News on Youtube Feb 25 2018

what up YouTube back for another intro to hip hop and I think we can agree this

is a much better looking shot kind of got a few things figured out the camera

we're gonna get right into the music today I'm doing a review of trapa knees

vol 2 you can find this at Machine masters calm I reached out to mg the

future on Twitter or Instagram or one of those that were on and told him I

thought it was real dope I bought it you know I paid the full price for it it's

definitely worth the price of admission and said hey can I do a review on it I

made a nice beat with it and I want to show you all that beat today so we're

gonna get right into that we're gonna move over to the computer do please if

you find value in the channel take a moment to stop like and subscribe I

really appreciate all the subscribers we've been growing over the last few

days it's been a lot of fun we're on our way to you know where we want to be so

thank you so much for watching let's get right into this beat

alright word we've moved over to the computer trying a new angle out seeing

how this looks hope you like it we're going to go through the trappin

ease volume to get real quick just some of what's included because it's quite a

lot like I said is well worth the price of admission you know for 30 bucks I got

15 royalty-free compositions you get all the stems they give them to you in

several different versions so you have like lo-fi regular kind of like what

they call like an underwater version or something like that which is actually

one of the doper ones again the royalty-free really is a big part of it

I've already been through to copyright issues with YouTube since I started this

channel and I've won both of them because I was using royalty-free samples

so there was nothing to discuss it was just here's where I got that sample from

it's public record nobody owns it get off my case and they agreed so within

the kit which I again I purchased and have here you have the originals the

lo-fi the under the stems and you get some bonus drums

and some bonus chops so just to give you an idea of what these sound like I'll

pull up the first one here in the original clean version

definitely some Japanese

and like certainly with this BPM you could go the trap route but with this

Asian vibe you know that all of these have like I start hearing kind of like a

wu-tang thing as well and that could easily chop these up or use the chops

and put them on some like classic hip-hop drums and make more of a like a

classic you know East Coast wu-tang like RZA sound and beat these are more

versatile than just trap but certainly at the 130 BPM you could drop these in

throw some drums on it and start laying down R&B trap

all right so that's an example of some of the originals let's jump into some of

the Loaf I was pretty high and then the underwater these are 140 BPM these are

real don't

I'll be using some of these very soon

all right so let's get into how I made this beat first thing I did was chop up

the sample which was a very basic chop one of the patterns I just let it run

the four bars so no chops at all the second pattern I just gave it a little

you know double tap

so that repeats so we got that going in

like I said I started kind of hearing more like a East Coast vibe than like a

trap vibe but it was forcing me to do something different by being at this BPM

so I like when things are like that it like mixes genres or you know hip-hop

cultures or whatever so I started adding in some drums and I

kept like speeding them up trap style and I finally just killed them and put

these drums in it which I thought really worked well you know which are more like

classic hip-hop drums they're real simple alright so then I added a bass

line

again real simple but that's my favorite kind of baseline and then I found this

cool or I created this little piano part to go with it that I thought added

something to it I always like to add some kind of instrumentation to a sample

so it's not just a sample every once in a while you find a sample where you just

add drums and a bass line and you're done

but anyway I got this piano part and so if we take what we got so far

next added this little piano part that just comes in at the end of each four

bars so when you add that and like that struck me is almost like you know

something you'd find in the East Coast sample be just some some of the scare a

piano part it's like not even up it completely on beat but it works and then

a hard-ass bassline to go with

their baseline

you put it all together

then in the machine

that's gonna do it I wanted to show you guys this awesome Japanese volume - you

know these this is a great way to find inspiration pull up one of these samples

and you got something going already you know I added some drums a bass line

a couple of little piano parts and I got something real nice and original it's

all royalty-free so I own it you know that's a huge benefit shout-out to

machine masters they've been doing incredible work and making great

tutorial videos and showing us how to use things for years I've learned a ton

from them they're you know probably one of the reasons I have the machine and so

it was great getting to review one of their kits I know they got some other

ones that I'm probably gonna take a look at as well so let me know in the

comments if you think there's one that you want to see a review on or that

you're considering buying I'm happy to to go cop that for you and show you what

it's like and you know keep on the lookout men like and subscribe the

channel you know that means a lot to me as I always say I love how the channels

been growing you know just in a few weeks we've added a bunch of subscribers

and I've been getting a bunch of comments from people asking great

questions and it's been a lot of fun responding to those I think I may have

even helped a couple so keep tuning in keep watching the show share it with

your people let's make you pop together

Best MFT Zoom Lens? - Olympus 12-40mm f/2.8 MFT Review - Duration: 5:36.

Micro four thirds users aren't exactly drowning in zoom lens options, but the Olympus twelve

to forty millimeter has some compelling competition, so let's see how it stacks up.

This video is brought to you by the Brave Browser.

Brave is an open source project built from the ground up around privacy and performance.

Plus you can use Brave Payments to support your favorite creators, and only the creators

you want to support.

Check the description for a link with more information.

Before we get into this I want to clarify that we will be comparing the Olympus lens

to Panasonic's similarly specced and priced 12-35mm; however, I don't own a 12-35mm, so

the comparisons will be more spec based than experience based.

In addition, this review isn't going to go into heavily technical details of how the

lens performs optically.

Instead we're going to talk about general features and just day-to-day usability of the lens.

First off I think it's important to talk about why I chose the Olympus 12-40mm.

For about the same price I could've gotten the 12-35mm, which would have given me optical

image stabilization; something very useful on my non-stabilized Lumix G7.

Primarily what the choice came down to was two things; build and reach.

Beginning with the build; the Olympus 12-40mm is an almost entirely metal construction,

which makes it quite durable (although quite heavy as well).

In addition, the lens has weather sealing which protects it from dust, splashes, and

freezing.

On the other hand, the Lumix 12-35 is mostly plastic construction.

That does make it considerably lighter; by about eighty grams, but it also means the

lens is less durable.

Especially since it doesn't have any kind of weather sealing either.

A lot of the shooting I do, especially when I bought the lens, is in the outdoors.

If it starts raining while I'm in the backcountry, I can't just go inside with my camera, it

has to be able to handle the elements to a certain extent.

The metal construction and weather sealing was very important to me.

Of course another nice bonus is that the lens has a slightly longer reach.

Comparing full frame equivalents, the Lumix lens maxes out at seventy millimeters, while

the Olympus goes up to eighty.

That reach is actually really useful for certain shots, and I utilize the full range of the

lens quite frequently.

Another neat feature of the Olympus over the Lumix, although slightly less useful for a

lot of people, is the minimum focusing distance that's about five centimeters closer.

So what advantages does Lumix offer for their lens choice?

The biggest ones I mentioned already; smaller size, lighter weight, and optical image stabilization.

Outside of those points the lenses are pretty much identical in terms of specs, although

OIS is a very big difference between the two.

I'll get more into that later on.

Backing up to the design of the Olympus lens; it works very well.

As I mentioned the lens is quite large and hefty compared to most micro four thirds lenses,

but it's not unwieldy, and it's still very light compared to APS-C or full frame zooms.

The main body of the lens has two rings; one for the focal length and the other for focus.

There's also a function button, but as far as I can tell it only works with Olympus cameras,

so I haven't made use of it at all.

One really neat feature of the lens is that the entire focus ring is a switch.

When pulled down, the focus ring converts to manual focus, even if the camera

is set on autofocus.

That was incredibly annoying when I accidentally flipped it for the first time and thought

my lens's autofocus was broken, but now it's pretty neat.

Due to latency and accuracy problems, I absolutely hate focus by wire.

Using the manual switch on the lens converts it to a fully mechanical focus mode, and also

gives you reference points for focusing, which is absolutely fantastic.

Even better, the autofocus on this lens is fantastic as well.

It's incredibly fast, even in low light, and the autofocus motor is basically silent.

However, all that said, I think it's really important to talk about optical image stabilization.

If you look at some of the videos I've done recently, they haven't been especially smooth.

Probably the most egregious example was my Christmas video, which was shot entirely handheld

on my 12-40mm.

The Lumix G7 doesn't have in-body stabilization, and having a lens that doesn't have stabilization

either means I have to depend on a rig or Warp Stabilizer to get smooth shots handheld.

