Justin Bieber's Hotel Slippers Will Outlive Us All

It's long been said that only cockroaches can survive an atomic bomb.

But I'd like to add one more gross survivor to the list: Justin Bieber's hotel slippers.

In the month of July, Bieber has been seen wearing a pair of white hotel slippers at a restaurant, in a parking lot, on the beach, and on the streets of New York City.

They've accompanied the singer from the Hamptons to Manhattan.

They've survived a car breaking down, a beach picnic, and the piss-filled streets of the Big Apple.

Not only that, but they are still magically white which makes me believe that he has an entire suitcase that contains just rows of these nondescript white hotel slippers (which I think I just found on Amazon.com?).

These slippers are for the commute from the bathtub to the bed, not the West Village to SoHo.

Hailey Baldwin, his ex turned church friend turned current girlfriend, has remained faithfully by his side, seemingly unfazed by his audacity to continue wearing this fucking slippers in public.

But wait, there's more.

This is not his first time pulling this "be rich, look poor" Andy Warhol move.

No, last year he spent his summer wearing hotel slippers all over Beverly Hills.

GQ tried to tell the singer that hotel slippers are not the same thing as summer slides, but alas, one year later and same crime is being committed.

"Hands off pants on" law aims to make hotel work safer - Duration: 1:57.

 Workers at Chicago hotels now have "panic buttons" to summon help if needed. An ordinance called "hands off pants on" that took effect this week requires hotels to provide the buttons, which are meant to protect housekeeping staff and others who work alone in guest rooms from sexual harassment and other crimes

 Dozens of workers and union officials applauded the effort. It means more than 5,000 hotel workers who clean or workΩ by themselves, in places including guest rooms, will now have panic buttons

 A survey of 500 workers conducted by Unite Here Local 1 found that 58 percent reported experiencing at least one incident of sexual harassment by guests

The most common was guests answering their door naked. Only one-third of workers who experience such harassment report it to their manager, the survey found

 The buttons trigger a message to the cellphone of the employee's supervisor, manager and human resources department and provide the employee's name and location

 Karen Kent, president of Unite Here Local 1, said it's "a new day for women working in Chicago hotels

"Hasta el momento, la revisión del material indica que se trata de documentos utilizados en la elección del domingo 1 de julio, que de acuerdo con la ley en la materia, los partidos políticos pueden tener en su poder", indicó la dependencia

 México.- La Fiscalía Especializada para la Atención de Delitos Electorales (Fepade) descartó que sean falsificaciones los documentos asegurados el pasado 3 de julio, en un hotel de la ciudad de Puebla habilitado como centro de operaciones del Partido Acción Nacional (PAN)

 "Hasta el momento, la revisión del material indica que se trata de documentos que se utilizaron en la elección concurrente del domingo 1 de julio, que de acuerdo con la ley en la materia, los partidos políticos pueden tener en su poder, dado que se trata de copias de las actas de inicio, cierre, cómputo e incidencias de los diferentes tipos de elecciones que se llevaron a cabo en esa fecha", precisó

 En un comunicado, la dependencia indicó que analizó el contenido de 30 cajas, con apoyo de autoridades electorales y otras instancias de procuración de justicia

 La Fiscalía precisó que continuará la investigación del caso, para deslindar responsabilidades que en su caso se deriven de conductas y de los datos de prueba recabados

 Asimismo, garantizó que los avances de la indagatoria y su conclusión serán difundidos con transparencia, en apego al debido proceso y en el marco a la legalidad

 Finalmente, la Fepade detalló que la revisión del material se lleva a cabo con la colaboración de: el Consejo Local del Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE), así como el Instituto Electoral del Estado (IEE) y la Subprocuraduría de Control Regional de Procedimientos Penales y Amparo de la Procuraduría General de la República (PGR)

   La Fiscalía precisó que continuará la investigación del caso, para deslindar responsabilidades que en su caso se deriven de conductas y de los datos de prueba recabados
