basically we know better so therefore we're going to do better so let's begin

first with miss Carla here how you doing today miss Carla I'm doing great I mean

Eachine Beecore V2 Flight Controller Mini-Review - Duration: 5:35.

This unassuming piece of electronic is the Beecore version 2, a replacement all-in-one

flight board for quadcopters with a Blade Inductrix (or Tiny Whoop) style design.

Its main advantage is its F3 flight controller with the popular Betaflight firmware, allowing

you to configure things like flight modes and characteristics, not otherwise possible

on the Inductrix or most clones.

The original Beecore was launched in 2016, but recently the manufacturer released a second

version with OSD support.

In the context of FPV, OSD (or on-screen display) means the ability to layer useful information

from the flight controller over the FPV video feed.

This is achieved by intercepting the video signal between camera and transmitter and

piping it through the flight controller.

Because of this, you also need to use either a separate camera and video transmitter or

an all-in-one module with OSD support.

This is something I've been wanting to test out, so I decided to combine the Beecore v2

with (probably) my favorite Tiny Whoop style quadcopter, the Eachine E011.

This build (if you can call it that) will also feature an all-in-one FPV module of the

brand Turbowing, which seems to be one of the cheaper OSD capable micro solutions currently

available.

The total (excluding a compatible transmitter, which I already own) came to around $60.

A pretty good deal, provided – of course – it works in the end!

Welcome to this mini-review/brief tutorial/video of the Beecore v2 slash board…

…of the Beecore version 2 flight board.

The first step – as always – involves taking things apart until you aren't quite

sure you'll be able to put them back together again.

In this particular case it's the E011 which needs to have its flight board removed in

order to make room for the Beecore replacement.

If you're following along at home, take care not to yank the motor cables out of their

connectors or the sockets out from the board when disconnecting the motors!

Next, let's get the soldering out of the way!

There's a total of 6 solder points: 4 for connecting the camera and 2 for attaching

one of several provided battery pigtails.

There seem to be some confusion regarding the labeling of the "Video In" and "Video

Out" through holes, so if you don't get picture on the first attempt, just try reversing

these.

Now let's attach the Beecore to the frame!

When I held the board in place I noticed the micro USB port was partly obscured, so I took

away a bit of the frame with a Dremel tool before mounting the board.

Otherwise, the motors plug in the same way as before.

The Beecore comes with some screws and rubber spacers you can use if you want.

Okay, time to apply the final touches and boot up Betaflight Configurator!

The board comes with version 3.2 partly configured, so I really only had to setup some way to

arm it and switch flight modes, adjust the on-screen display to my liking and…

Oh!

In case this helps anyone – increase the "Motor PWM Speed" parameter, which for

some reason kept my build from being able to take off.

All-in-all, I'd estimate the whole process took a little over an hour.

…and we've got lift-off!

After a bit of the aforementioned tweaking, my Beecore-enhanced E011 flies well and – because

this is Betaflight – the experience is completely customizable.

Unfortunately though, I don't quite get neither the same power

nor flight time as with the stock board.

(I guess because the Beecore itself is more power hungry).

Flights last only around 3 minutes, so it feels a lot like going back to an original

Inductrix-based Tiny Whoop.

As you can see the OSD is working, showing various useful flight data: From flight time

to received signal strength.

(You'll see a couple of different variations throughout the video.)

After disarming, you even get this neat summary of your flight!

Via the OSD you can also access a very basic-looking but surprisingly deep menu, making it possible

to adjust a lot of Betaflight's parameters right there in the field!

As you can maybe tell, the battery voltage indicator doesn't seem to give an accurate

reading.

At first I just thought this was because the onboard sensor circuitry was defective or

wrongly calibrated, but then I learned this could actually be an accurate reading of when

you try draw a higher current from a battery than it is able to provide (so called voltage

sag).

I may just need to go shopping for a higher discharge rated battery.

All in all the Beecore v2 is pretty impressive considering its size and price, but I want

to stress it shouldn't be thought of as "practically ready to go" with just "some

assembly required".

Getting up and running can be a real – if fun – exercise.

For the best experience, I think you should expect a bit of a challenge and be prepared

for (or even enjoy) some trouble¬shooting.

As long as you are, I think you'll find the Beecore v2 a fun, "bite-sized" hobby

project!

As for my particular build, several things seem to indicate that the E011's stock battery

doesn't quite have enough punch to comfortably power both board, motors and the FPV module

I choose to go with.

If you're deciding on the parts for your own build, I recommend either choosing a different

model to base it off or – at least – getting one of Eachine's upgraded 45C batteries,

as I will do.

Hey there and thanks for watching this not-quite-review and not-quite-tutorial… thing.

Also, sorry for the long hiatus, I'll try to deliver the next video in a more timely

fashion!

See you in the next review, bye!

E-flite UMX J-3 CUB Flight Review - Duration: 9:21.

The translation of this video is machine translation by Google. There are wordings and strange vocabulary, please understand.thanks.

This review will send "E-flite UMX J-3 CUB".

Many sky mono RC makers are sure to line up with standard models "J-3 CUB"

For some reason E - flite 's UMX series has been in a state of absence for a long time.

In the series 24 project, finally shipped this aircraft, E-flite that made it full product

I would like to concentrate on such things, where I stuck and what I made.

"PIPER CUB J-3" is a classic high wing aircraft called "upholstered body" on a skeleton of metal and wood,

Formal recognition in the US was 81 years ago in 1937.

It is two more years ago when the zero fight is the first flight.

It continues to be produced until the end of World War II to reach a total of 20,000 aircraft. It is said that even 1000 thousand aircraft can still fly.

Such a famous aircraft "J-3 Cub" E-flite is faithful silhouette in the UMX series.

Truss frame looking like upholstered body Reproduce the skeleton as if it protrudes like polygon on side and top.

YAW and pitch instability that tend to be on airframes with longer blade length than full length

Both vertical and horizontal tail wings are suppressed by about 15% expansion.

The main wing is given a slight dihedral angle, setting in the stabilizing direction.

Four straps extending from the lower part of the fuselage to the main wing are detachable structures as in the actual aircraft.

Unlike Cub of other manufacturers, the engine head has quite a presence in plastic.

It is very good feeling such as making exhaust pipe.

As the propeller diameter increases, the main leg is also extended,

I do not feel a sense of incompatibility at all, as it is said that E-flite.

Coloring is also unique red yellowish aircraft color,

Black stripes of the flash pattern on the left and right sides of the aircraft,

Coloring yellow to the tire wheel, etc. are reproduced to fine detail.

The measured weight is 85.9 g It is lighter than the aircraft size.

Oh yeah, "J-3 Cub" is a best seller of high-wing compact aircraft, because its yellow body knows from everyone,

Almost all airplane RC manufacturers are making products.

There are some differences in modeling because manufacturers have different intentions,

Only this airplane is equipped with a brushless motor, its blade length exceeds 50 cm, and in UM aircrafts it is a large machine.

