you know what's the most terrifying on the stage why do people honestly why do

they have this stage fright I know exactly why cause they are not sure that

when this moment come and they will open their mouth they are not sure that they

will make exactly that sound that they need to make you know they just don't

know their voices and that's important maybe they don't realize it but it's

true because all of us we have different types of voices we have a head voice

this is the voice which opera singers use and this type of voice you can

talk for seven hours without any stop and you will never be tired it's just

impossible this voice you should use when you want to speak longer for

the small audience this is this type of voice it's a kind of

throat twice we call it this type of voice you will be tired

in one hour one hour is a maximum after one hour water won't help you

know you will drink water and he will still be like you will have something in

your throat and it will be irritating you will drink more water and it won't

help and also there is this type of voice the type of voice in breast you

know this voice can make all your audience sleep you can

play some bad hero and a bad fairytale you can use it the most nice type of

voice is the harmonious mixture of this two you know when you switch on this

resonator and this resonator and this is a nature you have a beautiful voice

you can speak for a long time this is your natural voice this is

natural sound and to be sure of that every time when you will step on the

stage every time when you will start your performance it will come out you

will just have to find it you have to find your voice and to train it for this

there are a couple of exercises pretty simple believe me pretty simple you

don't need to develop your voice opera voice you don't need it in life people will

think that you're going to the theater you're going to make your part in Carmen

or whatever but you have to find a real mixture of your natural

beautiful voice and after this you can start thinking about your performance

you can start thinking about different parts of its first of all you

should be well prepared you know normally one minute of your performance

takes one hour of preparation

some people say that 1 minute of performance takes one day of preparation

what's the performance? the performance is not that you come on stage and you

start acting no the performances is type of conversation it's a ping-pong game

between you and your spectator and you have to win their attention. to win their attention

you have to pay your attention to them how can you do it first of all

we have to remember that when we enter the building when we are going to

perform people already talked judging who we are and what we bring to them so

your performance starts not when you're entering the stage your performance

starts when you entering the building when you're going to perform and people

will judge you already by that so pretend to be

a politician pretend to be in your campaign you start being yourself in

that time cause being on stage you can't switch ON switch on and switch off just it's

impossible you know you have to make it in advance because it takes some time to

play who you are so you're well prepared you know exactly that from your mouth it

will come out exactly the sounds you need then you have to think about

intonation intonation is not the most difficult part I should tell you

the most difficult part are pauses there is a golden rule of every stage

performance you should make pauses the bigger audience have slowly you should

speak and to help you come into this rhythm you can when you enter in this

stage you can establish your presence on the stage first of all when you enter

the stage your hands are down they're never like this

no because like this straightaway we have tension in the shoulders now your hands

are they are holding down and you enter the stage and establish your

presence if it is salle de reuignon, if it is a conference hole you can start

communicating with people straightaway in this conference room you can start

saying hi Jerry how are you doing you know what's the

way of conversation your company overall it's still whatever so good to see you

here don't feel don't feel dissociate from people to whom you're going to perform

establish the presence, establish the contact between you and audience

look at everyone there are some coaches that make their very strange

advice imagine that all of them are rabbits or whatever I don't know like

some toys or they are undressed I can't suggest you doing it cuz you

have to love your audience you have to respect them and if you're imagining

that they are undressed or they are rabbits you know it's it's not the way to

communicate with them and one more thing why do these fright arrives you know you

have to know the difference between excitement and fright you have a

right for excitement before the performance because if you're not

excited that means that you're burnt out that means that you have nothing to do

no right to go onstage so normal excitement it's a normal response of our

of our body to to the stress you know you have to use it to get pleasure and

as we know from from everything you know everything in the world to get pleasure

you have to be relaxed so you see it's all connected but you will say how can I

be relaxed if I have this stage fright but who did die from from being awful on

this stage and you won't be awful you know people will like you if you will

like them it's it's just reframe it stop thinking about who you are

stop thinking about how will you behave stop thinking that how you will go

how you will walk where you will put your pen or where you will get your hands

you know just go and learn some nonverbal communication but when you

are on stage you have no right no right to think about yourself you have right

to think about your audience and to communicate with them and that's one of

the most important things in the stage performance if you want to learn more

welcome welcome we will be happy we have a public

speaking class it takes... takes many time you know it's not 1 hour

and you are the god of the stage it take some time to learn to

know your voices to learn breathing to learn non-verbal to the verbal it all

takes time but it is possible and WWW.MONACOLACLASSE.COM will help

Disgraced McCabe Stuns Everyone by BEGGING the Public For Cash - Duration: 4:13.

