News on Youtube Feb 21 2018

Hey guys, MtgDecksForFun here, and welcome to my newest commanders and how to build them,

with, Krenko, Mob Boss.

This deck is really fun, and it is pretty cheap too.

Now obviously, you can just build tribal goblins with a swarm tactic, however the way that

I had krenko built honestly was more consistent and can re-build after a board wipe really

easily.

So the deck is basically a sacrifice deck where you build a goblin army and sacrifice

them and kill your opponents.

So lets get right into it.

Now this deck has less creature then a normal krenko deck because it is more dependent on

the commander itself not the creatures that you have.

However, we use enough creatures to make the deck versatile enough to be able to swarm

too.

Lets start off with the creatures that we have, obviously we will have things like goblin

king, goblin warchief, and goblin chieftain who buff your creatures so you can swing in

for the win.

Those are auto-includes.

But we have some less common creatures included in this deck too now let's talk about the

tactic that I had hinted at in the beginning.

So we need sacrifice outlets right?

We have 2 in the form of creatures with Skirk Prosptector.

This card is incredible on its own, not only do you have a way to use the creatures that

you create beyond swinging.

But you can convert it into mana.

It reads sacrifice a goblin and add 1 red to your mana pool.

That gets really out of hand when you have 20 goblins on the board, then we also have

goblin chirurgeon.

This card is good for keeping krenko alive.

It reads sacrifice a goblin regenerate target creature.

You can use the many tokens you have to keep krenko alive.

Now why sacrifice your creatures, lets talk about that.

The first card that I have is rage thrower.

Rage thrower is an uncommon from innistrad, its really bad in most things, because it

cost 6, however in commander in the right deck it is crazy.

Every time you sacrifice a goblin, you deal 2 damage to target player.

That adds up really fast.

Next we have goblin sharpshooter you can use it to ping something then every time a creature

dies it untaps.

Next we have boggart shenanigans it's a goblin!

Haha, not exactly, but it is a tribal enchantment.

This says whenever a goblin dies, you deal 1 damage to something.

Again, using the goblin as cannonballs to bombard your opponents.

The last and most dangerous enchantment is vicious shadows.

Whenever a creature hits graveyard, vicious shadows deals damage to target player equal

to the number of cards in that players hand.

If they have 5 cards, you only need to sacrifice 8 goblins and they die.

It is insane.

Those are the really good cards for a sacrifice plan.

Now what if you want to make just a swarm deck?

Well I have that answer too.

So include the aforementioned goblin lords, and the 2 sacrifice goblins skirk prospector,

and the chirurgeon.

Then also include things like goblin lackey to cheat goblins to the field, along with

warren instigator which is goblin lackey with double strike.

Then include caterwauling boggart for the menace for your goblins.

Now some staples for both versions of krenko include purphoros god of the forge.

This guy is incredible and being an enchantment when you don't have the devotion makes it

harder to deal with.

2 damage for every creature coming into play is insane, it adds up so quickly.

Along the same lines of purphoros is warstorm surge which deals damage equal to their power

when they enter, and impact tremors just deals 1 whenever a goblin comes into play.

Then we need ways to abuse krenko right?

Take a look at paradox engine (sigh)… this card, I don't even need to talk about, its

been breaking so many different decks and cards since its release.

Sword of the paruns, and umbral mantle both untap krenko to make more goblins.

So this is the two of the ways that krenko can be built, like I said before I like the

sacrifice because it is more consistant.

But it is up to you.

What should I do next?

Comment below, Thank you so much for watching, if you enjoyed the video give it a like, it

really helps me out.

EGYPT: HOW MUCH MONEY MY HUSBAND GIVES ME❓❓❓ (English subtitles) - Duration: 15:12.

This is how much money my husband gives me. He gives kagda as. Sometimes he can give 20 Egypt. Pounds should be left if he leaves to work for the whole day.

I stay with the children. Sometimes you need to buy something. Sometimes 30 Egypt. pounds. Seldom very much leaves 100 Egypt. pounds.

And now I wanted to take the children to the driver, because they are coming by a car.

I asked him for 5-10 Egypt. pounds. To me with a trifle. Just in case. Maybe chips buy or something.

Then he jumped out of bed and said that I myself will take the children and it will not cost me anything.

Each your exit is accompanied with a waste of money. I do not need it. Here, stay at home so that I do not have to spend money. I'll take the children myself.

Is it bad or good? For 11 years of life here I honestly do not even know. We are so well-mannered that we must have money with us.

At least a trifle, just in case. He's such a tight man. If you need sugar for example, buy for 10 Egypt. pounds, he gives exactly 10 Egypt. pounds.

And an extra 1-2 Egypt. pound you just need to beg. Little is there somewhere more expensive or something else.

Gives very reluctantly. In terms of products. Recently, he himself buys food. After he quit his job.

Himself buys food. He does not trust me. Because something he buys is cheaper. Because of this calculation, I will spend more than need.

The desire to buy the products on the basis of what he buys is cheaper. And that I will spend more money.

This is the situation. He motivates it by the fact that he gets money, works and earns money. And the money he gets is hard.

That money is not enough. He must pay for the children, for training and for the apartment. For food, for everything.

And he distributes the money correctly according to his concepts. He wipes everything. And I like spending money unreasonably and wrongly.

Those. if you already signed up you sit at home with your children. He believes that he spends all the money on me. Although three children.

And then, whom he brings home, this is primarily for the children, and then for me and for him.

But, all the embezzlement that goes to the house, to the children, he thinks that all the wastage is on me.

And at a convenient opportunity he tries to reproach or from so to arrange scandal any.

Even he gave me 100 Egypt. pounds on February 14, Valentine's Day, after I saw that Dany had given me a present.

