Holiday Inn Warsaw City Center - IHG Hotel Review by MartinTheVlogger - Duration: 7:26.
this is the hotel review about a Holiday Inn Warsaw in Poland I'm Martin and I do
stay around 120 150 nights a year in hotels for many many years this is a
brand new hotel it been open at the beginning of 2018 or or late December
2017 it used to be a different Holiday Inn more closer to the city center but
now I know why they get rid of that strategic position and why they have
this brand new hotel here position wise this hotel is situated in the business
area so I do believe it will be more like business oriented Hotel so that way
is basically the city center and you are able to get there by just walking in 15
minutes or 10 minutes most of you I believe will come here probably by by
plane but if you are coming here by car be prepared about one thing the parking
it's under neath of the hotel of course but you need to use the lift and these
are the dimensions and just you know make sure your card will fit and now
let's go inside it's pretty cool here we're gonna have a break-y
the breakfast positively surprised usually holiday in doesn't have that as
much options to choose from depends on the hotel of course but everything it's
in here the kitchen is open so you can see how they prepare the food
you see how clean it is nice area modern and fresh and as you can see I went for very
healthy breakfast and in general the food that I was having yesterday I was
having burger and the night before I was having steak sandwich and some bites I'm
not a food critic but the burger was a little bit plain the steak sandwich was
super smelly because of the cheese but price-wise it's something that I
would expect from the hotel like this in Poland so eight nine ten Euro for
burger sandwich it's normal thing now I will finish my breakfast and we're gonna
go to the room to see how it looked like I will stop in the
gym
it's a little bit of disappointment but in general you can go and practice for
30 minutes after hard work and get back it's it's clean tidy but nothing special
and I'll show you now my room I booked a standard room and I was
getting upgrade to executive
it's not any big room but it's spacious the TV here at its Samsung and it's very
good quality of the TV is not any cheap thing coffee so it's for free
minibar aria with the coffee thing minibar it's included in the price when
you are upgraded the room in general is not big but it fulfills your needs if
you want to go over sleep plenty of you know plug-ins for your chargers so
that's nice the interior it's very modern I don't know if that wall will be
still modern in a couple of years but that's that's I'm not the interior
designer they're using the space as much as possible so roll up doors and you
have your you know Closet in here so that's nice and respect to the bathroom
the the floor it's heated so that's a good thing and shower it spacious it's
fresh and it's clean it's modern the only thing I'm missing is that you don't
have any separate air vents or you know that fan it's a small room and if you
are here with someone you know all these kind of noises from the bathroom it
should be probably or could be good if you have a separate fan okay so what is
the final outcome if we will have a look on on the ihg app we will find a hotel will
use current location in order to be fair let's put it from one month from now
so you can see the price is roughly around 470 600 or 800 for for the most
kind of most luxurious room I had also something like 130 euros per night
it included breakfast it's a very fresh modern it fulfills my requirements
and one big thing I have to say when I came in and I was checking in I have
noticed that the staff it's really nice and really polite at the bar when I was
ordering food the food was coming just like that again the staff was very
polite for example have a look at this small tiny thing but these kind of small
things make the difference I mean what how difficult is to write something like
this I wrote them back I gave them of course tips whoever is responsible for
this great job as I said overall I will give this also eight points out of ten
but very good eight points just because of the little bit of the food taste the
smaller gym the smaller rooms in in general but for the hotel that it's just
just designed and built for four managers to come to oversleep and go for
another meetings at the great hotel for for decent value so thank you very much
for watching and remember always have fun

Review: Million Onion Hotel - Peace Peace YAY! - Duration: 3:02.
Game: Onion Time!
Hello! My name is Tom, I'm a disappointment to my family, and this is
my Poop Gamer review for Million Onion Hotel
Million Onion Hotel is the clearest example I can find a simple and very
old-fashioned mechanics elevated purely by creative aesthetic. At its heart, the
game is a simple version of Wack-a-Mole. Simply tap where you need to tap, score
points, and extend your time to get more points. But this surface level simplicity
conceals a complexity that steadily builds until you find yourself trying to
remember how everything works like a fast-paced game of Simon. Every type of
sprite reacts differently to taps and not tapping, and there are a lot of them
to remember.
Where the charm of Million Onion Hotel really shines is creating a fun and
weird story to loosely tie it all together.
None of it 'appears' to make sense at first, but the promise of more to come
makes learning its mechanics all the more rewarding, and you are rewarded with
amusing unlockable descriptions to help flesh out this world of madness that I
really can't keep myself from coming back to. All that said, this might not be
the ideal pooper for you. The game session I recorded to get footage for
this review is almost 20 minutes long, and while Million Onion Hotel is
definitely a game you can enjoy while "Hunting the Brown October," you should
definitely revisit it to get the most out of the experience. It is worth noting
that reloading the game will bring it back to where you left off, so don't
feel pressured to finish before if you wipe. Million Onion Hotel has plenty of
depth for those who look for it, making it more than worth the $4 asking price, but
unless you want to dive in for more after a few initial sessions, you may
find experience shallow. Grab a coffee or two, sit a while, and your patience may be
rewarded. For more reviews for the loo, check out poopgamer.com