Disgraced McCabe Stuns Everyone by BEGGING the Public For Cash

In a stunning and brazen move that has people's eyebrows raised and jaws dropping, disgraced

former Deputy Director of the FBI, Andrew McCabe has started a "gofundme" for himself.

McCabe is begging the public for $150,000 to fund his legal fees.

From Bizpacreview.com

The fundraising campaign, which was launched Thursday on GoFundMe, will help pay for "defense

of the allegations" leveled against McCabe by the Justice Department's office of the

inspector general.

Funds may also be used for potential lawsuits, according to the fundraising pitch.

McCabe was fired by Attorney General Jeff Sessions on March 16, two days before he was

set to retire, based on a recommendation from the FBI's Office of Professional Responsibility.

That office had received information from the DOJ inspector general that McCabe made

misleading statements during interviews about his contacts with reporters prior to the 2016

election. The "lack of candor" allegation leveled against McCabe is considered a cardinal

sin at the FBI.

It is unclear whether McCabe will face any criminal charges stemming from the case.

The report will allege that McCabe directed an FBI official to speak with a reporter from

the Wall Street Journal in October 2016 regarding investigations into former Secretary of State

Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation.

McCabe was authorized to make contact with the press.

However, the DOJ watchdog reportedly found that McCabe was less than forthcoming in interviews

with investigators.

McCabe, 49, has publicly protested his firing, claiming he did not lie to the DOJ's inspector

general.

He has also claimed to be a victim of a smear campaign orchestrated by President Donald

Trump.

In an op-ed written for The Washington Post on March 23, McCabe denied the "lack of

candor" allegation, though he did acknowledge that his responses to investigators "were

not fully accurate.""When asked about contacts with a reporter that were fully within

my power to authorize as deputy director, and amid the chaos that surrounded me, I answered

questions as completely and accurately as I could," McCabe wrote in the piece.

"And when I realized that some of my answers were not fully accurate or may have been misunderstood,

I took the initiative to correct them."

He said that he was "confused and distracted" by the events occurring at the time.

"His reward for that has been a termination that was completely unjustified, amidst repeated

ad hominem attacks by the President of the United States," reads McCabe's Go Fund

Me page, which features a photo of McCabe with his wife and children.Michael Bromwich,

a lawyer for McCabe, confirmed the legitimacy of the fund on Twitter.

"He and his family continue to deal with the very public and extended humiliation that

the Administration, and the President personally, have inflicted on them over the past year,"

the page reads.

"Unfortunately, the need for a legal defense fund is a growing reality," it continues.

"Media reports indicate that at a minimum, there are a number of congressional inquiries

that he will be required to respond to, as well as the broader Office of the Inspector

General (OIG) investigation that is ongoing, and any potential lawsuits he might consider."

McCabe and his legal team "are working to gain clarity around the lasting impact"

that his firing will have on his pension and healthcare benefits, the page says.

The fundraiser says that funds will not be used "for anything beyond his defense of

the allegations against him."

"He will continue to fight for the pension and benefits he deserves, rather than accept

any crowdfunding for that purpose," according to the page.

Any money left over after legal proceedings have ended will be donated to a charity of

McCabe's choosing.

13 Ways Public Schools Incubate Mental Instability In Kids - Duration: 5:49.

13 ways public schools incubate mental instability in kids. The correlation

between public school environments and the deteriorating mental health of

children has been intensifying for decades by Stellar Morabito adapted for

video by Arnold Jagt Today's bureaucrat run mega schools and

the mass institutionalization of kids shared the blame for school shootings

public school environments serve as incubators for the social alienation and

the deteriorating mental health of children. Rather than the 3 R's kids

learn to socialize basically by finding their place in the school's hierarchy of

cliques. This sort of pecking order dynamic tends to breed resentment, status

anxiety, and social dysfunction. How? 1. The size and model of math

schooling is alienating schools are getting bigger and more centralized and

impersonal 2. public schools are abnormal settings that feel like prisons

it's a setting that is abnormal but the traumatized and broken kids are blamed

3. public schools are breeding ground for hierarchical cliques as in a

wolf pack at the top other popular queen bees and jocks who tend to make it their

business to oversee and regulate relationships among their peers.