And the next day, when I told him to leave some money. Because I spent these 100 pounds, we bought some products.

And the next day I asked him for money, that you need to buy something from small items from products. He told me where those 100 pounds that I gave you.

Those. even giving some unfortunate 100 Egypt. pounds, he of course then from me must pull out the information where I spent this money.

And if I did not spend it, I had to spend it on the family. Although when he gave them to me, he said it to you to spend it on yourself.

But, due to lack of funds and basic things, of course, I do not spend on myself, but spend on children.

Not for children, for family, to buy flour, sugar, sausage, cheese. Something sweet to children to buy.

So here's the situation. By the way this applies not only to my husband. I just know, many of our girls, who are married to the Egyptians, by the way fairly secured.

There are even very rich people who take themselves 2-3 wives. And here are the same situations. Russian wives, from the former Soviet republics

I do not know about Egyptian wives when they have many Egyptian wives.

But about ours, one girl was 3 wife, she is literally from her husband, who is a millionaire who builds buildings.

She literally begged him for 20 pounds. At least some pocket money.

Those. Egyptian husband believes that everything he brought home, he spends on his wife.

Those. if it's products, renting an apartment, everything for the house, he believes that he spends on his wife and that he does not need to give her any money for personal expenses.

As a rule, our women do not give their husbands money for pocket money.

A lot was asked to find a Russian wife and when are you interested in how much you are going to spend on your second wife?

Suppose he says 3000 pounds. What will itself include 3000 pounds? Rent an apartment assuming 1500 pounds and another 1500 for food.

And when you ask a person how much will you give to her? Your question is not even understood.

In what sense is for her? That's all for her food and stuff. A Muslim woman, and this applies not only to Egyptian Muslims. This applies to all Muslims from different countries.

And in Russia they live. Those. they believe that they spend on the house, the maintenance of the house is what he spends on his wife. And the wife does not have to give any money.

Those. when you start to stammer about how much it is in her hands. They just have the most important thing Muslims have noticed.

They have the most important thing, so that a woman can not at all save up any money. What is the reason for this?

Because most Muslim wives do not work. I do not take Egyptian wives. I'm talking about foreigners.

I do not take into account the Egyptian wives. Because with the Egyptian wives there is another picture.

There, Egyptian men give them money. They add them up and save. They save it for children.

It was a conversation about foreign women. The Egyptians can settle you in a beautiful house, decorate everything, put it on.

But give money for pocket money, some decent amount. To a woman could go somewhere, relax. They do not.

As far as I know. If you know something else, write. I'm sure that of course there are other options.

But when you live in an Arab country such as Egypt, it does not even matter if the man is rich, he will nevertheless not give you enough money.

What is the reason for this? Because again I repeat, most women do not work. Especially foreigners. Someone works of course.

I mean most of them. And if a woman does not work. A man buys everything in the house, he agrees to go shopping himself, agrees to buy everything himself.

Most importantly, the woman did not collect any money. They are afraid that somehow the woman will save up some money.

Will become independent. They are satisfied with how such a version was now, i.e. a woman comes up and asks for money. He humiliated her in every way and says you only have expenses for me.

From you no good. I'll contact you, only one expense. Those. a woman who does not work and she does not have her own income, she is completely dependent on such mood of her husband.

Men, even those rich they do not give exactly cash. And if you spend something, if he gave you any money.

It will be obligatory to ask where you spent it. Up to the check. Everything will look and calculate in a hysterical way to say where else 20 pounds.

And where did you spend those 20 pounds? Those. even before this. Those. Muslims, especially those who have several wives, what they invest in a family, they think that they give this to their wife.

Those. the wife spends it and most importantly, the main point is that women can not save money. Why could not I save money?

Because it does not become independent. If a woman becomes independent, she will turn around, kick him in the back.

And take a separate apartment or buy a house and live separately.

It is these Muslim men who are satisfied that a woman is addicted. She does not have her own income.

A woman is either a slave or like another child. Those. as a child is given for expenses. Even my husband left now. He says I gave the children 2 pounds to the girls.

Give the girls, give me and that they were on pocket expenses. Why do you want it? You do not need.

Those. an adult man on the fifth dozen of money is not necessary. From his point of view. And again, this is not just my option. This is the way most Egyptians think,

so think a lot of Muslims who come and live in Egypt and have several wives.

Exactly the same calculation. Those. the main thing is not to give the woman cash. So she could not save.

And the main idea is why? That it was the woman who did not become independent.

It is the entire Muslim male part that is held by a woman in such a way that women in no case become independent.

Now there is even a woman alone, my friend's mom. The mother of this friend is Egyptian, she began to do business through the Internet with Turkey.

Began to bring some things. Her husband divorced her. She bought 2 apartments, a car.

Those. Egyptian men in particular. He wants him to put pressure on everything, he controls everything.

The woman leaves, she calls him. She calls when she comes back. He knows everything about her. She does not know anything about him.

But, he as he provides a family, since he earns money. He must know everything.

From such information. I wanted to share with ami about how much my husband gives me money for expenses.

I do not want to complain. Because I have a lot of different comments. So I signed on to you, because I feel so sorry for you.

I do not need to be sorry. I'm talking about the situation in Egypt. Initially, I created the channel precisely so that our women and girls had an idea about Egypt and about life in Egypt.

As it is. Someone is burning, here she is so tortured. I feel so sorry for her. I'm not to be pitied.

I have a certain situation that has developed. And I absolutely do not need pity.

And subscribe to the channel, especially because of pity is not necessary. I made the channel consciously, specifically for information for women for girls.

In order for people to understand, our women are especially. I do not take men. Because with men there is another little situation.

