Farmers Insurance Open Purse: How Much Does the Winner Make? | Heavy.com

Justin Rose, the winner of the 2019 Farmers Insurance Open, will take home a $1.278 million prize out of a total purse of $7.1 million.

The tournament, held at Torrey Pines Golf Course in San Diego, featured a field that includes many of the top 30 players in the world, including Rose, who held a solid lead heading into Sunday's final round, along with Tiger Woods, Jordan Spieth, Jason Day and Adam Scott.

The second place finisher, Scott, will take home $766,800, while the Hideki Matsuyama and Talor Gooch will receive a check for $482,800 for their third-place finish.

The Farmers Insurance Open is one of the first marquee events of the 2019 PGA Tour season.

The San Diego PGA Tour spot was previously known as the San Diego Open and began in 1952.

Farmers Insurance took over as the sponsor of the tournament in 2010.

The Farmers Insurance Open is organized by The Century Club of San Diego and community and youth programs in the San Diego area.

Rose held a solid lead heading into Sunday and was able to hold off the charges by Scott, Matsuyama and Gooch.

Rose finished at 21-under, with Scott at 19-under and Matsuyama and Gooch at 16-under.

Day, Jon Rahm and Rory McIlroy finished tied for fifth at 14-under par.

After the third round on Saturday, Rose told reporters, "I expect Jon and Adam to come out and play well tomorrow, as well as the chasing pack.

But one of those guys is capable of something in the mid-60s.

Obviously, if I go out and shoot 68, then that's a great round of golf.

But a 68 on the South course isn't anyone's to lose.

You have to go out and get it.

I think it's going to take a good round of golf tomorrow to get this done.".

Scott praised Rose's play during the early season tournament.

"As good as I'm playing, I feel like I'm a long way behind," Scott told reporters, according to ESPN.

"It's almost all up to him tomorrow.

So that's no pressure on me.

But this is not a course I can go out and just fire at pins.

It's too easy to make big errors.

I'll just have to chip away and see if he can do the same.".

Scott added, "He's just playing too good.

He's the No.

1 player in the world, he's played well for over two years.

He's feeling it.

He wants to take advantage of all of his good golf and that's why he's running away with this thing.".

The Farmers Insurance Open was won by Jason Day in 2018.

He took home $1.242 million after topping Alex Noren and Ryan Palmer in a playoff.

The PGA Tour will head to Arizona for the Waste Management Phoenix Open next week, with another $7.1 million purse and $1.278 million top prize on the line.

The tournament begins February 3.

The fieldwill include Phil Mickelson, Martin Kaymer, Justin Thomas, Jimmy Walker, Rickie Fowler, Webb Simpson, Bubba Watson, Zach Johnson, Billy Horschel, Matt Kuchar, Rahm and Matsuyama.

Here is what the top 50 will be paid this year at the Farmers Insurance Open:.

How Much Do Pro Bowl Players Get Paid If They Win? - Duration: 2:05.

The annual NFL Pro Bowl may be a gloried exhibition game, but that doesn't mean taking part doesn't have its benefits either

For one, this year's game on Sunday, Jan. 27, takes place at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Fla

Yes, it's not Hawaii (where the Pro Bowl was hosted from 1980-2016 save for two years), but forecasted temperatures in the low 60s is a lot better than the swath of winter weather that is impacting the majority of the U

S. in late January.     But besides the warmer climate, there's also the simple fact that win or lose, Pro Bowl participants are paid for their participation

In fact, the share for the winning team in this year's Pro Bowl is $67,000, which is more than the players that lose Super Bowl LIII ($59,000) will receive

Granted, those in the Pro Bowl would much rather play the following Sunday in Atlanta but considering the laidback atmosphere and approach that comes with the NFL's all-star game that's not bad money for getting to spend a week in Florida

And $67,000 is certainly a nice payday compared to the $2,000 members of the NFC team got for winning the Pro Bowl in 1971

Here's a breakdown of how the share for both the winning and losing teams in the Pro Bowl has changed since the AFC vs

NFC format was introduced in 1971.    Year Pro Bowl Winner's Share Pro Bowl Loser's Share 2019 $67,000 $39,000 2018 $64,000 $32,000 2017 $61,000 $30,000 2016 $55,000 $28,000 2009 $45,000 $22,500 2000 $25,000 $25,500 1990 $10,000 $5,500 1980 $5,000 $2,500 1971 $2,000 $1,500  Source: 2018 NFL Postseason Media Guide

How Much Do Pro Bowl Players Get Paid If They Lose? - Duration: 1:57.

