How Long Does It Take To See Results From SEO? - Duration: 2:40.

This is John Locke for Lockedown Design.

Today I want to answer the question, how long does it take to see results with SEO?

Typically speaking, you should see results from a SEO campaign within six months.

Now that doesn't necessarily mean that you're going to be on page one in six months because

depending on what keyword you're trying to rank for and how fierce your competition is

for that keyword it might take shorter or longer.

If your SEO agency knows what they're doing, then you should see some sort of positive

gains within six months.

Here at Lockedown Design we usually ask clients to stick with us for six months.

We don't put them under any contracts.

You can quit anytime, but typically we ask people to give it six months to see results.

The reason is sometimes there's a lot of things that we need to improve, and especially if

you've never done any type of optimization on your site for search engines.

In many cases, the competition that you're up against might have done a lot of work.

Some of the things we might do over a course of a SEO campaign: improve or create new content,

build links from sites that are going to drive qualified traffic to your site, improve the

site speed, or make your site more mobile friendly, more user friendly, make the site

easier to read, improve the design of the site, clear up any technical errors.

There's many different things that we can do, and SEO takes many, many different forms.

The very first thing that we do in the course of a six-month campaign is do a full SEO audit

to make sure that we're seeing everything that we can improve on your site and looking

at what your competition is doing, looking at what people are searching for, and making

sure that you have that on your site.

As I said before, SEO campaigns are really ongoing.

Maybe your investment level tapers down after a while, but you always want to be doing things

to improve your site.

You always want to be doing things that are making your site more appealing to customers,

and creating content that is going to earn links from other websites.

SEO is a constant state of improvement.

As we said in the beginning, you should see some sort of positive results after six months.

If you're not seeing any improvements after six months, and your traffic is flat, then

perhaps it's time to look around either for another SEO agency or maybe be looking at

some of the things that you should be looking for when you're an SEO agency.

You're not trying to trick Google into thinking that you have the best site.

You want to have one of the best sites out there.

Alexis Sanchez is a man who has grafted his way to the top. Alexis had nothing when growing up.

While playing for Arsenal, Alexis admitted to tax fraud totalling nearly €1 million to a Catalan court.

The forward acknowledged two crimes against the Treasury which took place while he was on the books of Barcelona between 2012 and 2013, with Europa Press reporting an overall value of €983,443.

Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Jose Mourinho and Ricardo Carvalho have all also been pursued by the authorities in similar cases.

The Manchester United man is estimated to have a net worth of around £35 million.

Alexis first contract on his road to the top was with the youth team Cobreloa in Chile, with whom he earned a flat fee of 50,000 pesos (£45) per month.

Solar Sessions with Phil: How much solar do I need? (Part 2) - Duration: 5:40.

Hi, this is Phil of Peak View Solar and this is Part 2 of "How much solar do I

need?" In the previous video we calculated how many kilowatt hours a year your home

uses. Now, for this one, we're gonna say that we calculated 9700 kilowatt hours

per year, based on that 12 months usage. We're going to take that number, we're

going to start to put that into the software and the next thing we're going to do is we're

going to draw the roof out. And we're going to put it in proper orientation

and proper tilts for each plane of the roof, as you can see in this image. The

yellow is high sun, brown is low sun, so we want to use as

many of the high yellow as possible and avoid the brown. One section is

pointed south and we were only able to get three on it it was a small section

of the roof and the back section of the roof was a remainder or the next level

of yellow that we wanted to tackle to get the most energy from each panel. In

the array you'll notice that there's one panel missing and that's because there's

piping and venting right in that area so we didn't want to we don't want to

remove those, we don't want to cut them off, we don't want to play with them so

we go around those items. Leave the house functioning the way it's

supposed to. So from that layout, which is is an estimate of how much

we're going to produce or how much solar we think we need, we're going to move on

to the simulation page. The simulation page will then come back and tell us

based on everything that's been put in and all a bunch of other variables that

and we can see this one says ten thousand one hundred plus kilowatt hours

per year and it's one hundred and twelve percent offset and that bottom part

you'll see the negative effects of the environment such as soiling and snow that

actually kind of removed from it because they're just

reality around here. So you see 112 percent you're wondering

why is it 112%? In this particular case they are planning on

getting a hot tub and determined that they wanted to shoot for 115%

based on the layout of the roof the efficiency and costs and

then all that. We hit 112% and decided that that was the

best approach and they were happy with that- that we had 112%.