It is for our women. In order for them to have a vision of life here in Egypt.

And this applies not only to the level of my husband. The leaven is almost the same here.

Again, I repeat, if you live in the territory of another state, not in Egypt. And your husband is an Egyptian.

There will be a completely different situation. I'll tell you why. Because the Egyptians are all opportunists. They will quickly get where they live.

But believe me, if you come to Egypt and live here, everything will be according to his rules.

Everything. Especially if you are financially dependent on him or even if the children and everything else.

I did not want the video to be bootable, but that's how it works.

Such information. Someone might write something different. If someone has any other situations, write in the comments.

Let people know what else there is information other than the one I provide.

I think that many people read the comments. They will be interested. For today, I have everything. All for now.

How to gain control over your own life - Duration: 9:41.

it's like 4:00 in the morning it's early and I'm gonna put it like this I didn't

really sleep last night it was more of a nap

I don't know if you can see that but I lost my s-pen to my phone so that's how today is starting

the rest of my night is gonna consist of three things one cleaning this camera

two charging this battery and three editing this video

If anyone wants to sign me you know I'm right here

hi my name is Joseph and I'm not your average Joe welcome to the first episode

of my podcast slash vlog so I do this not as a commitment or as a promise for

future vlog casts but I do this as documentation and as just kind of a

milestone so let's get started as Gary Vee says I'm gonna sum it up and put my

own twist on it but as he says there has never been a better time to start than

now and he's absolutely right I've really come to the conclusion that

he is absolutely right and I mean even if you think about it whatever you want

to do and whatever you want to do whatever it is that strikes your fancy

you can do it if you want to play Madden Mobile on your phone you can do it you

can make six figures playing video games you can like there's it it's astonishing

once you wrap your brain around I still can't even wrap my brain around it but

when you wrap your brain around like how high like the limit of what you can do

is it's crazy like it's it's literally limitless now I love it

so I want to talk to you a little bit about some of the things that are in my

mind we're gonna spend the next five minutes just having a conversation where

you don't talk back so what I've come to realize is that 9 out of 10 times the

reason why people don't have what they want or they don't exceed or they don't

do this or that or you know they're not on the right path is it's because of

them they're blocking themselves they're like oh I'll do it later

I don't big enough following right I'll have a good enough camera insert a

numerous numerous amount of excuses and if you know what if you feel like that

you're you have a viable excuse or whatever you know do it it is that you

do but realize that you're probably still getting your own weight and that

other one time that tenth time is because it's not what you truly want

it just sounds kind of nice and it's like oh that would be nice but I don't

want it so and that's that's the brutal honest

truth so I know a majority you guys watching this or thinking that what who

the fuck are you what the fuck have you done and you're absolutely right I

haven't done shit especially because you know I'm always starting something I

feel like I don't finish it you know daily vlogs or this or that I just

before I can't wait too much about the fewer ship and I just wouldn't gain

traction and I'm just I worry too much about sidebar I I don't care what people

think in the respect that I wear whatever the fuck I want off dancer

I'll do stuff like that but when it comes to the channel I want to make sure

that I'm doing the right things to reach a bigger audience that used to be the

core foundation of why I would do what I did and I don't like that I don't want

to make the YouTube videos because of you or him or them or anybody I want to

make youtube videos because of this person right here this I want to build a

platform I want to build a brand around this around not your average Joe and

I've been doing a lot behind the scenes it's crazy because we're in a day and

age where if if you don't if you do something but you don't document it it's

like it never happened which for some things is good for some

things as bad but I've just I feel like I'm finally coming to a place where I

can put everything I'm learning together and I can get into better shape

physically mentally I can actually be more successful I can create more I can

do all these things because there is so many things that I want to do and um I

used to think like I you this is how I used to think I used to think that oh

man I can't wait for this I can't wait to go to Utah I can't wait to make this

I can't wait to be successful I can't wait to have a million followers I can't

wait to have a hundred thousand subscribers I can't wait to get that car

I can't the point of the story is I kept saying I can't wait until and it was

just like well then why am I waiting I really really really came to that

conclusion for 2018 when I was like man it would be so nice in New York it'd be

so nice to go to New York and I fucking drove my ass 10 hours

and sat in New York and watch the ball drop like I literally sat there waiting

for that ball to drop for 13 hours in the second coldest New Year's in history

and that experience is just the beginning that's that's 2018 for me

that's how it started so it started here and I'm here so I need to find a way to

get back there and keep going past that keep pushing my limits and that's why I

did that is so that the Barbie here and I have to find a way to clear that and

I've got so many stories and so much stuff about that but enough we're gonna

move on to something else you know I just I don't create enough media I don't

do enough stuff I keep finding myself saying like I can't wait to go to Utah

like my the vlog is gonna be lit this is gonna be lit I'd like the contents gonna

