YOUTUBE PRIVACY SETTINGS: Why You Should Go With Public Settings. Show in Creator Studio Community - Duration: 6:00.

G'day, and thank you very much for stopping by my channel I'm Aussie Mark if

we haven't met before, and in today's video I wanted to talk to you about

subscribers that you have on your YouTube channel. One of the things that I

find people are surprisingly not aware of, is that when you get your YouTube

channel up and going, the automatic settings as far as the privacy of your

YouTube channel is said to private and I guess that's how it should be because,

you know, some people may want to keep their activities on YouTube all to

themselves and you know you gotta respect people for that. However I find

that if you have your settings to private then when somebody that you've

gone and subscribe to somebody's channel and then they go on and have a look at

the subscriber lists that they have and they're not going to be able to see you

and if they can't see you they're probably less likely to interact with

you and it's always great as a boost for people

to see the latest subscribers on their channel and that's something that I

think we all appreciate and y'know, not everybody's keen to grow their

subscriber base, however it's kind of like if you're on YouTube you're there

because you want people to watch your videos so part of that is getting more

subscribers. So anyway, I thought I'd show you today just the basic how to change

your settings from the default private up to public. That way you can see

people's who subscribe to your channel. Let's go now to the computer and have a

look. So this is my channel as you can see, and now you can see at the moment

I've got 1529 subscribers, but I know for a fact that I've got at least five

today, so if we now jump over here to my creative studio and go over to the, where

are we, to the community and then down to subscribers

Okay, there we go. Now look, you can see that the last subscriber that I can see

on here was two days ago, but I know that I got at least five

people today because my numbers went up by five, so that means those five people

have all got their settings set to private and I'd really love to be able

to get to know you better and see you on this list. So how do you change your

settings? It's very basic and if you've already done this and know how to do it

well thank you very much for watching and I hope we see you on the next video,

but it or not, let's have a look at how we do it. So basically we just go

back up here click on the top right where your icon is and instead of

looking on creator studio if I'm the YouTube setting next to it. If I

click on that, you'll see that it's now opening up this screen here, and if I now go down

to privacy. Right! This is what I'm talking about. So at the moment I have

all of my likes and subscribes unticked. Now by default you will find that

all of yours probably ticked like that. So that means, if you haven't unticked

them then anyone that you're subscribed to can't see you and conversely

obviously you can't see anyone who subscribes to your channel, so I think

it's a good idea to keep them unticked. I've certainly had mine unticked for

most of the time I've been on the YouTube and it hasn't made any

difference to people invading my privacy in fact it's only enables people to see

me on their subscriber list and allows me to interact a little bit better and

to give a boost to the people who I subscribe to as well just by making them

feel well the opening see how that easy to like oh yeah it was Aussie Mark; that's

great. So that's how you do it that's all you need to do and then you click the

Save button down at the bottom and your settings have changed. Well that's about

it for today's video I just wanted to make that clear for those of you who are

new to YouTube or new to my channel and wonder if maybe you might like to

change your video settings so that if I now go back to my creative studio next

time your subscribe to my channel if I jump into the community again as I'm

just doing now, and down to subscribers I should be able to see you on my list

rather than just see people who already changed their privacy settings. Well, I'll

leave you with it and now thanks again for watching I really do appreciate your

time as always I hope that you're enjoying my

channel if you haven't seen any of my older videos, please feel free to wander

on back and they have a look at some of the stuff I've done previously. Oh, and

also I don't mention this very often but a lot of you may not be aware that I

have a Facebook page called Aussie Mark Flies Drones there's a link in the

description underneath this video and basically what I put up there is

interesting news items about drones that I've found and stumbled across in

various places I go to on the net, and you might find that interesting if

you're a drone person so if you like to hop on over there if you have a facebook

account and like that page, that'd be much appreciated. All right,

that's me. Thanks. Bye for now.

Katie Holmes, Jamie Foxx Went Public Because Tom Cruise "Love Contract" Ended? - Duration: 6:23.

Katie Holmes, Jamie Foxx Went Public Because Tom Cruise "Love Contract" Ended?

Did Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx go public because a "love contract" with Tom Cruise ended? A report is alleging the actress was prohibited from dating until the supposed agreement expired.

FASHION CHANNEL, however, can bust the story and reveal the truth.

This article, which comes from OK! Australia, is filled with falsehoods and mistakes.

