As someone who works shifts, honeybeeses admitted she struggled with eating at odd times of day. She said: "Shifts are TERRIBLE.

I used to work 12 hour shifts and actually I found these the easiest shifts to lose weight on. provided I got my breaks.

I now work 8 hour shifts and also 10 hour night shifts for a month or so at a time. "Late to early kills me. I experience a lot more physical discomfort than I used to.

For some reason when I eat my evening meal on a late, the next day on an early shift I feel bloated as hell and now get heartburn! Nights are the worst. Pretty much these symptoms x10 in intensity.

"Even after an early/late I still feel like I could come home and destroy the cupboards despite eating my calories for the day. These are flash points for me and I just have to distract myself with other things.

"I always leave calories every night for a 100 calorie chocolate bar and a cup of decaf tea.

Doing that gets me through the day and it helps me say no to all the sweets that are normally in the ward." One commenter asked her about loose skin after such massive weight loss, and she responded: "I have lose skin on my stomach and my arms.

I also still have quite a lot of fat left in these areas because I have about another 40lbs to go. "When Im done I would absolutely consider surgery to remove skin and most likely lift my breasts too.

I am not well off by any means, but Ive thought about it a lot and to me it would be worth it." If you are trying to , eating one particular type of food will help you shift the pounds fast.

Menggelar pernikahan yang begitu cantik dan indah, berapa sih biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh pasangan drama Korea yang menjadi kenyataan ini?

Untuk sewa venue resepsi yang terletak di Shilla Hotel Seoul,

dengan desain bak rumah tradisional Korea yang disebut Yeong Bin Gwan itu memakan biaya sedikitnya 70 juta Won atau setara dengan Rp 854,7 juta.

Mahal memang tapi tentu cukup wajar, apalagi melihat dekorasi yang begitu cantik.

Untuk pesta pernikahannya itu, Song Joong Ki dan Song Hye Kyo dikabarkan mengundang sekitar 150 hingga 250 tamu undangan.

Mereka menyiapkan full course meals untuk semua tamu dengan kisaran harga 200 ribu sampai 300 ribu won (Rp 2,4 juta - 3,7 juta) per orang sehingga setidaknya sekitar Rp 360 juta untuk 150 tamu.

Untuk menu makanan di pernikahan Song Joong Ki dan Song Hye Kyo sendiri,

disediakan berbagai masakan dari sayuran, makanan dari teripang, daging saus kacang hitam, guksu khas pernikahan (sejenis mie), dessert, dan masih banyak lainnya.

Sedangkan dress pernikahan Song Hye Kyo yang merupakan keluaran Christian Dior koleksi musim gugur 2017,

harganya diperkirakan mencapai ratusan juta rupiah.

Setelan jas Song Joong Ki juga dari brand yang sama dengan perkiraan harga yang tidak murah.

Buket bunga yang dibawa Song Hye Kyo, harganya fantastis banget loh.

Jenis bunga lily yang dikenal sebagai Lily Of The Valley itu memang cantik, nggak heran sang aktris memilihnya.

Untuk buket bunga pernikahan yang harus diimpor karena begitu jarang tumbuh di Korea dan biasanya hanya mekar saat bulan Mei saja.

Dekorasi bunga di venue ini juga tidak sedikit loh.

Diperkirakan, uang yang harus dibayar mencapai 50 juta won (Rp 610,5 juta) hingga 80 juta won (Rp 976,8 juta).

Untuk menciptakan nuansa cantik dan indah tapi tetap simple nyatanya dibutuhkan uang yang tak sedikit nih.

Total pernikahan Song Hye Kyo dan Song Joong Ki yang terlihat simple itu sedikitnya menguras budget hingga Rp 2,05 miliar jika dihitung dengan harga minimal.

Hal ini belum termasuk biaya prewed Song Song Couple ke Eropa maupun permintaan khusus di hari pernikahan.