be lit but I really had it took me realizing that if I can't make content

where I'm at if I can't make a video in the situation I'm in what the fuck makes

me think that I can do it there if I keep if I if I can't make a movie

off like a low budget that I have what makes me think that I can do with the

million dollars I can't figure a way around what I need to do what makes me

think that I'll be able to do it when I have the means available that's that's

really the attitude that I've come to have and like I've just made all these

realizations I've been doing a lot behind the scenes I've been working and

grinding and things are paying off I've been honest with myself and that's

probably the best thing that's the best decision I've made is being honest to

myself and it's all stemmed from that and you know I like the biggest things I

kept saying was I can't wait to make a podcast I can't wait to be able to vlog

all the time I can't wait to have enough time to make reaction videos I can't

wait to make this or that or that whatever whatever and so I decided like

in my mind podcasts were sitting in a room with a mic and just all this

professional equipment just a video on its own and I decided today actually why

not make a vlog cast make a vlog because a lot of the times I cut a lot of the

parts of me talking out of the vlog because I feel like you're not going to

want to watch it and you know I get straight to the point

like if you will have if you make a video you have the first five seconds to

capture someone's attention and the next 30 seconds to hold their attention give

or take that's that's the statistic that I use

personally that's I may or may not be spot-on but that's what I use and if you

don't do that like you're done no they don't it could be the best video ever

after that but no one's gonna watch it so I just I left that control what I do

too much I love making my cinematic at cinematic edits I love doing my short

movies I love doing my vlogs I love the way I'm doing my vlogs like the the

style is going is amazing but now I can do vlog stacked podcast and it'll make

longer videos and people are probably gonna go oh why is this so long but all

I need them to watch is the first two minutes and then after that they decide

to stay for the podcast dope if not it is what it is

CarCovers.com - How To Choose The Right Car Cover - Car Cover Buying Guide - Duration: 16:05.

- Hi, I'm Bob, with CarCovers.com

and today I wanna help you to decide

which cover best meets the needs of your car.

The most important question you need to ask yourself

before buying a cover from CarCovers.com is,

is your car cover use gonna be for indoor storage

or is gonna be for outdoor use?

This is a really critical thing that you need to decide

because there are two different types of materials

and they're designed to hold up

under two different environments.

So please don't choose a less expensive

Basic Shield Indoor Car Cover if you're planning

on using your car cover outdoors in an extreme environment.

It won't hold up, it's not designed

to weather the extremes of cold and heat and rain and sun

like our Platinum Shield, top of the line cover would be.

So it's very important if you're indoors,

choose an indoor cover, if it's outdoor,

choose an outdoor cover,

and you'll love the way that it helps

protect your car for many years to come.

Now let's go and look at our indoor covers

that we have available for you.

(upbeat guitar strumming)

So for our indoor options,

we have two indoor covers available for you.

Our top of the line, best-selling product

that is just flying off the shelves

is our Black Satin Shield Cover that you see here.

That is just beautiful.

It's soft, it hugs every contour of your car,

as you can see, just makes your car look so beautiful,

you probably are not even gonna wanna take the cover off.

You're gonna set a chair down and admire

how sexy your car looks with a Black Satin Shield Cover.

It comes with its own storage bag

and a grommet to re-enforce the hole

for your antenna if you have a whip antenna.

It also comes with double-stitched seams,

fully elastic at the hems,

and it comes with a ten year warranty as well.

This product is flyin' off the shelves,

believe me, you will love the way this dresses up your car.

If you have a show car, if you have a sports car,

if you like to baby your car

and keep that glossy finish nice,

and dust free, looking showroom fresh,

the Black Satin Shield is the cover you wanna get.

And it is our top of the line indoor cover.

A second option for an indoor use

is our Basic Shield Car Cover, which is a nice,

light, easy to apply car cover.

It will also protect your car

from dust and pollen and the pollutants

that you get from an indoor storage situation.

It comes with a three year warranty,

and is a great second option to your indoor car cover needs.

Now let's talk about your outdoor cover needs.

We have three great solutions for you

for your outdoor car cover needs.

The first thing you need to ask yourself is,

do you live in an extreme environment?

If you live in an extreme area,

such as Florida where you get hot summers, or Arizona,

or you have cold winters like up in New York or Montana,

the top of the line product that we sell,

and our most popular model is the Platinum Shield Car Cover.

It comes with a limited lifetime warranty,

and by the way, it's our only car cover that we offer

that comes with a lifetime warranty.

So if you want the best product available

in an outdoor cover,

the Platinum Shield is the best car cover for you.

It is manufactured with a UV reflective coating,

so it bounces those UV rays back.

It will protect your interior trim,

your clear coat, your paint finish.

Another advantage with the platinum shield fabric

is that it prevents against mold and mildew

and fungus growing underneath the cover of the car,

because the fabric allows it to breathe.

It has double-stitched seams, which provide leak protection,

and re-enforce the entire cover

and the make-up of the cover.

We also, if you notice the mirrors,

there are no mirror pockets.

So these are semi custom covers.

And there's a reason for that,

because the fully custom covers

will have your mirror pockets sewn into them.

We manufacture these as semi custom because

the weak point is always around those mirror pockets,

and they can rip or they can tear over time.

So we engineered those out.

So all of our covers, including the Platinum Shield,

have the semi custom fit.

And they'll fit smoothly around your mirrors.

They're designed that way on purpose.

They also come with an elastic hem,

for the back and the front bumper,

that makes it very easy to stretch

and apply the cover over your car.

Additionally, we provide a re-enforced grommet

for anti-theft deterrent, basically.

It's a cable and lock system that we provide

with the Platinum Shield and our Ultimate Shield

to help secure your car cover

against somebody walking off with it

at the end of the night or the middle of the night.

Let me re-iterate that that is a theft deterrent only,

it's not for wind gusts or for windy areas.

So if you plan on storing your car outdoors,

we highly recommend that you get

our Gust Strap Wind Protection Kit,

which applies in front of your wheels

and in back of your wheels with four plastic clips

that we include, and two bungee cords

that stretch just under the front bumper here,

and as you can see here,

they hold it secure in any kind of weather conditions.

One thing I would like to mention,

besides the fact that this cover

is probably the best cover that you can get for your car,

with the Platinum Shield, it's a thinner cover.

So if you're used to purchasing covers

that are as thick as a burlap bag, and they're heavy,

you will notice when you get the Platinum Shield Car Cover

that it's a lighter cover.

That is because of the special type

of fabric that we manufacture this from.

Lighter does not always mean weaker.

