Hey everybody, it's Anna, and welcome back to my channel.

Today I am going to be bringing you a spoiler-y review of "The Glass Spare" by

Lauren DeStefano. "The Glass Spare" is a young adult fantasy novel about a girl

named Wil who, upon turning about 16 years old, discovers that she has the

power to turn people that she touches into glass: like gemstones, that kind of

thing. This follows Wil through her discovery of her powers, subsequent

flight from her family's kingdom, and what she does next.... Oh boy... I have so many

thoughts about this book! I really, really wanted to like this book, but I didn't,

and here's why: let's go ahead and go through the book step by step. I thought

that the opening act of the book, for one thing, was really strong. We get to know a

lot about Wil and her brother. Gerdie, who are both kind of the misfits of their

siblings- Wil because she's the girl and her father doesn't really care about her,

and Gerdie because when he was young, he got an illness that leaves him with, like,

a disability and just chronic illness. He gets sick very often. He's a genius!

I think that it is a good representation of chronic illness because it does it in

a realistic way that isn't pitying or magical. So it isn't just like, oh poor

Gerdie! Like everyone feels sorry for him because he has this disability, but it

also isn't like, I have magic powers because I'm sick all the time!

I can do special things!- like, he can do special things because he's a genius

alchemist, but it isn't any like weird disability-related tropes.

So Wil and Gerdie are really bonded close together, and it's actually Gerdie who

first figures out that Wil can turn living things to gems by her magical

touch. And then because a series of various family issues happen,

people think that Wil is dead, and Gerdie also thinks that Wil is dead, but

really she just has to go on the run to, like, get away from her father, because

she's worried that he's going to use her as like a spy: weaponize her, basically

exploit her ability to turn things into gems. About the moment when Wil decides

that she has to, like, get out of the kingdom

to escape her father, is where this book just sort of starts to go-- this is maybe

like a hundred pages into a 400 page book--so the first hundred pages, it seems

like it's a fairly standard sort of like, you're the princess but you're not like

the other princesses. You're just strong and powerful and you can kick butt and

you have powers--but then I feel like the story just really lost its narrative

thrust because Wil spends so much of the like middle half of the book-- so it's

like one quarter of the book, middle half, final quarter, of the book-- the middle

half of the book just unconscious on various ships and in various people's

houses. And it's really hard to, like, write a good story from the perspective

of somebody that is unconscious all the time! It just wasn't very compelling or

interesting, and I felt like we lost a lot of the chance to really build up her

character. To further complicate that, at that point, Gerdie is left behind in the

palace thinking that, oh my sister is dead, and my brother that nobody

likes is gonna start taking over the kingdom, but nothing really happened

there either. I thought that they didn't really do a good enough job of

developing the sort of evil brother's character. He just went from being like

someone that everyone kind of knew was evil, but no one really talked about, to

being someone that was like *super* evil. So he just went from a nonentity to

"I'm so cruel it's unbelievable!" as did several of the characters in this book.

Like Wil and Gerdie's father: everyone talks about how he's just sort of

emotionally cold and not really invested in any of his children, except for his

heir, and then he goes on like a rampage killing children. So he goes from not

very interested in his family to "oh my god, he's a monster!" And there are a

couple other characters that do the same thing in this book. It just made the

whole thing not very consistent and not very believable. Another gripe that I had

with this book was... was the sort o

love interest - thing that happens with Wil. I don't really know what I want to

call it, because I'm not even sure if it can be called love! So there's this boy

that she meets while she's like unconscious on the ship or whatever. His

name is Loom, like the sewing loom, and he's with this other girl, and they have

like this child with them, and Will just sort of thinks, oh they're just

people on the ship. I need to get on their ship to help me find the person

that can cure me from my glass Midas touch kind of thing. And there's like...

it's written that there's chemistry between the two, Wil and Loom, but it

doesn't read like that. So the author keeps telling us like Wil feels

attracted to him, but it doesn't come across in the writing. Then afterwards,

as we enter the final act of the book, we find out that Loom and the girl

that he's been with on the ship- the other girl- are actually married to each

other?! But he's been kissing and like flirting with Wil this whole time! His

wife hasn't said anything, and they're also all like 17 years of age or younger.

