World Cup 2018 England earnings: How much do England players get paid? - Duration: 5:28.
Fans have more to see from England in the World Cup, as they are guaranteed to progress to the knockout rounds
Tonight's match against Belgium will decide who finishes top of Group G and will determine who each team will face in the next round
It will be a tricky match for England, with Belgium bringing powerful Premier League players such as Kevin De Bruyne and Eden Hazard
There have been shocks throughout the World Cup, with Germany eliminated before the knockout stages for the first time since 1938
Italy, who won the tournament in 2006, failed to make it to the tournament after a shock defeat to Sweden in the qualifiers
The competition's winning team will receive £28 million in prize money from FIFA, with 2nd, 3rd and 4th place teams receiving £21million, £18million and £16million respectively
This means for World Cup winners, each player in the 23 man squad would pocket a cool £1
2million. It isn't all lost for those who have failed to get past the group stages, however, with teams failing to progress receiving £6
1million. Any team eliminated from the round 16 stage will receive £9.1million, with all World Cup teams given £1
1million to prepare for the tournament. England's team is packed with strong Premier League players, with captain Harry Kane scoring five goals in the tournament so far
The top England Premier League players have salaries to match, with the 23 man squad's weekly earnings adding up to a staggering £2,095,000
Kane is the most played footballer in the England squad, earning a hefty £200,000 per week playing for Tottenham Hotspur
Closely following Kane is Manchester City's Raheem Sterling who earns £175,000 per week
On the lower end of the scale are Liverpool's Trent Alexander-Arnold who receives £40,000 per week and Nick Pope, whose weekly wages at Burnley are £25,000
England players are also given a salary by the English Football Association (FA) for playing in international tournaments, although this is significantly less than a Premier League age
Usually, England players receive around £1,500 for a winning match/qualifier/friendly, £1,000 for a draw and £500 for a defeat
This rate increases for competitions like the World Cup, however, the England squad have a history of donating this to charity
One such charity that benefits from the players' donations is the England Footballers Foundation support Cancer Research
FA chief Martin Glenn previously disclosed that England players don't pocket earnings when playing for their country
He said: "I get absolutely indignant about the suggestion that players when they play for England, don't really care because it's not anything like my experience
"They don't take a penny in match fees, they give it to charity." Here is the full list of Premier League weekly salaries of England players: Harry Kane, Tottenham Hotspur - £200,000 Raheem Sterling, Manchester City - £175,000 Gary Cahill, Chelsea - £130,000 Kyle Walker, Manchester City - £130,000 Jamie Vardy, Leicester City - £120,000 Danny Welbeck, Arsenal - £115,000 Ashley Young, Manchester United - £110,000 Jordan Henderson, Liverpool - £110,000 Jesse Lingard, Manchester United - £100,000 John Stones, Manchester City - £100,000 Jordan Pickford, Everton - £90,000 Fabian Delph, Manchester City - £90,000 Dele Alli, Tottenham Hotspur - £75,000 Eric Dier, Tottenham Hotspur - £75,000 Harry Maguire - £75,000 Jack Butland - £60,000 Phil Jones - £60,000 Ruben Loftus-Cheek - £60,000 Danny Rose, Tottenham Hotspur - £60,000 Marcus Rashford Leicester City - £50,000 Kieran Trippier, Tottenham Hotspur - £45,000 Trent Alexander-Arnold, Liverpool - £40,000 Nick Pope, Burnley - £25,000

How much RAM do you need in 2018? - Duration: 2:42.
Hey, yo!
What is going on guys. This is Omair Iqbal Kayani coming to you live from Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
For those who didn't know, all my videos come with the subtitles.
So for those of you who cannot stand my horrible accent, turn on the subtitles if you haven't
already.
Now let's begin the video shall we.
How much RAM do I need?
This is an everlasting question.
Everlasting because this has been asked since the dawn of time.
Well, not exactly the dawn of time, but yeah....you get the point.
Back in the day the question was is 64MB enough? then the question became, is 128MB enough?
then 512MB, then 1GB, then 2GB, then 4 and now 8.
Surprisingly the basic answer to the question has stayed the same all these years and that
answer is....it depends on what you intend to do with it.
They are two main things to consider when talking about RAM.
One is the total amont of RAM and the other is the awkward DDR stuff.
We'll come back to the DDR part later, but for now let's focus on the amount of RAM you
will need in gigabytes.
If you are a light user who is not big on gaming or does not need a powerful video editor
then you will do just fine with even a 4 gigabytes stick.
Yes, I just said 4 GB.