Why did E - flite that could be made even in 1S make it bigger, could not differentiate it other than that

I would like to explore what has been entrusted to "UMX CUB" that appeared full.

Servo working test

The servo mounted on this airplane is a straight servo made by Spektrum which is integrated in the receiver,

Standard equipment that is not amusing to say "UMX series" tradition ".

Both rudder and elevator are discreet operating angles.

Aileron is equipped with offset type servo with large flip up side.

High wing aircraft inevitably has center of gravity on the wing, so if you rotate it by aileron,

Because the height of the roll axis and the center of gravity are different, the degree of effectiveness of the rudder is not constant and the core can not be passed.

In order to realize high roll performance while suppressing this habit, it becomes such setting.

informative.

Flight test

It accelerated with thrusul at half throttle, floating and floating.

It is very light feeling.

Let's try the loop first.

Because there is enough power, you do not need a dive, it never turned up

You can draw a big loop.

Let's also roll.

Although it is a left roll easy to turn with the counter torque of the propeller, the roll rate is low,

It is a feeling of slowly turning.

Right direction roll also does not change rate, but will cause a little nose down.

If you raise a little ladder and elevator, you can pass through the core as well.

The setting which enlarges the aircraft's flip side is lively.

I will try the back flight.

What an EASY it is. Ease on the back.

Even if the knife edge is a little oblique, the altitude will go down.

Knife edge on the other side.

If you knife edge, I would like to make the effect of the rudder stronger a little more.

We had to move the ladder linkage inside the horn and increase the steering angle.

Freely free flight.

Because it's well-balanced, even if you completely throttle it, I will glide with Sue.

There is no posture change and stall characteristics are excellent. Slow fly is a good aircraft.

Summary

While many manufacturers seasoned "J-3CUB" as a high-wing aircraft, it is seasoned as an easy 3ch trainer-like aircraft, whereas E-flite has been set as a deeply flying body to enjoy the flight.

Of course there is no such thing that the difficulty of maneuvering will rise.

Excellent aircraft in all aspects such as excellent flight performance, good stall characteristics, which can enhance flight performance without sacrificing the self-restoring property of high wing aircraft, acting anxiously with various maneuvers without anxiety, power to support it It is finished.

This plane is a twin plane with XK's "A600" boasting high flight performance with the same high wing aircraft, but in contrast to Yancha's impression of "A600", "UMXJ-3" is just a gentle

I thought it was an exquisite setting as if it symbolizes that this customer's aim is "GOLDENAGE".

This airplane has a depth of pocket that will respond to all demands, from former beginners of sky goods to former experienced person who returns to the sky thing, healing flight of Bari Bali, so everyone It is an airframe that you can recommend.

Thanks for watching. Subscribe please.

Eachine QX65 Tiny Whoop mit F3 FC und OSD Anzeige Review DE - Duration: 4:49.

This is the Eachine QX65 Tiny Whoop brushed quadcopter with a F3 flight controller and an OSD.

On the F3 board is the good 6000 gyro with integrated receiver.

There are three models with DSMX, Flysky and FrSky receivers.

Downstairs is easily accessible USB port.

The battery connection is unfortunately still the old JST PH 1.25 and not the PH 2.0.

But this is a good HV battery with 3.8 volts.

I would have liked a PH 2.0 connection so I could use my existing batteries.

But you can easily upgrade the power plug to PH 2.0.

There is a replacement cable that was already for the E010 to buy.

The CMOS camera have a good video quality with the 25mW transmitter and the linear antenna.

The video channels can be switched with the screwdriver from behind the slots on the camera canopy.

You can also see the back wall of the camera where the channel LED's are located.

I have a DSMX board here. With the Flysky and FrSky Board the binding button is easily accessible.

The camera canopy is attached with three screws.

The AIO camera can even be adjusted up to 20 degrees.

It is held only by the two side screws.

A USB charger for a HV battery is with both adapters - the PH 1.25 and 2.0

The switch is for charging 3.8v HV or normal 3.7v batteries.

The QX65 is light and weighs less than 21 grams and ready to fly 27 grams.

The user manual is very detailed , here the DSMX manual.

You can find all the information about binding with the remote control, to the camera video transmitter

and detailed description of the flight controller.

The USB charger recognizes by the LED that one recharges a HV battery with 4.35 volts.

I turn the switch on. The LED goes off and it is charged only up to 4.2V.

Loading is fast with 660mA.

I have here a practical voltage tester for all 1S Lipos with different connections.

I charge the battery via a USB power adapter that has three USB ports.

After charging the HV battery is fully charged with 4.32 volts.

The Tiny Whoop flies very well.

He is very agile in the light weight and does not lose in fast turns at the height.

Always has enough power and does not sink to the ground by itself,

as happens with bad or heavy brusched quadcopters.

So a perfect Tiny Whoop for indoor.

Outside you can fly the QX65 well, but only if it is not windy.

The FPV video looks very good in the FPV goggles.

Recorded here with the Fatshark HD3.

You can easily fly in stabilized mode, or with manual practice in acro mode.

The FPV flight time is about 4.5 minutes.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers - S02E32 - Episode Review - Duration: 6:01.

Welcome to Ranger Reviews, a webseries where we look at episodes of the tv show, Power

Rangers and then discuss it!

Today, we're exploring the ninety second episode of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers as

well as the thirty second episode of Season 2, titled "Rocky Just Wants to Have Fun".

We begin this episode at the Youth Center where Billy is tutoring Rocky in math, which

is actually a really cool moment because you find out that for once, one of the Rangers

isn't amazing at every single thing they do.

Rocky also mentions how his karate student will show up soon.

Then, Ernie shows off his new pachinko machine, which is basically handwaved as a fancy spinball

game from Asia because, well, it is, but you collect pachinko balls as a reward.

Thanks for knowing everything, Billy.

Rocky tries it, and he says "this is too fun!" after literally nothing has happened.

Zedd sees this and says if Rocky wants fun, he'll make sure that's all he's having.

At least he finally stopped targeting Adam every three seconds.

Zedd casts a spell on the pachinko machine which immediately hits him, and Billy tells

Rocky they need to finish studying, and Rocky basically tells him to shove it, because he's

having fun.

Now…

Serpentera is out and about with Zedd and Goldar pilot on their way to Earth.

Rocky then calls Billy a nerd again before Skull shows up with a lot of maps and information,

finding out that every time a monster has attacked Angel Grove, Ernie has had the day

off.

They then assume Ernie is a Power Ranger.

Rocky's karate student shows up, and Rocky tells her to go away.

Billy meets up with the other Rangers in the park who are playing with a frisbee.

He lets them know how Rocky is being a total dick, and it's funny because they seem to

assume that it means that they just messed up picking a new Red Ranger.

Then, putties show up by then, and there's a cool putty fight.

Aisha is a total square who calls Zordon for help right away, and Zordon says "I'll

send Rocky".