And the wife already has a kid, and I think it was just it was just too much

happening at once for me to be able to take the love story really seriously at

all, or even care about it. Instead I was just like, what the hell is happening?

Because there's this guy who's 17 years old, who has somehow been busy enough to

have gotten a wife and been married, but neither he nor his wife nor Wil feel

like any compunction about it! I don't know. I feel like if you're going to write a

story about marital infidelity, make sure that the people that are married in your

book aren't literal teenagers. Just a thought.

So this book, I ultimately kind of hate read the last 75 pages of it or so, because I

really just wanted it to be over. I did actually want to finish the book because

I knew I wanted to review it for the channel,

and I didn't feel right reviewing a book that I didn't finish unless it was truly

egregious. But I just, I really wanted to like this book, and I think it had a lot

of promise in the first quarter of the book, but the rest of it just didn't

live up to the expectations that it created for itself. And it certainly

didn't live up to the hype that I've been hearing about it. I've been hearing

about this book all over social media, which is why I really wanted to read it.

I was like, all right, this sounds a little trope-y but whatever, I like tropes

as much as the next person. I love my YA fantasy tropes. Can't say that I

would recommend this one... sorry! All right, that's going to do it for my review of

on YUBISO Makeup line

I'll go ahead to our review

First thing is a YUBISO

Light Flawless Pure Nude CC Cream

This one is a cushion and it came with a refill

they only available in one shade which is 02

I don't really like it because

they didn't have

because they don't have much shades available.

they also have another 2 cushions which means they sell 3 types of cushion

but the sales girl told me

this cushion has a better coverage

this is just RM25

with a refill

So I thought it is really cheap

this is how it looks like

they have YUBISO written

on the puff

the foundation sponge

has beeswax design. reminds me

of the LANEIGE cushion

The cushion is so inexpensive. So cheap

so affordable because it came with a refill

there's a lot of PROs and CONs

but for me

it has more CONs than PROs

I'll talk about the PROs first.

1. it is cheap

it is minimal

it has a minimal design

the mirror is okay too (big not blurry)

can covers well

has light to medium coverage

but for those who has dark skintone

they have to apply a thin layer on their face and I dont think they will get

enough coverage for their face

and then it is so watery.

I mean it has a dewy finish

not a matte finish

for those who like dewy finish, they can get this cushion

BUT I can guarantee you, this is

not for oily skin type

not long lasting

when i first use the puff

it smells rubbery. this puff, I've washed it

there's no smell anymore

but when I first use this,

it smells rubbery :(

this foundation dries fast

when i first opened this cushion

it is so full

full with foundation

but after a few days,

checked on the cushion

they already dried. they don't have much left

I think that's why it is so cheap

it's like you get what you paid for

If you want me to rate this, I'll just rate it 5/10

next thing is

YUBISO Luminous Contouring Palette

in 02

it has 2 shades. which is 01 and 02

this has a magnetic lid

the magnet helps to hold the lid well

this 4 shades works well for contouring

when used this for the first time,

I feel like

this is not for me

but i dont want to give up on this palette (eventually I like it)

after I use this for the 2nd time, I kinda like it

it did great

just like the other drugstore contouring cream

I can use this palette to clean my brows

I also can covers my dark circles,

redness around my nose

it is creamy and not dry

after you contour your face, you can set it with

contour powder

this one is just RM20 gaisss

Next is YUBISO Four Colour Eyeshadow

in 01

this eyeshadow available in 2 shades

and i got this in 01

the colour is good

the pigmentation is okay

but

it has a lot of fallouts

when I tried this,

it works great. especially

the 2 darker shades

the (white) works for highlighting your browbone

and tear ducts area

works for base color for eyelid

I'll show your the swatches

it's really pretty (but not so pretty)

the purple one is not shimmery

it's more to a matte side

BTW, this one is just RM20

next is YUBISO

3D Blusher in 02

this blusher also avaiilable in 2 shades

they have sponge applicator. it helps to

take the pigments

if you twist too much

thne there'll be a lot of pigments

because it is so pigmented

if you twist too much, then you might look like a clown xD

this one is just RM20

the other shade, the 01 is a light pink shade

the blusher is really nice because

it is long lasting

and it does not has any scent

this is the last YUBISO products that I bought

it is a shimmer stick

it looks pinkkkk

but it has a

slight golden shimmers

good for natural highlight (I tried to find a better words for it but failed xD)

