Change The Color Of The Sky - Simple Adobe Tutorial - Duration: 5:04.
What's up guys! Ryan here, and today I'm going to show you how to change the color of the
sky in your videos. I've been using this effect a lot, as I've been editing my
2017 Drone video. I haven't released it yet, there are a lot of drone shots that I haven't shown before.
It's pretty awesome, and its coming out in a week or two. Make sure you subscribe so
you don't miss it. Anyways let's go into the tutorial, and I'll show you how I
did this. I have this shot here of me at the sand dunes. I wish it was Dubai
but it's actually in Idaho believe it or not. Anyways the color of
sky is this blue color and you know it looks good. It's nothing horrible
but I want it to look like it's sunset. It'll make it look a little more epic. What I'm
going to do, is I'm going to go into the effects tab, and I'm going to type in
lumetri color. I'm going to drag that onto the clip and what I'm gonna do is
I'm going to create a mask for that lumetri color. What that's going to do is
it's gonna make so that the lumetri color doesn't affect the whole clip.
I'm going to draw out a mask of the sky. It doesn't
have to be exact, just something pretty close and then on the edges make sure
you go out far because we're gonna be feathering this mask. Now we're going to
go over to the basic corrections and we're to start playing around with the
color. I like to use the temperature, tint, and exposure tools. So we're gonna turn
up the temperature it's going to give it that orange look and that's looking
pretty good. And then we're going to play around with the tint. Give it a
little pink color there making it look like it's sunset. As you can see, the mask
isn't very smooth, it has those lines and it doesn't look natural. So what we're
gonna do to fix that is we're going to go over to the feather tool right here
and we're going to turn it up to around 130.
It looks pretty good you, there there's a little bit of
difference in color on the horizon so maybe we'll change it to above 200 to 238.
So that's what it looks like with it and that's what it looks like without it.
Let's play the clip see what it looks like...
Let's just say you have a clip where the sky isn't as stable as this drone shot
one of means the cameras moving so that mass isn't going to stay in the same
place we're gonna go over a handle handle that situation so I had this shot
on my brother running in the sky no it's it's very contrasted I'm not a huge fan
of that so I want to change it to once again kind of a sunrise color so I'm
gonna drag in the lumetri color and then once again we're gonna draw a rough mask
of the scene right here okay so I'm just gonna over quick and this is at the end
of the shot okay so once you get that done and change the color up at the
feather what you're going to do is you're going to add a keyframe so what a
keyframe is going to do is it's gonna lock that mask into place for that
certain time now we're gonna go to work the beginning of the clip and you can
see that the mask is still applied at the same region it hasn't just stayed in
the sky it's down below now so what we're going to do is we're going to go
to about middle to clip and we're gonna select all the points and the way you do
that is you hold down the mouse and drag it and this square is gonna come up it's
gonna select all the points and then we're going to move it up for this
particular motion and then you're gonna go through for each of all these for all
these points and you're just going to move accordingly into where they're
supposed to be you can look at the shape and and where the points are you can
kind of tell or in the formation they should be so you do that and then now
we're gonna go to the beginning where did the exact same thing we're going to
select all the points or drag up the points and there we go
so as you can see as I go through the clip the keyframes are going to pretty
much stay in the relatively the same place if you want to be more exact you
can rotoscope it so here's what it looks like with
and without the changing sky cover I love this effect it's very simple but
adds extra depth to your videos and doesn't take too long to do anyways I'm
gonna be coming out with more tutorial soon so make sure you hit that subscribe
button like this video it's Ryan Shirley and

Healthy Organic Cooking 101: 3 Simple Recipes + 4 Essential Tips - Duration: 14:30.
Often times so many of us get overwhelmed with the amount of choices
and information out there regarding food that we tend to just retract and fall
back into habitual styles regarding what foods we buy, what foods we eat, and what
foods we even prepare, and what I've decided to do today is grab Jenn Skylas
from All Good Things Organic to take us through three incredibly simple recipes
that will replace three common items found in most kitchens. So if that's
something you're interested in stick around because we're going to jump
straight into it after the intro. Let's do it.
