well I'm so excited to be showing you how I created this look it's like a halo

start off with I'm taking the Urban Decay eyeshadow primer of this primer
because it's just like it really mattifies my shadow my eyeshadow lost
the whole day there's no creasing no nothing so yeah then I'm going to be
blending it out with just a little buffing brush once that's done I'm going
to be taking the NYX eyeshadow base in the skin in the shade skin type I'm just
gonna be taking the same brush and blending it all over my eyelid now this
really helps because it makes your eyelids all the same color so you know
why I've got really dark eyes in general I've got panda eyes so this helps with
making it all the same color so now that my eyelids are set I just it just makes
our look different it means come on bloody speak it makes a big
difference because now my eyelids are all the same color and eye shadows gonna
last all day next I'm going to be taking this
eyeshadow palette excuse how dirty it looks but it's this one by makeup
revolution it's the 144 ultimate matte eyeshadow collection 2018 I was huge and
I'm going to be taking just a normal blending brush I'm gonna be taking this
color well kind of show you cause it's a bloody Pig I'm going to be taking this
color here actually sharp no we're not doing that we're taking this color here
it's like a like pinky color this eyeshadow palette is so cheap like and
it has such a variety although the only Shh bad thing about it it's that most of
the colors are basically the same but the little shades that has the like of
variety are different and it's nice and it's cheap well the home and it works
also so
next I am going to be taking this pink shade not the orange shade the pink
shade okey-dokey and I'm just going to be blending that
all over my eyelids but just concentrating it into the crease just
poked me blood clot I feel like the shadow is to blend even when you think
you blended enough blend you want to blend until your hand aside baby you go
the thing about this palette yeah you can see it's got a black hair black hair
black hair black hair black hair like what is the meaning why it giving me 500
different shades of blacks so for this black look script just black here I'm
taking on this brush and you can see it's kind of like kind of like do I
think I'm American please um it's just like pointy it's like an arrow because
it's a halo eye you want this and this side to be the senior said I want this
side to be dark and decided to be dark and really avoiding the middle area
we're gonna cut the crease but it's basically I alternate between the two
colors so I take this other part I was using for the pink you'll blend in the
pink then I go back with the black and so I'm happy so I'm just alternating and
it's snowing and the Sun is out can you see this so now you want to stop carving
out for halo and I'm going to be taking my hoodie Beauty Foundation this is in
the color is just a flat I'm just gonna stop carving it out slowly slowly this
is so much harder because you're not strong from the inner corner like the
way you normally car crease so they are with me and I'm going to be going in
with the whites from the eyeshadow palette they've given me two I shut it
to white eyeshadow next with the same eyeshadow I'm going to be wetting my
brush so I just put some water in here I just wet my brush a little bit then I'm
taking the sleek all night long 4 to 9 palette the reason why I wear my brush
right because it just makes it so much more pigmented than it actually is
so once that's done we're gonna be taking that same ping and the transition
color that we use at the beginning I'm just gonna be blending this the sides
out cuz you want it to be like a fade then I'm just gonna wear my brush again
and I'm taking a lighter shade here which I'm going to use this one right
here and I'm taking it under tip so not on the flat side of the brush actual tip
of the brush I'm just gonna go ahead and
shine bright like a diamond

