GRWM, Simple Red Lip Makeup

I washed my hair today with My Shampoo from

Monthly Cosmetics, it's a customized shampoo

It's my current favorite, it has natural mint in it,

which feels really nice and cooling on my oily scalp

It's very refreshing

Let's start with skincare, I need a toner

Cosrx Low Ph PHA Barrier Mist

I'm using it as a toner with a cotton pad

It's also great as a spray mist

One of my current favorites

Can you hear it? Kong is drinking water!

Torriden Cellamazing Centellareal Serum

I like it for my night routine, too

and it's totally workable in day time before makeup

I love the brand, Torriden

First I've tried their sheet masks,

and I purchased this serum because they don't put

any artificial color/fragrance in their skincare range

They seem to be very conscious about ingredients

Monthly Cosmetics My Cream

I just want to finish it up as I'm almost running out of it

It's an order-made cream that meets the needs of my

skin condition and concerns

I chose only one concern as it costed less,

and I'm still satisfied with it

The brand mainly uses natural ingredients, and

not everything rabled "natural" is good for your skin,

and I'm not a huge believer of using natural products only

but anyway, the I like the brand generally!

Look at you, Kong. You're so cute!

She looks like sitting on a snowy field!

Dr.G Green Mild Up Sun

It's a mineral sunscreen

I wanted a Korean mineral sunscreen,

which is very accessible everywhere

and this is it!

It's very light and watery

It's not dry matte

It's my first try today, and I like it

and it smells nice, too

It doesn't leave horrible white cast on the face

Rather, it brightens up my skin tone slightly

I think it has become my new favorite!

It smells very natural

and I like the package a lot

It's too cute to just throw away

It's made of 27% of Centella asiatica ingredients

Soothing formula with high coverage

Rather than masking the whole face with it,

I'm using it more like a concealer

Fill in the brows with light strokes

It comes with a spoolie, which is a nice feature

The only drawback with this pencil is that

it's too chubby, giving me a bad grip

I like the formula itself though, not waxy at all

B.by Banilla Cheer Water Cheek in Pink Choux Cream

I'm a huge fan of liquid blushes

including both high-end and affordable ones

It's one of my favorite affordable ones

It's as good as any expensive ones

It comes with 5 different shades, which are all so pretty

I'd say it's a warm toned pink

Very neutral, peachy pink

Liquid blushes also vary in textures

This one has just right texture

It's neither too transparent nor too thick

If it's too thin, you need 10 layers for payoff,

and if it's too thick, it could look chalky,

which is not what we look for in liquid blushes

It has right balance of color payoff and natural finish

The sun is going down, I turned on some lighting

Neogen Oil Stick

I'm using it as my highlighter today

instead of any pearly, shimmery products

as I still want some glow

While it's an oil stick, it doesn't look oily on the skin

it just adds a nice amount of shine

So you can definitely use it as your highlighter

Gave my lashes a good curl,

B.by Banilla Shimmer Foil in Blue Moon

I've used it too many times before

but it's so handy for such quick and easy look

Just put it on the entire lid and blend it out

I absolutely love this shade

It has fine little blue sparkles in it,

which is not very common

For my hair, I'm using TIGI Small Talk

I only need a tiny amount of it to the hair ends,

and I'd just blow dry with my fingers with no brushes

You can watch how I do my hair in my other GRWM

Click on it to watch! ↗

So many of you have asked me how I do my hair

but I don't do anything special

I just put a texturizing product and blow dry with hands

As I perm my hair regularly and get a good haircut

all I need to do is dry my hair!

and when I get my hair done, I post it on my Instagram

My current salon is With Beauty Salon in Cheong Dam

and the designer is Hyun Sook, find her @ssook_style

For the lips, I'm using Mamonde Pure Lip Color Balm

in 1, Miss Red

You get the formula by clicking it at the end

It's like a little pen, very handy

It's very moisturizing, works great even on my

horribly dry, chapped lips

I think I need some more definition to the lashline

as I'm wearing this bright red on the lips

Mamonde Big Eye Long & Curl Mascara

It has a wavy, silicone wand

Please check out my mascara how to video ↗

It will help you a lot!

