Welcome to "Hoy Grabo YO" Today I'm going to teach you how to prune a grapevine
we counted two yolks one and two would be there and cut diagonally
Here we count two and cut diagonally
More or less between the stem that we will let it grow and between another, it must be like a scissor
about 15 centimeters more or less between stem and stem, bone if in some case we find two closer, one of the two cut it
to leave to leave the distance
you see here I'm going to give you a tip we count 1.2 the scissors do not put it like that
not straight but diagonally to the opposite side
let's say that the water as if the water were falling from the opposite side to the second yolk
From there to below and the second bud is left behind
Here equal 1 2 and we make the cut and so we are doing with the whole vine
You see in this case we find that we have several branches together or that is in the middle we removed
and here we do the pruning
We count two stems equal and cut diagonally to the opposite side of the stem
Now we see that this branch is going away
look at that is the one that is going away
Well, here we will count 2 scissors
one and two
and where there is a bud we make the cut
Here we have bud ...
Well, there we make the same cut
and so we would all have, we have left before one, forgive! let's go to it, we've left a
That bothered us another branch in the middle to see this, so we do the same as the other 12
and we cut
Now let's see the full vine. If you liked the video, you already know how to subscribe and like the video
Here you see everything well cortadito we have 1, 2
All this we are doing in December so that next year, everything will be fine.
Now it's time, now as you see it does not release sap or anything, it's time to do pruning now
and there we would have it ... until another

हिंदी- Simple Way to Identify Multibaggers in India - Duration: 11:14.
Hello investors, my name is Sagar and in this video we will talk about multibaggers and how to find them
we all want multibagger stocks in their portfolio
if you are new to my channel, I analyse companies every Monday
and every Thursday we talk about various subjects such as financials , valuations , basics
if you would like to see more videos, don't forget to subscribe to my channel
a multibagger stock means returns of 300, 400 or even 500 %
how can we find such stocks ? There are 2 basic ways to find them
First - when one stock becomes the "darling" of investors
maybe a famous investor decides to invest in that stock and now it's very well know and everyone likes it
and maybe in 1 or 2 years the stocks gives returns f 200 %
but my question is : can you know when any stock will be the "darling" of stock market ?
nobody can know that exactly. So we can't use that method as it's based more on luck
but there is another method. I made a video where I explained how the stock market works.
You will see a card above with that video. I explained that the earnings of a company is directly related to the stock price
so if the earnings of a company increase 20 or 30 % every year, the stock price will also increase 20 - 30 %
Let me show you with an example. Imagine a company reports earnings of 100 crores it's first year
and every year they increase their earnings around 30 % every year
that means in 3 years, it will approximately double their earnings
so it goes from 100 crores to 200 crores in 3 years
the next 3 years , they grow 30 % again so they will double their earnings
and the next year they double again to 800 crores. In 9 years you went from 100 crores to 800 crores in earnings
if this was a stock, it would give multibagger returns.
If you would have invested 1 rupee in the company you would get 8 rupees after 9 years
so now we need to understand why would a company grow 30 % every year ?
because we know if a company can grow at 30 % every year, it will give multibagger returns
what are the factors that help such companies grow at such a rapid pace ?
In this video, we will talk about one factor. I will make more videos, explaining more factors
The factor I will explain in this video is price.
I will explain this with a real company : Dmart.
I already made a video on Dmart which you will see in the card above.
how can Dmart grow at 25 - 30 % every year ?
if you visit any Dmart store, you will see that their prices are very low compared to their competitors
and that's why customers like Dmart so much
India is a price sensitive market. What does this mean ? It means price is very important in India
and that's why Dmar does so well as it can charge very less for their products
but even if you buy the product but the quality is not good, you won't repeat again
quality is very important if you want a customer to visit your store again
Products like soap are not so important but food for example is very important
and Dmart is very well ware of this. If you read any of their reports, you will see
they always mention they won't sacrifice on the quality of their products
as you build a relationship with the customers, they become your loyal customers
so whenever they want to buy anything, they will always think about Dmart
as you will attract more customers, you earnings will start growing together with the stock price
but now the question is , how can Dmart afford to sell their products at such a cheap price ?
if you don't understand the reason, it means you are just guessing and that's dangerous
I will explain how Dmart can sell products at such a cheap price
Imagine you have a supplier and you want to buy some products from him
Let's imagine I buy 10 packets of biscuits from the supplier and then Dmart buys 2 000 packets of the same biscuit
who do you think will get better price? Dmart or me?