What's up, guys? Hayden here.
I've got Jenn here with me and like I said in the intro we're going to go through three
very simple recipes that you'll be able to replicate at home in your own time.
Whilst watching this video feel free to pause it so you can follow along
correctly or you can hit the links up in the description that's going to have the
detailed recipe, also the ingredients the cost and the time to
that'll take to make. Also, what I want to do in this video is take you through
four essential principles that you should take into every meal or snack that you
prepare and eat. So, Jenn, how about you give us the first one.
Okay, the first principle is that we keep it simple.
Because if it's not simple, we tend to get overwhelmed
and just go to the supermarket and get the most convenient option or stop at our local
takeaway joint on the way home. Yeah, exactly right. So our first recipe that
we're going to go through is peanut butter. Jenn, how about you just talk us
through the ingredients what we need to actually get this done. Okay so we're
gonna make peanut butter with just two ingredients. We're gonna start with 500
grams of peanuts, they're unsalted but I've kept 50 grams of peanuts aside
because I'm going to stir it in at the end because I like my peanut butter chunky.
So do I. Excellent. So, Hayden is going to pop all the peanuts into the food processor.
Straight in here? Nice and easy. Pour it in? Go for it. Cool.
What we're gonna do now is process it for about five minutes until it starts to resemble
a thick peanut butter. Easy. Is that all? That's all.
So it's been about two to three minutes now what do you think of that Jenn? Is it looking all right?
It's looking good, we're getting to the consistency that we need, but we need to blend it a little bit longer.
So that the nuts actually start to extract the oil. Cool. Let's keep going then hey?
So now that's all done, Jenn, what do we have to do now?
So we're going to add 60 grams of coconut oil.
Which is also going to add some more good fats into the peanut butter.
I'll get you to do that. I'll pour it in? Easy.
And then we're going to pop the lid on and blend it for about another minute.
So now what we're gonna do is make the chunky, right? Yes beautiful and smooth at
the moment. Let's have a look at it. But as I said, we both like chunky peanut butter.
So I'm going to get you to pour 3/4 of that into there.
Leave the rest? And we're just going to process it for about 1 or 2 seconds just to
incorporate the nuts, but we don't want to press it too much because we want to
keep it chunky. Sounds good.
That's enough? Perfect. So what we're gonna do now is just transfer the peanut butter into a
glass jar. And that peanut butter will keep for about four weeks in the fridge.
Ah, that's good.
Okay so that was actually really simple. It took us less than ten minutes and now we've got peanut
butter for a whole month with only two ingredients. Why don't we go through the
second principle now Jenn. So the second principle is that we're eating whole
foods and what I mean by that is food in natural state without preservatives or
without additives. So just real food basically? Yep. That's nice and easy. So like what?
Foods like tomatoes, olive oil, herbs and spices, perhaps? That's exactly right.
That's what we're gonna use in our homemade tomato sauce. All right, let's set that up, but
before that, we should, you know, taste this I think.
A lot of the time when we buy tomato sauces from conventional supermarkets they tend to contain a lot
of ingredients that consist of you know sugars and additives and preservatives
but this is why it's really good to be able to make your own tomato sauce so
we've obviously got some ingredients down here Jenn. Why don't you take us through a
few of the essential ones.
So first of all, we're going to start off with tomato passata.
As well as tomato paste which is going to thicken it.
Normally with your conventional tomato sauce, this (the paste) is what additives are going to do to the sauce
Then we've got olive oil, apple cider vinegar, some coco aminos, which is an alternative to having soy.
We also have some maple syrup which is really rich in essential minerals.
It is optional, so if you don't want to add the maple syrup, you don't have to.
And then we've got a combination of herbs and spices, which you can really then use as little or as a lot as you like.
Cool, that makes it real easy. So, let's get started then. What's the first thing we need to do?
We're going to first add one cup of tomato passata.
We've got the little line down here, so we use that. So, one cup...
Alright then we're going to add some tomato paste.
As I said, this is how we thicken it. And we're going to add 3 tablespoons.