Alpha finally gets in touch with Rocky, who tells them to buzz off, but then he decides

he could have fun at the park, so he shows up to goof off basically.

Zedd then decides this is the moment he needs to turn something into a monster, and as Bulk

and Skull get covered in popcorn, distracting Ernie, the pachinko machine is zapped away.

Then Ernie asks them if they've seen the machine, which is funny because Ernie just

knew that they were there the entire time.

The new monster Pachinkohead appears in front of them, and the six morph while Rocky runs

around like a freakin' idiot in one of the most giffed moments in Power Rangers history.

He then turns Aisha, Kim, and Billy into big pachinko balls, leaving only Adam and Tommy.

Then, the monster starts playing soccer with the Rangers in ball form with Rocky.

Then, Adam tries to be brave and save the others, and he gets turned into a pachinko

ball before he just turns around and transforms Rocky, too.

Tommy distracts the monster with the frisbee, collects his friends, and teleports into the

Command Center with them all.

Tommy shows up to bitch about how much Rocky sucks as a Ranger, and Alpha runs a test,

letting them know that he's been put under a spell.

Zordon tells Tommy to go to the amusement park because Pachinkohead is on a rampage.

Tommy then shows up to talk to Saba for like the third time ever before Pachinkohead runs

away, and Goldar is mad that the monster wants to play instead of fight.

Zedd says screw this, just make him big, so he does.

Tommy calls out his White Tiger Thunderzord, converting it immediately into Warrior Mode,

fighting the giant monster.

He gets hit out of the zord pretty easily, falling onto the ground.

Alpha restores Rocky first for some odd reason, but he's not under the spell anymore for

absolutely no reason whatsoever.

Rocky feels bad for being a sucky ranger, and he morphs out of there to help Tommy.

He immediately calls out the Red Dragon Thunderzord, converts it to Warrior Mode, and he just starts

beating the monster instantly.

Meanwhile, Alpha has to turn up the voltage of his device, and he frees the other Rangers.

Zordon says that Tommy's zord is damaged, so they have to go help Rocky now.

It's morphin time!

All four call out their Thunderzords, forming the Thunder Megazord, after a brief fight,

they use the Thunder Saber, killing the monster.

But what's this?

Serpentera is now on Earth?

For absolutely no reason whatsoever?

He appears, firing at them, and it knocks four of the Rangers out of their zords, leaving

just Rocky on his own.

Thankfully, Tor comes out of literally nowhere, standing up and protecting the Red Dragon

Thunderzord before it's just kicked over by Serpentera again.

Zedd is getting all high and mighty in the giant dragon when suddenly, the eyes go dark

again, leaving Serpentera almost powerless.

Again.

They bail so that they can use whatever is left of their power to get back to the moon.

What a waste of my time.

At the Youth Center, a news report says how the Power Rangers saved the city, and Bulk

is mad at Skull because Ernie was there the entire time.

Rocky shows up to meet with Aisha and Billy to let them know that he's going to hit

the books with them after karate class, and his student comes in.

The pachinko machine appears back by Ernie, and Ernie offers for Rocky to come play another

round of pachinko, and Rocky declines.

The end.

Okay, usually, I'd say this episode is absolutely terrible and the one of the worst I've ever

seen because I despised this episode as a child.

Now, looking at it through adult eyes instead of a bias child, I can say that it's perfectly

serviceable as an episode.

However, I think the most interesting part of this episode is that it was originally

titled "Jason Just Wants to Have Fun".

Yeah, before the switch up in cast, scripts had obviously been written beforehand, and

they just did a "Control + Find" on some scripts and rewrote certain parts of others

to make things work.

That honestly makes a lot more sense for this episode because we don't know anything about

Rocky at all, so he being a goofball could legitimately just be his character.

If it were Jason, it'd make more sense.

Other than that, the Serpentera part was severely shoehorned in, it almost hurt.

I don't know why they were just reusing footage from its debut in this episode, but

well, there you have it.

Will next time get any better?

Until then, may the power protect you!

2018 Airstream Missouri review: Camping & Caravanning - Duration: 3:07.

Airstream. The 'silver bullet' American trailer, with the riveted aluminium shell:

it's a design classic.

It's not aimed at typical caravanners. Airstream avoids the word caravan in its marketing.

This is a travel trailer

You won't see many families with young children in a four-berth tourer like this.

It's a luxury item for a well-heeled audience,to bring a different kind of customer to dealer forecourts.

It was relaunched in the UK in October 2017 , and is now distributed by the Swift Group.

Swift has put its own stamp on these tourers and by rethinking the interior finish for the British market.

Inside the Missouri, the four-berth layout features a front lounge, central kitchen, washroom and end bed.

This is this is the Americana furnishing option, which I really like.

There are alternatives though if you prefer darker colour schemes.

There are LED lights throughout, a stereo/MP3 player, and overhead are these Perspex lockers.

There are plenty more regular European-style caravan bits and pieces in here though.

There's a Dometic fridge freezer, gas hob and combined oven and grill, Alde heating and hot water.

The kitchen feels very solid, with Corian worktops, large steel sink and a wooden cutlery drawer.

The washroom has a chunky Corian shelf and sink and quite surprising lime green walls

and a soap dispenser

Otherwise, it has a regular European style Thetford caravan loo.

At night time the rear fixed bed is the comfiest, with a Duvalay mattress.

In the front lounge the table lowers on a telescopic leg to make another double.

The Missouri is the smallest of three models and the only single axle trailer.

While there are a few things you'd expect to find in a high-end caravan,

such as anexternal shower and gas BBQ point, there are a few differences too.

There's a pull-out tray for the battery, an onboard fresh water tank and a step for the offside entry door,

all of which are more commonly found in expensive motorhomes.

There's this permanently fixed roll out awning, a rear storage locker, plus these lovely wraparound windows.

A steel stone guard acts as armour against stone chips, and the gas bottle box is just that - a box.

The Airstream Missouri's aluminium bodyshell makes it very heavy.

This model is less then 7m long but still weighs 1825kg laden, an 86% match for this BMW X5.

Victorinox INOX - In-depth review (HR & EN subtitles) - Duration: 11:54.

Hi and welcome to another Watch Geek video!

Today I'll be doing a review of a Victorinox INOX watch.

But first I would like to thank Silvertime watch store for supplying this watch and if

you want to check them out, you can click on the link in the

description.

This watch debuted in 2014. on 130th

anniversary of the company and was heavily advertised as an

incredibly tough watch with no less than, you guessed it, 130 tests performed on it.

Some of these tests were a bit weird, like being washed in a laundry

machine for 2 hours at 90 degrees, but some were pretty

impressive, like being run over by a 64 ton tank, or being dropped from 10 meters of height

onto a concrete surface, which is what G-Shocks were

known for when they were first introduced.