Losing any game hurts, even when it's the NFL Pro Bowl. The league's annual all-star game may be a glorified exhibition contest, but anytime professional players put on the pads against their peers, there's some pride on the line

The good news is that whether it's the AFC or the NFC, the side that loses this year's Pro Bowl on Sunday, Jan

27, from Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Fla., won't go away empty-handed. Those players will still get paid $39,000 for that loss, which is more than the postseason share for teams in the wild-card ($27,000) or divisional ($29,000) round of this year's playoffs

There's also the matter that the Pro Bowl wraps up a week of activities and events at the NFL's expense in Orlando

I can certainly think of far worse places to be in late January, can't you?     So while it's certainly not the big stage like the Super Bowl, at least there's some benefit to being invited to and taking part in the Pro Bowl

And even if the winning team is paid considerably more ($67,000), it's still a far cry from what Pro Bowl losers use to get

Here's a breakdown of how the share for both the winning and losing teams in the Pro Bowl has changed since the AFC vs

How to generate more clients - Duration: 1:29.

How to generate more clients?

Generating more clients, isn't actually as difficult as you may think.

You may see a lot of things on Facebook with strategies here

and tactics here and do this and do that. But actually it's much much simple than that.

You don't do a marketing agency, you don't have to offer extra services, you simply

need to contact your existing and lapse clients and say "hey, how are you going?

What was the last project? How did that go for you? What were the outcomes

what worked well, what didn't work well? Just try to check in with you."

If you check in with your existing clients and simply ask them how they're doing,

but do it every three months, you would be amazed at how much what you get.

I had a client who joined me who hadn't had worked for three months. The very first

thing we did is we constructed a list of his existing clients we'd not be in

touch with for a year. Because generally what happens is creators do a job they

finish up and they go "client was happy, they know where I am." But if you go and

connect with those clients and just check in and ask how the project went,

you'd be back in their radar and I guarantee you, you'll end up with a load

of work as a result. This client of mine, went from no clients in three

months to spending a month working with us and suddenly was booked out three

months in advance. Now there's a lot of other things we did, but fundamentally

connect with your existing clients today. Do it today,

let me know how you got on in the comments

Meghan Fashion - How much 'borrowed' yellow diamond earrings worn by Meghan Markle in Fiji REALLY c - Duration: 3:28.

Meghan Markle wore a blue dress in Fiji in October, with a pair of incredible earrings drawing much attention

The Duchess, who had recently announced her pregnancy, attended a state dinner in the dress and jewels

She wore the blue Ginkgo Cape Dress from Safiyaa. The gown is worth £1,095, but how much did the earrings cost

At the time of the state dinner Meghan's earrings were a mystery, described only as "borrowed" by Kensington Palace

However, the earrings were recently reported to be from Butani. The Hing Kong based company creates high end pieces for huge sums of money

Kate Beckinsale recently wore Butani earrings at the 2016 Critics Choice Awards. Jennifer Lopez and Christina Hendricks have also worn the sparkling jewels on the red carpet

The stunning chandelier earrings were large, with big yellow stones dangling from three diamond encrusted strings

Now an expert as estimated their price, and it's rather high. Deborah Papas, gemologist from Prestige Pawnbrokers of Channel 4's Posh Pawn told Express

co.uk: "The Duchess of Sussex never ceases to amaze us with the beautiful jewellery she wears

"She chose to wear an absolutely stand out pair of chandelier style diamond drop earrings in three strands set with white and yellow coloured diamonds

"Most are round but some are pear shaped to give the stepped drop effect and all set in white gold

"These drops appear very heavy almost pulling down the lobe but sparkle beautifully even with the slightest turn of the head

Truly stunning. So how much are they worth? Half a million, according to Deborah

"They could easily be worth £500,000 or more." Pregnant Meghan Markle's baby bump is blooming as she nears her due date

Stylist Lucas Ermitage told Mail Online Meghan has shunned maternity brands in favour of designer pieces that fit snugly around her bump

He explained she has also been wearing contrasting coat and dress combinations to highlight her tummy

Lucas said: "She is enjoying being pregnant and knows that that is what people want to see when she is at public engagements