Three of them? *whistles*
The third ingredient is going to be olive oil. We will add 2 tablespoons of it.
conventional tomato sauce tend to have vegetable oils which is not what we're
not designed to eat those and have a really high omega-6 ratio then what we
Then we'll add some apple cider vinegar. Just using the same tablespoon.
One tablespoon of coconut aminos.
All the way to the top? All the way. Cocoaminos, huh? As I said, it's an alternative to having soy sauce.
We'll add one teaspoon of maple syrup.
Just using the same teaspoon, we will then add half a teaspoon of salt. I can put it straight in? Go for it.
Depending on your own salt preference, I guess.
Half a teaspoon of cinnamon.
Using the same spoon, we'll add some cracked black pepper.
Cloves.
A little bit of all-spice.
And as I said, you can use as little or a lot of herbs and spices as you like.
And finally, a small pinch with your fingers of cayenne pepper.
What we're going to do now is get the stick blender and just gently blend it up.
That's all it takes
And then all I've done is re-use my glass jar for the tomato sauce which will keep for up to two weeks in the fridge.
Cool. What about if people don't have a stick blender? What's the alternative?
With this particular recipe you could just hand whisk it. There are not ingredients in it that you need to blend up.
cool and it might seem like there's a lot of ingredients there but obviously
it takes what less than five minutes to prepare definitely so and it's simple
And it is only using wholefoods.
And it's simple ;)
again make sure you check out the links in the description that's gonna have the
full list of what ingredients you need and also the complete recipe so you can
just follow along in your own time. But Jenn we should taste this tomato sauce.
What do we have here, sausage? Yep, some sausage.
So the third and final recipe is going to be mayonnaise, and why'd you pick that one, Jenn?
I picked mayonnaise because in my opinion it is one of the worst condiments on the shelf.
It's highly processed, it's full of high fructose corn syrup, sugar, vegetable oil,
preservatives, additives, and the list goes on. Yep and I guess it's one one condiment that's found in a lot
of people's kitchens so this is gonna be real helpful for people. Okay are also we
need to talk about the third principle here and that's nutrient density so what
does that mean Jenn? It means much nutrient
as you possibly can for the calories you consume me so kind of like that whole
empty calories thing?Right, exactly. Perfect. So what ingredients do we need for this
mayonnaise? We are going to start with four egg yolks, straight into the food processor.
Then we are going to add two teaspoons of dijon mustard.
Two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar.
A tablespoon of lemon juice.
Already prepared.
Pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper.
Now we are just going to process that for about thirty seconds.
On high.
cool is that looking alright? It looks good.
So the most important thing with making mayonnaise is when
we're pouring the oil we need to make sure that we're pouring really slowly if
you do it too fast then your mayonnaise is going to split. Okay got it. So straight to the top of
this while the motor is running, we'll turn it on low.
We're just going to pour a slow, steady stream.
Slower
Slower.
That was hard. Keeping that consistent pour. Yep, it's very tempting to just pour it all in.
What about if people don't have food processors? What's the best alternative?
Good old hand whisking.
Hand whisking will work? It will work, it just obviously will take a little bit more effort (and time).
And the stick blender could do it? The stick blender could work for sure.
Cool, so that's it, that's done? Yep.
So while I'm serving up the mayonnaise, Jenn, why don't you talk us through principle number four.
So principle number four is that the food we're making tastes good.
Because if the food doesn't taste good, then we're not going to make it. Yep, 100%.
So there you have it. That's three really simple recipes that you'll be able to do at home.
Remember to check out the description to get the full ingredients list.
Also the cost and the time that it will take you to prepare it.
Jenn, let's go through the four essential principles again. So the first one was...
Simple; easy to do, easy to understand.
The second one? Eating wholefoods, so, foods in their natural state.
And the third? Eating nutrient dense foods.
And the fourth was taste, right? So let's try this mayonnaise out.
Hey guys, I hope you enjoyed that video. Let us know what you thought of those recipes down below in the comments section.

A Simple WORKOUT ROUTINE for Serious Mass Gain (HUGE PUMP!) - Duration: 7:08.