And speaking of G-Shocks, one has to mention them, as I

see this watch as a Swiss version of a G-Shock, with the

usual Swiss attributes, meaning more elegant, more traditional and naturally, more expensive

than its Japanese counterpart.

When this watch was released I tried to find out what exactly Victorinox did to make this

watch tough, as the specs suggested that the watch is powered

by a standard quartz movement, and some reviewers said the watch is just a standard quartz that's

been advertised as super tough, when in fact any quartz

watch would be that tough.

But then again, people say that about G-Shocks as well, and although it

might be true when it comes to digital watches, with analog ones, it's a bit different as

they have parts that can fall off due to high forces during

an impact.

The way Casio solved that on their Gravitymaster series, as they are all analog, is by encasing

the movement in Alpha Gel, an incredible material that

absorbs shocks and vibrations in such an impressive way that the only explanation for its existence

is that it comes from Aliens!

If you don't believe me, watch this video of an egg being dropped from a height

of 6m onto only 5cm of that material.

In case that wasn't enough, they made the hands balanced, so they

have the exact same weight on the front part as well as on the counterweight part, meaning

that when the watch is subjected to shock, the stress

is evenly distributed.

On top of that the shaft of the hands is much wider than on usual analog watches to

make for a sturdier attachment.

And if all of these failed they incorporated what Casio calls a Tough

Movement technology, meaning the watch checks the

position of its hands once every hour and corrects them if necessary.

So as you can see, that watch differs from regular quartz watches quite a bit.

When it comes to INOX, the only info they give and boast about is

that the dial is what they call a monobloc design, meaning it's

completely stamped, so the applied hour markers aren't really applied but are a part of the

dial that has just been shaped to look like an hour marker,

so the hour markers can't fall off.

They may have done some other alterations to the watch but they

certainly haven't told us about it, which means they maybe

haven't.

When I compare the amount of engineering that went into making a Gravitymaster shock resistant,

to what Victorinox did to make the INOX shock

resistant, I really wanted to hate INOX, especially at the

price they are asking for it, which was about $500 at the release, but guess what.

Upon holding one in my hands, I must admit that not only do I not

hate it, but surprisingly, I like it quite a lot and see the appeal.

A Gravity master is a still a G-Shock, meaning

it comes with a G-Shock design that is not to everyone's

liking.

This on the other hand has a more serious design that one might call elegant compared

to a G-Shock.

Everything is beautifully shaped and gives you this feeling like the watch was SCULPTED.

I especially love the design of the bezel that looks a lot like the one on the Girard-Perregaux

Laureato, in fact, the whole watch looks like the GP on

steroids.

The crownguards are very big but flow with the case beautifully while giving the crown

one of the best protections I have seen, so the crown just

looks tucked away and safe from any harm.

It is naturally a screw-down crown which gives this watch a

200m water resistance.

The finish of the case is a wonderful brushing that is done very well and feels silky under

your fingers.

The only polished parts are found on the slopes of the bezel.

I would usually say that such a tough watch would be better of without the polished parts

as they will pick up scratches easier, but they just make the

watch pop, and when I try to visualize it all scratched and beaten up, it looks even

better that way.

If you really want to preserve the watch, you do

get this G-Shock looking bumper protection, but with it, the

watch loses the one thing that separates it from G-Shocks, so I prefer to wear it without

one.

Oh and just to make it clear, the 10m drop test I mentioned

at the beginning was done without the bumper, so you

don't have to worry about the watch losing its toughness if you wear it naked.

You can also order a full body bumper that covers the watch completely,

and it comes in different colors, but like I said, it works and looks best

the way it is.

The strap is genuine rubber, and has to be one of the best rubber straps I ever tried.

It is not the plasticky junk you find on older Seiko divers,

but it's also not the overly soft dust and lint magnet found

on newer ones.

Now don't get me wrong, I love newer Seiko rubber straps, but this one is right in

between when it comes to softness and pliability which makes it perfect.

There is only one other strap I wore that felt this way, and it was on my

Orient STI from 2010.

It was durable, comfortable and just a joy to wear, all day, every day.

The only negative is that it is 21mm wide, which is an odd size, somewhat

limiting your strap options.

And speaking of strap options, ever since the INOX was introduced people

were praying for a bracelet, and after supposedly 2 years in development they did make one,

so now you have that option as well.

On top of that, if you want the full "doomsday survivor" styling, you can have it

on a Paracord strap as well.

When it comes to wear-ability the watch is large at 43mm in diameter and a lug to lug

of 51mm.

The thickness is 13mm and it comes in at a hefty

138g on a rubber strap, which helps in making the watch

feel sturdy.

Surprisingly it doesn't wear as large as it's dimensions would suggest, but I would still

like to try the 37mm version just to see how it sits

on my wrist, plus that one is a no-date version which in my

opinion looks better because of that.

Since I mentioned the 37mm version I should also mention that the

INOX is also offered as a divers watch with a rotating bezel, round lume markers and increased

size to 45mm, while the regular one is also offered

in titanium and carbon case with slightly different dial that

has the 3,6,9 numerals on the dial and a 24 hour scale on the underside of the crystal.

The crystal on all models is a flat sapphire and they say it's triple coated with AR, hopefully

on the underside only, but again there is no info

on it, so we can only guess.

The crystal sits just slightly lower than the bezel meaning it's well protected

against chipping and a 65 ton tank driving across it.

The dial is, like I said, stamped from a single piece, but it doesn't give you that impression.

It really look like it has applied markers and thanks to

the sloping chapter ring with these cutouts for the markers it

has some depth to it.

The chapter ring also has the 24 hour scale or military time on it, but it's so small

that one almost doesn't notice it at all.

What one does notice is the outer part of the chapter ring that has

yet another set of markers, and these are divided like on mechanical watches which makes

no sense on a watch that ticks once a second.

So it's just a gimmick, and feels like they finished the dial and case,

and when they went to assemble the watch they noticed the two didn't fit, so to fill in

the gap they just made another chapter ring with a new set of

markers.

It really looks like an afterthought and should have

no place on otherwise a pretty well designed watch.

And I really like the design of both the dial and the

hands, and love their use of the company logo as a 12 o'clock marker.

It makes the dial less cluttered and very legible.

The date is at 4:30 and done in white.

Honestly I think the watch would look better without the date all together, or if they

had to use it, I wish they went with black or matching green.

The lume is a bit of a let down on this watch, because the rest of the watch really set the

bar pretty high and exceeded my expectations, so I kind of

expected the lume to be on the same level, but sadly, it isn't.

It's not completely useless, but it was barely visible when I woke up at 5am, and that was

after it was charged extensively with a UV flashlight before

I went to bed.

For comparison I did the same with my SNX111, just to see how the 2 compare, and

the SNX was a lot easier to read and visibly stronger, and I

consider it a dressy watch.

Whether the diver model has better lume, I have no idea, but I do hope

it does.

The watch is powered by a swiss made Ronda 715 quartz movement, and I really cannot complain

about it.