That isn't the end of the world, but for run and gun shooting it really can have a negative

effect.

If it's any consolation to myself, Panasonic has adopted in body OIS with most of their

new Lumix cameras, so it's almost certain that my next camera upgrade will have OIS

and the lack of it on my Olympus lens won't matter so much.

So, that brings us to conclusion time.

Both the Olympus 12-40mm and Lumix 12-35mm are fantastic lenses, and it's hard to go

wrong with either choice.

That said, for the average filmmaker or photographer I tend to lean towards recommending the 12-35mm.

The optical image stabilization is genuinely a big deal for almost all camera users.

The only reason I'd pick the Olympus over the Lumix is if you need the extra reach of

the lens, you have a camera with in-body stabilization, or like me you need a weather sealed lens.

Anyway that is it for this video.

If you liked this video, if it helped you decide whether or not you want to pick up

an Olympus 12-40mm, a Lumix 12-35mm, or maybe even another lens, hit that like button.

If not, feel free to hit the dislike button.

Justice League #37 Review - Duration: 2:33.

Written by Christopher Priest Penciled by Philippe Briones

As the Justice League takes heat from all angles, we learn about their biggest fan.

He talks about his buddy Diesel who was once saved by the League. Later they saved him

too, and he went on to serve in the military. But today he's kidnapped Simon Baz. Critical

of there being too many lanterns, he's managed to get the ring off Baz's finger.

Meanwhile Jessica gives Batman an earful for sending Baz into danger dressed as Bruce.

While that's going on, Regina Cole appears on the Roland Knox program defending the Justice

League. Back in St Louis, Jessica walks into the bar that Cyborg tracked their latest subject

to. She find a a note and the building explodes - destroying the evidence of his being there

but not before Jess got a snapshot of the crime scene.

At the Fan's apartment, he explains to Baz his goal is to drain his ring to rid the world

of more Lanterns. While on the Watchtower, Simon reflects on his ability to one day lead

the team. He's interrupted by news that the perpetrator has infiltrated their systems

while Flash's assistance hurts more than it helps.

Baz finally overpowers the inhibitor, but as he tries to put the ring back on, realizes

it was never off his finger to begin with. He takes to the air informing the League of

the guy's intentions, while the fan lands on Knox's set dressed as another Green Lantern.

His shot is deflected by Wonder Woman in disguise, later seeing Aquaman, Batman, and Jessica

on set as well. But just as they figure out what's going on, he begins to beam them out.

What will happen next? We'll have to wait for what's next as this issue is left to

be continued. I don't think it's any surprise that I'm

completely enamored with Priest's writing here. For what seems like forever, this book

has been playing it safe... Not being at all edgy and taking no chances. It's no doubt

that it was ripe for some changes and what a change it's been. The Fan is going to

be an interesting foe for this team and I can't wait to see how he wraps it up. I

give this one a 9/10. If you like this video, there's hundreds more

AIR JORDAN 1 "BRED TOE" REVIEW | DnA SHOW - Duration: 5:22.

I don't write someone's over. So you know the one type that

but oh

I'm gonna hit. You don't like it no with this all right

You know what

Do it was good DNA okay, so I got some shoes right here, and the bread tall ones about to release tomorrow

So I figured it was only right that we did a review compared to the past to the current

So I know there's been a lot with the shadow back board reviews on this sneaker right here

So I figured it was only right that we just talked a little bit different hitting up the ban one

I hit on one of the new level one so let's do a comparison on the

Materials the cuts the styles and everything that goes along with it

1985 man those were the good old days I remember back when I

Wait I wasn't even thought of acting

Okay, let's get back to the story back in 85 Jordan came to the league

He was wrecking stuff people didn't know what to do. They couldn't guard him and they could not control his shoe game

He had these black and red ones and they tried to ban from him from the league

Fortunately the NBA can't stop you from wearing them

Now that we got our hands on them. It's time to get a little bit deeper into this

Era, Jordan one Brad so 160 bucks retail released in February 24th these things a fireman

Here's a look at the side the back and the top in the sole

So now let's get to the back of the sneaker

I want to compare the differences between the leathers the cuts and the Styles the jump man the ban logo and everything about it

So we want to start with the band one this sneaker released in

2011 it was actually a factory launch this came the Nike factory stores only and it was around a hundred and

$9.99 now the sneakers were

1500 plus dollars crazy right so let's get into the review of the sneaker as you can see the leather is tumbled on the back

Near the eggs here

And it's super nice

the cuts are a little bit different higher at the top of the sneaker in a

separation between the black around the ankles is a little bit of different as well now if you look at the square patch in the

middle of the sneaker you can tell that one is more rectangular and the other one is more square here here and

Also, the color-blocking obviously because it's a different colorway, and then on the newer 2018 pair. You can see it's a lot smoother

We're still kind of assembled now if you compare it to the BMP pack beginning moments this pair is completely different

This was considered a territorial one meet everything essentially looks compressed down on the sneaker

and there's a lot less separation between the leathers on the white and the black you can see here in here and

There in there and then obviously the junkman here and no junkman there the cut is obviously way higher on the new pair

Because it's a high intermediate okay now

I want you guys to pay attention to the color blocking of the sneaker

And how the cut is just a little bit different on each one

But mainly the color blocking it materials on this one

The swooshes are a little bit different materials on each one and the whites are a little bit different on each one as well

Here on the 2018 pair you can see it's kind of off-white and then here on the 2011 band

You can tell that the leather is a lot nicer and then on the 2007 pair

You can see that is pure white and there's a suede swoosh on that pair now getting in the 2018 pair

You can tell it the love. There's a lot more thick more tumbles. It's a nicer leather

With the toe box still has that smooth leather similar to the 2007 pair

I'm kind of not happy about that, but it is what it is on this pair. You can see that

It's really smooth on the white leather

Really smooth it on the black leather and just smooth all around so another thing that I wanted to highlight is here on the back

You can see that the swoosh is suede

and then you can tell the color differences between the leathers where it's kind of white and off-white and

Then also here on the sock liners. You can tell there's a huge difference between each material all three of them

Have a different material if you look here here in here

And then they have separate tongues here here than here so none of them actually did replicate on those

Here's a quick look at the toe boxes and kind of how they're shaped the coloring the laces with them

And here's a look at the back

You can see the Jumpman the band

And then the new pair without the lo going at all let us know what you think in the comment section below

Is it hot or pass?

Personally I think it's a cop sneaker is dope like you can't go wrong with it right so I think

- very cut I like the new style

Imitating separate sort of bread ones and the raw ones so it's a pretty clean. Shoe you can't be mad at that at all

HD 1080P Mini 360° WiFi Hidden Car DVR Dash-Cam review tutorial - Duration: 6:04.

Ebay can be purchased from $ 25

Download DVRunning app on Google Play

This is the recommended app by the camera manufacturer. I tried several others and the other apps do not communicate with the camera

The camera records in the 720P resolution, the vendor describes 1080P in the description. It can be an app, but I can not believe it, it's a disappointment ...

This app is compatible with the camera - it has a few drawbacks. Perhaps another Upgrade version removes these flaws ...

On-line viewing and then leaving the apps with the camera does not automatically switch to recording mode, you need to watch the REC button.

I appreciate the app well, it is not complicated to control, very clear, not available, general settings available in Czech ...

The date and time are active automatically

I evaluate the camera with a total mark of 3. - camera look 1 - camera function 2 - camera application 2 - camera recording 3 - Unfortunately, the resolution of the camera was disappointing, the vendor featured the 1080P resolution, in fact the camera is recording at 720P resolution.

Review - Lego Minecraft: The Ice Spikes (21131) - Duration: 5:09.

Hey everyone!

JAYSTEPHER with The Ice Spikes

by Lego Minecraft.

Set number 21131

Contains 454 pieces.

Recommended building ages are 8 and up.

This looks like an awesome set.

We have Steve,

Baby Cow,

Snow Golem,

and Spider.

Nice colorful box art.

Let's open this up.

I've seen a few of these while playing Minecraft.

They're always fun to go through.

Okay!

Oh that's great

The box was packed sloppy,

and everything fell on the floor.

So the bags are numbered for easy build.

Two instruction manuals are provided.

Nice assortment of parts.

