Pill pockets in 5 minutes! - EASY DIY RECIPE | How to make simple pill pouches - PET PROJECTS - Duration: 2:44.Hello everyone and welcome back to another Pet Projects episode here on Tough Toy Tryouts.
Now's the perfect time to hit that subscribe button and setup alerts if you haven't yet
to learn more DIY projects you can do for your pups.
Meredith couldn't voice this week but never fear, she'll be back next week.
Story has developed some allergies this year so she's taking medication every day which
can be hard to administer sometimes.
After seeing all the ingredients in mass produced pill pockets—not to mention the price—we
decided to make our own with simple, wholesome ingredients, no preservatives and best of
all they're super cheap and easy to make!
So let's get to it.
Here's what you'll need!
To begin, place your flour, unsweetened applesauce, and natural peanut butter into a mixing bowl
and stir with a fork or whisk until completely mixed together.
Any flour will do but we highly recommend you avoid any with yeast added.
Take the dough and form it into a ball with your hands.
Then break the ball in half, half it again and once more to form 8 roughly equal pieces.
Now take one ball of dough and push a chopstick, pencil or any comparable object into the dough,
making a pocket and place on a plate.
Continue doing this for each ball of dough and they are ready to use.
This recipe makes roughly 8 pill pockets but you can easily double the ingredients to make
more if you wish.
To use, simply push a pill into the cavity and pinch closed.
If your pup has a sensitive palate, we recommend rolling your dough balls in some quick oats
before making the cavity.
This may fool your pup into thinking the pill is just another oat.
To store for later, we simply put the plate into a plastic storage bag and place in the
refrigerator for up to a week.
And there you have it!
A cheaper and healthier alternative to those name brand pill pouches.
After a couple attempts, you'll be able to make a week's worth of pill pockets in
just 5 minutes and you know exactly what's in it.
We hope you enjoyed this week's Pet Projects episode and if you did, show us a thumbs up
and subscribe for weekly projects you can do at home.

Until next time, thank you all for watching and keep spoiling your pups!

Easy DIY Rope Dog Toy! How to Make a Simple Rope Toy for Your Dog On a Budget from Household Items! - Duration: 4:53.hi everyone and welcome back to relax my dog, today I'm going to be sharing with
you how to make this super super quick little dog toy
like I say it's quick it's cheap and it is extremely easy to make so firstly
what you will need is just an old t-shirt and just a pair of scissors, it
really is that easy so let's get started
so firstly what I'm going to do is I'm going to cut along this side of the t-shirt just along the seam as you can
see I'm just using regular kitchen scissors so it might be a little bit
easier if you have fabric scissors because this took quite a long time
for me to cut just cut along one edge so you have a long continuous piece of
material and you have sort of a split in your t-shirt as you can see here
then all I need to do is just cut a little bit where my shoulder will go
I'm just going to cut along there
this will then leave an extremely long piece of material for you to then use to make your DIY dog toy
then I'm just going to split my t-shirt into three
pieces, these don't have to be equal don't worry it's just for your dog I'm
sure he won't mind it being a little bit uneven
or at least Milo didn't anyway
this will leave one long piece of material and then all you
have to do is do the other two, until you have three similar sized balls
then what I do next is I grab each end and tie it in a very tight knot you don't want this to
come loose so make sure it is as tight as possible as you can get it
that will leave you with one tight knot and then three strands off it looking
like this, then I begin twisting the material this makes it a little bit
sturdy for your dog to use and it makes it last a little bit longer and less
flimsy for your dog, just repeat this on the others until your dog toy looks a
little bit like this
then all you need to do is just start braiding them
together if you don't know how to braid you can actually search a tutorial on
YouTube, it's really simple you just weave them in and out of each other
but like I say it does take a while but once you get used to it
you can do it super super fast, I'll actually show you a little time lapse of me doing this now
then once you've finished, your dog toy should look a little bit
like this then you just need to twist the other end and tie it in a tight knot again
then because I'm quite a neat freak, I like it to look not very messy so I decide
to cut off the messy ends as you can see here but you don't have to do this
so your dog toy should look a little bit like this as you can see it's basically
just a long braid but because I like it to look a bit more funky I decided to
add more knots to it so I had a knot in the middle
let's see what Milo thinks of his toy
as you can see Milo absolutely loves his new dog toy, don't forget to give us a
like if you enjoyed it and leave a comment down below letting us know what
you think, also don't forget to create your own dog toy and tag us on instagram

will see you next time, bye!

