A lot of times it happens to us that when we are in a situation
we don't really realise, what a MESS it is
However, our loved ones were able to see it
All along
We don't accept it back then, but as soon as we're out of the situation and when we look back
we realise what a mess it was
Please tell me I'm not the only one who has been through this
So how do identify whether a certain relationship is negative or toxic for you?
Now, this can be anything
Friendship, love affairs, family, colleagues or whatever
Your family or your friends or someone close to you, will be the first one to point this out for you
that, 'hey, guess what?
something doesn't feel right about this thing or this person
Just like the old saying goes 'One rotten apple can spoil the whole basket'
Similarly,
One rotten relationship or one bad relationship can affect,
spoil
or put your other relationships at stake
you want that? No, right?
It starts affecting your sleep cycle, you tend to get angry on small things
very easily
the irritability level has no boundaries
and anyone close to you, will be able to distinguish a
before-and-after version of you after you have started bonding with this certain "toxic" person
You start feeling that you're not good enough
or probably the toxic person is making you feel that way
You feel sad or stressed for absolutely no reason
and instead of feeling happy or even normal
you cry your eyes out on most of the nights
A toxic person can make you feel like
Your life is stuck and is not moving in any particular direction
And the list can be pretty long, but you get the gist of it, right?

Let's talk about how to get rid of this
I have two solutions for you
Option 1
Run away from them
Option 2
Cut them out of your life
If you have these options available for you
Use them
but however,
if that
Toxic person is someone close
to you or it's in the family, then
Try dealing with that person because obviously you can't cut them out or you can't run away from them
we'll talk about it
Sure, it might seem difficult at first but sooner or later you will realise that
This was probably the best thing that you could ever do for yourself
Never let anyone control your life
never give someone this huge enormous power
Don't give anyone the remote control to your life
Avoid such negativity as much as you can, instead
try being around people who make you feel happy or at ease
Basically who make you feel
YOU
And bring out the best version of you
Where you don't have to think twice before saying something
be around people who highlight your positives and not your flaws
be with people who help your grow and not pull you down
Never underestimate yourself
and always remember that
YOU. ARE. WORTHY. ENOUGH.
and you deserve nothing
but the best
Never compromise on that
Keep spreading love and positivity
and detoxify your life