It is a high torque quartz movement with an End of Life indicator, meaning the seconds

hand will skip to let you know when to change the battery,

and that will not happen very often as it's rated to have a 5

year battery life which is impressive for an analog watch.

I also love that the seconds hand hits the markers pretty much perfectly, which is often

not the case even on more expensive watches.

I did read about some people's watches being off but

the ones I had the opportunity to see were all near perfect.

To conclude, the Victorinox INOX is an excellent swiss made refined version of a G-Shock that

has such

a feeling of sturdiness and heft to it, that you feel like it can really withstand anything

you throw at it.

It also looks great, and feels great on the wrist.

So even if you are a mechanical watch lover, having a grab

and go quartz watch is always good, especially when it feels and looks as tough as this one

does.

I personally have my G-Shocks for that, but

if you want a more classic looking "end of the world" watch,

this will fit great.

It is a bit pricey for a beater watch, but that's the price of having a swiss made beater.

If you live in the US, you lucky bastards, just

like with G-Shocks that are ridiculously cheap there compared

to the rest of the world, these can often be had at way under $300 which makes it a bargain

for what it offers.

Some have argued they would like to see a mechanical version as well, but a mechanical

watch could never be as tough as even the cheapest

quartz watch, so I doubt a mechanical version will ever

see the light of day.

Even if it does, it will most certainly not be able to handle a 10m drop test, well

maybe if it was encased in a lot of that Alpha gel I mentioned at the beginning.

Well, this pretty much completes this week's review, so thank you for watching.

I hope you enjoyed, if you did, please like and subscribe by pressing

this button right here, and until the next video, bye!

I would recommend is

Tweezing the sides a little bit toward the hairline just to make it look a little more natural

I think that was my only point of contention with this unit she's definitely big head friendly

and I'm just showing you a

360 view of the unit before I start playing around with the part again this color the texture is super soft

It's definitely a silkier

Texture though not too, too silky, and I can tell that this unit will hold the curl pattern

Godox TT685-O Flash Unit Review - Duration: 13:39.

Hello I'm Graham and I hope everyone's having a great day and

welcome to this product review for the godox TT 685

now this one is the old version which is for olympus and Panasonic cameras but

you can get this flash unit for the Nikon Canon Fuji and Sony varieties so

you've got a complete set of manufacturers third-party replacement

flash units if you wanted to go this route now I bought the 685 after

purchased the tities 350 and was impressed by its performance and its

build quality these little units are only 70 pounds in the UK and they can

act as masters and slaves and optical slave but they work on radio frequencies

so they aren't line of sight as you do have with optical triggering so these

give you a very reliable wireless trigger if you wanted to use them as

slave flashes so the 685 is a much bigger units got a

higher guide number and it's got a couple of additional features that the

smaller units don't have now in this review I'm not going to cover every

feature that the splashing it has that's been I could adequately covered by a lot

of other reviewers here on YouTube but I'm going to point out some of the

features that I haven't been able to find in some of those reviews so

hopefully this will fill in some of the gaps if you're considering buying the TT

685 well first of all it is a olympus panasonic version i'm talking about so

some of the features may not be included in all the other manufacturers and in

fact some of the other manufactures are features that are not included with the

old version for example the autofocus as this light doesn't exist on the olympus

unit but it does on the nikon and canon so that's a variety that you may have to

look out for now one of the features of this unit that

hasn't been mentioned is a fight you can actually set it up for the scale on the

back of the flash unit which gives you an indication of how you can use that in

terms of distance you can set that up in either feet or meters through the

function button on the back of the flash unit in the function menu can set up

meters or feet so if you're in the states for example and you're still

using the foot measure then it actually gives you an ideal way of setting the

distance indicator into meters that you are familiar with here in europe we're

using meter sights it's better for us to set that into the meter scale and the

other feature that's into this setup is the fact you can use

this on Micro Four Thirds system or on one three five system now it's the zoom

scale on the banks so with the zoom facility set to be in Micro Four Thirds

if i zoom the aqua 4/3 lens to 40 millimeters you will see 40 millimeters

appear on the back of the camera but if you wanted to use this camera on say

upon giant bridge camera whose zoom range is set in 1/35 equivalent focal

length to be switched to cell were to that one 35 equivalent focal length if

you set the say f said 300 up to 100 millimeters this will zoom to that 100

millimeters equivalent so you gettin the exact field of view from the flash head

as you are taking with your picture so that is a useful feature

now this flush had black zoom zoom all the way up to 200 millimeters so it's

ideal for wildlife type pictures and it gives out extra throw because the frame

will lens brings that beam in and focuses that light into a smaller area

hence the higher guide number now I will come back to that guide number later in

this video as I believe that the guide number they're quoting is far overstated

to what you actually get in reality so the other features of the unit that you

won't have seen mentioned is the fact there is a little sensor on the unit I

presume it's on all of the units but it's definitely here on the Olympus

version there is a sensor in the head a little LED infrared LED and in the body

of the flash unit is a sense of behind of the read window and that appears to

give you an indication of when the flush isn't horizontal or you've got any

rotation on so if their head is up or slightly rotated

there'll be an arrow on the flash indicator which tells you that you are

not in the home position weather changes and the electronic parameters the lavash

