Alright guys, I just finished that workout.

Today I just did uh, Chest and Abs.

It was exactly what I just told you guys in the beggining I am doing three warm up sets,

and then three working sets and I am following up with three to four different exercises

for that particular muscle group, for today it was chest and then I am doing only six

reps ok, so total I am doing around nine sets of six reps so thats about 54 reps total and

I am doing it about eighty-five percent of my one rep max.

If I am getting to six reps then I am hitting it on target I rest for about three minutes

and after that I switch to the next exercise after I am done with my sets.

Anyway guys this is pretty sweet.

I literally was only in the gym for one hour, and it's great because your strength goes

up, and it really helps you build your muscular physique that you so want.

I'm talking about the people on the beach who are already big we are not talking about

the guys who are a little bit smaller and kind of just swell up their muscles with blood

when they workout we are not really..

I know that feeling feels good to swell up your muscles with blood when you are working

out.

In terms of muscle growth, muscle development, and maximal muscle stimulation one of the

best things to do is just stimulate your muscles with heavy compound movements so then you

could really add thick development for your muscular structure, so guys the workout was

pretty sweet.

I didn't film it today like I said, but I will definitely film tomorrows workout for

you guys tomorrow I am doing a back and calves workout.

Alright, so my weak points are my triceps, my legs for sure, my calves are definitely

lagging.

In this workout I kind of just incorporate hitting muscle groups two times per week so

you can get maximal muscle growth.

Studies have shown that training two times per week is going to boost the amount of growth

that you are seeing..

Ok?

With that you have to be eating enough protein, carbohydrates, and dietary fats.

Simple Remedy To Remove Age Spots From Your Skin!

Age spots" or "liver spots" are tan, flat, black or brown spots on the skin, which

may differ in size.

layers.

Therefore, these spots often appear on those areas which have been exposed to the sun longer,

where melanin is produced in higher amounts.

Logically, proper sun protection would prevent the appearance of age areas.

Light-colored or fair skin types are more susceptible to age areas, and if you have

a history of intense or frequent sun exposures or sunburn– you will be more vulnerable

to them.

Generally, these spots are not dangerous.

However, if you see that a few of them have changed in appearance, you should visit your

doctor and examine the reason.

It is necessary to consult your doctor if your age spots:

Have quickly grown in size Are darkly pigmented

Are accompanied by redness, bleeding, itching, tenderness

Are unusually colored Have an irregular border.

Generally, these age spots are treated with freezing, laser treatment, bleaching creams,

chemical peels, or a dermabrasion.

Yet, before you decide to try surgical alternatives, you should try a few of the effective natural

methods for removing age spots.

The author of Quantum Paleo, Dr. Doug Willen, has discovered a quick natural solution to

the appearance of these spots on the skin, and it consists of onion juice and apple cider

vinegar.

Onions are abundant in anti-oxidants which neutralize the step of free radicals.

Apple cider vinegar has alpha hydroxy acids, which efficiently remove dead skin cells and

reveal the healthy skin layer beneath.

The use of this mix has been reported to provide a healthy glow to the skin as well.

Some ate it as a snack in a plastic pot with a plastic spoon standing up. . Others sat down to dine and were served the pasta on a ceramic plate with metal cutlery, to make it feel like a proper meal.

"Those who are consuming snacks are more likely to overeat" Professor Jane Ogden After that the participants were taken to a second room for a "taste test" of unhealthy foods like chocolate biscuits, hula hoops, M&Ms and mini cheddars.

Researchers found the snack group ate more junk food than those who had eaten a meal – even though both groups had consumed the same amount of calories in the pasta dish.

Professor Ogden said food should be marketed as a "meal" rather than a "snack" to avoid overeating. She said: It is to do with registering that you have eaten.

Knowing that you have eaten is a psychological process – you tick off the fact you have had a meal. The team behind the study believe that you're more likely to be distracted while eating a snack, so you're less conscious of what you are actually consuming.

Professor Ogden added: To overcome this we should call our food a meal and eat it as meal, helping make us more aware of what we are eating so that we dont overeat later on..
