently available on the site.

You could go for one from the factory.

It might cost just as this guy does if not more.

You might find something online elsewhere that's gonna be a little less expensive.

However, you're definitely not gonna get some of the upgraded components that this comes

with, and all of those other options that you'll find are gonna be 63 millimeters instead

of 65 millimeters.

This guy comes in at just over $260.

I personally think that's very affordable, especially considering you're gonna get a

performance benefit out of this.

All right.

So without further ado, we're gonna go ahead and swap over our throttle position sensor

to our new throttle body, and we're gonna go ahead and use the new hardware that BBK

provided us.

All right.

Now, before we install our throttle body onto our vehicle, we have to remove those two studs

left over.

Now, in order to do that, you're gonna take both of those 10-millimeter nuts you pulled

off of them, and you're gonna double them up.

You're gonna tighten them up with each other.

That's gonna give you leverage on the stud itself.

And then you can just loosen the stud with a little 10-millimeter wrench.

So with those two studs removed from the intake manifold, we're free and clear to install

our new throttle body.

What you're gonna wanna do is take your new gasket, line it up with the holes on the throttle

body, and grab one of the four provided bolts.

Go ahead and hand-tighten it onto the intake manifold, grab your other three bolts and

line them up, and go ahead and tighten them all down.

And our other two go in the bottom.

The new bolts provided with your new throttle body are actually a little bit different.

They're not regular socket head bolts.

They're actually Allen keys.

So unfortunately, the kit doesn't' come with one, but it is a 5-millimeter Allen key head.

You can go ahead and use a socket head or a regular Allen key to tighten all those down.

All right.

So with our throttle body installed and tightened up, the last step is reapplying all of our

connections, our throttle body linkage assembly, as well as our intake tube.

So with everything tightened up and everything reinstalled, that actually wraps up our review

and install of the BBK 65-millimeter throttle body, which fits your '99 and 2000 Mustang

V6.
