How to Setup Local Discount in e-Bridge Cloud - OTA Hotel 3.5 - Duration: 1:13.

Click the Admin tab.

Click Room Rate Setup

Click the Rates List button.

Choose the rate that you would like to add the discount to.

Click the Discounts tab.

Highlight the Add New Discount then hit the Edit button.

Enter the discount code, description and type and how this discount will be applied.

Choose the type as either percentage or amount and then add the Value.

Choose the date range on the calendar.

You can also choose the day of the week when this will be applicable.

Fill in the remaining discount details.

A reminder will then pop up saying "Criteria cannot be used on OTA rates", click OK.

Click OK again on the pop up window.

Hit OK on the reminder window again.

Enter the dates on the Black Out section if you wish to add.

Then hit the Add button.

Repeat the same steps for adding black out dates.

To delete a black out date, highlight the date and click the Del button.

Tick the Active and Exclusive Use, to make the discount active.

Hit the Save button.

Click OK on the pop up screen.

Highlight the discount you have created and then click Edit to view the details.

To delete the discount, highlight it then click Del button.

Then click OK on the Delete? pop up screen.

Fill in the details for Room Type, Description and then choose on the drop down button the correct Default Rate name.

On your Home screen, click the guest name that you will check out.

On the Details page, click the Late Checkout button.

A pop up window will appear, tick one of the options on the Delay checkout by.

Choose Fee on the drop down menu. The late check out fee amount that you have setup will automatically appear based on the number of hours the guest is delayed.

The amount should change if you tick a different check out time.

Click the Late Checkout button.

Click OK on the "Late Check Out?" window.

Click the Checkout Now button.

Click OK on "Would you like to add Late Checkout Fee?".

Hit OK on the "Check out now" pop up window.

Click OK on "Room marked as locked" window.

Click Admin, then click Room Setup on the left.

Click the Floors tab and put the floor number, then click the Add Floor button.

On the Rooms tab, fill out all the room details.

Fill out the room name,

Then add the number of rooms and the number of beds.

Choose the number of people allowed on the occupancy section.

On the room amenities, choose what is included on the drop down button then click Add to add it to the room.

Tick the box Apply to all Selected Room Type next.

Click on the corresponding status of the room next. Then click Add Room.

Click OK on the "Room add successful button".

Click on the Rooms List button to see all the rooms that you have set up.

Click the clock for Hourly booking.

Choose the room type and on the drop down menu the corresponding room number

Fill in the text box for the guest details.

Click the Add button.

If there is one or more guest in the room fill out the guest details again.

Click the drop button to see the guest names you have added.

Click the Next button.

On the Amount Tendered box, put the amount paid.

Choose the payment type. Click Finish.

You will see the reservation details including the amount you have input.

Click the Invoice button to view the invoice.

Click the Receipt button to view the receipt.

Click Finish.

Click Home.

Click on the guest's name.

Click on the Guest tab.

Click the guest name on the drop menu.

Click the Payment/Guarantee tab.

Click the Summary tab to see the reservation summary.

Click the Details tab and then click Go to Invoice.

Click on the Charges tab and then the Payments tab to check the details.