However, if you are ....qoute on qoute a heavy-user....by which I mean you do gaming, you do video editing,
you run a virtulization software, like virtualbox or virtual machine OR you try to impress your
non-tech friends with your nerdy skills then the answer is: the more the better with an
8GB as a starting point.
Seriously, at least 8GB is what you are going to need if you are a power-user.
I am sorry, but that's how things are in the year 2018.
You cannot get away with having less then 8gb of RAM if you are a power user.
And now the DDR part.
Like the more memory you have in GB the better....the more DDR's you have also equates to better
performance.
Just like more RAM basically allows you to carry more data in the temporary memory space,
more DDR's mean your computer will process the data faster resulting in a better performance.
In the future I will make a video to explain what the hell DDR is and what's the difference
between DDR, DDR2, DDR3 and DDR4.
But that will do for now.

What is Whey Protein Protein Shake.....Do you know about whey protien ..Full segmented information - Duration: 4:15.
as you look through your social media you'll typically see your fit friends
posting their self indulging pictures of their workouts their progress and of
course the suppose it healthy food they eat and undoubtedly you'll bump into the
occasional post of the awesome protein shake they took right before they hit
the gym and by far the most popular protein shake comes in the form of whey
protein so what exactly is whey and how can it help you with your fitness gains
weigh is a source of protein naturally found in milk when mixed with renan's a
complex mix of coagulant enzymes milk curdles and separates into different
constituents one is the after mentioned way currently in its liquid form and the
leftover kurtz are used to make cheese and also waste not as popular little
brother known as casein the liquid whey is then pasteurized and dried out to
create the familiar powdery product we find in store shelves so what's in this
way that makes it so special the obvious stuff is the protein and whey has quite
a diverse amino acid profile it contains amino acids such as the common glutamine
the dopamine aid tyrosine nitric oxide booster arginine and others such as
lysine glycine phenylalanine and aspartic acid but in terms of building
muscle way also contains the ever crucial branched chain amino acids as we
know now the presence of BCAAs especially leucine in our body paired
with resistance training immensely improves muscle protein synthesis and
with about 3 grams of leucine per serving whey protein most definitely can
improve your gains at the gym and the awesome thing about whey amino acids is
that they form larger peptides and proteins that serve more health benefits
perhaps the most beneficial for adults are the immunoglobulin and the
lactoferrin proteins which can aid your immune system as well as having
anti-cancer and anti-aging effects whey protein is not exactly 100% all protein
being a dairy source it naturally contains some fat and a sugar lactose as
with any dairy product this can be problematic for those that are lactose
intolerance fortunately there are different options without getting too
detailed on the different types of whey processing methods just understand that
each process has the goal of isolating the protein in way from the lactose
carbs and fats as much as possible problem is some of the more intense
separation methods such as whey ion-exchange and whey hydrolysate tends
to denature proteins losing the edit health benefits
for the sake of having more protein program and making the protein quicker
to digest whether you consider having more protein or having added health
benefits more important is your choice but the most common way proteins found
in stores are weigh concentrate and whey isolate and if your main goals are gains
these are some top-notch options for those that are not lactose intolerance
whey concentrate has up to 80% protein and the lactose can serve as a glucose
source powering your anaerobic energy system thus powering your lifts for
people that are lactose intolerant are looking for mainly protein way isolate
clocks in at above 90% protein with limited denaturation and little to no
lactose also keep in mind that most of these whey protein shakes will have
added flavoring adding more sugar to its contents but now you're probably
wondering do you actually need whey protein in the first place the answer
again as always is it depends as great as whey protein can be the protein in it
can also be found in real food your consideration largely depends on the
amount of protein you're already consuming if you're already cranking
down a solid amount of protein such as point 8 to 1.5 grams per kilogram of
body weights then adding extra weigh isn't going to make a huge difference
now if you're trying to lose body fat and preserve lean mass at the same time
weight supplements might help you meet your protein goals without the
additional calories as well as helping you feel more full throughout your day
for every other go it should be considered as a matter of convenience
sometimes reaching your daily protein intake with food can be understandably
difficult checking down a whey protein shake can be easier than chomping down
to pieces of chicken breasts ultimately you should think of whey protein or any
other protein supplement for that matter the same way you think of the protein
you eat they are essentially the same with that being said if you feel like
your gains have been better with drinking a protein shake then continue
to do so if you don't think it will help you simply don't take it the choice is
up to you go ahead and share your thoughts on whey protein in the comments
like and share the video if you enjoyed it and don't forget to subscribe thanks
for watching