C'mon. C'mon. Three. Two.
Best rep. Good job.
What's Up. I'm Vince Del Monte
Welcome to Muscle Camp
Alright guys. Welcome to Muscle Camp.
This is workout 2 for today. For viewers at home
they're doing three workouts
in one day. These are three workouts out of
the first phase of the Living Large book program.
Today's stress day. Alright.
Arnold would be proud of us today.
Short rest periods. 3 sets of 20 with the drop
set on the last set of every exercise.
So we'll break it up and we're going
bang-bang-bang.We're knocking them out.
Alright. No time for talk. We're gonna fly
through this workout, get a huge huge
pump and then that's it. In and out.
Let's get down to it.
Exercise 1 guys Leg Press here.
3 sets of 20 so we're going for constant
tension here. He's not resting at the top.
He's not resting at the bottom. You don't
need a lot of weight to get a lot out of
this exercise here. This is all about
maintaining the tension within the
muscle. Not letting it off. A lot of
pressure in the muscle here. Slow it down
a bit. Slow it down. Slow it down.
Just right there that's perfect.
Good. Keep your abs locked down. Keep your
ass in the seat. There you go. No resting
at the top and we're intentionally
trying to contract our muscles.
We're trying to make these 5 plates feel like
10 plates. There you go. The burn man.
this way activate the glutes the quads
really well
There you go.
Don't think about it. Just go. Last five.
Get your hands off your legs. Come on.
Let's go. I'm with you now. Let's go.
C'mon. Three, two. Best rep. Good Job
To isolate your lats even more
is to drive your feet into the pad
before you row. Good. Push your feet
into the pad and this helps keep your
trunk more upright so your lats have to
work harder because your lats are
working through and around your trunk more.
Don't forget those pauses at the
back guys. It's about to get nasty here.
Come on yeah I know those veins popping
so we get that vascularity. Good.
So het gets say five seconds just to switch
the weights and he's going to keep going.
Alright this is the money set here.
We got to get your head down in it and
go for it.
Two. Last rep. Good job. Whoo. Feel heavy.
Alot of lactic acid. Next exercise
push-ups
Alright. Most people underestimate
three sets of 20 with the drop set so
stick to the program first before you
think ah that's easy.
well let's find out. Frank I know the 20
was easy for you so why don't you show
them the 20 with the resistance bands.
The band's here help equalize the
tension through the whole range all
right so this is gonna be his first 20
then he's gonna take that off and I'll
show you guys how he makes it a little
harder instead of going off his knees.
Good. Boom. So he's gonna come right here
instead of going through the knees which
is an option. We're gonna go from here.
He could take even a slightly wider grip -
he's gonna be pushing this thing into
the rack and he's thinking about driving
the bar together.
OK. Next exercise are Low Pulley Cable
Pull Throughs. This is gonna help get you
strong at your deadlift. It's gonna help
you with your squat. We're gonna really
focus on those glutes alright. A lot of
hip movement here. He's not thinking
about going up and down but his hips are
focusing on going backwards and then
forwards. So yeah Josh is doing it more
how I do it with my hands a little more
out in front so you feel that those
shoulders get jacked up a bit more so
just kind of play with this. The main
thing is hip movement so most of you
guys if you've never done these higher
rep workouts it's mentally challenging
and if you have to really reduce the
weight I've had some guys who've had to
cut the weight almost to a fraction like a
quarter of the first set just to get the
goal reps. That's okay yeah so we just
find that rep range we need to get to
the end goal reps here. So next exercise
are low pulley rope rows. This is for
your shoulders today. This one here what
we're really thinking about here is not
just pulling up which would activate a
lot of biceps but we're thinking a lot
of elbows out, elbows in, elbows out, elbows in.
This is basically the path of a
side lateral raise. If you look at what
the humerus is doing from the shoulder
to the elbow this is the path we're
thinking about tracing but with the rope
right we're using a weight that we can
still get those muscles maximally
contracted in the shortened position
that's gonna make those muscles pop.
Next exercise rope press downs three sets of
20 here. Constant tension. I'll just let
you guys give yourself some triceps
goals right there.