If you remember your SWAT team members,

your police and detectives,

wearing the heavy body armor of the 80s and the 90s,

they had steel plates in it, they had fiber glass,

those things weighed 50 or 60 pounds,

and they protected okay.

Then they started manufacturing those out of Kevlar.

Kevlar is light, it's sleek.

So if you go by weight or thickness, you wouldn't know it,

but the Kevlar protects them even better.

That's the same thing that we've done

with the Platinum Shield.

So when you get it and you notice that it's light,

actually makes it easier to apply,

that means that it's a very superior fabric.

And it's gonna protect your car for the lifetime,

which is why we offer a limited

lifetime warranty on this product.

Our second choice for indoor car storage

is our Ultimate, excuse me, that's this one,

our Ultimate Car Cover.

Now that has many of the same features

as our Platinum,

except for it doesn't have the UV reflective coating.

It is a little thicker fabric, it absorbs the UV rays,

but it won't reflect them.

So just know that the difference is that

it doesn't have the UV reflective coating.

It also comes with a ten year warranty,

which is a great warranty for a mid-level car cover.

The Platinum has the lifetime, and only the Platinum

has the lfietime, but our Ultimate is a great car cover.

It also has the fleece lining on the inside,

which both the Platinum and the Ultimate

have a fleece lining to protect your paint,

your clear coat finishes.

Both the Platinum and the Ultimate do come with the grommets

and the locking anti-theft device,

with the cable and the lock.

And they come with the re-enforced grommets.

So both of those do come with that.

And they both come with their own storage bags,

antenna patches, and so forth.

The main difference between the two

is a limited lifetime warranty on our Platinum Shield,

and the ten year warranty on the Ultimate.

The final and third choice that we have for you

is our Deluxe Car Cover.

Now the Deluxe Car Cover has many of the features,

it's a different fabric,

it will protect your car against the elements.

However, it's best used if you live

in areas with moderate temperature.

For instance, San Francisco,

where the temperature is 60, 70 degrees all year round,

you have a little bit of rain,

you have a little bit of sun, some fog.

The Deluxe Shield is great in those weather conditions.

If you have extreme conditions, we still recommend

the Platinum Shield as the best option for that.

The Deluxe Shield comes with a five year warranty.

It does not have the re-enforced grommets

or the locking kit with it.

It comes with a storage bag and your antenna patch kits,

but it's a great third solution in your car cover needs.

- So now you might be asking yourself,

how much should you invest in a car cover?

And I want you to think of it as an investment.

It's not just a little perk that you pick up for yourself.

When you buy a car cover from CarCovers.com,

you're investing in protecting your big investment,

which is your car.

If you have a 30 or 40 or 60 or 100 thousand dollar car,

you wanna protect that car from the elements.

So when you talk about investing in a car cover,

you're investing in protection

of your showroom finish on your paint job.

You're investing on protecting your dashboard

from cracking and opening

and looking like a little, miniature Grand Canyon

because the sun is beating down on it.

You're protecting the thousands and thousands of dollars

you've put into your baby

that you love to take out on a Sunday afternoon

in the sun with the top down.

That's what you're investing in when you get a cover.

So whether you're protecting it from indoor dust and pollen,

or whether you're protecting it from the outdoor elements,

like sun and rain and snow

and all of those things that come with it,

an investment in a cover is to protect your big investment,

which is your car.

So we have people call us here at CarCovers.com

and wanna know, can I get a fully custom cover?

As I've mentioned throughout

all of our instructional videos,

our car covers here are semi custom,

meaning they don't have the mirror pockets and so forth.

However, if you would like to have a fully custom cover,

we'd be glad to help you out.

We can do it for you, just understand

that they don't ship overnight.

It generally takes about two weeks, maybe three weeks

to be able to get your fully custom cover shipped to you,

but we can certainly help you.

The other thing that you need to understand

before you talk to a product specialist,

a fully custom cover is gonna cost you

anywhere from three to six hundred dollars,

which is considerably more than a semi custom cover.

But if you love your cover to be made

specifically for your car, we can help you,

help you take the measurements,

help you through that whole process.

And we'd love to be able to take care of your cover needs.

So give a call to our product specialists with that,

and they'll be able to lead you and guide you

through getting your custom cover ordered.

So you may be wondering,

why should I choose a semi custom car cover for my car?

Well there's a lot of reasons, really.

The semi custom car covers

that we provide here at CarCovers.com

are designed to fit your car within just a few inches

of the length and the width and the height of your car.

So you don't have to worry,

oh, does that mean this thing's gonna be all big and baggy?

Not at all.

It's very, very close to the size of your car.

In fact, this is a semi custom cover on this car.

This Platinum Shield is a semi custom,

but look how beautifully it fits the car.

Also, the semi custom covers that we order

come with a thirty day return policy,

so if you get it, you're not happy the way it looks,

you'd like to exchange it or upgrade it,

whatever you'd like to do,

we can help you with that as well.

The other things is, cost is an issue.

If you order a fully custom cover,

you're gonna pay three to six hundred dollars.

A semi custom cover, we can get you for a much better rate.

So occasionally we'll get people calling us

and asking if we sell a universal cover.

Well a universal cover means

that it covers just basically everything.

And they usually come in only three sizes,

small, medium and large.

Our semi custom covers are within just a few inches

of your length and width and height of your car,

and so it's a lot better fit.

So universal cover, we don't really stock or sell.

Now if you want a universal,

you can go down to any big-box store,

look back in the back corner on a dusty part of the shelf,

and you can pick up a small, a medium or a large.

It's not gonna fit your car beautifully

like our Platinum Shield or our Black Satin Shield,

but it may help protect your car for any length of time.

The other thing you could do

is you could go to your grandma's house,

borrow her embroidered table cloth.