Let's take a closer look.

The Ice Spikes is a fun set to assemble.

On the right,

we have an Enchantment Table with a set of books

and a red stone torch on top.

A small cow.

Here we have a mean looking Spider.

I like how these thing bounce on you when you're playing Minecraft.

Here we have Steve in iron armor

and holding an enchanted pick axe.

He's obviously standing on his bed.

I like how the ice spikes are constructed

with the light blue and transparent blue bricks.

Here we have a treasure chest with a loaf of bread

that doesn't want to come out.

Looks like a stone sword

and some lapis.

Let's put that back in there for safe keeping.

We got another red stone torch.

Looks like we have some sugarcane.

Here we have the startings of a Snow Golem.

The graphics for the pumpkin are printed.

Now we have this block here

that we can rotate to reveal a completed Snow Golem.

This is a bit stiff.

So you have to help that down a bit.

His arms do move

He does fire studs.

So you want to be careful where you want to aim this at.

Now how do I get this thing to fire?

It's hard to get my hand in there

and fire it off.

Okay it looks like I'm going to have to find that stud.

Now when you want him to go back inside,

you just lift this up,

and tip him back down.

It is a nice mechanism.

Let's try this again. How stiff is it?

Yup, A bit stiff.

This only took about 30 minutes to put together.

A lot of parts.

This will be a good set for mocs.

Lots of bricks and plates.

Seems a bit fragile.

These are modular.

So these sections do come off.

Just held in with jumper plates.

So we can easily rearrange this.

We even have a few blocks of packed ice as well.

Really cool.

Thank you for watching!

COULD THIS BE THE NEXT PAYPAL? COTI ICO REVIEW! (CRYPTOCURRENCY ICO REVIEW) - Duration: 13:33.

what is going on guys Patrick here bringing you a brand new video this is

video two today so if you guys want to check the overall market recap and a

little bit of news about Tron go check out the previous video I made earlier

today but this is another IC o---- review a lot of you guys enjoyed the ICO

review so I'm going to keep them coming as long as you guys want to keep seeing

them so if you guys want to see daily updates on the cryptocurrency market as

well as ICO and small all coin reviews make sure to subscribe down below if you

guys have not subscribed yet and hit the bell icon next to it let's get notified

every time we release a new video not going to talk too much about this guys

let's jump right into cote see oti standing for currency of the internet

basically they're trying to improve the payment transaction network that they

are a payment transaction network they're trying to improve on the payment

system as we do with all ICO reviews guys before we get started I just want

to say I'm not a financial advisor investing in ICO is are extremely risky

so make sure you do your own research and you know if you have any questions

leave them down below in the comments but make sure you do your own research

before you put your money into absolutely anything that's the easiest

way to keep your money safe is to be confident your investment and that

involves you doing your own research this is just a broad overview of the ICO

I can't go into too much detail because otherwise this video would be like 30

minutes long 40 minutes long so again this is just a brief overview of Kody

and the project the ICO that I think it has it has potential the idea is there

it has a lot of potential but yeah let's get into talking about if you guys go to

the website I'll try to remember to link this in the description WWE do really

simple they have an awesome video here if you guys want to check it out learn

more about it you can also sign up with your email to get notified by them now

they've been seen on Forbes and coin Telegraph and so you know a lot of these

crypto currencies have been featured in a lot of plays especially since you can

you know get sponsored on you can pay to be on there so you know that's not too

much information right there however this part is really interesting so

payments are not keeping pace with commerce as the world becomes

increasingly interconnected new forms of commerce including

peer-to-peer transactions online marketplace and cross-border e-commerce

are becoming are becoming commonplace payment networks are not payment methods

do not accommodate these forms of commerce effectively resulting in high

fees and low approval rates then we're going to talk about crypto currencies

basically the digital crypto currencies including Bitcoin which is you know so

far the leader in the pack lay a strong foundation but they do not provide a

complete payment solution they face scaling challenges and low rates of

adoption and are unable to offer the protections that customers and merchants

have grown accustomed to so these guys are saying they are a better choice or I

guess they're our network but they are having an ICO so they're a better choice

these guys are looking to improve on you know not only the traditional currencies

they're looking to improve also on the digital currencies now you guys can see

there's a it's a forty nine point eight trillion dollar of customer initiated

transactions annually that's a lot of money in 99.997% of these are

traditional currencies that only 0.003 percent are digital currencies so again

as crypto currencies and these digital currencies gain mass adoption and more

people start getting used so you know here the name and using them and more

people start using because there are benefits of using these Kirkham crypto

currencies we're gonna see this increase hopefully a significant amount and again

if these guys are you know up there and everything goes well and they are the

leader in their industry then there's definitely a lot of potential in this

ICO so the digital currency that is built for payments that is their

solution so Cody is a payments transaction network that was built from

the ground up to solve the payments challenge payments challenges of today

by including a layer of trust all buyer and seller interactions Cody gives users

peace of mind and eliminates friction from the payments services so again you

guys can do more research into how exactly they're going to implement this

I'm not going to go through all the technical details with you guys we're

just running through I think they have key documents here if you want to go

over the white paper and their overview document just kind of explaining

everything about the company now the roadmap is something you guys know we

are always interested in looking at now they've

been you know the road map features early 2017 so January 2017 this company

has been around for a little bit and they have been you know developing and

achieving their goals for this time now here we are in 2018 we're still in q1 so

they're going to get their wallet the exchange q2 they're looking for trust

scoring prototype q3 trust scoring launch q4 that have you guys can read

through everything is going on but they do also have future plans you guys can

see what's also what they also plan on coming out 2019 and 2020 I'm assuming

once we get towards the end of 2018 we're going to start seeing this updated

to you know at least 2019 updated so we can see a bigger breakdown of what they

plan on doing and where because so far this is looking very broad and I do like

more information when it comes to you know the roadmap and what I'm going to

invest in I would love to see a little more detail a little bit of explanation

of how they're going to do it but again this is just in the future so hopefully

when we start getting closer to this we are going to start seeing a more

detailed kind of breakdown hopefully something similar to like we're seeing

in 2018 when they broke it down by quarters 2017 they broke it down by

months hopefully we'll see the same thing being added to 2019 and then 2020

now you guys could look at the team I'm gonna go over them a little bit in in

just a little bit we're gonna go over new additions to the team but yeah

that's basically all it is right here you guys can check out information on

the token sale just by clicking token and again it explains what it is

blah blah blah where they are I wanted to show this to you guys right here so

one thing that excites me which I always look at when I look at IC OS is a

marketing 16% of their allocate of the use of the proceeds are going to be put

into marketing just good cuz you know without marketing you're not gonna get

your coin out there in a space where there's so many cryptocurrencies being

created every single day basically you need to stand out and you need to not

only have Maru but you have to have good marketing you see examples I use all the

time electro nian great marketing there I co

was everywhere they knew what they were doing so it's good to see a decent

amount of funds being allocated to marketing happy to see

that you guys can then go ahead and read everything going on over here now token

sales summary again very similar it's going over the same thing the one thing

I did want to point out from this document though is the hard cap for all

stages combined is 60 million US dollars now you see a lot of people that have

those crazy high and we've even talked about something that crazy high hard

caps on on there I SEOs which would mean the return on your investment a lot has

to move for it to actually be a decent return but at a return of when at a hard

cap of sixty million US dollars again potential for return is significantly

higher because the hard cap isn't a ridiculously high number it's a pretty

average solid number for an ICO now you guys know we also like to look

over their social media on here there's actually I should bring this over here

their Twitter has seven thousand three hundred eighty one followers which for

an ICO again we've seen some better we've seen a lot significantly worse

though so this is looking pretty good and they seem really active of at least

one post every single day is made if not two we saw two on the 20th right here at

least one post every day is made engagement is looking pretty decent so

yeah hopefully they also are pretty good at responding on Twitter but if you guys