I haven't been able to determine but it does give you a visual warning that

you're not in the horizontal or you're in a vertical position now one of the

other features are seeing criticized of this unit is the actual flash head

stiffness now when I got this it was extremely stiff and if you try to rotate

the on the camera it would try to twist the

flash unit out of the hot shoe but a simple solution to that is to turn the

head to the 90 degrees version and then just spray a little bit of Dodie 40 in

either side of the head just wipe off the excess and that dilutes down the

grease that got activeview is to lubricate little ball and the ratchet in

there that gives you the detent positions in the position so once you've

done that that flash head is the same as any other sort of third party Chinese

manufacture flash unit they are quite good and again the the swivel is quite

good now you can set this up as a on-camera flash

and use it in the TTL mode just using the standard hotshoe communication to

the to the flash unit as a standard TTL flash gun or you can use this as a

master flash in a TTL compatible set up or if you wanted to you can do as a

master flash in a manual setup depends how you're going to set up your slave

units so if you're going to use it as the master in a radio frequency control

session so if I've got multiple flash units that have been set up as radio

frequency slaves I can set those in the one of three groups that this system

allows and different channels up to 32 so you can set different channels if you

were working with someone else in the studio and you're interfering on the

same radio frequency channel you could change the channel at which you're

operating so you can set this up as a master within the group or you can just

have it as a communication device but if you're going to use it as a

communication device you use your waist and the effect of the flash and you're

better to use the go Docs dedicated transmitter now this is the old

transmitter it's for the olympus system but you can get transmitters for other

ranges of cameras so you can get the Nikon and the Canon and I believe there

is a sunny one available now or and the Fuji one so you could use these master

transmitters to communicate with the flash units now the beauty of the go

duct system is even if I've got this unit off camera and set up on a light

stand if I'm using my Canon system with the Canon transmitter the actual display

will tell that I'm using a cannon transmitter so

if I was using the solar system you'd see Sony appear on the back of their

part using the Nikon it would seen economic up there just to remind you use

in the Nick on system so this is a cross compatibility for the flash units and

they work quite well if you're using them in the manual mode then there's no

concern you just using them as a straightforward manual slave but in the

TTL mode you've got this cross compatibility so you can use different

systems with your existing flash units and again if you've got studio classes

like the bigger at 600 B TTL version you could control the TTL version or the ad

200 again you could control in a TTL mode with any of the camera triggers

whether it's Nikon Canon Olympus or whatever so the gutter system and the

x-series is quite a useful feature if you want to upgrade your cameras you

only need to upgrade your transmitter and not all the flashbacks now one of

the things I found that doesn't work is the flash exposure compensation even if

you're on camera if you change the flash exposure compensation in the menuing

system you won't get a corresponding change in flash output power from the

unit so if you want to use flash exposure compensation you've got to use

the flash exposure compensation built into the flash head and you've got plus

and minus three stops of exposure compensation high-speed sync works once

you press the high-speed sync mode on here it overrides the normal one three

twentieth of a second exposure with the olympus system it tells the camera to

use the higher shutter speed and here is a picture on the screen where i've used

this at one 2,000 a second is a 100 in daylight with an aperture of over 3.2 to

darken down the sky and the flash has given enough power there to fill in the

daylight shadows so that's a high speed sync again you can set that up from your

muster commander if you've got this unit set up on a light stand the other thing

that doesn't work is when you're off camera you can't control the zoom of

your off-camera slaves so again you'd have to physically change the zoom

length of your units before you start your shoot you can't rely on setting the

zoom to 45 on here on your slaves to follow

just doesn't work for some reason and doesn't seem to work on any of the god

ups range of equipment that I've tried with using the transmitters so again

just a bit of a failing there you can't use the zoom you've got a golfer to set

up your individual units now look at the guide number caught you by God ox for

this system they're saying it's a guide number of

about 60 but that's at the 200 millimeters full length again with all

these camera manufacturers they tend to give you the guide anumber with it

zoomed out to full so a hundred and five millimeters is a norm for these flash

units but this one will actually go out to 200 millimeters and they give you a

guide number of 60 when I test this out using live flash meter additional one

meter width is our one hundred and sixtieth of a second shutter speed I get

a flash exposure of f-22 so that tells me of the guide number is 22 meters not

sixty and again if you pull this back to the 14 millimeters position that guy

number drops to f-16 so our 16 ohm meter so again the guide numbers tend to be

overstated and again I've tested this with on-camera flash with a camera set

to f-22 a distance of one meter from the subject iso:100 shutter:160 earth and

the exposure was correct so the guide number is a little bit overstated in my

opinion for the flash unit if you par this unit you are using for double a

nickel metal hydride batteries and the recycle time is about two and a half

seconds so if I reached pry this off at full power you can hear the beep it's

about two and a half seconds but very quickly that recycle time drops away

they come up something like two hundred and ten flashes up to full power with a

freshly set of 2,500 milliamp hour nickel metal hydride batteries if you

were 210 flashes I think you'll be watching about five hours for it to

recycle I can't get anything like that with my 2500 milliamp hour battery

after about 40 exposures then these batteries are into five or six seconds

recycle time now if you're into event photography or you want to capture a lot

of flash pictures then it would be advisable to use a flash pack now the

part input on the front of this is a Canon system so if you use the Canon

compatible battery pack and this one is manufactured by shoot you plug this into

the power socket on the front of the camera you'll get an indication that

you're providing par from your 8 butters in this unit and that gives you a much

faster recycle time a more consistent flash to recycle time so again if I fire

this off again the flash comes back under 2 seconds and that's consistent

and you can see that the flash unit here is providing the part of the unit again

there's over temperature protection in the flash head if you try to drive it

too hard with too many full power flashes or if using it in the

stroboscopic mode and you over exceed the maximum flash pulses the unit will

shut down and it forces you to wait while that tube cools down to protect

the electronics of the flash well that's it for the review of the go Duck 685

flash unit hope you found that useful if you're a new viewer first of all thanks

MINISO Smooth Eyeliner + Eyebrow Pencil 12hr Wear Test & Review | CORRIE SIDE - Duration: 12:06.

Hey guys, welcome back to my channel! Today we are gonna be testing out a

product from MINISO. If you haven't heard of MINISO it is a dollar store in

Japan. It's recently opened up in Edmonton here, there's one location.

There's also about 10 locations in BC, about 6 locations in Ontario.

I'll insert a picture of MINISO here. The idea of this Japanese dollar

store is it appeals to Millennials who are both price conscious and

sophisticated shoppers. They have cosmetics, home furnishings, electronic

accessories, stationery, kitchenware, and more. Everything ranges in price from

$2.99 to probably about $7.50 - $10.00. In the cosmetic section I found

foundations, eyeshadows ,blushes, face masks, and nail polishes, lipsticks,

mascaras, cleanser... This photo is actually from the MINISO website. This is pretty

much what it looked like in my store but I believe this is actually a store in

Japan. When you go in to buy MINISO cosmetics, most of it is actually made in

China and not in Japan. I actually ended up picking up three items: this 2-way

Smooth Eyeliner + Eyebrow Pencil. This Copper Pipe Automatic Brush Wooden

Eyebrow Pencil in light brown. And this MINISO Lasting Waterproof... I think this

is just an eyeliner. Yeah, 24 hour Long-Lasting Eyeliner. But I think today

will test out the two in one product. If you guys want to see me try out these

two products, maybe in a different video, we can definitely give that a try as well.

Just let me know. Everything I bought here was about $5 and I

haven't tried it out yet because I didn't want to take it out of the

packaging because I believe the packaging has all the ingredient

information on it so I wanted to have that available for the video. This is the

MINISO Eyeliner Pencil + Eyebrow Pencil in brown. I think they also had black and

gray available. There's look at the ingredients.

The writing on the side of it says: two functions, easy and convenient

application, firm and gentle touch. Gives you an instant shot of glamour for

striking eyes. Let's actually take this packaging off and see

what it's like. Opening it is actually not that bad.

The package is very soft and smooth, it says smooth eyeliner and eyebrow

pencil. This claims to contain is 0.3g of the eyeliner felt tip pen and

on the other side there is the eyebrow pencil and this holds 0.6g. And you

get a lot of pencil. It's actually... There is the eyebrow and there is the eyeliner.

The eye liner is actually just black and for some reason I thought it

was gonna be brown. Let's go ahead and get this on and wear test it for the

next 12 hours and see if any other MINISO cosmetics might be worth exploring.

Because it's a 2 in 1 they didn't have room to put a spoolie on, obviously.