not long wearing

you have to set it with

powder highlight

set it on top of the highlight

and it will last long

btw this is the cheapest

products that I've bought from their makeup line

which is just RM10

I know this is the last thing from YUBISO

but I've (also) bought something else from YUBISO as well

it is a lipbalm. this one is not from YUBISO

makeup line

this is more like other brand. this one is a temperature lip balm

i got it in grape

it looks like this

I've used this a lot

on day time

because it has colours

at first i dont really like this lipbalm

but after I use this a few more times, I start to like it

the lip balm is just RM10

I think it is okay for the price (cheap lorr)

If you want to get this, it is available in other colour, not just grape

there's also strawberry,

carrot (?), grape,

cherry

hey guys its vijay from hpgames and today's video is all about the future of our own GPU

940MX and bit about GPU itself.

So if you are one of the proud owner of NVIDIA 940MX GPU then watch the video till end for

your own gaming future to learn something awesome.

and before we began we upload gaming videos, their performance test, gaming news and how

to sort of videos.

so if you are new here consider subscribing and hit that bell icon so you wont miss anything.

so today you will find many mid range gaming laptops having NVIDIA 940MX GPU ranges from

35000 to 60000 or may be more.

GeForce 940MX announced in the first quarter of 2016 is a Middle-Class Mobile Graphics

Card with direct X 12 support.

specially design for laptops with low power consumption.

so 940MX is having 2 variants DDR3 and GDDR5, where DDR3 is not big change over 940M series

GPU.Its only a slightly higher-clocked over 940M and therefore not much faster then old

NVIDIA 940M GPU. DDR3 version is very basic version of GPU class.

Its a weak GPU to handle even 4 GB provided space.

On its full capacity also it cannot fill more then 2 GB of space that is why its max capacity

is 2 GB only.

940MX GPU owners may face issues when you try to play games on 1080p this GPU is designed

for playing on 768p max.so it means you can't play games on HD even if your laptop is capable

of displaying it.

I am not sure but i think very few games are available which are playable on 940MX laptops

with 1080p resolution.

other version GDDR5 is better then DDR3 its having bit faster clock speed and it gives

you better performance on gaming with at least more then 10 to 30 FPS on each game .IT pushes

ahead 20% sometime 30% with more efficient system configuration and powerful processors.

so in comparison GDDR5 version is better then DDR3 version.and don't forgot to comment

below about your GPU version.

and 1 more thing i would like to add here don't make a fault assumptions but for gaming

most important hardware is your GPU only CPU RAM and main board plays very less roll in

gaming.yes defiantly a good configuration is required to support your GPU too you cannot

have NVIDIA 1080Ti on dual core processor PC.

GPU are important for gaming because its specially designed for processing similar kind of data

like images, geometrical calculations, and more it is designed for doing repeated task

very efficiently because its manufacturing architecture includes few 100s of cores unlike

CPU with less cores.

That is why miners get better results on GPU instead of CPU,

well its a separate discussion point.so will leave it here only.If you are interested we will discuss it later.

well I have found some gaming benchmark listed on well known website notebookcheck where

it is showing some famous games from 2016 and 2017 and their performance on 940MX GPU

with all different graphics settings.

starting with low settings.

you can observe clearly that very few games are available from 2016 and 17 which are playable

at 30 FPS or more.

in order to get more FPS you have to switch off your Anti Aliasing and v-sync option on

game settings.

apart from this list people and friends who follow my channel closely knows that i also

runs a series where i shows some famous and on demand gaming performance on this same

GPU.

If you are interested to know more accurate about gaming performance on the same GPU follow the playlist

i will provide the link in the description section or you can get that link on right

corner of the video player cards.

