Are you looking for the best hotels in Playa del Ingles?

Well… here they come.

Do know that this video is based on a whole lot of online research on the over 60 hotels

in Playa del Ingles and then selecting the 14 best ones.

When I visited these in real life, 5 were not as promised online and 9 really offered

great holidays.

Just trying to say… don't always believe everything you read online.

In this video a quick look at those hotels that made it through this selection.

All of these hotels are in very different price categories, so don't try to compare

them amongst each other, but all offer great value for money.

In a very quiet and relaxed place in Playa del Ingles you will find the 4+ star Santa

Monica Suites hotel right next to the beach.

This is a fresh and clean hotel ideal for a relaxing holiday and located right next

to the Maspalomas dunes.

All higher located rooms face these dunes so offers great views while the ground floor

rooms have walk out balconies to the pool.

Labranda Marieta is a 4 star adults only hotel in Playa del Ingles.

This hotel was recently refreshed to become even better.

It feels very cosy, colourful and boutique-isch as many of the Labranda hotels I have been

to do.

It's also very close to the beach with just a 50 meter walk and on the roof you will now

also find a chill out and relax zone with some little pools.

The hotel staff were also extremely friendly and accomodating... one thing I always notice

in the Labranda hotels.

Riu Papayas is a 4 star all inclusive hotel in Playa del Ingles, great for the entire

family.

This hotel also has been updated into the fresh and modern hotel it is now.

Within the hotel you will find loads of entertainment for adults and kids, mini club, playground

and volleyball field.

There is also a choice of pools including 1 for kids with slides and fun things for

them to play with right next to the mini club.

If you get hungry there is a choice of all inclusive restaurants to choose from like

the Spanish and Asian themed restaurants included in your all inclusive package.

In the evening on the main stage you will find mini disco for the kids as well as shows

for the entire family.

Servatur Waikiki is an all inclusive hotel for the entire family.

It recently got a complete refresh and offers loads of facilities for a great holiday like

a playground and mini club for the kids, an adults only pool with jacuzzi, many sports

fields and a large kids play pool with slides.

Also the hotel Servatur Waikiki has a large activity and entertainment program both in

the day and night time.

So all in all a great holiday choice for an all inclusive family holiday in Playa del

Ingles.

In the center of Playa del Ingles you will find the Bohemia Suites & Spa, a 5 star hotel

with easy walking distance to the beach.

Within the hotel you will find 2 great heated pools,1 with a bit of soft music and 1 purely

with water sounds for relaxation.

There is also a very good gym with sauna and ice shower and an large dedicated Spa center

with extensive menu of different treatments.

From the restaurant on the top floor of the Bohemia Suites & Spa you will have an amazing

panoramic view over the surrounding area and beach.

Here you will also find the cocktail bar in loungey relax style to enjoy the cool breeze

in the evening or during the day.

Sol Barbacan is a 4 star very surprising apartments and bungalow complex in Playa del Ingles.

From the outside it looks kinda weird, but once inside the hotel it offers loads to discover.

There are several great pools spread out over the area, including an adults only pool and

kids pool, and also tennis and many other sports fields.

This complex is very family friendly because of its layout, but also the many activities

on offer.

There is a large activity program for the entire family.

I would definitely advice having a look at the Sol Barbacan bungalows as they look ideal

for families.

Seaside Sandy Beach is a 4 star family friendly hotel in Maspalomas, located about 200m from

the Playa del Ingles beach.

The hotel is part of the Seaside group in Gran Canaria, a hotel chain that showed me

several times during my stay on the island that they offer only great hotels.

This hotel has a great location but also within the hotel offers great pools, comfortable

cushioned sun loungers and a great fresh pool bar and dining area next to the pool.

The Seaside Sandy Beach also has loads of facilities in the hotel you can enjoy and

during school holidays also offers loads of fun stuff for the kids like a miniclub and

pools dedicated to children.

A little bit on the outside of Playa del Ingles, so very quiet but still close to restaurants,

bars and a bus stop that can take you anywhere on the island, is the Hotel Parque Tropical.

This 4 star hotel is all about relaxation, the staff and gardens, it is also just a few

steps away from the lovely Playa El Veril beach in this area.

There are loads of flowers, waterfalls and lovely decor.

Also the staff is very personal and attentfull.

Many of the ground floor rooms have direct walk out balconies to the pool area, what

is very handy, so I can clearly understand why the hotel Parque Tropical here in Maspalomas,

for many people is a hotel they come to again and again, year after year.

The Gold by Marina hotel is 4 star hotel centrally located in Playa del Ingles but still close

to the beach as well.

This hotel was recently refurbished to offer a unique and refreshing vibe in this area.

I would describe it as a loungy Ibiza vintage vibe.

There are smaller pools spread out over the hotel what makes it feel very personal and

relaxed and never crowded.

Also on the roof of the Gold by Marina you will find a Jacuzzi and sunbathing area.
