the manager issues an order to the employee for him yo move a box of fragile supplies,
the employee attempts to move the box but struggles to effectively relocate the supplies,
the manager than aggressively stops the worker and argues about the incorrect for he used
in moving the supplies.
in this next example the manager issues the same order and the employee attempts to move
it again he struggles half way through the process and the manager than helps him instead
of being aggressive.
that is how the soft skill of communication is used

Public Speaking Voice Tip How to add rhythm to your voice - Duration: 1:59.
Hi I'm Lisa from Speaking Savvy. In this short video tip I want to share with you
some tips around how you can improve the quality of your voice. I use the acronym
RSVP. R for rhythm S for speed P for pitch and V for volume. And today I want
to talk about rhythm. Rhythm is the musicality of your voice, that natural
cadence that we have those highs and lows of our voice that makes it sound so
beautiful and incredible, and we do this very well every day during our
conversations because it comes natural to us we're all speakers right?, but what
happens when you put somebody up the front who's new to speaking and they
pop on that hat of presenter, and all of a sudden their voice changes. It
becomes like really weird and you think what happened? that's not how they normally
sound! so think about every talk or every speech you give as a conversation. You
want to have some natural highs, you want to have some natural lows and you want
that nice sort of conversational tones and richness to your voice
that comes naturally. so don't over think it think conversation with
many, and try not to sounds monotone or robotic. You want some parts of your talk
that you are speaking at a higher pitch than others when you get
excited or more emotional you tend to increase your pitch of your voice when
you are more serious and want to be more authoritative you lower your pitch and
the same with speed and volume as well. so play around with the different tones
of richness of the wonderful instrument that we all have which is our voice and
make it sound interesting for others so that you become a speaker that others
want to listen to. I hope this tip has been useful. bye for now

The Internet: Public of Private? | #PublicInterestTech - Duration: 3:12.
We have this unquestioning faith
that the market will always provide.
It turns out,
we've gotten ourselves to a point
where we are leaving behind
tens of millions of Americans,
and actually our entire country is suffering
from a digital divide between us
and countries in Asia and in Northern Europe.
It's a tragedy.
Okay.
Public interest technology—take one.
I've been very interested in the public-private line
throughout my career.
I had a grad student say to me the other day,
"Well, couldn't the private sector do whatever
government does and just do it better?"
And my fear is that we've lost the idea
that government actually helps people have better lives.
And particularly when it comes to Internet access,
the entire idea of having some regulatory
role for government
seems to have disappeared from the scene.
In order to fix this, we need to make sure that there
are people serving in government
who understand that, left to its own devices,
the private market is never going to provide us
with this indispensable thing for our lives,
which is persistent, cheap, ubiquitous
fiber optic Internet access everywhere we are.
We can't afford to have the country in this position where
these five giant players have essentially divided up
the high-speed Internet access market among themselves,
leaving people with very few choices and extremely
expensive and extremely second-class service.
Their incentives aren't aligned with public incentives.
We faced the same battle with both electricity and highways.
It took Franklin Delano Roosevelt
and tremendous national leadership
to ensure that electricity reached everyone
in the country.
It took Eisenhower,
in 1952, to ensure that highways
reached across the country.
This doesn't happen absent government involvement.
We've known this for the railroad, electricity,
water, telephone, and highways.
These same principles apply to high-speed Internet access.
Other countries get this.
There's a hundred percent fiber availability
at very low prices
in Japan, South Korea, Sweden, Norway.
We don't have that here and it's because
we've had no industrial policy of ensuring an upgrade
to fiber and making it available at a reasonable cost.
We need people at the table
who both understand deeply the role of government
and what the regulatory ideal is,
and also understand technology—
and can't be bamboozled
by the blandishments of AT&T
and Verizon and Comcast and Spectrum,
who keep saying,
"Don't worry, just trust us. We'll fix this for you."

EP 03 | After the public confession, he and I became more awkward | A guy friend 14 days before - Duration: 11:50.
Now, for the heroine of the project against study abroad.