Game technology has evolved rapidly in the past few years and it is going to continue

to increase in complexity.so the more complex calculations and image processing requires

more complex processing unit.

in this era of advance gaming and technologies our 940MX GPU stands very very small nearly

negligible.

so you can consider 2017 was the end of this GPU as per my calculations.

you will not be able to play games after this time period. with very few probability you

may find few playable games of 2018 on our GPU and that too only on low settings. and

i think that list will not include far cry 5, read dead redemption and final fantasy

series for sure.

although NVIDIA is one of its kind who takes care of all of its users.

recently we got a GPU driver update from NVIDIA version was 388 it was really amazing it boost

up the performance of gaming drastically.

previously i tried to play wwe 2K18 and that game was not playable, but after that update i

tried the game again and surprisingly i was able to play that game on 20 FPS amazing.

that is why i made a video on WW2K18 and left a comment specially for you guys to update

your drivers with version 388.

i really appreciate the work of NVIDIA on this.

so at last if you are planing to buy a gaming laptop within your budget then i will not

prefer you to have this GPU on board Ya if you want to play games of 2016 and 17

and don't want to try and feel far cry 5 and red dead redemption then you can go for it.

But on the other side if you really want to stay a gamer at least for next 3 to 4 years then

don't think about it.

Mugler Alien Flora Futura Review - Duration: 2:42.

This week on Ellie Smells I'm really excited to be able to review the new

fragrance of from Mugler this is the Alien Fora Futura.

As you can see from the bottle it's very feminine it's a light pinky peach. I have

sprayed this earlier on myself.

This one is classed as a woody oriental, it's also an Eau de Toilette so it's

light and fresh anyway. But when you smell it, it's quite sweet initially. Also

very creamy almost powdery and this is due to some of the essences and notes

that are in here. So in your top notes in this particular one you have Citron and

you have Buddha wood. So it's the Citron that makes it very very fresh and the

Buddha wood which makes it sparkling. And the difference between this one and the

original alien, is the original alien EDP is a Jasmine based fragrance this

particular fragrance has a heart note which has queen of the night. Which is a

flower which is found on a cactus which only flowers in the evening. And then the

base notes are white amber and sandalwood so white amber gives it a

real creaminess and the sandalwood is almost powdery. So when I've sprayed it

earlier it's taken maybe about an hour for it to actually settle and then it's

very wearable. So this one actually was released about

a week ago. And with Valentine's Day around the corn.er if the lady likes and

jasmine fragrances or indeed Alien this would be a lovely one for spring or

summer indeed, if she wears something similar to maybe the florals such as

Gucci Bloom and the Coco Mademoiselle or any of those sort of lighter sort of more

Jasmine based fragrances this will be an ideal one to go for. Again it's really

light and fresh so it's not going to be too heavy. But if you're not particularly

fond of a very sweet fragrance then I would think that this one's not

particularly for you. But you wouldn't need to try it and let it settle on your

skin and then see how it fares. So that's

Hestia Wig Review - Uniqso - Duration: 1:42.

Hi there, everyone! I'm Koto and welcome to my channel!

On today's video I'll be reviewing this wig of the character Hestia from DanMachi!

The wig was sent to me by Uniqso!

It consists in a short base wig with two ponytails, 100cm each!

It came with the bangs already styled, I didn't do anything

This wig is sold as being for Hestia, so I'm showing it exactly as it came and as I used in my cosplay!

I'm in love with the quality of this wig. It is REALLY GREAT, the fiber is amazing and I got really really happy with the lenght!

In case you don't know, I'm 177cm tall (around 5'9''), so I was a little worried it would be too short for the character

But I ended up LOVING the lenght, I'll show you!

The wig reaches my hips, exactly like Hestia!

As always, Uniqso shipment was very fast and it got here quickly too!I Aaaaaaand I wasn't taxed by my country customs! \o/

It came in a regular wig bag, wraped in a a tough paper so it wouldn't mess it up or break the ponytail hair clips

hi everyone! welcome on the FLOEB channel, today i present you the SRC CUP steering wheel from simracingcoach

I also take the opportunity to introduce the new QR simracingcoach mige motor compatible, I present them in detail, go!