do want to get in contact with them and this is a big point they have of their

their telegram has five thousand six hundred members you guys can go on ahead

and join here they are very responsive I can tell you guys they are very

responsive they answer every question that you guys may have in their

telegrams probably the easiest way to communicate with them so I'm going to

leave a link to the telegram in the description of this video as well right

under their website you guys can go join and ask them any questions you may have

any you know if you have more technical questions that I won't be able to answer

you guys can always go ahead and ask them better getting your information

from them than me honestly because I'm in the same boat as you I'm just

researching through their website through their white paper and all that

stuff speaking of white papers you guys can go and check this out it's very long

it is very detailed it's not very long technically for white papers but very

detailed provides a lot of information on all of the you know questions you

guys might have so before you ask any questions

take a look take a read through this it's also important because you know

white paper is you can definitely tell a coin how good or bad a coin is or how

much the people making or the team is taking this coin seriously by the white

paper I've seen a lot of really really bad white papers when I was - in

research and that instantly turns me off and I'm not going to be investing they

don't have a decent why I'm a decent white paper because I believe that's the

least they could do is create a nice white paper now you guys aren't going to

read through this again I like everything it explains everything

it goes into detail with everything the technical part guys can see there's

coding right here it's good I don't want to go through again because again this

video would be like 40 minutes long if I did but you guys can go to their

community update as well they have an update going on this is one I wanted to

touch on as well it's another big big factor and that is that they have a new

CEO so I don't know how to pronounce his name but I'm gonna call him sha Hoff

hopefully I didn't butcher your name if you are watching this but basically he

has joined as the CEO of Kodi he used to be an advisor and now made CEO so

obviously he was very into the project he believed in it and he went from ICO

when they needed it he went as an as an advisor and then when they needed a new

CEO he was the person they chose so he has a good amount of experience he was a

co-founder I believe of web 3 and he grew it from a two-person start-up to a

multinational company operating in 15 countries so he is a seasoned

entrepreneur and has of has evolved to specialize in new venture development

which is great for an ICO and you guys can see his education right here he's

he's got a bachelor degree in biotech and economics from Tel Aviv University

tel aviv is big when it comes to technology and stuff so good place

decent education pretty solid education and he has a ton

of experience which is what i like the most and again you guys can go over the

team here all of them have their LinkedIn you can just click on the

LinkedIn it'll open up the their LinkedIn pages

see here we go he is the team leader software engineer so definitely a good

idea to take a look at the software engineer since there's a lot of coding

behind crypto currencies a lot of tech behind crypto currencies it's good to

you know good to look at the head software engineer as well as the

marketing is one person that I like looking at here I would look at the

software engineering again I'd like to look at the marketing the head of

marketing for the team because marketing is huge when it comes to this and yeah

you guys can check out they decently updated LinkedIn and here is the CEO

again right here this is his LinkedIn CEO of Cody co-founder and director of

maple C a co-founder and CEO of web Dreams what we're talking about before

and you can see his education whoopsies and you can see his education over here

like we said Bachelors of Science up bachelors in biotech and economics so

guys that is going to be the review of Cody let me know what you guys think of

Cody down below it has a ton of potential it is moving into a an

industry which has of we've seen a few i SEOs and cryptocurrencies in that kind

of niche but this team looks really solid I'm happy with the new I see of

the new CEO edition keep messing that up the new CEO edition I think he is a

great addition to the team with a ton of experience and you know his small

business development growing a small business is what he's become an expert

at it's definitely definitely good that he is partner being part of this ICO and

he's going to be the CEO for them hopefully he can take them as we like to

say to the moon ok I see I was looking pretty solid I you know give it a solid

3.5 probably even a 4 out of 5 4 or 5 it's looking really really solid I like

it out of the more to restart research on it but yeah make sure to do your own

research on this I see oh and let me know down below in the comments what you

guys think and if you have any questions don't forget you can join their telegram

i'ma leave a link to telegram and the website down below you guys can go ahead

and join that and ask them any question that you might have they're very

responsive and very good at very responsive and very good at responding I

guess it's kind of same thing but yeah guys I hope you guys

enjoy this ICO review smash that thumbs up button if you guys did if you want to

see more ICO and small altcoin reviews we're having some of those coming out I

know I haven't done a small ICO a small cap coin review yet but then it's

definitely coming so make sure you are subscribed you have your notifications

turned on to see as soon as that is released so guys thank you so much for

watching I'll see you guys tomorrow for another video

Upgrading Channel Gear! NEEWER Ring Light 18" Review BEFORE and AFTER! - Duration: 13:01.

What up guys? Ashley Elizabeth here with AEHM artistry and welcome! If you are new

here, hi hi hello! If you are one of my returning subscribers, hi I missed you!

I'm so sorry I missed the last two uploads but I've been waiting for this

ring light that you see right here! And if you're new here and you want to see.

If you clicked on this because you want to know my first impressions of the

Neewer 18 inch ring light that I ordered from Amazon....I'm also gonna be showing

you a before and after! So I want you guys to see, especially if you're

starting out there, what this could look like before your ring light and what it

looks like after ring light. Because let me tell you, there is a quite a

difference in there! So if you want to see what that's all about, then you know what to

do...you keep watching!

*intro music*

Alright you guys. I want you to see really quickly what this looks like

before the ring light. I messed around a lot with my camera settings. I researched

a ton during this week and I this actually already looks better. ISO I have

turned all the way down to a 320. Which is not even as low as it should be. It

should be around 100 to 200 for ISO. So hopefully with the ring light I'm

able to get it there. But this is enough to still see me, still be lit up without

looking too grainy. Before I got the ring light, before I messed with these

settings, I had my ISO all the way turned up between 800 and 1000. Now one of

my friends did warn me about that. But I'm pretty CAMERA illiterate and I

tried to make it as bright as I could and just do that. But I didn't realize that

you can mess with other settings to make that ISO setting not have to be so high.

Now this will be a little bit of a training thing for me. To try to figure

out how to not move around so much and go out of focus. I realized that my

focusing, the autofocus, was crazy! Before it would go in and out and while I was

editing it was just driving me crazy...so I try to cut as much of that shifting

out as I could. But now I have to stay more in...in position. To not move around

so much either. So I will work on that for sure. But I wanted you guys to see

what I was working with before. So in order to get the ISO down, I changed my

other settings. So my aperture, the lowest that I could put it at was 4 on this

camera. And if you want to know what camera I'm using I'll link that all down

in the description box. Then I also have my shutter speed at 1/60 of a

second and I learned that from...I'll link his box down below. But it was super

informative when it comes to these cameras. And he said whatever your frames

per second setting is that you do you want to double that. So I am filming in

30 frames per second, a little bit higher than the standard 24 frames per second.

Just to give a smoother finish. So he said double that for...it just made sense.

The way he put it makes a lot of sense. Let me

try to find his name for you really quick...his YouTube channel is called a

BVC Co. So I will link that down below in case you have questions about cameras

and camera settings. I specifically have a Nikon D5600 and I could not find any

information. I've had it since October and like there was barely any thing out there

with it. And...and so I just kind of had to make it up as I go along. And take little

bits of what I learned here there. But he made it super easy and super clear, so

thank you for doing that if you're watching. But if not, go down and click

that little link if you have some more questions and he will help you to answer

them! Definitely good.

Okay so let's go and find out how the all the new ring

light is...hopefully a lot better than this!

Alright, here it goes. Trying it on

and I have only my recessed lights on and my fan light...let me find the button.

Ooooh!

Yeah that's pretty bright! Okay so this is a dimmable one. So let's go ahead

and oh! This is nice, you guys! Ooh this is actually...haha! Hello welcome to AEHM

artistry I'm Ashley Elizabeth! Hello! No but really...just finished unboxing the

whole thing, this whole kit and caboodle. And first impressions, I'm obsessed with

this! I love it! Okay first of all, the quality off the bat...I mean who knows how

long this will last and how often I'll have to get the light replaced...but it is

way better than I was expecting! This light that's dimmable it's super...whoa

look at how bright it gets! And then all the way to the lowest, before it turns

off. That's nice! Okay the reviews that I was reading on

this, maybe they upgraded I don't know, all the reviews on YouTube and on Amazon

has said that it only had clicks: one, two, three...it's a light, medium, dark. But this

is actually completely dimmable and smooth! So, you can get it exactly how

you want it. That is super neat. Um the bag was really nice. Okay let me see

really quickly...I'll show you the couple little gadgets and gadgets with the

camera, but I want to see if I can turn my ISO down even more now. And get a more

smooth finish. This is really pretty though.

oh I'm so excited!