Look at that. There we go. Boom. Hold that
for an extra second for the camera.
Don't stop teasing them. There.
Boom. 1. So we want to hold it for one
second at the bottom on each rep.
There you go.
Contract hard. We really want to make
those muscle fibers pop on every single
rep. Notice how he's got everything from
his shoulder to his elbow stabilized.
There's no movement happening here.
There's no movement happening at his
trunk to isolate this muscle here.
We've got to create a total body activity of
stabilization alright. This is how he's
able to get these triceps to grow guys.
Final exercise. We're gonna do a little
group class here but not our typical
group class with pink dumbbells.
We're gonna go all out. 3 sets of 20 hammer
curls. 60 seconds rest and we'll drop set it.
We'll do them as a nice little group
here alright so it's not a race. Still
maintain that tempo. We're gonna see
who's got the biggest pump at the end of
this so that's the competition we need.
There you go. So on our third set
everybody's going to trade weights.
If you guys enjoyed that workout you
guys want more full body workouts I'm
gonna put a link up here to a playlist
that's gonna take you to a whole series
of different full-body workouts from
this channel alright. Thank you guys so
much for watching. If you guys got any
feedback, questions, comments, how can we
help you let us know in the comment
section below. As always thank you for
watching we'll see you next time.

BH COSMETICS GLAM REFLECTION | SMOKE REVIEW + SWATCHES + SIMPLE EYE MAKEUP TUTORIAL - Duration: 12:55.
hi guys my name is Hina and welcome back to defining glamour I really hope you
guys are having a really really fun day and a great day so far so I'm super
excited to be doing another eye shadow palette review for you guys today in
this video in today's video I will be doing a review swatches as well as like
a simple smokey eye on the new BH Cosmetics glam reflection smoked 15
color eye shadow palette you guys I'm super excited to share my opinions about
this palette to show you guys my swatches during the video as well as
tell you guys my experience of how I like the glam reflection eye shadow
palette by BH Cosmetics so if you're excited as I am about the BH Cosmetics
glam reflection smoked eye shadow palette then don't forget to give this
video a big thumbs up and we'll go ahead and get started so this glam reflection
eye shadow palette by bh cosmetics actually retails for $15.99 on BH
Cosmetics website so this smoke palette by BH Cosmetics includes 15 eyes shadows
with a very smooth and velvety you know matte finish to them this is
not a limited edition palette for some of those shadows within the palette are
very very shimmery as well but this eye shadow palette is
dermatologist-tested vegan it is also allergy tested and it is a gluten free
product which is extremely nice I'm going to go ahead and show you guys the
close-up of the packaging now this is how the Box looks like it's silver with
white writing on it right back at the back of it it just has the description
of the eye shadow palette which is pretty normal in any eye shadow palette so when
you open up the box this is what comes out of it it's the best cosmetics glam
reflection smoke eye shadow palette so it's made of
tin and it's a pretty big palette for $15.99 you guys it's a pretty good deal
so this is how the packaging looks like so at the back it's very very similar to
the outer packaging of it I find that the packaging is super easy to travel
with with 18 grams of just you know product inside it it doesn't feel
extremely heavy it's light on the hand so it's really really easy to travel
with so when you open up the packaging here is the full size mirror that you
get though the palette is actually divided into three rows of eye shadows
there's the three rows right there and then they go across and if you guys take
a look at the size of the pan it is a medium sized pan I did or recently did a
review on the fish cosmetics collab with mrs. Bella palette and the eye shadow
pans in that palette were relatively small but if you were to compare that
with these there's a lot more product in this one for 15.99 colors within the
palette are very like rich earthy tones as you can tell from like this side over
here they're very very earthy tones and then you also have some cool jewel tones
so yes the palette of the eye shadow is a mixture of both warm tones as well as
cool tones what I really love about this palette with the eyeshadows is that it
comes with a variety of matte eye shadows which are perfect for transition colors
which means that they're going to blend out beautifully and you're gonna get
that gradient effect with a matte shadow I think to create a smoky eye you need
those my shadows on your crease anyways to give yourself a perfect smoky eye
like a well blended smoky eye so I think in terms of the shadows and the texture
of the shadows just like the finishes the matte
finishes on these shadows are going to be perfect for that smoky eye so for me