I present you the qr of simracingcoach, it is made of high quality aluminum machined CNC, black anodized with laser engraved PRO and SRC markings

it is compatible with mige motor 130ST

the QR is 70mm standard

and the holes are threaded, a big advantage since you can fix it in front or behind

it comes with 6 screws M5 / 16mm stainless steel countersunk head

lock is done by hand with the aluminum handle

you can adjust the clamping force with the screw on the ring, with the help of an M8 Allen wrench

I think it is well done, I have to test it in game and I will give you my feeling but it has a nice finish, very clean

here is the steering wheel src cup in detail, it measures 32cm in diameter, it weighs 2kgs with the QR of simracingcoach

I start with the front, there is a 2mm thick carbon plate

with on the center of the hub, a src cup sticker

then, 8 OEM pushbuttons with different color caps for the design

on the bottom, 2 high-quality CTS 288V rotary encoders from leo bodnar, and they are also pushbuttons

simracingcoach uses a usb controller arm cortex m0 with a 48MH processor

an OEM wheel with a black suede grip

the inside of the wheel has seams, a rim with a lot of reliefs, and the grip is correct

on the back of the steering wheel, there is a 3mm thick carbon plate

and between the 2 carbon plates, the hub is closed with pvc made in 3D printer, very nice

on the top of the hub, engraved simracingcoach

magnetic paddles shifters made by simracingcoach, with carbon ears 3mm thick

the internal of paddles bases have been reinforced for a better feeling, engraved simracingcoach on the paddles bases

the bases of the paddles are adjustable with the M3 screws, a setting possible on 3 positions

4 pvc nut covers supplied by SRC, the wires are sheathed, very well and the wire for the gnd

and on the bottom, a USB coiled cable of 60cm length

the price for the steering wheel src cup is € 334 + VAT + shipping costs

I install the steering wheel on the directdrive and I give you my feeling in game

'Winchester' Film Review - Duration: 1:47.

Hello Miami!

It's me Carlos Steven Carty with a movie review on Winchester.

Based on true events about a haunted house, Winchester takes place in San Jose, California

1906 when a doctor, who specializes in mental health, gets hired to evaluate a widow who

claims that her family is haunted by an angry spirit.

The story is well shown by excellent performers including Jason Clarke as the skeptical doctor

Eric Price and Helen Mirren as the grieving, yet strong widow Sarah Winchester.

Both actor and actress play brave characters who go through struggles of lost love and

acceptance.

The movie in general has a perfect balance of psychological thrill and drama.

Winchester avoids too much bloody gore and relies heavenly on props and geometric production

design.

What truly sets Winchester apart from most other ghost stories, is its use of guns against

spirits and humans.

In fact, there's one well crafted scene where a little boy gets possessed and uses

a rifle against his old aunt hiding in a stairwell.

It's so frightening, you'll be gasping for air.

While the scare tactics are great, what's really interesting about this film is how

the characters constantly remind us that no matter how much realism we believe in, deep

down we're all really scared of ghosts.

Filmora review and tutorial | Video editing software - Duration: 14:09.

Hi everyone, in this video I will show you an overview and demo edit of Filmora video

editing software available for both Mac and Windows.

The software is available for a free download, but any footage that you export will come

with a dreaded watermark that can only be removed by purchasing the register key.

Now to the software, when you open it first you will have a choice of which aspect ratio

you would like - 16:9 or 4:3 In most cases you would use 16:9 which is the widescreen

and used on pretty much every device now.

4:3 was the old TV dimensions, but is really only useful now for creating a photo slideshow.

So, next we have the user interface which consists of some very easy to navigate panels.

Over on the far left we can toggle between the media, music, titles and credits, transitions,

colour filters, overlays, elements and split screen choices.

As you toggle through you' see the submenus beside it that will allow you to filter your

choices

To the right is our viewer, here we can play through our clips, we can also move through

one frame at a time, take snapshots of a certain part of the clip and also watch the video

full screen.

Below that we have our Project timeline, this is where we will piece our clips, our transitions

and colour effects, titles and music together.

But just above the timeline you'll see a number of icons.

the first one is simply to add new media to our media folder.

so lets go ahead and upload our clips that we will use.

The second icon is a screen capture feature, where you can record your computer screen.

Handy for making tutorials like this one.

The third icon is for recording audio so if you have an internal or external mic on your

computer, you can record your own audio and it will save to your folder.

Now when you select a clip to be used in your video into the timeline, you'll see additional

icons appear.

we've got trash which you can delete a clip split - which will split a clip in two along

wherever we have our playhead positioned crop and zoom - this will open up a new window

and allow us to zoom in on our entire clip.