Okay this is with ISO down to 100.

It was 320 before. This looks too dark, even still. Even with this crazy bright

light and I definitely need to brighten up my background. So I might turn my

lights back on, kind of play around with it.

Let's bring the ISO up a little bit more. This is also with the brightness of the

ring light all the way up. So I'm more blind talking. So let me adjust that.

So what i also bought while i was purchasing this ring light, is I got a

cloth the diffuser. So it's this little guy right here, I'm gonna put it on

really quickly so you guys can see what the difference is...and if there's a

difference between using the diffuser and not. And yeah should be pretty easy

to slide it right on. So let's see...

Alright that is with the soft...

softening...whatever it's called...little stretchy guy. I'm blanking and I just

said the word. And I don't notice that much of a difference except I'll have to

review the footage and see which one I like better. But I I see more of my lines

underneath my eyes. Well maybe they were already showing. I don't know, you tell me.

But it's supposed to be a softer effect. More natural effect. So let me know

whether you like it with the this diffuser are on or without.

And then you've seen the brightness with it on. It is softer when the lighting is

totally up. And too dark...yeah that's really pretty.

Alright so they say if you're gonna check your white balance to just pull

up a white sheet of paper. And see if it actually looks white, if it looks too yellow

you need to adjust it to a more cool tone. If it looks too blue you need to

add some yellow in there. This looks pretty pretty darn tootin' white. I

might see a tinge of blue, but I'll have to look in the footage and take a better

guess. And if it is I'll adjust the white balance on that. But that's just a little

snippet. You can go down the rabbit hole and learn more about that stuff for sure.

And let me take you guys really quickly and show you a couple of little things

of why I'm really loving the quality of this so far.

Alright, you guys. So here's

everything as I was unpacking. You already know that that is all set up. So

that is the box that it came in. I saw some complaints that the packaging

came damaged or whatever. I kind of have to agree because there was a big open

space in the box right here. And then this was the bubble wrap all shoved onto

one side. So it was packaged really good because it came in a carrying case. So I

didn't have any damages. It was fine but if you UPS wanted to be extra rowdy,

which they tend to do, that this would have come damaged. But that wouldn't

necessarily of been Amazon or Neewer's fault. It would have been UPS's fault. But

nonetheless...And then this insert was inside. So it was double boxed, so that was

good. And because I got the case it came very well packaged. I actually thought

this was gonna be a super flimsy case. And I didn't care, I don't really need a

case but you know if I ever want to store it, it's good to have the option.

And especially because it came packed in it, it's really good! Look at this case. This

is nice. I was just expecting a flimsy black bag, but this is actually quite

nice. Has perfect holder and it actually has the holders for the attachment

diffusers if you get those plastic ones. And then extra accessories too. And then

you put this right on top to double secure it. So a really nice bag. I think

if you're getting the light, for me, it's worth it.

So think about getting the bag with it because that's definitely worth it. I

also saw a lot of people complaining that I didn't come with instructions but

my instructions were laying right here, just like that.

Super easy instructions. People were freaking out but I don't know again if

they upgraded things but all the instructions even with all the extra

attachments that they sell came with it. Which I didn't purchase any of those, I

just purchased the cloth diffuser but but it was super easy. And then this

tripod came in the box too. So I did get the tripod with that. And again it had

all the instructions there. So right here is the tripod. I did not actually

purchase a camera attachment because I already have a...let me focus this...focus

focus. I already have a camera tripod that I like. So I just stick it right

there and it works perfectly. I didn't really see the need to have...my

camera right directly on it. And my lens is really long so it goes through really

easily. No big deal. So you don't have to necessarily get that stand if you

already have that. If you're wondering if it fits perfectly, it does! And then

I also heard complaints that the cord was super short, however you can see how

far away on them from the wall and I have a lot of give. So that's really nice.

I also heard complaints about the outlet plug and coming with two and stuff, and

no it just comes with a standard u.s. American outlet plug. And then what else...

this is the softbox that you guys saw me go over. That's the

softbox on there, really nice. That is how far away I'm sitting. It was getting only

slightly warm. Yeah these definitely get warm. They're

not hot though. I can touch it...it's fine but it's still slightly warm. So if

you're filming for like two hours, you might be pretty hot? But not too sure yet.

And you can see, look at that compared. So that's the ring light look how cool it

is, like cool tone. And that is my regular standing light, so look at how warm tone

that is. So maybe I could have just switched out the lights to be more cool

tone, but it still wouldn't have filled my face completely. Like it is. So I might

switch those out to fill out the background and we'll see, I'll play

around with it. But I just wanted you guys to see all that. Those were some of

the complaints that I heard about the Neewer ring lights and I did not

experience them! So I wanted you to see a first firsthand everything going on with

that. And obviously because it came with instructions assembly was a super easy.

All I did was pop up the tripod make it to the adjustment that I like, the height

that I like. And then pop on at the actual ring light and plug it in. It was

super super freakin easy. I really liked it.

Alright you guys, this is with my backdrop.

And this one I've been using a lot more. I have a few new ones but this has been...

this one's pretty pretty frequent because it just kind of is black and it

goes with everything. But this looks super good with the background. I think

I'll just be filling with backdrops, if not rearranging my area, because I think

my room was just too yellow. Like I have tan walls and it's just too much. And the

background isn't that interesting anyways. So you might be seeing even more

backdrops now that I have this because I don't want to deal with lighting up the

background. ...That's a guest bed, not that interesting. So there

is what that looks like. Also, I do...after looking at the footage...I

do like the diffuser on the ring light a little bit

better because it softens the texture of my skin. It doesn't look as intense and

the shadows are just there. They are what they are. Alright and so you know I will

have everything linked down below in the description box to show you what exactly

I purchased and how much.

Thank you guys so much for watching! If you are new here

please go down and hit that little SUBSCRIBE button! I am a beauty channel

however I do film my progress throughout my journey here on YouTube. As well as,

stepping-stones, I go through everything from Adsense changes, to SEOs, and Tubebuddy,

Sydney Hunter and the Shrines of Peril Review for Intellivision - Duration: 10:54.

"Sydney Hunter and the Shrines of Peril" is a homebrew game for the Intellivision released

by Collectorvision in July, 2014.

In it you play as the famous explorer "Sydney Hunter" and are exploring a variety of environments

while trying to make your way to a hidden Mayan temple.

At first look it sort of reminds me of Montezuma's Revenge for the Atari 2600.

It was actually inspired from the game "Smurfs Rescue" for the Colecovision which was never

ported to the Intellivision.

In this game, quoting from the manual, you have to "dodge the spooky hawks, bats and

spiders along the way to the hidden Mayan temple.

Can you find the way to the treasure?"

When you first power on the game you are presented with the initial and fairly basic title screen.

It has the games name graphically displayed with a nice yellow image of "Sydney Hunter",

followed by a torch laying against a human skull.

From here pressing any button on the controller will initiate the start of the game.

Sydney Hunter is a single player game.

When the game begins you will notice your lives remaining on the top left and next to

it your seven digit score, both displayed in white.

Just underneath your score is the time indicator with the word "Time:" displayed in red with

an orange progress bar.

The manual also calls this the energy level indicator, but since it says time on the screen,

I'll refer to it that way.

Should your time run out, Sydney Hunter will fall down costing you a life.

You start the game with four lives.

The time bar will be replenished whenever Sydney Hunter enters into NEW land.

Going backwards to the previous screen will not renew it.

The only other way to reset it is to let it run all the way out.

You will lose a life but start with your time bar refilled.

While on this topic, the worst time to lose a life is when your time is extremely low.

When you start with a new Sydney Hunter, he will still have low energy and will die quickly.

In this game there are four main screens or lands to be conquered.

The "forest", the "field", the "cavern" and the "Mayan temple".

You start the game in the forest which is represented by the black trees in the background.

There is musical tune playing as you make your way.

This tune changes each time you enter a new land.

Sometimes in the forest you will find a hissing snake on the right side.

Controls: You control Sydney Hunter using the Intellivision

controller disc.

Pressing left or right will move him in that direction.

Pressing down will cause him to duck.

Now, the manual states pressing the upper buttons will make a big jump and the lower

buttons will make a small jump.

