Alright guys, I just finished that workout.

Today I just did uh, Chest and Abs.

It was exactly what I just told you guys in the beggining I am doing three warm up sets,

and then three working sets and I am following up with three to four different exercises

for that particular muscle group, for today it was chest and then I am doing only six

reps ok, so total I am doing around nine sets of six reps so thats about 54 reps total and

I am doing it about eighty-five percent of my one rep max.

If I am getting to six reps then I am hitting it on target I rest for about three minutes

and after that I switch to the next exercise after I am done with my sets.

Anyway guys this is pretty sweet.

I literally was only in the gym for one hour, and it's great because your strength goes

up, and it really helps you build your muscular physique that you so want.

I'm talking about the people on the beach who are already big we are not talking about

the guys who are a little bit smaller and kind of just swell up their muscles with blood

when they workout we are not really..

I know that feeling feels good to swell up your muscles with blood when you are working

out.

In terms of muscle growth, muscle development, and maximal muscle stimulation one of the

best things to do is just stimulate your muscles with heavy compound movements so then you

could really add thick development for your muscular structure, so guys the workout was

pretty sweet.

I didn't film it today like I said, but I will definitely film tomorrows workout for

you guys tomorrow I am doing a back and calves workout.

Alright, so my weak points are my triceps, my legs for sure, my calves are definitely

lagging.

In this workout I kind of just incorporate hitting muscle groups two times per week so

you can get maximal muscle growth.

Studies have shown that training two times per week is going to boost the amount of growth

that you are seeing..

Ok?

With that you have to be eating enough protein, carbohydrates, and dietary fats.

hi everyone and welcome back to my youtube channel today we're doing a

simple 15 minute autumn makeup routine so I really hope you enjoy it

and really easy everyday autumn makeup routine so I'm gonna start by

moisturising my skin this is the Origins GinZing Energy Boosting Moisturiser

then to give my skin a little bit of a boost in the glow department I'm going

to use the Tanya Burr Dace Illuminator and this is an all-round favourite

product of mine I love it over the summer and over the winter it just

brightens your dull skin and gives it a really pretty glow then for my foundation

today I'm going to use the Make Up For Ever HD stick foundation and I use

the shade Y245 and I do have a love-hate relationship with this

foundation doesn't always want to work for me so hopefully it will look nice

today I'm going to blend that in with a brush today instead of a sponge this is

the Real Techniques Buffing Brush

I am going to be doing a video with all my favourite affordable makeup brushes

soon as well so stay tuned for that because I don't always mention the

brushes that I use in my tutorials so I thought that it would be nice to do a

video on all my favorite ones and then for my concealer today I'm going to use

the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer and I use the shade custard I'll also just

take a little bit of this on my eyelid as well as my primer for my eyeshadow

now I'm just going to use a different brush to dab this in

and then I'm just going to set that in place with some powder this is the Mac

Studio Fix and I'm in the shade NC 20 and I'm just gonna Pat this on mainly

under my eyes and over my lids as well and to warm up my skin a little bit

because that powder is a little bit too light for me at the moment I'm going to

use the beached bronzer from Urban Decay in the shade bronzed this is such a

pretty shade as well

for blush I'm going to use this palette from Sleek this is the lace palette

and I'm gonna use this shade it has got the

names on the back but I'm never sure with palettes which order they are in so

I'm just gonna say I'm using this shade here and I'm only using a little bit

because these are super pigmented for my eyeshadow today I'm gonna use the

Carly Bybel Palette and I'm gonna do a softer eye and a bold lip I think that

will look really nice for daytime so I'm gonna start by using that corner shade

this is going all over I'm gonna take this one just to darken up the outer corners a

little bit for a bit of a pop the lid I'm going to use the highlight shade at

the bottom and this is like a coppery gold it's really pretty

now it's time for mascara and I'm using it this one from Too Faced I'm

gonna apply plenty of mascara today

and I think that eye look is really pretty for everyday and then I'm going

to use this champagne one to highlight

for lips I'm gonna start by lining them with MAC Soar Lip Liner

and then to fill them in I'm gonna use this soft matte lip cream from NYX

in the shade Rome this is the perfect combo especially but every day so that

It's a beautiful day to honor the Spirits.

We have a bowl for our offerings, different cups to drink from and offer from,

and a script, because you have to have a script.

Here's our water for purification; here is our tree; and here is our fire.

Let us prepare now to honor the Spirits in the way that we should, that they might hear

our voice.

We begin with a musical signal...

[9 knocks on the Well]

It's not terribly "musical," but it'll work.

As we always do, let us begin by honoring the Earth Mother.

O Earth Mother, we give unto you this offering, that you may uphold us, that you may fill

our life with beauty and love, and that we may be rooted strong as the trees and mountains.

So be it.

We call out next for Inspiration, that it may kindle within us the Fire in our Head.

So be it.

We are here to honor the Gods, the Ancestors, and the Spirits of Nature, that they may hear

our voice and bless us in turn.

Let us now purify with Fire and Water.