Okay, so, now we got that number, now we want to make sure it's really good.

So the next thing we do is we'll check this out with pvwatts.

And you can google this, pvwatts, and play around with it yourself. It's put out

by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, which is a sort of a

think-tank kind of thing, up in Boulder, Colorado, where they test panels, they

create new technologies, they do quite a bit. And they have a nice little tour, you

know, you might want to consider it sometime. See it see a lot of what's

going on. But we basically take one plane of the roof at a time so this roof had

two planes so we put in the numbers for the one, putting in the orientation, and

the tilt, and size of of the panels for that area, and then we do that for both.

We add the numbers together and see if they're like if within 1%-2%

of the number that the other piece of software so that we know we're

in line. So we've done that. We know within 1%-2%, so we now know

the size of the system, and where the placement of the panels are gonna be, and

it gives us, Peak View Solar, the opportunity to provide a guarantee of that production.

We've tested it on two different platforms. We see that it's going to

produce this ten thousand one hundred plus and that's a number that will

guarantee for the first year and then there is a small degradation less than

half a percent in any solar panel where we have to adjust but we make those

adjustments and guarantee each that each year after that for the first ten years

that the production would be there. What happens if it's not, well most likely we're

going to come in either add a panel

or pay you whatever the electricity costs you. Anyway,

in regards to that, you'll find that in another section but you now have our

process for determining the size of the system. It's not kind of willy-nilly or

guessed it's very scientific. So I hope that answers that question

Hublot Big Bang Referee: Bold look and many straps - Techno Polish - Duration: 2:49.

It's fair to say that there's nothing subtle about Hublot's Big Bang watches and the same

can similarly be said about the Wear OS version.

It's big, brash and definitely more focused towards male, football fans.

This isn't one for daintier wrists.

While it dominates on the wrist, there's no doubting that there's luxury materials on

show here.

From the titanium satin bezel to the titanium crown, it's a well made watch first and foremost.

The 49mm watch is surprisingly light to wear as well despite its hulking frame and while

it's almost 14mm thick and packing in GPS, it feels surprisingly slender too.

There's no heart rate sensor around the back either so that no doubt helped keep the profile

down.

One thing you don't have to worry about is screen quality.

There's a 400 x 400 AMOLED display at the heart of that metal frame and it's up with

there with the best.

It's bright, crisp, vibrant and there's no signs of lag when you're swiping through the

screens.

There's definitely superior touchscreen displays out there, but this is one of the better ones

we've seen crop up on a luxury smartwatch.

The other big design aspect of the Big Bang Referee is the watch bands.

There's two kinds available.

The first is a rubber cuff strap that gives the watch a sporty look.

It's a bit on the basic side, but it will no doubt be the more durable option.

The bands use the same kind of one click mechanism to change straps and you'll probably want

to change things up when you see what the other band option is.

Hublot is also offering a soft leather strap that is themed to tie in with all 32 nations

competing at the World Cup finals.

We obviously had to try out the England one and it actually wasn't as tacky as we anticipated

it would be.

The Brazil one was definitely a fave.

Learning to use the vocabulary in an AAC system is much like learning new language

It is very hard to learn it when you are the only one speaking it

So when you as the support person model the use of AAC

You are communicating in the same language that you are encouraging the AAC user to use

Hearing and seeing how the new language is spoken is one of the best ways to support its learning

Modeling is simply teaching by example

Support persons speaking with an AAC system provides a model of how to use that system

But it also levels the playing field when both of you are speaking in the same voice

you will gain much humility for the time it takes to find what you want to say and

Your AAC as a partner will get to enjoy watching patiently while you try to find the words that you want

How much language do I model?

Think about how you would naturally model for a child or someone learning language for the first time

if they handed you a book and

said or signed book

You would probably say Oh

Read a book

You modeled just a little bit more, but you were using your verbal speech

People with complex communication needs can't repeat back your verbal model

So instead try modeling a little bit more than what they give you

But model something that can do

like using the communication device

We call this type of modeling aided language input

But just remember to take what they give you and just add one or two