The eyebrows side is a really great color match for me. It's a really great

consistency: not too stiff. not too waxy, really nice in between. The shape of

it is really, really great for getting nice, straight looking brows.

Really good first impression.

Looks good. Normally at this point I would set my brows but for the sake of

the test today I'm just gonna leave them like this. Although maybe I'll fill this

one in a little bit more to make them look a little more even...?

Great brow experience. Let's go on to eyeliner and test this out.

I really did think it was gonna be a brown eyeliner. I'm a little bit disappointed.

There is one eye drawn on. Pretty easy to control. The felt tip is a little

bit stiff compared to what I like but still really easy to control. It is very

black although it looks a little bit glossy and there is like no feathering

at all happening. It seems to be on there pretty good. Again, I'm pretty

hopeful over this.

Cool! It went on pretty easily. It's definitely a thicker eyeliner

formula... liquid eyeliner formula, if that makes sense. Feels really intentional when

you're drawing which is nice, lots of control. Let me just throw on some

mascara. I'm just using a little sample of the MAC Falsies Extreme Black.

There is a up-close look at the eyeliner and the eyebrow. Seems really good.

All that's left to do is wear test this for the next 12 hours and we'll see if

it can last all day let's go~.

Here we are at the end of the night. This is what I'm looking like :D

Brows still look really great. I think this brown colour is a fantastic match for me.

It stayed really well, you can definitely still see the pencils held their shape

really great. Normally every day I would go in with some sort of gel to hold them

in place so considering that I didn't lock them in in any way I thought I had

a really fabulous brow day. Taking a look at the eyeliner now - the eyeliner

held on really well. You can see there is a tiny little bit of breakdown where my

lids rub the skin adjacent to the lid? Where my libs... Where my eyelids rub each

other basically. When my eyes open you can't really tell that there's too

much going on but when they shut not only is my eyeshadow trashed, the

eyeliner also took a bit of a hit as well. Same thing on this side but to a

lesser degree. While it didn't wear perfectly today I wasn't wearing any

type of eye primer today and I can definitely say there is no feathering, it

stayed in place. It definitely has worn better than some

of the other high-end eyeliners that I've tried... thinking of the Ciate and

even Kat Von D on some bad days where I have really greasy eyelids doesn't

necessarily last any better than this. Overall I'm really impressed with this

pen. My only complaint about the eyeliner pen was it wasn't brown and I was

expecting Brown... no big deal I wear black everyday, I just thought it'd be nice to

have a brown one. I'm gonna give the eyeliner a 4.5/5.

The only thing I would say we need to watch out for is because this is the

first time I've used the product I'm not 100% sure how long this will last or if

it'll dry out right away but considering how much eyebrow pencil there is and how

well the eyebrow pencil lasted all day even if the eyeliner dries out tomorrow

I'm still gonna really enjoy using this just because of the eyebrow pen

alone. I think it's fantastic. Really nice.

Love the shape of it. The shape reminds me a ton of the Goof Proof Brow Pencil

It's maybe even a little bit more like triangular so it's maybe even

a tiny bit easier to draw your lines... but maybe that's just me.

If we look at a cost breakdown between the two products the Benefit is $32CAD

and you get 0.34 grams of product when you buy it new so that

works out to about $94/gram. With the MINISO

you get 0.6 grams of product and it cost me $5 so that works out to about

$8/gram. Really fantastic value for a product that I

have no complaints about and if we compare that to the cost of the

Maybelline Brow Precise Micro Pencil... this one you get 60mg. I didn't

actually pay for this one it was sent to me from Influenster box but it retails

for maybe like $11 here in Canada which it works out to our whopping

$183/gram of product! The Maybelline is like doubly expensive as

the benefit so skip the drugstore you guys! it's much more cost-effective to

either go high-end or dollar store. Obviously dollar store is a lot cheaper

but still between these two? Wow go for the Benefit, for sure. But back to the MINISO...

the eyebrow pencil itself I'm definitely gonna give it a 5/5. No complaints there.

Beautiful product. Wore really nicely all day, great color, great shape.

If you have a MINISO by your house I would definitely recommend you check out

this product.. the Smooth Eyeliner + Eyebrow Pencil.

Honestly I didn't expect to be as impressed as I was with this product.

Eyebrow pencils I think are a little harder to mess up but the eyeliner

itself did a really, really good job holding on. It didn't smear, it didn't

smudge. Stayed on really well on my oily lids. Really good! What do you

guys think? Have you tried any MINISO products? If you have it let me know what

you tried out down in the comments below and if you think there's something that

I should try out also leave a comment down below. I'm a

little bit hesitant to try out the cushion foundations or the normal

foundations just because I don't know um I feel like I'm a little bit pickier

and I also have a bunch of foundations but maybe next time we could try those

other eyebrow and eyeliner products I have or we could try out a mascara.

They had a bunch of different mascaras. Let me know all your thoughts, comments, whatever!

THE SHAPE OF WATER - Review [SUB ITA] - Duration: 5:02.

Hi guys it's Debbie and today I would like to speak about "The Shape of Water",

Guillermo del Toro's new film which is winning every award at every film

ceremony this year and which is a huge competitor at the Oscars with 13 nominations.

"The Shape of Water" follows the life of a janitor portrayed by Sally Hawkins, which

works at one of the United States's secret labs during the Cold War. At the

lab where Elisa works, scientists have been keeping captive a huge and

frightening creature, which displays both human and fish-like features. The

scientists treat the creature just like a monster, injuring it and carrying out

experiments on it. Nobody attempts to understand its nature

or try to nurture it. But one day Elisa stops to observe the creature and as she

can't speak she tries to communicate with it with sign language. The two soon

develop a curious and secret friendship, which was very dangerous because of the

background to the whole story.Bbut I will not reveal anything more to not spoil

the plot. Compared to other names at the Oscars such as "Three Billboards

outside Ebbing, Missouri", "Call me by your name", "Dunkirk", "The Florida

Project", "The Shape of Water" didn't stick with me just as much. But this is simply

because of my personal taste. I enjoyed "The Shape of Water", I just preferred

other films which have been released in the same period and which are in the

Oscar lists. I am completely aware that this is beautifully made and that it has

gained so much success and it is winning so many awards for a wide variety of

well thought and well created features. In first place we have examples of

exceptional acting: Sally Hawkins created good at heart Elisa who just wants

justice for the creature and who sees beyond his monstrosity, his physical

appearance. She argues that the creature understands her and welcomes her beyond

her lack of the ability to speak and she feels as if she has a special connection

with it. Elisa is more of an outsider, she is very humble and reserved, she's a

character which is strongly underestimated by everybody around her,

scorning her reserved attitude and treating her lack of the ability to

speak as a weakness. But she soon proves that she represents one of the strongest

roles. One of the characters that looks down upon Elisa is Colonel Strickland, the

lead figure in the experimentation and control of the creature. He was portrayed

by Michael Shannon which was absolutely incredible in his role. He was deranged, a