Let us wash our face first in the Water, and let us warm ourselves by the Fire.

So be it.

Now we seek to recreate the cosmos; the Fire the Well and the Tree at the center.

We silver the Well first that it may be brightened; we come to the Fire and pour offering that

it may be brighter; and we come to the Tree that spans the cosmos, rooted deep and crowned

high.

And we call now to Garanus the Crane, the Bright One, who flies between realms, that

he may open the Gates with us.

Let the Gates be opened.

And with the Gates open, now we call to the Spirits.

First we call to the Ancestors, those who went before;

then we call to the Spirits of Nature, those who inhabit the land around us;

and then we turn our attention to the mighty Gods and Goddesses, those who have always

been there for us.

May they all be welcome.

And because it is right, we give praise to each: to the Ancestors who walked before,

to the Nature Spirits who surround us and support us, and to the Gods who watch over

us and keep us warm.

Spirits All, we Praise You!

And now to all the Spirits that have heard my voice and my praise, we call out:

Accept our Sacrifice!

Having made offerings, we now turn our attention to the Spirits, and ask what they have for

us: these three stones, poured out, will show their will.

First comes the Red Jasper, then the Tiger's Eye, and then the Blue Calcite.

These are good omens indeed.

Now with these blessings heard, let us turn to the Spirits and ask for those blessings.

Ancestors, give us the Waters!

Nature Spirits, give us the Waters!

Shining Ones, give us the Waters!

Behold, Children of Earth, the Waters of Life!

Let us drink deeply.

To all who have aided us, let us thank you!

First, to the Shining Ones, we thank you.

Then, to the Spirits of Nature, we thank you.

Simple Remedy To Remove Age Spots From Your Skin!

Age spots" or "liver spots" are tan, flat, black or brown spots on the skin, which

may differ in size.

They can appear on the hands, arms, face, and shoulders.

Mainly on the areas which are mostly exposed to the sun.

Even though they primarily appear on the skin of people who are older than 50, they can

also be found on the skin of young people, especially if they stay in the sun for long.

Therefore, these spots often appear on those areas which have been exposed to the sun longer,

where melanin is produced in higher amounts.

Logically, proper sun protection would prevent the appearance of age areas.

Light-colored or fair skin types are more susceptible to age areas, and if you have

a history of intense or frequent sun exposures or sunburn– you will be more vulnerable

to them.

Generally, these spots are not dangerous.

However, if you see that a few of them have changed in appearance, you should visit your

doctor and examine the reason.

It is necessary to consult your doctor if your age spots:

Have quickly grown in size Are darkly pigmented

Are accompanied by redness, bleeding, itching, tenderness

Are unusually colored Have an irregular border.

Generally, these age spots are treated with freezing, laser treatment, bleaching creams,

chemical peels, or a dermabrasion.

Yet, before you decide to try surgical alternatives, you should try a few of the effective natural

methods for removing age spots.

The author of Quantum Paleo, Dr. Doug Willen, has discovered a quick natural solution to

the appearance of these spots on the skin, and it consists of onion juice and apple cider

vinegar.

Onions are abundant in anti-oxidants which neutralize the step of free radicals.

Apple cider vinegar has alpha hydroxy acids, which efficiently remove dead skin cells and

reveal the healthy skin layer beneath.

The use of this mix has been reported to provide a healthy glow to the skin as well.

This is how to prepare it:

If you're in a rush, you might just have a small bite but this quick-fix eating habit is fuelling obesity.

Chowing down on "snack" foods while standing up leads people to forget what they've eaten – and they're more likely to gorge again later. But people don't overeat if they have the same meal while sitting down.

Scientists say that's because we don't think of snacks as a proper dinner and still eat three meals a day.

Psychologist Professor Jane Ogden, of the University of Surrey, said: With our lives getting busier increasing numbers of people are eating on the go and consuming foods that are labelled as snacks to sustain them.

What we have found is that those who are consuming snacks are more likely to overeat as they may not realise or even remember what they have eaten. During the study, 80 people were given a choice of cheese and tomato pasta or tuna and sweetcorn pasta.

Some ate it as a snack in a plastic pot with a plastic spoon standing up. . Others sat down to dine and were served the pasta on a ceramic plate with metal cutlery, to make it feel like a proper meal.

"Those who are consuming snacks are more likely to overeat" Professor Jane Ogden After that the participants were taken to a second room for a "taste test" of unhealthy foods like chocolate biscuits, hula hoops, M&Ms and mini cheddars.

Researchers found the snack group ate more junk food than those who had eaten a meal – even though both groups had consumed the same amount of calories in the pasta dish.

Professor Ogden said food should be marketed as a "meal" rather than a "snack" to avoid overeating. She said: It is to do with registering that you have eaten.

Knowing that you have eaten is a psychological process – you tick off the fact you have had a meal. The team behind the study believe that you're more likely to be distracted while eating a snack, so you're less conscious of what you are actually consuming.

Professor Ogden added: To overcome this we should call our food a meal and eat it as meal, helping make us more aware of what we are eating so that we dont overeat later on..