How To Perform a Simple Attack ft. Ines Boubakri & Erwann Le Pechoux | Olympians' Tips - Duration: 2:15.(HOW TO...)
Hi, I'm Erwann le Péchoux,
Olympic vice-champion
with my team at Rio 2016 Olympic Games.
Hi, I'm Inès Boubakri,
bronze medal at Rio 2016 Olympic Games.
And we'll be showing you some fencing action
with Alexandre Ediri.
(SIMPLE ATTACKS)
Foil is a conventional weapon,
generally you need to have priority in order to touch.
You have to attack or defend in order to have priority.
There are different sorts of attacks,
the simple attack and the direct attack.
We'll show you the three simple attacks.
The first attack is direct.
You only have to extend your arm
and touch the valid surface.
The second attack is a simple attack but not direct,
you have to disengage.
Generally the competitor...
passes under the opponent's guard.
That's the simple indirect attack.
The third simple indirect attack
done by a coupé or cut-over.
Coupé is the same,
but you have to pass on top of the opponent's tip.
We've just showed you the three simple attacks,
the bases of fencing.
You can now touch your opponent. Your turn!

Teamwork & Introversion In Software Development - Duration: 8:21.Hey, what's up?
John Sonmez here from simpleprogrammer.com.
Hey, I just want to give a quick thanks to one of our sponsors at Simple Programmer which
is DevMountain Bootcamp.
You should go check them out.
The link is in the description.
They are a coding bootcamp and they can teach you web development, iOS development, UX design,
a lot of good stuff.
I get a lot of feedback from a lot of you out there that email me have told me about
DevMountain, so I decided to check them out myself.
I like what I found.
I like their programs.
They offer some 12-week intensive programs.
They also offer some after-hours programs which I know that some of you will like.
Go check them out.
You can see the link in the description below, DevMountain Bootcamp.
A big thank you to them for sponsoring Simple Programmer.
Let's talk about some introversion in software development.
This is a topic I like to talk about because I like to say that we're not introverts or
extroverts.
We're contextually one or the other and I don't like labels, but let's talk about
this a little bit here.
This is from an anonymous.
From Anonymous.
Question.
Obviously, this is from anonymous because this is about introversion, right?
Okay.
"When on a job interview, should I hide my introverted personality and confess that I'm
not a good team player if they bring the topic or should I fake it until I make it?"
I think it's funny to like—how do you hide your introversion.
You could hide the extroversion, but I don't know if you can hide the introversion.
That would look kind of weird.
I don't know how you do that.
He says, "Could the technical skills and problem-solving mindset compensate my poor soft skills or
they have to be leveraged?
Are there companies who respect introverts and let people work on their own or the team
player type personality is a must?"
He's got some more additional info here, but I really don't need to—I think we can look
at it from a couple of things.
The first thing I'm just going to say because it sticks out to me is, "Should I confess
that I'm not a good team player if they bring up the topic."
No, no.
Don't say you're not a good team player.
Not a good move.
Not a good move at all.
Being super like—okay, being honest is important.
Being genuine is important.
Being more honest than necessary—revealing information you don't need to reveal that's
harmful to you is not being honest.
It's being too damn honest.
That's not lying, okay?
You just don't have to like I don't go to the grocery store, and when the checkout lady,
when she's like, "Hey, how was your day?"
I don't say, "Man, I got a hemorrhoid.
It's bothering me."
Right?
I don't say that.
She doesn't need that info.
TMI, Too Much Information.
Doesn't need that information or I don't say, "Man, I got in a fight with my bestfriend."
I don't like reveal all of that information.
I don't reveal every single weakness that I have, right?
I could go on with more details that would be too TMI, right?
These are all fake details, by the way.
Those would be TMI, but my point is this, is like when you're job interview, don't be
like, "I'm not a good team player."
In fact, this is what I'm going to tell you.
Be a fucking good team player like there's no reason at all why you should hide behind
this excuse of being an introvert.
Now, whether you agree with me or not, I've done some videos on introverts versus extroverts
and I think it's contextual.
I don't think—I think that if you take the right person, I think if you take the
