How to Process Invoice Payment (Credit Card) in e-Bridge Cloud - OTA Hotel 3.5 - Duration: 1:16.

On the Guest Registration/Check In page, click the Go to Invoice button.

Click the Add Room Charges button.

Click on the Charges tab.

Choose the corresponding rate.

Click on the Payments tab.

Then select credit card as the form of payment

Enter the credit card number, expiry date and the CVV.

Enter the name on the credit card.

Click the Update button.

Click the Details tab to see the details.

Click the Charges button again.

To add a new charge, choose from the drop down menu.

If you choose "Room" the amount and the taxes should auto populate if it is set up correctly.

Then click the Update button.

Click the Details tab. You should see on this page the total charges that you have added.

Click on the Charges tab again.

To void a transaction, click the charge that you would like to remove and click the trash bin icon.

Then go back to the Charges tab. You should find the particular charge with a line meaning it has been voided.

Click on the Log tab. You should find the log that it has been voided.

Click Exit.

Click the Search button, to open the particular invoice.

To close the invoice, on the status drop down menu choose Closed and click OK on the drop down screen.

Click the Update button.

Then click Exit.

On the Actions drop down menu on the Invoice List, click Closed.

You should find the invoice that you have just closed.

How to Setup OTA Hotel Eval - Duration: 1:50.

On your browser, type https://e-bridgedirect.com/registrationweb/

Then go to Products, choose e-Bridge Cloud then Try for Free.

Choose the correct module, this module is for the OTA Hotel.

Go to Eval, then click the Download button.

The next page is the registration form. Click the corresponding vendor type and platform.

Fill in your name, email address and then click the Register button.

After registering, you will find the message that says you will receive a download email.

Go to your email and click the zip file link first to download.

You will find the download progress at the bottom of the screen.

Click on it once it is finished.

Right click on the folder and click Extract All.

Click Extract on the pop up screen.

Once done, go back to the email and click the link for the Windows Installer next.

You will find the download progress again at the bottom of the screen.

Click on it once finished. Click Run on the pop up screen.

Read the license and clickon Agree once done.

Click the Extract button next.

Then click OK.

Go to the OTA Hotel folder that you have extracted and click on it.

Click usbwebserver.exe and click Run.

The next screen is the license detail page

Go back to the email you have received and copy the license ID, paste it on the e-Bridge ID section of the license detail page.

Then copy the license from the email and paste it on the license data section.

Click Save.

Then hit the launch application button at the bottom left side of the page.

Enter your username and password on e-Bridge OTA Hotel page.

Then click Login.

You now have access to the Eval version of e-Bridge OTA Hotel.

How to Setup Global Discount in e Bridge Cloud OTA Hotel 3 5 - Duration: 1:17.

Click Admin then click Room Rates on the left.

Click the Discounts tab.

Notice the reminder on this page that says "Global discounts apply to all rates.

Click Add New Discount. Then click Edit.

Enter the discount code, description and application.

Choose the type for the discount as either percentage or amount.

Then add the value of the discount.

Enter the period when this discount will be applicable.

Then choose the day(s) of the week when it is applicable.

Fill in the rest of the discount criteria.

Dropdown reminder will say "Criteria cannot be used on OTA rates, click OK.

Fill in the remaining details.

Dropdown reminder will pop up again, click OK.

Click Ok again.

Choose the dates if you wish to add a black out date for the discount.

Then click Add after.

Click the Active check box and hit the Save button.

Click OK on "Save?" drop down screen.

You should then find the global discount that you have created.

Hit the Edit button to view the details of the discount.

Click the Cancel button to exit.

To delete a discount, highlight it then click the Delete button.

Click OK on the "Delete?" reminder window.

The discount should disappear when the page refreshes.

How to Merge Guest Profiles in e-Bridge Cloud - OTA Hotel 3.5 - Duration: 0:25.

Click Guest Profile on your left.

Type in the name of the profiles that you wish to merge on the Search section.

You should find the profiles at the bottom.

Click the profiles that you wish to merge.

Then click the Merge Profile button.

Once merged, only one profile should appear. Click the Search button to view the details.

Check each tab like Documents for the details.

Then you can add phone numbers on the Phones tab.

And emails on the Emails tab.

Then the guest's address on the Address tab.