control freak, more of a monster than the creature itself and he was what brought

a horror component in the film. I still don't

understand why he wasn't nominated for Best Supporting Actor,

when Richard Jenkins was for a minor and less engaging role. Then we have

exceptional effects, with the creature obviously appearing as marvellous and out

of this world. Our mind develops that fantasy-loving effect of wanting

something like it to exist. But still in a somewhat real, physical manner. For

example his scales realistically start to fall off when he is weak, he

understands the rhythm of music, the concept of speech, the concept of

communicating, he has an idea of a deep connection or friendship. I think in

general the film has a very strong visual component, starting from the fact

that our main character doesn't communicate using her voice, so

everything else must heavily rely on the visual aspect, thus fuelling our awe

towards the creature, which Colonel Strickland describes as something the

communities on the Amazon worship as a god. Director Guillermo del Toro

explained that he has a fascination towards monster characters and horror

stories featuring them, such as Frankenstein, Godzilla and so on. And in "The

Shape of Water" we are definitely in awe in front of the creature. On the one hand

we afraid of it, on the other hand we love it, but the main feeling is

definitely fascination. This creature is like a god, we know nothing about it,

we are just taken back by its enigmatic beauty, its strength, its mystery. In

general "The Shape of Water" has a widespread variety of features which

will appeal to all audiences. We have the incredibly romantic story of friendship

and love, the horror aspect of the secret lab in the 60s keeping a creature hidden

like an alien or a monster, the heroic ideals of wanting to save

the creature, the fantasy aspect of it interacting with humans and so on. It's

nearly like a fantasy fairy tale, but for adults with all the violent components,

the sexual component, the constant reminder of an ongoing Cold War. For

certain aspects this film reminded me a little of "Arrival" by Denis Villeneuve, in

which when confronted to something different, unusual and uncommon the human

race immediately reacts with violence, a defensive mode. And this is

exactly what happens in "The Shape of Water".

Nobody even stops to question whether this creature has good intentions or bad

intentions, it's simply labeled as a monster, something dangerous, something

which must be contained or something which can be

implemented for destructive purposes. So when I say didn't like "The Shape of

Water" I don't mean that I don't recognise it as an exceptional

film, I'm just saying it's simply not my kind of film. I wouldn't pick it to watch

it again let's say. This film actually stimulated my curiosity to watch "Pan's

Labyrinth", another film by Guillermo del Toro. Let me know what you thought about

"The Shape of Water" with a comment here below. I hope you enjoyed this video, if you

did make sure to subscribe and I'll see you soon, bye!

Awesome Or Crap? Installer Parts 37" - 65" TV Corner Mount Review! - Duration: 5:21.

Is the 37 to 65 inch tv corner mount from Installer Parts actually useful or a piece

of junk?

Keep watching to find out.

Welcome to The Hippie Geeks!

If you enjoy this video, be sure to subscribe and leave a comment below!

We recently bought a new 65 TV, and we wanted to be able to wall mount it in the

corner of our room.

After searching Amazon and reading more reviews than I care to admit, we settled on the 37

to 65 inch TV corner mount from Installer Parts.

It had a ton of great reviews, and the price was perfect at just under $60.

The front of the box gives you all of the important specifications.

The max VESA mounting pattern is 800x400, max load is 132 pounds, it has 120 degrees

of swivel and 15 degrees of tilt.

Opening the box shows you the simple mounting instruction pamphlet, the business side of

the mount and several cardboard boxes.

The pamphlet is straightforward, with instructions for multiple mounting configurations.

It comes with the hardware to corner mount it into both studs or drywall and can also

be used on a flat wall if you choose.

Opening the first cardboard box shows us the two mounting bars that will go onto the back

of your TV, individually wrapped so that they do not scratch each other in shipping.

The second box has all the mounting hardware that is included, and there is a lot of it.

In a smaller bag are the lag bolts that will be used to secure the mount to the wall, along

with the wall anchors you would use in a drywall application.

The larger bag has all the bolts, spacers and plates you could possibly need to mount

just about any TV to this thing.

Kudos to Installer Parts for being so thorough.

The third box was a surprise to me, as I had not even realized that they were including

a six-foot HDMI cable with this mount.

Depending of what you already have you may or may not need it, but it was a very nice

extra to discover.

After that, you can simply finish pulling the mount out of its box.

At this point I laid it down to try out all the points of articulation.

Make note of these arrows on each of the mounting plates.

When installing this to the wall, be sure to face the arrows up, not down.

I may have initially misread the instructions and installed it upside down.

Possibly.

The first thing I did was to get the mounting bars attached to the back of the TV.

This involved using the cone shaped spacers that came with our TV on the bottom holes.

If you need something like that but do not have it anymore, there are a ton of extra

spacers in this kit that could be used if necessary.

We needed to use two of the longer large bolts on the bottom holes, and two of the shorter

large bolts in the top holes.

We also had to use one of the thin black spacers on each bolt to keep them from bottoming out

and not tightening down all the way.

Just experiment a little with the included hardware and you should be able to get everything

hooked up nice and tight.

After that it is time to get the mount up on the wall.

If you are going to mount it in a stud, use a stud finder to mark its location in the

wall, and measure the height up from the floor that you want to place your holes.

I pre-drilled the top holes with a bit that is half the size of the lag bolts.

This makes it easier to tighten them down, and helps to keep the stud from splitting.

After that, tighten down both of the top bolts snug, but not completely tight.

You are now going to use a level on each bracket before drilling your pilot hole and securing

the bottom bolts on both sides.

After that it is down to pre-drilling the middle hole and getting the bolt secured.

From this angle you get a really, really good look at that upside-down arrow that is trying

to tell me that I am doing it wrong.

Make sure all of your lag bolts are secured nice and tight, then get ready to attach the

TV to the mount.

For this part, you will likely need a second and possibly third person.

If your TV is heavy, get some help lifting it.

This will allow you to look around the back of the TV as you are holding it, so that you

can properly hook it onto the mount.

If you can lift it by yourself, you will want someone behind the mount guiding you as you

try to hang it, because you really dont want your tv falling at this point.

Wait a minute, did someone say falling TV?

Yeah, this happened too.

Luckily the TV was unharmed, but man that scared the crap out of me.

Now that the TV is on the mount, get underneath it and tighten down these screws that are

pre-attached to the mounting bars.

This will secure the TV to the main mount.

Finally, get the TV tilted properly for your application, and tighten down these bolts

on the back.

There are a pair of thumb screws that it appears you are supposed to use instead, but my tv

was too heavy and it was just easier to tighten the bolts.

We have now been using it for a couple of weeks, and I have absolutely zero complaints.

It is rock steady, has some room for adjustment even with a 65 TV mounted to it and was

a breeze to install.

I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a solid, affordable TV wall mount, especially

if you need one for a corner mount application.

If you are looking to buy it, I will go ahead and link it in the description below.