That might work.

Your neighbors might laugh, but hey, it's a universal cover.

Another option, you could go to a big-box store,

get a big roll of saran wrap, wrap your car up real nice.

That'll protect it from the elements and might even fit,

although you're gonna have to kinda

do that everywhere you go.

So, we really suggest to you

that a semi custom cover from CarCovers.com

is gonna meet your needs,

make you proud of the cover that you own,

and it's gonna protect your car for years and years to come.

So give our product specialists a call,

and let us help lead and guide you

to the right cover for your car.

So I hope I've given you a good run-down

of the different kinds of covers

that we offer and the differences

between the indoor and the outdoor covers.

If you need help and you still are unsure

which cover would work best for you,

please call our product specialists

at the number on the screen.

They will help you choose the right fabric,

the right type of product for your car,

and the right car cover

for your situation and your environment.

But to summarize quickly,

if you want the best for indoor covers,

the Black Satin Shield with a ten year warranty

is your best choice.

If you want the best for the outdoors,

our Platinum Shield with lifetime warranty

is your best solution.

Thank you for choosing CarCovers.com

Propel Change | Donna Griggs | 3ish Minute Moment: How Do You Celebrate Success? - Duration: 3:33.

- Hi, I'm Donna Griggs, the CEO of Propel Change,

and today we're gonna talk about appreciation

and how you celebrate success with your teams.

(upbeat music)

(alarm ringing)

So my client, Charlie, is a CEO

in a healthcare organization,

and he called me in because he said,

"We've done all this work and these great projects.

"I think people should just know

"that we really appreciate them.

"So what do you think?"

And (laughs) of course I had a lot to say about that.

And what I convinced Charlie is

just because you think people know

you appreciate them doesn't mean they do.

One of the questions I always ask is,

so is your birthday important?

Of course, in Charlie's case, he said, "Phh, I could care

"less about anybody celebrating my birthday."

And what's really interesting about that is

Charlie doesn't care about anybody else's birthday, either,

so as a result, whatever he's feeling,

he believes everybody else feels.

So I talked him into, you gotta get everybody's input

and think about what they need.

We had a conversation about that.

The next day he calls and says,

"Hey, I talked to the leadership team.

"And here's what they think we should do."

I said, Charlie, Charlie, that is awesome.

Now, what I want to do is get the whole team together.

The people who did the work and ask them,

"We would like to celebrate you.

"What would be important to you?"

We did that.

He bought into that, and it was fantastic.

But when we did, two things came up, and I expected this.

The first thing that came up was money.

"Give us some more money."

The second thing that came up was,

"Hey, how about some time off?"

I want you to beware of those two

because if anybody ever says those to you

and you give in to it,

I'm gonna tell you what you're in for.

I am being paid allowance, if I'm a kid,

for mowing the grass.

I get five bucks.

I get a buck for the dishwasher.

What do you think I'm gonna spend more time on?

What do you think I'm gonna pay more attention to?

I'm gonna pay more attention to the $5 job, not the $1 job.

And the exact same thing happens with your people.

So, they're gonna start looking at

what's gonna pay me the most?

How am I gonna make more money?

And then if you ever decide not to incent them with money,

oh my gosh, you have your hands full.

So, be very careful of incenting with money and time off

because they'll always disagree on

who should get the money and how much they should get.

Some of the creative ideas that come up all the time,

and this is the one I want you to really pay attention to,

is why don't they just say thank you to us?

So I'm gonna tell you, if you will just take some time

and say thank you for all your effort.

Thank you for your hard work.

You can't imagine how much that will mean to people.

You cannot imagine.

Why don't you do it?

You just think they might be appreciated.

So don't do what Charlie did and say,

"They should just know."

Make sure you're going to your teams.

So let's think about this.

How do you celebrate success?

When do you go to your teams and say, "Thank you.

"Thank you so much."

When do you ask your team,

"Hey, when we win, how would you like to celebrate?"

You'll find more information just like this

and you can learn how we help businesses

if you want to visit our website.

We'd love to hear from you.

About finding the right loan,

our job's basically to listen to what your requirements are,

so we would ask a lot of questions

to get a better understanding of what your needs

Questions like, how much income do you earn?

How much deposit have you saved up?

Are you eligible for the First Home Owners Grant?

Are your parents willing to gift you some money

to assist with the loan?

Would they be willing to go guarantor?

Do you require an offset account with your loan?

So there's a lot of questions that we ask,

get a better understanding of what the client wants,

How To Get Over Your Fears and Get A Home Loan - even with Bad Credit - GiordanoSellsAZ - Duration: 4:23.

This weekend real estate we're going to talk about one of the biggest fears that

clients have in the home buying process.

I'm here with Mike Tizzano from Fairway Mortgage and Mike is one of our

preferred vendors. He did a discussion a few weeks ago on the number

one fear that people have and and I thought it would be good for our clients

to take a look and hear from Mike exactly what he experiences. Absolutely

and I talked to a lot of people, and you want to get them to commit to doing a

loan application because they need that for a pre-approval right? Right. They need

to know how much they can buy and how much they can afford and usually what

happens is a lot of times I have to kind of follow up a few times before they're

willing to do the application of what I typically find out is they're just

afraid of being told No. And I try to tell them upfront but sometimes

you know things aren't heard the answer's never know it's either yes or

not yet so if you don't ask the question the answer is no but if you do ask the

question with a line for mortgage it's either yes you can be approved out or

not at this moment but this is how we're going to get you there. That's great and

