How to Generate a Shift Report in e-Bridge Cloud - OTA Hotel 3.5 - Duration: 0:41.

A shift report will allow you see the transactions made by type by a specific user on a shift.

Let us take a look at a check in reservation.

Click the Go to Invoice button, Charges tab and Payments tab to check that charges match up with the reservation.

To generate the report, click Reports and then Shift Report on the left.

Enter the shift time that you wish check on the drop down menu.

Click the opening balance that you wish to check, then click Go.

When the page refreshes choose the End Shift time.

Then enter the closing balance. Then click Go.

To see the full report per user, click Show Report.

The next screen will give you the full report per user on that particular shift.

Click the Download button, this report then downloads as an excel file.

You can then edit and print this report.