Bye!

Deferred tax assets (simple explanation!) - Duration: 4:57.

What are deferred tax assets?

When and how do deferred tax assets occur, and how do you account for deferred tax assets?

All of this and more is covered in this short video.

With a term like deferred tax assets, the first logical step to take is to look at the

meaning of each of the words.

Tax indicates that we are dealing with the topic of taxation.

Deferred means that something has been postponed, and assets means that we own it, we have ownership.

Keep that in mind when we explore deferred tax assets in more depth.

Before we discuss deferred tax assets, let's make sure that we have the same basic understanding

of how taxation journal entries are recorded under normal circumstances,

when a company is profitable.

A company with revenue of $1 million, and costs of $900,000,

has an Earnings Before Taxes of $100,000.

At a 35% tax rate, the income tax expense will be $35,000, and the Net Income $65,000.

The journal entry for recording the income tax expense is debit income tax expense in

the income statement, and credit income tax payable on the balance sheet.

When the tax payable is subsequently transferred to the tax authorities,

you debit income tax payable and credit cash.

So far, so good.

But what if you are a start-up company that does not generate profit yet?

StartUp Inc has not generated any revenue in its first year, but it did incur costs,

and therefore has a negative Earnings Before Tax of $100,000.

The income tax expense on that Earnings Before Taxes is negative $35,000,

and Net Income negative $65,000.

The CEO of StartUp Inc sends a message to the IRS to ask for a cash refund of the $35,000,

which the tax officer finds very amusing.

He responds that as StartUp Inc has not paid any tax in the past, he cannot provide a refund.

However, what he can do is provide a "rain check": giving StartUp Inc the right to come

back on another day to receive what they could not get today.

The technical term for the raincheck is "Net Operating Loss Carry-Forward", and that is

where the deferred tax asset comes in!

The way the negative income tax expense gets booked is: credit income tax expense in the

income statement, debit Deferred Tax Assets on the balance sheet.

Deferred tax assets reduce taxes paid in future periods.

StartUp Inc goes into its second year of operation, and carries over that Deferred Tax Asset on

the balance sheet into the new year.

StartUp Inc now generates $1 million of revenue, and $100,000 Earnings Before Tax.

On this Earnings Before Tax, we record an income tax charge of $35,000.

In terms of journal entries, we now debit income tax expense in the income statement,

and rather than crediting income tax payable on the balance sheet, we can credit and deplete

the deferred tax asset.

StartUp Inc has offset its year 1 loss against year 2 profits.

Which type of items create deferred tax assets?

Annual reports of companies listed on the stock market provide good insights on that.

The common denominators are that there are temporary (timing) differences between "tax"

and "book" (or GAAP) accounting, and that a deferred tax asset occurs when taxable income

is higher than "book" income.

Some of the items that companies mention as creators of deferred tax assets are pension,

employee benefits plans, non-deductible reserves, accruals, and many more.

The next question to answer is: what is a Deferred Tax Asset impairment?

Such a decrease of the balance sheet asset occurs when there is a tax rate change, or

when the likelihood of being able to recover deferred tax assets against future sources

of taxable income changes.

Let's take a tax rate change as an example.

We go back to StartUp Inc.

The Net Operating Loss Carry-Forward amount was $100,000, which at a 35% tax rate created

a deferred tax asset of $35,000.

If the tax rate gets reduced from 35% to 21%, that $100,000 of Net Operating Loss Carry-Forward

now needs to be used at the new tax rate to offset future profits.

The deferred tax asset is therefore now only worth $21,000, and a $14,000 non-cash impairment

charge gets taken on the deferred tax asset.

That wraps up our deferred tax assets discussion.

Thank you for watching!

If you enjoyed this explanation of deferred tax assets, then please give it a thumbs up!

Thank you.

A Simple Imbolc Blessing Rite - Duration: 15:31.

>>Rev. Dangler: Welcome

I'm Rev. Michael J Dangler

>>Rev. Avende: And I'm Rev. Jan Avende.

>>Rev. Dangler: And we're here to offer a small,

follow-along sort of ritual.

What you see here before you is a really basic altar.