Of course, Dmart will get it for a better price as they are buying in bulk
Dmart has price advantage because of their scale and size
Dmart has one more advantage. When they approach any supplier, they can tell them
we are sure that we will be able to sell your product and we can also repeat the order in future
because now they have loyal customers which prefer Dmart
if you check their inventory (I explained this in the Dmart video)
you will notice how they can sell their products so fast as their customers are loyal to them
Now you know how Dmart can get cheap prices from the supplier
So when you get such cheap prices from the supplier, even if you increase the price 5 or 10% when you sell in in your shop
your prices will still be cheaper compared to your peers
and now you understand the business model of Dmart
and they keep earning more money every year. But, let's take this one step further
when you start earning more money, you can keep opening more shops as Dmart is doing right now
as you keep opening more shops, your brand awareness keeps increasing.
The more people know about your brand, you will start creating a habit.
because everyone will know that Dmart has great prices and also offers great quality. They are also present everywhere
You will keep attracting more customers as you get bigger
and suddenly, everyone will know that if you want to buy something, you can just go to Dmart as default because you trust them
that's why it's important to expand with all the profits you earn
I would like to mention that this is not a recommendation, it's just so I can explain the principle
Until this point, I'm sure you are already excited about Dmart but there is one downside too
I will explain this with a practical example. Let's imagine your open your own store.
because you can apply these principles in real life also
so in your store, you offer great products at a cheap price
so let's say you can sell a packet of biscuits for 100 rupees and then I open another store
I can offer the same product for 70 rupees. Remember I mentioned in India, markets are very price sensitive
price is a very important factor. So if I can offer it for 70 rupees, where do you think people will go ? Your shop or mine
Of course, they will come to my shop. This means I will be your competitor
So when you keep your prices so cheap, you always need to take a look at your competitors to see if they can offer at lower prices
because if I offer those biscuits at 70 rupees, what will you do now ? The only thing you can do is reduce the price to 60 rupees
You can see how this creates a " price war " just to see who can offer the cheapest prices
if you find a company which offers cheap prices, you will need to track the competitors closely
Dmart is very big in size so they have bargaining power
as they become bigger in size, they can get cheaper prices from the suppliers
Now let me show this with a real example. In US there is a company known as Walmart which has a similar business model as Dmart
Walmart operates in a similar way. They open their shops and they buy in bulk from their suppliers so they can offer great discounts to their customers
Recently, there has been a "war price " between Amazon and Walmart
Walmart offers products at a very low price. They also sell toys and clothing
I'm sure you are already aware of Amazon. They also sell toys and clothing
You know that Amazon also has products at a very cheap price
so you can see how both these companies are competing as they both offer products at low prices
so when you find such price sensitive companies
you should keep an eye on the competitors. And if you see a big threat, you should know when to exit also
now you might be asking what did I learn from this video? I made this video for one simple purpose
if you can find a small or big company which is a low cost player ( offers cheap prices )
it can be a great advantage for a company. It can help them grow 20 or 30 % every year
and you will need to keep an eye on the competitors also
so you can look for such companies which have a "price" advantage
if you did like this video, don't forget to click the like button, comment and subscribe

This video is about aspirin. Before starting this video I'd like to wish you
all a Merry Christmas. Aspirin is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. Now
when you fall down or sustain any sort of injury, there will be release of various
inflammatory mediators especially prostaglandins at the site of
inflammation and these are responsible for carrying out the inflammatory
reactions such as burning sensation. Now have you ever heard of this enzyme
called as COX which is cyclooxygenase. This is the enzyme which is responsible
for the production of prostaglandins from arachidonic acid. Now aspirin
effectively inhibits cyclooxygenase enzyme, by doing so they decrease prostaglandin
synthesis and thereby decreasing inflammation. The cyclooxygenase enzyme has
two isoforms cyclooxygenase 1 and cyclooxygenase 2 which is responsible for
inflammatory reactions. Now aspirin being a non-selective COX inhibitor, inhibits
both the isoforms. The COX 1 isoform is responsible for physiological
activities whereas COX 2 isoform is responsible for inflammatory reactions
Aspirin is usually given by oral route. It is absorbed from the gastric mucosa as
well as intestinal mucosa. Aspirin is absorbed only in the unionized form in
which it will be diffusible. When aspirin enters the gastric mucosal cells it can
get converted into ionized form when it becomes non diffusible. When aspirin
becomes non diffusible, that is in the ionized form it cannot leave the gastric
mucosal cell and so it gets trapped inside the gastric mucosal cell leading
to ion trapping. This increases the gastric mucosal damage. In addition to
that aspirin also blocks a physiologically important enzyme which
is COX 1 which is responsible for maintenance of gastric mucosal integrity
and by blocking the COX 1 enzyme aspirin increases the risk of
mucosal damage. Aspirin is metabolized by liver and excreted by kidneys
About 80 percent of aspirin in the plasma is bound to plasma proteins and
it displaces drugs such as warfarin, naproxen and many other drugs from
plasma proteins. By doing so they increase the plasma levels of these
drugs and increase the toxicity associated with these drugs.