Or we can select Pan & Zoon at the top and choose start and end points.

We can hit play to preview how it will look.

This kind of feature is only really useful for photo slideshows.

- Then we have the video inspector.

This will allow us to apply colour corrections to our video and audio.

If we hit "Advanced", we have even more options to colour grade.

I'll get to them in a minute though Next we have the Power tool, which applies

a few cool features - tilt Shift makes blurry borders, Mosaic can blur out a part of your

image such as a face or brand, and Face off, well We'll not get in to that one!

Next icon is the Advanced colour tuning, which we've already seen and the Video Inspector

again

In the middle we see this audio mixer icon which allows us to make adjustments to each

individual layer on the timeline or the entire timeline as a master mixer.

So now to start our film edit.

We begin by importing our clips and audio, there are three ways to do it

We can go to File - Import Media.

We can click the little plus icon a the top right here.

Or the other media icon in the middle of our screen.

There is the ability to rename our clips, but that might only be important for larger

projects with lots of clips that need assorting.

So lets start editing!!!

Okay so we have all our clips here that we are going to use.

Now we're gonna bring them in one by one to our timeline and cut them down a little

to the length we need.

I only want each clip to last a couple of seconds each.

For this short video what I want is to have the audio of this priest playing over the

other clips in the video, and then it cuts back to the priest.

So what you need to do is shorten the clip first, then detach the audio by right-clicking

and selecting "detach audio", this will bring the audio layer down to the audio timeline

below and it now becomes a separate clip.

Then simple click an drag the length of it as needed.

Be careful not to actually move the clip as it will move it out of sync with the video.

When we have that done I always like to add the music next so we can arrange the clips

around a little better.

You'd be surprised how many good tunes there are on here.

I like this song, so I'm going to add it in below the video clips.

Okay so now we have a fairly nice alignment of our clips and nice audio.

What we need next is to make adjustments and add effects to give it a more cinematic look.

Lets start with the first clip, select it and open up our video inspector to make a

few adjustments to the picture quality.

From the basic video inspector we can make a couple of slight adjustments.

It's best to use your eye with this - don't make it too dark or over-exposed.

I just need to add a little saturation and put a little tint in the colour.

Then I'm going to open the advanced color tuning tab.

We can adjust the colour temperature to make it look warmer or colder, and again add or

reduce the tint.

We also have a 3D LUT section - where it will add a preset color grade to the entire clip.

the LUTs included are some popular movie and TV show styles.

The other options include more in-depth adjustments of the brightness/contrast - again keep an

eye on the bright and dark areas of your picture so they are not being over or under exposed.

Just below that is the HSL tab - this is a great one because we can select a certain

colour from our clip and make adjustments to it for example in this clip if we select

the cyan blue and adjust the HUE to either a much darker blue/ almost purple or back

down to green/yellow.

We can then add saturation and luminance to give it a bit more punch.

Lastly theres a Vignette tool with different modifications.

So if we go on through the next clips and make similar adjustments for this clip I want

to add a 3D LUT.

Before applying any colour grading you should really have an idea of the type of look your

want for your image.

for this clip I want to show the coolness of the ocean on the right while maintaining

the glowing sunlight from the right.

out of all the 3D LUT's, I like this one the best for this image.

This next scene is quite dark so all we really need to do is brighten it up a little, without

over exposing it too much.

I want to drop the contrast slightly to bring out the shadowed areas too.

It also appears there a bit of pink/purply tint from the stage lights hitting them so

I'm going to use our HSL tool again to tone it down a little.

In our last clip I want it to play in slow motion.

At the bottom of the video inspector is a speed dial to make the clip faster or slow

it down.

I wouldn't recommend going much slower than 50% and bear in mind too that if your clip

has audio then that will be affected too.

I'm going to use the same Mission Impossible LUT but it looks a little too cold up there

so I'm going to warm up the temperature and add a little tint to the sky.

Then using our HSL again I want to bring out the green in the grass as much as possible

as it looks a little burnt and dull.

Okay so we have our video clips colour graded, I'm going to go through some transitions.

in reality you shouldn't really use many of these transitions, as they are quite amateurish

- if its just a funny home movie you're making then they're fine.