most introverted, nerdy guy and he's addicted to World of Warcraft, and you put him in a
LAN party with a bunch of people playing World of Warcraft, that guy is going to be the most
extroverted son of a bitch that you've ever seen.
He's just going to be like all over the place screaming and yelling and having a good old
time.
Well, I'll add one more thing to the context, with his buddies who also play World of Warcraft,
they're going to be cracking jokes.
He's going to be having a good time.
He's going to be extroverted in every sense of the world—of the word, of the World of
Warcraft.
Of the word, whatever.
Tongue twister there.
I honestly think that, but that's beside the point.
The point is this.
You've got a glaring weakness and efficiency.
You're trying to hide behind the mask of being an introvert.
You're saying, "This is just who I am.
I'm just an introvert.
I'm just a shy guy.
I hid behind this mask myself.
This is why I'm telling you because I knew this because I said, 'Hey.
Well, I'm just not athletic.
I'm just a shy guy.
I'm not a good writer.
I'm just lazy.
I'm just not motivated."
These were things I told myself for many, many years.
Bullshit, bullshit.
Total bullshit.
It's not true.
These things don't define me.
I define me.
I decide who I want to be.
You know what those things were and what it is for you?
It's a convenient fucking excuse that excuses you from improving and excuses you from doing
what you need to do in life.
There's nothing wrong with "being an introvert."
There's nothing wrong with the definition of getting your energy from being in solitude
or being alone.
It's a formal definition.
Like I said, I disagree with it.
I think it's contextual, but regardless.
You don't have to agree with me in that point.
There's nothing wrong with that, but there is something wrong with not learning the soft
skills required to become a team player.
I've got a book obviously on soft skills called The Software Developer's Life Manual that
you should definitely read.
Definitely pick up this book for sure.
Work on this stuff, okay?
Don't say I'm not—don't fake it.
Again, fake it until you make it is great, but that doesn't mean that you just blatantly
lie.
It just means that—like here's what fake it until you make it means.
You can check out my own video on fake it 'til you make it, but it essentially means
this.
It says that you say, "Okay, I want to be a team player and I want to"—I mean I don't
want to say I want to be an extrovert, but I have this vision of myself.
I want to be a person who was soft skills and who is a team player, and who get along
people and does well on the team.
I like my solitude and I like to work alone.
That's cool but I also want to have this attribute.
I want to be this.
I'm going to start being that part.
I'm going to start faking it 'til I make it.
I'm just going to start acting that way and being positive about this, and thinking of
myself as a team player and honestly believing that and playing that part as an actor until
it becomes reality.
That's fake it 'til you make it.
Fake it 'til you make it is not bullshitting someone and saying—when they say, "Are you
a team player?" you say, "Yeah.
I'm a great team player.
Awesome.
At the same time, don't say, "I suck at being a team player.
Just say like—committing your mind already that you're going to be a good team player,
so then you can honestly answer and say, "Yes, yes.
I'm not perfect, but I enjoy working on a team and I I'm constantly working on becoming
a better team player, and I've made a lot of improvements," and, you know, all these
things that you're on that path.
Don't cop out.
Don't say, "Oh, it's not for me.
I'm just an introvert."
Don't hide behind these masks and these identities.
You define who you are.
Decide who you want to be and develop these skills.
Develop the soft skills.
That's going to be very, very important in your career.
You're not going to get very far in your career or you're going to be very limited in your
career if you don't develop soft skills, and you got to become a team player.
Everything in life requires being a team player.
Everything worthwhile in life that you're going to achieve that's going to make any
kind of impact on your career or your life is going to require you working with other
people.
You might as well develop and learn those skills.
You can still go in your cave and read your book, and work on your project by yourself
and get your alone time.
I'm totally cool with that.
I do that myself sometimes, but it's not an excuse.
You can't hide in your cave forever.
All right.
I hope that helps you.