this is a very well-put-together palette for any smoky eye that you want to do
the touch on the shadows are very very smooth but not too all of them so now
the shadows don't have names on them so I can't refer to you with names but I'll
just point out those colors now this color for example right here at this
very soft beige color I'm gonna go ahead and do it a quick swatch so as you guys
can tell it's very very pigmented and what I really love about it is that it's
extremely smooth to the touch however not all shadows feel the same
way when you're touching them by my experience with this palette overall it's been
really good now as always before I you know start recording my videos I do
always try out at least two looks if I have time I would do three to make sure
that the consistency in the formula within the eye shadow is the same so I
did the same for this palette and overall I'm really really satisfied you
guys I really loved the formula within it it's amazing
the shadows do blend out very very nicely it's really easy to work with the
shadows when you are doing a smoky eye I think this palette is definitely worth the
cost only if you do like smoky looks though of course you don't have to use
this palette for only smokey eyed you know look if you're wanting to purchase
this glam reflection smoke palette then I'm assuming you want to try out the
smoked out looks with these eye shadows and the palette is amazing for those
smokey eye look at the shadows blend it out beautifully from me that don't
crease and they did stay on for the longest time you guys I made sure I
don't I don't apply the Urban Decay primer potion
any high-end products just to see how they work with the concealer by just
adding concealer on top of the lids and what you're going to see in a tutorial
in just a moment but yeah I did find that the concealer set with a powder
with the shadows on I think works amazing if they then crease it in budge
and they look very very fresh for good like I would say four to six hours so I
did a wear test of these shadows for about six hours took six to seven okay
well six and a half to seven hours and they last at that time which i think is
pretty long enough for smokey eye and of course the pigmentation is definitely is
there I mean you guys see the swatches the pigmentation on all of the shadows
is the same it's not like one is different from the other which is
extremely extremely nice the only thing that I would have loved if BH Cosmetics
would've done is is maybe just add a like a small blending brush or a smoked
out like a crease brush some sort of a fluffy brush with this palette it
would have been a really nice palette to start because it's a great palette to
work with I enjoyed it I know I will be using you know this
palette as opposed to like my Urban Decay smoky palette I really don't like
that palette the shade range is just horrible in that palette I think I'm
gonna go in with this Paulo a lot more since I own this one now just for those
smokey eyed looks whether it's during the daytime or in the evening time there
weren't a lot a lot of fall out either so now I already went ahead and did my
face makeup so I'm gonna go ahead and apply these shadows and during the
tutorial you will see that they're the only I think the only fall out that came was from this
glittery cool tone jewel tone shadow it's extremely pigmented
has a little bit of fallout but the other shimmer shades and the matte
shades are a little powdery but they don't have an extreme fallout so you can
actually have your face makeup done and then you can do your eyes and you should
be good to go what I'm gonna go ahead and do is let you guys see the simple
basic blue smokey eye makeup tutorial from this palette to prime my eyes I
am using the Avon true color concealer stick and applying this all over my lids
next I am setting my concealer with the with the NYX HD setting powder then I
used the Rosegal black gel as a base and applied it on the lids using a small
shader brush
then I'm taking this light brown matte shadow from the glam reflection palette
by BH Cosmetics and using a sigma brush I'm going to apply it on the crease in
wiping motions as you guys see the shadow is a little powdery and has a new
fallouts though
the next I shadow I am taking is this medium orange brown matte with a sigma
brush again and I will list brushes that I'm using by Sigma and down below
in the description box for you guys and I will be applying this on the crease
again the shadow also has a little bit of fallout and it isn't that powdery
though the next shadow I took is the dark brown from the palette using the
Sigma e25 blending brush and will be applying this on the crease again the
shadow was powdery and has a little to no fallout
next I am using a small shader brush and using the blue shadow from the BH
Cosmetics glam reflection palette and applied this on the lid the shadow is a
shimmer and I was actually surprised that it didn't have much fall out it did