Its impetus is the recent pre-Grammys party, where Holmes and Foxx sat together.

The tabloid claims they "packed on the PDAs in front of stars" like Beyonce and John Legend.

In actuality, they merely sat side by side, engaged in conversation and laughs.

There was no kissing or anything else to support the "PDA" contention.

In another flub, the gossip magazine maintains Foxx's "close friend Claudia Johnson let the cat out of the bag" about their romance in 2016.

She is not a "close friend," which is why she later apologized for speaking out of turn, and her last name is actually Jordan, not "Johnson.".

From there, the Aussie outlet alleges Holmes and Foxx embraced "secrecy" because of a "$6.

6 million contract with her ex husband… that prevented her from 'publicly dating another man for five years after the divorce' was finalized in 2012.

" A so-called "source" is quoted as saying, "Katie wanted out of the marriage so badly, she agreed to the terms.

" That's actually an old quote taken from a discredited 2016 report from RadarOnline.

Not only did FASHION CHANNEL bust that story at the time, but in 2017, we also explained how the alleged Homes-Cruise "dating ban" is an untrue myth.

Yet it is now being used as the purported reason why she and Foxx were seen together in September and why they had their "first public date" at the aforementioned Grammys gala.

The publication even speculates that "'wedding bells" could be "next," with the almost assuredly fictional "source" insisting they're "very serious." The questionable insider even claims Holmes' daughter Suri "wants them to all have days out and holidays together.".

But while Holmes' kid has met Foxx, they haven't spent much time together.

And on the subject of holidays, People reported earlier this week, "It's not the kind of relationship where they spend every holiday together." In addition, the respected magazine also revealed that Holmes was "uncomfortable" with attention on her and Foxx at the Grammy party, as this "wasn't a big public debut for them.".

Contrary to what the Australian tabloid wants readers to believe, they are not "very serious" and a wedding is not on the horizon.

And their time at the Grammys bash, or any other place they may be seen together, has nothing to do with Cruise.

The situation remains just as FASHION CHANNEL has previously said: Holmes and Foxx have a casual dynamic where they see each other they can.

That's all there is to it.

Mr Major made news public as Her Majesty Major rushed out news the Queen agreed to pay income tax - Duration: 3:22.

Mr Major made news public as Her Majesty rocked by 'annus horribilis' of 1992

PM told Cabinet the Queen asked him to devise arrangement for her to pay tax

Mr Major then speeded up the process to end media criticism of the Queen

John Major rushed out the news that the Queen had agreed to pay income tax to deflect criticism of the royals, the files reveal.

The then prime minister made the news public as Her Majesty was rocked by her 'annus horribilis' of 1992.

During the year, the collapse of Prince Charles and Princess Diana's marriage was in Andrew Morton's book 'Diana: Her True Story', while the Duke and Duchess of York announced their separation and Princess Anne divorced her husband Captain Mark Phillips.

A fire also caused extensive damage to Windsor Castle, prompting an outcry when it was suggested that the estimated £60 million repair bill be met by the taxpayer.

The scrutiny prompted growing concern about the effect the 'intrusive and intolerable' media coverage was having.

Mr Major told the Cabinet that the Queen, who was not subject to taxation, asked him to come up with an arrangement for her to pay tax.

The announcement was due within weeks, but Mr Major speeded up the process to end media criticism of the Queen

On November 26, Mr Major finally to the Cabinet the Queen, who was not subject to taxation, had asked him some months earlier to 'consider arrangements by which she could pay the equivalent of income tax on her private income'.

The Prince of Wales, he said, had made a similar offer in relation to his income from the Duchy of Cornwall.

A team of officials had been quietly working on the plan, and Mr Major told ministers that he had intended to make announcement in a few weeks, when the exercise was complete.

However, the cabinet minutes noted: 'In the light of recent unjustified media criticism of the Queen's taxation position and after discussion with Her Majesty, he had decided to tell Parliament later that day that these discussions were taking place and also that the Queen proposed to take on some Civil List payments.'

In the discussion that followed, ministers agreed the move was 'most welcome' and should put a stop to one of the major sources of criticism of the royal family.

The minutes added: 'On the other hand, this gesture would not by itself change the behaviour of the media and some would represent it as resulting from their pressure.

'The Government should reinforce the Queen's initiative by strong expressions of support for the institution of the monarchy.'