There is a well,

a fire, and we ourselves are the "tree" in this particular case.

We also have a cup to drink from, one for each of us,

because it's cold season.

And a few candles. And that is the extent of our altar.

So we're going to do a real quick and simple ritual,

that you can follow along with.

If you're having trouble figuring out how to do you own daily devotional,

maybe this will help.

So, with that said, let's begin.

>>Rev. Avende: Feel ourselves grounded in the earth, supported by the Earth Mother.

And our words are honeyed by Inspiration, which flows down to us.

>>Rev. Dangler: Now, to center ourselves in our space,

let us take Nine Breaths.

So pause for a moment,

center your mind,

and breathe in,

and feel, coming up from the Earth,

the Power of Earth.

Breathe out, and

let it flow back.

Breathe in, and feel beaming down

from the heavens, the Power of the Sky.

Breathe out,

and let it flow back.

Breathe in, and find these

Two Powers centered within you.

Filling you.

Breathe out,

and let that flow back.

Breathe in,

and feel the Well fill before you.

Breathe out,

and let that connection flow.

Breathe in,

and feel the Fire before you.

Breathe out,

and feel the flame in your head.

Breathe in,

and straighten your spine.

Breathe out,

And be that Tree.

Deep roots, high crown.

Breathe in,

and feel your Ancestors surround you.

Breathe out,

their hand upon your shoulder,

stretching back, into the distance.

Breathe in,

and feel the eyes of Nature turn toward you.

Breathe out,

and know that they welcome you to this space.

Breathe in,

and feel the Shining Ones gather 'round you.

Breathe out,

and know that they await your offerings,

your praise, your voice.

Here at the center, filled with these Nine Breaths of Magic,

we are prepared to do our work.

>>Rev. Avende: And now, Gatekeeper, we call out to you.

You who walk the ways between worlds,

You who guide us as we follow the Elder Ways.

We ask now that you lead us,

and allow our voices to be heard clearly by the Spirits.

Gatekeeper, be with us.

>>Rev. Dangler: Gatekeeper, be with us.

>>Rev. Avende: And now to the Ancestors who went before,

To the Nature Spirits all around us,

To the Shining Ones who share their wisdom and love,

We call out to the Kindreds and we say, "We Honor You."

>>Rev. Dangler: Kindreds, we honor you.

Now, Children of Earth,

Today we call to Brigando,

the goddess we work with in our Imbolc Rite,

here at Three Cranes.

And as we do so,

I ask that you see this goddess

in all of her forms.

Brigando, we call to you:

you, who stand at the forge;

you, who stand at the door;

you, who breathes fire of Inspiration.

We call to you now:

you who have stood with us, silvered our tongues,

you who gives us creativity,

joy, and love.

We offer you welcome.

Brigando,

you who forms that which we think,

You who craft from the raw material

our thoughts provide,

We call to you now, and we offer you welcome.

Brigando,

you who heals us,

hold us in your arms,

You who we walk with

when our steps are heavy,

when our voice feels too quiet to reach out.

Brigando, we welcome you.

So, come to our fire, meet us at the boundaries,

guide us, ward us.

Brigando,

we honor you.

>>Rev. Avende: Brigando, we honor you.

Now, having honored these beings,

we ask specifically of Brigando

what blessing she gives us for the season,

and in preparation as we do this work today.

[divination tiles clicking together]

[divination tiles clicking together]

[divination tiles clicking together]

Brigando reminds us to clear the fields

in preparation for sowing,

that we might stay amongst friends and family,

and bear our responsibility as we move forward.

These are good omens.

>>Rev. Dangler: Having heard these omens,

call to them in your mind.

Bring them forth,

see them,

wonder at how you can carry them,

what you can do with them to benefit yourself,

your family,

and the world at large.

Draw forth your cup.

Think on these omens,

and feel them as they pour forth.

From the Heavens,

into these Waters.

From the Earth,

into these Waters.

From all the reaches of the Land,

into these Waters.

Feel them,

be brightened by them,

know that they are here for you.

Behold, the Waters of Life!

>>Rev. Avende: Behold, the Waters of Life!