The pharmacological actions of aspirin. In lower doses, aspirin acts as an
analgesic drug and that's by desensitizing the peripheral pain receptors to the
action of prostaglandins and by doing so pain perception is reduced. Aspirin
also act as antipyretic drug by resetting the hypothalamic thermostat and by doing
so it increases sweating and cutaneous vasodilatation and various other
mechanisms to increase heat loss from the body. At higher doses aspirin acts as
a very good anti-inflammatory drug and that's by decreasing prostaglandin
synthesis by blocking the cyclooxygenase enzyme which i've already explained
before. Aspirin also inhibits platelet aggregation. Now
this effect is well observed in lower doses of aspirin. It does that by
decreasing thromboxane A2 synthesis which is also a product produced by the
cyclooxygenase enzyme. Aspirin causes hyperventilation
in higher doses leading to acidotic breathing and in very toxic doses
aspirin causes respiratory failure and even death. Aspirin is more often
associated with various acid-base imbalance disorders such as compensated
respiratory alkalosis in higher doses and uncompensated metabolic acidosis in
very toxic doses due to renal failure.
Aspirin can also increase the cardiac output to meet for the increased
peripheral oxygen demand produced by aspirin. As I've explained earlier aspirin
can cause gastric mucosal damage, ulceration and gastric bleeding. Uses of
aspirin. Aspirin can be used as analgesic as well as antipyretic in low doses but
however for this purpose better alternatives such as paracetamol can be
used which is associated with lesser side-effects.
Aspirin is very commonly used in the treatment of acute rheumatic fever where
it helps in symptomatic control of the disease it is also used for rheumatoid
arthritis but for this purpose better alternatives are available. It is most
commonly used in post myocardial infarction and post stroke patients to
prevent recurrence of the disease.
Aspirin is also used in patent ductus arteriosus in which case it is used to
bring about closure of the patent ductus arteriosus without the need for surgery.
Let's see about the toxicity of aspirin. Aspirin in lower doses are usually
associated with milder side effects such as mild GI distress,
epigastric pain, nausea, vomiting, etc., However when higher doses of aspirin are
given, this can lead to a syndrome known as salicylism in which there be
various clinical manifestations ranging from hyperventilation and acidotic
breathing, reversible hearing loss and vision loss, tinnitus, vertigo,
nausea, vomiting and so many other features. Hypersensitivity and associated
anaphylactic reactions is rare in the case of aspirin and there is this thing
called as acute salicylate poisoning when you give over doses of aspirin at a
time. There will be severe manifestations such as respiratory depression, coma and
uncompensated metabolic acidosis due to the accumulation of various metabolic
acids in the body and can lead to death of the patient. The various
contraindications for aspirin. In children, especially who are infected
with influenza, chickenpox and various other viral infections, it's better to
avoid aspirin as it can cause Reye's syndrome in these patients. This is
actually manifested by encephalopathy as well as liver damage.
It should be avoided in patients with heart diseases because this can increase
the workload of the heart and can lead to precipitation of congestive cardiac
failure. It can cause gastric ulcers as I've already told you, so it should
be prevented in patients with gastric ulcers. Most importantly it should be avoided
in pregnant women, because it can cause prolonged labor and it can also
cross the placental barrier to reach the fetus and very importantly it should be
prevented in persons with bleeding disorders because this increases the
risk of bleeding. Check out the New Year merch. The link is in description of