For Lee Sunjeong!
Bottoms up!
A GUY FRIEND 14 DAYS BEFORE
Did Sunjeong say she's going to America?
Junho, dinner is ready.
Yes, I'm coming.
Son, sorry.
I'll make a delicious dinner tomorrow.
That's all right.
This is delicious, too.
Son!
Nothing happened at school today?
Sunjeong said she will go to America.
If she goes, when is she coming back?
Well...
Finishing high school and college...
It'll take a while, huh?
College?
Isn't she coming back soon?
No way.
It's not for language study but for a real study abroad.
She has to have at least that sort of plan.
Do you want to study abroad, too?
Huh?
But, I don't want to send you away.
Have dinner now.
What?
I...
I go abroad to study!
To America in 2 weeks...
What...
Not much time is left...
She'll make a big fuss not being able to eat it in America.
Then, who's giving me the morning call?
Argh...
Sunjeong alarm was convenient.
13 DAYS BEFORE
12 DAYS BEFORE
Did you make the playlist?
Yes.
Put a bunch of love songs in.
My Yuna is...
She loves Eric Nam's "Perhaps Love."
Perhaps love...
If you're like me, yeah, yeah!
Wow, wow, yeah, yeah.
That song doesn't fit today's mood as a whole.
Sorry, Senior.
I'm a little late today.
I'm so sorry.
Have you done the playlist?
I have nothing to do, right?
You have something to do.
Find the songs according to the list.
I'll get going.
Going to the restroom?
Let's go with me.
Let's see.
What songs will he play today?
Tteokbboki!
I'm not in the mood to eat tteokbboki today.
No, you have to eat it today.
It will release your stress.
Ban Junho, anything is wrong?
What thing?
Well, I saw the song list yesterday...
Oh, guys,
arent' you hungry?
The girls asked us to get together to have tteokbboki today.
Tteokbboki?
Tteokbboki is not important.
I have something to tell him.
Go Jinsil asked that without missing one,
we should get together.
Why?
(Come quickly)
I don't know. Seoli wants us to come.
Let's go, hurry up!
You go on your own.
I want to go home today.
Hey, no!
Why?
Today, something...
I feel you must join us.
It's a very strong feeling.
Let' hurry up.
Why should I go?
It's your fate you can't change.
Wow, looks delicious!
It's so well done.
Mmm, looks yummy!
Oh, hot, hot.
Hey, Lee Sunjeong!
Are you really studying abroad?
Yes...
What a big issue!
I didn't know I can experience
what I've watched only in the soap operas.
Junho, did you know about this?
Yes.
Then, why didn't you tell us?
I only found out recently
that I'm studying abroad.
Ah...
That's why earlier today...
Don't go, Sunjeong.
We'll be very lonely without you.
I don't want to leave, either.
But there is no way I can stay here.
We can make a way!
What are you talking about?
I have a good idea.
That is...
Against...
Leave home and run far away.
Very far away.
Then, you will miss the plane.
And, you can't go abroad to study.
What is he saying?
No.
Go to a temple and bow 3,000 times.
'Please, don't send me away to study abroad.'
Hey!
That's what you do
when you put some water in a dish to pray toward the sky, you fool!
Gosh, you dumb and dumber!
Why you don't want to study abroad?
For me, I think I would like it.
I can eat some burgers in America.
And I can see the Statue of Liberty.
Good job, good job!
Isn't it nice?
I like the way it is now.
I can't make myself understood
and make friends in America.
And...
I don't want to break up with you.
Sunjeong...
So, we need to help Sunjeong.
That is!
Ta-da!
The project against study abroad!
What project?
Oh, it seems nice, huh?
The project against study abroad?
So childish...
Lee Sunjeong.
If this project works,
treat us with something nice.
Let's cheer for the project. Cheers!
Then, from today, let's begin our project!
Now, for the heroine of the project
For Lee Sunjeong!
Bottoms up!
For the accommodation, rather than school dormitory,
I consulted homestay first.
Here, the brochure!
All right.
