A SIMPLE PICTURE BY MEDIA INKS
Punch the tube of the alcohol-based Media inks before usage
Use brown, toffee, honey, sunbeam, topaz-blue, morning glory and turquoise blue colors on the painting
Paint a 18 x 24 cm painting canvas by cracking paste primer to create a shiny, watertight base
Fill Media ink diluent to an empty pen-spray
Spray some spots to the canvas...
and begin dripping Media ink to the surface. Use yellow and brown colors first
Spray diluent to the surface again, and then rise every side of the canvas to run the colors
Spray some more diluent to the canvas and drip the three different blue shades
Spray diluent to the canvas again and run the blue colors now
Rotate the canvas to blur these inks in every direction
Accelerate blurring by adding more diluent
Dry the surface by a hairdryer to create more exciting mixing
Rise one side of the canvas and run yellow and brown media inks down from one edge
Then turn it and run blue colors down from the other edge
Wait until drying and then put a poppy stencil on the base, and apply white cracking paste onto it
Apply only spots of paste at the edges, or you can even omit some parts of the pattern
Remove the stencil. As the paste dries, the crackles appear
You can accelerate the process by a hairdryer

Simple Test Meter PZEM-004 & ESP8266 Platform IoT Ubidots : PDAControl - Duration: 5:30.
Let's look at some previous documentation
Some time ago I did some tests with the platform Ubidots
Start by indicating how to create an account and then how to send sensor data with ESP8266
Our already known hardware a PZEM-004 meter and an ESP8266 NodeMCU Module
Our 110VAC AC load a heater heater for water
The current transformer in one of the cables of our AC load
The platform Ubidots has 2 versions for Industrial & Education, in this case we will use the version "for education"
We have modified the Arduino IDE code to request data from the PZEM meter and send data to Ubidots, available on Github "JhonControl"
I have designed a dashboard and it is already communicating with esp8266-pzem004, to see how I designed it to look at previous tutorials about Ubidots in the channel or the attached documentation
The 4 variables are Online
We add one more "widgets" to our dashboards
List the current "current"
let's connect the AC load and let's look at the answer
let's organize a little, keep in mind not to send data so often to the platform if it is not necessary, I would recommend 5, 10 or every 15 minutes
this dashboard looks very good, remember that there is a cost in credits of the platform, similar to "energy" in blynk
It is a more eye-catching, very eye-catching platform I hope to be able to do more detailed tests, and the excellent consumption meter
In a few steps you can design excellent dashboards and have a lot of widgets, more documentation in the description, greetings

simple buck converter modification - Duration: 7:48.
one of my patreon asked me a question the other day with these adjustable buck
regulators you know the cheap ones and ones based on the lm-2 596 can you build
it inside something but then extend the wires on the little blue potentiometer
to put it in a more convenient location so you can adjust it front to the case
my answer was well probably but just give me a minute so for that minute I'm
gonna try the experiment and just see what happens now first of all I've been
digging through the datasheet a little bit and to make the adjustable version
of this which is of course what it is to make the adjustment you need to create a
low voltage divider between pin four which is the feedback pin and the output
and ground in this case they're using a fixed resistor to ground just see if we
can see it here so pin four is the as the feedback pin and ground is getting
there looks like it's what a 330 ohm resistor I'm not sure precisely where it
is but the potentiometer in this case a 103 or 10k pot is between pin 4 and D
how can I do this without actually getting in the way there pin 4 and the
output which well it says the 20k then find B like that
oh come on man work with me here hmm any other would just measure across the
pot because that'll do the same thing that's why I'm in the wrong range what
really like this meter just pay me off this little arranging he's my Old
Faithful keep a pocket meter here okay sooo pin four to the output was about
1700 or so crank it up you get the idea right it's just a serious resistance I'm
not gonna carry too carried away on that okay where was i before I wandered off
into the ditch so basically all this is it's only using
two pins of it the third pin isn't going anywhere and the two pins are the center
pin in one end one end goes to pin four which is the feedback pin and the other
point the wiper goes to the output and that puts the 300 ohm resistor plus an
internal resistor inside this thing creates a voltage divider which gives it
a sample of the output voltage back in against this reference and blah blah so
bottom line there's no high frequency going near near this capacitor because
the the freaking the switching frequency is smoothed out by the output capacitor
before it gets back into here and there's there's insignificant current
coming through here because there's the internal resistor is about a 2k and the
external one is 300 ohms we figured and this thing can be anywhere from 0 to 10
K this is not a huge amount of capacitive current flowing through there
which makes sense because this cheesy little potentiometer can't
do high-current anyway so to the experiment I should have hit that
warming up earlier that was easy cutting around okay so now that I got that off
there oh I'm going to add on some layers of arbitrary length let's use this
now where's the ends
and I don't need all three connections or don't think I'm going to use the
manually just that's what it looks pretty
okay once the improving doing anything on camera is ten times harder so those
are all in there there's the other end of this here we go
so what did they say orange to the middle pick up some solder and then
booing like to either end okay so I got it all soldered together I got my
lengths of wire here potentiometer up there of course he beats any 10k pot you
don't have to use the one that took off the board mm I've got 12 volts coming in
here from my little power supply over there well Toph went for three actually
so I'm gonna turn that on 11 volts out of there and that's tank this down
that's working see how low can we go 1 volt 1.2 seems to be so that's 10% of
the input voltage
crank bump should be within a vault of the input voltage at the top of the
range okay so there's the top of the range 11.76 so that's quarter well this
is twelve point four so that's 3/4 of a hole give or take all right
so there is your answer can you extend that yes you can
is it easy well it depends on your soldering skills it's kind of fiddly
getting that off there but once you do yeah you can extend it for at least that
was far I mean it doesn't seem to have any ill effects hope that answered your
question thanks for watching talk to you later