>>Rev. Dangler: Drink deep,

and know these Blessings.

Feel the Waters course through you,

as we turn toward our Working.

We call forth now

to the Nine Virtues,

that we might be instilled with their power,

as we move into this new season of growth.

>>Rev. Dangler: We call first

for Wisdom,

that it might light our way.

>>Rev. Avende: We call next for Piety,

that its flame might enflame us.

>>Rev. Dangler: We call next

for Vision,

the ability to see

beyond the edge of the Veil.

>>Rev. Avende: Next, we call for Courage,

that we might find it within our hearts

to stand tall and strong for what is right.

>>Rev. Dangler: We call for Perseverance,

that we might stand as we do,

in courage, and know the way forward,

and take it, no matter what stands before us.

>>Rev. Avende: And likewise, we call to integrity,

that we might know our values, and be true to ourselves and to them.

>>Rev. Dangler: We call as well for Hospitality,

that we might create and nurture good relationships

with ourselves, with others, and with the Spirits.

>>Rev. Avende: And we call for Moderation, in all things that we do,

and in all things that we are.

>>Rev. Dangler: We call for Fertility,

that we might be creative,

joyful,

and bright

as we work our way in the world.

>>Rev. Avende: So, Children of Earth,

think on these virtues

of Wisdom, Piety, and Vision;

of Courage, Perseverance, and Integrity;

of Hospitality, Moderation, and Fertility.

Allow them to enflame your hearts,

as they have enflamed our altar here.

Allow them to course through your veins as they course around our Well here.

See these Virtues go into your self,

as we enter this new season of growth.

>>Rev. Dangler: Having done good work, received blessings,

and reached out to the Nine Virtues,

Let us thank all those that we have called.

Brigando,

you who have heard our words,

we call to you:

Hear us once more as we say,

Brigando, we thank you.

>>Rev. Avende: Brigando, we thank you.

And to the Shining Ones, who have known our worship and devotion;

to those Nature Spirits, with whom we have walked in balance;

and to those Ancestors who have gone before and have taught us their ways;

we say: we thank you.

>>Rev. Dangler: We thank you.

>>Rev. Avende: Gatekeeper,

you have allowed our voices to carry through all the realms to all the Spirits,

and for that we say: Gatekeeper, we thank you.

>>Rev. Dangler: Gatekeeper, We thank you.

Once more, feel yourself centered here

upon the Earth.

Breathe again, this sacred space.

And we call to Inspiration,

And we call to the Earth Mother.

Feel that fire in your head,

that support that keeps you upright,

and know that you are centered upon the land.

Earth Mother,

Inspiration:

We thank you.

>>Rev. Avende: Earth Mother, Inspiration: we thank you.

>>Rev. Dangler: A simple Rite,

A good Working.

A good Fire, A deep Well.

Blessings that abound.

The work of Our Druidry is never done,

but it is not complicated.

Carry it forth in your heart, as it burns here on the hearth.

So be it. >>Rev. Avende: So be it.

【MUKBANG】 The Queen's Curry!! Korean Simple Cheese & Coconuts Curry! 4.3Kg, About 5400kcal[Use CC] - Duration: 5:14.

Hello it's Kinoshita Yuka ( English subtitles By ~Aphexx~ )

So today! tadaa! These are packets of cheese and coconut Curry that were sent to me by a Korean viewer

Cheese and coconut flavored It sounds amazingly tasty

And the cooking instructions ~ is this stuff called laminate~

They took the time to make this and send it to me TYVM

Since this is written in Hangul I have no way of reading it, this really comes in handy