However on my Intellivision the upper buttons do nothing.

Instead pressing the lower button on the right side of the controller will make a big jump

and the lower left button will make a small jump.

You cannot let Sydney Hunter touch any of the baddies; the snake, hawk, bat, or spider,

really you cannot let him touch anything; walls tombstones, skulls, skeleton arms, the

exception being grabbing the diamonds.

Hint: You must do the big jump for most obstacles in the game.

You get more points for completing a small jump over the spiders and onto and over the

ledges.

After successfully making it out of the "forest" you enter the "field".

This screen is a little spooky with the cemetery displayed in the background and the half moon

crescent.

There is a ledge that must be negotiated.

Beware, falling off the ledge will cost you a life.

In the early levels the ledge is the only challenge presented, but in later levels,

the placement of the ledge moves, and a few more obstacles may be thrown in such as a

random skull or a headstone.

You may also find yourself having to dodge those pesky hawks.

Once you leave the "field", you enter the caverns.

This area is interesting since you must jump up or down ledges.

They have what looks like a bulls skeleton right next to the ledges which you have to

be careful not to jump onto.

Doing so will cost you a life.

In the early levels there is only one ledge to negotiate and no bats.

In later levels there are two or three ledges and a bat to worry about.

The placement of the ledges can move from level to level and the spacing between them

can reduce.

This means you may have to accurately plan your jumps In-between the skulls and you may

have to do a small jump rather than the big jump, all of which takes skill!

You will repeat going through these lands a few times with different challenges thrown

at you before making it into the final land area, the Mayan temple.

When you first make it into the Mayan temple, you will notice you are now standing on yellow

bricks with dark stones walls in the background.

Covering some of the stones on the far right is a huge spider web.

As you move closer a spider might pop out and have to be avoided.

One thing that jumps out at me on this screen is within the spider web I keep noticing the

number four.

Is that some sort of a clue?

I tried jumping four times and jumping the spider four times to no avail.

In the second Mayan screen you have to climb what looks like an ancient tomb in order to

capture the diamonds at the top.

I really like the graphics on this screen which are giant stone figures.

In order to get the diamonds you must jump on top of two stone heads in two separate

jumps.

Hint: The first jump can easily be done from a stationary position close to the stone head.

For me the second jump was easier to make successfully if running toward the second

stone head while jumping.

In my testing I died if I jumped from a stationary position.

Scoring As per the games manual the scoring is as

follows.

Jumping snakes will get you 200 points.

Jumping mounds, bluffs, skulls and tombstones is worth 100-200.

Jumping the bat in the cavern, 200-300.

Jumping the spider, 100-200, although during gameplay, I believe jumping the spider with

a small jump awarded you 300 points.

Jumping onto the statue in the temple, is worth 3,000 points, the first time done successfully,

otherwise 100 points each is awarded for jumping onto the stone heads.

Collecting the diamond treasure gets you 10,000 points.

You are also awarded bonus points based on your remaining time, which amounts to 100

points for each remaining slice of time you have.

For Every 25,000 points scored you are awarded a spare "Sydney Hunter".

Strategy Try to learn the distance you jump and pay

attention to where you land.

This becomes important in the later levels.

You can duck underneath the hawk many times, but sometimes it will still get you, so practice

jumping it.

The next tip is nearly cheating.

If you enter a new screen and it looks too difficult, you can quickly go back to the

previous screen then re-enter the new screen again, and the map will randomly shift things

around, perhaps making it easier to complete.

Also related to this; if you memorize which screen the new land will appear on, you can

do a scoring hack where for example, you keep jumping the snake for a few hundred points

a pop until your time runs low, before moving on to the next screen and having your time

replenished.

Graphics Overall I like the graphics in "Sydney Hunter

and the Shrines of Peril".

The imagery get's its point across, evoking a sense of spookiness and scary environments.

Sydney Hunter himself is a nice multi-colored and animated sprite.

You can tell he is wearing a hat and wearing multi-colored clothing.

You can even tell he is wearing blue shoes.

Really nicely detailed.

The background images although repetitive on the forest and field screens are nicely

detailed as is the grass.

The cavern maps look great with the stalagmites.

The Mayan temple imagery is awesome.

Sound I like the simple music in the game and appreciate

that it changes when you enter into a new land area.

This helps keep it interesting.

The various sound effects in the game include a sound for moving Sydney Hunter, a separate

sound for jumping.

The flying hawk and bats each have their own unique sounds.

A separate tune for capturing the diamond and a sound effect for dying.

Disappointingly there is no tune or sound effect for when the game ends and there is

no title screen music.

World Record I was unable to locate any official World

Records for this game as of this review.

Packaging The boxed copy of Sydney Hunter and the Shrines

of Peril looks terrific.

It's a cartoonish rendition of what Sydney Hunter looks like while discovering the Mayan

temple as he peeks through the brush.

It's colorful and incorporates many of the games levels all in one image.

The same image is also used on the games printed manual.

If you turn over the manual to the back side you'll get a nice treat.

The full image is printed encompassing all the real estate on the back of the manual

and it looks great.

Ports Sydney Hunter has sort of become it's own

Mayan themed franchise.

The "Shrines of Peril" is the second game released in this product line, the first being

"Sydney Hunter and the Caverns of Death", which was released on a number of systems

but did not make it's way to the Intellivision.

The "Shrines of Peril" has been ported to Android mobile and the IOS port is in the

works.

I had the pleasure of meeting John Lester from Collectorvision a few years ago at the

SoCal Retro gaming expo.

The android port had just been completed and he was excited to tell me all about it.

The great thing about the mobile version is that both the sound and graphics are identical

to the Intellivision version.

I mean the graphics look pixel perfect.

The controls take some getting used to.

There are a few notable differences specific to mobile.

I have been playing on Android version 1.10.

The first difference you'll notice on mobile, there is a "round" indicator displayed on

the top right.

You cannot move back to previous screens.

The game plays slightly faster.

Another quick example is there are a few scoring differences like no 10,000 point bonus for

grabbing the diamonds.

Jumping up to the treasure can be done fairly easy from a stationary position.

Easter Eggs On page six of the manual in a section called

"the fun of discovery", it hints at something, possibly an Easter Egg.

How would you interpret this statement: "You will find that this cartridge is full of special

features that made Sydney Hunter and the Shrine of Peril exciting every time you play.

Experiment with different techniques and enjoy the game!"

That statement intrigued me although I have yet to uncover any hidden secrets or messages.

It might just be a tease.

Conclusion "Sydney Hunter and the Shrines of Peril" can

be a difficult game to learn to play and master, even though the gameplay elements are so simple,

move left, right or jump.

I have read a few complaints from people bemoaning how difficult it is.

Yes, it is unforgiving.

If you barely touch a wall or anything for that matter you will lose a life.

If you jump up to a ledge from the wrong angle you die.

If you move too close to a ledge you die.

If you run out of time you die.

However once you learn these things, you find that It's all just part of what makes this

game so fun to play.

The more I play, the further rounds I have been able to complete.

I am also still trying to discover the secrets of this game.

This is my first delve into the Sydney Hunter universe and I am looking forward to playing

more of these games.

Kickstarter Watch Review: Xeric Trappist-1 Moonphase - Duration: 10:33.