How To Gain Confidence Instantly With A Few Simple Power Moves ~ Pre Meeting Prep - Duration: 3:59.
Hello my name is Carmen Payne, and I am the owner and creator of SOAR!
Transformational Life Coaching, and welcome to this episode of "Carmen's
Coaching Corner." Today's episode I'm going to focus on how to instantly boost
your confidence, your self-confidence. So say for example that you have a job
interview, a sales meeting, or customer meeting, or a networking event that you
you're attending ,and you're just not feeling very confident about the whole
thing, and you're kind of stressed about it because you feel like you may be
judged, or evaluated during during that experience. So this technique was
researched by Amy Cuddy who's a social psychologist and I've also included the
link to her video with in the comments with this episode. So what she found is
if you adopt a power pose for just two minutes, it will decrease your cortisol
which is your stress hormone, and increase your testosterone which is your
dominance hormone and make you go into that situation far less stressed, and a lot
more confident, and be much more calm, and collected about the whole thing, and
really show up as the best version of you. So this very simple technique is
basically to stand for two minutes in a power pose, or sit in a power pose. Now if
you're sitting you can adopt this power pose, basically your arms, behind you your
hands behind your head for two minutes, or you can adopt the superhero pose, or I
like to call the Wonder Woman pose for two minutes, and just standing for two
minutes in this pose actually helps to reduce both reduce your cortisol and
increase your testosterone testosterone, and what I also like to add to this pose
is the mantra, "I have value, and I am valuable", and so what I do is I stand in
a private place, or if I'm in my car I'll sit in my car
right in a in a quiet place, and just for two minutes adopt a power pose and say, "I
have value, I am valuable. I have value, I am valuable." Actually just
did this I recent seminar that I went to. There was very many like leaders of the
community here in Phoenix, and the state of Arizona and I was feeling a little
intimidated, and a little stressed about it. And so what I did was I
went into the bathrooms, I adopted the power pose for two minutes, and I said
the mantra, "I have value, and I am valuable" and as I left that bathroom I
felt so much more confident, I showed up in a totally different way whereas
before I was keeping myself small and kind of shrinking away, and not really
socializing with anybody which is completely what not to do at a
networking event, and I can't tell you what who I, you know, how many people I
attracted to me who wanted to come and talk to me because I literally had
showed up completely differently as to how I had arrived. So try this process,
it's literally just two minutes on the spot self-confidence boost with the
mantra, "I have value, I am valuable". Okay? So just two minutes of your time
completely change the way you show up, and maybe land that interview,
that sale, gain that customer right, any situation like that. So give this process
a go. Let me know how it worked out for you. If you have another tip on this
self confidence boosting technique that you could like to share
please add that to the comments at the bottom of this video, and as in as always
in love and light to your transformation Carmen. To get started please call, or
email me, or schedule an appointment on my website.