Alrighty let's get to making it

I have readied the ingredients That we will be putting into the curry

Potato

Carrot

Fry the meat And start adding the veggies

Once it Cooks a bit Add some water

And now I will be using this That was sent to me by a viewer

snow curry

Cheese fond And coconut cream powder is in here

I will start by adding the cheese packet

Simmer until everything's heated through

Once everything is cooked for a bit Add the snow Curry packet

It's a curry powder

Once the curry has thickened up a bit You then add the coconut powder

And it's completed after you put this over rice

tadaa its done

Perhaps it's just me but Whenever there's a huge amount of Curry I get excited

Making the curry was super easy

I usually take so long to make curry

This felt like it took such little time And it was very easy to make

With the plate it's 5.4kg itadakimasu

It's just jam-packed full of veggies

It taste like coconut And the roux is very cheesy

I dun goofed on this

I've got two packets serving four each

Which means I have enough roux to serve 8 people

But I made 6 cups of rice here

And for each cup of rice you'd usually use a couple servings of sauce

it would totes suck if I ran out

I'm type of person that likes Extra roux

It's very yummy Not overly spicy and very mild

I'm taking great care in measuring out How much of the sauce I use with rice

Hopefully I don't end up with extra rice

This style of eating with extra rice Is pretty yummy as well

I'm always eatin' all my curry with super amounts of sauce

With all these different styles of eating You get to explore all sorts of different new flavors

The potatoes and the cheese That the sauce is made out of taste great together

I've grasped the technique of eating extra rice with curry rice today

And now we're left with Just about the right size for one portion

Last mouthful itadakimasu

All done gochisosamadeshita

The Korean cheese coconut curry was so Very yummy

the roux had cheese melted into it Which was so mild and with the coconut flavor

It was so yummy I could eat bunches and bunches of it

It was so yummy and if you get a chance please Once you give it a try as well

💓 5 Simple DIY Wood Project Ideas for More Organized Bedroom 💓 - Duration: 4:08.

There is nothing more annoying than going back home from exhausting work only to find

out your bedroom is messy and not in the least bit comforting to rest your drained body in.

The lack of storage or space to stash your belongings might be the reason as to why your

stuff is all over the place. Don't worry your pretty little head, I have collected

5 simple DIY wood project ideas for more organized bedroom for you by your friendly list maker

simphome.com. 1.Chic Design for Your Nightstand

If you happen to have one used wooden crate or two at the garage, take them out and build

a nightstand by turning into a standing position with the shorter side on the bottom and attach

ball feet for decoration. Coat it with a white paint and embellish the inside part with scraps

of wallpaper you have lying around at home as long as it matches your overall bedroom

theme. Put it beside your bed as your nightstand and adorn it with a lamp on top and a nice

frame or a vase. Try this extremely simple DIY wood project idea for more organized bedroom.

It will only take 1 hour at most out of your schedule.

2.Mantel Shelf Shelves are so "in" right now and there

is no reason why you shouldn't get one, or rather build one to stash your stuff. A

mantel shelf will add a lot of interest to your plain bedroom and you can nail one without

having to buy them at IKEA. You will only need three 8 feet 1" x 12" oak boards,

dark walnut stain and wood glue. Cut all your boards in half to create six 4 feet boards

and sand them to smooth any rough edges. Stain each board with a sponge brush and stack them

with a 2" overhang on each side after they are dry. Apply wood glue once stacked as needed

and use clamps to secure them. 3.Go for Two-Tiered This Time

Another wooden project you can try to organize your bedroom. Two-tiered open floating shelves

seem to give off a classic vibe in any room they are installed. Choose plain planks with

approximately 3ft wide and with 2" thickness for the best looking and most sturdy shelves.

In addition, if you are worried attaching them with brackets would shatter the beauty

of the shelves because of their stark difference in colors then you might want to fasten them

with screws into studs. Polish the woods in dark walnut stain and seal them with Hemp

Oil. These spots are perfect to display your frames or vintage vase decorations.

4.Pallet Can Solve It! In every chaotic bedroom, books always seem

to be one of the factors of the mess. Bookshelves are a must if you have quite an extensive

book collection. Do a little woodwork and get yourself a customized bookshelf. Make

yourself a single pallet and mount it on the wall to stack your books. Secure it with bolts

or brackets. 5.magazine containers

This might sound simple but there's no harm in starting from the bottom, right? Make your

room a little less messy by stashing your magazines and any books with this simple magazine

storage container. You can build four bins from one 2 x 4 feet sheet of ¼ inch plywood

and two 6 feet long 1x4s. Cut the wood with jigsaw and band saw. Say bye-bye to shambolic

world with this simple DIY wood project ideas for more organized bedroom.
