Thank you for joining me for this month's edition of Michael's Street Beat - my monthly Market Report for Snohomish County, Washington.

My name is Michael Brannon a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Bain.

A question I'm often asked is, "How is the Market?"

Well, how is the "Market?" I'm here on location in Mill Creek

where during the month of July

the Median Sales Price was over $523 thousand dollars,

which is an increase of just over 3% from June of 2017.

There were 56 New Listings -

which is actually down just over 8% from last month. The Average Days on Market was only 13 days,

also 50% of the homes that listed SOLD at or above list price.