spring is here and it's time to get your RV ready for the road cleaning the roof
of your RV doesn't have to be any pending back-breaking chore removing the
buildup of dirt chalk and other pollutants can be done simply and easily
by washing the roof of your RV this is the most cost effective way to preserve
the roof of your RV saving you time and money this may not be one of the most
glamorous and fun-filled jobs but it will help to make your home on wheels
look that much better speaking of cleaning if you haven't already check
out this video right up here where we show you how to clean the exterior of
your RV here are some helpful tips for Washington's roof of your RV always
start at the front of your RV and work your way back to the ladder
don't try and wash the roof all at once break it down into sections this will
help to ensure an even clean to the roof of your RV take small steps and look
before moving there are a lot of things up there that you can step into and
cause damage or results and they follow so some of the items that you're going
to need to get started with this you're gonna need a soft bristle brush you can
get these about anywhere your norm online or an amazon you can also get
them at Walmart the convenience stores so check out and
see which one is best for you we like to use the soft Brussels round up a bottle
of pressurized bottle and it has you can fill that up with your solution water
your cleaning solution it has a end that once you get a pressurized it'll help to
distribute the soap on evenly onto the surface that you're working on another
piece that you're going to need is a hose we like to use the collapsible ones
for our RV that way is easier to store and a rinse wand we gotta use a bucket
or in our case we're using an old trash can that's been cleaned out let's get to
it the first step we're going to do is wet the surface down next step we're
gonna do is gonna apply the cleaning solution our next up is we're going to
be using our scrub brush and we're just going to make some passes on the roof
and for the next partner we're just gonna rinse it all up and as
you can see I'm gonna go ahead and move this over here so you can see the
difference between the two this is the side that we treated first or clean
first and then that's the side that needs to be done yet now we're gonna
want to take extra care when cleaning around these areas because this is where
we're gonna be checking here after we've been cleaning to ensures that the dye
core is in good working order so the more that you can clean that air those
areas where the dye car is already at the better accurate will be able to
identify the dark cars that has needs to be fixed or replaced
what's that fit what's it been oh yeah don't forget to shut the vents in the
windows otherwise she'll get mad
Laurie and I would like to thank you for following along with us today and if you
know someone that would benefit from watching this video go ahead and share
this video with them and if you have it head over to three-tails RV comm where
you will find more posts and projects over there until next time remember live

Simple English for Beginners | My Bed (With Subtitles) - Duration: 7:09.
I love my bed.
Hello everybody. It's your favorite professor. What is my name? Kyle, exactly.
And if you don't know, I am the favorite English professor of the Spanish speaking peoples of Latin America.
And this is a simple English video for beginners from whatever part of the world.
And today, I want to talk about...my bed.
Do you love your bed? I love me bed a lot.
Do I love my bed a little? No, I don't love me bed a little. I love my bed a lot.
And in my bed I can do many things, many important things.
The most important thing I can do in my bed is sleep. I can sleep in my bed.
So, can I run on my bed? No, no, no. I can't run on my bed. I can sleep in my bed. Much better.
And what can I do in my bed? What can I do in my bed? I can sleep, I can sleep in my bed. Exactly.
And my bed is very soft. I have a very soft bed. My bed is very soft.
Is my bed hard? No. My bed isn't hard. My bed is soft.
What is my bed? How is my bed? My bed is soft, exactly. Is my bed soft? Yes, my bed is soft. Of course it's soft.
And of course, you need things on your bed. You need a pillow. You need a pillow on your bed.
And when you sleep, you put your head on your pillow. You put your head on your pillow, exactly.
What do you put your head on when you sleep? Exactly, you put your head on the pillow. You put your head on the pillow when you sleep?
Yes, of course. You put your head on the pillow when you sleep. And I am from Canada and Canada is cold. So I need blankets.
I got one, two, three. I got three blankets. Three blankets to keep myself warm.
So in Canada, what do we need to keep ourselves warm? Blankets, exactly. We need blankets to keep ourselves warm. And do I have two blankets?
No. I don't have two blankets. I have how many blankets? I have three blankets, exactly.
And when I sleep, I need to go under my blankets to get in my bed. So, what do I have to get under when I want to go to sleep?
I need to get under my blankets when I go to sleep, exactly.
I need to get under my blankets if I want to get in my bed. And besides sleeping, I can do other things in my bed.
Before I go to sleep, I like to read a book. So I sit down on my bed, create a little chair, and read a book.
Read a book before I go to bed. It's very relaxing, very relaxing.
So, do I watch television before I go to bed? Maybe you do, but do I? No I don't watch television before I do to bed. I read a book before I go to bed.
Exactly. What do I do before I go to bed? Read a book. Yes. Before I go to bed, I read a book. And of course, sometimes, during the day, if you are really tired, you can take a nap.
You can take a nap in your bed. So, a nap is a really short sleep. Normally ten, fifteen, twenty minutes long. A nap.
So what else can you do in your bed besides reading and sleeping? You can take a nap, exactly. And our naps, are they long or are they short?
They are very short, exactly. Naps are short. Only ten, fifteen, twenty minutes, exactly.
And, of course, if you have a cute boy or girl in your bed (in my case a cute girl) you can do other things.
Do you know what those things are? Shhhh, don't say it.
And that's it for today's simple English video. Thank you for watching the video. Subscribe to the channel if you have not subscribed. Like the video if you liked the video.
And as always, I will talk to you soon my dear, dear students.

