There we go.
So now that we're all ready, whether you're sitting, whether you're standing,
and again, if you want me to work on anybody that has suicidal tendencies, depression and so on like that.
Just note where you are, note your body.
Note the perimeter of your body and then note about arms' length around you,
above you, below you, again, arms' length.
And then as you note your breath, as I start generating those frequencies,
many of you probably feeling really heavy in the past day, some of you even the past few days.
I'll explain that as well, but for now, just knowing. We can go ahead and take a deep breath in.
Again, note our space, note our body, and sense, if you can't, if you're new,
can't feel your spirit body which is around you, arms' length above, below, and around.
And now that you're aware that that's your personal space, let's go ahead and bring that other person in.
You don't want to bring your whole family in. The max is two. I highly recommend just one.
You can always do this again. It is recorded for you. You can always do it again with another person.
Okay, so let's just keep it at one.
Let's go ahead and take a deep breath in again as you note your shoulders relaxing, letting go.
This person does not have to be here. They do not have to alive, per se. If someone in the past,
and that's that heaviness many of you are feeling.
They start to understand, they start to awaken from the other side and go, "Hey,
"this guy can help me out, free myself from this no space, no time."
Let's go ahead and take a deep breath in again. There's a lot of people on the call.
Just thinking about those people on the call and then the many more that will be listening to us later on,
creating that mastermind, in this case, pure essence of all of ourselves to allow this to go further,
faster, it allows us to maintain our stability as we journey through life. It allows us to pull us out of ruts,
gives us that strength to pull us out of ruts that we keep falling back into or those old patterns
that we keep falling back into.
As you note yourself being more, again, aware, alert of the body -- physical form.
The body -- spirit form; arms' length around, above, below. Deep breath in again.
This time asking ourselves, "How do I connect to Pure Source even stronger?"
Again, a lot of people on the call that are new to me, no worries. You don't have to know anything about me.
As a note, "How do I connect to Pure Source even stronger?" It's non-religious, non-spiritual.
Again, noting your breath again. This time as we note our body, our spirit body, noting our spine.
Noting our spine from the top of the head, the top of the spine, right where the skull meets your upper spine, the neck,
right down to the tailbone.
Noting your breath.
And I know you guys have a lot of questions on why suicide happens and all the details.
We'll be covering that in an upcoming podcast. This Frequency Clinic is to focus
on helping those who are in need of help physically here, to help them release,
whether it's you or somebody that you've brought in. We'll focus on those individuals as they blend into you,
who are attached onto you, people have committed suicide in the past that haven't let go of you
or your family's space and that's where a lot of you are feeling that heaviness. By the way,
they've always been around you since they committed suicide.
This is nothing new. It's not like they just came, although a small percentage that's happened,
but for the most part, a heaviness for those individuals that do feel that heaviness, either today or the past few days.
Again, let me just reiterate, they've always been around you since the time of their death.
They're appearing, which helps you a little more on a denser level and that's why you're more aware of them.
Some of you might be feeling a little tired because they use your energy to create that density that you're feeling.
We'll explain all that, again, in a podcast so I'll give you bits and pieces of information, but again,
it's really here to help you reprogram, one, to help the others release from you, and then two,
keep you complete without anybody else in the future coming into you.
Or, if your family has a tendency or a pattern of suicide, releasing that from you.
Wow.
There's nothing here that you need to do, really nothing that you can do.
All you have to do to get the most is just take another deep breath in, hold it for a few seconds or more,
and just note your body from head to foot being completely aware, being completely here.
Note that space around you. Maintain that space and I'll help you reprogram at your source code.
One, again, protect you, two, eliminate patterns or tendencies, and then three,
free those individuals who latch onto you, whether they're here,
whether they're physically here or crossed over already.
Just noting how you're feeling.
And, again, I'm working on you as a group. I've been working on you as subgroups and a lot of extremes
from what I'm seeing, for example, and just note that I'm always working on you as I speak.
The subgroup -- people who have committed suicide and before they leave they want to reconnect with you,
help you understand what happened with the situation so if that resonates with you
or if that's what you're feeling, some anxiety, basically what they do is the last few moments
of life that they've had, they'll blend into you so you can experience them and that's the anxiety, the oppression,
the last few moments of life for them. So if you're feeling that way, it's not you. I didn't bring anything into you.
It's those individuals that want you to experience it, not from of a distorted perspective,
not to bring you down or anything, so you understand how they felt, why, the story behind it, the real story
behind it, and then they'll exit out for you. It's just their way of ending the limbo that they were in.
And then on the other extreme, people who have attached on, just understanding
that I can help them release. They go into their heavenly space and they're out, they're out of here,
so those individuals feeling really light, really bright, they are really fresh and clean
and then all the different gradations in between. As a note, so we take that deeper, relaxed, isolated breath in,
again isolated meaning that it's just you within your space of your physical form,
of the space around you, arms' length around, above, below.
Many of you, whether you're here on the call or working through you on somebody else,
suicidal tendencies that you might have, the anxiety, the depression and so on that you might be experiencing
and then some of you taking a lot of medications which actually make things worse for you. As they leave,
you'll see that, again, you're free from that because it wasn't you that you were experiencing.
It wasn't your emotions. It wasn't your suicidal tendencies. It was just the fact that you've allowed
those individuals blending into you, so it's their baggage.