Sound Proofing Hotel Windows Near a Roaring Train Track - Duration: 5:22.
As any traveler knows, no matter how good
the continental breakfast is, or how cozy
the bed, if outside noises are keeping
you up, the chances of a return visit
are slim to none.
My name is Pam I am a marketing director and
I find myself traveling a lot and I'm
staying at the hotel today as I'm
visiting here in the Washington DC area.
When I checked in and I was here in the
lobby and I looked at the window and I
saw the trains I was initially concerned.
I'm hearing traffic noise, just regular
cars passing by, accelerating away from a
traffic light.
We had a train horn.
Even within just the train noise
there's, there's engine noise, there's
wheels on the track noise, there's sort of
the vibration noise of the cars as
they sort of bump down the tracks,
there's the hum of the motors, there's a
lot of different components to all those
things that make the acoustic signature
of each source.
So before ground broke for this hotel in
Alexandria, Virginia the builder made
sure they kept the outside noise from
disturbing their future guests.
The owner of the hotel asked us to help
him understand what the implications
of having a Metrorail right next to
the project would be, they knew they
wanted a hotel here, and they knew they
could make that work, but they needed our
help to really understand what those
windows needed to be, how we were gonna
source them, and what that would sound
like.
But how can you predict how loud
noise will be without a building or even a
window.
at the facade where that where the
building was going to be built we
measured noise levels of just over a
hundred decibels, which is really quite,
quite an impactful sound level.
As an acoustic consultant one of
Chris's many roles during pre-construction is
to connect his clients with
companies who can offer the best in acoustical
window solutions.
The performance that we're
talking about in this window really
limits the number of companies that can,
that can do this and as we had worked
with St. Cloud on another project I sort
of reached out and discussed what the
performance was-- it's a challenge-- that
the construction is quite significant,
and the design and testing requirements
and validation is quite a process to
go through.
After taking several bids, St.
Cloud window beat out the competition.
Project has very substantial acoustic
requirements to begin with, and the
windows that were selected, it has very
high sound attenuating characteristics,
and also very high thermal performance
values.
When it came time to install the
guestroom windows St. Cloud set to work keeping
form and function in mind.
We live in a very noisy
world and obviously you've come to a
hotel room as a room of refuge, and, and
you want a peaceful environment--
someplace where you can sleep well,
concentrate on your work, or whatever it
is that you're doing in the room-- but you
also want to look out and see what's
going on around you.
St. Cloud has been designing and manufacturing aluminum windows
and door products for more than 60 years,
with an expertise in historical window
replacement, and acoustic windows for
effective noise control.
The windows work
because it's comprised of two layers of
glass, one is an insulating glass, so it
provides some good energy conservation,
the other one is more of the attenuated
feature, and that's a heavy laminated
glass, and that's on the inside and the
space that separates those is about six
inches of dead air space and it's the
the barrier of glass to glass and the
airspace between them that actually
creates the attenuating features of the
window-- That difference in exterior noise
to interior noise.
In the inner lining of the
window you'll see some perforated
aluminum, and behind that aluminum is
foam and the purpose of that is to
absorb any noise that is reflecting in
between the two lights of glass inside
of the cavity.
The luxury of quiet is very important to
me.
My room was beautifully quiet, I had a
good night's sleep, I did not hear
anything last night in regards to the
trains.
Chris can rest easy knowing all
his hard work paid off with the help of
St. Cloud windows.
Starting the project
and seeing it through from you know from
that initial measurement, where we
defined how loud it really was and sort
of started to understand what a challenge we had in front of us
it was fascinating, and now you know a
number of years later to see the building
operating, it's a successful business, the
guests seemed happy-- I certainly had a
great sleep and that was uninterrupted
by any noise so I'm proud to have worked
on something so challenging.
As populations expand, residential
and commercial buildings will keep
moving closer to busy highways, and
rail lines, which means more demand for
acoustical windows and that's something
that makes Kacey very happy.
I'm not gonna lie to you I
love noisy cities.

Phil Collins performs from chair after leaving hotel with a walking stick following dramatic fall
Phil Collins performed from a chair on Friday due to his poor health, after falling in a hotel where he hit his head. The performance for his for his 17,000 fans at the Puerto Rico Coliseum came after the singer was spotted leaving his hotel with a walking stick.
But nothing could stop him from busting out his air guitar firmly seated.
The fall meant that Phil had to cancel the remaining London dates of his tour after more than a ten year break from touring.
However Phil still managed to put on a spectacular show for his 17,000 fans at the Puerto Rico Coliseum on Friday.
The 67-year-old is embarking on his south American tour after worrying fans when he was forced to cancel London dates last summer.
Advertisement Advertisement In June, Phil, concerned fans when he cancelled gigs after receiving a nasty gash on the head when he tripped on his way to his hotel bathroom; the two Royal Albert Hall dates were then rescheduled for November 2017.
He was kept in hospital overnight for observation after he unerwent surgery to the wound on his forehead.
At the time of his accident, it was revealed on his Facebook page that he suffers from 'drop foot', which makes it difficult to walk and contributed to the mishap.
The musician returned to stage a week later following his injury, resuming his tour in Germany at the Lanxess arena in Cologne with a plaster on his head.
In December Phil worried fans again when he was pictured looking frail, making a visit to a hospital in Newcastle hours before his UK show.
He was admitted to Freemans Hospital in Newcastle on Saturday night but the Against All Odds singer reportedly only spent just over two hours there before he left to perform his show at the Newcastle Arena.