I'm just going to add this one in to show you what it look like on the timeline.

By the way if you double click on any transition or effect it will preview a sample in the

viewer window.

now I need to add a title.

Let's have a look at the title section.

So depending on what sort of video you are making you should choose the right title effects

to go with it.

This one was made for wedding videos so I'm going to chose it for the opening.

If you right click the clip and "show inspector" It will open up the tab to make adjustments.

You can click on each word and adjust the text, side and even add an effect such as

"fade in" or "fade out"

So with all our video clips adjusted I just need to edit the audio so the dialogue can

be heard properly.

I don't want to cut the music out completely but just scale it back a little when the priest

starts speaking.

If we select our music clip and it can be turned down a little using the audio inspector.

Next we need to split the clip just as the other audio is starting.

Select the first part and simple add a fade out of a couple of seconds and add a fade-in

in the next part with the volume decreased even more.

This will ensure that when the dialogue starts that the music doesn't suddenly drop - it

sounds like it is slowly fading over a couple of seconds.

Then at the end of the dialogue, add a fade out to the music and a fade in to the last

clip again.

There are some other features such as the overlays and filter section - kinda like an

instagram filter.

I never really use them but you might find one or two useful.

Again scroll through them and click to add it to your clip on the timeline.

Finally - its time to export the video.

There are a few options including exporting directly to Youtube, Facebook and Vimeo and

even burning to DVD.

But here we're just going to create a new video.

You can select the format, either MOV or MP4 - I'd usually go with MOV as it can be easily

converted later if you need it as an MP4. choose your resolution and the frame rate

should be the same as what you recorded in, otherwise the video may appear a little jumpy

between certain frames.

If you're unsure of the frame rate you recorded in - its usually 25 frames per second for

Europe and Australia and 30 frames per second for America.

Right here, and I don't know why but I just felt like being this guy...

Here we are!

And this is a super slime studio!

And it includes everything you need!

Here are all the slimes you can make.

Confetti slime, Mermaid Slime, Unicorn slime... Even though I already made that.

Also, crunchy slime...I already made that, too.

Glitter slime! We haven't made glitter slime yet.

Galaxy slime! We haven't made that yet! Rainbow slime... And this is actually Nickelodeon Slime!

This is for ages 6 and up.

There's no mess, and it's oooey, gooey fun!

So step one, you have to add color and add ingredients.

And stir.

Step 2, you're suppose to add the activator. Step 3 is see the magic.

Oh, I just noticed there was a spoon right there.

This is slime activator, and then more slime activator and...

This big jar is called clear slime glue.

So, I'm going to cut these and set up my slime studio.

And we have extra. I'd be very careful with glitter. You don't not glitter to get on the floor.

So this is the instructions

It tells you on how to make slime and it can tell you if you're on a beginner level

and then it goes all the way to

expert.

Since I never made galaxy slime, I shall make galaxy slime. And the level is...

Intermediate

So, the instructions say to open the crank top of the mixture thing.

Put it aside.

You're supposed to measure 15 mL of clear glue.

Now, this is 15 mLs of clear glue and you pour it into here.

Now, it says to add 25 mLs of room temperature water.

Then it says to add 1 spoon of the blue color.

And it says to add half a vial of the purple glitter and half a vile of the silver glitter.

And then it says to put the lid back and then, stir.

I feel like I'm making a smoothie. I don't know why.

Now, it says to pour 5 mLs of this slime activator.

So, just pour it through this hole right here.

It's getting slimey! It's definitely getting slimey!

There you go! Now, I'm getting the tune.

I just got this bowl in case it is extra messy.

So, you're suppose to unscrew the bottom, and get the slime out.

Gooey!

So, it says to knead it and stretch the slime. So, it becomes less sticky.

No wonder it was so sticky earlier.

Anyway, it kind of looks like galaxy. I'm going to open this slime up.

It says to sprinkle just a little bit of gold. And then, you're done.

Wow, so this actually does look like galaxy!

I mean it was like a piece of cake!

Everything is like already pre-mixed. So, you don't have to go to store and buy borax. You could just buy this

without buying glitter and other stuff.

again.

my most viewed videos so far has been my review of Rape Zombie: Lust of the Dead 1 and 2.