Breath in again, noting your body, noting your spine, noting space around you, arms' length.
There's a good number of you. As I just explained earlier, the rest,
through variations of why that you have suicidal tendencies. One, is the control source outside of you
that controls you that keeps you on the brink, because it keeps you weak and those type of individuals,
if this resonates with you, usually have addictive type personalities so they get easily addicted to drugs,
alcohol, sex, whatever it is that keeps them out of control of their own space. So if that resonates with you,
again a small percentage, then I'm talking about you, so we'll work on that group.
By the way, I create duplicates for each subgroup and I won't be talking about, say, all the subgroups that are there
I just don't have time, but I create duplicates and I keep working on you, so
I'll be working on you all the time. I don't need to know, a lot of new people, again, on the call,
I don't need to know you personally to help you out or help your loved one that you brought into this call out.
There's another big group of individuals and they are individuals who have a time distortion.
Some of the symptoms are that you're really, really punctual. You're super, super punctual.
You have to be on time. If you're not, it bothers you. It ruins like your whole day.
That's how extreme, and then on the flipside, you can't keep track of time if it meant your life. You're always late,
by days sometimes, again, because you lose track of time. You tend to daydream.
You tend to forget how long time has passed, not necessarily know how long an hour would be,
if somebody asked you how long have you been sitting here, without looking at your watch you wouldn't know.
So those types of people in limbo between this physical realm and then the spirit side,
so imagine yourself being in two different timeframes; one physical timeframe with a 24 hour clock
as we have here on Earth, which isn't quite accurate, but close enough, and then when you're operating from
your spirit body, operates from a reality of no space, no time, and you're stuck in between
and that's where a lot of fear in you comes in. And then some of you within that group start to see
realities that aren't the best and you want to escape.
Breath in again as we go deeper and we'll just continue on,
might be longer than the suggested time just because there's a lot of different subgroups.
A good number of you asking as I tap into you, like why can't you help yourself?
Remember as I talk there's nothing that you can do, especially for the new ones.
Let's come and and take a realized breath in, again nice and deep. Again, coming into our body
as I continue to work on you, noticing the space around you, even if you don't feel that space around you,
your spirit body. Most of you do, some of you are too fearful, imagine the space around you arms' length.
That's your space, even outside of meditation. That's your space, be aware of it.
To just answer the question of why you can't do this on your own,
it's beyond the level of awareness that you are at. Suppose that another way, the way I see it,
you don't have admin level to what really dictates your life
and that's why you can't escape the shackles.
That's why these patterns keep repeating for you. And I know a good number of you have tried things
over and over and over again. Those are all physical things. Note suicides,
I'd say over 99% happen because of a spiritual program that runs in you, beyond your comprehension,
beyond your fault, nothing that you've done here in this lifetime.
So you can release the self-guilt, the blame of having your life not go the way it has or should, again,
way beyond your control. You're merely a player of your life. You're not the creator.
Just noting how you're feeling as we continue on.
As I scan for individuals on the call, some people that you've brought in are probably feeling a lot lighter.
That's that disconnect between whatever, whoever is bound to you. And then also your own sense of self,
your identity, your spirt, getting locked back in where it should be.
And we'll take a few minutes to do that for you. Again, all you have to do is just be here, noting your body.
Let's go ahead and take a deep breath in again as we continue on.
There's a very small subgroup of this group. It's almost like an exorcism for this smaller group.
You don't have one or two, but you've been a vessel for a lot of spirits who have been maimed,
abused, suicidal obviously
lifetime after lifetime you've absorbed them into you.
So, again, it's a smaller group, but if that resonates with you, if you're not feeling that great, if....
it's almost like you're convulsing, that's you, as these spirits leave you.
So that deep breath in again.
You can stay in this space for as long as you wish. Whenever you're ready,
all you need to do is take a deep breath in, relaxing and opening your eyes, looking at something inanimate,
like a chair, the floor, the ceiling, the wall.
As a note, a lot of extreme cases. Some of you feel elated like you do now.
Some of you will go through some emptiness. Some of you will go through some heavy detox.
You might get a little more depressed or even more suicidal,
because that's the rule set that you've created, as far as getting out, so that happens. Just be aware
that that's part of your process of cleaning out. For those individuals that resonate that way
or resonate with what I just said, again, let me just explain again, things get a little worse for you
before they get better and then on the flipside, for a good number of you actually,
over 50% of what I'm seeing on the call, you'll just, within the next, even now, almost immediately,
a good number of you feeling just very, very different, but within the next few days getting lighter, freer, and so on.
One thing to note, if you've been possessed basically by somebody who has committed suicide
and they've been looking for so long, 10, 20, even longer, throughout your whole lifetime,
and now that they're gone you might feel really empty and not know what to do with yourself
because nobody else is controlling you. You're in control now so you have to take the helm of your ship.
Since you haven't done it before, it's kind of new to you, so you might feel empty
and then you'll gravitate to latch on to somebody else. Just be aware, you can't,
and then you'll come back into your own self and start
sailing your own ship, somebody else like ships, that's why I use that example.
Anyway, anything else I need to cover?

If you are part of a school system that needs help,
please pass it along to the school system or even suicidal clinics and so on like that.
People go through these suicide clinics, and I'm not cutting them down, but it takes years
and a lot of times I can do that within say just this session for you or for many people.
Okay? So it'll help them greatly.
