News on Youtube Feb 3 2018

Hey guys!

I'm in Wrocław, Poland and I wanted to show you what you can get for your money here.

I'm staying in an Airbnb that is around $35 US dollars per night.

This is a beautiful city.

I wanted to be right in the center of things.

As they say in real estate it's all about location, location, location

and this place that we are staying in now is a studio so it's not fancy but it feels like a real apartment.

It honestly just feels like somebody else's house

that they just happened to give you the keys for, for a few days while you're in town.

And I like that feeling, It feels more authentic.

We have a sofa bed that we've been sleeping on,

a big chair, which is actually big enough to seat two of us,

the kitchen is basic but has everything that we need.

We've actually not really used it much because we've been eating in restaurants while we've been here

because I love Polish food.

There's a big table where we're able to work,

a functioning kettle, which is important because we run on sleep and tea in this household,

the bathroom has a washing machine, shower, all the things that you need.

So all the necessities are covered and one of the things I love most about staying here is this little device.

So, of course they have wifi, which I always need to have, but this is actually a mobile wifi device.

So when we're in the apartment, we use this just like a normal router,

but when we leave the apartment, we can just put it in our pocket, or purse or backpack or whatever,

and the wifi just follows us around.

But my number one favourite thing about this apartment, which will be yours,

I guarantee when I show you this is the view.

Look at this!

Ahhhhh!

Look at this view you guys!

The first time I saw this I was like, 'Oh my god!

Are you kidding me?'

We could not be more in the center of town.

The façade of these incredible houses,

this square dates all the way back to the thirteenth century.

My favourite place to be in the apartment is sitting right by this window with this incredible view.

There's a ledge that's big enough that you can sit on.

As a child I always dreamed of having my very own window seat.

Mom, I finally got my window seat!

At least for a few days here in Wrocław.

The view is always changing as well because the Christmas market is on

and night and day it's always a little bit different.

It's a great spot for people watching and just seeing what's going on in the town

and it really has been a beautiful place to just sit and soak it all in.

So that's where I've been staying here in Wrocław, Poland.

I hope that you guys enjoyed seeing the apartment and also the incredible view,

which I really am going to miss when we leave here.

This is actually a series as I'm travelling to give you guys an idea

of what your money gets you in different spots.

I'll link the playlist, I hope that it's helpful.

I'll link this specific Airbnb below if you're interested.

How much sugar should I eat per day - Duration: 2:18.

How much sugar should I eat per day?

Sugars are carbohydrates that provide energy for the body.

The most common sugar in the body is the glucose that your brain, major organs, and muscles

need to function properly.

There are two main types of sugar.

Natural sugar

Natural sugar comes with fiber or protein.

According to Young, there are two types of natural sugar: fructose and lactose.

Fructose is the type of sugar found in fruit, while lactose is the type of sugar found in

dairy products.

Both are natural.

The key with fructose and lactose is that when you consume them, you consume them with

other important nutrients, namely, fiber in the case of fructose or protein in the case

of lactose.

Young says that these nutrients help stabilize your blood sugar levels, preventing you from

feeling hungry shortly after eating.

Added Sugars

The added sugars are sugars and syrups that are added to foods or beverages when processed

or prepared.

This does not include natural sugars such as milk and fruit.

The main sources of food and beverages added sugars for Americans are:

Regular refreshments, energy drinks, and sports drinks

candy cakes

biscuits pastries and shoemakers

sweet rolls, cakes, and donuts fruit drinks, such as fruit cakes and fruit

punch dairy desserts, like ice cream

Which sugar is better for you

So, although we would like to say that "natural sugars" are better than "processed sugars,"

it is not that simple.

Fructose can be as harmful on its own as it is when combined in sucrose.

What matters is the intake, how much your body actually uses and in what form it is

administered.

It is fair to say that an excessive amount of fructose, glucose or sucrose will cause

health problems.

It is best to avoid added sugars and forms of sugars such as high fructose corn syrup

and agave syrup.

They deliver large amounts of fructose and glucose at the same time and do not specify

what proportion of glucose they use for fructose.

To obtain the fuel that your body needs, it is best to obtain the purest and simplest

form of carbohydrates and obtain it from fruits and vegetables.

Not only will you avoid an overdose of sugar, but it will also provide other much-needed

nutrients.

How Long Does It Take | Mortgage Weekly | Feb 3rd, 2018 | Jason Roy | Edmonton Mortgage Broker - Duration: 2:53.

All right #MortgageWeekly. Another snowy and freezing Edmonton winter day but I

guess it's winter that's what's to be expected so this week I want to talk

about timelines, timelines when you're buying and refinancing and renewing

basically I think everyone's always surprised at how long sometimes it takes

to get an approval done and that the lenders are pretty much always these

days busy most lenders are national lenders

so there's always some market that's quite busy that's keeping them busy so

if we try and show up with you know two days to try and get everything done it's

pretty difficult to make it happen and it's a lot of stress it's a lot of stress

for everybody so typically timelines if you're buying a home you want to get

like a week for your financing to financing done get your home inspection

done get an appraisal done if need be and before you get to that point we want

to have your documents organized ahead of time so have a pre-approval in place

collected your job letters pay stubs bank statements all that sort of stuff

so that we can get all the conditions satisfied with the lender quickly if you

are refinancing some senses it's not as time restrictive you don't have a

condition removal date but you still need a good week to get the paperwork

done and then another two or three weeks to get the legal part done get the

current mortgage statement get that ready to pay out all that sort of stuff

so refinance you need three to four weeks so that everything isn't feeling

super rushed well the snows kind of deep around

here and if you're doing a switch so if you're transferring your mortgage from

one lender to another at renewal I say at least 30 days to make sure that's

done make sure you have time to do the payout statement from your current

lender and they often like to drag drag their heels at that as they don't want

you to leave so a time for about you know a month to get that done as well

kind of a week to get the approval and then another for two or three weeks to

get the rest of the paperwork done and the transfer documents signed so all in

all just give yourself more time and the more prepared you can be the earlier you

come to me the more documents you have organized the smoother the transition

will be and everyone will be a little bit happier and a little less stressed

so that's about it on on timelines interest rates are going up again fixed

rates are going up again so pre approval rate holds that sort of stuff is

important if you're in the market in the next 120 days all right have a good

weekend ciao bye