I know a lot of people come in and they tell us that they're working

on their credit and they pulled up their scores on Credit Karma but I've heard

that Credit Karma is not the same score that a lender uses and can you tell us a

little bit about that. Yeah Credit Karma your Discover card when they give you

your FICO and things like that, they all vary a little bit the reason for that is

there's 8 actual FICO models so as at the direction of Fannie Mae and Freddie

Mac the mortgage industry as a whole is on FICO 2, 3

and FICO five respectively. Pretty much everybody else is on FICO 8

and credit Karma's on their own thing. Right. So that's why you get such a

variance in scores even when a lender pulls your score your bureau's four area

a lot because they're there on different models and different things report to

different bureaus. But Credit Karma and those things are good for tracking your

trajectory. But if you come to me and say well I have a 640 credit karma score

that doesn't mean you're gonna have a 640 and it could go either way

so one gentleman who told me had a 700 and I pulled this credit score and it came

in 770 we're often than not it goes in that direction. Now here at Fairway Mortgage

you have a credit repair program that's free to clients to use and it's

specifically designed to get them into a home correct? Correct. It's not

necessarily a credit repair so we don't let's go back and take old issues

we look from today forward what we need to do is get you a loan. So depending on

what kind of program that you want to get involved with if you're using for a

downpayment assistance program you need a specific score to qualify we set that

as your goal score and our credit team runs simulators looks at your specific

file and looks at the steps that you can take to get there and lets us know how

long it's going to be. So that's it and again is absolutely free to clients

That's great what we'll do is we'll post Mike's information below this video if

you have any questions on your particular situation feel free to reach

out to Mike or myself . We want you to get over that fear because if you do nothing

nothing is going to happen. I know in the market rental prices have been going

up there's a seems to be a shortage of rental units and there's also a shortage

of homes out there. So waiting isn't going to improve the situation that much.

Absolutely you know in the market right now interest rates are rising and stuff

like that so the sooner you can get started the sooner you'll know what your

buying power is the sooner you can. Well that's great let's let's get you guys on

a program today. Thank you and if this video applies to you or anybody that you

know please share it with them we'd be happy

to help you thank you

Barton, Commercial Real Estate Advisor Part 1 - What I do and how much I make - Duration: 3:34.

My name is Barton Thompson.

I am 30 years old.

I'm an Associate Advisor here

at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors.

My base salary is $18,000,

but this year I will make $100,000 in commissions roughly.

I specialize in multi-family which are apartment buildings.

And my job

is to talk to investors that own apartment buildings

in this market and help them

make money by buying and selling their property.

A typical sales cycles for a real estate broker

from the very beginning is to

get to know the investor.

Because you're not the only broker in this market.

You need this investor to choose you,

and then once you do some work together,

you build a lot of trust and you could have

a working relationship for a very long time.

You could spend months or years

talking to and getting to know an investor

before they're ready to sell a property.

You go from getting to know that investor

through a meeting and getting to know

that investor's building.

You'll let that person,

you'll tell that investor how much that property's worth,

and then you're working towards getting

a listing agreement.

And you'll have six months to go and sell this property.

So then you'll be putting together marketing material

and a marketing campaign.

You'll tell the market about it.

And then those will typically lead to answering

a lotta questions and doing a lot of property showings.

And then looking at offers and choosing one

to go under contract with.

If I do my job as a broker in keeping the deal together,

the property closes and everyone,

I get paid, the team gets paid,

and the client walks away happy.

This job is really meant to be based on commission,

and there's a lot of brokers, commercial brokers,

that play in my space that do what I do

that never get a base salary.

That's actually more common.

Just to set expectations,

it is very typical that you will work your tail off

for 12 months

and not see anything from it.

Because you need to put that time in to the market.

And so those first two years are a grind

in the way that I'm sure many sales jobs are,

and that can be hard if you aren't receiving

an income right away.

Typically around that fourth year is when

you as a broker hit your earning potential,

which actually you know considering other industries

is pretty quick.

What I love most about what I do is the autonomy

that I have because almost everything that I earn

is in commissions.

So if I don't show up to work,

then I'm not working towards getting paid later.

But that means that if I wanna take a Friday off

and go snowboarding because the snow is great,

I don't need to ask anybody's permission.

That's what I love most about the job,

that I am fully responsible for my own success.

And so when I have a good year,

you know I know that I'm set up with a great team,

in a good firm, in a great market,

but I also know that I earned that,

that nobody gave it to me and there's a sense

of pride in that as well.

How much extra work is mob grazing? - Duration: 2:09.

You can put a two wire electric fence up over a 300 foot stretch, and every field on the

whole place is fenced to 300 foot lanes.

So you make the size of your field for the day.

You make that decision, and then build the fence, or you can build two fences or so ahead

if you've got a pretty good idea of how much it's gonna take.

It takes 20 minutes to half-an-hour to build the fence.

And it takes probably 20 minutes to a half-an-hour to check the herd and go through them.

And once they go through the fence, you can check them all.

And anything that's in real bad shape will be straggling behind, so it's easy to pick

out problems there.

And then you have a waterer...a waterer and hose and a mineral bucket to move.

Or if you get into larger herds later in the year when it's just ewes, you may be running

1,000 or 2,000 ewes in a herd, you're gonna have to have more waterers, but you have less

of them to move.

Less locations.

So actually the fence is four times quicker.

And if you figure that against feeding hay.

You know, feeding hay takes time.

Dealing with the bales, dealing with all the feeding deals.

If you make your own hay, that's another time investment.

And your time investment with a four-wheel drive Honda...a regular four-wheeler, that

investment banked against a tractor and a baler and a rake and all the haying equipment,

plus, you're there half the summer.

And this you have to be here every day, or somebody does, but that's not that big a deal.

How much do cover crops cost? - Duration: 2:15.

What we did here was a lot of variety, and not an awful lot of seed.