Kickstarter Watch Review - Xeric Trappist-1 Moonphase watch hey guys this is Andrew with my watch Addiction com and today we're gonna take

a look at another Kickstarter Watch Review that I've received in before we get started

though guys just a couple quick housecleaning items as I mentioned in

one of my previous videos I would pick a date that I was gonna do that drawing to

win one of my watches and I finally have sat down and picked a date to do that

that's gonna be March 31st 2018 on that day we're gonna do a couple of things

we'll do the drawing to see who's gonna win one of my watches but also we're

gonna do something else that you guys have been asking me for and then we're

gonna take a look at just a quick overview of my watch collection as it

currently stands and then what I'll likely do is given the fact that my

current collection changes so regularly we'll probably come back every you know

every three to four months and just do a quick update on what's in my collection

at that time and make that a regular part of the channel so you guys can see

my trading patterns and how many watches I keep and what I'm actually keeping

what watches stick around the whole nine yards with that second thing watch the

day for me is the arctic silver renegade that you guys saw me review yesterday

from their Kickstarter campaign so Kickstarter Watch Review release video

yesterday today we're gonna look at another Kickstarter Watch Review I figured what

the hell why don't we make it a Kickstarter Watch Review weekend and tomorrow and

Monday will be two other Kickstarter watches that have recently received it

but today today what we're going to take a look at is the Xeric Trappist-1 Moonphase

Xeric watches

so let's take a closer look at the Xeric watch that I received in from the

recent Kickstarter watch campaign if you guys aren't familiar with Xeric watches I

actually have had one before I had the Xeric Evergraph that I received as a

part of their previous Kickstarter campaign but let's tear into this Trappist-1 and see what we get right out of the gate you see they're just a very plain

cardboard box that it comes in and in the box you receive Xerich warranty card

which tells a little bit about their warranty and as well as directly to

their website to find out more and read the instruction manual but this is why

we're here this is the Xeric Trappist-1 Moonphase and I opted for the

gunmetal red version you can see the case on this guy is gunmetal color and

then there's red in the strap as well as on the dial if we want to take a walk

around the swatch a little bit before we get into it too much this is a black

leather strap with red stitching now the straps on these watches because this

watch obviously has that space motif to it or space design to it on this watch

was designed after or inspired by nasa's discovery of the trap has one solar

system so they tried to keep this watch very space oriented so these straps on

this watch were modeled after the textured space gloves that astronauts

used when traveling into outer space you see kind of that pillowy pattern right

there if we look on the back of this these straps do have quick-release tabs

and you will see right there if I can get it in focus for you guys you can see

their logos on the strap itself and xeric logo right there

this watch actually runs with a Ronda caliber 708 movement with moon phase and

D indicator now we'll get into how to read this watch here in just a second

but as I mentioned it does run on the Ronda calibre 708 movement the DAO

functions have super loom on the planetary hours minutes the North Star

which is a 12-hour indicator and the star trail displays are all super loom

one cool thing about this and it's going to be kind of hard to see I'll see if I

could get some close-up pictures of it at the end but right here at the six

o'clock position you see that round area in the grille that is actually a

magnified date indicator at the six o'clock position

the case is 316l stainless steel with a domed space tested has two like crystal

now I don't know anything about passive light or what it is but this this watch

does have a pretty decent dome on it and that's kind of why you're seeing the

lighting in my group pretty badly because of that dome the size of this

watch is 44 millimeters wide and 16 millimeters thick so it's a good sized

watch looks like it's going to be really really comfortable to wear this watch

has a 5 ATM water resistance and as I mentioned us Horine leather for these

space glove textured straps so let's get this guys set back up for you and we'll

take a look at how you actually read this watch one of the reasons I got rid

of the xeric evergraph before is because of just how it fit on my hand I

don't think I'm gonna run into the same issue with this watch this watch looks a

little more comfortable so on this watch you

have a couple different size we'll call it planets for lack of a better term

right here you have the smaller one currently up near the 12 o'clock

position and then you have the larger planet we'll call it at the three

o'clock position now this larger planet if the three o'clock position currently

hovers our rotates right around this inner circle that is the our indicator

this guy right here at the 12 o'clock position that is the minute indicator so

you'll see at the end of the video I'll do a speed up of this watch actually

working and you'll be actually actually be able to see those move now those are

on what appear to be translucent discs with the additional you can see all

these stars all over the all over the dial here those move as well and kind of

give it the approach of the whole solar system moving throughout the night now

in the center of the dial here we you can see the moon we also have the North

Star right here this dial moves and gives us the phases of the Sun and the

moon throughout the day which I think that's really really neat concept and

then right down here at the six o'clock position if I can get a better angle on

it you can see right there the six o'clock position that is the magnified

date indicator now one of the things that I had to look at when I first got

this watch was the lumati and I've got to tell you the loom and

this watch in the dark looks out of this world for lack of a better term alright

guys so that was the xeric Trappist one moon face that I received in from the

xeric watch's Kickstarter campaign absolutely guys I encourage you to stick

around and take a look at the close-up pictures on this watch really really

really out there design really design in my opinion I have a feeling

that this one is going to stay in my collection a little bit longer than the

xeric ever graph did just because I like the concept I like the design of this

one a lot more but definitely stick around and take a look at the close-up

pictures of this as well as some of the lume shots of the Xeric Trappist-1 Moonphase if

you guys have any questions about this watch or any questions in general you

can post them up in the comments below will reach out to me at the website in

my watch addition.com finally if you guys want to see what's on my wrist on a

daily basis so you can follow us on instagram at instagram / watch addiction

dye us thank you guys and have a great week Kickstarter Watch Review Xeric Trappist-1 Moonphase

New Orleans French Market Coffee and Chicory Coffee Review - Duration: 3:54.

- Hey welcome to Coffee, Coffee, Coffee.

Your place for Average Joe coffee reviews.

Today's coffee has a flower in it.

(upbeat music)

- Today we are reviewing New Orleans Famous French Market

Coffee and Chicory Dark Roast.

What are you doing (laughs)?

- My French mustache.

- Okay.

- That I could never grow.

- (laughs) So we've never tried chicory coffee before.

- No, first time, never. - Yeah, and it's

so it's coffee and then there's chicory.

Chicory is part of the dandelion family.

We had to look that up 'cause we didn't know.

It's been used as a coffee substitute before

and sometimes people just add it to their coffee.

- The civil war.

- Yeah. - Probably is when it

was most used.

- Also. - That's my guess.

- Yeah, (laughs) that's just a total guess.

It has some calories in it which is interesting.

Normally when you, I mean there's never the nutrition facts

but there is.

And so it's got one carb and 10 calories per two teaspoons.

- Interesting. - Yeah.

- That's surprising too to have that kind of thing

on the coffee.

All right so this coffee was

3.99 a bag on sale.

That was a pretty good sale, it was originally six bucks.

- Right, yeah. - So that's pretty good.

- Yeah, so it's a medium, I would call that a medium

priced coffee for us.

Whatever eight dollars a pound normal price.

- Yeah. - 8.80 a pound

yeah. - Yeah.

If you're in San Francisco paying $40 for a bag.

(laughs) I don't know.

That wouldn't be the same. - I don't think

that's a thing.

So this coffee to me is like totally different

then what you would expect in a cup of coffee.

To me it's very

cocoa flavory. - Right.

- Cocoay. - Like a cocoa powdery type.

- Right.

Yeah, like cocoa powder.

That's exactly what's it's like for me.

And there's a sweetness

to it. - A little bit, yeah.

- To me. - We were talking about

that a little bit before.

I put sugar in mine so I didn't taste that as much

as she does.

- Yeah.

- But there's also a hint of a nuttiness.

- Yeah, a little bit of nuttiness.

But when I tasted this

I only put half and half in it

so I never have any sweetness normally but this is

really got a sweetness and then also, the bag does say

it has one carb. - Right.

- So that is some sweetness.

So yeah interesting. - Yeah.

But overall I would say yes, we'd buy it again.

I think probably our rating might be a little higher

than what I'm thinking if it were less expensive

all the time.

- Yeah, if it were less expensive

all the time. - But it's not necessarily.

- Yeah. - So I was thinking

three and 1/2 donuts,

out of five. - Right, yeah.

I think for, yeah three and 1/2 is fine.

If it were cheaper I'd probably be at a four.

- Yeah. - And also just a other

quick note is the, when I tasted this just now

I kind of almost have a, it's like a soapy taste (laughs)

at the very (laughs) beginning for me.

I don't know, but that being said

I really do enjoy this coffee.

The first sip, just kind of, I think it's just so different.

Then what I'm expecting. - Yeah.

- Then it's like oh, okay.

And then I adjust it, but I do like it overall.

- Well let us know if you've ever tried a chicory coffee

before or if you've just had straight out chicory.

- Yeah. - Like your gangster

like that. (laughs)

I don't think you're supposed to say the R.

- (laughs) Gangsta. - Gangsta.

(laughs) Like that and you have

(rap music)

Straight out chicory coffee.

- Right. - Let us know in the comments

below and thanks for joining us for this review.

And until next time.

- Keep grinding.

Tarte Amazonian Clay Foundation | Amazonian clay 12-hour foundation SPF 15 | Review - Duration: 12:34.