I will leave the link da Gleam in the description
There are several ways to enable
how many more ways do you have to win
It's important to share on social networks.
Let's start the project.
the wood that I will use, is 15 mm plywood
I used a hacksaw to do the drawing
After doing the drawing, I cut all the way around with the tico
I'll cut the handle, and I made 10mm holes in the corners
so that the blade of the saw entered
to cut your interior
I cut on the bench saw to get a right cut
and I ended the cut with this saw
I passed a sandpaper 120 across the piece
I'll improve the inside of the handle
I'll use a rascal.
I was careful to put a piece of plywood on each side
so as not to chip the plywood
to finish this phase I spent a sandpaper 180
I customized this piece with my mark and passed a varnish
It was a simple but meaningful project.
is a part that helps us improve our safety and even in the precision of the cut

How to Make Simple Basil Pesto | The Stay At Home Chef - Duration: 2:00.
Today on The Stay At Home Chef
I'm showing you how to make
Simple Basil Pesto
Pesto is super easy to make and it's also super flavorful
It's a great use for all of that summer basil in your garden
or it's great to freshen things up in the winter time
To start place 2 cups of loosely packed fresh basil leaves
into a blender or food processor
Then you'll need 1/2 cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese
and I like to use the good parmesan for this
so just sprinkle that on in
You'll also need 3 cloves of garlic
and those can be whole garlic cloves
Then you'll need 1/3 cup of good quality extra virgin olive oil
and 1/4 cup of whole pine nuts
Now pine nuts can be a little bit pricey I understand
I buy them from the bulk bins at my grocery store
so I only have to buy exactly what I need
but if they're still too pricey you can also use the
same amount of either walnuts or pecans whichever one is cheaper
Then we're going to pop the lid on
and blend
You should end up with a nice smooth pesto mixture
If you want to thin it out a little bit more
just add a little bit more olive oil until you reach
your desired consistency
I'm just going to scoop mine into a jar
so that I can store it in the fridge
This will stay good in the fridge for 3 to 5 days
and you can use it as a spread for sandwiches
for pizza, for pasta, for gnocchi
It's just so good, you are going to love it!
Thanks for watching!

Simple. Hard. Effective. This is Barbell Logic. - Duration: 1:11.
In a world full of shallow Instagram models, butt implants, meathead steroid
freaks, and guys in banana hammocks having beauty pageants with each other,
it's time someone brought intelligence logic and reason to the fitness industry.
Our focus is on strength, health and longevity because we don't really care
about taking pictures of our butts for social media, even though there's nothing
wrong with wanting to look better. We want that too - we want something more,
something deeper. We want to dig for gold not rake for leaves. Our goal is to
present strength and fitness in a very systematic, logical progression through
strength, conditioning and nutrition starting at the most basic foundational
concepts and then methodically moving into more complex ideas as we progress.
We'll present that information in a relatable and understandable way so that
each video builds on the last. So let's start at the very beginning - a very good
place to start. This is Barbell Logic.