Business Owner: Should You Change from a SIMPLE IRA to a 401(k)? - Duration: 6:17.
just like you wouldn't take this truck on the job to pour concrete at the Pro
Football Hall of Fame likewise there are other investment options beyond a simple
IRA for your expanding company. Hey there welcome back to my channel. So your
company has expanded and you are debating on whether to switch from a
simple IRA to a 401k, but what are the pros and what are the cons? A simple IRA
is a great way to get up and running for a business that just wants to start
giving some sort of benefit to their employees. There are reasons that you
would want to transition to a 401k. The first reason someone might want to
transition is that they have younger employees that are wanting to save
towards retirement. In a simple IRA you only have pre-tax dollars options so if
I'm in my 20s, my 30s, my 40s, I might be really interested in paying my taxes now
and not later in retirement. So a simple IRA just doesn't have that option, that
Roth option. In a 401k you can have that option. The second reason a person would
want to transition from a simple IRA to a 401k is that you're just able to
contribute more into it. Let's look at this from the high earners perspective.
If I am really looking for a tax deduction, saving towards retirement is a
great option. In a simple IRA as of 2018 you are able to contribute $12,500
towards retirement if you're 50 and older you're able to add an extra $3,000
on top of that. A 401k has increased deferral limits. So in 2018 you are able
to contribute up to $18,500 into your 401k if
you're 50 or older you have that catch-up contribution that you're
allowed to give of up to $6,000. So that person that's really either wanting to
sock away money towards retirement or they're a higher earner and they want to
get a really good tax deduction, a 401k gives higher limits that you can put in.
A third reason you might want to contribute to a 401k rather than a
simple ira is that you have expanded investment options. Most advisors try to
keep the simple ira pretty simple. They will have the simple IRA
direct with one investment company, let's say it's American Funds. American funds
does have diversified options - they'll have large
companies, small companies, companies that are geared for growth, companies that are geared
for income. But you can only stay within American Funds. American Funds has a very
specific way of investing. Maybe you want a couple different brands a couple
different competitors side-by-side. At Pleasant Wealth we work with 401ks that
have an open architecture platform. What does that mean? It means that you can
have just about any mutual fund option on that platform. You can really cater
the platform to have a bunch of different options that meet the needs of
the different types of employees that you have. You have an employee that just
wants to do indexing? Great you have a set of index funds. You have an employee that
doesn't really like to think about investments and they want to stay
completely hands-off? Great, they have target-date options. You have
an employee that just wants to choose how aggressive or conservative they are?
Great, we'll get the best option on that, too. The fourth perk of a 401k is that the
investments themselves are typically cheaper on the 401k platform rather than
the simple ira platform. I've highlighted a video before talking about the
different types of advisors that you can work with. A simple IRA is typically held
within the broker-dealer license. So you're working with Commission's.
Therefore it's the retail space for the mutual funds. They're a little bit more
expensive. On a 401k platform the pool of money that goes towards an investment is
pooled between the investment advisors all of their 401ks. So for Pleasant
Wealth, we are a Hummel wealth management advisor therefore any Hummel wealth
management advisior pool those resources to get the cheapest mutual funds out there.
So you might get an institutional share. The fifth and final perk of a 401k is
that it's just more customizable. A simple IRA think of it like a cookie
cutter option of a retirement plan. A vesting schedule can be added on the
401k platform that means that the employee needs to stay there a couple of
years before they get a hundred percent of the money that the company has put in
on their behalf. That saves the company a little bit of money if you have kind of
flighty employees. The company can add in a profit sharing bonus in a year so if
it's been an extraordinarily profitable year for a company then they are able to
add on top of the match that they normally do
just an extra bonus to the employees that gets dispersed. You can integrate
your HSA program for your company onto that 401k platform. If you're someone
that doesn't necessarily use all of your HSA dollars but you max it out every
year you can start investing that within that 401k platform. So what's the catch?
If 401ks are so great, why do we start out with a simple IRA to begin? A simple
IRA comes with zero extra costs to the employer
other than the match that they give to the employee. On a 401k there's some
extra fees attached to it for the administrative side of the plan so the
plan has to file a 5500 form which is a tax form, and you have to have a third
party file that for you. You need an accountant to do that. That costs money.
Additionally there are some testing that's done on the plan to make sure
that it is not skewed to benefit the employer more so than the employees. It
just adds a little bit of complexity to the employer more so than the simple IRA
may have. Alright friends, that's all I have for today thank you so much for

you have a younger subset of employees that are asking for a Roth option or
possibly you just need a higher tax deduction, a 401 K can be a great option
for you. Just like you want to have the right concrete pumper for the right job

During FDM 3D printing a part is built by extruding molten plastic layer by layer until
you have a finished structure.
Especially when working with higher temperature plastics, warping can become an issue.
Warping is the phenomenon, that your print deforms due to internal stresses, releasing
from the building platform and therefore ruining your part.
But what's the reason for warping?
Let me demonstrate you this effect with a simple experiment.
We all know that materials usually contract when they cool down.
Our 3D printing materials are mostly extruded at over 200°C and then cool down and solidify
which makes some shrink quite a bit.
A piece of tape represents a layer that is printed.
I simulate the material shrinkage by pre-stretching it and then sticking it to the table.
Every subsequent layer will now pull on the lower layers.
At some point the connection to the table is not good enough anymore and our simulated
3D printed part releases from the table and warps.
There you have it!
This is why 3D prints warp.
How you can prevent this problem is a topic for another video.