Simple Home Remedies To Remove Blackheads Permanently vs Egg White And Cinnamon - Duration: 3:00.Simple Home Remedies To Remove Blackheads Permanently vs Egg White And Cinnamon
When you are using any of the home remedies, especially the scrubs, it is important you be careful and not scrub your skin excessively. Doing this will only damage your skin, cause rashes and scars, or aggravate the blackheads and infect them.
Home Remedies For Blackheads. Here are some home remedies to get rid of blackheads. Do try these and you will see the results soon.
This face mask can not only help prevent blackheads but also protect your skin from getting tremendously greasy. Egg white helps in removing the current blackheads and tightening pores.
Albumin, a key ingredient present in egg whites, is mainly responsible for this pore-tightening property. This mask will also make your skin glow (1).
1 egg white 1 teaspoon honey. What You Have To Do. Mix the honey into the egg white and apply the mixture on your face.2. Wash off with warm water.
How Often You Need To Do This. Repeat this once or twice a week. Oily skin, combination skin. Cinnamon.
The antibacterial activity of lemon juice works really well to treat blackheads, whiteheads, and acne (2). Cinnamon improves the circulation of blood and keeps the skin healthy and glowing. It also tightens pores and delays aging (3).
1-2 tablespoons cinnamon powder 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice. What You Have To Do.
Make a thick paste by mixing honey with cinnamon powder.2. Apply it to your blackheads on the nose and other parts of the face.3. Leave it on for 20 minutes and then rinse. How Often You Need To Do This.
Repeat this three to four times a week. Oily skin, combination skin, normal skin. Caution.
Make sure you do a patch test before using spices on your face to prevent unwanted reactions.

Algorithm Classification Simple Recursive Algorithm - Duration: 3:13.in this particular session we are discussing the first category whatever
we have mentioned in the algorithm classifications and that is the simple
recursive algorithms we know the recursion in case of recursion the
recursive algorithm will have a base case that means for certain situations
for certain inputs outputs are known to us where the algorithm will terminate
and then in the next part we'll be having a recursive call which will be
calling the function itself either directly or indirectly okay so that is
our recursion but here we are calling it as a simple recursive algorithm we are
using this term simple because here we are having multiple other algorithm
types which are inherently recursive if you consider your backtracking algorithm
that is inherently recursive so here we are considering the problem which is
very simple okay solve the best case directly we know the base case I
discussed that for certain situations for certain inputs outputs are known to
us so here the solve to the biscuits will
be done directly it occurs with a simpler sub problem that means the
problem will be will be made very simple and then the problem will be solved
through this particular simple recursive algorithms extra initiatives may equate
to convert the solution of the solution to the simpler sub problems into a
solution to the given problem so that's why we shall solve the sub problem we
shall make the sub problem very simple and that sub problem solution will
contribute towards the solution of the main given problem it is a simple
recursive because some other algorithms are inherently recursive so I mentioned
that one if we consider the backtracking algorithm that is the in a inherently
records it but here this in this particular category were talking about a
very simple recursive algorithms as an example we can go for this let us
suppose it has been asked that to count the number of data items in a list
present so we are going to count a number of data items in
little is present so now you see the business will be if the list is empty
then count will be zero and the Z will be returned so if the list is empty then
returns zero otherwise I shall go for the recursive call other than the first
item that means if you consider the first item I'm just taking the first
item away count the number of remaining data items in the list and if we can
count the number of remaining data items in the list then add one to the result
because the first item count will be added and that value will be returned
now while counting the number of remaining data items in the list we'll
be calling the recursive function we'll be calling the recursive algorithm again
and that is the source of this recursion so here we have discussed what is our
simple recursive algorithm and we have explained that one with one a very
simple example so please watch our next videos there will be going for other
algorithm classifications thanks for watching this video