It's expensive, but not as expensive as working ground.

And we needed to know what would work here.

And work best for us.

And we've kinda got the idea of what we're gonna try to do.

If we just left it alone, I think we'd be about 90-some percent orchard grass, or more.

We got some fescue to grow.

Not a whole lot more rye grass than we had before, but we've got some.

But this Mediterranean orchard grass is...it crowds everything pretty hard.

And it's a good plant and it works well with mycorrhizzal fungi, so...If we got something

that killed all the orchard grass, we'd be in trouble again.

But we haven't ever seen it, so.

It's out there, it's possible.

The cover crops didn't allow us to avoid the urea cost.

And the cover crops didn't allow us to avoid the ground work costs, but that's a whole

lot less costs than those other costs add up to.

So there's a little bit more wiggle room there.

And it was limited how much...sheep ranching the way we've been doing it, there's a limit

to how much ground work you can do.

How much you can actually afford.

Now, if you want to do the entire place with a cover crop every fall, what's to stop you?

It's the cost of seed and a Honda and somebody to do it.

Now those are not...there not...

Compared to ground work, they're cheap.

How does soil health save money? - Duration: 1:17.

Two year ago it took three applications of 100 pounds each [per acre] per year of urea,

which amounted to three 30 ton truckloads of urea, basically, of urea.

And in the last two years we've skipped six of those in a row.

With this mob stock grazing, we've been able to...and we've put more nutrients in between

last time we tried it, tried reduction in fertilizer and this time, but last time we

cut the urea out and decided we were gonna try to make a go for it without the urea,

it lasted about 35 days and then we were short of feed for the rest of the spring and then

into the summer.

This time, we've gone two full years and we're still not short of feed.

And we're running more sheep and they're healthier.

How Much Time Should You Budget for Podcasting 049 Just The Tip Podcast - Duration: 6:00.

Hey Podcaster I'm Tim Wohlberg your podcast performance coach with another

actionable tip so you can sound like a pro and gain more podcast fans. Today's

tip is on how much time to budget for producing your podcast episodes. My

podcast is only 5 minutes long and it takes me hours. So how long should yours

take? If you are new to podcasting and are wondering beware, this is no small

undertaking. There's a lot to do. First, yes, the length and format of your

podcast will affect the amount that goes into each episode. Even if you're lucky

enough to be able to get in front of a mic, press record and spontaneously spew

out a perfect episode, there is still a little editing to do, the show notes,

publishing and promoting of it. So it's going to be at least a couple of hours

here. So here's what I've tried to do and this is by no means a science but what

I've tried to figure out is the amount of time it should take for you to put

together a 30 minute episode. Now this is based on the time it takes some of my

clients to put together an episode of theirs also based on my own experience

producing podcasts and online chatter on the matter. So for a typical 30 minute

episode you're going to need about 30 minutes of research - now this is avoiding

the rabbit holes on the subject though it's very easy to go down one of these I

think you know what I'm talking about. Give yourself one hour to write it

and to outline the episode. About 45 minutes to record it and this changes

because some days you might have great days where you're really smooth and

everything goes well when you're recording other times you've got bad

days and you can't string two sentences together without stumbling and booting

around your script. An hour for editing may be less if you're a star

editor could be more if you brand-new to it and 30 minutes to put your show notes

together you're gonna need those. Also at least 15 minutes to upload and publish

everything. A grand total of things it's about four hours. Now this is

a good number to aim for. In fact this is a great number to aim for.

If you were new to podcasting doubled it about eight hours.

Hold on because I haven't even included the extras here. More time is

gonna be needed if you have a guest. You're gonna need to find that guest

research him or her and connect with him or her and align your schedules.

Technical issues that may come up watch out for these they suck up time. Bells

and whistles that you might want to include in an episode this is sound

effects or audio elements you might need to pull and include. You're going to need

to add more time if the format of your show has you pulling quotes from your

guests to start things off. All of these pieces add up and you haven't even

promoted your podcast yet. You're not gonna do all of this work and not tell

anybody about it are you? Of course not. So throw in 2-10

hours depending on the process for that. How many platforms are you on? All

tolled new podcasters may be spending up to 18 hours per episode. Pause for shock.

Serious. This is crazy but it's a very touchy and frustrating subject for

a lot of podcasters. It always takes more time than you think.

When someone says it takes eight hours for them to do it all others will come

in and say "oh that's way too long I only spend an hour to do everything". By the

way that's my voice I read all Facebook comments from others in. "Oh yeah it's

should take you know only an hour and a half to do that you got to be doing it

wrong". SHUT UP. Don't listen to them. If they're

doing it that fast they're using magic or sorcery, they must be witches.

I'm not telling you this to scare you or discourage you from

podcasting. I'm just preparing you for this. This is normal it will get easier

and you will get better...faster...stronger.

So don't get frustrated. There are tricks to reducing this time like

batching tasks, you may line up for guests in one day or do all your

research at once. You might use some online productivity tools. You might even

start outsourcing portions of the production process or maybe the

publishing process. Just saying that actually should probably be another

episode in itself so I will do that in the future. So hopefully this will give

you a sense of where all your time is going. Remember the reason you got into

this, you're passionate about your subject and you want to share it with

others. The first step is knowing. So budget and manage your time the best

that you can so you can enjoy the process. And I hope that's just the tip

you need. Everyone has different strengths for you it might be writing or

interviewing or creating the artwork. Let someone else do the heavy

lifting like editing. I edit podcasts I've been doing audio editing for over

20 years that's just one of the things I can take off your plate if it's too full.

Take a load off. Have a look at my custom editing

packages at PodcastPerformanceCoach.com I'm Tim Wohlberg. See Ya!