have soft but it's nothing too crazy
then I took a small fluffy crease brush by BH Cosmetics and blended out the
crease shadows together next I took this white shimmer eye shadow from the glam
reflection palette with a pencil brush applied it under the brow bone as a
highlight I then apply my Koko lashes and muse to finish off the look
okay guys so I am officially done with my eyes so this is how they came out I
do have my Koko lashes in muse on I did went ahead and change my lipstick as
well because the blue smokey eye was a a very intense and the bolder lip was just dragging the look down it was very intense and the that
bold her lip just was dragging the eyes down so I thought it would be
appropriate to go ahead and just apply something a little bit more neutral so I
went in with the Kat Von D shade called Ludwig what shade is this Ludwig Ludwig I think
that's what it's called so it's just a very neutral pink shade
and he thinks it's a cool undertone as well so it works really really well with
the blue smokey eye so here it is this is how it looks like I think it turned
out to be gorgeous you can carry this during the day you can you know wear it
all day long and then bring it up for a night event out and still going to look
extremely glamorous and that's what this channel is all about defining glam so
yeah so overall I really enjoyed the palette I've told you guys about this
palette you guys are the ones to decide if it is a crash or crush and if you are
wanting to purchase the palette or not this was it that was my review on the

Live the Sweet life, Sugar free: 3 simple no fuss travel tips - Duration: 4:18.
Hello it's Bev from Living Fabulously and today I wanted to share my 3 tips for travelling sugar free
And along with the best of us I know that when I travel if I don't plan for things then I can get taken
away and off track of the very thing that I want for my health and that's not
what the holidays are about. Sometimes we feel that we need to relax the rules that
we have at home but that doesn't mean throwing the baby out with the bath water
So my 3 tips are to eat simply, to have food ready to go and to keep moving
So the first one about having simple and fresh produce is easy to
do when you travel in most places I don't think there's been a
place that I've travelled to that it's been a hardship so look for food in your
local market the fresh produce market because it's in season and it's usually
better for you than anything bought in a supermarket and the second thing is, is
if you do eat out in a restaurant aim to choose the dishes with the least number
of ingredients so if you only have something like fish and salad you're
more likely to know that there's not been sugar added to sauce because
sugar is found in the weirdest places the second thing is to have food on the go
food ready to go and the way that I travel is that I often pack myself a rice
fermented rice protein powder or if you tolerate it a pea protein powder
is also good and what I'll do is make sure that I've got enough supply to
when I get to a destination where there's at least going to be a health
shop and I'm likely to be able to top it up and how you use that protein powder
is I'll add something of cacao to it and at worst I use just filtered water
because that can be a breakfast on the go or a lunch on the go or I could just
find a nut milk where I am so that I can have it. If you tolerate
dairy obviously you could add it into a milk or into a yogurt. And the other food
on the go that's really useful for when you're travelling is nuts and seeds and
shredded coconut and what that does is just allow you not to be ravenously
hungry while you're out and about for the day. So when I travel I mainly have
two bigger meals and a small snack during the day rather than three big
meals I just find that it's more economical
and it works with my travel and then my third tip is to keep moving because yes
in Italy you're going to be looking at the gelato and I fell in love with the
sorbet and I don't normally eat that much fruit so obviously I had to
compensate for the sugar that I was eating and enjoying and just savouring
from time to time. The other thing obviously is if you go to a place
where the carb is a main source of food so with the bread rolls the
baguettes and those type of things are a big thing you'd want to be avoiding
those and if you do partake in those things just be sure to do more walking
make sure that you think of even things like cycling. You can get the
hire a bike in many places especially in Europe it's very common to be able to
hire a bike from one place and drop it off in another place so those are my
three tips today eat simply, have food on the go that's ready to go
and also keep moving and I'd love you to join my online class which is Live the
Sweet life Sugar free and we're going to be talking about lots of different ways
and ideas and getting your mindset right about this and so I'd love you to join
me and until then let's live the fab life together bye for now