I'll decide after the consultation.
Anyway, when Sunjeong goes abroad,
my Junho will be lonely, right?
Then...
Should I raise Junho in my house?
If you want Junho...
Raise me with him.
It's like buy one get one free!
What are you talking about?
It's so gross of an old lady to say so.
Gosh!
Anyway, are the girls happy about studying abroad?
Well, Sunjin likes it
but Sunjeong is not happy.
She doesn't want to go?
Gosh, she's yelling that she won't go.
Such a stubborn girl.
Then, sending only Sunjin?
No, I'll send them both.
It's for their own sake.
They have to go no matter what.
No matter what?
Of course, no matter what.
Excuse me.
Hello?
Well, Sunjin's mom.
Come out for a second.
It's crazy outside.
What?
Something happened?
What?
Something is wrong?
I don't know.
I should go out.
Against studying abroad!
Sunjeong's mom, come to your senses!
Cancel the plan
to make Sunjeong study abroad.
Against studying abroad!
Oh, my goodness!
Is she really my daughter?
Cancel it! Cancel it!
Sunjeong is hot-tempered.
Is she protesting
because she doesn't want to go?
Against studying abroad!
CANCEL THE PLAN!
I'm so embarrassed to the neighbors.
Where are you going?
Our plan seems to work!
A great event!
Go Jinsil, you're the best!
Against studying abroad!
Come to your senses!
What the...
Against studying abroad?
This is my answer, you bastards!
You're not throwing it to us, right?
Mom, are you out of your mind?
What? Out of my mind?
How could you say that to your own mother?
Throw it to me! Do it!
This girl is really...
Do it now!
Do you think I can't do it?
Do you think I can't do it?
I'm not studying abroad!
EPILOGUE
Have you done the playlist?
I have nothing to do, right?
You have something to do.
Find the songs according to the list.
I'll get going.
Let's see.
What songs will he play today?
Huh?
What's this?
Why all of them are about farewell?
Don't Go Away
We Loved
Don't Say Goodbye
Missing You
What, is Junho broken-hearted?
No...
He has never had a girlfriend.
Anyway,
why is his mind so blue?

Ex-public schoolboys including Prince William 'adopt mockney accents to appear less posh' - Duration: 3:55.
Former private school pupils speak in a 'mockney accent' in adulthood in an effort not to seem posh, the former head of Harrow has said
Many people who went to elite fee-paying schools do not want to seem upper-class because 'being posh these days is not a good thing', according to Barnaby Lenon
He believes public figures such as Tony Blair, George Osborne and even Prince William have been known to adopt slang accents rather than those of their private school background
Mr Lenon said: 'Being posh these days is not a good thing. There has long been a tendency for schoolchildren at private schools to adopt their own language and certainly with an emphasis on mockney
'It continues into adult life.George Osborne and Tony Blair are both prone to lapse into estuary English so they resemble the Kray brothers rather more than the private school background they come from
'Remember the Old Etonian Prince William saying "I need to check this with the missus"
Mr Lennon, who is the new dean of the University of Buckingham School of Education, also believes politicians from elite schools such as Eton and Harrow will try to conceal being upper-class to appear to be a 'man of the people'
He said: 'Former pupils from elite private schools went out of their way to hide their education
'It is very important when you are with non-Etonians to try to conceal that you are an Etonian
'If you are in politics, for instance, you want to appear to be a man of the people
' Mr Lenon made the comments following research into prep school language - which has its origins in cockney rhyming slang
The slang accent was due to what he described as 'levelling' of language when children from different backgrounds were brought together after the Second World War, research by Graeme Davis, a professorial research fellow in humanities at the University of Buckingham reveals
Mr Davis said: 'We might expect children at English preparatory schools in the post-war years to have an upper-class language register
They don't.'Instead we see a levelled form of language which includes all social classes including London cockney, the slang of soldiers in two world wars and the jargon of criminals
' The so-called 'estuary English', created when people moved out from the east end of London and took their accents with them, is still a feature of some speech today, said Mr Lenon