Since I disliked both films, I didn't get around to watching the third one before now

after being bugged about it from a friend of mine.

So here I am spending my saturday night watching and reviewing Rape Zombie: Lust of the Dead

Part 3.

Hell if I'm going to go back and watch the first two ones to prepare for this, so excuse

me if my memory of the story of those are a bit weak by now.

Thankfully, this one starts out with a five minute long intro scene that gives us flashbacks

from the first two, getting us up to date on what has happened in the world.

Oh and not only that, they continue after the opening by going directly to a masturbation

scene that I am certain is from the second film.

Not going to go back to it to double check, and honestly... not like I am complaining

about watching this again.

If you don't know, then Rape Zombie takes place in a now post-apocalyptic world where

nearly all menn has turned into ravaging, horny zombies.

If they ejaculate inside a female then she will be infected and die shortly after.

The women of the world has gathered together to form a military force that has constructed

camps where surviving women can seek solace from the zombies.

Another threat towards the women come in the form of the otaku guys.

Otaku apparantly is a term for fans of anime and manga.

They are portrayed in this universe as nerdy losers, which means they are virgins, which

means they do not turn into toxic rapist zombies.

They have a formed something that resembles a cult and want revenge upon the women who

has turned them down.

And there's an American cyborg who wants something, a monster zombie with a cock that can split

into four parts to rape several women at once, the second coming of Christ I think? and a

skeleton head that grows a penis out of his mouth, which he then uses to, surprise

surprise, rape a woman.

This filmed was shot back to back with the second one and they can basically be spliced

into a full movie, if you actually wanted to watch this for two hours straight.

But if you had some desire to see how the entire saga ends, then I have to disappoint

you slightly as while some of the characters we've become a bit familiar with by now do

get an end to their story, the war against rape zombies will continue after this film

is done.

Of course there was filmed a fourth and fifth movie after this, which I guess will give

us all the anwers we wanted after sitting through the previous films.

Unless it becomes highly requested then I doubt I will ever watch them to find out.

Oh well, In this third one, the lack of sex has effected all the women as they are getting

desperate to feel the pleasures of flesh again.

It goes to the point where when then zombies invade on of the camps at the end, they don't

have to fight much before several of the girls give up willingly.

We see how things are going with all the characters from the second film, if you can remember

any of them as there is so many storylines going on here that it is hard to keep track.

I was mostly curious about what they would do with the baby Jesus, but that storyline

seem to go on to the fourth film.

I also didn't mind the loving couple, which consist of the one regular guy who hasn't

turned into a zombie yet.

They did get an end to their arc, and it was not satisfying as I liked the idea of following

the one guy who has not been infected, especially as every woman he now comes across wants to

do it with him as they are all way beyond cock thirsty at this point.

So we basically have no story to follow as it is all still a mess.

What this film did have on the second one is that it didn't take use of so much shitty

CGI.

The less of this stuff, the better.

It felt like this had way more sex scenes though, especially amping up on the female

on female stuff as all the females are walking around dripping of hornyness.

Literally.

The

style of it is the same as the previous ones, of course, and if you think camera shaking

is the way to make a scene feel more action filled, then by all means.

It is still Naoyuki Tomomatsu in the directors chair as he did all of these films.

Since I am not a big fan of these films then it's obvious that his humour doesn't work

for me, but if this is right up your alley then I would check out some of Tomomatsu's

other work.

If you are wondering what Tomomatsu did after he finished the Rape Zombie movies, then I

can gladly inform you that he did a zombie romance movie in 2015 called Love Zombie:

Romance of the Dead and just last year he delivered Rape Zombie Side-Story, Hardcore

of the Dead.

Yeah.........

What more can I say about Rape Zombie: Lust of the Dead 3.

It's as shitty as the previous ones, in fact it is the second part of the second film.

It's thankfully a short film, lasting only of about 70 minutes, with nearly ten of them

being footage from the previous films.

If you've seen and enjoyed the first and second and are wondering if the third will keep you

happy, then yes, it will.

And those are the only ones to recommend this to.

I know I gave the same score to the first two, but honestly, they are pretty much all

the same thing.

Rape Zombie: Lust of the Dead 3 gets a 1.5 out of 5.