【MUKBANG】 THE ULTIMATE "TKG" [Egg On Rice With One Simple Touch Of Salt] 5.4Kg [7200kcal][Use CC] - Duration: 5:18.
Hello it's Kinoshita Yuka ( English subtitles by ~Aphexx~ )
so today! tadaa I've made eggs and rice
I tried this new recipe that tweaked things just slightly that makes things apparently very yummy
alrighty lets get cookin
These are the ingredients egg rice salt
Boil some water
Drop the eggs into the water
Let them warm for over 2 minutes
Time may change depending on the size of the eggs and pot
but generally for eggs taken right out of a refrigerator it should be 2min for large eggs and 1.5m for medium
And once they're cooked take them out
I will be using 20 eggs
Add salt to the rice according to your taste
and now for the eggs that have been warmed up
look they've been slightly cooked
tadaa thats all that there is to it
tadaa its done
they've been warmed up slightly and the egg whites have just begun to start coming together
and its flavored with just salt
things flavored plainly with salt give off a more adult feel to things
I look forward to trying this itadakimasu
So instead of mixing these up all at once I'm going to pop these yolks individually as I eat
pop the yolk and scoop up the yolk along with the rice
It looks so yummy
its super delish
You can really taste the egg and really taste the rice as well
Since its flavored with only salt it really brings out the simple flavors in this
With it covered in egg yolk its so rich tasting it
makes you really want to eat this with yummy strains of rice
I've got 9 cups of rice and 1 kilogram of miso soup for today
The egg whites are partially cooked
Rice and miso soup pair nicely together
When you flavor this with soy sauce it takes over the flavor of the whole dish
since this uses only salt it brings out the sweetness of the rice
The egg yolk is so very rich
It's so nice and mellow
( RAW EGGS TOTES SAFE IN JAPAN do not be concerned as she "not gonna die" these eggs are safe from salmonella and don't "smell" )
This tastes great with salt alone but I wonder how this would taste with some pepper
It smells amazing
you can really taste the pepper in this
the pepper flavor really shines
I had this truffle salt lying around so I decided to give it a try
It really does smell like truffles It's got such a wonderful aroma
makes me want to use it on a dish that really allows the salt to shine
well its not like what I'm doing is considered cooking
Doesn't it look so yummy
it makes it taste so exquisite
Last mouthful itadakimasu
gochisosamadeshita this gourmet take on egg on rice was so delish
I really enjoyed the slightly cooked egg in this the egg whites took on a different mouthfeel
I love popping open those rich and mild tasting egg yolks as well
And since we flavored it with only salt It allowed for the inherent flavors to come out
I'm thinking I might prefer it this way over using soy sauce
It was also so very easy to cook the eggs
It was all so yummy and EZ to make won't you all plese give it a try as well
And as always thank you for watching if there's anything You want me to do or eat please tell me in the comments

A Better Way to Organize Keys, Mail and Photos | Home Made Simple | Oprah Winfrey Network - Duration: 3:02.
So I have noticed your mother has keys,
pictures, magnets everywhere.
Oh yes.
ERICA DOMESEK: We're going to make her a key, mail, photo
organizer board.
EDDIE: Sounds good to me.
To get started, we need some essential things.
I have this MDF board here that we've
already pre-cut and painted.
We have a metallic board.
What we need to do first is mark this.
We want to make sure that we know exactly
where our screws are going.
If you just want to mark the edges.
EDDIE: So they're both about a 1/2 inch on each side.
Perfect.
This is definitely a two-person project,
I'd say, because we're going to need the both of us
to flip this over. EDDIE: Oh, yes.
One, two, three.
Now, I'm going to give you--
The fun drill.
The fun drill.
And we're just going to go right through both layers.
Nice.
Great.
EDDIE: So let's flip this back over.
- You got it? - Yes.
OK. Does it feel sturdy to you?
Yeah, feels real sturdy.
Great, perfect.
Now, I want this one to be flush.
Don't worry about the seam, I have a plan for that later.
I think your mom's going to love this.
She's really a storyteller, and her family
just means the most to her.
So this is really going to be an opportunity
that she can continue to tell those stories
through her photos.
Every photo that she has has a story behind it.
When we were younger, we were moving from house to house.
We stored a lot of photos into a garage.
And there was a big old flooding.
She lost a lot of photos, a lot of memories.
So all the photos that she has now mean a lot to her.
ERICA DOMESEK: I can imagine.
Well, I think she's really going to appreciate this.
Perfect.
Pretty good to me.
We're going to use the cork.
This is going to go right on the bottom,
and we're going to do three squares,
so it's really going to mask the seam here.
We're going to use the glue.
Maybe a big X in the center?
Flip this over.
But I'm going to center it right in the middle.
I'm going to press down, do you want to grab another square?
Next up, we've got the mail holder.
Center this to the top.
Perfect.
This is for all of the family keys, all the spare keys.
So now, this is the fun part.
We get to accessorize our board with all your family photos.
Looks pretty good.
ERICA DOMESEK: For more projects just like this,
you can go to homemadesimple.com.
The great part about it is that we have all this open,
because I know there are so many more memories that you guys are
just going to keep creating.
This looks incredible. What do you think?
I think it looks awesome.