4. giant public schools are breeding grounds for aggression as it's modeled

and promoted over and over again in hundreds of movies and TV shows geared

towards teens 5. school bureaucracy tends to reinforce social

pecking orders this is the effect of an inherit divide-and-conquer impulse sewn

into all bureaucracies 6. public schools are increasingly politicized it

especially piles on young men the label of guilty oppressor students must take

part in political activism or the social and academic standing will suffer

7. reduced content knowledge promotes conformity

radical education reform has gutted school curricula of meaningful content

replacing it with identity politics fads and political activism kids are

increasingly ignorant of the US Constitution

the basics of civil society and how our system of government works and why this

growing ignorance of history geography and classics makes it harder for

children to find context and their place in the world it disables the ability to

think clearly and independently and it cripples imagination and creativity such

ignorance creates a vacuum filled by a more cynical and nihilistic approach

towards life 8. public schools disregard students family and non school

lives school life and activities take up more than twenty five thousand hours but

kids can learn the basics of reading and math in about a hundred hours of

attentive instruction 9. schools are becoming more repressive the

article the new face of punishment in the public schools from the Rutherford

Institute gives a row look at the growing use of force and lockdowns in

the public schools which conditions a child to accept school as a police state

10. public schooling is increasingly hostile to Christianity the

hostility towards religion also leads us on a path to utter lawlessness

11. enforced conformity promotes peer victimization the message is this if you

want protection from bullying take on the persona of a protected identity

group it shouldn't surprise us at all that straight white males are considered

fair game for dehumanization 12. public schooling stance personality

development in math schooling students who try hard to fit in among peers tend

to get the uniqueness the beaten out of them personality development on the

other hand leads to more differences in individuals in the scenario unique

individuals who don't conform so easily end up being seen and treated as

oddballs 13. kids with special needs are especially judged as different

anything that identifies a child as out of the mainstream will stigmatize him no

matter how much tolerance a school might claim to teach this is just a natural

effect of enforcing conformity among kids government schools are hard for

kids with forms of autism like Asperger's syndrome school refusal

clinics increasingly treat distressed children school refusal seems to be

exploding under the radar so is it really the children who are the problem

or is it more likely the toxic environment as long as we

institutionalize kids into prison-like schools built on a factory model and

without any other choices we'll get more and more psychic alienation and social

dysfunction when will we stop feeding this beast the meta schooling

bureaucracy that controls the minds and lives of all children sponsored by the

Mansfield Public Schools Calendar March 2018 - Duration: 3:09.

Once you have opened the calendar using the link shared on classroom, the calendar will appear in the other calendars section. Because I am the owner, I see the calendar in "my Calendars".

Then you have the option of displaying this calendar only, recommended.

Next, you can decide how you want to view the calendar. by day, week, month, etc.

I prefer month view. You also have the option to print.

You can easily click through to see events coming up. If you already use google calendar you might want to add big events to your personal calendar such as the "expo".

My last suggestion is to receive notifications.

You can choose to get email alerts and /or text messages. To receive a text you will have to add your number to the calendar, this info is not shared with me.

After entering your number into the general settings, you can set up alerts for the calendar.

I would recommend that your student set up at least e-mail notifications in the event that anything is added or changed to the calendar. Of course you can also do this but it is okay to remind them that this is THEIR project.

The option for text message (SMS) alerts will only become available after you verified your number.

Thanks for watching!

Sergio: My dream always was to become a citizen of the United States. Thanks to the Los Angeles

Public Library my dream came true. Last year I saw a sign for the citizenship

class here in the library. I was here every Saturday for three months. I borrowed CDs,

flashcards, and books to practice and study at home.

Francisca: He encouraged me to take the class and we studied and practiced together.

Sergio: I became a citizen April 10 of 2014.

Francisca: And I became citizen five months later.

When a new family moves to the community

I tell them the most important place is the library. A place where everyone is welcome.

Sergio: And their dreams can come true.