Hi this review is about it the Tarte Amazonian Clay Foundation my name is Melissa Van Dijk

and I'm a professional makeup artist and don't forget to hit the

subscribe button underneath and it also depends on where you're watching nits in

any corner right here thank you so much for supporting me and now without

further ado let's get right into this video this is what the packaging looks

like and it's a full coverage foundation it will last you 12 hours that's what it

says on the packaging and then when you turn it around it also tells you what's

inside the main points and because it's a clay foundation it's beautiful for

oily skin and when you open up the packaging then you will get the actual

foundation and it comes in a tube and I'm in fair light honey you can get in

total 24 different shades and one tube will cost you 39 US dollars and now I'm

going to show you how the application is the Amazonian clay foundation from

Tarte is my second tube and the first one I got I ordered it online and it was too

light so I mixed it with in other ones that I can apply it to my face

and this wasn't well the first one was from Tarte and the second one which I

used to darken it a little bit was from makeup studio so it wasn't really fair

to see if this works for me or not and now I'm going to use this one on its own

and we will see if this shade will match with my skin tone on that I just hope

that it will match because if you're ordering a foundation online matching

it with your actual skin tone can be so difficult so if I know that this one is

the perfect one for me I know for the next time what I will order if this one

is too dark for me I'm just going to pick the one in the middle so that I'm

sure that I'm well not going to pick the wrong one so now I'm going to apply it

with a damp Beauty Blender and I'm going to apply it also on the mixing palette

and I'm just dabbing it onto the skin

so just pray that this will work for me and if not I'm sorry if it's the wrong

shade but I still have my opinion about the foundation so I'm just hoping that

this will match but let's see

and it doesn't look that bad because if I'm using a shade which is quite neutral

if it has a pink undertone and also a yellow undertone it still looks a little

bit pale on me so that's why I chose one with the peachy undertone so that you

can also get some warmth to my face but it doesn't look that bad I'm not sure

how it will look on the camera but when I'm looking down in the mirror then it

doesn't look that bad and it also matches with the skin tone so just

because I have some red places right here because of the pimples and also my

cheeks doesn't mean that I have a pink undertone so this can be sometimes so

tricky if you're trying to find a shade for you and you think oh well you have

such a pink undertone just because you're getting red and because it knows

or your cheeks are red doesn't mean that you have a pinkish undertone so this can

be so confusing I'm just pointing this out because

sometimes you think you have a pink undertone and it and you don't have a

pink undertone so now I'm just having a look at the camera and I will be right

back so it just had a look at the camera and it doesn't look at that and I'm so

thankful that this matches with my skin tone because the other one was too a

light and that's what I why I thought I should buy this one but it's so

difficult on their website to find out what shade you should get because you

can match your shade but then you need to know what skin undertone you have and

also what skin type you have and also like so many different informations you

need to know from yourself to get the perfect match but I can imagine that

most of the people who are just trying this one as a like as a normal

foundation and also for the first time it can be so difficult so if you have a

similar skin tone than I have I'm in light honey and it works so just that

you know if you're lighter than me then go a few shades lighter

and also have a look at it what it says on the foundation sometimes it tells you

if it has a yellow undertone and neutral and a turn or pinkish undertone and this

one it says it has a peachy undertone which is a little bit more yellow or

orangy and this works beautifully and now I'm just going to finish off the

application of the foundation so now I'm done with the application of my

foundation and I really love the shade I love also the

foundation itself and I haven't applied anything just the foundation on its own

and as you can see the coverage is pretty good I'm so happy with the end

result but still you can see my pimples right here because of the redness but it

cancel out it has a little bit but to get rid of my pimples completely so that

they aren't visible anymore I just need to use a concealer and just spot

concealer on them which I'm going to do later on and then I'm also going to use

the Tarte shape tape concealer under my eyes to brighten it up and then we will

see how the products are layering on top so I'm just going to finish off my

makeup a little bit and just keep it very simple so that you still can see

the foundation but I just like to set it with powder but for the moment I have no

dry patches I'm really happy it feels comfortable it feels lightweight

sorry it feels lightweight and I'm so happy with the end result so let's see

how other products will work with it so to spot conceal the pimples I'm going

to use the Maybelline concealer with a little sponge on top and this isn't in a

yellowish tone which I don't mind but I just like to cancel out the redness on

my pimples and you can also use a brush for that but I just like to apply it

like it and then use the beauty blender to blend it into the skin and then later

on I'm going to apply some powder on top so that it will

set the foundation and also to concealer so let's see well right here I have also one

but this is just a difficult place to get some concealer to stay without

creasing but I'm really happy with the foundation because it hasn't creased

around my eyes normally I'm getting it underneath my eye which is normal

because of this kind of crease like right here so when I'm doing this you

can see that it creases already and normally I'm using directly some

translucent powder on top so that it won't crease but you always can blend it

with the Beauty Blender or with your brush and then you can apply some

translucent powder on top so now I'm going to use the Tarte shape type

concealer for underneath my eyes and then I like to use some powder to set

everything

like this I'm just blending it in with a Beauty Blender and with the shape tape

concealer I'm not using a lot because I just feel that a little bit goes a long

way so I'm not a fan of doing this triangle thing and also highlighting in

the middle of my face I mean I'm always using 90% I'm using a

foundation that matches my skin tone so I don't really see why I should use so

much highlighter in the middle of my face if I want to keep it natural

and now I'm going to use some translucent powder and a big fluffy

brush and also a medium fluffy brush now I'm going to set at first one on the eye

area with a medium fluffy brush and I like to use to be different at first

because it creases quite a lot right here but this isn't a surprise because

it happens with every foundation which I have already used because of

this crease right here and I can't avoid it

besides of just cutting away that crease but that's not really natural so I'm

just going to take the brush and I like to dip it in some translucent powder and

to set it so that it won't crease anymore and if you can see that there

are areas which are creasing before you have applied any powder then always take

a Beauty Blender and just blend it back into the skin and then you can get the

fresh and clean canvas and then you can apply some translucent powder on top and

it won't crease anymore

so for example right here you can see that it can create a little bit because

of my eye movement and if I'm you if I'm not using a beauty blender on top to

blend it back into the skin it will give me some wine so if I'm applying some

eyeshadow powder on top I still will get some lines on top so that's why I

personally do not like to just apply some translucent powder without blending

it back into the skin

and then I like to use a big fluffy brush for the rest of my face

so now I'm going to take this big fluffy brush dipping it in some translucent

powder and then just press it onto the skin

and since this foundation is an Amazonian clay foundation

I mean clay is beautiful if you have an oily skin it's just will control the oil

and it also will absorb the oil which is great and I have a combination skin and

I have no problems with this foundation so I have used already the first bottle

but I'm still happy with the end result and it is also long-lasting so I

never had a problem touching up my foundation or something like that so I'm

really happy and I am loving this foundation

and also my neck since I have applied a little bit of foundation down towards my

neck so that there isn't any harsh line around my jawline like this and now I

have also set the foundation so this is not the end result when I have set it

with some translucent powder but you also could use some setting spray

because it's a mattifying foundation so the consistency of this foundation is a

little bit different to others because it has no oil in it and it has some clay

in it it's more like a drying consistency so it's also a thick

foundation but if you're using an oil-based foundation for example it's a

little bit more liquid ish and that's why I love about the foundation it's not

a liquid ish and it also will stick to your skin and it also melts in with the

skin beautifully if you're going to use a brush or Beauty Blender I love this

foundation I would recommend this foundation but I wouldn't recommend this

foundation if you have a dry skin type because if you have a dry skin type then

this can give you even more like dry patches around your face and you don't

want that but if you have a normal combination or oily skin then this is

perfect it gives you also a matte finish so you won't shine during the day and

because I have set it with some translucent powder on top it definitely

won't shine and it will last you all day long because I use it quite a lot so

that's my final thought about it I would recommend it and I also would rebuy it

again so this was now the review on the Tarte

Amazonian clay foundation and before you're leaving this video have a look at

this video right here which is applying makeup for beginners so if you are new

to the makeup world have fun with it and here in the top corner you can subscribe

to my channel thank you so much for supporting me and I will see you soon
